I came to the donation center with all paper work to verify my identity but wasn't able to donate due to my medical paper needing to be signed. It took a few weeks to get approved. I come back after I was approved to show verification from my doctor's. At no point was I told I had to bring in my proof of address again. When I came in to donate now I'm being told I can't donate because I need to verify my address. I asked to speak with a manager but was denied. Asked to have my profile erased and she said sh

Very kind staff, I had a reaction and the nurse and 2 girls there really took good care of me. It was my first time donating so it was quite scary and embarrassing what happened. They kept me calm, and went above and beyond I feel with kindness. Thank you ladies!

This one visit was pretty horrible on several levels. Had to stand in the verify line for about 35 minutes. Got verified everything good then to stand in the line again for a bed for over 30 minutes. Finally got into a bed to have to wait another 20 minutes for the girl to come over to me and say my online questionnaire was not verified so I had to go see the nurse. All the nurse could do is laugh and say oh the girl who checked me in didn't finish verifying me. I just sign a form then I had to go stand in

I've been going here for a long time now and I've seen first hand how the employees have improved and work hard to go above and beyond. Kassandra especially has worked with me at every step and makes the process exemplary even when it was as simple as updating my address! I highly recommend this center if you want a consistent donation schedule! -LeeAnne B.

Went to the Roseville location for the first time last Friday. Place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Evening was going good until I went to the bed. Got stuck with the needle and noticed a pinch and tightening of my arm. They readjusted the needle, changed the pressure and everything felt a little better. After the session I noticed my arm was tender so I removed the bandages and the next day and the day after I had this softball sized hematoma. I've had bruising once before but never like th

Do it & it's so easy. Get over your fears to donate. Go, make some money. You'll earn it. Enjoy it too! A friendly and very professional staff. I enjoyed my first 4 visits and going back in a week. Good place. Remember, you're helping others too ??.

Went here to donate my plasma for the first time. Had a very unpleasant experience. Was poked in both arms, the needle is bigger than your average blood draw needle. I see an entry and exit on my right arm from where she first tried. She basically pierced where you get your blood drawn. As there is an entry and exit and she only poked me once on that side before my blood squirted, and she realized she was going to have to do the other arm. I'm thinking she literally hooked through my vein and skin. Btw, I h

A half an hour to get vitals. Another half an hour sitting in a chair not even hooked up yet to donate. 4 people on the floor and only 3 taking vitals. WAY WAY understaffed. The Florin road center is way more organized and speedy. Wish I could still go to the Florin road as it's now a 45 minute drive for us. On second thought, we may get done faster driving that far than we have been here. Spent over 2 1/2 hours here on something that should have taken an hour.

Horrible horrible place. If you're thinking of helping others avoid this place at all costs! They love to profile and treat their donors like absolute trash! This is a nasty establishment who treats their potential donors beneath human what a sorry excuse in the name of ?helping? others ?. Judging people based off first impressions is insane in California especially in 2025! The heavier set nurse was an absolute nightmare. I can't imagine being that bitter in a professional setting! Fix yourself

I have been donating for about 7 months now. I do know the facility has gone through some major changes. Which at one point, I had considered not going anymore, when it would take me almost 3 hours just to donate. Now, I am in and out in just about an hour. And the changes have definitely been for the better, the wait times are so much less, the staff is amazing. Speaking of the staff, Kassandra has been a constant since I have been there. She is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Sh

I have been to this location 3 times in the last week. I had to turn in paperwork from my Dr to get cleared to donate. I finally get cleared and I scheduled an appt for 1:45 on Sunday 3/30. I show up for my appointment and since I need to get a physical she tells me that they close in 1 hour and that there is gonna be a longer wait time and to see if I can reschedule. Why did they accept my appt at all if they close early on Sundays, and why offer appt slots 1 hour before closing knowing the donation proce

They are understaffed each time we are there. This process takes double the amount of time it should due to the time it takes to stand in line, be hooked up and wait to be unhooked. We have to wait a very long time for each process. At other locations we averaged 1 hour from start to finish. Hire more staff!

