Never really had any issues, today they were understaffed but still held it together. Lubna was always a delight as she was holding it down in her zone. Please hire more people to support them, they deserve it.

My first two times coming here I went around 8-9 am and had a great experience, the nurse and staff were really nice and made me feel very comfortable. Most recently I went in the afternoon, with different staff and had some complications. Scarlett seemed annoyed at me asking why she had to take the needle out of one arm and stick me again in the other. She was rough taking the needles in and out of my arms and seemed to have a bad attitude. I will be sure to make early morning appointments only.

Staff are all friendly. Process is easy. There's hardly ever a wait and when there is, its not long at all. They open early & close late to accommodate different work schedules.

Great staff, even tho it was my first time I was in and out pretty quick. They did their best to accommodate in every way possible! I even got a snack for not eating as much as I should! I will be returning !

Deferred me because the nurse poked me the wrong way a second time within like 1 month because they were tired and the nurse was already over the shift ready to go because it was there last day. Also say they were gonna pay me regardless and I didn't receive anything been calling 2 days straight to see where is my money and they don't answer the phone nor do the they call back like the voicemail says they will why don't even have a number ?

My experience has been awesome. I go with my brother every week to get some money. Now for the people that leave negative reviews. The way your body reacts is not on them people's bodies react differently like my brother has sensitive skin and you can see where the needles were. Always remember when you go here, Please please PLEASE read all the concerns and risk posters that are plastered all over the walls.

The best thing about the visit was that the speed if the process. Lovely! I had to do an annual physical and still felt like the process went smoothly and faster than previous regular donation visit at other centers. I was previously deterred from donating strictly due to the lengthy wait times and overall donation duration. The people are all nice and knowledgeable about their jobs which was comforting and the facility was very clean and inviting.

I had such a bad experience starting with the nurse Sandy. She is an older lady blonde when we were in the physical room. She was very slow. She didn't understand about my tattoos I had to repeat myself 2 to 3 times about the tattoos that I had even before that I saw her messing up with other patients and I just wished and pray I didn't get her because she looked lost in what she was doing. She kept asking her coworkers for help on everything. I don't recommend you to go there. It was such a bad experience

I enjoy the customer service BioLife Plasma Services Center in Rialto gives. The building is extremely neat and tidy. The employees are very kind, helpful, warm, and patient. They also answer questions with great detail.

I always have a very positive experience when I donate and BioLife plasma services there staff and technicians are the most kind in general I have ever experienced donating the facility is always clean and neat. In addition the vital station technician Miss. Janelle is always attentive to my needs and comfort she greets me with a hello how was your day she really make me feel like I'm a real person I appreciate her and all her hard work at BioLife she truly has made my experience a pleasant one.

I'm really happy to donate plasma and the team of BioLife is responsible, friendly, and make their best for us ?? donors keep up with all the nice work you al make to safelife

Today on August 8 2024, I had a regular plasma donation appointment at 7. I choose 7 because that's when I get off work and it's not as hot. I walked in at 7:06 pm but found out the door was locked. I pressed the disable button to open the door but it only open the inside door. Then this white last worker comes rudely and tell me your close. Respectfully, did you forget your own company policy, 10 minutes. I still got 4 minutes. This isn't an issue when I go to other BioLife. I wish I could give this a 0 st

Very important to note, make sure to tell the technician your preferred arm to donate. The technician Sarah did not check my arms or ask. She tried the arm with the least visible veins, and I ended up with a bruise that is still very visible after 9 days. Because of this, I can not donate until its gone. I probably won't be able to get 7 more donations before my promotion expires. The nurses and other technicians were very friendly and helpful. Sarah was the only person who was not friendly and incompetent.

That place is terrible. There is only one person that is real respectful. Her name is Daisy and she is an African American. She checks on everyone that donates. There is another Daisy that's Latino and is very sloppy and angry at the world. She has a little power to tell people to go home instead of making sure the machine is working correctly. She is very disrespectful. The point of Bio is to help people. When you don't wanna help people, you definitely should change your career.Thats one reason we have shady nurse

The person who guided me through the process Elizabeth was absolutely thorough and professional. A great initial start to what will certainly be my donation center and company for a very long time

I've been donating here for nine months. I tried out CSL because it was 10 minutes. Closer to home and absolutely hated my experience there so I came back here, Definitely worth the drive! The staff is so friendly they are trained to be really efficient and quick. I have not had one bad experience. Highly recommend!

