The nurse Mona Stoner is amazing. Like the rest of the staff. All of them are great. There are a few that go far out and beyond when helping you out. When you walk in there is a young lady that always says with a smile "welcome in" she does that to everyone. I watched her. Her work ethics is really amazing. That litter thing make people fell good. Your blood is doing a lot of good and your getting paid for it. The people that are the phlebotomist. They are also very good at what they do. They educate you on

Everyone at BioLife Plasma is very professional and very knowledgeable as well as kind and concerned that the donors are comfortable with the process. Always ask me how I feel several times during the process. The phlebotomists stop by several times to check on me and how the machines are working. Also, this place is spotless! Very clean and well-kept. That's important to me! I appreciate their service. One suggestion, all new donors should be walked through the complete process, from the way the mac

Had a great first time experience at the Visalia location! Mona(RN) was an absolute treat and I'm grateful she was able to help me today! And on top of that, Angela and Kelsey were top tier phlebotomists and had me super comfy through the process! Ten/Ten will return again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first time experience here much more than I thought and I owe that all to the ladies here! As soon as I walked in, i was greeted and once I was with the young lady she explained absolutely everything to me and was very patient with me! She was working hard and diligently, running the show! I enjoyed her company, but didn't get her name. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, My nurse Mona proved me wrong!! She was absolutely wonderful and we could?ve talked for hours, made me fe

The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made sure I was well informed about the process of donating. Providing snacks to insure i would be stable during my donation.

My experience was great, everybody was gentle and welcoming. Everyone was more than willing to answer my questions at all times. Dr. Stoner was kind enough to make casual conversation with me. While it took longer than expected, it was overall a great experience. I will continue to donate in the future.

Mona was amazing ! Super welcoming. Made me feel super comfortable. Miriam helped me on the floor and was super nice and informative. First time experience was awesome (:

The first donation takes a couple hours to gather information and get a physical, but after that everything is smooth sailing. The staff is on point only one time I was there was a hiccup but since then it has been very good I intend to continue donation and guess what? You get paid, what could be better than that and everything is done safe and in a safe environment. Remember you're doing it for two good reasons, your helping save a life and you're getting paid, you can't ask for anything more.

The technicians are very nice at BioLife. But since I've been going over 2 years and donated over 100 times I have not got any promotions or coupons sent to me. I checked my email every time but nothing. I see a lot of people online getting promotions and coupons and I wonder where mine is. I've been homeless for 4 years and I could really use the returning donors coupons or promotions. Please let me know what's going on cuz that's false advertisement. Thank you very much sincerely returning donor.

Let me just start with how awesome nurse stoner is. Yes that's her last name, so friendly, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Staff is so friendly as well and phlebotomist are gentle.

More staff needed, once I made it to a chair it took 30 minutes to get hooked up. When I finished it was another 15 minutes to get unhooked. Not sure I'll be going back , took longer to get hooked up and unhooked then it did to donate. Sraff are all great, just more needed.

This was my first time ever donating plasma, so I was really nervous. The nurse, Mona was super nice and she thoroughly went over everything with me and eased my anxiety. When I got to the back, the women in the back talked with me to help get my mind off being anxious. Everyone made it a great experience.

From the moment I entered the building, I was greeted with smiles and even had a few giggles about tea parties with the front staff which helped me to relax as my information was being entered. This is my first time ever donating and Nurse Stoner was amazing! She me feel very comfortable by educating me to what the process would be like. Once I was placed on the chair for the actual donation again the staff took the time to explain to me step-by-step as to what was going to happen. I appreciate each a

I never received my payment after countless days of trying to reach a manager, I give up. The tech was not able to get the needle in my arms, and left them both severely bruised. I was informed I would still receive my payment after all that and nothing. I won't be donating here again anytime soon.

This is a great place to donate plasma. The staff there are very polite and friendly (especially the intake nurse who does the physical with a peace sign necklace (Sorry I don't recall her name) & a staff member named Angelic. They both go above and beyond! ??) It's a clean and sterile environment. There's always someone available to answer any questions you may have. Will be a returning donor in the near future. It's a 5 star place, most definitely!

S/o to my girls Becca and Mona! You ladies are killing it in Bio! You ladies made my first time experience AMAZINGGGG! You ladies deserve a raise. Seriously! Can't wait to see you ladies on my next visit! Xoxo ?? Sincerely, Your Gemini??????

When I went the other day, the entire process was quick. The clinic was clean and I was attended to by Jess who made the experience easy and efficient. Will definitely be coming back.

From my very first interaction to the last. The staff was amazing. They were very welcoming. I truly felt they cared that I was there. It was a very positive experience and it's all because y?all staff is the most professional and amazing team. Especially Nurse Venese (Very sure I spelled that wrong) who did my physical. I would definitely recommend biolife in Visalia on Moony if its your first time. They are awesome!

