I had an absolutely amazing experience at BioLife Plasma! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, but I have to give a special shoutout to Julie ? she truly went above and beyond. Julie was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Her positive energy and attention to detail made all the difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about the donors and takes pride in her work. If you're thinking about donating plasma, I highly re

My visit to BioLife Plasma was fantastic. The center was spotless and well-run, making the entire donation process easy and stress-free. Julie was outstanding?kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. She truly made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here!

I've been donating plasma for just about a year in Tyler Texas. This place has by far the least hiccups. From everything to service and lines that are better to more functional and quicker payouts to more consistent sticks. My left arm has always given anyone trouble for labs or donations. Thin rolling veins that are deep. Isabelle has been consistently been able to stick me and allow me to donate using this other arm. All the while answering all of my questions and being very knowledgeable and friendly.

I am a first time donor and was super nervous about donating plasma but everyone made me feel really comfortable. Taylore was my nurse and she was great she explained the process very thoroughly and was overall super nice. I'm pleasantly surprised with how great my experience was!

Daniel, was super cool, the supervisor in training was real nice also, (white guy brown facial hair) poked me once almost didn't feel it I was pleasantly surprised, I was way to nervous. pleasant experience

Everyone seemed very positive and helpful. All my questions were answered and clearly understood. I had no anxiety or issues while donating. I'll recommend Bio Life to everyone.

I want share that Alicia is always smiling and very helpful when I need help or assistance. Also I really like Vasti for her light hand when she sticks me and for always making me laugh and she knows me and my husband and will ask about him if she doesn't see him . Both ladies are my favorite.

Biolife is my favorite place to donate! The ability to set appointments works really well for me. It's very sensory friendly here. Other plasma donation places are often loud with very bright lighting. They have chairs to sit in if you need to wait. Their donation beds are big and comfy. Their machines work very quickly. Im usually in and out within an hour. They have a color code system that makes everything really easy to understand. The people are friendly and accommodating. Nautica did my vitals today a

I'm definitely not an easy review but bio life won me over yesterday. My total time to get a physical and donate eas one hour. The staff led by KeKe was very professional and extremely friendly.

At this particular donation center the staff is super friendly and they don't ignore you compared to some other places. Also, the process goes pretty quickly and safely and the facility is clean!

I'm not thrilled with the way things went today while I was donating. Everytime I get this one woman things go wrong. She's really nice and professional but, I don't think she gets the needle in right and it causes problems. Last time she had to adjust the needle twice and she blamed it on me being dehydrated and my blood was too thick. But, then again today when I had her and she had problems with my needle again today and again she again blamed the dehydration thing. I drank a bottle of water 2 hours

They seem to be short handed. The Tech I got maintained her own, her section was filled all at one time. She processed everyone, quickly and efficiently.

5/5 always fast, clean and efficient. I'd like to acknowledge Nautica, she's always extra friendly and goes out of her way to make sure I'm alright, she's my favv

Im not sure where the problem is but this place could be doing ALOT better if you would find a solution to everyone having to sit and wait for almost an hour to get to a machine. Big facility for only half it it to be used. I'm only giving the four stars because most of the staff are great folk and good at their job. My problem is with the scheduling and the management behind it. get it together man

great experience nautica always cool and down to earth can barely feel when she sticks. love donating here.

It's great to be able to give to help save lives. The staff, for the most part, is caring and engaging.

Everyone has been great here but nautica is by far the best! The facility is clean and usually pretty fast to get in and out.

Donation and physical went smooth and everyone was friendly. I am a long time donor and have not received any special coupon in a very long time. Your rewards points system is a waste of time to donors and a wasted marketing expense for your company. It rewards donors very little!

They've reduced the payout so much in the last few months i would consider the other locations first honestly. Not to mention unskilled sticks leaving bruising and long waits. Be careful!