Oh gosh.. ok so I went today, Saturday and wanted the lates appt available: 350pm. To just avoid the crowd right. Well lol jokes on me because I got two very tired phlebotomists who just stabbed me without really looking . You can see they're fatigued and just done with the day. I got a bed at 435. So they failed at getting my vein on one arm and I said yes to trying the other. She pulled a short tube across my body and I kneeeeew the needle would eventually slowly come out and sure enough it did. She said

Staff is is awesome ?? friendly and smooth with the sticks, I only have good things to say always good vibes jazman, Marissa, Jose, James, Paula, Janelle, Alex, Elizabeth

When I scheduled my appt for 1/6/2025 on the app it showed a total of $125 for one donation and when I came in for the physical the doctor asked me to go into mh email and look for a different promo code because they couldn't honor what it was showing and she entered the promo code and it change my payment from $125 to $50 which is false advertisement on BioLife end. When I spoke to a manager she said she saw what I was talking about but they never pay $125 for one donation and it must be an error so that w

The staff is awesome and the place is clean. The only problem is its over booked and puts pressure on the staff really no use in setting appointments on the app if you show up on time just to wait in line for 30 plus minutes to get a bed then wait another 15 plus minutes to get stuck by needle. Overall the staff is the reason this branch is successful.

Peleigh is super friendly and always makes me laugh. The entire staff is really nice and professional even when they are swamped.

The people are cool but what is the point of them having a number if they never answer it, I called 18 times in a row no answer about even a call back

This place has a horrible track record. First of all if the management wanted to fix the issues they would call the customer, not post a half hearted reply to each bad review. This place has a horrible track record of customer service. I have been donating plasma for years. This company is new to California. They are opening more and more clinics. Here is the problem they have many new inexperienced phlebotomist (people who stick the huge needle in your arm) they will use you to train them. That means they

Your Rialto Donation Center, and your internal Biolife App have to be in Cahoots. You cannot make available appointments on the App after 3pm and on, if you know your Rialto site closes at 3pm. These donors, including myself go through great expense, in travel, and time, to reach your facility to donate. This is not your first Rodeo, but the right hand needs to talk to the left.

I don't know y you can only poke my fingers 2 I have calluses on my fingers so it's hard for them so I think I need more than two times of a poke usually cuz they don't poke me right I think you guys should change that.

I actually enjoy going there, the people are super friendly. Every time I get there somebody's there for the smile on my face and by time I leave I've laughed two or three times. Maybe it's quite enjoyable he even if they are sticking me with a needle and draining my blood well they put it back, it interactions with the staff there make it worth it.

For the most part it's cool, the money helps and most of the time the staff is great. THAT BEING SAID they do have their mess ups. My last donation I ended up with a huge bruise on my arm because the one attending me really messed up bad, my arm felt pain then went numb but it was a 90 dollar pay so I'm not too worried about it.

The staff are just not changing the gloves they need to be reminded all the time. And also they need to be careful

This place is so poorly run. There are always dirty gloves on the floor. This place is a walking health violation. The people of Rialto deserve better. Terrible management and center supervisors in place

I was poked two times because they did not properly get my vein to withdraw plasma ending the session. Then the nurse comes and tells me I'm disqualified for 8 eight weeks because they could not deposit my blood. This happens before prior where they couldn't deposit my blood back into me. The first time it happen was due to a machine malfunction and the now because they couldn't find my vein. How is that held against me because of staff and machine issues? Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Faster process than other places I've been to. The staff are courteous and the donations are fair

Worst experience I've ever had donating. First time going to this location and the staff were extremely unprofessional, rude and over worked. The initial stick of the needle was so painful here and when I asked for an adjustment I was talked down to, shamed and made to feel bad for the workers lack of ability to perform her job appropriately. The compensation was threatened once I asked for management and I eventually asked to end my session early so I could leave. I felt so uncomfortable here. Please sta

I had a bunch of problems when I first came here. After reaching out the manager he was able to help me and now I've had no issues. Only took me 25 minutes to donate now.

Staff was great very patient with new donors, they do warn you at the beginning that it will take a bit longer since you're a new donor. Nurses will explain the process and are very polite, Dita was one excellent nurse who guild me through where to go for the next visit.

Outstanding! The staff is friendly and professional and do a tremendous job of getting you in and out in a safe and efficient manner. This is a great way to serve and protect the health and future of our loved ones and those in need. Highly recommend this facility.

