Turned away for having tattoos. I understand that they don't "Poke through ink', But their medical examiner took one look at me and said "Not looking good already. Nope. Yeah no. It's not going to happen". Did not even attempt to find a vein. The worst experience ever I spent 2hours going thru their new donor processes, required to have a physical answer the same questions over and over, then get to the donation chair and be told you can't donate because we are a 2 vein location, should something happen with one vein we can switch to the other. I recently donated plasma at this location, and while most of the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, I had a very uncomfortable experience with one nurse during the physical exam. She was a younger Asian woman, and from the moment the exam began, her energy felt cold and judgmental. DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Went to the center May 25th for a donation and They ruptured my vein and punctured a bicep. When I was first seen by the nurse, she poked me with a needle and they started the donation. About five minutes later the blood stops flowing, and one of the nurses comes and adjust the needle and pushes it in a bit more two minutes later same thing happened And again the nurse started fishing. They did this about three times until one of them said they got it and this was during the return immed

It was a very pleasant experience and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a very smooth process. Erika was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place for donating plasma.

The wait time to just get checked in?.. by the time you're ready to get hooked up it's been 3 hours. They should really consider taking a look at how their whole process is done. Stop wasting unnecessary time on things and simplify them. Over booking and working at turtle speeds.

I have donated at the Stockton location and the Modesto location. Both are great. Staff is efficient and focused. They get you in and out.

3 time donor, 1st visit will be very long. This place is usually busy & wait times can be long, so keep that in mind, but it's not the staffs fault as they're very short staffed. Great staff but they need more. The amount of people coming in to donate surpass the amount of staff and equipment they possess which result in an exhaustive wait time before the donation process even begins. Line be longer than the DMV sometimes. Average time with an appointment for a returning donor is between 2-4 hours.

I wasn't able to donate due to my protein being low. I try to ask what's best to eat but staff that helped me wasn't very helpful. Other than that my experience was fine. Front desk was fully staffed, so I got thru the line pretty quickly

The appointment system they have makes it difficult to donate. Getting a early appointment is impossible and if you go rite when they open they won't let you in they will check for the next available slot. That might not be for 2 or more hours. If Biolife is your only option then go for it but in my case CSL is rite down the street. Walk-ins welcome and i think they pay better. If it wasn't for Biolifes appointment system it wouldn't be that bad. Change the appointment system so we can donate more freely

The most professional plasma center I have ever been to! The staff is very professional, polite and everybody seems very well trained! All the employees carry themselves with complete confidence and it makes me feel very comfortable being there, I trust them 100%. Go to any other plasma center in town and you will see the total opposite, don't put your life at risk going anywhere else, go to BioLife and be treated with dignity and respect.

The staff is always very friendly, very professional and calm. Always an easy experience to get in and out the wait times could be better but I understand it's an overwhelming number of people donating which is a good thing. But overall enjoy coming in to BioLife the staff is always there and overtime you start to get to know all these people and it's always just very welcoming. Will continue to donate and help.

When I first started donating last year, things went well. These past two months the wait has been awful!!! Sometimes it takes me 4 hours by the time I get out of there. Two days ago I had an appointment on the last slot available. There were 12 people waiting in the line to be called to a bed, and 8 beds were not running. I waited an hour in that line and it barely moved so I left, or I would have been there well after 9pm! I get it, they are short staffed, so in times like that they should be changing the

Just too slow. What's the point of appointments if you still going to have to wait 3 hours. Literally waited in line a hour and in the bed for 2 hours. Staff is nice but they need to figure this appointment system out.

Started out very sweet. Young black girl help me out with rescheduling my appointment. And then not less than 10 minutes later, with a rude voice asked me to leave the facility until my appointment time came up, Which was in roughly 15 minutes. So unfortunately her fake smile was overpowered with her rudeness. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location.

The first time I had went, Zeke help me and he definitely made an impression. Thank you for that. Made me feel as comfortable as possible and very welcoming. I went back in the same week and my second experience was just as great. Cielo Was the one to help me this time and she is so sweet and funny made me feel very comforted. This facility seems to be understaffed. Lately the time to make a donation has increased so much that I've had to cancel appointments because it would interfere with other commitments. This is not a complaint against the staff itself

Sochi is highly professional and accommodating. (She has a Strawberry Shortcake tag on her face shield. Despite my fear of needles, her pain-free insertion technique made the process much more comfortable. Starting my donation this way helps maintain my peace of mind.

