While the people are very nice and attentive while at the facility, they are horrible to communicate with remotely. I have called the facility perhaps 10 times over the 2.5 years I've been donating, and they have *never* answered the phone. I've always had to leave a voicemail. It invariably takes them days to get back to me, if they get back to me at all. For example, I left a message last Saturday morning and they have never gotten back to me, even though I made a follow-up call on the following Wednesday

Staff are awesome and great what they do. My issue is with the system. I don't understand the point of taking appointments if the plan is to stuff everybody in. The threshold to sign up for a time should be a lot less to combat this. If I roll in at my scheduled time and see a line wrapping around the building, I leave and take the week off. Again, staff are doing all they can, I've seen them rock through those people fairly quickly considering. But the extra hour of waiting makes the donation a lot less

I've been donating plasma at the Villa Park BioLife location for several years now, and am generally happy with my donation process. Everyone is friendly, the staff is very attentive, and the managers always present, on task making sure everything runs smoothly. I particularly enjoy the earlier donation times, which have been adopted recently. The donation center including bathrooms has always been clean (at least when I am there in the mornings or on occasion around lunch time) and well maintained. The on

I have had a great experience here so far. Staff has been lovely, facility is very clean. Tania went above and beyond to make sure this was a smooth process for me.

Excellent place. The staff is all great and they are definitely efficient. I've never had a wait and every associate that I've worked with has, been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely kind. Even though they are very busy, almost every associate takes the time to say hello. Highly recommended.

Workers are always too busy standing around talking about non related work things while people are waiting to be taken off. Days when they are short staffed is worse. Sometimes it takes 20-30 mins because they are just having conversations. On days staff is short it'll take longer.DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU FEEL LIKE WAITING FOREVER WITH A NEEDLE IN YOUR ARM WHILE WORKERS JOKE AROUND AND JUST TALK. You have to speak up in order to be taken off. This is a regular thing at this BioLife

The staff members are through and caring. The facility is very clean. In addition, they are able to get the trickiest of veins. Highly recommend this location.

I've donated 5 times now and it's extremely worth it when promotions are going on. Staff is extremely kind and friendly, and professional as well. While there's always a wait, it's not bad at all if you don't go at peak times. Money is instantly loaded every time, and they detail what happens with your plasma on the app so you know it's going to a good place.

I am one to roll with the punches and not cause a fuss over something minute. Everyone is just trying to do their job after all. But this process has been frustrating to say the least. I have tried to donate plasma for over a year between 2 different locations and was constantly deferred or told to come back due to low levels of iron or whatnot (and then having to wait hours to get through the physical only to be told to come back again). Very frustrating as it is a huge time suck to be going through th

The wait times really are outrageous - all the reviews are right! Needed my physical and waited over an hour and there were still 5 people ahead of me. I would still have to go through screening and donate, too! Too many people in a short amount of time. I ended up leaving and will sign up with CSL Plasma instead and hope others do the same

Love the staff, but they are very understaffed! In line for 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Still in line!!! They need to manage the front better (more people processing).

There are never enough employees working here. They accept walk ins so your appointment time is meaningless. Be prepared to wait in line for a tech to check your vitals for about 40 minutes. Then you get to stand in another line for a bed, about another half hour. Once you finally get called over to a section, they will tell you to go sit somewhere else so they can stick the arm you want, but they will forget you're over there waiting for another half hour or so. Meanwhile the people who arrived after you a

Been here over 20 times and everyone here are friendly professionals who make the donation process easy and comfortable. Shout out to Michelle, she always remembers me and very welcoming.

Review Alert: The staff here is amazing!! Big thank you to Michelle for being so attentive when she sets up my donation. Even went as far to set aside empty boxes for me. I appreciate how they get to know their donors. Review Alert: I have to shout out ?DANIA? at the Villa Park BioLife! She is the absolute best in sticking /poking for the donation process. She has such a soft hand and stick, I never feel it. Dania is also sweet and kind spirited. It's always a pleasure when I see her! Donna at BioLife we

How BioLife is losing dedicated and responsible donors. Today we came to donate blood for the fourth time, my husband for the second time. But unfortunately, the 50 minutes spent driving to the center and 45 minutes inside were wasted. Today we found out that you can't use a translator when answering the questions in the questionnaire. The previous three times you could, but today you can't. Apparently using a translator is bad for the blood, lol. The company's rules are that it is not the donor's health co

Very good experience. All of the staff at this location are wonderful. They are all very good are drawing blood / plasma. They are also friendly and get you in and out quickly. Very happy with Biolife Plasma Donation Center in Villa Park, Illinois.