Shawn (nurse) was very helpful , everyone was very polite and welcoming. All the staff did an amazing job. My first time donating and I will be coming back again soon! I recommend this facility 10/10 ?? 5/29/24

Service & care is failing now. I've been going here for a few months & it's getting worse. They moved a man from my bed to another bed and didn't clean it. I had to ask them to clean it before I laid down. Some staff are friendly & gentle, but other staff are not paying attention to patients, just jabbing in the needle, twisting & turning and then saying, "oh I can't find a vein." It's become an assembly line. It was a wasted trip & painful. I left 2 hrs later, with not getting to donate & not receiving m

Draws are not always consistent. Needle placement doesn't always align with vein, but they're good about attending to your needs or concerns when stuff like this happens and fix the issue. My biggest issue with this particular center is that there is never soap in the ladies restroom! It's unnerving to know people can't properly wash their hands after using the restroom thus causing all sorts of germs and bacteria to be spread unnecessarily from lack of access to soap in the ladies reste room in this facil

I wish it was a little more anxiety friendly? u know it's not their job to put you at ease but my level of anxiety when I go to this place is 1000/10?. It does help out to be able to pay for extra things and such?. The proximity to other people and literally can look any way but to each others faces is annoying?. Clean place .. most staff is nice? the girl with the cow long lashes not so much? can't remember her name tbh? and the lead/ sup with the really short hair? not very kind either?. I wish there was

The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The actual donation process for me takes around 30 minutes, but the wait times for the initial screening and waiting for a bed can be up to an hour and a half depending on the day. My last donation took place early on a weekday, I was gone within 2 hours. Promos are decent but I wish they were more frequent to make the wait times worth it but that is more of a company thing than a location thing. Biolife has made the holidays a bit easier financially the pa

They did an excellent job assisting me got me out of there fast thank you.

Love it. Good composition $$.and at the same time. There clean and very friendly!

I feel like there is some type of flaw if the way they check the customers for BP and other vitals. I went twice and no problem, then for the next two weeks they said my BP was too high. I went to doctor and I checked out perfectly fine, I went amd donated blood at life stream this week and they also said I was perfectly ok. So I'm not sure why my BP is to high for them. Big waste of time.

Not sure how accurate the bad reviews are and I felt doubt in going to this location because of them but I'm glad I still gave them a try. All the staff was great! KEEP IN MIND, if you're donating for the first time it will take a while. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was done by 6:15. This seems long but it included the check-in, the vitals check, the consultation and physical, and lastly the donation itself plus the waiting period after to make sure you are okay to leave. Waiting seems like a drag but I

Every prior visit was normal till this last time and it was so painful/uncomfortable. Blood pressure cuff was left on for too long and my right arm turned purple and went numb. Machine notified employees twice of an air bubble as well as my discomfort ,was told I would see a nurse and once the blood and saline was given back they sent me on my way without being seen. Both arms were left bruised and swollen for a whole week.

This place isn't that bad but a couple of weeks ago This girl ruptured a vein in my arm and caused me to be sore and badly bruised for almost three weeks. I went back to the center and told them and they said they'd put my coupon on hold. I returned about a week later and they said they couldn't do that even though they had already given their word that they would. It messed up the waybi was managing the money and kinda disappointing. They're ok though.

Joselyn and Carolina made my experience fun and relaxing. I am a hard stick and Carolina was determined to get it. She did great and my donation went really well.

So I'm a new donator, started about last week and the process when you start is a little lengthy, but that's to be expected AND you do get pushed ahead of the line no matter what. So that's nice, I think it tends to take longer in the afternoon/evening as the lines are a bit longer and you're probably waiting an hour+ depending on the available beds and how many people are ahead of you. I went in again today around 10:15am for my appointment and walked out at 11:16am. So it wasn't too bad at all. The peop

My very FIRST TIME ever donating PLASMA! From start to finish, everyone was pleasant and kind and helpful. Sandy Irvine, was most kind and amazing and comforting. I couldn't ask for a better nurse. She checked a few times and helped me grasp how everything worked and what to expect. This Facility was clean and again STAFF was incredible. Every encounter with every person smiled and even small talk was great. They know what they're doing here at this location. I cannot thank you all enough. From start to fi

Okay, this place has me feeling a little on edge. I made a 7:15 appt and got there early. 1st appt is supposed to take 2 hours. I was told I hadn't eaten enough that morning (2 eggs, protein powder in almond milk), so they wanted me to eat a bag of goldfish crackers. Then they said it would take 6 hours. Also, someone in there had been smoking a lot of weed. It was so strong. I'm sure it was a patient, but that smell is horrible to me, gives me an instant headache. I left and I won't be back. The employee d

FYI. Y?all shouldn't make appointments at 4 if you close at 4 on the weekends. You would usually get a grace period. I walked up at 4:02. And it was stated were closed. 2 minutes though.

