Everyone here is very friendly and competent. Except Melissa, if you end up in her section plan on at least another hour to your visit. That aside, only thing keeping them from 5 stars is if they wrapped your elbow in a way that allowed you to actually bend it. There is one girl who does it right. Wish I could give her a shoutout but she had a very unique name that I can't remember.

The nurse that helped me was amazing, but.. I went for my first appointment which I knew was going to be long and was okay with it. Two and half hours later I sit in the chair to finally donate to be told I cant donate with them because I have a tattoo too close to where they insert the needle. When taking my vitals when I first got there, the lady showed a little concern but told me that it should be fine that they can just use my other arm. Two and half hours of my life wasted. Would have been nice to kno

Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed everyone I worked with and felt they were able to do their job and have good bedside manners. Ben B. Went above to help me understand the process and make sure I felt comfortable donating. The system he uses was terrible though having to put in his password every time he entered any data.

I have been going there for a few months now. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am usually in and out in about 90 minutes. I have been very happy with the service there. I just relax and watch a movie or study a script.

Best plasma donation place I've been to. Much better than CSL for sure. Would definitely recommend BioLife to anyone!

I have come to BioLife in Riverton for past 5 years. I love the friendly staff and they always treat me well. I especially wanted to recognize Sky for always being friendly and kind to me. Sky has always been able to get my vein well. I have complicated veins and have numerous times where staff have struggled with me and Sky seems to know the right trick. Sky even helps them coworkers know how to best ?stick? me so I have a pleasant experience. Sky always watches out for me and makes me feel encourage

My experience here was just great everybody here are fantastic. Joyce is fantastic. They treat you like you. You're at home family as the treatment is excellent I wanna think all South are very great thank you all.

Every staff member from check in & registration to the physicians and nurses working in the facility is so kind and professional. Everyone worked quick. The wait time was not long at all. The facility is clean and well organized. This is a great location!

They're very slow here. My first appointment took over 4 hours and three of those were spent waiting to see the nurse who was socialize for about 10 minutes between patients. The second time I went was better, I got in the bed in only 45 minutes. However, the phlebotomist helping me took 45 minutes to come over and help me. She spent a lot of time slowly walking around not doing anything

Hunter was quite rude. He did his job but had a snarky attitude the entire time he was helping me. I'd recommend a different center, not this one. Up until now I had a great BioLife experience. It's a shame Hunter was rude and had to ruin the positive experience that it usually is for me. Seriously understaffed too. I had to wait 4 hours to get in and out of a donation. There were only 2 people screening a line of 25+ people.

I had been donating plasma at BioLife for a long time. When it was time for my annual check up, they asked if I had any surgeries in the past year. I informed them that I had undergone appendectomy, and I provided the date of the surgery. They then told me that my account would be blocked because they claimed I had lied to them, even though I had been donating plasma very recently after the surgery date. When I asked if I could donate again after waiting the required time, they assured me that I could. I sp

This place is insanely busy, but a few shining lights there are Sky and Kaylie. They're clearly the hardest and speediest workers there! I'm happy when I get to their bed sections! They place the needle well and always help people out asap! Give them a raise! Edit: Added Kaylie too!!!

I had the best donation experience today. It was my third time donating plasma, and Dawn did an incredible job. It was the most painless and stress-free experience. I was a little nervous beforehand because my previous donation didn't go well, but she helped me feel comfortable and actually made the experience really fun. I hope I get to be in her section every time! I've never felt so comfortable while donating before, and I've been donating whole blood for a few years. She shared some really cool informat

Riverton BioLife always makes my donating experience easy and quick! Everyone is so kind! I especially want to give a huge shout out to Sky!!! He is so friendly and very good at his job!! I barely, if at all, feel it when he does the needle stick!! I really appreciate his professionalism!

The wait times are a bit long. But the staff is kind and you can tell they are working hard to move people efficiently and safely through the process. I can tell they are concerned about everyone's health and safety. I think that adding a few more people to initial check-in process would greatly improve the experience.

Great location. Gonzalo was patient and saved me a lot of time. After walking in for my appt, I was about to be rescheduled for the following day, but he took the time to understand all points of the situation and was able to get my original appt to happen. 100% recommend this location!

