Reviews Summary

Reviews show a mix of positive and negative experiences. Many praise the friendly, professional staff and efficient process when things go smoothly. However, frequent complaints include excessively long wait times (often 2+ hours), poor communication, inconsistent policies, and technical/equipment issues. First-time donors often report frustrating delays or rejections after lengthy screenings. Payment/promotion misunderstandings also cause dissatisfaction. While some have consistently good experiences, others face repeated problems with wait times, disorganization, or unhelpful management. The staff's kindness is frequently noted, but operational inefficiencies overshadow this for many.

Fortunately, I've had a positive experience with every tech and employee. Do mention the coupon ! I also didn't realize i was supposed to mention it however their nurse, Debbie, a super lady asked in general terms and I said, 'yes, I have it' and pulled it up on my phone. So have it handy. If you're older than 60+, THEY need to give you a form for your doctor to complete and fax back to Biolife. I went in with a letter from my doctor but that was not accepted. Would be good to have as a document on the

The time it takes to process a client needs a lot of improvement. The wait time is ridiculous. I did saw a nurse. I think her name was Stephanie, but I'm not sure, she's from Idaho. She's only there for a short period of time because of training. She was amazing. She was awesome. She was very efficient and was doing the physicals perfectly and was very delightful and I really enjoyed my time with her. It's too bad she doesn't work at your Center because I believe if she worked at your center And passed on

They've been training a lot of new people and one of them messed up on my intake, causing me to not to be able to donate. Wasting my whole day, and my entire donation schedule. They should supervise the new employees better and allow retakes when they mess up.

My experience at the Vancouver center was excellent. From intake to my first donation, it was great. The staff is friendly and professional. The building and donation stations are extremely clean and sanitary. The staff does change gloves after every donor pre test as well as any contact with different donors. They sanitized each station after every donations is complete. The machines work fine. They are fast and I have experienced no problems with mechanical failures. When I had a question or concern while

Clean place. Quality care. Nice staff. It was my first visit, and I didn't even get a bruise. Sometimes I can be hard to draw at the doctors office just for blood draws, but I did great and they did great. I found a van right away, and the whole process was smooth. The only warning is be aware that your shoulder might be a little bit sore after having your arm twisted drawing position.

The staff and management are usually pretty friendly. The last time I went in there was another donor who was obviously on drugs considering the fact that he was either talking to himself or talking to me under his breath and his words were hard to understand ( his eyes were also bloodshot red ). He had threatened to fight me and had said a couple other things towards me that I took as a threat. When I got in line to get my vitals taken this same person approached me and was close enough that his arm was ma

BioLife has comfortable beds and they are quick once you get hooked up to the machine. I like the place cause you can make appointments instead of waiting in a line. Except 2 out of 3 times I visit BioLife I wait in line for a bed or wait in a bed to get hooked up. Waiting over an hour or more is NOT exceptable????

I had a horrible experience with this company. The communication is confusing between the voicemail from a nurse and then staff in the center. I have waisted my time and gas back and forth. I was called the day of my appointment and told to eat extra protein then come in to donate in a few days. I made another appointment just to then drive all the way there and told I needed a protein test sent to a lab and would have to wait another week before I could donate. They advertised a promotion that they will no

This has been such a disappointing experience. The manager said all my vitals and levels were normal on 12/6. The red blood cell machine had issues so they had to prick my finger twice. The second time around her computer glitched and didn't let her input my information so I couldn't donate. This was suppose to be my second donation so I got more money this time around. She entered in a coupon for my next two donations for me to be able to get $20 more per donation. Please fix your system because this proce

This is easily the worst functioning donation center I've been to in the United States. No matter what time your appointment is you'll be made to wait in a series of lines for 45min - 1 hour + before you're even seated in a bed. Then you'll have to wait another 15-20min to be hooked up to the machine. Then their machines will malfunction NUMEROUS times during your donation. You'll have to wait to for a staff member to restart the machine each time. I have often spend 50-60min with a needle in my arm. This a

The staff are all excellent which is unusual. My only complaint is having to clean toilet seats in the ladies restroom on several occasions, there has been urine on the toilet seat and I have had to clean it which is gross and unsanitary and I am under time restraints. Could you please put people first? I was told you are more worried about running out of trees than peoples concerns. I actually have had investments in forestry for decades and there are strict rules for replanting trees when a tree is cut d

These people are hacks. After spending 45 minutes testing my blood answering questions giving all my personal information I was then told I couldn't donate because of the ink on my arms that wouldn't allow them to see any bruising. Would have been nice to know that the second I walked in the door before getting stabbed in my fingers and giving up all my personal info. Their staff is extremely unprofessional and rude.