Staff is really good and experience. I've been brusied once before which they told me about, but one of the recent times I have went it took me an hour to pump. Which I usually finish 30 min in and they moved the needle and just said it was a slow blood flow, so I was surprised to hear that but I just finished my donation. They were asking if it hurt and it didn't but any other time I've been bruised didn't hurt either. Two days later I'm bruised which honestly wouldn't have mattered to me if the person wou

Donate is okay until there a problem like get stuck with a needle and no blood come out were are you stick the needle and i questions them they give me attitude from unhappy employees they do not take accountability for there actions.i told the management and her response was there certified to stick you after I told her he hurt my arm mean he did something wrong I should no it my arm. Never seen a nurse or doctor to check my arm i had to use bad language to get him to stop stick the needle in and out back

Great place to donate. Very clean. I've had no issue there at all. Staff is great and friendly, especially Mayra, she goes over and beyond, very knowledgeable. Although sometimes I've had to wait to get my blood drawn, I've always prepared myself for a little longer wait time. Don't expect to be in and out right away. But still giving them 5 stars because everybody there has been good to me.

I donated four times about to be five. In line and thought since they work so hard and effectively I may as well give recognition. The staff is kind and don't waste time. Never seen anyone mistreated. Customers always appear relaxed. It can take to to donate. First day can be four hours. All after up to 2 but have seen someone out in a hour. Nothing to do with staff. It is just the process.

Because some of the staff is friendly that I've encountered. The process of being checked in can move alot smoother when the lines are long. Time management everyone working is always running around to do other tasks.

Very very nice staff professional. It was my first time they explained everything really good made me feel comfortable checked on me often.good snacks and drinks cause it was my first time.guest wi fi.easy to talk to allways a plus.easy parking.clean facility.awesome staff.????????????

Donating here at the Rialto facility is a positive experience. Never have any problems and all staff are very nice and know what they are doing. Alejandra is very courtious and friendly and seems to be doing great during her staff trainning rounds. I am glad to be part of something helpful and positive.

Mandy is very rude and the wait time here is insane. Go check out the other plasma donation place in fontana, they'll probably be more professional and you won't have to waste your whole day there

Amazing place to donate at and everybody is a huge help in getting things done right;

Let me start with I don't even want to give them a star at all and when they do answer they say hold on I waited 12 minutes and then they hung up on me

I went to donate on 11/30 & my appointment was at 4:45pm. It was my first time donating. They did a physical & everything was good to go. I did everything per their instructions. Drink plenty of fluid, no caffeine or alcohol. Eat no later than 2 hours before your appointment. They also gave me an ensure prior to my donation. I was able to donate & it was after 7pm when it was completed. I also waited 15 minutes to ensure that everything was ok. I went home. Maybe 25-30 minutes later I had felt cold chills,

Great place to donate and cool on hottest of days

It was calm and relaxing. Even do the machine said I had to much fat on my system ...but I still got 40 bucks ????

Yall r horrible. Require an appointment but NEVER answer the phone. Then don't respond to left messages which u also require. Some body is working that shouldn't b. And low n behold. The previous paragraph was from yesterday 12/10/23. So today (after painstakingly visiting n person to make a simple appointment yesterday) I made my 2:45pm appointment. And after keeping me there for a miserable 2hrs I'm told I can't donate today because the young lady that scheduled me didn't schedule me for a physical. So I

Best Bio life in the I.E, workers are cool and its conveniently close by. I'd recommend

Eveytime I show up at my appointment time and have to waste 45 minutes before getting jabbed, the appointment system is absolutely pointless. I've showed up only to sit and wait while other people who have later appointments and showed up after me get serviced first. Some of us have jobs and things to do and cannot just sit around waiting for the staff to get their act together. I sincerely hate this place.

Amazing place to donate, staff are very friendly they great you right away and give you a very big smile and they are very professional as well, I always feel relaxed every time I come here. they take their time to know you and treat you like not their patient. From the Vital Signs staffed like Mandy and Amber, to Angel and everyone else. Thank you guys always!

Two weeks ago this coming Friday I went to donate, a young lady came to the door and told us the internet was down and that we couldn't donate just as soon as it was back up they were going to send us a email letting us know I never received an email I tried calling several times left numerous messages I never got a call back and another thing she told us since we couldn't donate that we should get something extra to compensate us since it wasn't our fault to this we haven't heard anything I'm really consid

This has been the best experience I've had with donating. Mayra made me feel comfortable during every step of the process. She was gentle and personable. This will be my go-to location from now on. Thank you, Mayra, and staff!

