The staff don't know how to properly use the new machines that were installed. My donations have gone from taking just over an hour to close to 2 hours or more. If the machines are not processing the donations properly and stop, even if you request to end the donations properly, they hold you prisoner with no regard for your requests or time. I don't see myself going back to this location, find a new center or company that has the proper training in place. Furthermore, their turnover rate for staff is incre

Leaving a one star review and sending information to whoever owns this company. No I do not need a generic response or an automated response. There was an incident that happened in February. One of the tech guys came over and double clamped my line while I was on the machine. He never addressed me. After a minute or so I stared to feel light headed, nausea, and pain in my chest. I asked the lady tech who was in my section to please come and unclamp my line. She was assisting another patient and asked the gu

It took 3.5 hours for the initial visit. It was busy and the team looked a little short staffed so I understand, coming on a Saturday for initial visit was a mistake on my part. I was hesitant to come back to the facility for that reason. I came back last night for second donation and things were much smoother.

Staff here is immaculate! Big shout out to the nurses and front desk! Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, patient, and has a good sense of humor!

I've been donating here for over three years now. The lady at the front desk always recognizes me when I come in. She's very nice. Up front, Luz and Saadia are great and always very pleasant. My veins are kinda small and I have some scar tissue, so I have to be a little selective about who sticks me. Taylor is a rockstar and can do it perfectly every time. I really appreciate her. Paris and Daniella are good too when Taylor isn't available. Back a couple of years ago the lines would be long and it took fore

Sandy took great care of me getting all the necessary information before my donation , and Alex took great care of me during the donation process. It was my first time donating and they both made it super easy , as well as the rest of the staff everyone was amazing.

Had a great experience up until today. It was my 8th donation and the coupon expired for my new donor. It was supposed to be $100 but they said they couldn't do anything about it . I'm not understanding that because all they would have to do is manually fix my pay. But the supervisor REED was very rude and didn't try to work with me at all! Alex is a great supervisor though.

Pretty great service! I appreciate the attentiveness when I donate. They are always making sure I feel fine throughout the process. The employees here help me if I need help and they get me in and out of there with in no time! Katori is so kind and always makes sure I'm well taken care of. Thank you BioLife!!

Makaila, the phlebotomist, was not friendly at all. She dis not speak, welcome me, nor thank me for my donation. I spoke to her and she reluctantly replied a dry greeting I spoke to the office lab manager, shamia, and she cavalierly stated that she would speak to her. My priir cusut was pleasant warm and inviting nit so much this vusut. Please revisit and train staff on best practices for customer service

My experience was amazing as a first time donor being quite nervous. The staff were attentive put my mind at ease kept checking on me reassuring me everything is going to be okay. Over before I knew it, staff are great.

I had been donating at a another Center by another name, but the difference between this and the others, is just incredible. The facility is clean, explanations are much clearer, a much more professional atmosphere, and you make an appointment and you're in and out. It makes donating easy, and the lives that are saved on the other end make it all the more worthwhile. Donate today and don't hesitate to make your appointment at this facility.

I had a really good experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The building was clean and well-maintained, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. I felt comfortable and appreciated the great service. I'd definitely recommend BioLife for anyone who wants to donate plasma.

It was my first time donating and I was very excited and a little nervous but I always get a little nervous about things and it does not affect me. So I sat down in the chair and started everything was going fine until the nurse was acting like she had no idea what she was doing. She put the needle in my arm then said everything looks good and she come back to check on me in a few minutes. She then got another nurse to come look at everything because something was wrong clearly but she wasn't saying that th

Visited this location to donate plasma and a new technician was training & had trouble entering the needle into my vein correctly & blood would not flow so plasma could not be collected, I asked for a manager & a woman by the name of Paula came & was very polite & professional & not only attempted to re enter the needle properly into my vein but also stood by my side and explained the whole process to me & totally eased my anxiety. She went above and being & deserves recognition. Overall the whole process w

Every time I went the staff was courteous. Always checked to see if everything was okay during the middle and end of the donation. I like the new machines they have now. They seem much faster than the other ones in my opinion.

