Reviews Summary

The reviews show a polarized experience: many praise the friendly, professional staff and clean facilities, while others report severe understaffing leading to long wait times (often 2-3 hours) and disorganization. Negative feedback highlights rude or unprofessional behavior, poor communication (unanswered calls, unclear requirements), and inconsistent policies. Positive reviewers appreciate efficiency, kindness, and fair compensation, but recurring complaints focus on mismanagement, excessive waits, and dismissive attitudes. Overall, satisfaction heavily depends on staffing levels and individual interactions.

I'm sure most readers assume negative plasma center reviews are written by ?low-lifes,? and I doubt anyone at the facility will read this or care to make changes. Still, my experience irritated me enough to write this. I'm always a little apprehensive about donating plasma?it's hard not to feel judged, like people assume you're desperate for cash. That's why I was relieved when I first walked into this place?it looked clean, modern, and well-maintained. The first two employees I met were kind, funny, and a

This is the worst spot ever I been to donate the lady with the nose piercing had the worst attitude and slack of all, worst customer service, and I believe they are low staff but still she was avoiding me and said she forgot me??? I was right there and she started helping other people, she deserved to get fired. She was looking like overwhelmed and confused she doesn't deserve to be there at all to help ppl

I have to agree with others when they say the facility is severely understaffed. While the employees are attentive and pleasant, the line to even get to donate is 2-3 hours on average. And there is only ever 2-3 people operating the machines at any given time. Management really needs to look at their staffing model and reassess where help is needed most. It's honestly not even worth the 5+ hours you spend for a single donation. Kedplasma up the road is just as professional and has better staffing. I believe

I have been coming here for a couple years, and it was a very pleasant experience - nice and competent staff, well staffed - I used to be in-n-out in an hour or less. Something has happened, and the poor management can't seem to get this place properly staffed. I have had to walk-out every time I donate (twice a week) the last month, because there are 2 people working, and I don't have the time to be here for 3 hours at a time. The donation payments were a great way to make ends meet, but you're now bett

I was last here about a year ago and it used to be a very pleasant experience. Staff were very courteous and you could typically get in and out in about an hour for a donation. Arrived today for a 2:45pm donation with a necessary physical at 2:35pm. I couldn't remember the exact process when you need to get a physical done prior to donating, so I patiently waited at the front desk to ask a staff member if I should go ahead and sign in on the computer or wait to do that until seen by the nurse for my physi

Donating plasma has been an incredible source of extra income to help me make ends meet. I have been going to the Greenway location for nearly 1 year, however over the last few months I've noticed it become significantly understaffed. I am currently sitting in line after my initial screening and waiting for a bed. It took over an hour just to do the initial screening and I sit here I count about 30 people waiting in line just to do the initial screening and the bed wait line went far down the hall. The tec

I had a great experience donating plasma at BioLife on Greenway! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Ashton, Ben, and Michelle are just a few of the incredible members on the team! The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. They explained everything clearly, ensuring I knew what to expect. The donation itself was smooth, and I appreciated how they prioritized safety and hygiene. Plus, knowing that my donat

Been donating there for few years now, since they opened location at 32nd street & Greenway, but it has deteriorated significantly in past 4 months??Waits for donating are at 2 to 3 hours, not including the actual donation time while hooked up. It is awful, plus employees are constantly complaining about the place and have attitudes like we donators should be soo grateful to them. BAD management and poor customer service at that location!! Sooo sad, use to be awesome with attentive employees and quick in&ou

I've been a regular plasma donor here for a while, but I won't be returning anytime soon. The wait times have become absolutely ridiculous?over two hours just to get a bed, and that doesn't even include the time it takes to get hooked up. On a normal day, I'd expect to wait maybe 10?15 minutes after getting a bed, but recently it's been impossible to plan my visits, especially since I have a busy schedule with my son. I get that the center is understaffed right now, but they should seriously consider adjus

This place has both unprofessionals and professionals working at it. They only change the gloves every 2 hours as they prick people?s fingers, test their blood, and put a bandaid on you. They said this is fine because of a new protocol. Bet they wore masks in their own cars alone because of protocol too. This is especially disgusting because you can tell a lot of the tested will be deferred. So regardless of blood on blood contact, you are exposed to the fentanyl they were touching and whatever else. Some k