You have a 10 minute window to check in so you would think the wait shouldn't be too bad. Guess again. I've been waiting 2 hours just to get to the donation area. Still not hooked up. Not sure I'll come back. My time is more valuable than standing in line for two hours.

Terrible place to "donate" plasma at. the homepage offered a signup deal, which i did not get, and after contacting them, they gave me a link to a coupon which was never presented to me and told me i had to use it prior to my first donation. they scam hard and hope people dont find the coupon to the bonus they offer to new donors. edit: lol they told me to use the contact feature on their website to contact them, which ive already done and they just ignore.

I went in waited 30 minutes for them to get started and the person who did it did it wrong. After I finished they left the needle in my arm for 15-20 minutes. I have also been waiting for the money to go through for about the same time

I haven't been able to donate for almost a month because they left my arm like this, and this is the fourth time, only this time it was worse. The problem is that very few of the Biolife staff know how to insert the needle, and sometimes they inject it too deeply or even outside the vein. I hope to go again, or maybe find another center to see how it goes.

Today I was differed for 8 weeks because of their stupid machines no being able to return a little blood left on canister. This is the second time it happens at this center(Vancouver washington). Ive been a donor for 12 years in oregon/washington area and NEVER had this issue before. Unfortunately i can't afford to waist my time so i will be looking for another center after I finish my 8 week unvoluntary diferement. I noticed machines always stopping and beeping with other donors, obviously not the best mac

I came to Biolife expecting to receive $750 that was advertised on the website, When I donated I only got $50 because there was no clear communication that you NEEDED a COUPON to get the money that was Advertised. I tried contacting them via phone call and voicemail multiple times but NEVER got a call back, the only time I could come in to resolve it which was exactly 3 weeks later I was told that they couldn't add the coupon because it was ?Too late?. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in my experience. NO ONE should eve

I was at your location for 4 hours on my first visit. It wasn't staffed properly and there were way too many people scheduled in the day. I had to wait so long that when it was time to donate, I lost consciousness bc I hadn't had anything to eat since I got there. Since I had to stop my plasma donation after passing out, I only was able to donate 440 ML so after all that, I only got paid $50 on my first visit when I was under the impression from your website that I would make $750. Very disappointed and wil

Very slow? expect to be here at least 2 hours half the time. They are always understaffed and only schedule just enough and usually under what they need. I come at 11am most days (gone 40 times) and I have work at 1pm almost always I have to cut it a bit early because they won't have enough staff to get me hooked up in time so I'll be sitting in the bed/chair thing waiting over 45min at times to be hooked up. 15 minutes if your lucky but usually 30min just sitting in the chair let alone if they have a long

The staff is nice and want to help, but I have never had an appointment under 3 hours with them. They are incredibly understaffed and you can feel it. Every time there is some sort of bureaucratic nonsense or delay, and the few times I managed to avoid that pitfall I'm always last to be unhooked, sometimes even waiting for a second group to be finished first before anytime returns back to me. Again, the staff is nice, but holy crap are they understaffed.

So for someone like me who's been to CSL, Octopharma and BioLife, I can say by far BioLife is the BEST. Here are the main reasons I am given them that title, first the location is prime real estate and everyone knows it's location location location ?? next it's the staff I personally feel they genuinely care and plus there all extremely good looking lol, and on top of all this the cleanliness of the facility is immaculate. Sanitation is very important to me especially during the stick and afterwards I see c

Very quick and easy. Plan your dates accordingly and know your first time will be the longest of all appointments. Staff is professional and friendly. If you care about your veins, looking to help your community, and earn a lil extra cash while doing it, I highly recommend checking out Biolife!!! $975 for 9 donations when you're referred. Mention my name, and I also get a piece of the pie.

Want someone to ?make an adjustment? then push the needle through your vein and walks away to leave you trying to get someone?s attention while you now have a golf ball size hematoma growing under your skin? Want child like treatment when you say something SARCASTIC to someone? Then this is the place for you!