Have wanted to be optimistic about donating plasma with BioLife but it has really turned out to be a negative experience overall. The staff has been as helpful as they can be but in my personal experience their machines have issues more often than not. Within a 6 month period I have been deferred (kept from donating) for 8 weeks two times (total of 16 weeks) and have had a total of three donating interruptions due to machine failure. The staff are amazing and management is always on top of things.. The only downside of the entire experience is that the wait for beds is long and even after your first donation, you are waiting at least an hour to two hours from the time you check in to the time you start pumping. There are too many wonderful people to name them all, but Zeke and Emily get a shoutout for always doing their jobs well and with a smile, even engaging in friendly conversation with a weirdo like me! From my first experience, to the many after, I've always been treated professionally and respectfully. I've been a patient at the Biolife Stockton location since May. I return ever week to donate twice for the week and everytime I stop by the staff never fail to impress me. Sometimes when there are many donors and its a mad house, they all seem to handle the stress well and remain completely professional. Great place to donate and make some cash for billsl! I like how you can set your own appointments time and or reschedule last minute. I'm going on 6 months and keeping up on my water intake eating healthy. Staff makes you feel comfortable and checks on you while donating I feel like I'm in good care here.

I had my first time a few days ago, sadly I didn't hydrate and eat properly before coming so I'm sure you can guess what happened. As I was on the verge of passing out during my session maria, Jessica and Erica acted quickly to make sure I didn't go unconscious. Seems koo sometimes. Today was sitting in the donor bed for an hour before I got hooked up.

I went there hoping to donate. The front office receptionist was awesome. The first step was signing consents when they asked if I had a phobia too needles I said I don't like them. That person was very rude made me feel uncomfortable.After that they made me feel like I said a bad word. They all rushed in a room and took me into a room and pretty much called me a liar. Saying that I said I had a phobia too needles. Felt attacked. The short big white lady said they had too deferred me. Awful experience

Just sat down to start my survey like usual, been coming here for over a year. Looked at my watch for 2 seconds because I had about 5 seconds before the system will let me login in. First time I donated left with a hematoma. My complaint about this location is the managment is over booking more than the staff can handle. 2 of the 7 times I went I got out within 1 hour. I've been coming here when this center opened I've encountered no issues with the amazing nurses that help me in the back they are all wonderful sweet kind . But the center supervisors Sydnee and Stacy need to be more professional. I personally hear them everytime I come in to donate yelling at the staff. After coming from the Mt. Juliet donation center in Tennessee, it seems that this location has poor management. A couple times I've had a speedy service. 10-15 mins for vitals and 30-50 mins for plasma donation. But all other times it will take an hour to be seen for vitals? a half an hour of being ignored on the donation chair and then another 40 mins donation process. Not only is it a great thing to donate plasma for people who need it but the customer service here at the Stockton center is excellent. The people are very professional but also very friendly and always good conversations. I come twice a week and have not had any issues for the past 5 months.

The staff is really attentive and help the process go smoothly and relatively fast for what you're doing. Appointments are easy to aquire and rescheduling is really easy as well.

CSL is better and it's stuff I didn't like there either, The process here was longer and they take forever to hook you up, I have perfect veins so I never have issues ANYWHERE they have bruised both of my arms and they don't let you donate because of that, They also mark your arm so they can be precise Smh

If you're going to sell your plasma, do not go here. The staff is undeniably rude and blatantly disrespectful. One of the staff members was being unpredictability racist towards me, calling me a "cracker" and "ooooohh the white boy is coming, get to come to the line now." I have donated with Biolife in Stockon 3 times. I had never donated before and the staff here have made it very simple. Amir the MH was great and answered my questions while takingmy vitals. Erika started my line today and she also answered all my questions (I ask lots of questions) and was very friendly. In the past Zeke and Fady have started my mines and did a great job. The facility is very clean and the staff seems to really enjoy working here which made it a nice environment to be in.

I liked that some staff explained the process to me, there was a few times I was a little confused as to what was going on but was later given answers to my questions. Everything was clean and organized.

These guys are so unprofessional! They constantly overbook themselves and cancel appointments last minute. I've driven over an hour multiple times just to have them cancel my appointments for varying arbitrary reasons. This is the last straw and I will not ever be coming back here.

This place is a joke. I drove a hour to get there just to have them tell me I couldn't donate because i didn't have a "full lunch" I have eaten breakfast a light lunch and then dinner for years. I don't need a hack job nurse to tell me how to manage my body.

The techs at this location are some of the best I have had experiences with. The techs make a point in knowing your name and taking the time to say hi. Very friendly staff and decent payouts for donations.