The staff at BioLife?s Villa Park location is great. They make sure their clients are safe when issues arise during the donation process.

I have to give a special shout-out to Donna, the amazing supervisor who truly keeps everything running smoothly. Even when the center is busy, Donna makes sure that the entire process is organized and efficient. Her attention to detail and hard work really stand out, and she always makes sure that donors are well taken care of. This makes the donation process steady and comfortable. Thanks to Donna and her team, my visits are always seamless, and I really appreciate the care and professionalism I receive ev

First time here at BioLife Plasma. Great first experience all thanks to Dania. She's amazing and is great at her job!!! Her bed side manner was great and she wasn't rough when putting the needle in!!! Hope to have her as my phlebotomist everytime I come in!

I just donated yesterday, all the staff was very nice and very informative and professional. I really like the the nurse Tania, she very professional and kind. I also like the phlebotomists Kirsten and the other lady with glasses (Cannot remember her name) they were very patient with me and always made sure to check on me to see if I'm alright. Also I love the supervisor of the villa park location, she has a great sense of humor and was also very kind and informative as well.

Leah & Nancy are THE BEST. The facility is always clean and atmosphere professional and friendly

Every staff member is great. Never have to wait long. Clean, pristine I couldn't bring myself to go to a different BioLife after going to this one. The rest in Chicago are good, but this one is night and day the best.

From beginning to end, everything was a smooth transition. Bravo to the entire team, and a special shout-out to Donna she is awesome!! She can run the floor with her eyes closed. Donna will assist in anyway possible!! She is the best!!! I would also like to acknowledge David, he ROCKS!! Lastly, I would like to thank Taylor and Paris for their assistance?they helped with my vitals and were extremely friendly and professional. Taylor guided me through the computer setup to get me back on track which allowed

Nurse Kiara is amazing at her job with excellent customer service! She is great at being a nurse and amazing with being very informative!!!

Tania was the one that helped me the whole time and she was amazing :) she was really patient, nice and was welcoming. Definitely made my first time donating easy going for me! I very much appreciate everything she helped me with. David was also very nice and patient and explained the process to me and made the experience comfortable!

Maritza at the front is great and polite. Liz is the best at sticking. It doesn't hurt and the site of injection heals nicely. She's also very nice and always has a smile on her face. Sometimes it's very busy and it seems like they are short staffed. Even then, the staff is great.

The best location in the suburbs. Bolingbrook and Addison normally have waits after checking in, but this center runs great. Donna is the absolute best. She keeps the donations moving quickly, has the employees work efficiently, and has the best customer service! She truly deserves a raise with the way she runs the place. This is the only location I go to now even though the other ones are closer.

Facility is clean & well maintained. Everyone was professional, well trained and very nice. Holly was Awesome! I highly recommend.

This place is SO good. They are amazing about not overbooking and when there are long lines (not often) they are great about getting the nurses and technicians to the computers to get people tested and signed in. This location is a 30 minute drive from me, and although I could go to a closer location, it is worth it to come to this one. Please continue to be awesome and keep lines reasonable by not overbooking! You are all doing great, and the nurses/techs/all staff are extremely friendly, expedient, and kn

My experience at Biolife services was satisfying do to the fact that the employees Taylor, Maritza up front, and Worry where great to me everytime I came in, very professional with patience. Thank you Mike Farrell

I'd like to get a shout out to two of the nicest girls at the front end screening desk, Paris and Taylor. Also to Kiersten and Madison working at the donation chairs. When it came time for the needle insertion, I barely felt it. But I will say that all the technicians are good. ??

The staff is very attentive when you're there in person. However, it's impossible to reach anyone by phone if you have an issue/concern. That is disturbing. I realize they are very busy there. Perhaps they should consider getting an answering service or a dedicated call center. No one likes calling numerous times and getting sent to voicemail with no prompt return call. **Edited 9/22/24** Let me just say that Donna is WONDERFUL. She's FUNNY, has the warmest, most welcoming personality, and always makes su

The nurses were incredibly supportive, kind, and helpful. Tania was a great guide when I went in for the first time.

I've been going for a few years now, and these guys are very good at what they do. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and patient; it makes the donation process very pleasant. It's truly a "gold standard" example of how things should be done. Literally everyone here is "good people." The whole crew is first class, and a special "hat tip" to the beautiful and lovely Dania for putting up with my late appointments all the time!