I was informed that it would take about 2 hours for your first donation. After sitting there for 3.5 hours, I was finally called back for the medical exam and informed that I couldn't donate because I take prescription suboxone for OUD. If I were taking it for pain management, it would be an apporoved medication but

It is very disappointing that I make an appointment at a certain time, then have to wait (sometimes over an hour past my appointment time) before I even get to a table. I was told at the beginning that appointments would be 1 - 1 1/2 hours. In reality they take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Why do we need to make an appointment if our appointments are never on time?

My last two appointments were frustrating to say the least. The place was closed when I showed up for the first and I'm coming from a distance. Not the first time this happened. The questionnaire got me the second time. Again, not the first time it happened. The questions are a bit misleading and easy to choose the wrong one leading to an extra visit to see the nurse. That's two wasted trips out this week and I still didn't get my yearly physical done. Frustrating. I will say the staff is very friendly and

After multiple donations, I am barred from donating until I provide a copy of an old (2021) cardiac echo because my doctor did not include it in his report last year. He did not include it because he did not order it; it is four years old, and I have had no cardiac issues in the past four years. The manager of BioLife requested this. She is the same person who refused to set me up at a sit-down computer ( I don't have a fingerprint) unless I claim a disability that would be put on my record. I asked to sit

Highly recommend this facility. They also allow appointments online which makes visits quicker. I was able to set an appointment from my phone in the parking lot when I got there on Wed at 12 for a 12:15 appointment same day. The facility was very clean, updated and well staffed it seems, with plenty of seating for waiting. No one was standing around clogging the lobby. Wait times we're not very long to start my initial registration/check-in as a first time donor. First time donor appointment takes the long

Each time I donate, the staff is always very friendly. I especially appreciate it when they are on top of the client schedule and immediately get you hooked up and ready to go. I also appreciate the techs that are more careful when it comes to removing the the needle after donation.

I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life there for them to tell me that I needed to have my doctor fill out a release because I have sleep apnea. Which is fine and I disclose that. They called me back and told me that I did not answer that I had sleep apnea and completely differ me so that I cannot donate which is fine. But don't tell me that I held in information from this place when I was completely forthright in my health history . The wait time here is completely ridiculous.

UPDATING REVIEW*** 11.15.24 ** My partner and I have been donating here for the last year or so and it has been great until their new process. I feel it has SLOWED things tremendously. The one reason we enjoyed donating here was due to the fact of how quick they were, but now, it just drags. Our donations from check in to check out use to be about an hour or less, now, it has been 2 hours or more. Sometimes, I'm done donating but others who complete after me are unhooked first and I've waited 20 mins to be

I have donated at BioLife a couple of times and while the facility is clean and nice looking and the staff are nice, I have some concerns. I also work in healthcare and am a trained RPT. I've noticed that everyone at the Vancouver center cleans things with a spray bottle and a microfiber towel, I've never in all my years of healthcare seen this happen. It is not hygienic or sufficient, they are dealing with blood, they should be using Cavicide wipes. Also, the techs at the front that do the screenings and c

They're always thoughtful and kind and make sure that everybody's taking care of and comfortable

Absolutely WONDERFUL staff, made me feel completely at ease! (Even with my anxiety about new people and all that). Absolutely (almost) painless throughout ??. (Seriously, I wish they could do ALL my blood work, ever!). Can't recommend them enough!

Male staff at the front desk is rude, condescending and talks to you like your garbage. It's impossible to get two donations in during the week because they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. When you go to schedule there are not very many appointments to choose from and sometimes nothing at all for four or five days straight. The process is extremely slow, my second time donating I was there for three hours. They were not well managed and very short staffed. I wouldn't recommend going there again. Even

Terrible experience every time. You make an appointment and you wait 2 hours to be hooked up. Hard to to get out of there without spending 4 hours. The staff is completely overworked and overloaded and it shows. Very unfriendly atmosphere due to the lack of staffing. Would be a great place but unfortunately both of the locations I've visited are like this. It's a great service and management really needs to step up.

You need more employees and you need to pay them better. They are overworked and I usually spend way too much time waiting to donate. I am getting to where I dread coming in to donate. Your employees are exhausted and it shows. I'm considering going to a different place like CSI Plasma.