So i have donated 8 times. Usually you get paid right after the donation. But my eighth time never got paid I was assured I would be paid and no one will answer me at this location. Secondly the staff you have a few good staff members there but the others are to pre occupied talking to each other and not paying attention to patients.

My first time and I am turned off. I had an appointment that I was 9 minutes late for...after having my gps take me to the wrong location some 8 miles out of the way. I was greeted by a lady who quickly reminded me I was late! She then offered to let me proceed....(Well thank you I just drove over 20 miles to get there) She asked for license and ss card.... I didn't have my SS card so I was pulling up my paycheck information on my phone...when she asked if I had had a meal which I had not....Her response wa

Terrible experience at BioLife Snellville. I was assigned to the gold section where Alex was the tech. Every time I've donated with him, it's been a struggle?multiple pokes, long wait times, and poor technique. This time, he couldn't find my vein and needed help from a manager, Reid, who quickly got it right. I had blood leaking and my machine slowed halfway through. Alex pushed the needle deeper several times and then asked if I wanted to switch arms. I declined, expecting assistance, but instead he told R

Karen was amazing!! She was very informative during my physical and made me feel very comfortable. Very clean and really big compared to other donation places

This place is bad if u look or speak wrong they will defer you. On my 3 donation this short black girl with a scarf around here head think she was African or something told me one I stick u that it. I responded back saying it's the sticker who needs to stick right. After I was done she tried to fold the cotton sheets I said I don't like that put it flat she got mad wrapped my arm one time. As soon as I walked out blood started to run down my arm I walked back in and told the front desk she ain't wrap me rig

Terrible location receptionist never awnsers the phone to reschedule appointments then when you drive all the way there they give u the run around I rather go to KED plasma or Octapharma i will never return

This is the third BioLife center that I've been to and I have to say that it's the largest that I've been to and therefore I feel like I've had the best experience. Obviously comes down to which location they're closest to, but I was very satisfied with my experience at this particular location

Everyone at the BioLife clinic was very kind and professional. I didn't expect the process to be so easy but it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend BioLife in Snellville to anyone looking to donate plasma. Make sure you watch for the promotions and get your coupons. - however, on my 3rd visit the technician was unable to take the sample correctly and had to reposition the needle many times and ultimately cut my donation short. I was unable to have my blood put back into my body

Decided to come in with my boyfriend who donates more frequently. It was my first time and everyone was super kind and accommodating! Karen, the nurse who did my intake and physical, was super sweet! She made me feel really comfortable. They definitely cater to newbies, cause you get snacks and to cut the line lol. The actual donation process was good too. They make sure you're comfortable and understand what's going on!

okay i rarely ever make reviews even if i had a bad experience. but i have to, ive donated plasma here before at a different location as well as my mother and i never had any issues. the staff was very kind and it was very busy. however, after my physical i went to sit down to get ready to donate. the nurse/technician couldn't find a vein in either arm except for the right, and had another nurse/technician to come over to help. i was under the impression that at that point i would be asked to come back a di

Dont come here. Lazy nurses turn ppl away cause they don't wanna have a hard work day. So if the nurses are that lazy imagine what the un salary payed staff do and act like.

I had a great experience, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I was comfortable the whole time and everything was explained to me clearly.

Enjoy helping people and getting paid for my time. Everyone is always nice. The facility is super clean.

Very dissatisfied. I was on the chair for over 2.5 hours due to the machine being extremely slow returning my last round of blood and salute. It could have been mafe shorter but I was told the owner of the machines would not allow the techs to take the obvious shortcut. So just seriously inconvenience your donors. Actually...you should double the pay when you screw us like this!!!