You would think all employees would be medically trained here but they arnt. More then half the people can't even put a blood pressure cuff on right. First reading bp 109/80 pulse 106. I could tell the cuff was on wrong, attendant just shrugs it off. Second reading (cuff feels lose again) Bp 89/60 pulse 86. That's a very dramatic drop for BP (ER WORTHY). The nurse checks it for 3rd time, pulse 86 and bp is 109/80. So I'm not able to donate because the original worker dosen't know how to put on a cuff.... le

The entire staff is always welcoming and on point. I can't speak on anyone else?s experiences but my usual time of signing in, getting screened and being assigned to a bed to donate is all within 15 minutes. I usually complete my actual donation within wihin 45-50 minutes and I get taken care of immediately. I love Donna she's an awesome floor manager. Nancy is really nice as well.

The first experience and intake was rough, but it's gotten progressively better with each visit. The techs have all been wonderful, and the supervisor Donna has been very responsive. They could use some better support or tools to streamline the process, particularly for incoming donors.

The workers At this establishment are highly recommended and very professional. My nurse Tania, was very affable and Transparent with instructions before and after donations . I was very impressed with her knowledge of plasmapheresis . Getting someone to become comfortable in a new world with new evaluations and expectations isn't always the easiest. She ( Tania) made it a cakewalk for me to feel right at home , in a safe environment. I wasn't surprised by that from seeing all the front desk workers give ge

The Villa Park location is on point. Always fast, and the staff really seem competent and like they care. This location isn't too cold either, making the whole experience even more comfortable. The care is consistent and professional. They even remember people's names and which arm they prefer!

This location has very friendly staff. It is also very clean and organized. Taylor who one of the first people you see is amazing. She goes out of her way to make sure you are ok.

This place was %100 the best experience donating I've ever had. The staff was friends and helpful, they were very very organized and had a great system on how they run things. And the experience overall was really smooth. Dania the phlebotomist was AMAZING AND SO GENTLE WITH INSERTING MY NEEDLE TOO! I didn't even feel it! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I would give 5 stars because the staff is professional and pleasant. The space is clean. No issues other than the long wait times in a chair. I've been sitting here for 30 min waiting to start my donation. It's ridiculous the time spent waiting. Two hours later and I'm barely leaving. WTH

Staff is always nice! They are efficient! I have a positive experience every time I am there. I appreciate all the staff at each visit.

I usually always come to this location when I'm donating because the staff are friendly and professional. They never give me and trouble and the process is usually a quick one. Angelica is one of the many employees that goes above and beyond while working with you she is very sweet and professional and tries her best to make sure you are comfortable while donating. I would definitely recommend family and friends to come to this location!

HORRIBLE. Went two days ago to donate and the lady sticking me missed then moved the needle around to get my vein. She got in but a little after it was painful. I informed her and she told me she just had to move it again. so she did. it felt better for a little bit until my arm felt like my veins were blowing up like a balloon I brought it up again and the lady that attended me lowered the volume or the saline and told me that should work. The pain kept increasing I was almost in tears but felt like I was

Leave the rate alone. $130 every week then it's $125 without any explanation. Get saline, Gatorade zero is garbage and goldfish are disgusting.

I have been donating since 2019 and these marks on me have been there since I turned 18. Im now 25 and it's apparent that now I'm DEFFERED from the program. BioLife has gone down hill. I have NEVER had a problem with them til today and I will NEVER COME BACK! I will also make sure to get some other doctors advice on the matter because I've seen plenty of doctors who have never had a concern about my arms. Goodbye BioLife! Nice knowing ya!

First time donating. Everyone was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. Donna was extra nice and relatable, she was busy and still stopped to explain things kindly. David was very informative with the process, and the procedure was simple, sanitary, and easy. Everyone I encountered was overall great. Will be going back.

Let me tell how seamless this process was . Donna my nurse and had the best smile and Knowledge! She was so thoughtful and thorough. Every person there was extremely helpful and talked you through each step . First time was a little scary but they made it so easy . This is a great environment.

The staff at the Villa Park Biolife are amazing. They are all very friendly. Donna is one of the supervisors there and she is very professional, helpful and approachable. She's a sweetheart and I always hope I get her section, but honestly, every staff member is great over there.