This place is so busy that the phlebotomist don't have time or don't care to change their gloves they're constantly in between patients and when we do ask them to change their gloves, they give you a look or they tell you they've already have when clearly you have been there for 30 minutes watching them, touch every other person and all the plasma and blood from everyone else. Tons of cross-contamination going on in that place

Very Professional Place. I have been going for over a year now. Very Clean. The Staff are all incredibly kind and Helpful. They make the Experience that much Easier. Mona the nurse is a sweetheart. Once again the Staff is incredible. Some Standouts are Julie,April, Angelo, Jonathan. Marybelle,Ally,I would recommend this place.

It was almost a year that I had been going to BioLife plasma last month in January. There was an incident that occurred last month in which I lost over 200mls of red blood cells due to a hole on the IV line which was not my fault. The line was quickly removed and I was seen by the nurse. I was given a bag of salty chips and bottle of electrolytes and then sent home 30 minutes later. I was given no special instructions to follow nor have I received a follow up call to see how I've been doing. It's been a ter

It's a great place with even greater staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Houa usually takes care of me and helps me along the way.

Mona stoner is the most awesome nurse! I love all the staff there they are so great and so sweet and welcoming also angelic up front is the nicest girl and makes you feel so welcome thank you biolife Visalia

Yesterday, I experienced an overwhelming atmosphere, with over 20 people waiting in line. The staff, though limited, struggled to process donations. I am confused as to why appointments are offered if donations are not manageable. Please consider our time.

Staff is friendly, place is reasonably clean in the morning but later day is trashed. I only recommend new donor programs due to payment level, but the longer you attend, the less and less they pay. So I stopped donating.

On 6/20/25 I came to donate early at 745am so I could go to the Mtns after well when I arrived there were 13 people in line waiting for vitals and 8 waiting for bed . There was only 2 employees doing vitals and 8 on the floor. After vitals when I got to a bed I timed it and it took 37 minutes to finally get stuck when 2 people that came after me got stuck right away!!!!!! This place really doesn't seem like they appreciate the donors that keep the place running very much. I've been donating 7 years and neve

You can leave them about 50 voicemails because they are ?too busy attending other donors? but they will NEVER get back to you. So frustrating and ridiculous. I know my reply back from them for my review will just be ?sorry for inconvenience we try are hardest to?.? and all the bs. but nothing will be changed.

Anytime Rebecca is working, I always request her for the needle stick. Not knocking anyone else that works there, but she is the best IMO. Staff has always been friendly and yes...sometimes there are long wait times, even with an appointment. They have a 10 minute window before and after your scheduled appointment, so I always try and get there as early as possible. I'm nearing 200 donations and am still pleased with the service and staff.

I did my second donation today and everyone is friendly and helpful. It feels good to give back to help others!!

An easy, and quick check-in followed by a phenomenal job by Jess today. She's always so attentive and professional. My favorite donation center!

My experience here was great for my first time coming here. The experience is swift for new donors as they get placed in the front of the lines, returning donors seem to have to wait longer. I do have to say that Mona, the nurse who did the physical, was exceptionally kind and attentive. She made the wait a little bit better by handing out snacks to the people standing in line.

I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Half the time they miss your vein and leave you bruised. Then switch to the other arm and bruise you there too. Then you are unable to donate until the bruises are gone. If and when they mess you up before you can even make half a proper donation, they refuse to pay you. Quite frankly, it is costing me more to donate than it is to not donate and they leave me bruised for more than a week. Pictures are 1 week of heat and ice compresses and Arnica ointment, after th

DOING SOMETHING LIKE DONATING PLASMA AT A FACILITY LIKE BIOLIFE-VISALIA, MAKES IT EVEN BETTER. THE STAFF ARE AWESOME; THE FACILITY IS MAGNIFICENT. I AM ON MY WAY THERE TODAY FOR ANOTHER DONATION. BY THE WAY, THE PERKS AND REWARDS PROGRAM ARE VERY GOOD AS WELL!

Love BioLife and being able to help! The staff is so nice and mona Stoner the nurse is hands down my favorite ????their all helpful sanitary and answered all my questions.

Nurse stoner is very helpful and all ways so kind she no her job and does it so well she a blessing to everyone ?? thank you for everything you do

Influx of new donors makes waiting time a little longer than usual but not an inconvenience to me. However, if I get deferred on my first appointment, there is no longer time in the same week to get the second donation in.

it's a very fast paced environment. it's important to pay close attention. they will guide you through the steps and how to improve your health. my nurse, miss Stoner, was the happiest, most guiding person throughout my process. she was a great help to my comfort and knowledge. definitely looking forward to returning:)

Great place staff welcoming and nice but they are understaffed waiting time is crazy. Had my appointment at 12:20 and was in line for more then 2 hours left the place at 3:32. They really need more staff for such a busy place

An excellent facility! They are very professional and take great care of their donors. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, efficient, and have take great care of me. There have been a few times my iron was not within metrics, which is always disappointing, but they provided me with effective advice and gentle understanding. They are also quick to answer my questions and provide assistance when I needed it!

