Always a great experience whenever I go! They are all so gentle and so kind. They are all attentive and handle me with the utmost care I no longer have needle phobia. On my first donation I was so scared I was gonna be in pain. I didn't even know I was injected until I felt a slight pressure. The atmosphere helped also. They play music and so that is calming and distracting, also keeps me awake! Love the staff! The security is awesome as well!

This location is ghetto as F. All kinds of walk in's. Smelling of strong weed. Bathrooms smell strong of urine, soap bottle on sink has scum on button and almost empty bottle. The front of the door and handicap parking is filled with trash. People parking in the walk way in between the handicap parking spaces. This place takes no responsibility for anything. They bruise your arm severely causing you to miss the promotion. Mine was $850 for 8 donations in 30 days. They caused me to miss it. I don't recommend

I guess what ever the people who work here get paid isn't enough to behave like a human. Pretentious and lazy, that's how'd describe the staff. And boy oh boy! Do they love loudly talking about what they're gonna have for lunch!! They take forever to do ANYTHING. Other than that, if you can get past these people's behavior then you can make some cash. They worked hard to have a 3 star rating.

NOT a good location. Most of the staff suck and are careless. NO SENSE OF URGENCY. If you make an appointment, you better clear the next 2-3 hours after that "set" appointment, because they take FOREVER. I am NOT exaggerating. After going through the vital line, they direct you to the bed line, and guess what? There's like 7 people already in that line for who knows how long. It's even more frustrating because there's multiple beds open and then you just hear the staff talking about going on lunch or break.

Generally not a bad experience. The staff are ok but can be more friendly. Time wise they are good. Well, Octaplasma reimburses more.$$$. But Rialto Bioplasma remains a reasonable place to donate. DO NOT try the SAN bernardino one though. Oops wrote this post for Rialto. San Bernardino is HORriBLE.

The staff was nice, the center was quick to get through. But I warned the tech about my veins that run sideways, they found them, said they're crazy and still missed em in bith arms and gave me a hematoma, I cant return for 8 weeks because of it. Atleast I still get paid though lol

It's a great location despite the neighborhood. I love getting helped by Olivia and Sage specifically because they are so sweet and engage you during the process. It's pretty clean and the staff overall are nice and helpful!

It's sad that a bunch spoil a couple of the good workers who actually seem like they wanna be here? most of them don't speak to u just stick u?makes u feel worthless donating.

Your staff member Christina needs more customer service training. I checked in and she automatically gave me a weird look. Explained that I have not been here in a few years and more than likely I will need a physical. She begins to ask for my name and last name. I spell out my last name. She then begins to ask for my last name again AFTER I JUST SPELLED IT OUT FOR HER and my ID is also on the table for her to see. I thought her asking the second time was her clarifying that my last name begins with a V and

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always come here for donations. Olivia especially goes above and beyond to make sure you're doing well or if you need anything during your donation!

Always come to this location all staff is always kind and friendly and gentle with they work especially Janella and Julia when they are there make the process easier and comfortable and feel safe there .

I enjoy this place they're fast and they have a lot of workers and they get the job done and very friendly and clean I definitely refer my friends to you guys

Amazing facility and love some of the staff especially arlene she's very kind and funny but some of the other staff are very rude and when they want to just leave they lie so you won't donate or mess up your donation staff should be more professional

Only had a mid visit once. All the other times have been very good. Employees are polite and kind and seem to love their job for the most part.

Never have problems the staff are always respectful. Olivia and Julia did a great job and they kept the line going and they fast

Horrible experience I was sitting there waiting for someone to unplug me for 20 min as workers walked by and were disconnecting other ppl who came after me. One of the other workers were telling the workers in the front to help unplug and connect people to the machines. First and last time going to this location

Great overall experience from moment I open doors going in all the way to finishing donation and leaving great staff

I have been coming here for a while now. All the staff are great especially Christian and Janella. I recommend anyone to come here.

Everyone there shows you the up most respect and are all very professional... Good vibes great environment... Keep up the good work...

