This is the best plasma place around! Clean and well maintained. Every one is awesome and helpful. Especially Adrian. He always says hi, is very friendly, and knows the biz well. I highly recommend coming here. Oh, and they always have great music ?? ?? definitely will be returning ??

I love bioLife and the staff including Andrea, Samar, and Shelly, everything is so organized and clean. Everyone is kind and respectful plus very considerate of others. I fully advise other's to check out BioLife and come donate it will be a good experience for you and others.

Andrahlee at the riverside location is the BEST!! She always has a smile and is so friendly. She makes me feel comfortable and I didn't even really feel the needle during my donation. I just love when she's working

The donation process is pretty quick and easy. I've donated many times and Adrian in particular has such a gentle hand and is always very nice. I've recommended friends here and will definitely keep coming myself.

I just donated today, and had the fortune to be evaluated by Adrian Perez in Riverside , he was fantastic. He explained me every step of the process and answered all my questions during the screening. But not only that, he went above and beyond when I had questions regarding my prepaid card. Professionals like him make the donation process so smooth.

I was nervous donating plasma for my first time. However, the staff were very professional and courteous. They explained the process which put me at ease. It took less time than I anticipated and I felt great donating to a good cause

This place is awesome. A bit of a wait for my first donation, but it's fine, it was a process needed. Vivian was so great and made sure I was okay. She fed me great snacks like cheez it's and a protein shake for the wait. I was greatly informed of what was to come. Super easy to donate. Loraine was so sweet and helpful with my first donation. She was patient and gentle with me. Best place to go!

Getting set up as a first time donor was a breeze, they walked me through everything with great ease. When it came to the actual donation, Andraleah (I'm sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was just a joy to have around.

Adrian has always been a great help in getting my vitals and answering all my questions thoroughly. A great bedside manner and always in good humor. I appreciate the days when I come in and see that he is working. Thanks again Adrian!

Staff here are diligent, patient, professional, and more importantly POLITE. I can't think of a reason to say that I will never return. In fact, their environment, as welcoming as it is, really does make you wanna go back in a sincere way.

My experience here at BioLife has been really great overall. Adrian helped me with my screening today and he's always really great and helpful, as is everyone that has ever helped me here, whether with a screening, the actual donation or the physicals with the nurses. Adrian Anthony Perez is great at what he does. He was very friendly and kind. Especially when it came to injecting the needle in me. I rarely felt it which was good. So I had a good experience.

Angelica was very nice and asked me how my day was before checking me in. It is appreciated! Adrian didn't check me in but is always so nice and keeps everyone on their toes with his singing and knowing every song that plays.

This is a great Plasma Center. The office is clean, professional, and organized using very modern equipment. The staff was courteous and did not seem rushed or in a hurry. They were attentive and checked on me every 10 minutes asking if i was ok. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very slow service. Some of the employees don't seem to know what they are doing. Bathrooms are very dirty. I also noticed they don't sanitized the beds or area after each donor.

Just announcing this generally but next time Don't fill up multiple donations beds at the same time and then have those same just now filled beds waiting almost a whole nother hour just to actually get hooked up to a machine to start their own donation on time and not have their wait times extended well beyond reason.

I've been donating for about two months, twice a week. The new donor bonus was great. I made $800 total for my first 8 donations. The pay rate has gone down significantly since then. I get $115 for two donations in a week. Pros are the facility is pretty clean aside from the rest rooms, staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Cons are it can take a long time to get vitals taken and a bed. Also some of the staff is pretty bad at sticking so you're most likely gonna leave with a bruise. Don't regret donating it

The young girl with red hair does NOT know how to put needles in, she says shes been there for 2 years and still doesnt know how to do her job. One of the nurses at the center in Riverside, is exceptionally rude! Plus, I always walk in, on-time for my appointment, and end up waiting 1-1/2 hours before they start my donation. I do not need to be treated rudely and secondly, my time is far too valuable to stand around for 1 to 1 and a half hours when I walk in with an appointment when I'm on time.

The staff is very friendly and works as fast as they can. However, I feel that you are always understaffed and I can see the pressure that is put on the employees to do the best they can with the staff that is available. You employees are great and work hard but you really need to hire more people to keep the lines and wait times down.

I keep getting a hematoma after they insist on using my arm with too small of veins then I have ugly bruising and swelling and can't donate for extended periods of time.

The work scheduling for all these bio life places is appalling to me, I don't ever feel the need to write reviews or get in contact with anyone and many times I've waited over two hours for a bed because of lack of staff and lack of organization regardless of that I always appreciate that the staff still helps us but today was the worst I show up to my 2:55 appointment waited a very long time just to get vitals taken because the line was extremely long eventually ending up in the donor line waiting for a be

I've attempted to donate at the Riverside location three times, and each time I was turned away for a different reason. As a healthy young male with all vitals well within range, there is no valid reason why I shouldn't have been able to donate. It appears that the issue lies with the phlebotomy staff, who seem to lack the necessary skills or consistency to perform their duties properly. Given this level of disorganization and the lack of adequate compensation for donors, I've decided that I won't be return

Amazing service and smooth process. Marvin & Lorraine are very skilled, patient and gentle. I have difficult veins and Marvin made me feel comfortable with a painless poke and provided top notch attentive care! Very polite. The facility is clean and overall I have a delightful experience every time!

I went in to become a first time donor. I waited over three hours for the required physical exam, then watched as they took in two other first time donors who had arrived over an hour after me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with their lack of organization and sense of urgency. Go there at your own risk!

She argued with me over what I know after donating 183 time's already and tried to force to me to eat something I couldn't eat making my heart rate super high. Causing me to waste my time and gas so it you see the Daisy's name tag avoid her. I shouldn't come back anymore because of her. Cost me gas money they weren't giving me back. Constantly workers are allowing others to cut in front of me in line and that is causing me to be late to work when I have a appointment.i plan my visits to donate plasma with plenty of time to spare for me to get to work on time. But when I have three or four people put in line in front of me when it comes to my turn and it takes a hour and a half to get to the machine to make a donation and that's after the computer check in questions and the exam from the workers to be eligible to donate. It would be really nice if you guys had more staff. Even though you guys use an appointment system, if you aren't there first thing in the morning(unrealistic for most people who are employed) the wait times are extremely long. It takes an hour just to get put into the bed. Then it's another 10-15 minutes before someone connects you to a machine. Only half the beds are ever in use, so it's obviously a staffing issue.
