on 3/31 there were 9-10 people waiting with at least 6 in chair and maybe 3 phlebotomists on the floor. UNACCEPTABLE. I DID NOT DONATE AND NEVER WILL UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS. I Will try again. But, lack of staffing is a negative impact on my donor time and effort. follow up. I returned a few weeks later. and the service was quick efficient and friendly. Thank you to the staff and administration for the effort. Thank you.

I went to this donation place three times. The first two times were good, a little long, but not bad. The third time I went here, their plasmapheresis machine (machine to draw plasma) little broke in the middle of my donation. This meant that I lost around 2-3 CUPS OF BLOOD. They gave me some crackers, juice and deferred me. No apology. No reimbursement. No accountability at all. Try another center. The pay is not worth your risking your health; especially when the staff don't really care.

I visited the BioLife center for my scheduled plasma donation appointment at 3:45 PM. I had selected this time on their website last week. Although I arrived 15 minutes early, I was told to wait until my appointment time, which was fine. However, I noticed that multiple people had been scheduled for the same time slot. Currently, there are about six people ahead of me, waiting to donate, and several more already inside. This raises concerns about their scheduling system. If they accept appointments, they sh

This is the worst donation center in the DMV! My appt was at 10:45 and I waited 3 hours for a physical. The nurse forgot about me and went to lunch, came back and told me she thought someone else was going to check me in. The staff seem overworked and lacking of crucial customer service skills. I had to leave because I had other plans that did not involve waiting multiple hours for something that should take no more than one! All in all, not a good experience. Octapharma, ADMA and Biomat are all more conv

Overall not bad. The facility is generally clean, but has neglected the restrooms significantly. The only item stocked in the bathrooms is thankfully toilet paper. No soap, no hand sanitizer, and no paper towels. Also, no hand sanitizer is available for donors throughout the facility. The staff are generally personable and helpful and the rest of the facility is pretty clean. For a new donor, expect to be there for 3 hours on your first visit for seemingly no reason. They just forget about you or make you w

I had a very disappointing experience at BioLife Plasma. After going through the entire new donor process, which took a considerable amount of time, an inexperienced phlebotomist glanced at my arm for about 20 seconds and immediately said I had no veins. There was no real effort to find one, no second opinion, and no compassion. It was also close to closing time, and it felt like they just wanted to go home rather than properly assess my eligibility. People donate plasma to help others and give back to the

Are you for real? First time coming and I'm excited to donate. I come 20 minutes early and there's a sign at the door they are closed and might open til after 11 am! Are you kidding me!? Yall couldn't get another location to call the people with appointments!? Do yall not prep the day prior and print out the schedule with our information Incase of an emergency like this!??!!!!!! I drove 40 minutes and had to get a baby sitter!!!!! I should have read the reviews prior to making this appointment! Thanks for w

Comparing the compensation to the possible consequences, I would highly recommend NOT coming here! They said they weren't sure about my veins but I am very vascular and have never had any problems anywhere getting blood or IVs. The Lead Tech Nalisa immediately gave me a large hematoma in my right arm (pictured). It took 2 weeks for the bruising to go away and it is still touch sensitive. In my left arm where they did get the IV, I felt a numb and weak sensation for just as long as I had the bruising. Screen

Jamie was very rude. I could definitely feel her speaking down to me. Worst managerial experience I have ever had. If Jamie is there dont ask management a question.

Terrible customer service. You can make or change an appointment online. But nobody answers their phones or returns calls. Ever. Basic questions. Nobody answers. No one to email for response either. Very disappointing. After posting this, got a message here to go to website and fill out form. I did. Got a call. Was driving. The call dropped. They didn't call back. Why do they have phones if they don't use them to provide customer service?

Bio Life has been one of the most wonderful experience that I've become apart of. From the time I walk in ur greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. The techs here are very patience and easy going making sure each experience is as wonderful as the first . Giving back to help others strive and have a better life I couldn't ask for more thank you for the opportunity.