Olivia is the best I request her everytime. I always have the best experience and she is soo nice and professional.

Great experience. Made an appointment and was out so fast. Overall very happy with my experience

I love the staff but I've heard they are cutting their hours which isn't right. If they paid donors more like they used to, more people would donate. Depending on when you go, you may be waiting in lines for hours or in and out. They are paying less over time. For example I got $20 then $90 when they first opened up then $40 then $60 each week. *They have just lowered the rates again to $85 a week. It's not worth going if you don't live close like myself. Edit: They have once again lowered the rates to $80 a

Friendly people everything went smoothly no pain it was fast they did a good job

I feel like the staff could melee trained I came to donate yesterday one of the ladies SHOVED the needle in and it hurted so bad I donated once and I know it wasn't supposed to be like that when I told a different person about the pain she tried explaining maybe it was the alcohol that stung and I said no it hurted really bad because she didn't do it right and now today my arm has been hurting really bad and I'm worried they busted my vein of my veins thankfully I was able to donate with my second arm it's

excellent staff, easy poking, no long wait times only con is wait time for payment(10 min after dono)

Olivia aka snow tha product is awesome ive been coming here for almost 2 years and everybody is chill love these guys

Olivia did amazing job. they are all so careful and confident in what they do.good donation clinic

They homely just take forever to tend to people and don't have any sense of urgency to get things done. They just love incredibly slow and I end up staying for 3 hours, whether it's getting vitals done , to be seated, getting seated, and then being token off the machine just incredibly slow and low staff for the high demand of people coming in.

Great place to donate, staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and efficient. Ty friendly staff

The staff was nice and very helpful and it didn't take that long to be seen when asked to wait in waiting area

Honestly disappointed with this place, it took me 30 minutes sitting in bed to be attended to, then a girl came who could be seen that she was upset for some reason and didn't even introduce herself, she just grabbed my arm and introduced the needle to me, I didn't prepare my vein at any time, then my vein began to inflate like a ball. I asked for help and another lady arrived who told me that they had put the wrong needle, and I had to do it again on the other arm. The girl who damaged my arm never came cl

All associates always very nice and warm.I would only add that with flu season here that all doners should be wareing masks.Great job by all your associates.??

I want to give a shout out to Arlene. She's one of the fastest phlebotomist working there. I see her going from helping in the front, then sticking and then working in the back with the bottles. Hopefully management sees this and gives this girl a raise?? While waiting in line 2 others gave a good comment about her and how well she does her work . Good job San Bernardino center for having someone like that in your center . Update on this review, I still believe she's one of the top phlebotomist there.. than

I was in the donation center for 4 hours. They said it would only be an hour delay, but ended up being a 3 hour delay. Once seated in the donation recliner, I was passed over at least 2 times and then told that my label had been voided and that they were awaiting "IT" involvement. I was laying in the donation recliner for 55 minutes before I was stuck with the needle. After my donation I asked to speak to a supervisor to see about any accomodations due to the extensive wait and label error , but was treated

I've had terrible experiences there almost back to back. The lady who manages the place (who wouldn't tell me her name) a Caucasian lady with glasses and a slender figure, is very rude and unsympathetic towards people. It was the same for me. When I asked a question she was immediately hostile and told me I can leave when all I did was ask a question. I don't know what her deal is and maybe that's why they have security in the building so they can back up the ignorance of that particular lady. I never had a

Bad experience ever Arlene was the one helping me didn't even bother to find two vains on my arms jst seen my arm and said no first and last time ever trying this

First off it's right down the street from me which is walking distance. And it's pretty fast most of the time it's in and out. I like it

Everyone is so busy talking that they will leave the needle in your arm after you are done. The wait time is over two plus hours until you can donate.

They are really bad at customer service I've called both manager and front office since Wednesday last week still no response. Left messages called again and again really bad customer service skills.