I have donated here close to 30 times. The staff are really friendly for the most part and occasionally there are hiccups. I get that. But today was unexcusable. I was told that I needed my vitals to be retaken and to wait 5 minutes. Okay fine. 25 minutes later no one still showed up to retake my vitals so I went to the reception table and I was told to wait a few more minutes there was a lack of communication finally I got approved but by this point I'd already been there 40 minutes and I was told to wait

I have been donating here for a while now. Staff has always been friendly and patient with me, even when they are super busy like they were yesterday. Considering why I'm here, It makes all the difference! Very grateful to them! :)

I've been going twice a week for 6 months. You can schedule 3 weeks out and I strongly recommend always scheduling out after your appointments and to use the app. Everyone is very nice and donation is painless but I am a very easy donor

Lost my first sample (blood) to make sure I was eligible to donate, took them 2 weeks to call and inform of that. Then gave me 2 days to come in and submit a new sample or I couldn't donate further. Give the new sample and a week later they still don't have it but neglected to reach out and tell me that until after I scheduled an appointment, went to donate and then told me I couldn't because my sample still hasn't come in.

Terrible service, I was offered a promotion that they didn't honor. The nurse Debbie ripped my shirt looking at my tattoos. Then she made a big deal over a gun shot wound over 30 years ago saying that she has to deny my donation because I need a doctors note. The killed an hour and a half of my day and I was not compensated

The staff are so caring and compassionate; not once have I heard a complaint or negativity, especially when they have to take the brunt of people being turned away! Walking in to the door is anxiety riddling being that there is no barrier between medical staff and waiting/reception desk however; it does not afford privacy or comfort. The staff certainly lighten the blow!! Will continue to go as long as I am able.

Usually in and out within a hour, but there are times they get busy. The staff are incredible. Special shout out to Kitty! The place is spotless and I've always had a good experience.

These people rejected me because I couldn't remember exact dates of tattoos I got 17 years ago. I have donated at least a hundred times in those 17 years. Whoever is running things now is a complete idiot. Don't bother with these morons, as they will just waste your time.

I just completed my 8th donation and I have been very happy with my experience here! For the initial donor physical appointment, plan for at least a couple of hours. After that, it's super easy to do the questionnaire, check in, and get to donating. The staff are always very kind, so patient, and extremely hard-working - it's a very positive place! And the facilities are top-notch - very clean and modern. It's often been the highlight of my day to go make my donation. I see some negative comments about pay

After the blood and plasma had been collected and the blood was being returned to my body, I had a bad reaction and passed out. I came to surrounded by 4 people calling my name. I was extremely sweaty and unable to move much or speak due to extremely low energy. My blood pressure was extremely low. They administered some fluids but I was experiencing extreme pain in the blood draw needle. They attempted to insert another iv in my other arm but were unable to do so, even after multiple attempts. All the whil

First had a hard time to signing up because the website keep saying the email is not valid that I had to choose a different email. Second, we drove 50 minutes to get to the clinic and my name wasn't in the system. So, I was asked to set in the waiting area that someone come to help me. It took 50 minutes that someone came to us. After 50 minutes they told us we can't donate because my mother doesn't understand English and need a license interpretor. I told them that's why I am here and they denied it. I ask

After screening I was sent to the floor. Seated upon arrival to the floor. I was attended to quickly after that and plasma donation was underway! Wrapping up donation an employee was aware that I was finishing and they were quick to dc asking how my donation went then wishing me well and sending me on my way!

The staff is amazing! So kind, patient, and comforting. I had a few lovely women serve me today and they were all so phenomenal! Everyone that helped me after 6pm on 3/13/24 y?all rock!

The amount they pay for donations keeps going down. Disappointing. The people that work there are great!

Yesterday was my first time going here. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, & caring. I watched a poor woman get yelled at by a man and she was so extremely professional & still so friendly. I got cold sweats when I was almost done with my donation and everyone was so concerned and caring. I even received a phone call today from a woman just checking to see how I was. I will definitely be going back. Such a great place.

Great facility. Clean!! Helpful staff. Feels good to help others.

Go donate at csl or octapharma!!!!!Went back on 12/12/2024 stafe still very negligent and Very rude. upset with staff, you could tell they didn't wanna answer questions about the app and just wanted to send me away, I should have got the gas name but didn't, most likely will not be going back to complete new donor phase or go back at all

Mostly good experiences here, most of the time, except for last week when I got stuck in traffic on my way to my appointment. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and they wouldn't let me donate. Screwed me out of my second donation for the week. That is not good service. It just isn't. Also there are a couple people I always hope I don't get for my draws. Most of the folks are decent.