Very professional and informative on the process and care for you the time your there. I'm not easily impressed either for the record. Actually read some of the feed back from others and their experience,, It's not for everybody and takes a open minded caring soul to actually see all that is being done. Bet no A.I. can do what the staff there is doing in a daily basis !! Just keep in mind if anything Be Helpful ! In everything. And It was my 1st visit and I'm not employed there trying to keep ratings up. Fo

I have donated plasma 3 times now. The staff are friendly and very good at what they do. I'm not a fan of needles and I barely feel it when they insert the iv. I will definitely continue to go.

Always a great experience at this location. Everyone is so nice & personable. My favorite person is Mercedes, she always goes above & beyond & makes me feel like I'm dealing with one of my friends. The efficiency at this location is also why I keep coming back. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly and everyone is so nice! Seamless check-in and they have their flow down to a science! I am extremely impressed and this was even when they were super short staffed! Made my first experience so awesome ????

The only reason I'm giving my experience 5 stars is because one or their employees, I think her name was Riley, she was so helpful and professional and might I add.. absolutely hilarious. That wait time was absolutely awful though.

I had an appointment, and when I got there, they said it would be a 4 hour wait because a nurse left an hour before I got there. I didn't get a phone call, text or email to let me know. This is extremely frustrating because I don't have my own transportation and had to arrange to borrow someone's car. Completely unacceptable. There is no consideration or respect for the donors' time. Now, I don't know if I can take a chance and come back again.

VERY long wait (up to an hour) just to do the initial screening (weight, BP, protein). Sorely understaffed. Annoying music (rap? Really?). And they always freak out if you have a bruise from a previous donation, even if you have two more perfectly good veins and the bruising (a rare event, in all honesty) is from their needle stick. Then another 45 min to see a nurse to be cleared for donation.

Good staff. But can the water filter br changed on the water fountain. It's been red for 2 months.

Always a challenge signing in due to fingerprint reader not reading mine. Always trash on the floor. Staff are great doing the best they can.

Helpful and courteous staff, especially Jessica. She very friendly, prompt and professional. Wait times vary depending on day and time but they work hard and move as quickly and safely as possible

This facility runs smooth like a well-oiled machine. The initial appointment takes a while due to there being a physical, about 4 hours. Anytime after that takes about an hour and a half. There are plenty of coupons and deals that tell you the amount you'll get paid per session. Very easy. Hardly any pain and great stuff

The employees at the Roseville Biolife are very friendly and professional. I've been coming here on and off since May 2023. I have referred numerous friends because I trust the process and it's such a wonderful thing to be able to donate plasma.

I've been donating here for roughly 7 months. The staff are always kind and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here.

Everyone was nice and professional. Make sure to come in the morning and not on Sunday since a lot of new donors show up which can slow down the process.

So far my experience here has been okay. For first time donors expect to be there for 3-4 hour's. Each donation after shouldn't be as long maybe 1-2 hour's. I took a star away because I scheduled a appointment through the app and even took a screenshot of it. When I tried to check in it said I didn't have an appointment scheduled. I showed the lady at the front desk and she said maybe it was deleted some how but it was not done by me and I showedher my screenshot. So a waste of my time and gas. I've heard t

Difficulties every step of the way. Appointments don't make a difference I still wasn't seen two hours after the appointment time. If at all possible, avoid this location, check out bbb for others complaints. Edit to update: after 2 hours and 24 minutes after my appointment time, I have been told that I am unable to donate today due to location closing for the day, no compensation. Unable to contact using contact page.

I have donated here about a dozen times now. The staff is always friendly & welcoming. They do a great job of answering any questions I have & well inform me of what to expect. I work here and started donating soon after being hired. It's been very beneficial to be get the experience of being the donor/patient. There are days when the lines are a little longer & days when the lines are very short and I'm able to get through the whole process in 1.5 hours. I am grateful to get the opportunity to help those i

I waited for a total of four hours without and updates and Alicia told me that I couldn't donate becsuse she "heard me sniffling". Mind you the building is freeezing cold.

