I had an appointment at this location for my second donation. Every interaction I had with staff members was professional; however, I would like to personally recognize Carla. She had such a pleasant and laid back demeanor. She was an excellent stick - I felt nothing. She was super busy but made you feel like you were the only one. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

I came in yesterday 5/23 and the girl that checked me in was very nice. Barbara tried to do my physical but I was unable to donate. She was very nice and gave me a few ideas.

Very easy to give plasma and make money while you're doing it n helping to save lives for anyone. The people are very friendly and helpful n get you in n out as fast as possible. Great place for anyone to use.

Was here for the first time in a long time, had a physical, the nurse who did my physical was nice but absolutely terrible. She kept talking, tried to be my therapist and couldn't figure out what the heck she was doing. I came here yesterday, 05/11/25 for a physical and donation. I have been donating since 2023 and today was the absolute worst. The nurse that I had my physical with was absolutely horrible. Her office smelled like Vodka and she blamed it on her hand sanitizer... everyone who has drank before knows what Vodka smells like. She asked me why I was donating, why I lost my card after over a year of not donating, I voiced my fear of blood and needles which she responded "you can't be too afraid if you're here". I

Donating plasma helped me save for collage. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of there way to make sure patients feel comfortable. You couldn't ask for any better people.

Most of the staff is very rude and unprofessional, they discuss the donors out loud, play constantly with each other, and other than Eric the rest of management is very unprofessional, Lately additional staff from other states have been staffed and it has made a huge difference, they are professional and knowledgeable really putting the regular staff to shame. I appreciate the Oklahoma staff for making my experience better and hopefully giving the old staff a goal to work towards.

The ladies, were pleasant. Snookie,Erica ,Aeris, Kennedy I think and Maddy. My veins are small and for safety Kennedy (I think is her name sorry), got a second opinion and Maddy was gentle with her poke and had me out of there in no time.

I went in for my second donation n the Tek that hooked me up did not know what she was doing. My arm is bruised really bad that I have to miss donating for two weeks. Going out to the ofallon location from now on.

Yea this place cool but they do way too much I've been to other donating spots and by far they are the worse , takes extremely too long , the things that I know I'm allowed to do and have at other locations you can't here it's weird and if it wasn't for the paying little more higher people would not come . I got sent home multiple times for not having eating a full course meal but I can come back and say I've eaten breakfast and I'm fine ??.. I'll let this sit here

This place messed up my blood work. They said I had atypical antibodies. Which I do not. I went to my primary care provider and they ran a test and found nothing. This place is a joke.

Worst place to go to donate in st louis, they will constantly waste your time, and gas going out there, not a single professional, mature acting adult in the building besides maybe the nurse.they will tell you one thing and the next time it's completely different, save yourself a migraine and just got to a different place, you can thank me later

Very rude welcome. The young lady was asked by another person at the desk to assist me she rolled her eyes and walked slowly to the front. She asked me my name, and I showed her my ID. She then asked me my name again, and I showed her my ID. She then very rudely said have a seat we will get to you later. Finally a man walks up to the front desk and welcomed me properly. He asked me my name I showed him my ID. I was told how long the process will take being it my first time. I couldn't be there that long so

I came in expecting to be there for at least 3 hours or so because I had to go through the new donor process since I haven't been there for almost 2 years. I was pleasantly surprised to be processed and in a chair donating within about an hour and a half! Everyone was very helpful and pleasant as well. They are extremely slow. You will wait a half an hour after being called to a section if certain phlebotomists dont favor you as a donor , if you dont laugh, play & talk to them like an overgrown goofy childish adult if you donate at this location.(based off of my personal experience as a donor there) Its supposed to be strictly business as this is a health facility. You will spend at least 2 hours there on average no matter the donor crowd. That amount of time should only be spent there if youre a new don

Staff was rude as hell, lots of dirty looks going around. Was told last minute I couldn't be with my partner while he donates and he was uncomfortable. Didn't even want to go through with it. Unprofessional and ignorant people. Not a lot of staff on hand with too many appointments. Wait time was so long ! Will never come back.

I've been to several different locations, Saint Ann, Missouri is by far my favorite. They don't mess around on time management, I'll tell you that! Even when they're busy, the wait is absolutely nothing compared to the Saint Peter?s location. The staff is super friendly and down-to-earth. Highly recommend the Saint Ann location!