No positive experience I won't be back y'all shorten my money when she hurting my vein told her I can feel needle money was 50.00 not 20.00 I sent y'all people y'all wanna shorten me

I will not be going to the Tyler location ever again. The first pic is my right arm, where we started the infusion and where the extremely fast rate they were using didn't just blow my vein, it exploded it. They started a new IV on the left side to finish it, and it blew when a different tech came over and increased the rate on the machine again after the initial tech had slowed it down. I have had 3 blown IVs at the Tyler location and zero at Longview, im taking it as a sign.

If you are considering plasma donation, Biolife is THE place to go. Shoutout to phlebotomist NAUTICA. Keep up the good work!

I had a wonderful experience at this plasma donation center, even though my veins weren't cooperating that day! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They worked with me, made me feel comfortable, and were so friendly and supportive, which really helped ease my nerves. It's clear they genuinely care about their donors. Highly recommend this center for anyone looking to donate plasma!

It's a little frustrating when I have to go to the nurses office because BIG Mike missed up my profile and deleted my medication... it caused a delay in the process but other than that it is always great

this place needs to get shut down and re-train. They don't know what they are doing. They stick you too far in, they leave you waiting forever to unhook and this time the machine broke and no one was aware until my son started yelling and bleeding everywhere.

I went ro biolife Plasma center in Tyler tx. I have been going on and off for a while. I checked on my future compensation with a staff member and was told I would get $65.00 for the next 4 visits then $75.00. I went twice and got the $65.00 then went again and only got $49.00. When I inquired about it I was given all kinds of lying B.S. watch out. They will scam and lie to you. All the plasma centers seem to do that. When you first go in you will be told one thing that goes on over the course of a certai

Maya is super nice and knows how to comfort her first time donors and she really seems to care.

If I could give a zero, I would for this particular employee, Tammy. My appointment was at noon today I had to renew my physical no problem. I get called back to be put in gold at 12:45pm. Where i waited... and waited..1:45 comes around, and Tammy comes to set up the machine, not a hello or sorry for the wait, not a word. She has issues setting the machine up and grabs another kit to try again. She again has issues and yells for someone to check it for her, which someone came and, within seconds, had it wo

Had a wonderful experience at BioLife Korina was awesome very professional and inserted my needle perfect. By far the best experience I had...

Personally I wouldn't recommend, only donated 5x here and all but 2x I was dealt an inexperienced tech, both techs (5 months and under) caused more damage to my arm due to their lack of knowledge of scar tissues, extremely understaffed. I went so far as to ask a different tech who I've never dealt with to avoid the rookie techs and I was met with attitude and ignorance. I'm not from Texas, new to this state, and what a terrible impression these people left on me. Just know I will never donate plasma as long

I made an appointment for today to go to my local donation center to find out that they are temporarily closed for technical reasons. It was a waste of time and gas. Now they are showing they are still opened but nobody is answering the phones. They need better communication with the donors who yes want to help people but also depend on that money for gas and other things. A wasted day. Mass texting would be nice.

This center used to be a quick 1 1/2 to 2 hours to come in and donated, now they have changed rules and you will wait 2-3 hours just to get sent to a donation bed to donate. The whole process now takes 3-4 hours. The build has more people than their rated capacity allows, there are people standing all over the building just waiting for a bed, this doesn't even include the people waiting to be checked in.

Staff is always super attentive and compassionate. Didn't happen to me , but the donor across from me while I was getting ready to be hooked up, she started to pass out and faint, and the staff immediately went to her side, including the person hooking me up. Always have good experiences though. Except when I need to have re-adjustments done. But that's not really their fault I have deep veins

I have been coming to BioLife for about a year. It is a contemporary and clean environment filled with a great staff. Going twice a week has given me the opportunity to meet different workers regularly, where I enjoy getting to observe their own personal work style, skill set and personality. It's kind of my schedule's version of people-watching at the mall. ?? Just like in nature when we see something AWE-some, we take a moment to appreciate it's impact on us. This review is that very action to a specifi

The personnel is helpful and awesome the place is super clean all the time and the services are fast and productive

I've been coming here weekly since January and they have gotten better and better. It used to take a really long time to get through but they have gotten a lot faster. The people are always nice

Plan to spend at least an hour checking in and waiting before you even start donating. I've never had issues donating with other plasma centers but this one for some reason has the crappiest machines that hate my veins and take forever and always result in someone coming along and digging the needle around in my arm. It's overall a very arduous and painful process that's honestly not worth the meager compensation.