I gotta give good rating cuz it was a good experience even though I was not qualified to donate for medical reasons. The staff here are friendly. They explain the process very well going thru the procedure. Early in the morning it is not so busy. Upon entering the front door, there is no line like many other reviews suggest. I was greeted right away & filling out forums for donation & moving along the process. It wasn't until the physical we went over medications & that makes me not qualify. I tried I said.

UPDATE: Its been about 4 years and the service is still great. I've had nothing but good experiences since then and their quality assurance is always improving. I've been going for about 2+ years and can honestly say they're always trying to improve their staff, clinical methods, logistics, and patient safety. The staff is always nice even when they're having a bad day. I've seen them handle very sensitive situations with quality professionalism. Yes, sometimes the day isn't as great but they maintain rega

With the help of Donna, Christina, and Dania, my whole over all experience was amazing. I can very much say I was scared and nervous during the whole donation but with the help of these very people, not only was I taken care of perfectly; but enjoyed the experience and left the place like I never even donated feeling 100% the entire time! 100% would recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first donation. Everyone at the Villa Park office was very friendly, patient, professional and concerned. They took the time to explain everything and checked up on me often. They made sure that I had enough to eat. The facility was extremely clean. My nurse, Bon was awesome. My second donation at the Harwood Heights office was a nightmare. I will be driving the extra 10 miles to go back to Villa Park.

I have now done 5 donations and the experience is the same each time - The staff is so helpful, attentive & quick and the center at Villa Park is very well managed and very clean! The first time to donate, they basically take you by the hand and walk you through each step so you really don't even have any questions or concerns! Payouts are immediate on a debit card too! Highly recommend :)

They never answer phones or return calls. The staff walks around talking and flirting. I went 4 times and been turned away 3 times. The 1 time I sat in the chair the lady missed the vein and blamed me for having "shallow veins". I've donated at other places plenty of times. I think they flagged me as needing blood work done instead of admitting their mistake. Seems like they just want a check. I got an email saying I'm good to donate just to arrive and be turned away. Unprofessional.

Always really nice people there and they really do take care of you any time their may be an issue

I have been coming here for a year now and it is hands down the best service. They get you right in and right out. Donna is one of my favorites, she's a kind spirit very funny and she keeps everything in order. I definitely recommend this facility.

The staff here was super friendly and made the visit as fast as possible as well as professional and safe . They knew how to prick me I have almost near flat veins and they got it on the first try which to me is my main concern. Anyways I recommend coming here . Thanks to the staff Michelle and Kiersten only names I caught but the other guys are awesome too !! Thanks :)

They claim to not have saline and it's ?a shortage across the country.? I have physically been to other corporations and have always gotten saline after my donation. The Powerade and goldfish are just a way the company saves money. Ask the manager with his fresh Jordans on where the money goes, it certainly was his matching outfit. Ask him where he got his psycho bunny shirt let alone how much it costs. This company is a joke and you are better off donating elsewhere. Delay Deny Depose!

I've donated I believe 6 times so far. I honestly love how quick and clean it is here. My last time the sweet lady gave me a coupon (extra $$) because I waited a little too long to get poked! I wish they offered this to my boyfriend who got his vein infiltrated. His arm is very bruised and it took them forever to get him disconnected. He said he felt ignored. :/ Most staff are nice and quick. Some need a bit practice on poking but most know what they are doing! And shoutout to the sweet lady with red hair w

I have had great experiences at my location. The staff is amazing and the lady named Donna seems like she has this staff properly trained as well. Overall I love the experience and being in a clean facility with nice people while I donate to help save lives. Thank you all for the opportunity.

The villa park location staff are always so positive and welcoming especially Mrs.Tiyana!

BioLife - the Villa Park facility has a fantastic staff to work with. They keep the line moving, quick, extremely careful and very professional. Kudos to all who work at the Villa Park facility. I donate plasma because my mom used to receive plasma treatments, people need it and it's something I can provide people whom I'll never meet, but wish them all the best! Easy to be Kind.

Highly Recommend! Best plasma center around! Great staff(David, Donna, & Madison), who I have had personally take care of me, they all go above and beyond, just to take care of their donors correctly! Also, they are 3 of the best phlebotomists! Great at making sure they don't hurt or bruise up the donor's arms! Very professional & very clean!!

Center is run as smoothly as they can. Staff and nurses are friendly, kind and patient. All of the staff members are great. Mariah is wonderful. Always very nice and pleasant to talk to.

