This is the best place I've donated plasma, by far! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept. There always seems to be plenty of staff and short wait times.

Honestly it's a far drive for me from here and home but it is what it is. The people are kinder here they listen to you they actually engage in conversation with you and check if you're okay. I'm like the one in Killeen and how the other girl treated me there getting if they haven't done anything about it I don't even know but if they did I hope something gets done about it because it's not the first time I seen a review on that same girl. They just need to fire her terminator at this point but this center

FREEZING , NON COMPASSIONATE , Not from this location. From Waco. I'm in temple becuse my child?s is in the hospital and has been for 3 days. I'm not leaving temple till my child is leaving with me. I need money for soaps sox ext. I didn't know this location was going to be legit freezing. So come by the end of the questions I'm SHIVERING so I steeped out to my car in the handicap parking spot RIGHT in front of the doors. I was outside less time then for the automatic doors to shut. I have hospital stickers

The Temple BioLife is the worst. The vitals staff is hit or miss. They are either really nice or so rude you feel your their inconvenience for even being there. As for the people hooking you up to donate it seems the staff needs more practice because on more then one occasion I have come out of there with my arm so bruised I wasn't able to donate for weeks afterwards. I almost dread coming in to donate here because I don't know how bad they are going to do each time, it's been that often. I'm not even a har

Great staff very friendly...And the facility is very clean..But for whatever reason when I get a certain person taking my vitals I cannot pass on the blood pressure...She is a nice girl and for whatever reason I cannot remember her name..All I know is she has her septum pierced...Four times not I have gotten her all four I have failed...I almost let the person behind me go in front of me just sokni would not get here..lol..

Very friendly staff. Clean and terrific atmosphere. Bring head phones so you don't interrupt anyone. The techs that stuck me with the needle did it on their first try, I appreciate it?

Any time I go to the Austin location, they seem understaffed and I sit on the bed waiting for 20-30 minutes minimum to even be connected to the machine. One time it was an hour. It ends up being an 1.5-2 hour appointment compared to an hour at the Temple location. Last time a new donor was skipped to the front of the line. Don't love the length of time it takes, but the staff are really nice and working as fast as they can, hence the 3 stars.

I love the Friendly service at the Harker Heights center my favorite person there is Melanie she is awesome she really keeps me relaxed so if yall ever get Melanie you won't be disappointed ty girl for being you

With the exception of a couple managers who places okay is a couple of good people that work there environments nice the centers clean for most part . One of my big issues there's management talking to people like they're crazy that crap needs to stop myself I'm fed up with it I'm not pointing fingers but I say but I'm real fed up with it Don't care if any of them are reading this I like to suggest for donors who do go to sleep or to prevent it maybe almost every other plasma center I've ever donated at the

After many horrific visits to CSL this place is such a breath of fresh air, I began having a reaction during my donation, Sammy, Kelly, and Brianna took very good care of me and got me back on my feet in no time. Unlike CSL that let me bleed out on a table. I will return here for every donation and tell my friends and family to come here as well. Thanks again ladies y?all are the hero?s of the story

It was my first time donating at bio plasma and I can 100% say it was 10 times better than the previous plasma center I used to donate at. From beginning to end everyone was super nice and welcoming and they made the donation process super comfortable and easy.

Establishment was clean and welcoming. Staff was kind, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Clean and terrific atmosphere. Sammy was excellent with the stick!! Bio Life in temple is the best place to give plasma!!

I want to take a moment to commend Sam at BioLife for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. From the moment I walked in, Sam?s courteous demeanor and warm, compassionate attitude made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Sam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every interaction is handled with care and attention to detail. Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine empathy is truly remarkable. She listens attentively, provides clear guidance, and ensures th

Sooo much better than the other plasma places I've been to . Employees are more friendly . Found my new favorite Bio Life . Shout out to Temple Tx Bio Life !!!! would definitely give 10 stars out of 10 review !

Ramona is very nice. my first time there, it was good. Thanks Ramona!

The staff at the Temple location are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable, I can't wait to my next appointment.

I've had some bad experiences with my rolling veins but Brianna was super sweet and excellent at their Job. Give Brianna a raise!!!

I have donated and also worked at other plasma centers. I have a significant amount of knowledge of FDA regulations and plasma center operations. Let me tell you, I am very impressed with the operations of the Temple, TX location. This center is extremely clean and I am always met with a smile from the employees as well as management. The process is smooth and organized which makes for an excellent donor experience even when they are busy. Additionally, the phlebotomists are highly skilled which is definit

This center has been my first experience donating plasma and they've definitely made a lasting impression. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They are professional and everything is done in an orderly fashion. And it feels good to donate and help a worthy cause. Brian is the best on the floor and Anthony, one of the leads is so helpful and professional. I got deferred my 1st visit but waited in my daughter. She got sick half way thru her donation and both of these gentleman took care of her, c

Always great service. Today I had the privilege of getting assistance from Gracie and Ramona. They are always professional and super nice! Also had some check-ins to make sure I was ok, Karea and Angie(purple hair). Very caring and professional. I have yet to have a bad experience.

