Although there was a bit of a line at the time, all employees were attentive to the needs of donors and other people waiting, so things still operated smoothly. And as the line grew, they quickly got another colored section open and moved employees around, so everyone was handled appropriately and there was no added stress. They make the whole process enjoyable.

Wanted to come back hoping the time would be better but sadly not. Starting at the stick station, Carolee and Lori. They take FOREVER to set a station and have no sense of urgency, they stare at their computers, talk to each other, and putz around for 5 minutes between people. I think it's laziness and they were waiting for Greta and the guy with the pride sticker on his visor to take patients for them. The line ended up getting to 15 deep. I came in at 4:30p and didn't leave till 6:30p. Additionally Rae is

I had a 12 pm appointment at the silver spring center in Milwaukee for physical and donation. I am a returning donor, so the lady at the reception desk told it would b rather quick. Despite my donation time only being 29 minutes. I didn't walk out of there until almost 4:30pm. It is very noticeable the employees that are there to work, because they end up picking up the slack for the lazy ones. Like unhooking donors that are done, but the phlebotomists in their area just kept on talking and ignoring them. T

I had an appointment for 4:45 pm. The time is now 6:10 pm and I still have not been hooked up to anything yet. I can only imagine how long it will take them to get my Iv started and the donation process. This is my first time experiencing this and I've been coming to this location for almost a year now. I'm highly disappointed

I've been to a handful of BioLife centers and this one by far has some of the best people. Getting stuck with needles and donating can be a bit daunting for anyone, but right from the check-in, they're both personable and professional so you know you're in great hands. Despite being up before the sun, Brittany and Sam are always there to greet you with a smile and get you back donating as efficiently as possible. And once you're sent to the chairs, there's a 100% chance you'll meet a very caring phlebotomi

Clean place with friendly staff and good pay for new donors. The only time it took more than an hour to donate was my first time with the physical. I just finished my new donor promo and I'll be taking a little break cause twice a week has been a bit taxing, but I plan to keep donating after this. I have a disabled child with high needs and I can't work a regular job, so being able to earn extra money like this is a real Godsend. Makes you feel good to know that it's helping other people too.

The place is clean and most of the staff are nice (save for the man who helped me today), but they need to be better educated about vitals and how to take them properly. The last two times my blood pressure was deemed too high to donate, but the cuff they used was way too small. I requested a larger cuff multiple times and was ignored. The blood pressure numbers were subsequently alarmingly high. Today they were hypertensive crisis high. With numbers like that, the person helping me should have shown more c

It took over two hours to donate on 1-29-2025. There was a very long line through out the whole donating process. When I was poked for my donation, I experienced a very painful poke. The person had an issue finding my vein, so they needed assistance from a coworker. They found my vein right away. $40.00 for over a two hour process does not compute.

I got a big runaround at first, needing proof from my doctor that I have a very mild case of sleep apnea before I can start donating. They always seem to have problems with using my right arm. On my last visit, they missed the vein on both my arms, causing hematomas. I was paid in full though. This location does not honor the $750 new donor promo that's being advertised.

Great staff. I go early so the process is really quick. Very clean place to donate. 10/10. Staff there knows what they are doing. It's been a while since I donated. The last place I went to was horrible. Dirty. Staff didn't know how to find the veins good. But over here. You're in and out.

Staff are friendly , skilled and knowledgeable. The facility from my experience runs efficiently and I'm able to get in and out in around an hour. Definitely recommend this location.

Incredibly disorganized. helped multiple donors before me even though i got there 45 minutes before multiple other people. The incompetence in grown adults here is boggling. Like holy cow you're telling me they can't take a mental note of who got here first? Unlucky i guess.

The people are nice but Im frustrated.Ive donated 3 times and today I wasnt able because I had a hematoma. That is 3 hematomas in 4 visits. Not fun!