I went in for my second visit and was left with a bruise that wrapped all the way around my arm and a bulge of liquid like a water balloon. I had to ask for help while being ignored until I stood up to flag down an employee for help while still attached to machines while my arm was expanding like a balloon. The third visit I had to be seen by nurse for my bruised arm which makes sense, jumping through hoops wasting time, just to be told I'm gonna have to see a nurse again after already seeing 3. It was a bi

I've came to this establishment a few times, and this time was by far the best experience. Ricardo was very attentive to me. He done a great job by being quick and very gentle while sticking me. Not only that but he was very professional and kind. I complemented him on how attentive he was and didn't wait any time to take care of me before the machine alerted him. I appreciate worker like him. Kind, Quick and knows what he's doing! Thank you Ricardo.

BioLife Tyler is by far the SLOWEST process out of all three donation centers in Tyler. And I've been donating for 3 years now. What is the point of scheduling an appointment when you're still going to have to wait upwards of 45 minutes plus to be screened and get to a donation bed? I'm sitting in the center right now just WAITING for a bed and my appointment was 1 hr ago. This place is grossly understaffed, and the employees move at literal snail?s pace with ZERO sense of urgency. Don't make any plans if y

The staff is amazing and they are always so friendly to what they do. They are very informative and they provide such a great service to help others thru the donations of plasma.

These people don't know what they are doing. After going through all the steps getting to s chair. Keep in mind I waited for 25 min in a chair before she even came over. And said you need a physical. I said like I told the late I did one. And she agreed and gave me the gold card. She was like o you will have to do it again. Like I went into the room and your employee Victor took me ask me questions look at my legs and said ok your good. If that's not a physical then you may want to re train everyone. Bc thi

This place is a popular place. Sometimes more popular than others. So the wait could be longer. But we don't have to be there. So blessed to have this opportunity and, especially lately, my experiences have been great. And procedure pretty easy!!!! Employees are really nice to me!!! Thank yall!!!!!

So Jennifer has shown exceptional courtesy as well as helping with any problems that may occur. Great person, friendly and very social

The staff is friendly and very professional! Javier was my recent tech and he explained everything to me before my donation and made sure I was comfortable during the whole donation!!! Anyone that has him as a tech should be honored to have one of the best working with them!!!! He keeps the floor light and makes the donation process easy and enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Still terrible gone for two years my first stick back they missed. The second donation diffrent person still missed no one around to do anything third appoinment they cancelled my appoinment no call no explaination. Just terrible. Honestly the payout isnt even worth it now 45 to 50 bucks per donation They got new machines that were suppose to cut down on donation time. They do but now you have to wait an hour or more for a bed and sometimes longer to get hooked up. Therees a lady dont know how shes working

Does not pay you what they say theyre going to pay you. You come twice a week to get 110$ 40$ for the first time 70$ the second time. I came twice within a week and only got 40$ the second time. All because of a stupid policy that says when THEIR week starts. Not donating within 7 days. Its Slow too, it takes hours to get in a chair. And they dont pay you right away you have to wait sometimes more than an hour just to get paid.

Pretty nice place, they're faster than others & the facility is always clean. A few of the staff members either need to find a new job or do better with their sticking. I'm a phlebotomist so I'm very aware of what they do wrong. It's one young lady who messes me up every single time, then there's others who go right to the vein no problem.

. Worked with Hidia an Julie. today they are awesome

Friendly people to assist with getting your donation process started. Only once did I have a bad time, they stuck me improperly and her eyes got big and she said "let me go get someone". My arm had a fist sized bruise for 5 days after that and was super tender. Might have been that she was new and my vein was sneaky. It's an easy way to get 70 bucks a week and it's helped motivate me to work on my high blood pressure

Nautica was great, made me so comfortable for my second time !!!!