First time appointment. Waited 2-3 hours to finally start donation only to be told my veins were too small and I WOULD NOT BE PAID for my time. why couldn't they check my veins during my physical? Or as soon as I walked in?! If you're thinking about doing this understand that you might wait 3 hours and get absolutely nothing. Terrible experience, probably won't try to donate again. Office is disorganized. Some staff were nice, feel sorry for them too honestly. Without promo you're looking at maybe $40 with

I had a disc in my neck repaired with a titanium plate 10 years ago and I was turned away. I asked all the people that I saw and they said it was fine. I go through waiting hours and getting poked to the final person who says it's policy. Then why didn't anybody say anything that I asked before I had to wait for hours. I got my hopes up when they tested my blood and said it was good. I don't know wut getting a disc repaired in my neck over 10 years ago had to do with policy but it's complete bull so if anyo

Severely understaffed, for at least 8 months now, the so called nurses they call to the donor floor should be on the floor already, not sitting in a room until they're called. Since it's only 5 people really doing something the wait times are terrible, used to be in and out in at least an hour. Now if your unlucky you'll be here 3-4 hours.

I decided to try out this company for the promotion. My is that there are too many people at appointments. I didn't get the exam at all for being a new patient, they sent me straight to screening, for some strange reason my blood pressure was superhigh so I was deferred. I can return the next day however, I have to have an appointment. Everything is booked. It's not organized. Why even have the appointments when they don't follow procedure? I don't like CSL, but at least they stopped the appointments

I would like to thank everyone for their reviews. I was just getting ready to go to my appointment when something in my spirit said "read the reviews first." I do not like an unprofessional environment. I was already leary about coming after I tried to call to get some information and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. The wait times and lines is a no for me due to other health issues. I was supposed to go last month, but due to the death of my father did not attend. Thank goodness I came here. I wil

I am only rating it a 2 due to security and how this man was so rude to me. I was sitting in a chair which I am assuming was his chair. He came into the building and rudely said and these are his exact words" you can move". I was shocked and his mannerisms. I said to him "I have no problem moving but you can't talk to people that way." I got up and moved and he continued to try to argue where then I asked for his supervisors number and his name. He said " I don't have a name or a supervisor." I saw that the

Never in my life have I had to wait this long to be seen. I wasn't even able to donate at my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, and had to leave. I waited 2 hours and there were still 11 people ahead of me. When I left to reschedule, I asked if this was normal for their location, and the nurse told me to expect 2-3 hours. Why even bother with appointments at that point. Absolutely a waste of time.

I can tell they're dealing with understaffing and other limitations in being able to deal with running a fully operational center. However, turning away a newer donor that got delayed due to issues with the metro system, after they spent almost 2 hours to travel to the center, is not a great way to incentivize us to return. I was told quite directly that in the future if I am delayed due to the metro to not bother coming. So please keep that in mind before wasting time and money to make it to the appointmen

This place is awful. It's the third time I drive more than an hour and there's nobody here! It's fully open but there's not a single soul inside. The app still let you do appointments even when there's no service available. So sad and upsetting. Bad company! Update. 2 days in the same week!

I was a new donor and had donated twice back in October 2024. Then received a phone call telling me that my protein was off. Went back there and did a blood draw for testing. They said to call in two weeks, which is very surprising because with CSL and Octophrama it is only one day. After two weeks I called. No one answered or returned my call. I called and left messages nearly every day for nearly four weeks. No one EVER returned my call. I finally went back to the Forestville facility 6 weeks later.

The Riverdale office badly needs an overhaul. There is a new manager seeking to create order but the donation process is still fairly chaotic at this location.

There was only one person doing check in and so I waited in the check in line as a first time donor for about 30 minutes before even starting the physical. I was there from 2pm to 5pm since the check in was a bit mottled. They needed to have another manager there as the one there was very new (not her fault at all!) and there were technical issues and the staffing seemed like it should have been more personnel. The rest of the process was great and flowed pretty well.

They say "each prospective donor is important to us" but here's some of us donors waiting in the cold for 1 hr this morning when the center delayed their opening without sending any notification. I really like some of the staff who are friendly and work hard but management treats you like you're disposable.

The screening went smooth and quick. The staff on the floor were working fast and efficiently. There have been times when they are really short staffed which makes the donation time too long. On 9-27-23 my visit was probably 75 minutes. The current staff are amazing and do the best they can with what they've got. I've see. Lot of staff come and go in just a year. Corporate needs to do better by their employees to retain the best.

So far, so good! The phlebotomists at this location have very easily hit my veins, making the process almost pain-free. It can be a little crowded--for your first appointment, expect it may take around 4 hours due to going through documents, the physical, the test you have to take about health history, and the donation. Other visits will be about 90 minutes. The staff is helpful.

All of the staff was amazing! They are all very kind and good at their jobs! There wasn't much guidance or communication on where to go after completing each step though. It seemed a little chaotic and I found myself just waiting and wondering if I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. The staff took care of me, explained every step before and during each step, and checked in on me along the way!