I struggle to get past the vitals station to donate I'm, fit and active but heart rate requirements max of 100 beats. When you stand for the line, sit for 5 minutes going thru all of this, it's not enough time to return to resting heartbeat. Then rejected till the following day. I don't mind needles to help others, but given the fact that I'm being poked and tested, think you could stretch your guidelines alittle to 105? Or consider a mobile blood pressure cuff and go to the side waiting area to recheck

I have typically had great experiences at this location. However, today I was there just shy of 2 hours. It was disappointing seeing that Mia, one of the managers would keep taking new people who arrived 10 people and more after me while I waited in the shared section next to hers forever! You would think that a manger would keep an eye on these types of situations and she would not even make eye contact with me. Was a frustrating experience today to say the least! I was one of the last customers out of the

My BioLife in Pewaukee, Wi is delightful. The atmosphere is calm, but also upbeat, if that makes sense. The employees are polite, friendly, quick to answer questions and concerned for my comfort. I actually look forward to my appt. times!!

Slowest place on earth. Checking in at the vitals station is equivalent to the sloth at the DMV on the movie Zootopia. $50 bucks for you if you have 3 hours to sit there.

I can't believe I traveled more than 30 minutes to come to my appointment only to be told that they were behind schedule and couldn't see me , But people kept coming and they were not going to be served. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I don't speak English, a waste of time

I have been coming to the Pewaukee location for some time now and could not be more happy with my experiences! I would like to personally recognize Zoe, Tim, Sara, and Brooke. The only reason I remember their names is from the extremely friendly and professional service I have received from them each and every time! Thank you for your time and for your light hearted humor. It makes the entire process stress free and enjoyable!

Love the people there, very helpful and kind. It is a great experience being able to help others and in turn being helped. It is a win win situation.

Super clean and efficient clinic. Lindsey is PHENOMENAL at what she does. No pain, just a perfect fast donation. ??

Friendly and professional staff. The first time process is very well organized. Scheduling for initial appointments is seamless. Donation fee is reasonable.Air conditioning setting is uncomfortable. It really does not have to be that cold. I feel like I'm in a grocery store. You can't wait to leave. Otherwise, five stars go to their business.

Top-tier employees & facility, go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and that their well being & health is of utmost concern and are willing to go above and beyond.

Almost 20 yrs donating with Bio Life. Highlights: 1. The experience has gotten worse. 2. The process is slow; sticks are inconsistent almost as if staff is undertrained. 3. Now they're collecting more plasma and paying the same - seems a bit odd. It's just become more of a hassle.

Management in Pewaukee, WI seems to be lacking. Always an extreme wait that turns what's supposed to be an hour into 1.5hrs consistently. Workers are busting butt and working hard, there just never seems to be enough.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable! Facility was alway clean and well maintained.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is so welcoming and friendly!! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to help save lives while making some $$.

Staff is rude and not helpful. My wife and I had appointments for 1345 and got there at 1351. Even though, they were not busy, did not have anyone waiting on line and had open chairs we were not allowed to check in.

Pewaukee location is run well. They have hired more people. I believe they will be open 7 days a week sometime this month.

I've seen an improvement in the total time of donation lately. There seems to be more staff and everyone is respectful of your time.

Checking in was a cluster. The requirement to have ssn docs with you is a little crazy considering they look at it for one second only. They need you to know it for your paperwork so requiring the physical card makes no sense. After that - my paperwork got lost at least twice between check in and meeting with the nurse. Their policies of not allowing anyone with a PTSD diagnosis to donate without clearing it with their doctor is odd considering my doctor isn't the the one who gave me my diagnosis, my THERAP

My experience at BioLife Pewaukee was great! I came here for a physical as my normal BioLife location did not have appointments open. Nellie helped me at the receptionist desk and was super welcoming, helpful, and full of joy which was a breath of fresh air! The nurses who helped with my physical were also great! I can't remember their names but one nurse was training another and she was from Illinois. Finally L, Rae helped me on the floor and she was also so lovely to work with! Overall great experience an

Everyone is so positive and friendly. I am blessed to be able to donate and help others.

I love this place! I have donated approximately 30 times so far. Every time I visit, I am welcomed and greeted warmly. The staff work efficiently. So, I have never had to wait. Sessions are pain-free, relaxing and usually take about an hour. I know that plasma donation saves lives. That knowledge, as well as the monetary incentive, motivate me to continue donating. But what I like best about being a donor at the Pewaukee location is the way I am treated by the people who work there. On my last visit, Kayla,

The staff is highly attentive and friendly. They have been uniformly trained to greet people with a warm welcome and the staff work together in unity across the floor. I took a break from donating for 4 months but my return has been phenomenal in connnecting with staff members who remembered me from a year prior.