Omg they are so dramatic and the nurses are so sensitive, I whisper underneath my breath saying " pls do it right this time" cause she tired one arm 2 times and then move to my other arm and she puts a report on my account saying I can't plasma cause I cuss underneath my breath and I even tired asking for her management on the spot but she said no u can't and now I get question and warned cause she thought she hear me cuss is crazy very childish and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND going here

My first 2 appointments were fine, they took awhile but the techs were all very nice and friendly. I received my payments right away for the correct amounts. On my 3rd visit, I had a female tech that had the worst attitude and seemed to be bothered when I was sent over. She came over to get me started about 10 minutes after I sat down, then seemed to be in hurry putting the needle into my arm, which resulted in a hematoma. She then tells me, "it happens", no sorry or anything. Due to the hematoma and bruis

This company I believe discriminated against me for having a facial deformity. 2 injuries in 3 donations. I don't recommend this company. The employees look hateful and I didn't feel safe at all. I saw another person having a medical emergency during my last time being injured and not able to donate (or get paid) so don't come here for your safety is my experience.

They are clean and organized. You see them clean all the time. Their biggest problem, which kept them from getting a five star, is the amount of staff that they have. When you have a 715 appointment you expect to be in by 7:30 at the latest. Not start Until 830. This has happened multiple times and it's very annoying. Our time is money just like there is and it should be respected as such.

This time it was very painful!.. I don't think the needle was in right, or too far in, or at the wrong angle but it hurt a lot when he stuck that needle in my arm. This was the worst stick I've had and I have good visible veins. It even hurt when the needle was pulled out. When the lady put the gauze over my vein before she pulled the needle out. She was gentle and barely pressed down and it hurt!!! That's never happened, it has never hurt THAT MUCH before when the needle was pulled out. I will ask for some

Love this particular location because of the people. They are nice and usually on point. But what is happening? Bed waits are out of control? Someone please help this location? Maybe close a day to help the rest? Something needs to be done. Def want to help others and donate but something has been off the past couple months. Anyway just some thoughts! ??

Spent roughly 90 minutes for my first time there and sent home because couldn't find a vein. Couldn't give me a reason why or what to do next time. Told me to come back in two weeks ? To do what ? Waste my time again ? No thank you. She didn't ask me to clench my hands repeatedly so the blood pressure would raise in that arm -which I'm pretty sure would have allowed the veins to rise to surface. I'm slim and my physical was passed with ease. I have a resting bpm typically of 70. Every other medical faci

Location does not answer phone calls or return voicemails. Tried to reach them multiple times today. Simple question before I take the time to drive in. No response recieved. Same lack of communication has occurred in the past multiple times. Please answer your calls or return voicemail. Thank you

This is a suggestion to management at this location. Donors can accept if you are short staffed but something needs to be done about the scheduling. If you have 2 phlebotomist working you clearly can't schedule the same number of donors. Having us wrapped around into the backup room is a problem. Last friday 930am appt I was out @12:30. If people call out, turn the app scheduling off or no appts for an hour to catch up. Technology is our friend. Staff does the best they can getting donors in and out and i h

I just feel so bad for these employees man. I been coming here for 3 years and It seems to always be a cycle of it being steady for a couple months then just exploding out of nowhere. They're constantly understaffed and it's gotten so bad that the line is being overflowed into a back room which never used to happen. It seems that it's really gone downhill since the old manager left. And i feel so bad for these employees that have to deal with it and take the heat for it, I've seen so many people come and go

I have tried multiple times to donate plasma at this location as an act of goodwill, but every visit has been a nightmare. The staff here are beyond rude?they completely ignore you, act like you're invisible, and show zero professionalism or courtesy. I have stood at the front desk waiting to be acknowledged while employees chat amongst themselves, roll their eyes, or give off an attitude like I'm inconveniencing them just by being there. If this were a one-time issue, I'd let it slide, but it's a pattern.

Great facility, very clean. The nurses and technicians were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you especially to Octavia, my nurse, she made me feel so safe and comfortable! And thank you Bryson, the plasma technician, he explained everything so thoroughly and was committed to making me feel safe!

I will never donate again after the last time I was there. The man, Jessie, who took my vitals was so rude I couldn't even finish the donation. He wouldn't even speak in sentences, he just grunted orders at me. I had no idea what he wanted me to do, I was so humiliated, until finally, he grunted, "Too high." Then smiled with glee as I broke down and walked out. I have never been so humiliated in all my life.