You require donors to do extensive online tasks before booking a time. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time . 13 people are in front of me and while I was there you moved 1 person. I understand donors are getting paid here but maybe pay less and redirect that money into a more efficient site.

It appears to me that everyone there is happy to be there. They really enjoyed their jobs which reflects on how they treat the clients. Keep them HAPPY and we the clients will reap the JOY.

4 reasons not to donate anymore!!! 1- Long waiting lines. All donations take 2 to 3 hours, so This becomes tiring and discouraging. 2- The values ??are only good for the first month, after that they pay $40 per donation and that is humiliating. This week I received a promotion to donate for $40, what do you mean? 3- I made an appointment for minutes at 5:00pm, when I arrived the door was closed and the employees inside were making gestures for me to leave, as they were closed, but on the door there was a

I was surprised and happy to see many new faces. There were many new employees. One of the new employees at the Riverside Park location told me they are currently under new management. I'm aware of the fact that over a dozen of the 2023 employees no longer work at the Riverdale Park location. Brand new employees have really made a huge difference. The new employees behave much more professional. I didn't hear much of the unprofessional trash talk and casual street conversations like I heard in the pre

I have a professional job. But still I need more money for support my family. I am running every day. I eat healthy foods. I want to know how they made my arm just like that. But still I have to go. My left arm is still hurting. My right arm is getting better. I will be okay. God will blessed me.

Last few times Restrooms have been nasty, no toilet paper no paper towels. No Hand sanitizer

DO NOT COME HERE! This office is completely unprofessional and unorganized with extremely long wait times. I had a new donor appt at 4:15 got there at 4:15 and wasn't called back to get registered until 4:55. and waited almost another 45 minutes just to have my vitals taken. I will never return to this location or this company. and to make matters worse i couldn't even use their bathroom because it was trifling. I mean straight up section 8 nasty with piss all over the seats, trashed with toilet paper like

fast and friendly Updated 8/30/2024: I've been coming here over 5 years now. It used to be speedy, friendly, and consistent. Pretty much all the original staff seems to be gone. And the new ones seem understaffed and inexperienced. Their failure rate for sticking is also higher and thus wait times longer. And i don't really blame the techs because they seem to have a mandate where they're timed, i don't know about you guys but i don't want anyone with a needle to be rushing. And most recently they put my

Great friendly staff. Clean, efficient, fast. Altogether a totally great experience!

I set up an appointment for 4:35pm for my second ever visit to the facility. I received a phone call earlier in the day from someone that said I could come to the facility earlier than my appointment time if I wanted, which worked with my schedule, so I showed up one hour early. The check in computer interview had no record of my appointment at all. When I went to the desk to ask questions, there was no one at the desk for about 20 minutes. When I explained the situation, my account was reset. Before I

I donated at this location for the better part of 3 years. Over that time, my experiences got progressively worse and it entirely stems from time management. I'd arrive as much as 30 minutes early to an appointment just to wait an hour to get to check in, another hour to get in line for the donation floor, then almost another hour to get to a donation chair. As time went on, more and more often the staff would have to turn donors away because they were nearing closing time, despite having set an appointment

My experience was interesting. I left there with a scratchy throat, only to test positive for Covid.

Literally BEGGING you guys to get more employees. I've never seen a donation center run this slow. At minimum get people into the waiting room so they can sit. Standing and waiting for the first test for an hr is crazy. Please please please get more people to help out front.

Worst location ever all they do talk talk talk no one is attending customers I will never come here again!!! Doing nothing just sitting and converting took 45 min for someone to come to the front and attend new customers

I usually go to the Baltimore National Pike location but the Riverdale location is open Mondays and is closer to my work. I was nervous to go because of all the negative reviews. I booked in the app and arrived a few minutes early for my 1:35pm appointment. There was only 1 person in the computer to check in. There was one person in line for screening and one person being screened. After finishing the check in questions I probably waited 5 minutes for the initial health screening. Then I went to the donor

Riverdale sucks. 3 hours of my life wasted. Don't come to Riverdale location. There machines don't work. Old machines.

I had an appointment today. After waiting almost 3 hours and still not close to donating as new donor after new donor cut in line, I just walked out. Not worth the $40 unless you got nothing to do for 6 hours. Going back to CSL

The ?newcomer? promotion I had was set up so I would receive a certain amount of money for 4 donations within a month. My first 2 donations went smoothly but when I showed up to my 3rd appointment in October, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for facility issues. This was news to me and others who also showed up to their appointments since we never got any kind of notification and were still able to make appointments on the app. After I completed my 4th donation, I realized I didn't get

Smooth process, kind a helpful staff, kept me informed of every level I experienced.