I highly recommend BioLife over Octapharma. BioLife has way better promotions and they keep it at a consistent pay even weeks after your initial donation.

Nurse Stoner was amazing, she is such a delight to speak to. Facility was clean and staff was very nice

This location is worth a brag! The staff works together wonderfully despite all the pressure they stay under. They take care of their guests! I'm always happy to see Julian & a few others that I can't remember to name. I know I'm in good hands with them. They're super fast & puncture my vein effortlessly everytime!

Its a great place, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Really good place to make donations. Thanks

I been meaning to leave a review, forgot until now. Almost every worker I've spoke with or dealt with have been very professional, helpful, and efficient at their job. I believe the main one that went above and beyond was named Rebecca(sorry if I got the name wrong or misspelled it). She helped me when I needed to do the protein(SPE test thing), up front check-in, and the normal plasma donation. Each time she has been very professional, friendly and kind with how she treats the patients like myself. So effi

Best experience they explained step by step in detail and constantly checking and asking if I am okay and if I feel any pain

I had donated here about 2 years ago and every time I'd go I would have issues and ended up with a hematoma after a year and a half I finally stopped. The people that poke you were sometimes careless and would t do it right and would t take responsibility. When I'd ask for someone in particular that I knew wouldn't hurt they almost seemed to judge you for asking them to do it. I gave it a break for almost a year and decided to go back and give it another try. I had called about a promotion I received and th

Was a pleasant experience. The whole time I had someone guide me and explain how the process works. What to expect and aftercare.

My experience was great! I just finished my first donation ever here at BioLife in Visalia. Everyone is kind and walks you through everything. The environment is very clean & organized. Loved my time with Mona, Nurse Stoner :)) She's great, welcoming & such a fun spirit. If you're thinking of donating, this is the place to do it.

I had a fantastic experience at BioLife! The process was straightforward, and Darcy made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable throughout. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. I would definitely donate again. Highly recommend!

April hooked me up last week. She hurt me when she inserted my needle, it was a bit too rough. Other than the pain I'm still feeling because of this, the rest of the donation went fine. Normally it's pretty rare for this to happen. The staff does great!

Workers are nice, but they need more. Takes too long to get in and out

Great environment and facility to be in. Not so great experience when it comes to employees handling the donation process. During the last few consecutive visits, I've encountered issues that would otherwise have been avoided if not for the lack of focus and attentive demeanor. After donating for several years at BioLife, this particular location is amateur.

The staff are very generous and polite especially Mrs stoner

Every time that I donate the experience is good. Staff is always kind and considerate and helpful. The music is great too, as well as having clean restrooms. I enjoy doing my part in donating plasma to those in need. Thank you all for the work you all do.

THEY TAKE SOOOO LONG HERE. It's never a fast experience. The staff is great they just need to work faster.

Very friendly staff! Whole process is super easy just be prepared for that big needle :?(

I just love Julie at the Visalia office. She is so friendly, kind and attentive.

"I've had a great experience donating. The staff is always professional and really goes the extra mile to make sure donors are comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is clean, organized, and you can tell they take safety. All the employees are amazing. especially Mona. She's outstanding at what she does, with a friendly and calming approach that makes the entire donation process easy and stress-free. Whether it's your first time or you're a regular, she's there to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Staff was super friendly. First visit took about 2 1/2 hours but that was mostly rhe physical and paperwork stuff. Hopefully you get Amber doing your physical, she was amazing and definitely helped with the nerves of first time donation.

I went to BioLife plasma of Isaiah and was treated with respect and definitely had a great time dealing with it be my first time. The nurse, Amber definitely made my visit a lot more smooth. After speaking with her I was definitely more confident in continuing the process thank you to the nurse Amber. I will definitely be coming back to this location in Visalia to donate more to help save lives.

i love the front desk girl and nurses!! genuinely friendly and make you feel very comfortable. i had a phlebotomist today i want to say her name was Daisy? she had a double nose piercing and she was by FAR the kindest i?ve experienced the 4 times i?ve gone. very personable and sweet. majority of the ones i?ve had in the past were OK but she really made sure i was okay and to let her know if i needed anything whereas in the past it was hard to get someone?s attention which i understand is difficult sometimes

While the staff as a whole is fantastic, I want to praise Rebecc(k)a specifically. She's phenomenal every single time I see her. Absolutely professional and makes the whole process of donating easy and comforting ????