I rated 1 star cause after not going for several months they usually give you a returning donor bonus which is supposed to start when you have your 1st return visit and go on for 8 visits. Every donation experience here is different. This time I checked in the allowed 10 minutes early with one person in front of me waiting to be seated to donate. I waited 35 minutes from the time I walked in the door to be seated and have someone start to add lines to a machine and place a needle. Friendly staff just very hit or miss with getting in the right seat at the right time.

Husband was turned away because they believed he was under the influence due to him looking exhausted from working with concrete all day before came into donate. I've been going about 2 years to this location. Haven't had a bad experience. No issues with needles or bad sticks, no issue with staff, no issues with compensation. The only nuisance is waiting times when a promo happens and a bunch of new donors sign up. Fully understand the promos, and it is important that more people sign up. Sometimes, having to wait an extra 30 minutes is still worth the benefits, and knowing you're helping.

I enjoy my appointment at BioLife everytime I come. The experience is so nice and comforting. A lot of the staff members remember the donors and get to know them. On my fourth year of donating. The crew that works the Vitals is lacking in Guest Service skills (Rude). The nurses and Techs at my center are great. During my second attempt, It has come to my attention that I have been placed on ?deferrals? for 6 months and suddenly not eligible to donate, due to being ?hospitalized within the 30 days of donation? the first time I applied. I did not sign anything nor had been notified confirming I was ineligible. Good people, there's usually a lot of openings so I don't have any problems scheduling appointments. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's usually pretty packed there so the whole process takes me about an hour and a half

There were only 4 people in line for vitals and only 1 employee working and. It takes ok almost 25min to get vitals. That is ridiculous.

I had my first donor experience here recently. There was a bit of an awkward wait at the beginning, but from there things went very smoothly. They explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. So I called yesterday to ask wether my id would be accepted even though I just moved a week ago from Texas. And was waiting on my change of address to go through. And to receive my confirmation from it. I was told it wouldn't be a problem if I brought certain required documents. I even made sure to stress the fact that I lived an hour away from the donation center and that I wouldn't be able to make it home and asked several times if my paperwork I did have would be adequate AND WAS TOLD YES MULTIPLE TIMES

The employees lack basic fundamentals in the autonomy of the body. Most of the staff acts in a caviler manner and doesn't have common courtesies to even each other. Staff should be retrained in the area of blood and people skills.

I donated for the first time on Tuesday. I was very nervous and anxious. I will say it was very busy but the staff was very nice. They say that newcomers can expect to be there 3 to 4 hours I got there at 4:10 and I left around 630. Do you research on how to prepare for your first time donating and to continue donating you need to eat properly and be hydrated that's what I did and I had no problems. I went in today for my first plasma donation, and the staff was extremely friendly and walked me through the entire process. The donation itself went very well. Although they will tell you that the appointment will take 2 hours, I was there for 3.5 hours. My biggest complaint was how busy it was and how long it took. When I first began donating plasma, I tried different plasma centers in my area. There were a total of 4, but the 1 that stood out was BioLife. Awesome customer service from the staff, who are also very knowledgeable in getting new donors through the process. I started at BioLife over 2 years ago, and I'm currently a Donor. Overall, I know what donating plasma means for saving lives, and the staff at BioLife make that process a a pleasure to be a part of.

Talk about a place that's not organized. Waited an hour as their machine kept timing me out just to sign in. They would pull me out of line to change my account and then tell me to go to the back of the line. Waited 2 hours juts trying to check in. Walked out after the third time they told me to get in the back of the computer line.

Love the customer service everybody was very polite even when I got to the point where I was donating the technician knew I was nervous and they made it easier to relax amazing service

The people here work hard and are kind. Sometimes bloodwork can make me and other people nervous, and it helps to have someone nice help you through the process. Just be nice and patient yourself and you're almost guaranteed to have a easy donation experience here.

Very unprofessional?It is UNACCEPTABLE NOT to change your gloves in between patients..!! If a patient asks you to change your gloves nicely it should not be a debate on why. There really needs to be some education done at the place. I will not return to this location and will advise family and friends to do the same.