The staff has always been incredibly niceand helpful! However, I feel like there is absolutely no sense of urgency ever. I have visited four other Biolife centers, and I would usually be in and out within 30-45 minutes. But at the Pewaukee center, no matter what time I go, I am there for an hour plus. And it's not like people are running around and insanely busy - I'm a waitress, I understand being busy. But I often see staff standing around in their sections doing nothing, while there's people waiting to b

Normally don't come on here and share, but people should know that this center/ staff really cares about your well being. I was a first time donor, and after I finally got the ok with the doctors etc I did my physical with Gabby (one of the sweetest, prettiest nurses). She took the time with me and my old butt to make sure that I had all my questions answered and made sure I knew what was going on.... fast forward to what seemed like forever and a decade all I remember is seeing her smiley face telling me t

01/23 I've been donating for about 6 months now and this place is great! Everyone is super friendly and they get me in and out in no time! Shout out to Kayla, I always look forward to seeing her and hope to get put in her section! She's super friendly and always makes you laugh! Let's just say it's a silly goofy time all around ?? (Also she has good taste in music!) 01/25 I had Kayla and Sam today and they are the best! Sam?s poke was super quick and painless and she's fun to talk to! She was able to immed

the employee who did my screening as well the phlebotomist were both very friendly, helpful & personable. The staff was running behind schedule because multiple employees had called in sick that day...all the employees I interacted with were making their best effort to maintain a positive attitude even though they were very busy trying to keep up in the short-staffed situation.

This was my first time and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous but they calmed my fears. It was actually a pleasant experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Latina was very friendly and helpful checking me in and even checked on me after my donation. Kayla walked me through the process and the needle and donation were painless. They continue to check up on you and make the experience comfortable and painless. Thank you Latina and Kayla! I hope I get Kayla again as my tech.

I love coming here to donate! The staff is amazing. Angelina And Lloyd are my absolute favorites but they are all very kind! I love that I can help people who are in need and it's a fun little appointment that I look forward too. I was scared to death to give plasma but everyone made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was ok all the time. Lovely People! Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and are efficient. The machine I was on didn't want to work, and Angelina stepped in and physically helped so I could complete my donation. She provided good conversation and made sure I was feeling good. The facility is clean and well kept!

What a horrible Experience. I have been going there for over a year now and I have never ever experienced what I experienced today how rude our some of the technicians there. I cannot believe that they let their technicians speak to people giving blood like that! If it wasn't for the people giving blood they wouldn't have a job! Do they understand how uncomfortable it is when you have to switch between two different arms and we're just handled like meat ??!

I love going to this donation center because of Marion and Nellie! Not only are they great at their jobs but they are incredibly friendly!

My experience here has been great so far. I've been coming twice a week for almost 3 months. I randomly got Erin as the person hooking me up 7 times in a row. She was perfect every time and is very friendly.

everyone was so amazing, professional, and kind. Great experience for my first donation!!!!

I have been donating plasma regularly for three years and have never had any issues until my recent visit on Saturday, August 24th. I've always used my left arm without any problems, and I typically have a high pain tolerance. However, this last experience was beyond anything I've encountered before. The phlebotomist, Erin (name tag said Janesville), appeared inexperienced or unsure of what she was doing. When she inserted the needle, the pain was unbearable. She moved the needle in and out, back and forth

Donated and it was very pleasant experience. Sam was very good at helping where needed and providing support to people who might be just starting out. People seem to respond well to her and respect her. Overall, not a bad location. Angelina seemed to also add to the pleasantness of the experience.

Went in today and it was my first time, it was very easy and simple and everyone was so friendly and nice. Brendan helped me get started right away, then Kimberly helped me, and Caleb and another gentlemen I can't remember his name helped me as I was giving plasma. Definitely a great experience and will go back again!

Very friendly, professional staff... the process moves along pretty quickly and I like and appreciate that you can request an experienced person to do the needle insertion.

All the employees are very kind and are supportive throughout the whole process of the plasma donation. The staff members always have a smile on their face and are more than willing to help best accommodate each guest?s needs to make sure they feel most comfortable.

The people working at the Pewaukee location were very kind, knowledgeable & efficient. I appreciated how I was treated. This was the 1st time donating plasma for me & it went way more smoothly than I anticipated. Looking forward to going back!