This spot needs structure, and better management. They have no drive, no people friendliness. There is always a wait the guy in charge everyday I've gone is a red haired male, he stands around while lines grow and beds are empty. Management team helps out way more AT THE RIALTO center, I'll be returning to rialto even though it's out of my way. Biolife look into helping this location asap! Sincerely an unhappy donor.

Wouldn't let me stay with my wife is that not a thing anymore and why do the workers act really pissy with younger generations of adults ?

Absolutely lovely place an I recommend every one to go there you will have a blast ??????

The staff at this center are very nice and welcoming but that's basically the only good thing I have to say about it. The center is way understaffed, wait times are too long, daycare area is being used as a waiting room. Staff not changing out their gloves between donors, I never see the patient waiver machines being sanitized, more than half of the facility being unused where more machines and staff could be. I love being able to help but it's not worth the hassle or time anymore.

Friendly staff, quick process and gave everything as promised

I've been coming here for a while & hands down all the staff are great , welcoming , gentle when they puncture, & have the best customer service . My only down side is when it's super busy the wait time is long , but they handle it very professional . Thank you guys !!

The nurses are weird, so I are the manager. They're always forcing someone to eat high protein meals like they have money to provide. I wish I can give them -0 stars. They have very bad customer service

Worst place EVER!!!! Do NOT donate here? Zero customer service and sensitive af employees that OVER BOOK. Under staff and have sensitive af employees that can't handle you asking questions about the shotty service given. Zero commutation. Zero customer service and zero consideration of your time. Constantly over booking and under staffing! And don't forget about the unprofessional staff with multiple face piercings and zero human communication. WORST PLACE to donate. Don't do it!!!!!

They were not lying about picky staff. But they should add that they're very judgmental, I am very healthy, I have donated in the past. However the judgmental lady that helped me, looked me up and down like I was trash, and talked to me in a rude tone of voice like she was bothered talking with me. Little does she know, I was there to help peoples lives, not to get money... I am a commercial truck driver, she should not have assumed I was trash because I have tattoos. She denied me immediately. My tattoo

If their short-staffed and everyone shows up to their appointment. And you don't want to go home. And they feel like they don't want to do the extra work. While you're taking your heart rate, they're going to squeeze the tube so it's higher and they can just send you home

Waste of time. First of all you have to make an appointment as a new donor. Then you have to deal with the really petty and picky staff to get processed. One of the staff members didn't not approve of my social security card because it was old and warn out. But the next staff member did. Then one of the staff members said that I don't qualify because they only see the vain in one arm and not the other. What gives?

First time i went in was good the girl took her time and connected me with no problem, then I went in on 4th of july and the guy with with the blond hair didn't seem as focused as the girls when i first donated which i knew because it hurt when he connect me tonthe machine then half way in i was bleeding out where he put the needle in no one bothered to look at my arm as they would walk by and joke with each other until i couldnt take the pain anymore and yelled at them about it, at that time is when they f

All of the staff is very nice, but Josh or Jake (sorry! he occasionally checks vitals, but mainly works with the machines) is especially friendly. He always helps his co-workers too. Ms. Kelly is also very kind and funny!

I want to commend the cleanliness of the BioLife Center ,I visited two times recently ,the staff is outstanding ,and they took very good care of me , service in this center is exemplary ,five stars ??????????if i could give ten stars ,then I would .very prompt and professional

The San Bernardino center is great. It's clean, well lite, smells clean. All the staff is amazing. Sometimes is busy and takes longer then I like but overall it's a good experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have donated with biolife in Rialto and that place is 1000% better than this location. When I took my mom here, we had issues with the wanna be rental security guard, which was rude. My mom was a first-time donor, and she went through the donor registration, and they had to check her arms to make sure her veins were good, which she has good veins. When they took her to the chair to donate, they poked her 4x with 2 different phlebotomist. They didn't know what they were doing and were very

I was skeptical because of the reviews, but they make the process actually super simple at this center all u need to do is set ur appointment online and I recommend going early!! But very nice center and very friendly staff and the physical was super fast!! Definitely recommend