I would like to acknowledge the courtesy, professionalism and a such beautiful energy during my appointment/donation. The interaction felt completely genuine from the time I enter into the building. Thank you Kimberly for making a semi-stressful visit into a joyful experience. I would like to thank the entire staff for being professional and highly proficient!!

I have liked everyone I've had there, but Beyonce and Chloe have been the best. Beyonce gets my vote for best stick, and Chloe totally had everything under control when I almost passed out ??

They have a machine at a desk that's always 1% below your iron to donate but if you go elsewhere your above your required percentage. Just go to csl plasma yeah the wait times suck but they won't pull bs like this

Staff is wonderful, the place is very clean. I come to the temple location very often. The only thing about this place is that I went and donated a week ago and on my second donation I was only paid half of what it said I was supposed to get. I don't think that's on the staff but instead of 80 I got 40 for my second donation. But they were willing to look into it.

Highly recommend BioLife Plasma. The staff are fast, friendly, and professional. Definitely the best experience I've had at a plasma center. Especially being a new donor at a new location.

Awesome attitudes and customer service. Professional and comfortable atmosphere. I always ask for Ira to do my poke because of his calm aura and he always talks to me to distract me because I don't like needles. This has been a great place for me to supplement income when I was between jobs and relying on doordash. I haven't been to any other donation centers but I would absolutely recommend this one!

I came in on Sunday and the computers were not working well. I waited but then rescheduled. The staff was really amazing as they handled the barrier to signing people in the system. The young man who seemed to be in charge was amazing! No one lost their cool and stayed positive. That shows a great team.

I had never donated plasma before and was a little anxious to go in for my first time. My experience has been nothing but great! Every single staff member that has helped me has been very sweet and will help you in anyway you need. I was unfamiliar with the process and overwhelmed at first, but they are great with telling you step by step what you need to do. Jill is the nurse that completed my physical and she is AMAZING!!! She answered all of my questions and was incredibly sweet through the entire proces

Staff is amazing and precise?from north Austin to harker heights and temple this place is the best!!!

The personnel at BioLife are upmost professional. Their friendliness & caring towards us patrons is a blessing in today's hectic society. The facility is always clean & orderly which just adds to its appeal. With the amazing workers there of course I will continue to be a dedicated donor. Thank-you for having such an awesome team!

Very friendly staff. Lots of new faces but still friendly. Got Brian again for my draw which was nice. He makes me feel comfortable when working the needle.

I've been to other plasma places and Biolife just seems a lot cleaner and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jill did my physical and answered any questions I had before I even had a chance to ask them. Then Essence did my finger prick (no matter where I go that seem to hurt more than the actual needle). If I had been nervous, her personality would have definitely put me at ease. Then I met Nicole. She hooked me up to the machine and went over the process, and made sure I was at ease. She did a very g

Everyone was so nice and professional that it made my experience great. The facility was very nice and the process was effortless. It is solely nice to know I'm helping people in dire need. I will be back.

Alx is amazing! The entire process went smoothly and quickly!

Albeit the place is nice and the people seem friendly. BioLife in general makes the process to donate as painful as pulling teeth. If you are honest with any sort of medical issues you have to jump through hoops to get reviewed by a doctor that shows up 1 day a week.

They don't tell you they have a weight limit for they're chairs not to donate but for they're chairs! I spent 2 hours them running all the test, and them coming back great, about to start with the needle and they tell me to leave because of my size, yes I'm big 6ft6 405 pounds but to waste my time and run test knowing they were gonna not let me donate because I have to sit in they're chairs is beyond ridiculous. He'll I offered to bring a metal chair from my truck and was just told bullshit

I had a wonderful experience donating plasma at BioLife this morning! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Romana, who was in charge of my donation. She was incredibly skilled and found my vein with ease, making the process quick and comfortable. The entire team at BioLife was attentive and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease. They clearly prioritize the well-being of their donors, and it shows in

Compared to the Waco clinic, Temple is fabulous. They're very organized and I feel more attentive. I don't mind going on my lunch hour since I work in Temple because they are efficient.

Bio life in temple is a great place to donate. Exceptional service, friendly people and they know what their doing.

Great staff and always friendly! If you don't like needles and always want a fast and easy stick ask for Nikki! Never have an issue or trouble with having her stick me!

