This is the best plasma place around! Clean and well maintained. Every one is awesome and helpful. Especially Adrian. He always says hi, is very friendly, and knows the biz well. I highly recommend coming here. Oh, and they always have great music ?? ?? definitely will be returning ??
I love bioLife and the staff including Andrea, Samar, and Shelly, everything is so organized and clean. Everyone is kind and respectful plus very considerate of others. I fully advise other's to check out BioLife and come donate it will be a good experience for you and others.
The staff and facility are top notch. Very clean and welcoming environment. Adrian was my tech and made the donation process easy and addressed all my questions. Can't recommend this center enough
Andrahlee at the riverside location is the BEST!! She always has a smile and is so friendly. She makes me feel comfortable and I didn't even really feel the needle during my donation. I just love when she's working
The donation process is pretty quick and easy. I've donated many times and Adrian in particular has such a gentle hand and is always very nice. I've recommended friends here and will definitely keep coming myself.
Overall great experience with great people everytime i come here. Definitely recommend coming here if you want to help people in need of plasma, plus you get money in return to buy your needs/wants. Adrian was the one that helped me out today 10/10 satisfied with the service! Appreciate everything and everyone! Have a great awesome one and keep up the great work!???
I just donated today, and had the fortune to be evaluated by Adrian Perez in Riverside , he was fantastic. He explained me every step of the process and answered all my questions during the screening. But not only that, he went above and beyond when I had questions regarding my prepaid card. Professionals like him make the donation process so smooth.
I was nervous donating plasma for my first time. However, the staff were very professional and courteous. They explained the process which put me at ease. It took less time than I anticipated and I felt great donating to a good cause
This place is awesome. A bit of a wait for my first donation, but it's fine, it was a process needed. Vivian was so great and made sure I was okay. She fed me great snacks like cheez it's and a protein shake for the wait. I was greatly informed of what was to come. Super easy to donate. Loraine was so sweet and helpful with my first donation. She was patient and gentle with me. Best place to go!
Getting set up as a first time donor was a breeze, they walked me through everything with great ease. When it came to the actual donation, Andraleah (I'm sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was just a joy to have around.
Adrian has always been a great help in getting my vitals and answering all my questions thoroughly. A great bedside manner and always in good humor. I appreciate the days when I come in and see that he is working. Thanks again Adrian!
Staff here are diligent, patient, professional, and more importantly POLITE. I can't think of a reason to say that I will never return. In fact, their environment, as welcoming as it is, really does make you wanna go back in a sincere way.
My experience here at BioLife has been really great overall. Adrian helped me with my screening today and he's always really great and helpful, as is everyone that has ever helped me here, whether with a screening, the actual donation or the physicals with the nurses. I definitely recommend donating here.
Adrian Anthony Perez is great at what he does. He was very friendly and kind. Especially when it came to injecting the needle in me. I rarely felt it which was good. So I had a good experience.
Angelica was very nice and asked me how my day was before checking me in. It is appreciated! Adrian didn't check me in but is always so nice and keeps everyone on their toes with his singing and knowing every song that plays.
This is a great Plasma Center. The office is clean, professional, and organized using very modern equipment. The staff was courteous and did not seem rushed or in a hurry. They were attentive and checked on me every 10 minutes asking if i was ok. It was a very pleasant experience.
Adrian Perez, a really good worker who is honest and cares for the people. He will welcome you with kindness with integrity. When you see him next time, he will remember you with honor and respect.
Every time I have visited this establishment is always been a pleasure. Starting with the staff and how welcoming they are and understanding to any situation, they never make you feel like like a stranger which is comforting. Bravo to you all at bio life continue to do great work and save lives.
Very slow service. Some of the employees don't seem to know what they are doing. Bathrooms are very dirty. I also noticed they don't sanitized the beds or area after each donor.
Adrian Perez was very helpful getting me started for my donation.
I can't believe how disappointing this place has become. After not visiting for six months, I returned only to find that they keep insisting my pulse is unusually high. This has never been an issue for me before, so I can't help but wonder if something is wrong with their equipment. It's frustrating to feel like I'm not being taken seriously."
Adrian Perez, has been very professional and makes the experience much better. Sam I didn't get her last name, but she is very good , painless everytime and great personally
Been coming here for a while now and honestly out of all the locations closest this by far the friendliest, cleanest and quickest! Thank you to Adrian as well for being friendly today!
Jane makes things bearable. Attentive and doesn't hurt me with sticking the needle things like this add up on the long run
Adrain was very pleasant and quick. Nice to see people still making conversation instead of feeling like your speaking to an automated system.