I'm here right now and it's incredibly busy. We're all cashing in on a sweet promo offer. I was disheartened when I walked in and was told it would be at least an hour wait until my scheduled appointment could begin. That being said, the employee was upfront about that and really just let me know what to expect. She was nice and I decided to stay. 2 hours later my scheduled appointment started and yeahhh that kinda sucked waiting that long but everyone was really kind, courteous and apologetic about the wai

They take forever up to 5hours to do pay for donations. I was there today, they took forever just to do the donation payouts.

Beware of their promotion con. They may say you can make up to those amount and that's if everything goes perfectly. If.you get deferred for a day it's not like walk in places where you can just go the next day. Appointment only. They didn't pay me my last 100 dollars appointment because of this. Only by a few days. Not a good way to con your donors. Extremely unhappy with theor lack of transparency and availability

Critically Unsafe Practices** Do not attend this place if you value your safety or exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Staff do not adhere to fundamental health care standards of safe patient contact. Observed *all* intake staff taking blood samples *without changing gloves between patients* This puts everyone at risk of cross contamination. I do not mean I caught vitals staff missing glove changes once, I mean I did not witness them change gloves at all, between patients. This wasn't limited to intake vitals

It hasn't been great honestly. The first time I was there, the intake itself took almost 2 hours and I was the first appointment of the day. Then I couldn't give plasma, because they missed the vein in both arms and didn't want to "fish" for it. If I had given plasma I would have probably been a 3 hour visit. The second time I was there for almost 2 hours. I was waiting in the bed for over 20 minutes before I was started on and the needle kept zinging, so the donation itself took a lot longer. I have 2 more

8-18-23 I thought the point of the appointments was not to have a long line. I came in at 3:10 for my appointment to find a line almost to the door. Why am i scheduled if your going to make me stand in line? Did not even get in a chair until 4:20. If I'm 10 minutes late I'm not allowed to donate plasma, but this place gets to be an hour late with no consequences? Great business model. 8-24-23 Came back a week later, was told there was a wait because there was broken machinery last week. Wanted to try

Arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment so they rescheduled it for 45 minutes later. I have now been waiting 20 minutes past my reschedule appointment time and have yet to be called up. What was the point of rescheduling my appointment if YOU are gonna call me up LATE anyways? Ridiculous.

They are so nice and welcoming. I have deep veins so I have to request certain phlebotomists. They always poke me without any pain and the Akasha is the best one.

Everyone here is so incredibly lovely and caring. They explain anything and everything needed to be explained including bringing out a nurse when needed. Check in is quick and easy, I've never had a complaint. Staff is so nice and professional in every way, extremely gentle and i super appreciate everything y?all do!!

The pay is low. Come on. Why do they not value our time and humanity? We are giving away precious bodily fluids. Out of all the major plasma donations, biolife has the lowest pay currently. It's sad because otherwise it's a very professional joint. Very clean. The other bummer is the scheduling. You have to book weeks out. Other paces let you walk in. Hopefully, they I improve these areas. I'll go back if things get better.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The first appointment took forever but that was expected as the told me that. In every other time since I've been in and out. Every one is very friendly especially Dontae! Would recommend this place to anyone! Great way to make extra $ as well as doing something for a good cause.

I have donated plasma off and on since 1977. It's a good way to clean your blood and get a little cash while helping others. The location in Vancouver is by far the most unprofessional least courteous and disrespectful bunch I have ever dealt with. The girl at the reception counter was rude and pushy, the unqualified person they had performing my physical had no idea what she was doing. I waited for 2 hours only to have them tell me they needed a letter for a procedure I had done 30 years ago. Please don't

The staff at this location truly is top notch!

It really irritates me that you have to go through a timely process to register and be a first time donor for them to turn you away after an hour of doing questions, being poked and everything else! They need to figure out a better and quicker way to turn you down as a potential donor. They should have asked what Meds I'm on way before The nurse takes you in to do the rest of your screening. Instead, I had to waste over an hour of time taking tests and answering questions.

Dont go here if you are diabetic. Every other plasma center in the area is fine, but BioLife demands to communicate with your doctor, which is done by fax and takes days, and then bug them with annual letters. The staff was nice and friendly, but the nurse was confused and didn't seem to understand what was going on with a basic medical issue.