Had a great experience. Aura really helped out professionally, efficiently and warmly. Because I'm leaving town soon, she helped me figure out the best way to be a effective long-term donor. Office felt like a well kept facility and honestly everything felt like it ran well and smoothly. A++ BioLife Team ??

I feel the wait is too long considering you have to make an appointment and they are always under staffed which makes the employees their overworked and can't give you their best. The group of employees that are working there are amazing and have a beautiful spirt and I can tell they enjoy what they do but are worn out do to lack of support. Giving is a blessing and a company like this should always be staffed and clean. The bathrooms are not kept up properly and break down often which should never happen

Writing this review while donating bc this place is so bad. This is my first time donating but I will not be returning. Wait times were incredibly long, place is severely understaffed. The computer to complete my questionnaire wasn't working and I was told it's a common problem. I was told the donation process would take an hour, but I was hooked up go the machine for an hour and half while I watched donors that came after me leave before me. I spent at least 3-4 hours at the center which was definitely not

Clinic was overbooked, too many machines not working for the number of donors. Wait time was insane. There is an urgent need for a potable water fountain inside, as the heat outside was dangerous and the risk of dehydration is not safe. Air quality with respect to CO2 and COVID-19 needs to be communicated to donors, as the waiting area is breeding ground for respiratory viruses.

Man dey shouldn't get any stars ...dey low on staff and everything...and wat i don't understand is why dey don't answer the phones ...u can't reach out to anyone I was calling yesterday to get my results from my last donation...dey never answer dey calls ..nobody be at the front desk like dis is crazy I shouldn't have to call over 21 times and nobody answers dey need to hire more people

Some of yall complain that this office closes the day off and without warning, leaving customers upset they traveled all the way for nothing. Do you people who complain ever heard of calling to confirm your appointment or calling to confirm if they re open? That what a smart and prepared person does.

Within the last few weeks there have been no long wait times. I was told that changes made to the appointment time slots (making them longer and not so frequent) are now preventing so many donors from all pouring in at once. Also, now having 5-6 phlebotomist on the floor at one time placing donors in ALL 4 rows of available chairs, as opposed to previously just 2 phlebotomist using just 2 rows of chairs are now making my donations a much more pleasant experience.

This center absolutely deserves all of the poor reviews. As a new donor, I had great interactions with the admin staff, but once I was sent to the back it went downhill very fast. I cautioned the young woman that I had small veins, she proceeded to stick the needle very quickly and forcefully. Of course that didn't work. She moved it around while I was in pain, then declared this arm wouldn't work, took the needle out and said we'd need to use my right arm. My paperwork clearly said left arm only which I in

Had to sit in the chair for almost 30 mins while they kept bringing more and more people to the back seating them and hooking them up to the machines the staff also looked at me multiple times before they finally decided to hook me up .

Doesn't really pay enough now, for the distance I have to travel. If I can't receive, at least, $60-$100, per trip, it's becoming useless for me, and I believe in donation. Thanks.

The techs are butchers. My last 2 donations, they gave me hematomas in both arms. The bruises in the pics are 2 days old. I was rejected at my appointment today, because of the bruises that their staff gave me. The last tech was rude and inconsiderate. After butchering my left arm, she dropped a sheet of paper on me containing info pn how to take care of a hematoma. Dropped on me Not handed to me. She then proceeded to butcher my right arm. So, today i drove all the way to riverdale for nothing. Give them a

This is a great place to donate plasma and get some extra cash. I use it to get cash for my out-of-pocket medical, herbal expenses. You need to be in good shape, and it takes about an hour and a half. I am vegan, so it is easy to meet the protein and iron levels requirement. I go twice a week, and it is not too invasive or painful. Drink 4 quarts of water before coming, and the first visit might take 2 hours or more. The subsequent visits are quicker. The staff is nice, and the app is easy to use. I highly

Screeners and phlebotomists that are on the floor are very nice people very welcoming they are all overworked. The upper management seems to be micromanaging which is causing the best people to leave. I hope to see a full staff .to make the process better. The wait time is ready bad and so inappropriate for having an appointment. The new hours are a inconvenience. Looking to see the environment become a team again . Not the big I and little you's.

I've only been a donor for a month or so, but haven't experienced any of the issues I've read about. My only complaint is the scanner used to sign in and out never seems to want to work for my finger. That's frustrating. Staff should be able to override the system and accept responses. Nurses on the floor are professional and if you engage them in conversation, they seem happy to talk and joke with you.