Your tech was rude, impatient and unprofessional. Placed finger o scanner, waited about 5 sec then I removed it. Her response was ?I didn't tell you to remove your finger? rolling her eyes. Then when on scale I waited for her to tell me to get off. She continued typing then stopped, I asked can I get off; here response ?What do you think?. I failed the pulse obviously from being angry, I only waited a few minutes (less than 5 minutes) she called me up and complained that my sleeve needs to be pulled all the

I've never had an issue before and always had a great experience here, but recently I've been getting deffered a lot lately for an issue that isn't persistent. Today was a final line, asked another screener for my number/information to give to a nurse, which she had no interaction with and or was near me at all, to request another defer on me. I have no trust in the team because of this, she used to be very decent with me, but I can see that she has no good intentions, I don't recommend going here or at lea

I had a wonderful experience! The process was quick and painless, great staff , I was in the orange ?? section with ReAnn< such a great personality,.. I really enjoyed our conversation & she's ?? the best ! Definitely requesting her in my future visits. Thank you!

Employees didn't notice machine was not going anything for over 30 minutes, didn't listen when I told them so. Took 3 employees to address issue

Ramona was very lovely and very good at her job!

Great experience any time I can get Breanna to stick me, and it's crazy how I never feel a thing when she does. It makes a difference the great attitude she brings any time I'm in the building. Thank you Brianna keep up the great work.

They are all very nice and always get you in and out and I've been to a couple other locations, but Temple location rocks they are all super nice and super helpful.

Each staff member I've interacted with knows the perfect balance between being professional and personable. If there is a minor complication, the staff don't hesitate to fix the issue, regardless of the donor influx. I couldn't be happier with my experience at BioLife and I'd recommend that everyone visit at least once.

Great staff, friendly had lots of laughs, quick and easy. Ramona was great for my first time will definitely be coming back asking for her personally!

Fast and easy. Great staff and friendly as well. Usually in and out all in under an hour. Alli was really nice and administered the needle painlessly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to make extra spending money or those who want to help those in need of plasma for their everyday survival.

The Temple location is an amazingly run facility. The staff is really pleasant, friendly and very professional and extremely well organized and trained. I'm in and out within 45 minutes.

lashawn was absolutely great today. i came in a few days ago and she stuck me i had no problems. she gentle she's patient and she constantly made sure i was okay throughout my process of donation. i would love you have her everytime i come in for an appointment.

You get in & out quickly. The people are real caring.

Again got denied for my iron being too high. But even though I haven't changed anything in my diet or habits its still high. And I cant get anyone to explain or talk to me about why maybe or how to lower it or keep it low.

Hate to say it but I will ask for Ramona not to stick me ever again. 1st stick hurt so bad as it felt like she was digging into my vein, yesterday told her about the 1st experience and then she gingerly stuck me only to leave blood coming out of puncture wound, after a first pull of 35 mins I could not squeeze my hand and summoned someone to look at machine, I only pulled 07 on that pull, was adjusted and pulled 28 on next pull. Then recover was for 25 minutes, got Ira's attention, he switched arms and I

I was very skeptical about going but the Temple Texas location was amazing. Super clean very professional yet friendly staff. Made the whole experience safe feeling and comfortable.

Hct test has to be rigged, everytime I come here it gives a low number but will drive 5 minutes up the road and be told I can donate at CSL and hct isn't low. Tried to donate here again today, got told it was a 32 then I told her it's no way bc I'm taking iron and was already checked at CSL today but didn't donate their and it was a 38, so she rechecked even though she isn't supposed to and it was a 36 and even said she felt it was rigged. This is now my fourth time dealing with this at this plasma center.

Karea is always great I never feel a thing when she sticks me definitely recommend her if yall go ask for her!

They ensure my health and safety every time I go.

I'm a recent donor here at Bio Life in Temple, Texas. The entire staff are caring and very compassionate. They seem to enjoy their job too.

I had a very pleasant experience at BioLife. Ramona, Jacqueline, and Gracie, along with many other staff members I didn't get the name of, helped make the process as smooth as possible while thoroughly explaining what I needed to know and answering questions. What I think is especially great about BioLife is that you can set apportionments for your donation, so you don't have to worry about waiting for a long time hoping you'll get to donate. I'm looking forward to continuing to donate here :)

Rianne always does so well with getting the needle in effortlessly and with the least amount of discomfort. If you're anxious about needles she's a good option. However only giving 2 stars because the majority of phlebotomists here lack the skill and experience to stick a needle, and even when advised the position of the needle is unusually uncomfortable or placed improperly, they don't listen. Additionally they're inattentive.