Even if there is a lot of people in the Snellville center, they are still able to get to you in a timely manner. I have been to other BioLife centers and this one really gets you in and out in a timely manner. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE! -Two hour wait times, incompetent employees and neglectful phlebotomist? -when my donation finished they neglected to come over to help me for so long that the Saline started coming out of my vein and I was in excruciating pain having to beg for them to come give me assistance. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The staff are efficient and pleasant! This place is so organized. Always clean . Highly recommend! I wanted mention Noami who is always friendly and gives the perfect stick! All the staff from intake , to screening, nurses , to the techs have treated me great!

Very pleasant experience every donation. Staff are very proficient in what they do. Enjoy the time time I'm there.

As soon as I walked in I was attended, and all the workers were very nice and kind, I didn't have to wait at all for anything. Overall it was a very nice experience :3

Friendly, professional but personable experience. Adequately staffed, and efficient in their procedures; leading to a quick ,pleasant visit! And thisIS a Real review, just sayin.

Cleanest facility I have ever attended, and sweet staff and very knowledgeable and attentive!!! Love coming here and getting paid as well??

karen was great, the staff there is very nice and patient karen gave me good life advice and actually brought me back to life when i passed out love it will be coming here again

I only gave it 4 stars because there was an employee that wasn't directing ppl to where they need to go so ppl where standing in spots for like 30 minutes for no reason they don't wear name tags so I only could take a pic people are coming in here to help the staff should make it easier

All the staff that I have had contact with at the Stone mountain, snellville location have ALL been great, wonderful. Very professional, polite and courteous.

If you doing this for the first time please eat and drink water. Before you go. They will help you in anyway they can. Research before you go and give some people will re act different in giving plasma .Thanks.

BioLife Plasma in Snellville is a clean, well-organized facility with a friendly and professional staff that makes the donation process smooth and comfortable. The check-in is quick, the process is efficient, and the compensation is a great bonus!

Customer Service is horrible. Staff walks by and no one acknowledges your wait or your time spent to donate (which takes hours??). Appts are irrelevant and unnecessary. Complete chaos and disorganized, understaffed, and oblivious to donors. Unapologetic about the massive waste of time it takes to donate. Snippy attitudes when you raise complaints

My overall experience was great. The lady at the front desk could benefit from customer service training. The other staff members were very knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing at making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcomed.

The staff has been helpful and courteous. The process has been smooth and hassle free for me.

The women here are great, friendly and caring group of women. Veery helpful, i don't know who is leaving bad reviews but they must not love the Lord because these women are definitely a blessing.

I arrived at the BioLife Plasma location on Centerville Highway to donate blood. The check-in process and the initial setup for my donation proceeded as expected. However, midway through my donation, at around 62% completion, I began experiencing significant issues with the donation process and with the staff?s response. The donation machine began displaying ?no flow? messages and remained stuck at the same volume for over 10 minutes. I raised my hand to notify the staff that I needed assistance, but I was

Used to give this location 5 stars until they switched to new equipment. Now I'm waiting in line for usually an hr before I even get to donate. My appointment today was at 5:25 but I probably won't even get to donate until 6:30 due to the fact I'm standing in a line with 12 people in front of me waiting to donate as well. If the new machines are slowing things down this bad maybe they should either reconsider the equipment or make less time slots available for donation so there isn't a backup everyday like

The facility was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, the staff very pleasant and welcoming and the whole process from walking in, to the donation bed was a great and rewarding experience.

Every time i go to bio life in snellvile i encounter Tiffany no matter if I call or if I come in she is always there to help me with a smile and a kind heart I really appreciate that in customer service

My nurse was pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable in a very safe environment.

My first donation was back in September and it took them weeks and weeks to tell me the proper way in terms of how I'm supposed to give blood. I'm sitting here pumping when I shouldn't be pumping and I can see the blood trying to form around the needle which could?ve gave me a hematoma. Also, I had gotten a coupon for promotion, but when I clicked on it, it disappeared never to be found again, and that was actually Money that I needed. Lastly, when I called up there, asking whether I could book an appointm

Haven't been to donate for awhile, new faces but everyone was nice! Nae Nae hooked me up to the machine. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely look for her for my next donation to stick my arm, since they are very tricky to get.