This is a fantastic location filled with dedicated staff. Many staff members are personable and dedicated to giving you a comfortable donation process. Quick shoutouts to Maddy, Mariah, Devanshi, Tiyana, Janine, Dania, Donna and Kiersten. They are all fabulous.

I've been coming here from 4 years now. They try and everyone get those the lines fast. MS. Donna is great and been there ever since I've been coming. I've seen her work her way up within biolife and she makes individual experience that much better.

Services were great, Facility was clean & the Employees were very helpful and patient. Especially Tiyana!

Outstanding customer service from almost everyone I've encountered at the center, everyone is very efficient and I like the fact that all the employees work together

Madison, Laura, Donna, Janine are very professional, fast, friendly and attentive. They always make sure you are ok and provide the best attention when commencing the procedure. 5 stars they rock!

Excellent staff, super clean, extremely professional. Everything is explained in great detail. The nurses and phlebotomists who stick and wrap after the donation, are top tier. Easily best plasma center in the Chicagoland area.

MARIAH is amazing when she sticks you, don't even feel the needle. And if you are scared of needles like I am she helps you distract your mind. MELOVEE is an amazing manager. She doesn't just sit in the office she comes out and takes the time to get to know the donors. DONNA is an amazing floor manager she makes everything run smoothly and quickly.

My experience at bio life has been amazing so far. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They do have one staff member that is always so pleasant who's name is Mariah. She's really good at her job and I feel really comfortable when she sticks me. Promote her please!!

Amazing staff! I definitely will make this my home site.. Nothing but amazing from start to finish

Went for my third donation, and the phlebotomist was not able to draw blood when she stuck the needle in, nothing came out. She called two other phlebotomists to help and they were each poking at my arm, trying to get the blood to come out. Very painful experience. Now I am left with bruises on each arm.

If I could give this place a zero I would the staff is supper slow tI had a appointment at 12 didn't get seen until 2pm if yu need extra money avoid this location

It was my first visit and they clearly forgot about me. After 1 hour and a half stuck on the machine one of the 3 people on the floor with no supervisor in site noticed and took me off the machine.

I guess I'm one of those people where the technicians had trouble locating a vein. The LabCorp phlebotomists at my doctors office have never had a problem though. I personally never had any issues with blood draws until BioLife. Two instances of not completely finishing the plasma donation process, made me ineligible for future donations. The first time the technician couldn't get enough of blood to come out and had the nurse try to adjust the needle. The nurse looked at my arm and looked back at the techn

Tiyana at the Villa Park is a great asset to this office. She is amazing!

I have been to 3 different locations - Villa Park is, by far, the best experience I've had. Special thanks to the lovely Paije for making the process seamless and stress-free. ?? She always puts a smile on my face.

Mariah is the absolute best!! When I walk in and see her, I know it is gonna go so smoothly! I'm a difficult stick and she never has issues! Very professional, super kind and always has a smile on! In and out in under an hour! Great work!

Most visits have been positive, folks are great and some are very efficient. Saturdays are a fiasco, too many people, not enough staff and ocasionally your time there will be over 3 hours. Too much

I donated my first batch of plasma yesterday and the experience was great. Everything in there was cleaned, sterilized, and disinfected immediately before or after use. The phlebotomists were very professional and had no issue answering any questions.

Hello started coming here a few weeks ago and it has been a great experience. Zack in the front is pretty quick plus if your nervous conversation helps a lot to bring you to relax mode.Staff has been great the process is pretty quick waiting to be seated is close to zero waiting time. Amazing music especially if you forget your headphones.. The blue section was great tonight. I didn't get the pleasure of getting the young lady?s name but she is very quick efficient and very light with her hands.. Thank you

I'm 27 and I've been donating plasma on and off at 3 different locations until now. This is the 4th plasma center I've donated with and they have been by far, the most organized, clean, and streamlined environment to go through the process. Not to forget, many centers have nice people there but I swear politeness must be their creed. And they pay the most compared to other places I've gone. If you're a plasma donor, go here.

Outstanding experience as first time visitor! Onboarding was extremely fast & efficient staff was very helpful huge shout out to Bella & Tania making it seamless experience! I highly recommend the location, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again!

Today was supposed to be my first time at this location as a returning donor and it ended before even starting. I came in today to see if they had any appointments available since my app wasn't letting me log in. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. And when they finally came they had a horrible attitude and told me I would have to make the appointment on the app. I tried explaining to her that I wasn't able to log in. But she kept cutting me off with her nasty attitude. The phone