Service is awful 90% of my visits. communication lacking between departments. The facility is typically clean. Sadly, all but like two ppl work as slow as molasses in January?often making donating not even worth my time or efforts. Perhaps even more importantly, Since when are loud/obnoxious hair colors allowed in a professional environment? It's unfortunate that she was just as unprofessional as her hair color? if you insist on the intrusive green hair at least have a positive demeanor and professionalism

I have to say that this Roseville location has really taken the customer experience level up to the best in the last few weeks! The service that I have witnessed recently is exceptional! They have not only increased their staff but they have also increased their bed count and with both of these positive changes has made the wait time from 3 hours down to no wait time! I am a frequent donator at 2x?s a week and every visit in the last 2 weeks have only taken about an hour from start to finish!! Thank you so

I posted this review and the staff is still wonderful. The place is clean, but the money has really lessened since I started donating. I'm not sure why BioLife isn't paying what they used to? The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I have donated 4 times and it has gone smoothly every time. The first time takes much longer but after that it's not to bad. Sometimes I have to wait a bit in line but that's life. The facility is very organized and clean as well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was very nice. The nurse I saw on June 21 was extremely thorough and kind. She also explained the process so clearly. I'm glad my friend told me about the program. I feel blessed to donate and BioLife makes it so easy. Bless you all.

I wanted to make a formal complaint regarding my experience with my appointment that I had scheduled (weeks in advance) for today at 6:00pm. Haley was EXTREMELY rude to all of us waiting in line and said that we all needed to leave and that we would be compensated $20 on our next visit for our time. When no one moved from the line (about 9 of us), she further said I don't know why you're all standing there, I'm not going to stick you tonight because my last stick will be at 7:00 sharp. (She tells us this at

Yep? This is going to be a long one! The people here are what make this facility wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile (thank you Ellisa and Angie) and I've never met one person that didn't make me feel comfortable being here. John Smith went above and beyond in getting me processed my very first time, what a great first impression of BioLife. Jamie was not only the most friendly and happy person to attend me but she also gave me so much information for my donation that I was excited to come back. I h

I honestly cannot believe that I got world-class customer service at a freaking plasma Bank. I love when the most unexpected things happen and as you know I am the customer service police anybody in Roseville who happens to come to this location if you're lucky enough to be serviced by cinnamon you're in for a special treat she could literally be Undercover Boss she talked about her employer with such Delight and fondness and it really really was a joy to see someone who actually not only likes their job bu

Severely severely understaffed. My appointment started at 11:20 and I just walked out 12:08 because all you do is wait and wait and wait some more. One thing I had to go over with the nurse and they try to sit me in another section to wait and wait and wait some more. Just to get put back in the first line again so I can go wait in ANOTHER line ??????? the system here sucks and you'll end up being here like 3 hours . On top of that they wiped whatever deal I was doing so my next donation was suppose to be

I've called for the last three days in a row and still nobody answers the phone. I've called the Folsom office Sacramento office Roseville office. BioLife does not pick up their phones and answer them.

[30Oct2024] I've noticed great improvements in time-management at the Roseville center over the last 8 weeks. I still usually see only 1 person managing 6 beds, leading to 5-10min waiting to leave (with a needle in the arm) while they help others and clean each station. But my average time in-to-out over the last 3 visits was 70 minutes. (Original Review from early Sept 2024. Things have improved since then.) I find the process at the donor center (Roseville) is overloaded. The total time for my first-app

They like to lie to u. Telling u one thing and doing another. They like to take other patients before you. They pick and choose who they want to check first. They don't follow there appointments. They are not organized at all. They have went down hill since I have started going here. Would recommend finding a different center to donate. They don't care about u here. They act like they do but they don't .

While the staff remains fantastic, the pay/wait time calculation is way out of whack. There are no chairs for those waiting to be screened or given a bed, so I spend on average 1.5 hours standing on a bad knee simply waiting for a bed. A process that used to take 45 minutes from arrival now takes roughly two and a half hours, all while having my donation fee reduced by almost 25% over the past few months. The staff is amazing and does the best they can, but unless you have a LOT of time to just stand around

Been here for 3 hours and I still haven't been able to do the physical (or see the nurse, which is a prerequisite for donating plasma) My appointment was at 1pm and I arrived early. It's nearly 4 pm and they close up in an hour. They wasted half an hour questioning me on a questionnaire from December 2022?. Then they had me retake the questionnaire anyway, so there was no point in questioning me on the questionnaire from 2 years ago! I'm wondering if I'll ever even get seen today. I even came here with 2 pe

Appointments at end of week are best, less crowded. Technicians are friendly. The facility is very conscientious of our comfort and health. However, I cannot see any appointments on my devices at home so I called to have them book for me. Machine answered and NOONE returned my call. This was the second time I had to do that and same result first time. Horrible! If they need donations so bad they need to be present on the phone as well as in person. I'm so frustrated I may not donate again.