Lorita is one of the best nurses someone can ask for. Her kindness and smile will make any bad day a great one. Thank you also to the staff who are knowledgeable and always willing to help!

They have been professional and welcoming. The processes are fast. One nurse is my favorite nurse. As of late though the doctor said recently I have pre diabetes and am needing to go back on antibiotics. I will donate again when I am cleaned

This place is well organized and well manage and this place is super professional and courtesy whenever I donate.....

The wait was insanely long, I waited over 2 and a hours to get to a bed. And I was there past closing time. The last two times I've been there. I've waited over 2 hours. Other than that the service was great. And quick and painless

Nurse Amber of Visalia BioLife was extremely kind and knowledgeable and really helped me to relax my anxiety. The staff was also knowledgeable and kind and in my opinion they went above and beyond the necessary level of patient care. Visalia BioLife and nurse Amber should be recognized for their level of empathy and professionalism.

The phlebotomist here are great , super friendly and skilled . They have made my whole blood drawn process easy and comfortable for me.Ive only had one bad experience developing a hematoma this is why i give it a 4 star rating and wasn't explained of what was happing at the Time, only was given a paper to read. That person no longer works there . I appreciate their professionalism and gentleness from some . One of the Phlebotomist I do recommend that are amazing is Serena . She's positive extremely educat

The physical nurse was very helpful and very personable. Made me feel very welcome. I was very comfortable with the phlebotomist. Overall the nurses from the front desk to the back were all great at their job

Friendly service. Good attitudes. I'll definitely be referring others

I've been donating since November! It is definitely a unique experience. I have not had a bad experience so far! All of the staff are very friendly and fun! Julie, Celeste, and Katherine are always a good time and make me laugh when I see them. I've had a couple complications while donating but the staff has always made me feel safe and well taken care of! They are so good here that they are so busy from the time they open to the time they close.

I have been going to biolife for about 4 month now. The staff there is very welcoming and pleasant. The service is quick I am usually in and out of there in an hour. Using the customer friendly app help alot. You can count on your payment being posted the same day. Usually with in the hour after donating. This company is on point.

I went in feeling unsure and once in there became real nervous but once I got to sit down with nurse Amber and go over everything and what to expect, answered all questions i had, it made me feel soo much better & my nerves were gone. I was then able to proceed with donation. Thank u nurse Amber

Friendly Staff members, fast donation, process, all around good experience

The staff is amazing, they're very welcoming, patient, and thorough with the whole process. It was my first time donating plasma so I was extremely nervous but the confidence that the nurses and technicians displayed helped put me at ease.

It's a good experience. From a clean environment to having friendly staff. They are gentle when putting the needle in my arm, so it never hurts to much. The best part is that my plasma is used to make a difference. It helps to make medicines that help people with different diseases. I also get paid money each donation that I make. Overall it's a good experience!

Was made an easy process! Darcy took great care of everything and made sure I was comfortable I would definitely donate again especially if she's working at the time highly recommend!!

A little bet of my time helps so many People. I do t mind 40mins of my day to help and I get payed for helping.

Service was great, however the person that initially inserted t needle, poked rather hard and caused hematoma for the second time in two weeks, luckily April was there to switch arms in a timely manner and I was able to finish my donation. Now I may not be able to donate for another week for the professionalism by the staff.

The staff is awesome. Every organized & clean. Nurse Amber you did a great job. Look forward to returning and inviting others

The staff there are helpful and do a good job and make me feel at home and is a pleasure and honor to donate

Very friendly staff. Especially the front desk and Nurse Amber. She handled business with a lot of nurses calling in that day, she handled it with a positive attitude. Give that woman a raise! ???? I tip my hat to all the employees they are non stop moving they all deserve one.

The staff is super friendly & very professional as well. I have had Adrianna as my nurse the last two times & she's amazing. Very recommended. I'll be here every week doing my part.

Nurse Amber did a lovely job. The exam went smoothly. & the entire process was made better by Amber?s efficiency and attention to detail.

Awesome place, kind and very helpfull Staff. Araceli G. the super nice nurse was the Best extremely professional she comforted me all the way, I'm definitely recommended this Clinic. Thanks Again!...

Very nice workers made me feel comfortable and gave all the information I need to feel safe

My appointment was at 2pm. I didn't leave until 6:30pm.. it's really hard to donate or even want to donate when you basically have to block out most of your day just to do so!

I would like to share my high compliments to nurse Amber Nicole for always being very professional, attentive to every detail, making you feel so welcome with her joyful disposition, friendly, beautiful smile, always with compliments that will definitely brighten ones day. Very kind and caring, leaving you completely comfortable in every duty she performs. She will always acknowledge you each and every time you arrive if she happens to see you. I have only great and very high compliments of the lovely profe