I've been donating plasma for nearly two years now, and recently transitioned to this center after moving from Nevada. The team at the Riverton Biolife Center has truly raised the bar, every staff member I've interacted with has been warm, professional, and incredibly skilled. Special thanks to Keri, Angie, Ben, and Ciaran (and honestly, the entire crew) for making each visit smooth and welcoming. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rylee. It's rare to find someone who can place a needle so effortle

they took 2 hours to sit me down while I literally saw people taking, one guy was talking patient privacy in front of another 4 donors, super awful service. The same guy breaking HIPAA regulations spilled blood on the floor and took 15 minutes to clean up, they let patients walk over the floor and see the blood and they didn't do anything about it. Poor management, not fully trained staff. they do NOT deserve anything over 2.5 stars.

Nice employees that are friendly but clearly terribly managed. They consistently run with only with only 1 or 2 people screening donors. Currently standing in a line of 10 plus people all waiting to get screened. With 0 people waiting to get hooked up. My guess is, they purposely run short on labor to try and increase profits. Would highly suggest avoiding this location unless you wanna get stuck here for 3-4 hours.

Usually don't have any issues but today it took me 2.5 hours to get through the whole process. I wasn't even stuck until 2 hours after the time I got there and 30 minutes of that was just sitting on the donation chair waiting. I understand it gets busy, but absolutely no one was in any rush to get anything done. I normally can be in and out in 70 minutes.

Unfortunately Biolife Plasma at LAYTON location is quite precarious. Friday is one of busiest days , and 4:30 to 6:30 is extremely busy in all centers. I was SHOCKED when there were more than 30 people in the line, waiting to be screened and ONE person to take the blood pressure, weight, etc. I waited for TWO HOURS AND TEN MINUTES to get to my turn!!! At my the previous donation to this one (also at Layton, UT), the phlebotomist was SO rushed that she didn't wait enough time for the alcohol to dry out and

I've had great experiences. The team is always kind and helpful. I have ran into an issue with a hematoma, but they provided quick care and detailed instructions to care for it. Once it's healed I do plan on going back!

These guys are always so slow and so behind.. I've tried 3 times now to get my initial physical done here and haven't ever been able to finish it cause they take so long (typically takes about 2 hours at other locations I've been to in St. George). This place, you're waiting an hour just to be seen, let alone go through the whole process. Understaffed and need more locations (Biolife corporate- I'm looking at you). Always so busy. They just need more people and more locations cause the wait time here is rid

I try to be understanding about the long wait most of the time, but after this experience, I cannot recommend coming here. I was delayed for eight weeks because the machine malfunctioned, and I lost two milliliters of blood. I understand this is protocol, but there was no communication from the phlebotomist until the nurse arrived and had a very dismissive attitude.

So I went in today as a return patient. Was told I needed an appointment, although nowhere on website does it say as return donor I NEED appointment. Due to the color of my skin I got asked to calm down and treat them with respect. When I was being perfectly calm and even asked have I not been respectful. With an answer of yes. Very funny that when a woman of color disagrees or has a question. All of a sudden people are scared. Simply asking a question guys. Needless to say I was made to feel very uncomfort

My fiance, who is a first responder, went to donate plasma. He had to ask the nurse/phlebotomist to change her gloves after drawing blood from another donor. She seemed irritated that he called her out for being unsanitary, but she did change her gloves. Unfortunately, after drawing blood from him, she went on to draw blood from another donor without changing her gloves. Needless to say, my fiance will not be going back. And...he will be contacting Salt Lake County Health Services regarding the facilities

Lazy phlebotomists who wouldn't even try to put the needle in because supposedly my veins were too small but they literally wouldn't even try after wasting 2 and a half hours of my time. Everyone else at BioLife was so nice and helpful. But the phlebotomists are all children who aren't motivated or compassionate at all

This facility was extremely clean, the staff is helpful and kind. I enjoyed the conversation and the genuine nature of everyone there. 10/10. Thank you Ben B!

It feels like you being an exchange for money purposes because there is bad management, short staff and long waiting times just to donate. Update: I noticed that EDQ are maybe expired due being 2 o 3 persons doing sort of check in , measuring your temperature and checking out ur elbows . They tell you to proceed to nursery area after, just to be told "seems you didn't scanned out". 2update : they called me to notify me that i had low levels of protein while I had been working and eating on a popular fast

I don't usually write reviews, but this one demands attention?partly for catharsis, partly as a warning, and partly because someone needs to say it. During my recent visit to the plasma donation center, I was asked a routine set of medical screening questions. Nothing unusual?until the nurse reviewing my chart looked me straight in the eye and asked: ?Was your stroke in the heart or the brain?? Let that sink in. A stroke. In the heart. Now, unless we're rewriting medical science, strokes occur in the b

Absolutely amazing! John my nurse that did my medical took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything! One of the main reasons I'd come back

Don't go there if you care about your health and life as they don't care about you. On my fourth visit a needle was put wrong and my arm started bleeding. As a result I got a big bruise. Because of that they postponed donating. I kindly ask to give me a grace period to finish my promoted donation within the scheduled time but they refused. I explained that donation cannot be completed because of their fault not mine. However a nurse answered that I acknowledge all risks associated with donation. For me it s

I'm not sure what the point of offering appointment times when the last few times I ended up waiting about 90 min BEFORE even sitting down and donating. If there are too many people on certain slots, you can't just keep offering that time, doesn't make sense to me.