It's been pretty good overall. One bad experience recently though. The lady jabbed my arm horribly which led to a baseball sized bruise on my main vein that didn't go away for 2 weeks, preventing me from being able to donate according to the nurses, so I lost out on 2 weeks worth of donating. Be prepared for each visit to take a couple hours though

Thanks to Yogesh, Kia, Melissa, Thuy, Marielle, and so many other kind employees at Biolife for the hospitality shown during the times that I donate at Biolife!

Complete waste of time. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. But their system is buggy, you typically don't get into a chair until you've waited in line 1-2 hours. I've had days where I'm able to make an appointment just to show up and be told I'm not allowed to donate that day and they can't explain why I was able to make the appointment. Will be going to CSL plasma instead from now on

Always friendly, my screener Jessica was very professional and kind, just like the rest of the staff.

Although the staff is generally pretty great, the wait times here are ridiculous. It usually takes over 3+ hours after your scheduled appointment before you are even seated in the donor area. Something needs to be done about this, a 12:50pm appointment should not actually end up being 4pm and this happens quite frequently.

In the beginning I had an amazing experience. In and out within hr to hr and a half. Great staff. Then after my first 2 months. Nothing but issues. Was drawn plasma incorrectly several times where caused long term bruising on my arms. I asked to have different employee which they did. However Turnover is so high. I've not been able to go second time in months. I've asked to slow it down as it's caused severe bruising and I've been unable to get this worked out... I understand sometimes it's the subject or

I have donated for a long time. Lately, the place needs a lot of help. When it takes 3.5 hours to donate, something is seriousely wrong. The lines are longer and the pay keeps reducing. Not worth my time! Some of the workers are great. Kassandra, for instance. She is on her game and works quickly and efficiently. Others seems to care less. I witnessed one woman asking if she can take her break when the line wrapped around the room. Others just plain moving slow. No sence of urgency! Let me know when you ge

Donations are usually smooth but they need more people or better scheduling. There's a nice poster at the front stating "It's your HOUR (blah, blah, blah)". I find it hilarious since even my fastest donations are at least 2 hours. The staff is awesome, there just isn't enough of them. I also am pretty sure that if you schedule early you'll get the worst pay rates. The center IS clean and well kept. *edit for spelling error

company is unprofessional, even when you Are there on time. You still have to wait a half an hour to be seen. Two employees don't even know the rules so you can be paid while giving blood. I got kicked out of the facility just because they thought my tattoo was new. The facility of the employees discriminated me because I had multiple tattoos. If this company cannot follow the guidelines that they sent to their patients, I wouldn't go here. Find somewhere else to donate blood. Do not go here unless you want

Don't bother calling the phone number listed for this business, they never pick up or return voicemails. This center used to have employees that were friendly, efficient, and proficient at their jobs. Sadly that is no longer the case, expect to spend a minimum of two hours waiting for these chuckleheads to stop gossiping with each other to do the bare basics of their job. I've had times were I've finished donating and waited up to an hour to get unhooked from the machine, all the while employees will just l

The employees are kind but understaffed. The wait is very long. The bathrooms are very dirty and rival a gas station bathroom, sometimes not having toilet paper and pee on the floor. They have a rule of not taking pictures inside and they do nothing when people do and share photos of patrons over text. People's privacy is truly violated with the recklessness of failing to uphold these rules.

Vilma is one of the best phlebotomy technicians at this location, she is kind, patient, understanding, and can poke your vein in a way that won't cause any bruising. Tweety is also great and a few others (forgot names) and Alonzo is a really good nurse there!