This place is a wonderful comforting kind and very concerned workers everyone is very nice and perfect at what they do from the entertrince to when you leave . I absolutely love this biolife center

Had an appointment for physical and donation at 1200 noon. Showed up 15 mins early as I was told. I have been left in the waiting room and forgot about. After 45 mins I go up to the desk and ask what the deal is because my apt was 45 mins prior. Staff at front desk could absolutely care less and after about 3 mins of going back and fourth trying to find out what the deal is and basically getting told oh well there's other people here with apts. Ok I understand that other people have apts as well but when my

Why can't they ever answer the phone? It's not that hard to pick up the phone. there's no excuse. And they wasn't even busy.

The last time I donated I was there on time waited hour to go back and then waited in chair 35 minutes before was started. Once done again waited 30 minutes to get unhooked. It does no good to have appointment when it takes nearly 3 hours from start to finish because staff doesn't seem concerned with punctuality little lone the horrible people sticking me. 1 good for every 4 bad.

It's not fair that I was a regular donor and all the new donors get paid better. I'm not coming back for $40 a pop. No reward for being consistent. I feel like I got demoted after a couple months. "Return" donors get paid better as well after 6 months. That's not ok with me. How about being rewarded for consistency?

This experience at the plasma donation center was extremely unprofessional and concerning. The staff member, Jade, was more interested in flirting with a patient than doing her job properly. This not only shows a lack of dedication to the job but also a disregard for the well-being of the patients. It's unacceptable for a staff member to prioritize personal interests over the safety and comfort of their patients. This behavior should not be tolerated in a medical setting and I strongly recommend avoiding th

Very professional staff , very neat center, Outstanding performance. Maya was very professional and did a flawless job. This is how plasma donation should be like.

Staff is truly amazing. Never had any problems, they go as efficiently and quickly as they can. I'm sure a lot of people will gripe about the waiting but you're making money and you're never gonna be there longer than 2 hrs. Even then in 2 hours you're still making $20-35 hr depending on what donation # it is and you're doing nothing except getting fluids taken.

Julie is the absolute best! Every time she sticks me I never feel it. She has the lightest hand and is super efficient and quick. She's super professional and she makes my experience better every visit.

I donate regularly. The staff is friendly and do their best to get us in and out. Jenni is fun and has a great sense of humor. She brightens the day when I walk in.

I love the Tyler BioLife location. Julie really did such an amazing job when I went to donate. She was so patient with me and me personally I hate needles but Julie made me realize that needles aren't bad at all. I will definitely be going again to donate blood thanks to Julie. I hope Julie is still when I go donate again because she made the experience worth living through again.

I've had nothing but good experiences at bio life, they have a wonderful staff like Nautica she's always so nice. Plus they usually have you in and out relatively fast compared to other spots, wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

They are quick and have a good process of getting you in and out in the most 2 hours or less

Intake process takes way too long. Need more intake personnel. If there is a way to be more efficient w the draw process, that too would be helpful. Employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency or need to be faster at what they do and many move VERY SLOW. Though Tyler is better, your Longview office is much worse and many employees are just standing around doing nothing.

Julie is the best worker at the BioLife location. She made me feel very welcome and appreciated when coming in to donate. I've been to other places to donate but nothing has come close to how amazing and wonderful Julie treated me when I came in.

Good luck getting ahold of this place. Called them ten times today no answer.

I've been coming to Biolife for about 3 years now, the staff is sweet. My favorite person there is Maritza, very sweet and always says hi to me. I like going into a place that makes me feel welcomed and this is one of them.

Wonderful staff, positive environment, feeling safe for a good cause.

everything is great and I think you guys do a great job and everybody is on their gameeverybody there was very nice and very helpful

Been coming in for a couple months and it's been pretty great. It's pretty clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The first time donating I did have to come back a couple times before I was allowed to donate but thats good, means they want to make sure people are able to donate and not have something happened to them. And the money is pretty good. I started off with the coupon that gave me $800 for my first ,8 donations. Even$115 a really really helps.