Go anywhere else but here. People are rude and they're incredibly disorganized. You will wait forever constantly, but don't even get a little bit annoyed with them. Their machines break mid donation causing you to waste even more of your time. The nurses are the absolute worst.

Ben was awesome helping me set up my BioLife information. Super friendly, helpful, and intelligent with helping be get started. Great experience!

Absolutely horrible! The staff doesn't even want to be here, between their gossiping and meandering, you're time is better served elsewhere, my appointment was @ 800 I didn't get out of here till almost noon,

Location is so poorly run it's like a dog and pony show!! The nonsense I was put through only to be denied after 3 weeks of their hoop- jumping is incredible. Run, don't walk, to ANY place besides this one. You'll thank me later.

My experience with BioLife has been okay but not the best. Wait time is so long . On my first Time being there, I was very disappointed because I waited three hours and a half and I end up on not donating because they couldn't find a vein I had to go for one person to another was just a waste of time

The staff are nice people, but the wait times have been getting longer... And longer ... And longer.... After waiting 2.5 hours standing in line today, I don't see myself coming back. Disregard whatever your appointment time is, you will be standing in line for several hours.

It's a good place to go, but the people there aren't very personal. They don't talk a lot. I think I met one person maybe two people that worked there that actually talk to you other than that. It's a good place.

19th donation today. The tech was very personable. Quick stick and time to donate. The Riverton location is clean and the majority of the techs are fantastic. There have be some learning opportunities but they have been dealt with appropriately. Intake is super fast. Nurses have been amazing as well. If you are thinking about donating I do recommend BioLife in Riverton! ??

We love the staff here, so kind always, but every time we have an appointment we are still here for 3 hours...like it shouldn't be this long with an appointment that's how long it was with my first physical and donation.. but my donations are still this long

Great facility! It's clean and organized. At times it feels understaffed as even with an appointment the wait can be quite long, sometimes exceeding 2 hours. The staff are great though! I worked with Joyce most recently and she was extremely kind and friendly.

Give blood at your own risk and I mean it they have literally destroyed me and only two visits and I have huge veins. It's like I was giving blood to my kids kids and they're not even born yet. The customer service here needs to be revisited as a longtime Google reviewer I would advise you to pick another location. Again, give blood at your own risk. I would not advise it, and I would never A location like this again what a horrible experience. Maybe just start re-hiring from the top down.

The staff is nice here. My only problem with this center is that it usually takes about an hour and a half after I check in till they stick me and start pulling blood. If I have an appointment, I think there should be at most a 20-minute wait. I'll probably drive an extra 20 minutes to go to one farther, but more efficient. I hope that eventually, since this is the closest location to me that as I make it to the appointments on time, they will try to get me donating on time

The receptionist Joyce was amazing. Went above and beyond to help fix the issues to get me registered. I then worked with a nurse Keri who was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Both Joyce and Keri were personable and friendly, looking forward to coming back!

It was a really nice experience everyone was really nice and friendly Ben B helped me understand the whole process..

Staff are friendly and efficient. The facility is always clean. I have really enjoyed my experience with Biolife.

Great customer service and I am always comfortable whether I am donating or just waiting :)

I had a reaction to the donation and the staff was amazing in helping me get cleaned up and making sure I was okay! Paytein was the one who was taking care of me and was so helpful and kind! 10/10 if your going to donate this team was amazing! Sasha was extra kind in helping me clean up!!

The first few times where fine, longer waits but that can't be helped with staffing shortages so I get it. The last time I told the girl told the end my arm was hurting and I thought it was infiltrating, she felt above sight and said ya it feels hard, went and got another senior tech and she said no its fine pulled the needle back and infused the rbc's and saline. A hour after I left I started bruising which is picture that bruising isn't bad then withing two days my range of motion was limited and bruising

I love coming to the Riverton center the staff is really great and friendly like Yessica who helped me today she is so outgoing and caring she is quick at her job but still takes the time to be attentive to details. The wait times can be long for the beds but the staff does their best to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. One suggestion that might help with the overwhelming patients is to not overbooked patients appointments so patients don't have to wait so long and because that's the wh

Biolife has some of the most amazing employees. Two of my favorites are Joyce and Angie. They always greet me by name and with a smile. They are professional at what they do and make my time there so enjoyable. I've been going there for just over a year now and I've always been treated so kindly by everyone.