So I've been going there over a year now with no issues until they started training all this new staff for their Portland location and using us as they're Ginnie pigs for the training! Since the last 5 times I've gone in they have a person train on me cause I have "good veins" , and Everytime they jack it up putting the needle in all aggressively and nervous onetime creating a flap of skin to go over the need like I've never seen. Now my arm is so scared up from them creating extra scar tissue when I had

I love this place! Hands down most clean & comfortable center in my area. Relatively no wait most days, super friendly staff, and the payout is better than CSL. Plus, I do like that this center has more restrictions, it makes the experience feel safer. Machines are faster too so my normal donation time once hooked up went from around 40-26min!

2 stars for nice staff. I reviewed list of prescribed medicines that you can't be on. Mine wasn't one. I was there over 2 hours for nothing. As a business you shouldn't waste people's time list medications people can't be on.

Donating at this location is a easy, fast, safe and an overall good experience. Jasmine and Amy both were incredibly professional and great to deal with. I like that my safety and comfort are always the focus at every visit. I also like how you are immediately compensated for your donation.

I've donated here 6 times so far on a New Donor promotion. Every time has been great, no problems at all. Except for one time when my heart rate was too high and I got deferred. But every other time has been great! I've never had an issue where the phlebotomist missed my vein or anything like that. I've been getting a special rate so far but can anyone tell me what the regular rate is after the promotion runs out? I've heard it's normally ONLY $40. If that is the case, I will definitely go to another clinic

I've never been to another plasma donation center, but this facility is super clean and tidy! Every one of the staff I've interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable. I've had a few donations where the needle needed an adjustment, and once where they had to quickly switch to my other arm. Every time they were very calm, made sure I wasn't in pain, and answered my questions. The first appointment definitely takes a while (they get a detailed history of every piercing and tattoo you've ever had, so if you

I have become a regular here and I really like it. Clean facility, friendly staff, low wait times since I am usually able to avoid peak hours. However, my partner and I have notice that the managers are very quick to reprimand employees in front of donors. For example, while I was having my vitals checked I heard one of the managers ask an employee if they'd gone on break yet. They replied that they hadn't, so the manager told them quite harshly that they should have gone already and that they need to go NO

I've been donating over a year here. The staff is exceptionally well trained and perform their jobs with the utmost care and professionalism. The machines used are top notch. I've been donating plasma off and on since the early 80s. Their pheresis machines reduce my donation time consistently by 20 minutes. They have awesome new donor bonuses. Check them out!

This location is absolutely the best. They make you feel at home.

I just finished a donation here and have been donating for months here. At first the service was pretty reasonable. But the past few months it has gone downhill. Wait times are ridiculous even though you make an appointment. More than once I have been sitting in the chair waiting to be stuck and watch at others who were behind me in line and seated after me get stuck. Tonight was the last straw for me. I literally had an appt at 6 pm got thru the screening quickly. Then sat in the chair for over an hour wai

lol. I was in line ahead of like 5 people and for some reason all of those people started their donation process before me. Usually pretty good at seeing who was ready first but past couple times haven't been great at all.

Everytime I come here i feel instant cozyness. The donation process is really chill and straightforward. The staff is really kind and warm. Tiffany was really kind and welcoming the last time I went there. Will keep coming back!

I have been donating at this Biolife location in Vancouver for almost a year now. The center is very clean and conveniently located for me. The employees are friendly and polite, and based on my observations, try to be efficient. I am often in and out in just under an hour (making it the perfect thing for me to do over a lunch break from work). HOWEVER, appointments have been running longer lately, and not on time. The beauty of being able to schedule an appointment in advance is so that I can get in a

took over 42 minutes to get me hooked up. It is not busy in here and I do not know what the employees are doing. This is a regular occurrence. When they're not overloaded, they just stand around and talk making us wait Even when it is not busy.

1st time today, and so impressed. The whole staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. My intake nurse Ashley was the best, and my plasma tech Mari was exceptional. Both were so pleasant and made my 1st time experience anxious free. I felt in good hands throughout, and have already scheduled my next donation.

So the first time they messed up they had sycophants the needle in too far and ot slowed down the process of my plasma being taken. It took 3 staff members to look at it ( do nothing) and finally a 4th member came over apologized and tried to reinsert the needle. She failed so because they couldn't give me all my white blood cells back they told me it was my first notice of deferral. Nothing I did. The second time they inserted the needle correctly but the bag that was supposed to hold my blood ripped op

Because of how well the staff knew their jobs and the professionalism of every staff member I came in contact with and there were a lot, the process to donate plasma was very simple, I will definitely go back and donate often.