Quick and friendly service each time I go.

got rejected based off of them rejecting my documents which had my address, I pulled up a digital bill directly from my utilities company, and then a bank statement only to still get rejected... not worth it to have spent an hour and a half just for that

Every person working at facility is very good, and best place I've donated

It takes way too long before I would be in n out inbless than an hour now it takes almost 2 hours for a regular donation. They should consider how many appointments they are taking at the same time

Up until now, I've been going to the Rialto one because there were so many negative reviews about this one. Like all reviews including mine, take it with a grain of salt. The "bad" things about this place are all blown out of proportion. I'm assuming people just have an Axe to grind. The worse thing about this place is the location, it's in a somewhat seedy area of Highland/SB so it's pretty sus and the plaza itself is kinda trashy. No real fault of the facility itself. I did notice there was some dirt he

On 9/11/24, the timeframe it took for consumers to be called for vitals was 30-40 minutes. Thereafter, to be called to donate, it took 50-60 minutes. My timeframe to complete the donation portion was 35-45 minutes, and then wait to have the Phlebotomist to do their end; it took over 150 minutes. Note: my appointment was at 10:05am, I left around 12:40-12:45pm.

2nd time here & I honestly love it! Would definitely recommend! Of course it's ghetto outside, I mean we are in San Bernardino. Inside is clean! Bathrooms are clean! Workers are super friendly & helpful! ????? 5 STARS FOR ME??

Both my fiance and i have lost pints of blood due to their machines causing deferals and losing the promotion amounts. They have the rudest security guard nowadays. they talk about the donors amongst the staff and the security guard. Idk if its something theyre allowed to do but ive heard them do it. They look up appointments and compare that to the people in the waiting area...so unprofessional of them and idk if its against hiipa or just stereotypical of them. Someone needs to look into it because its not

Really sad. I've loved this place. Making appointments through the app is really nice. Helped us through Christmas and tough times. I've had pretty much positive visits every time, until today. If people don't like their jobs.. maybe they should quit. But Aileen was rude and rough. I understand they don't need our business but I believe all people should be treated with respect, guess I'm old school like that.

I've gone about 5 times. Every time was good BUT MY FIRST. Some young Hispanic man with colored hair stuck it in my arm, noticed it wasn't taking blood, so he decided to move the needle around WHILE IN MY ARM then blood continued to squirt across the room and he gave me a hematoma for 3 weeks. All because they hired somebody with 0 training with a phlebotomy license. This place should hire people with a minimum 2 years. If you go to this location make SURE you get one of the girls or the tall older guys abo

Staff is nice, most are professional and occasionally things go relatively smooth and timely. However lately it's been just way too understaffed and overcrowded with hours long wait times. I can't spare hours to wait for a procedure that should take an hour and a half at the most. I've had to stop going because of this issue.

Wonderful experience. Staff and quick and efficient. Can't wait to go back and make another donation!

Understaffed, seems like all new staff that doesn't know what they're doing yet mostly. Not the most friendly. I was going to rialto before, they're way better. Switched over here because they open later, but not loving it. Never bruised after the first visit in rialto for 4 months. Came here and bruised twice. Now they just banned me for several weeks because my protein was 0.1 too low. Employee gave me false information on the phone, left out other information, and no one answers phones there or calls you

I continuously find myself leaving 30-45mons AFTER people I arrived before. They act like people don't have a life outside of donating. How does it make sense to be starting my donation AFTER PEOPLE I WAS THERE BEFORE. They advertise an hour but it takes 3 if you aren't being ignored

Would love for biolife to reach out to me??. !! You would think, you really can't knock a place down until u experience it.. That being said showing up to this location your really hesitate. But once you go in the beautiful aroma atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility , definitely changes your mind.???? well pause? of all the 12 ish workers only 1 is working the vitals. From their I waited an hour in line to get seated and start my donation. Once again of all the workers on the floor most are lallygaggi