I been coming here for a year They wanted me to do my yearly physical no problem then They turn me down for a tattoo over 15 years old saying it was new you can see how faded it it was i don't understand I'm done with this place I guess they pick and choose. It's a bunch of bull sh..
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When I have questions I get good answers immediately. I'm happy to be donating my plasma with professionals. Thank you for taking care of me.
This particular location is the best one I've been to. Adrian was a lot of help and very professional. Helped me thru the whole process.
My experience at BioLife was great. I was helped promptly and the whole process was made easy thanks to Angelica the employee who helped me get checked in.
I'd like to give Alyssa P a shout out. Super friendly, always smiling, makes me feel comfortable..
Just announcing this generally but next time Don't fill up multiple donations beds at the same time and then have those same just now filled beds waiting almost a whole nother hour just to actually get hooked up to a machine to start their own donation on time and not have their wait times extended well beyond reason.
I've been donating for about two months, twice a week. The new donor bonus was great. I made $800 total for my first 8 donations. The pay rate has gone down significantly since then. I get $115 for two donations in a week. Pros are the facility is pretty clean aside from the rest rooms, staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Cons are it can take a long time to get vitals taken and a bed. Also some of the staff is pretty bad at sticking so you're most likely gonna leave with a bruise. Don't regret donating it
Adrian such a great worker I love the way he jams out to music that be playing it's entertainment
Everyone is nice. Don't hurt. They are pretty gentle
Adrian from bio life at Riverside California does a great job in taking care of every patient that comes in! Definitely recommend asking for him for assistance!
Jared was very attentive and professional, he made the experience pleasant and is very knowledgeable/proficient.
Adrian and Frida were awesome and super nice. Helped me get in and out fast.
Great team I had Adrian and Frida help me and they both did amazing
Great experience overall, Adrian is really cool, professional quick and appreciate him and the res of the staff!
Had a great time and experience with BioLife and Adrian, Shelly, Anna they are always wonderful and make my experience at BioLife a great one
Shelly is very friendly and welcoming she does a great job every time
They're not crowded and very efficient! Adrian was very helpful and great.
Friendly and nice staff. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you Adrian.
Shelly was amazing, this was my first time donating and helped me through my entire smoothly. Thank you!
I enjoy donating here. I have a few techs that I prefer to have insert the needle. They're very nice, gentle, and professional.
Adrian always really nice and I love that he always singing when the music I playing
I've been sitting in a bed for 45 minutes waiting for them to hook me up. I will never come back to this location. They're so slow and rude
Adrian helped with the service big time. Great staff overall very friendly and helpful.
Jared at this site is amazing. I felt him adjusting the tape more the the insertion of the needle.
Aqua was really nice I like how he created a welcoming atmosphere!
First they commit a federal offense by reading mail not addressed to them Then have the gall to state that a passport (which mind you Trump?s a single Social Security card because you have to send in your Social Security card plus your birth certificate in order to actually obtain a passport in the first place which is also why it is considered a overwriting document in an I-9 for employment) and they will not give a reason as to why they need a Social Security card. Also, they just simply say it's their po
Always friendly, gentle and clean. Sam, Adrian,AndrahLee,Lorraine,Anna,Valerie, Ashley,Shelly,Alyssa and Alyssa, Victoria, Monique, Priscilla,Frida,Chris,Hailey,Jared and Jesus are all wonderful!!
Shelly has always been courteous and professional as I been a donor for 3 years.
Adrien Perez helped me today and was helpful and professional and made my process move smoothly
Arian helped me keep calm when puncturing my finger and he was very understanding of my fear
Pricila is an asset to the company, every time I've donated she happens to be on the clock and on the go ,, extremely knowledgeable in her job and super professional...I can barely feel the needle very good hands ??
Shelly had helped me. It was fast, painless, and she was very sweet 10/10
Shelly took care of me very well she so nice!
Shelly is best. Always in a great mood. Good vibes
The young girl with red hair does NOT know how to put needles in, she says shes been there for 2 years and still doesnt know how to do her job. She literally poked 3 times and then called someone else to do it and they got it right the first time. Please let her know that she needs to practice way more on other things than people. ??
The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made feel at home
Friendly staff and quick process. Adrian was very helpful during the process !
One of the nurses at the center in Riverside, is exceptionally rude! Plus, I always walk in, on-time for my appointment, and end up waiting 1-1/2 hours before they start my donation. I do not need to be treated rudely and secondly, my time is far too valuable to stand around for 1 to 1 and a half hours when I walk in with an appointment when I'm on time.
The service was quick and the staff was friendly, thank you Adrian P.
Adrian Perez was very professional and excellent at inserting the IV.
Always pretty quick and they have the best people!