Long time donor. This location has steadily declined for the past 2 years. Unmotivated staff, no urgency except from a few of the phlebotomists out on the floor. Only a couple of sections open at a time, even when there are people waiting for beds and people lined up to go thru initial screening process. Resources don't appear to be allocated to the correct places (too much office and not enough floor personnel). Needs a top down revamp.

I had it with this place trying to donate. I tried to donate multiple times and had a appointment at 12:30pm, I was told I didn't need to do the physical since I did it the day before, i sign in and wait to do vitals. They tried doing my vitals but it was 103 so had to wait 10 min to get my vitals down, redid it and was 83 so was good. She told me to wait at the computer's but don't start and waited there for 20 minutes. They then told me to sign in and do the questionnaire. I told her i already did it and

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! I went in after not donating for awhile and I still had to provide proof of address! Apparently my driver's license wasn't enough. Nobody told me this when I called to schedule my appointment. Besides, why would I need to prove my address again?! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, it's always something with this place!

This place is a joke they know there under staff and yet don't do anything about it for months witch is sad because at the beginning it was crazy how efficient it was and now it's just sad if you make a appointment at 12am then don't expect to finish the process till 3pm it's crazy and don't get me wrong I don't believe the staff at fault there doing the best they can but it's clearly not enough when you have a two lines wrapping around each other if you can go to a different location then I would suggest

Usually I don't have any issues but the last couple of times the phlebotomists that worked with me had issues with getting the needle right and I ended up with severe bruising. I decided to take a break. They have some really good people who take their time but others seemed rushed.

I have only been donating a short time, and have learned they're always understaffed, and it seems to take hours to donate, I don't understand the need for appointment times when you're still going to be sitting there for hours waiting for a bed, I got in on a promotion, and sometimes it's quick, and other times you're waiting for hours.

Very nice staff very clean environment. Besides that this place is always packed and understaffed. No matter what day or time you arrive you will be waiting hours.

The experience wasn't terrible. Most of the staff was pretty helpful, but one in particular I felt was kind of rude when I asked questions , after I had already expressed it was my first time donating. I was in pulled into a room and told I couldn't donate because I was scared of needles when an actuality, I just had questions about the process because I didn't wanna go in misinformed. It made the experience not very enjoyable for me. I ended up not donating because of it. Seeing other people?s reviews make

The employees are nice professional and courteous, for the most part The wait, however, just keep getting worse and worse. When the appointment is taking 2+ hours (not including driving) it's not worth what they pay, for me.

I wanted to donate plasma and earn a little extra money. I googled the best place to donate in Phoenix and bio life came up. They had a promotion and I clicked on. It It said earn up to $600 with 8 donations clicked on it and $70 on your first donation $80 on your second donation and so forth, signed up made an appointment went in. Got my physical signed up. Talk to them made my first donation. They gave me my debit card. I went home and on it was only $40. This was a Sunday Monday. I called and talk to th

Today?s donation was lackluster! The tech that set up my machine was new and she also was the one that place the needle in my vein? just has she was reaching in to stick me, I told her she was going in at the wrong angle and she didn't listen! She stuck me and there was no blood drew in the line, so she had to have someone else come behind her and do it correctly! The alarm goes off, I put my hand up and the tech who corrected the other techs work, immediately said, ? I know ? in a condescending way, like s

I would give negative stars if I could. This place is a total joke. I had been going there for several year's and go back when they do there returning donating specials. So went back today and had to do there physical, cause it's been so long. So during there physical I told them about past surgeries, I have told them about every time I had a physical. I had spleen surgery at 16, it was removed but came back, and have a normal functioning spleen. Today they accuse me of withholding that info. The car accide

Very disappointed at shortage of employees at check-in on last two visits (week of 5/24). The lines were worse than all my 30 donations, both times it took an hour to just get to check in, once because line was dozens, and the line half as long still took an hour with only 1 check in person. These experiences more than tripled the time of a typical donation, and has caused me to take weeks or months off from donations.

This location has drastically gone down hill in the past year. The corporate staff must be really unkind to the employees here. You barely see a smile out of anyone. I was 3 minutes past my appointment time today and usually they give you a courtesy, but apparently they don't honor that anymore. We are getting emails daily about how they need our plasma, but it certainly doesn't feel like that in the center. I talked to a manager and they couldn't of cared less. Last week there was a 15 ppl bed wait

My experience at BioLife Plasma Services has been very positive. All the people I have had contact with have been professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Fast and friendly, clean environment, free snacks, and fair compensation. They have a diverse staff with a great range of different personalities and backgrounds. I appreciate what they do, and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a little extra cash and would like to help some people out. It's a win/win.