I give them an A+, I been to other plasma centers. Other centers are headaches waste of time and the compensation is going down while everything is getting more expensive. This place is fare and the numbers are always dependable no surprises! Staff are great, my experience has been 100% everytime and I take the train in from Los Angeles that's saying alot! Ray

Service let alone quality is low to the point where it's a matter of time someone gets hurt for lack of training etc! The girl couldn't find my vein sticked me anyway and she forgot to turn on the cuff very irresponsible and Unsafe

All around a great team always helpful with any questions you may have

I've been coming here for about a year never had a problem. Today it wouldn't let me do a questionnaire, staff said I needed to sign a print scan consent form and to wait for them to put it in the system. I waited for about 20 minutes, they said it should be working now. It wasn't. Waited again for them to fix the problem. Still didn't work, then they said it's not working because I'm scheduled to do a blood sample and to wait for the nurse. I waited again.. no one came to take a sample or anything. My appo

The EMPLOYEES are nice. It's clean in there. And remember to do PLASMA takes time so BE PATIENT. Bring your phone to entertain yourself

Everyone is professional and friendly. Attentive. Everyone keeps busy and assist each other when needed. They get people in and out as quick as they can while keeping in line and never cutting corners.

Everyone welcomed me.they were all polite.and still I took into consideration that even though I wasn't a new donor I was still returning donor and what about the situation the same way.

10/10 Recommend. The staff is really friendly. They got the new fast machines so the donation process goes faster. The appointment system helps keep lines down. I've been going for over a year with no issues.

I've been donating for over 10 years now, never had any issues even with bad sticks at other locations until here. Got stuck by what seemed like a confident lacking tech who caused my arm to have a hematoma differing me for 56 days. Then when being observed I asked if it was ok to leave about 10 minutes before the 30 minute mark since I felt fine and was told by another tech that leaving would be fine. In my notes it stated I had just up and left. Speaking with a Supervisor at this location they didn't offe

This. Is. The. Second. Time. I've. Donated. And. Not. Received. All. My. Money. Don't. Think. I'm. Donating. Again

BioLife Plasma Center is a great place to Donate. Very Clean and Professional Atmosphere. Save a life or help someone in their time of need. Thank you BioLife Plasma. ??

Staff is really nice, they just take a really long time. I'm in the bed waiting for minimum of 20-25 min before anyone gets to me. But other than that nice staff, friendly, approachable, and clean.

Dont do it. It's not worth risking your health. I went there as a first time donor and just from the part in the questionnaire where it goes over the side affects; I started feeling nauseous, dizzy, and light headed. Kidney failure? Permanent but temporary if lucky? What? I get now why people get paid for this type of donation. Because each time you are basically risking yourself for the possibility of heart, lung, or kidney failure. You dont believe me? Go there; get to the questionnaire part and try being

UPDATE THIS PLACE HAS GOTTEN VERY CONGESTED AND DIFFICULT TO USE ANYMORE. Though they require you to have an appointment, doing so NOW appears pointless. It's nearly always crowded with long wait lines. The claim is that they give priority to NEW donors. Personally, I think they're just short staffed. Sadly, this problem has become a common issue over the past 5 months. Hopefully this will change, but I don't think that they currently feel the need to address the problem. EVERYTHING BELOW is obsolete: This

One of the best plasma centers for new donors promotions the most and also pays more for the return donor then other centers Friendly staff and helpful.. Definitely highly recommend. ,,,???????? I would like to thank the management for updating the questionnaire on the system it's way faster than before... Thank you very much Thank you very much ??????????

Bad experience 10/15 12:25 pm, I assume she is the manager because she is the only one who does not have a medical gown, no uniform, long nails, everything that a health protocol requires, she does not have it and apart from that she is rude with the donors if she is going to be at the front desk , at least what you expect is good attitude and solutions. she doesn't care about it "she have to learn about how to be a leader" customer experience is always first.

I always enjoy my experience at this center. I reside in Highland and choose to go to this center instead of the one in San Bernardino, because the Rialto center is much cleaner and the staff has amazing customer service! Keep up the good work and thank you to all the amazing staff.

The staff is super friendly and they make an effort to know who you are and greet you by name. I love that. What I don't like is the payment method. I am a Platinum member and my base pay is $20 for the first donation of the week and $100 for the second and coupons and specials on top. Sounds great but what If I miss the second? And you can't change days or it throws your cycle of set days off. $20 is hardly worth it if you cant make it for the second. The staff are great but I may be looking to go t