I've donated at other facilities and there's no comparison. You have the best, and friendliest staff that I've ever seen. Love the fact that there is very little, if any wait time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Really if you can go to the HH location please go. The temple location has some employees that are RUDE. As a healthcare worker myself, I deal with patients who are difficult and you would never catch me talking to some people a certain way. There's been several instances with an employee Morgan, who will cut you off when speaking about information pertaining to my donation. Then wonder why my heart rate is elevated after speaking to you. I started letting people go in fron

Rianne, I think it's spelled correctly, was phenomenal. She stayed near and calmed me when the blood wasn't flowing well and had to adjust the needle. I learned not to eat fatty foods the night before donating. If I could, I'd prefer her to be there every time I donate.

Staff is excellent. AJ and Bri are my go to staff members!

The process was quick, easy and fast. The first day is kinda long, a couple of hours just to get everything set up but after that in and out usually within a hour. Great friendly staff as well.

All of the staff is nice and good a sticks. Brianna though always goes above and beyond, always so sweet, informative, and makes you feel comfortable.

Bio Life Plasma Temple location has the most courteous and nice people I've been around. Ramona, Ira, Brianna, Emily, Kerea, Chole, Jayden, Beyonc?, and Celina are amazing, friendly and very professional! They are all rock stars!

Staff is friendly no complaints there. Machines always have my vitals far off from what my normal is, iron almost always comes back low, we never had a problem with csl, and now seeing reviews of the same complaints on fb and out of the staffs own mouths, wish we had stayed with csl.

They are not on this about the referral points bonus after the second donation you're supposed to get $100 from wars for the referral that's a lie it should be against the law for false advertisement they didn't start the ivy correctly so I bled all over myself and all over the chair I would prefer it for 8 weeks and in the meantime they want me to wait for my referral points to kick in for the 8 weeks while I'm on the referral which is not right because it's supposed to be within the 24-hour 24-hour after

I was a little disappointed? the facility and staff was nice but all the hype about grand opening was a big let down? I was the first to sign up on line and the facilities first stick and there was nothing extra for the facilities first. The advertising for the grand opening, you were led to believe that there would be lots of prizes and extras for all those that came, and especially the first few that signed up and was through the doors but there was actually nothing. Yeah, little disappointing. Especially

That staff was very informative, caring and went at a comfortable pace so that I understood the process. Compared to past experiences in other plasma center this was absolutely the best

Today on 2/20/2024, I Came In To Donate As I Normally Would. Never Have I Ever Complained About This Establishment Until Today. My Machine Completely Blew Up, Literally Smoke Coming Out And Screeching Noise. Not Once Did Anyone Say Sorry Or Apologize About The Situation Then I Was Told That I'd Be Deffered For 8 Weeks! As If It Was My Fault. Then When I Asked To Speak To A Supervisor She Basically Says That It's Not Their Fault Either Unless They Had Returned Me My Blood. Like What?!? I Lost 200 Mg Of Blood

The most organized, clean and respectful group of people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting

I am a lifetime, plasma donor! I have donated with BioLife since 1999 and And donated at the facility that BioLife purchased in Austin Texas in 1999. I had been with them and other facilities for 16 previous years as well. This is by far the worst two donations at BioLife in the almost 25 While some of the people at the Temple location were professional, polite and courteous, I would like to single outMartina. She was excellent, very professional, great face, for BioLife, treated myself as well as other don

It was my first time. The process went well and the attendants talked me through each step. I'd return to this location.

My last two returns one took 20 minutes and I was left unattended

Very professional, and very clean. The staff have streamlined the process to allow for a new patient to understand everything, while sill ensuring it's completed in a timely manner.

This place is great, the staff are super friendly , my tech was Sam, she was super friendly and accommodating she made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive to my needs, she answered any questions I had and made my experience enjoyable, Thanks Sam your awesome!

Lately I've had horrible experiences with logging in to cancel and reschedule appointments

changed locations to GA and can't schedule an appointment because the BioLife app still says I need a physical with donation when I already did one in temple TX. You guys haven't updated it in the system and I can't even see my donation on the app

Very good plasma donor center. Efficient staff, expertly treated, including Alx, Chelsea, Cara & everyone else. Highly recommend. Good money for good cause.

They need EXPERIENCED people to insert the needle. I have been brused every time. They are always training but no one knows how to do it. I missed the promotions because they don't stick me correctly. Very distressing.

Facility is beautiful, all the staff are friendly happy and upbeat and very knowledgeable and very good at their jobs! I recommend Temple BioLife and will be revisiting multiple times!!!

Love BioLife in Temple! The staff knows you by name and they are very friendly. I love plasma days! If you are looking to help save lives and earn some extra cash come to BioLife in Temple!! Lashawn, Ramona, Brianna, Celina, and Yenaris are all fantastic!! Tell them I referred you!

Been donating for 6 years in Austin. Glad to have a center closer to home. Have had a great experience with the staff so far. Only wish they would expand the hours.