12/3/23 Angelina and Caleb are two incredible and professional staff members who are great conversationalist and very 5 and very very good people!!! Im glad Lloyd and Jamie and the rest of my favorite staff are great, friendly, personable, and professionals. They really made me feel welcomed. It's great that they know my name despite the number of people that come in. This place is excellent and exceptional. 12/23/23. Today, Caroline did an incredible job. She was personable and nice with a genuine smile. A

My 1st donation went smooth. The tech that put the needle in was great. I had no pain from beginning to end. 2nd visit... When the needle went in it hurt like hell and it hurt the entire time! I ended up passing out. I was very bruised! I tried it a 3rd time..passed out again. I ate protein and iron-rich foods the couple days leading up. Not sure if I will try it again

My experience at BioLife is always awesome when I go. The team at the Pewaukee location is always welcoming when I come in. My phlebotomist today was Dan. He was awesome. He got me in and flowing. I was done in a good time. Rae was the lady that unhooked me. She was very pleasant to chat with and made sure my bandage was not too tight. I also talked with Angelina and Erin while they were walking by. They make it fun to be there for the 45 minutes in the chair. Jon was also extremely helpful with me when I w

This is my favorite BioLife location, because everyone is very friendly and efficient at what they do. I'm usually in and out within an hour and I've been donating for almost 2 years now. Thank you Pewaukee Team!

Staff is great! Thomas and John are always super friendly and fast. Facility is clean and having a scheduled time makes things quick. Usually out in just over an hour! Keep it up!

Need more help on floor to help take donors off machines when done, 1 person for 6 donors isn't enough. Waited almost 15 minutes once done to be taken off machine.

Normally everything goes well. I was frustrated last week when I couldn't donate twice that week because they said it was to early. I was told you need to skip a day in-between donations so I had an appt on Tuesday and Thursday. I showed up Thursday and they said I couldn't donate cause it was too early since I donated Tuesday. Plus I kept getting notices that I missed my appt. I explained I was out of state Friday thru Sunday. So only donated once last week.

My experience at the pewaukee location has been pretty good so far. Thomas is a fantastic staff member and is always very nice and efficient. I know I can trust him to make the experience enjoyable and smooth.

It's been twice now that my labs have been messed up and I cannot donate. What makes it worse is that they said they would contact me if and when everything is fine, but they have not for either times. Poor customer service.

Staff is friendly and helpful. This is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. It was really busy when I came in to donate, but didn't mind the wait because everyone was so nice.

Clean and organized location. Night and day comparison to octapharma, my long-time donation location. Staff are super friendly and professional, and make the experience an actual pleasure. Shout out to John and Caleb, always willing to swoop in and assist, with speed and efficiency, and good conversation. Special shout to (fairly) new phlebotomist Thomas. Just a great attitude, fast, helpful, and puts us all at ease. He's excellent.

Everyone here is nice, but I question the staffing and management. I've seen and heard more about employees not showing up or doing there job than I want. The wait times are crazy long. I've seen people skiped because they know someone and want to chat. I've seen people wait 30 mins to get disconnected after donating, or even 30 mins to start. If your short staffed than don't allow appointments every 5 mins. I know it takes time at a new location, but now 4 months later not really getting better. I was almo

I have to agree with a previous review regarding staff experience. Place is nice, staff is nice, but you go in each time worrying if you can successfully donate. I have only gone 4 times, second time needle wasn't in correctly resulting in a black and blue arm, fourth time same thing and I cannot go back for 8 weeks. Blood was dripping from arm when inserted. My wife only successfully donated 5 out of 8 times, each time on how the needle was inserted and now can't go back for 8 weeks. My daughter, same

hate some of the really long waits. especially when people are standing around chatting.

I have recently started donating plasma at Biolife and have been enjoying a great experience so far. However, my most recent experience really showed me how good the group at the Pewaukee location is, and how important every person is to them! I had been having some minor issues pop up during my most recent donation (things that easily happen for a variety of reasons), but ran into a bit of a snag with one of the machines being able to complete the process. That's when Jamie and Kim came over with smiling f

Rae is so sweet. You can tell she is there to learn and does a great job with the patients.

My first donation was a great experience! Cheryl took such good care of me I never had to worry about anything. She explained everything to me. Everyone else, including Matthew the RN were knowledgeable and patient with me being a first time donor. I already have my next seven appointments made. Everyone should give this life saving fluid so others can heal and live.