Today is my precious Nana's birthday and the first since she passed. I wanted to do something to honor her, so I decided to donate plasma for the first time. Having had Covid in December, I felt it even more important. I couldn't save my Nana, but I hope maybe I can save someone else. Though I have worked in medical offices, I admit I was nervous. The staff?was amazing; from the front desk to the nurses, each step was very streamlined and efficient. I can not sing the nurse/phlebotomist's praises loudly eno

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had no problem. Easy to ask questions.

Naschelle is the best!! All I can say is she is the Best I've ever dealt with and trust I've been poked many of times in my life!!!!! She has an awesome attitude and she is always a pleasure to be around. Very positive!! Great customer service!!!! Wish there were more people like her!! Professional ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

The people who took the blood were very nice but it took me over an hour & a half just to get my physical. One of the people doing the physicals just left to go in someone else?s office while there were 4 of us waiting and one person doing exams. If you are going to have me schedule an appointment; don't make it a 3 hour ordeal. I spend my day with kids; then don't want to stay here until 7 waiting for you guys to stop having little chit chats with one another and see us.

This one is very hard for me. Because I wanted to give five stars for the nursing staff in the back but the lady at the desk Monday through Friday so horribly rude she makes you feel stupid, is degrading at times, snappy, always in a bad mood, I guess they implemented some rule that they had to get everyone?s height so they were having to get everyone?s as they came in and she was literally complaining about her job to everyone that she shouldn't have to be doing everything on her own and snapping at us bec

It was very good , I had a very nice nurse Ms. Shay she was very professional, does a very good job.

I am a regular Plasma Donor. Unfortunately, donations during the week take almost 2 hours between 7:30am and 11am and during the afternoon between 3pm and 6pm, as they do not have enough staff. The staff is very friendly and qualified, but it is disappointing how long donors have to wait at this center.

The first time I came the nurse who did my health evaluation was very nice and accommodating, although the nurse who placed the needle placed it wrong so I was not able to donate anymore that day but still got paid. Second time NaeNae was able to find a vein and make the whole process comfortable for me ! She was very nice !

I thought this was a very well organized facility. But due to lack of training and new machines, I have to report it was a miserable experience. My first donation, they caused me to have a blood clot due to stoping my blood flow between samples and donations. My second donation, the machine malfunctioned so I was therfore deferred for the next 8 weeks. Manager reported this has happened before but there is nothing the company can do unfortunately.

It's my first time donating and they made the process smooth. Had my physical exam first, they made sure I understand what I'll be going through with the donation. They made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and warm even though it was a jam-packed Friday afternoon. The place is well kept and generally a pleasant experience even to the other people I was with.

Process was simple and the staff and nurses were great people. Highly recommend

Friendly professional caring staff, peaceful clean welcoming environment. But there is that 1 employee I gringe when I see her because she sticks the needle to far in several times kinda harshly and it does feel uncomfortable. Starting to see a little playing among the younger ones with each other and the donors. But this location still gets a 5 ?????

Nae Nae and Reid are the best employees in that place. They're the only two who can EVER get the needle in my vein - everyone else always has to go get one of them because they can't get it in. They're also the most knowledgeable, nicest, helpful, and clean. You'd never imagine the nasty things I see others do. Most don't even change gloves. And don't get me started on the lady at the front desk. So ignorant and rude. Honestly Nae and Reid run this place. No one else knows what to do and follows no ru

Very busy center but quick paced as well. The woman who was doing my physical, Karen, was very warm and fast with her evaluation.

Nae Nae takes care of me most of the times I come in there. When I see her I request her she always makes sure I'm comfortable while donating. Saadia in the front also does a great job of making me feel comfortable when I come as well.

Nae Nae, Taylor, Dani, Victor and Reed have done an amazing job taking care of my donations. Always very pleasant and able to adjust and fix any problems. Honorable mention for Alex as well.