I have always loved this location since I began donating plasma. It is quite a drive for me but I am Always willing to come to this location. I want to emphasize the the staff is always so nice and polite and I can tell they are working as hard as they can . The issue seems to be with corporate not higher up decisions as this is not something they have control of but 0n 10/23/2024 I came to my appointment which was set for 2:55pm I was able to check in and get screened with ease, however once I was screen

Man! I've been coming here for awhile and I loved it at first, the process was quick and easy. As of right now my experience has been horrible. It seems like they've lost a lot of great employees. I see that some employees aren't working with a sense of urgency and I get it! Trust me! I don't know what is happening but one thing I do know is that management needs to change. If your employees are not happy your facility isn't going to function well. It would be super nice to see management help out when thei

This is my first time donating in my experience was amazing. The only downfall is that my appointment was at 11 o'clock. They did not start seeing me until 1120 overall I had a great experience and I wanna give a huge shout out to the nurse AnneMarie. She was attentive amazing and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

So the process was alright. I called about 5 times total on diffrent days and had left an voice-mail like I was instructed to, ended up having to walk there to get my questions answered and then when I was able to come in on a appointment I was told to leave due to not being a good candidate becuase I'm trying to face my fear with needles, so even though I was calm after I'd been poked I was told I was gona be wasting my time being there after the person hovered over me like I was in school again waiting to

Honestly no point in even making an appointment here. You will be waiting 2 hrs just to get hooked up then when you ask what's the wait they shug it off. Have a couple great employees but you will be doing more waiting then donating.

4 hours today to donate plasma. I'm told the lack of staff is due to attrition but they need to hire staff yesterday. It's been this way for 2 months. My suggestion? Set your early, early appointments as far out as you can and be there when they open

This has been happening for the past months now. Understaffed bed area. Only one person opening for opening. Had an appointment at 605 got checked by 610 been sitting waiting for a bed section for roughly a hour now.

Over all I had a positive experience. Some of the employees' are very nice.

Awesome place to the core speedy fast most of the days , and if it ain't they try to make it speedy fast. Good ppl who work there ...

I was told I can no longer donate because I have celiac disease. I put this into on my questionnaire and told the nurse on the first visit. The nurse this last visit made me feel like i was lying and withheld information. Very upset.

I am giving 3 stars because the staff are all very kind and the facility is pretty clean. However, the appointment times used to be a positive here to somewhat curtail extremely long waits. I don't know if the system isn't properly controlling how many people can take a certain time slot to not over book what the facility can handle in a timely manner, but the last 4 times I've come in, I've canceled and left. Line to be screened was wrapped around to the silver section in back, with 2 people screening.

Do yourself a favor an pick a different location. I use to love coming here.. but now at all points of the day they are on a bedwait. You have a 10 minute window to be late or you lose your appointment, but be prepared to wait over an hour for processing and at least another hour for a bed... plus your donation time. -_- The front staff seems to walk around and asses the struggle but don't do anything to help..? Make less appointment slots, open more sections, or something. This is absolutely insane! Most

To all tye hardworking workers at the Glendale location. I'm very grateful for whstvyou guys do and you all are very beautiful and great at what you do. Thank you...

The staff is nice, but you have to wait to get tested, then wait for a bed, then wait to get hooked up... It's a lengthy stay.

Staff was extremely welcoming, informative, and professional. The facility was spotless and well maintained. Every question was answered and my every need attended to. Amanda, who took my vitals was very sweet. Gianni, who completed my initial physical was top marks in professionalism and very approachable. Megan, who attended me at the blood draw station was confident and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience. Everyone had a great sense of humor too. Thanks again!

They had me in pretty quick and their staff seemed well trained.

Took two blood tests failed one passed the second . Got called and emailed three times saying I am good to donate. Nope now apparently I need to pass the test twice so 3 blood tests after they took a donation . I am losing money from the cards they give us after waiting 2 hours just to get sent home. Every Sunday you get sent home and lose money. Who ever runs this facility are incompetent and they all should be fired.