I used to donate with csl plasma, after my last experience I thought I was never going to donate again. When I saw this place open up so close to home I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. It was a very clean environment with a very friendly and attentive staff. I had to do a physical as well as donate and I was in and out in exactly 2 hrs that's the fastest I've experienced but it still didn't feel rushed. My phlebotomist was amazing I literally couldn't feel the needle and I didn't even bruis

I've been to 2 locations. Very clean and professional. Their reservation system makes it efficient getting in and out in a timely manner.

Opening day process was very long, but everyone was super sweet. Savannah did a great job with my draw, Lia came around for extra help and was also sweet. Everyone helped each other. Looking forward to future SHORTER donations. Also thanks to Amber and Andrew for getting me unhooked. Bring a blanket!!

Staff was professional but it took almost 4 hours for my first visit (-1 star for the length of time it took). Amber kept we well informed as the process was coming to an end. She has a pleasant attitude.

Both Bella and Angelina did a nice job today! I'm not the easiest stick to do either and Bella got it on the 1st try! This place is always clean! I enjoy coming here!

This location is HORRIBLE!! They do not know what they're doing when it comes to poking!! They push the needle in too far. They do 4-5 needle adjustments. When I go to Greenfield they poke one time with NO ADJUSTMENTS!! They caused blood clot and didn't even show empathy!! Go to this location at YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Savannah did an amazing job explaining everything and was very knowledgeable! The entire donation process went smoothly. Update: I have been coming to this place since they opened, and have seen many faces while they were dealing with the transition of their opening and training new hires. I never have any issues and normally have a good experience, except for when Erin is working. She is not good with IV?s or professional with her job. I even hear other employees complain about her or know she has a bad r

Kayla at Biolife in pewaukee is the best! She's always in a great mood and treats everyone with the utmost respect. Lloyd remembers me by name every single time I see him, he's my boy! Brittany is very easy to talk to and brings a good vibe when you get your vitals done. Carolyne is very nice and respectful to everyone! Thomas was awesome too! He works very efficiently and effectively.

Since I started going to donate plasma my experiences have been mostly positive. Early on it was somewhat stressful. With guidance from Erin, my appointments have gotten increasingly better. I learned what I need to do to help out my donation times. I learned some easy nutritional tips to make my time enjoyable instead of stressful. The entire team is a pleasure to work with. Caleb, Carolyn, John, Loyd, Sam and everyone else have all been understanding and very professional. Thanks for what you do!

Facility ran really well with welcoming and kind staff. Savannah took care of me, she was extremely nice and made sure I was doing OK. This seemed like a great spot for a new location!

Kaylah was awesome. She kept checking on me to make sure I was good. The place was clean and organized which was great. I was a return donor from another city and this by far blows the other biolife away. Great job. Keep it up

Location was good as usual. I was a little disappointed that the tech collapsed my vein not allowing me to donate. I was told next time to ask for a more senior employee or supervisor to insert the needle.

The first two times were a long process but overall went ok. Today I went back for my third donation and what a mess. Not one staff member came to ask if everything was going ok after I started the donation. At the end of my donation I had to sit well over 10 minutes to get disconnected. Erin, the phlebotomist that was working with me kept talking to another donor for what felt like forever and never came back to disconnect me. Thankfully another kind man named Thomas came over to assist me and was shocked

The filters need to be changed. I have nothing but problems since they have been changed.

Could not even tell this was day 2 of operation! I had previously been going to Milwaukee but this new location is closer. I was in and out in less than an hour! Savannah and Oliver were super friendly on the floor and Savannah set up my most comfortable donation ever.

They are severely under staffed nurses and phlebotomists EVERY time I have gone. I actually feel unsafe going here. No one seems to know what they are doing, when issues arise. Every visit takes hours, which is odd because I've donated at the Onalaska location and it doesn't take them this long and I never had issues when I donated there for years.

Today was my first time donating plasma with BioLife . I want to compliment the BioLife Pewaukee /Waukesha location staff that took care of me with the entire process. Sierra ,Amber and Isabella they were all very kind ,friendly and professional . I had a wonderful experience Thanks again to BioLife staff ??????

Usually I have a good experience with all clinics but not this one