Nau was a awesome person. She is very kind

My only complaint is that even if I drive an hour to get there and my iron is too low, I don't get credit or compensated for my time which discourages me from coming sometimes... It is a long way to drive for absolutely nothing and if my iron is low for 6 months in a row I have to redo the physical

Mr. Cedric was wonderful! He was able to assist me with a promotional error. His knowledge of the system and charismatic personality kept me relax throughout the call. I was stressed and wanted to quit donating before I called. Because of his willingness to assist and determination to solve my issue, he was, unknowingly, able to convince me to keep going. Thank you for your help!

The workers there are always slow and lazy acting. You always get stuck sitting around waiting because there is a clique of workers always sitting around talking and putting off helping. Many of the better employees have told me that the lazy cliques of them are hard to work with as well. It takes a lot for me to get upset and leave a review (this is my first review ever) but donating here is always a bad experience because of them.

Didn't care about the system issues, don't answer phones and treats the people coming in like we're trash who should'nt be here Tamara behind the desk was the worst part called 20 times before coming with no answer called from a different number and picked up right away

This place is by far the worst plasma centers I been too. Why schedule a appointment? If it takes 45 mins of sitting at the machine to be connected. That's a whole donation they could have received. At the competitors they do walkins. Which takes typically a hour for the whole process unless packed. I been coming to this center for 4 weeks and it hasn't changed.

So many problems, I can in yesterday and wasted 2.5 hours waiting for the system which I couldn't wait for due to appointment to come to find out that they gave coupons to the ones that waited literally right after I left from what I'm told. Then today I come back in trying to make my donation and waited another 2 hours when they redo the list and put me at the bottom after people that came after me. This truly isn't worth the 40 bucks they give.

My husband and I go twice a week to donate. Everyone on staff is so nice and believe it or not gentle! It's a little date money for us!! Has helped since losing my job Desiree and Abby are amazing!

The girl who removed the needle from me the end, wasn't friendly at all. Terrible staff! I was told last week to work on my diet, drink more water eat more protein. But l was never told to wait on some results from them before l can donate again! I drove from Canton Texas, all the way to Tyler Texas, in vain! I wasn't able to donate. Wasted my time and gasoline!!!

I referred my man to go with me donating plasma and they didn't give us the referral bonus. Pretty messed up I think we gonna find a new center

It went really well. They have definitely improved from a year ago. What took almost 2 hours then now takes maybe an hour from start to finish. The best thing is the attitude of the people who work there, way more courteous and helpful.

It was my first time giving plasma the other day, and the lady who checked me in after answering the first timer questions was SO sweet. Her name is Key, I forget her full name but she was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had about giving plasma. She made me very comfortable and confident about what was about to go down. (:

I have been using to BioLife for many years, and I have always have a great time. This is a part of my week that I always look forward to my time there. I have never had a bad time when there. Thank you for all the great time.

Their website states that they offer free childcare when they in fact do not. Upon arrival I was informed that their ?daycare? has been shut down since Covid. That's 2+ years that it has been closed which means that's more than enough time to have your website updated.

Nobody will answer the phone... they schedule too many appointments with not enough employees and do not pay enough to make people sit for hours

So I wasn't going to do this but they have a sign out asking for reviews? So here I go. If I could give a zero star, I would. The only thing nice about this place is that they have air conditioning, some what clean, and I haven't died yet from going here. Now the bad? The staff is incredibly rude! They have absolutely no customer service and act like they absolutely hate working there. Everyone walks around with this face???? The worker Khrystal needs to have an evaluation check on her RBF and her tone! I w

I have lots of anxiety donating ,but Maritza made me feel very comfortable and secure during my visit. Will definitely come back and ask for Maritza to take care of me!! 10/10 performance ??