Worst place ever , no one knows anything. Made me wait 2 hours to then tell me I couldn't donate I spoke with the manager and he told me he was going to compensate me, that never happened came back again spoke to another lady manager and she said she can't compensate me and that I have to wait for the manager that is on vacation to come back for him to compensate me. Worst service ever.

Had an appointment and waited over an hour just for initial vitals to be taken. They are WAY understaffed and because of this the staff seemed irritated. Cleanliness was not the best but not awful. The nicest staff member there was the girl that checked me in for my appointment. The other front desk girl had a horrific attitude problem and rolled her eyes at me more than twice with no reason to do so (not professional at all). I ended up walking out because I had been there for more than 3 hours and only ha

If I could give 0 I would; the place is understaffed everyday and you'll wait up to hours.

I had a 1010 appointment this morning. I showed up properly, I did my computer check in, and then I waited. For 40 minutes until I was seen by the person taking vitals. There was only one person taking vitals. Then I went back, and the donation floor is more like a free-for-all. It's always loud, and the phlebotomists and staff are always yelling across the room at each other like there's no one else there. Even the management gets in on the phone and is loud and boisterous on the floor with the technician

This is the dumbest/careless place I've ever seen in my whole life. They are so lazy omg. They gonna invent the craziest reason to avoid you from donating just so they have to deal with less people. They send you to check your vein and I was in the line and they were checking people for 5s then they would say the vein wasn't good enough in order to donate. I was there to donate the second time and they didn't allow me to because I had to prove my address. I live on campus of my Uni so I brought letters from

Firstly, I can say customer service was cool. Everyone was friendly. I'd like to recommend something in the process that will help everyone. Before you all send people out to go eat, do the FULL evaluation. We come here to give blood and mostly here because we need money. I just spent money I did not have on a meal for NO reason as I got deferred. Was told to come back next week. People don't come there to lose money and I saw a few people get denied who was also told to leave to eat. I saw one girl in the

I have worked on my health, drink lots of water, stayed away from a lot of fatty foods, walk regularly, and I still couldn't donate aside from the first time I donated in October, and the last time I donated in November. The staff is nice to me but honestly, due to the regulations on blood pressure for donation, I can't help others like I hoped. I'd appreciate it if this Plasma donation center and other donation centers as a whole could re-visit the blood pressure requirements as it is ridiculous that I got

Updated Review: It looks like they've managed to hire a bunch of new people and the wait times have been made reasonable. As I said, would be five stars if they were sufficiently staffed. They are now, so here is a five star rating! Old Review: Pros: the staff are incredibly friendly, but also not pushy. Compensation is good and promotions are frequent and easy. Cons: Whoever is in charge of hiring here needs to do their job. There are literally thirteen people in the lobby right now because there isn't

It's always such a long wait. I travel 11/2 hours to get to the site usually 3 or more hours to check in and donate then back home. I have visited octapharma and there process is always in and out. It's on a walk in basis and you can do the questions at home before you get there

Very sad to see how this place has transitioned from being super efficient and friendly to extremely slow and rude. I've been a doner here almost 2 years now. Used to be in and out in less than an hour. Now you have to plan to be here for half the day just to get screened and sit in a Doner bed. Then another 30 minutes to get connected to the machine. Last week I was here for 3.5 hours one day and still didn't even get connected so I left without donating. What's more is they have the nerve to send notifica

This is the worst place ever to donate... they are extremely un professional.... no one has proper training... they are slow.... I arrived at 1035 for my 1045 appointment and didn't sit in a chair until 12:45 almost 1.... this is not the first time either....they also don't have great hours like the other locations... they are closed sunday and monday and don't open till later in the am unlike other locations opening at 6am

Horrible experience. The donor area has trash on the floor the chairs aren't sanitized completely after each donor and when I asked for some wipes to clean my chair I was told to move to the next seat instead. I fought Virginia traffic just to make it on time and I was told I didn't pass their 2 vein test. I've been told all my life I have great veins in both arms, I even seen allot of veins on both my arms during the vein test. I diet exercise and drink lots of water. I've even given blood and plasma in th

I've been here twice and both times have been the worst donating experiences ever. This location must be seriously understaffed and they're usually fully booked. BioLife is the only plasma donation company in the area that requires appointment yet they're still backed up. If you miss your appointment by 10 min it's cancelled yet wait times are ridiculous. It's a shame because the staff is amazing. You feel bad for them because it's stressing for them too. Still they're very friendly and talkative. The manag

It was a better experience than the days that the process is ridiculously slow. But I understand the fact that you are understaffed and machines often experience technical issues. I just wish there was a way to counter this. All of that said, this visit things moved smoother than other visits.