Employee was racist cause based on looks she decided that I don't have a social security card and refused to take it when i showed it in the form they accepted I went on my appointment on 6 Am, The employee asked for a pdf of my social security card, showed her a pdf of that and she refused to take it and said it wasn't a pdf i explained to her that it was absolutely a pdf and I could scientifically prove to her if she let me, but she was very very rude and argumentative and disrespectful, keep doing a gre

I've been donating at BioLife Riverton for almost a year now and I always feel comfortable asking questions and being understood. Ben B. Does a great job during the physical exam and makes sure I understand everything. I highly recommend

Coming here is like rubbing a pumice stone against your nipple. If you enjoy the thought of making an appointment for a donation that should take about an hour, to then end up waiting in a line, to then wait in a 2nd line for a couple hours, to then get paid pennies in compensation for it all; this is the place for you. But if you're like me and take your time seriously, I 110% recommend you look the other way. If not, be prepared to pack your nap sack, cause you'll be here a while. The staff are all great,

The staff here is amazing! They do their best to make the experience pleasant and quick for all their patrons. I especially love being helped by Yessica, Ben, Brittany, Kirsten, Dawn, Keri and so many more amazing staff members. Thanks for your amazing work, guys!!!

The people that I worked other on my last visit was very nice to me. The one that put the needle in my arm was really nice and she did an excellent job ! I hardly felt it . She was newly trained . So you did a great job !

My last time there was horrible always understaffed and overbooked an appointments my time is valuable as well and I don't get paid enough to be there for 3 hours. Haven't gone back since don't know when or if I'll go back again. When I reach out to management nobody seems to care

Very kind staff. Everyone was helpful, and efficient at their job. Unfortunately they are very short staffed and wait times are quite long. The center should consider not giving out so many appointments until more staff can be hired/trained. I also miss the larger payouts! And the ?come back? bonuses when you haven't been for awhile. Otherwise, it is a great place to go.

Wait times are ridiculous. Lots of dilly dallying. People will be waiting for a stick or help, and employees are always chatting and not always acknowledging or hustling to take care of donors. Lots of standing around. Not impressed

I have gone to different donation places and by far this is the fastest on the machine every had.. good phlebs

Lines are much shorter here and the staff is very professional! Also, shout out to Manatu, one of the phlebotomists, for her experience and professionalism. When the machine wasn't working, she handled the situation like a pro while juggling 4 patients. Also, when she stuck the needle in my arm, I was expecting it to hurt and sting for a while like it always does, but I'd didn't! It stung maybe for like 2 seconds. Amazing job!

The staff at the Biolife center at Riverton Utah is the greatest. They are devoted to their clients. Im talking about Angela, Joyce, Dawn

No communication about closing at 2:45 and not honoring my appointment. Worst and most terrible staff.

Joyce is my favorite! I am a regular and am usually donating early in the morning and she is always cheerful and helpful. I pay attention to the workers and I see a lot that are clearly doing the bare minimum required and many that are unpleasant to work with; but that is never Joyce! Despite the early hour, she is always pleasant and always working hard!

I always have a good experience at Biolife. Even when the wait line is long, the employees do their best to keep up with the pace. Today I was greeted by Joyce who was very friendly and helpful with getting me started. Grateful for all the employees here!

The best donation center! I came here having tried CSL, which was so bad in terms of customer service. But here at BioLife everyone is very nice - they go at great lengths to make improvements to the system and expedite the process. A special thank you to Joyce for being the kindest!

Quick, professional, easy process and everybody made me feel comfortable. Great staff!

Biolife is a clean place. The staff is great, always on the run and working hard to help the donors. Joyce is a top notch receptionist. Keri Is always busy getting things done. Really the whole staff including the nurses are always on the go. Takeda doesn't appreciate how hard the employees work and try to stay on top of it. They deserve a raise and bigger bonuses : )

The service and attention that you guys provide is great and very professional, everybody is very nice, and really everything was great, except for the long waits in the process of plasma donation (especially when it's the 1st. time we donate), and except for the pay that is too low; considering that we are donating plasma from our blood that helps people. I think we agree to do it because some of us lost our jobs or just need the money, but our plasma should be consider at a higher value, when you guys mo

Joyce processed me as a new donor and it was a very welcoming and friendly environment. She made sure that I was able to donate quickly and with ease. Brie was my phlebotomist and she made it easy and painless!