I like the employees Sam and Adrian they are really great
The staff is very friendly and works as fast as they can. However, I feel that you are always understaffed and I can see the pressure that is put on the employees to do the best they can with the staff that is available. You employees are great and work hard but you really need to hire more people to keep the lines and wait times down.
I keep getting a hematoma after they insist on using my arm with too small of veins then I have ugly bruising and swelling and can't donate for extended periods of time.
The work scheduling for all these bio life places is appalling to me, I don't ever feel the need to write reviews or get in contact with anyone and many times I've waited over two hours for a bed because of lack of staff and lack of organization regardless of that I always appreciate that the staff still helps us but today was the worst I show up to my 2:55 appointment waited a very long time just to get vitals taken because the line was extremely long eventually ending up in the donor line waiting for a be
I've attempted to donate at the Riverside location three times, and each time I was turned away for a different reason. As a healthy young male with all vitals well within range, there is no valid reason why I shouldn't have been able to donate. It appears that the issue lies with the phlebotomy staff, who seem to lack the necessary skills or consistency to perform their duties properly. Given this level of disorganization and the lack of adequate compensation for donors, I've decided that I won't be return
Amazing service and smooth process. Marvin & Lorraine are very skilled, patient and gentle. I have difficult veins and Marvin made me feel comfortable with a painless poke and provided top notch attentive care! Very polite. The facility is clean and overall I have a delightful experience every time!
I went in to become a first time donor. I waited over three hours for the required physical exam, then watched as they took in two other first time donors who had arrived over an hour after me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with their lack of organization and sense of urgency. Go there at your own risk!
Mostly everything about this place is great. It's clean, the nurses are nice and very attentive, phlebotomists are also very nice. The reason for 3 stars is because I have now received 2 hematomas from the same phlebotomist. I know the second time I could of said something when I saw I was assigned to the tech who messed up the first time. I thought to give him another shot since it's been a few months? Now I know to ask for someone else because not only did I get a hematoma on both arms but I also had a b
Ruby is an amazing technician. She makes the process easy and is very friendly. I am happy to be a part of an organization that is helping others.
My experience here has been amazing. I enjoy every staff member at this location and have connected with just about everyone here. But I'd have to say catelyn, daisy, and Shelly B truly are a blessing. Not only are they helpful and professional, but they also have the greatest sense of humor. It's always a good laugh and great vibes when I see them even if they are having an off day. Please take care of them because these types of employees don't come around often. Thank you ladies for all that you do as we
Adrian Perez is always on point, and the finger stick is always painless.
As a new donor it can be a long grueling process - not at BioLife. Every single person I interacted with from start to finish ensured that I felt safe, seen, heard and wanted around. An absolute joyful experience with an awesome lucrative bonus for choosing them and because Biolab Facilities are all over the states when I move ill be able to have a smooth transition to keep donating! I would like to highlight the beautiful woman with purple hair who checked me in - Delores for finding my vein in the small e
I would come here allot i love corona staff specially miss debbie ?? however theres another technician that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Since the first day i went she would look at me disgusted and everytime she would pass by me she would make this face. Because of her i wont be returning. I never got her name. Ty
Courteous staff, and professional phlebotomists... overall good experience
super slow on mothers day! Adrian was very helpfull!
Thank you Adrian Perez for being so kind and helpful when checking me in .
Had to change my review because Daisy is a terrible worker. She argued with me over what I know after donating 183 time's already and tried to force to me to eat something I couldn't eat making my heart rate super high. Causing me to waste my time and gas so it you see the Daisy's name tag avoid her. I shouldn't come back anymore because of her. Cost me gas money they weren't giving me back. Manager is nice and smart but half the workers are questionable with their intelligence. Definitely going to have to
Andrahlee was the bestest phlebotomist a person could ask for!!
Constantly workers are allowing others to cut in front of me in line and that is causing me to be late to work when I have a appointment.i plan my visits to donate plasma with plenty of time to spare for me to get to work on time. But when I have three or four people put in line in front of me when it comes to my turn and it takes a hour and a half to get to the machine to make a donation and that's after the computer check in questions and the exam from the workers to be eligible to donate. It just is not
Andrahlee always super friendly and gets you in and out
This Bio Life center is so professional, caring and wonderful staff. Once you get to know everyone it's a wonderful atmosphere! Also I would like to give a kudos to an employee that was so sweet to me recently Ms.Jody. Best nurse there! Thank you!
It would be really nice if you guys had more staff. Even though you guys use an appointment system, if you aren't there first thing in the morning(unrealistic for most people who are employed) the wait times are extremely long. It takes an hour just to get put into the bed. Then it's another 10-15 minutes before someone connects you to a machine. Only half the beds are ever in use, so it's obviously a staffing issue.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