Normally love this location. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Been coming here for almost 2 years but today I was refused service after waiting in line for 50 min for screening then another hour an 10 mins for a bed. 8pm they have someone come tell the remaining 10-15 people in line that they can not take us back as it can take a few hours when there was only 5 people in the 30+ beds on that one side with 5 technicians still in the center. We offered to wait knowing it wouldn't take that long yet now

Made an apt for 11:30. Showed up at 11:10 and they said I have to wait two hours or more. What's the point of making an appointment if walk ins get priority over appointments?

All of the appointment slots are open but they are operating with half of the beds closed??-- I'll say this first, i love going to this location. Its workers are all amazing people that I love interacting with. Here recently they have had a lot of people quit, they are working on rehiring and training new people to replace them. (The new people are great too!) But they are operating at half capacity, they have shut down half of the bed areas and have reduced hours. For some reason upper management decide

Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Great way to help people and get some extra cash if you have 1-2 hours depending upon on time the wait to get set up at a chair may take a while. But ultimately still getting paid at least 20 an hour typically much more.

More often than not, they are understaffed. It's very frustrating when you're waiting on the line to get your re-exam for 45 minutes and they keep putting new donors in front of you. Also, some of the technicians are chatting away while they're sticking you with The donation needle. Most of the text are good, but they really need to clean house and get rid of the young immature staff that are more interested in talking about their late night drinking binge the night before. I actually had a tech today Talki

They need additional workers or do not schedule so many people. The wait is extremely long. Time should be valued by all. Just because customers are getting paid to donate doesn't mean our time is not valuable. It is disrespectful for your staff and customers alike. The donation process should run as smooth as possible to create a happy, healthy, productive customer and staff experience.

I heard good and bad feedback about this location but I am curious if they still offer a little childcare while donating. I've heard they use to. Is this true and how is it?

I waited 55 minutes after filling out my questionnaire and there was about 10 people in front of me for vitals. ONLY 1 PERSON WAS CHECKING VITALS. the line after me kept getting longer and longer and longer. All the way to about 30 people all together in the line. The other person on vitals was training and was extremely slow. Managers kept coming out. No one else wanted to help the vitals people. It was ridiculous. The employees that were working in sections only have 1 or 2 people in a section and should?

My experience with the staff is so-so. Most are polite but the building is set up in a way that will confuse a new donor. I haven't been donating here long so I don't want to be too judgemental but if past reviews from others are anything to go by this place needs some help. I had an appointment set at 2:35pm and here I sit still waiting at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Can the company simply not afford more techs or do they purposefully underschedule to maximize profits? I'd rather not go to another locati

Great service once again!!! Always so friendly. Yule always has a big smile and even brought me back a moment from her recent vacation! ??

Downloaded the app, made an appointment, showed up on time for the appointment, waited an hour to be seen and was never seen. Why make an appointment if you can't see me at that time?

Didn'tpay me. N I had to catch the bus a hour back there because nobody answered the phone For a hour straight

This place does nothing to help you maintain your reward streak. I tried to donate but had to leave due to protein deficiency then when I came back and finished my questionnaire I went to get my stress ball since I got a bruise last time from not having anything to pump on. The staff said I couldn't come back for the rest of the day and offered nothing to help me with my rewards I was due on that day. I keep cooperating and they penalize me for even the smallest of matters they don't offer any compromise on

Do not recommend, they will deny you if you tell them your nervous, I'm guessing their being lazy because they wanted to get off work at 3

This place has increasingly gone down. It used to take me an hour from walking to walking out. When I asked why the wait is so long it's because they said they added a bunch of openings to each time slot...makes sense since now I have no problem getting an appointment but the wait is ridiculous. I've come in the mornings, early afternoon and late evening...I still wait an hour to even get to a bed and then another 20-30 mins to finally start donating. With only one worker per section they're always in a hu

Awesome experience for my first time donating plasma. Eve, Travis, Shallon and AnnMarie were all super friendly and informative. This was a super easy process and I'll definitely plan to return and soon!!

Right now they are totally overbooking appointments and understaffing the facility. I cancelled my last 3 appointments after walking in (all different days and times) and finding upwards of 15 people on bed wait PLUS additional people in line. I understand there's no time guarantee but expecting donators to block out 3 or 4 hours of a day for one donation is ridiculous.