The employees here work their tails off and are generally friendly and helpful. Some I've had especially positive interactions with are Joyce, Angie, Dawn, Ben, Keri, Erica, and Bri. I really wish BioLife would get their scheduling and staffing in hand so we don't show up for an appointment and end up waiting 90 minutes to get to a bed.

Jaden is the most pleasant phlebotomist. She was new at this job, and very willing to learn. Unfortunately she got a no flash the first time, but two days later stuck me again and got it. She has a great attitude and I believe she is great at her job and connecting with me as a patient.

I have been coming here for almost 5 years now and i always have great service but one associate that stands out most for me is Yessica. I love seeing her here and she always remembers my name. She always asks how i am doing and makes me feel truly valued. Thank you Yessica for always making my experience a pleasant one.

Employee was very rude and the wait was terrible employee sat and talked to another employee instead of doing their job made the visit a lot longer than it should?ve

After donation, my arm got like this. So painful. I went back to this center and showed my arm but they seemed they did not care. They just made me to wait. Manger told me to meet the nurse and nurse told me to talk to the manager. Finally, the nurse just told me it is common. But I don't think it is common! I can't do anything because my arm hurts!!!??

Joyce and Angie are so wonderful! I enjoy their friendly smiles every time I come in. They do a top notch job up front. Dawn and Alicia are so amazing at their job inserting the needle and I never have trouble donating when they are there.

The lines were ridiculously long. The workers were nice and friendly. But come on if i have to schedule an appointment I shouldn't have to wait over and hour and a half to get poked. Then one time I came in and got rejected for having a heart rate of 103. When I rode my motorcycle in. Of course my heart rate will be high. I drive 30+ minutes to donate at your center.

Biolife is a great place to go and make a little extra money. You can watch shows play a game or whatever you like to do on your phone. You can read a book or do anything that you can do one handed. Joyce and Angie up front are so nice and helpful. It takes about an hour to an hour and half depending on how busy they are. Sometimes it is shorter than that but better to plan on an hour and a half to be safe.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They never call back. You leave a message on their answering machine and they will not call back. When I asked about this they said that they don't. They say they are short staffed and so no one answers the phone or returns calls. I broke my wrist and they said I was deferred for four months. After waiting the four months I found out that in my situation I didn't need to be deferred at all. By then I had to have the yearly physical. I went through the

Staff is great! Always in and out quickly! They're all so friendly! Met sky today and let me tell you they are great! Let me know who was all in my bay that can help me!

I started donating in December, the staff has always been so friendly and attentive. I had a bad reaction my 2nd time, just got hot flashes and felt nauseous, I was totally fine within 15 minutes, and have donated many times since with absolutely zero issues. The best time to go is during the day, you can get in and out really quick with very little wait. The staff is great at making small talk to make you feel comfortable and put you at ease. Shout out to Kiki, she is a doll and provides a great experience

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the plasma center and I must say, Hector provided an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, he gave me a warm greeting and was very professional. He expertly guided me through the donation process, ensuring my comfort and safety every step of the way. Hector's attention to detail and genuine care for donors truly stood out. His friendly demeanor and efficient service made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. I highly recommend Hector to anyone

Most of the people who work here are nice and the facility is clean and inviting but the time management is not great. You are required to have an appointment but you generally don't get to a bed any time close to that. My last appointment I waited in line an hour and a half and ended up having to leave with 7 people still in front of me because I knew it would be at the minimum, another hour. They tell you approximately an hour, so almost 3 is definitely not something I had planned for. The compensation st

The staff are great, but the lines are absolutely horrendous. What's the point of making an appointment if you're gonna be there for 2+ hours??? It's so incredibly frustrating seeing all the open beds and the line just getting longer and longer. This is unfair for the staff who have to deal with never ending lines, and for the client who has to wait longer and longer for lines that take too long to get brought down

This location has gotten SO much better over the last 3 years! Joyce is always so pleasant at the front desk. Angie is friendly. There are chairs to sit in for the bed wait which is a life saver at times. I really like Bree and Paytin as well because their arm sticks are so smooth.

Great staff who really care about everyone. The facility is well organized and clean. Very informative, patient and kind staff. I felt very relaxed and well taken care of. I will be referring this to my friends and family.