Everyone is nice and very professional plus the center is always clean

Davina was the first associate I interacted with on my first appointment, Sunday,July 28, 2024. She was so warm, helpful, & inviting to BioLife. Nurse Karen is an asset to BioLife. She is so wonderful, nice,& great to talk to. On my 2nd visit, I encountered Davina again, which is always a pleasure because she smiles & makes u feel so comfortable. Taylor Tyson was my technician that connected me to my machine. Her personality was effervescent & she gives people such a personable vibe. Thus far, I would Bio

Patient and explained the process with great detail. Bring a jacket it's cold

Professional office and staff - same staff there as when I started this process a couple years ago. I feel safe and in great hands always! Can be busy at times but they take great care of you! I have been to several other locations and never felt this comfortable!

Nae Nae was the best. She's always nice and lovely and has good conversations and very patient. Really all the people I have come across in here have been good. I also like Ms. Sheree. She be looking mean, but she has a smile under that mask.

A very smooth and professional experience. Clean office and nice staff members

I appreciate the professionalism and warm welcome I receive every time I come in to donate. I like that everyone knows me by my first name. So many fabulous techs. Many favorites. Shout out to Nea...wonderful!

It's great experience! Everyone was professional and helpful and fast

I have been coming here for over a year now and I haven't had any bad experiences. There is a good group of staff here. Nae Nae and Miss Luz are two great ones, just to name a couple. This is a great way to help people in need of our plasma donations and get a little extra money for a rainy day. Come see for yourself.

The doctors were very helpful a fun laugh and fast processing

I had an outstanding experience at BioLife. NAE NAE was exceptionally professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and provided clear information. Her dedication to customer service made my experience at BioLife smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend NAE NAE for excellent service?be sure to ask for her. THANK YOU, NAE NAE (:

BioLife on the first visit was quite friendly, engaging, and informative. Pleasant. On my second trip, on 10/25/23, the man taking my vitals was quiet and nonchalantly gave directions and laughed if they weren't properly understood. There's nothing wrong with asking for clarification. Once I finished he just said get in line and started cleaning his station. There weren't any signs indicating where said line was as it was relatively empty at the time. I waited in the center waiting area for a couple minute

Friendly staff, makes it comfortable to be here. When I come, Nae Nae always welcomes me and engages in a very warming manner. She always makes sure I'm in good hands. A good place to come to for a good deed.

I have only been going a few times now but everyone is so friendly! Mrs Karen was absolutely the sweetest lady I have ever met? I could have just talked to her for hours! Had a small discomfort my last visit with my stick but nothing more than a little adjusting to get things going! The girl seemed very nervous when doing it, but not big deal really. We all have to learn somehow! I'll gladly be going back more and more!

I love the experience a very gentle when they working with working with your arm with the needle and they keep a check on you the whole time make sure you're okay and they are very polite throughout the whole time I love the experience they have with their jobs they are very outstanding and outgoing thank you all for your time

This place is slow as ever!!!!! The workers ain?t much better. They walk around like they don't see you

Love coming here. The staff is so friendly, especially Nae and Taylor. They are efficient but not clinical. They make me feel like I am in good hands.

Excellent experience from the moment I walked in. I was given a warm and happy greeting from the front desk, very professional and helpful! Everyone there made me feel welcomed from the screener, to the nurse, to the phlebotomist. Very happy to go back to this specific location

The plasma center is clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. The process is well-organized, with minimal wait times. Donating was straightforward, and I felt safe throughout the procedure. Overall, a positive experience.

Nae Nae is AWESOME! I try to get it in a section where she is working when I come in because she is so professional and good at her job. Some of the new technicians are personable and are willing to work hard to get to know the donors and the procedures. And, for those of us that have been donating for years we appreciate that. I for one am grateful for people like Nae Nae, Paula and Reed who are training these new people. I will continue to support BioLife Snellville and donate here as long as there are