Not sure what's happened the last few weeks but the normal wait time went from 30 min to 2 hours +. Even with an appointment. Location seems to be understaffed and they seemed to have tripled the amount they take in an hour. Line to donate wraps around the building. And then after waiting 2 hours you still have to donate. So new donors expect 4 hours. Return donors expect 2+ hours

I really love all the staff at the Greenway location. I just wish there were more people able to answer phone calls. I leave 3-4 voicemails sometimes to get results and I have never gotten through when I call .I only speak to someone when I finally get a call back. Otherwise The staff is great. The lines are super long sometimes .But, that is not the staffs fault. The nurse Gianni is so sweet, thorough and friendly. I always feel very informed when speaking to him.

I was invited in for a great promo and decided to do it. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and when I went in, checked in, there were over 20 people ahead of me in line. Two people checking in people (at least 10-15 per person) and unfortunately not a good experience. Staff friendly enough but the condition and treatment of ?life saving donors? is not acceptable.

Horribly understaffed, it is ridiculous how they let this go on. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing to these folks. Embarrassing to run a business like this.

Great place great phlebotomist they really know what they're doing. Super clean super nice super friendly people thank you so much.

Very busy today. There was a manager type person (blonde/female) who ran things very well to keep things going. Very professional, calm and friendly. One of the check in technicians always talks to clients but stops working while doing her tests. She is very sweet but needs to work as she converses. The other techs check in 2-1 clients on her. Love this location. Employees are always profession and nice.

Today upon walking into this place the woman at the front desk Yullian is her name, was very rude and very unclear on what documents I needed. I had all my documents and then she told me I couldn't donate because I didn't have a residential address which my address on my id and a piece of mail matched. I will not be going back. Also she was gossiping about it with her coworkers. And it's disgusting and not professional. What happen to greetings people with kindness and respect and being very clear on what p

Mishandled my account, had me wait for a month, gave a coupon to re-coup the lost funds before voiding it on my next donation due to policy. They made no attempt to call me or make me aware, then felt it correct to steal both my time and money. They treat you like cattle at this location, go elsewhere.

One of the worst experiences I've had in years!!!! If you have a better way to get money I suggest you do that!! They treat you like maybe you're a drug addict trying to get a fix or something!!!!! SO please be aware before going there. BTW they don't post everything you'll need before you go there,so be prepared to wast time!!! The black nurse there is way disrespectful, and has a foul mouth!!!! The blonde girl that checked me in was extremely nice and delt with the fast pace extremely well, front desk gi

Do not recommend as a donation place. Had a 6:55 PM appointment to donate. I arrived at 6:40 PM to check in and my appointment was mysteriously not there. I spoke with the front desk girl, she was pleasant and understanding. She says they do not have me in the system for that appointment. This location closes at 7pm and I strongly believe someone removed it because I would have been one of the last donors close to closing. When you schedule appointments you select what ever times are available. The day I se

The staff is always super friendly and helpful... And they are gentle!! As one that doesn't do the best with needles and I've been told I have small, rolling spider veins, I can be a difficult poke, however they allow me to request who I'm most comfortable with without giving me a hard time! Super sweet!! And it's with EVERY VISIT!!!??

Today was my first time donating plasma and I had a really good experience? except almost passing out. I was 15 minutes early and seen before my scheduled time. I was checked in, had an initial blood sample taken, and went to a computer to read/sign off on documents (all together took less than 30 minutes.) Everyone was friendly and I was given high-protein snacks and an electrolyte drink. I was given a physical by nurse Monica who was professional and kind. Nona was the person who gave me the actual blood/

Today I donated at the Greenway center and received nothing but top notch service. Yuli at the front counter was helpful and Diamond in donating plasma area was simply wonderful. Diamond was friendly informative and top notch professional ??.

This facility is incredible! Even on days where they see a steady flow of donors, I'm being met by smiling faces and good people. Many of the employees, like Charlotte, will use their incredible kindness (and humor) to even make you forget that you're being poked! Some rare days have a mild wait time (no more than 15-20 minutes), and that time goes by quickly when you laugh with and feel cared for by such an incredible team.

Love the Phoenix location! Check in is always quick and smooth with little to no bed wait time. Very clean and the staff is always so nice and informative. Sammy and Bella are two awesome techs that always make me laugh and feel comfortable during my donation process. I drive 40 minutes to get here twice a week and for the experience alone, it's worth it!