The staff here is rude and they don't know how to run a floor they have there patients waiting longer then they need to and u can't get any service I was before another client n they jumped to him n made me wait another 45 mins before I could begin my donation process u can't get any friendly service I hate the BioLife on highland the workers here suck I can't wait to go back to Rialto

i am never donating again and it will definitely be because of bio-life. my first donation went well it was a few weeks ago. everyone was extremely friendly. my boyfriend came in with me and he didnt have an appointment so he just waited in the waiting room. fast forward today. My boyfriend decides he wanted to donate too. I didn't schedule an appointment for today just so I can drive him home. When we go in the lady asks me if i had an appointment and I tell her only my boyfriend had an appointment and she

The worst experience I have ever had. I was asked for a doctor note and signed off for what was required. We'll every time they asked for more and more doctor information. I at least provided 4 doctor letters stating I was able to donate and was still not able to donate. The on sight doctor is never there and only comes overlooks things and doesn't take the time to help on what is needed exactly. I became so frustrated because they ask for irrelevant information to be signed off when clearly my primary doct

The site is clean however, staff could use some customer service training. It's clear everyone being trained is oblivious to the fact that their donor is a human being and deserves an upstanding bedside manner .

Only come to this center for Olivia the phlebotomist ! She's the best person to perform the procedure , very fast and no pain at all !

The BioLife experience is awesome. The employees are very courteous, professional and friendly. They always make sure you are comfortable and are met with any needs you need. They truly make a difference

I had a wonderful experience at this facility and it was all thanks to Lilianna. I'm not fond of needles but with the help of her light hand I didn't feel a thing. I have had bad experiences getting blood drawn or just experiences with needles in general, so I was naturally a little nervous like always. But Lilianna did a great job and I would advise you to ask for Lilianna when you visit. Overall, had a great experience and would recommend this donation center. :)

Thanks for everything Olivia's been great All right

Came to donate, it's a Tuesday and it's kinda packed. They used to have 5 sections but, for some reason they reduced the numbers of beds and their sections. They only have 2 sections, a total of 24 bed. I tried to give them another chance since last mid to they had. My appointment was at 535, I came in early to do the questionnaire. Got my vitals done around 550 and after a long while got into a bed by 635. They forgot about me, and kept sitting people around me. They kept DCing people and setting other peo

They are professionals that is very caring and gentle when I went to BioLife I felt amazed on how they using ideas to save lifes..... Keep up the great work ????

I have not been back because i am still bruised from the last donation from infiltration I will come back when i am no longer bruised because that is what your nurse advised.

Nice clean facility with friendly people. Some days the lines seem a little long for having to make an appointment

I've been here 7 times but I've only been able to donate 3 times because there is always a new problem that is never communicated to me until I drive all the way down here. Vivian is a terrible doctor and should not be allowed to continue working here. She is inconsistent with her stories and lies to me constantly about the process. As someone that works in brand management and guest/customer connections, I would highly recommend someone reconsiders her further employment. I understand that she doesn't need

I Love coming here and love the staff HOWEVER. Wait times the past 3 weeks have been comparable to OCTAPharma. I'm waiting for a bed right now. Been here 2hrs 5 mins and there is still 3 people ahead of me waiting which to me is unacceptable. Since I've been here, 5 people have left. I come to donate here because of the quick in and out time it takes. Hopefully you guys make some changes to speed things up. Thank you.... UPDATE: They have drastically improved wait times.

5 stars for Lillianna! She is one of the best techs they have she is fast, efficient, nice and she deserves an appreciation post..! She really values people's time and their comfort. She is super friendly always has a smile on her face and makes your time donating fun. As far as the other techs.. 1 star.

Thank goodness for Lili, Rob and Ms. Kelly! Surely there are others who collectively do a great job. These, individually, have earned recognition and praise for a majority of donors to memorize and look forward to seeing at each visit.

Every employee at BioLife has been extremely helpful while maintaining a very clean and hospitable environment. I'm already looking forward to the next time I can participate in this awesome experience!