Horrible Establishment, they make u wait so long nobody helps I went thru whole process and there was a letter missing in my name which wasn't my fault on my ID and they refused me even tho I showed proof

I am very disappointed with the Riverdale location and I would give a 0 star if it was possible. The last time I was able to donate was in 11/16. That same day, they took a blood sample for testing. I got there on my next appointment 7 days later and they haven't receive the results back. Ok, I go back home because I am understood that could happen. 3 days later, I try to call twice in the morning to see if they got my results back before going to my appointment. No one answered, and no one called back retu

I've been donating plasma here since 2022 and I saw significant improvements in 2023 compared to last year. It looks like this center limited the number of slots available per day and/or hired more staff and things have been moving MUCH faster lately, the lines have become much shorter, almost non-existent. The staff has been friendly and professional. Make sure you reserve a spot one or two days beforehand though.

They offer some really good compensation some times, but they are always busy. They overbook their schedules everyday and wait times just to get a bed are consistently 2 hours long. Plan on each donation being a full day trip.

I've been going here for about three years. I enjoyed the experience up until this recent year. For the life of me, I do not understand the point of having us boo for an appointment and we still have to wait in a point line. It has been times where I've pulled up and seen how packed the lobby was and just left. They care about bringing all these people in but do bout care how long they have us wait. Bottom line, I will not be returning until they ensure their customers that they will not be overbooking

The staff is nice enough. They appear to be under staffed. I had been left to sit one time for over 2 hours. The manager said you know you are here to donate. I said yes, but I have a life too. He didn't care. And here I am again trying take this work, My appt was at 3:20. It is now 4:37, and they are taking other people that were behind me. Donation or not.. the company needs to change their advertising. It does not take an hour!! Plan on 3.. and they don't care about your time, your job, or your family. I

Center clean workers are understanding caring and kind

Desperately understaffed, and also needs to treat their donors better. After waiting almost 2 hours just to get my vitals checked, my pulse showed 3 points too high so I was deferred. I talked to who I guess was the supervisor and begged them to check it manually. I checked it manually myself and kept getting mid 90s. She told me it was against policy. I'm sorry I know you have your policies but when you've kept people waiting for 2 hours it is not unreasonable to make an exception and have someone take 30

5 hours for real that really is not professional. Maybe there should be no appointments. Can't blame staff because there is not enough. Get it together Riverdale

Staff is friendly enough, but it is UNREASONABLY slow. Often times, the staff can be seen standing around gossiping while multiple people need stuck and people are waiting for beds. I've often noticed one staff member is running around like crazy to stick everyone by herself in the time other staff will get one person done. The past several times I've gone it's taken over an hour just to get stuck, which is absurd considering the whole procedure from start to finish used to take an hour.

I had a terrible experience with the new staff. The girl Sydney is very descrimanitive, i had a few complaints that she supposedly took statements for that management never found out. The girl Sydney never reported. Any of the issues. Every complaint or problem i had was documented into they're system has a problem they had from me...lol....the girl Alisha(spanish lady) and Sydney are people that shouldnt be trusted in any medical field. These new nurses they have dont know how to stick and will leave you o

The first issue is that it's merely impossible to book an appointment. You have to periodically check the calendar multiple times throughout the day to see if another donor canceled. No one answers the phone at this location. I came in as a new donor yesterday. The front desk staff were less than pleasant. The young lady informed me that my physical SSN card is the ONLY acceptable form of ID. The website clearly states multiple forms of ID including paystubs or other docs that can verify my social. I observ

Staff is awesome but they need to limit the amount of appointments they allow. About half the time I go, I leave because I don't want to wait 4 hours to donate. They are extra strict and only allow you to check in ten minutes before your appointment but apparently they don't understand how long it takes to donate so it quickly gets extremely backed up!!!

Had an appointment at 6:30pm, I arrived at 6:32pm. The sign outside the door said there is a 10 min grace period. The doors were locked, I knocked for over 10 mins till a girl looked my way and motioned that they were closed. I drove from VA here, it took me an hour to get here and not get seen. The girl at the front desk after saying they were closed she removed herself from sight. I find this very unprofessional. If they allow a grace period of 10mins the doors should not get locked until 6:40pm. I can't
