Reviews Summary

The reviews present a mixed consensus. Many praise the friendly, professional staff and comfortable environment, highlighting exceptional service that makes donors feel welcome. However, significant criticism focuses on severe understaffing, leading to excessive wait times (often 2-4 hours), poor scheduling management, and inconsistent policies. The facility's strengths in customer service are frequently overshadowed by operational inefficiencies.

Shaunya is So so sweet and attentive. Bless her heart she needed help but the manager was too busy yapping with a fellow employee for the first 15 minutes we were there. I hope she keeps her good spirit up, it's a great way to start the morning off with a smiling face ??

My husband has been going past couple of months and it's been fine other than a few hiccups here and there. He's there sometimes for like 2-3 hours. I will say when he can't donate and it's something of no fault of his he still gets paid. That's the one good thing. Past couple of times they've been carelessly prodding him and digging around in his arm. Today they gave him a hematoma. I'm hoping so much this doesn't ruin our 1 yr anniversary plans tomorrow. (Today?s date 1/3/25) He said his arm has so much p

Biolife offers a welcoming and friendly environment, with staff who are very approachable and helpful. Shaunya in particular, was exceptionally pleasant and went out of her way to assist, making the experience even better. The overall atmosphere is positive, and the team?s kindness stands out.

Management is incompetent. First appointment, completed physical, testing, and couldn't donate because my "veins weren't plump enough". Drove 1.5 hrs., one way, for a "second appointment" and the facility was closed without notifying me that my appointment had been canceled. I made a third appointment with a staff member and when I arrived, I was told I needed an updated physical and those ended at 6 pm. I couldn't donate that day either, after being told on the phone that I did not need a physical & could

I always get treated well when I come donate. The employees are real kind, such as Shaunya who's kind and makes good conversations, as well as giving advice on what I could eat and drink before donating to make sure I'll be okay.

I have been in several times. I was told one thing by one nurse and another thing by a different nurse. The nurse today bent the rules for a medication I take prn. In order for me NOT to donate. The original nurse told me that before I donate I need to stay clear of a medication I take prn for 2 days before I donate, so i actually wait for 3 days so there isn't any discrepancies. A different nurse decided at her leisure that it no longer meant that, and now it means that I can donate two days after I stop t

The compensation and staff are nice, but occasionally it gets so busy that you have a line wrapping around the inside of the building waiting to be seated. I wish that the appointments were better organized so that there wouldn't be 20+ donors standing around for an hour plus waiting to be hooked up to a machine. I couldn't even donate on that particular visit because of how long I waited to be seated. I've been to other places that have their process nailed down a bit better. In addition, I wish there we

James was great at the stick and pull! Quick and attentive. Friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Thanks James!

I've been coming to this location for about 2 years now. James is the first person that has stuck me and I didn't feel it. He was so gentle, AND quick. Thank you James!!!!!!!!!

I decided to donate plasma because people need it, it's life saving and I need the money. So I made a first time appointment for the Warner Robins location. I followed all their protocol. Including what the website said. Website says please eat 2 to 3 hours before your appointment That way you don't get sick and throw up. So I did that. I drove to Warner Robins all the way from Macon just to be told at the counter that the nurses dictate company policy. She told me because I had eaten 2 1/2 hours prior to m

I went on June 19th, for the 5th time, had no issues until Lauren blew my vein. It wasn't a reaction, it was the fact she stick the needle in my arm and blew the vein, then pumped saline into my bicep and not my bloodstream and I won't be back. The nurse did call but never called back.

I Always have a great experience every time I go to BioLife. The staff in there are amazing even though sometimes it's a long wait. They try their best to get everyone seated. Keep up the good work.

Shaunya is a very sweet person, and her smile is a very welcome quality. Thank you so much for your kindness.

James is one of the most professional and caring employees I've dealt with. He's able to insert the needle in my arm with no pain everytime????

These people lowkey don't even want you here, they don't want you to donate, they love turning you away for any reason possible. I recommend the other location.

Shanya is so kind and personable. She is also very informative! I thoroughly enjoyed having her take my vitals today! Wendy is an awesome sticker. When she sticks it doesnt hurt at all and she's very gentle with it. We need more Shonyas and Wendys!!

Shamese is Amazing!! I'm so glade I came back!!! She made me feel welcomed back and comfortable!! After covid times i didn't know if I'd return.

Shaunya took my vitals, she was the nicest and very professional. I would definitely recommend her.

All of the staff at the BioLife donation center in Warner Robins, Georgia center are wonderful, well trained, and courteous people who make the whole donation process a pleasure. The wait time, however, is a completely different issue. This location is terribly understaffed. There are usually three to four additional sections that could be utilized, but are not staffed, every time I go. That is up to 24 people that could be moved in and out an hour. I don't understand why nothing is being done about the wa

They make you feel welcome. Great bedside manners. ??

Shaunya is a very nice woman! Also knows her curly hair ??5 star service

The staff at the site on Watson boulevard in Warner robins, GA. We're all friendly and courteous as well as professional and informative.

Everyone has been very polite and informative. The wait time hadn't been long at all.

Ty gave great customer service very nice and always respectful when I come here

Takes 3 to 4 hours to donate because employees just standing around not doing anything. Yesterday I went and my fingerprint brought up someone else's profile. Definitely not a very secure place with your information if this is happening.

Worst experience. After being told to come back right after eating on my first try. I rescheduled my first donation the next day. To go through the whole process to get to one of the beds, just to be told I should have drank a gallon of water the day before, so they aren't going to take my donation... Update: I decided to come back the next day and try one more time. My experience was so much better. Derek and Ricky did a great job explaining everything and I was able to donate. Thankfully I was able

My only complaint is how long the lines are and having to stand while waiting for most days over an hour often two hours. Use a no systems so donors could take a seat and get up when called. I know you can't help employee call ins but this would not make donors have to endure donation times of up to 4 hrs start to finish.

The facility is nice and the staff are great people. They really need to hire more people. You can stand in line for over an hour for vitals and wait another hour for a machine where you wait at least another fifteen to thirty minutes to get hooked up. Then the actual process takes an hour plus however long it takes to get unhooked. Plan on investing 3 hours minimum. The people working there do everything they can they need more help.

If you are in need of a little extra income and want to make a difference at the same time head onbover to BioLife on Watson. Beautiful, Clean and Fun Atmosphere makes for an easy couple hours of earning. The staff is wonderful to which makes a huge difference.

Shaunya is the best! She never fails to make me feel comfortable and make my experience easy. She has a great attitude. Thank you!

I love this location! Takes a bit of time to get seen sometimes but just depends on the time you go. If you hydrate your time will go fast in the chair!! Nurse Tamika is so helpful and sweet. I have really bad anxiety and she helped me to stay calm and just be positive so my HR will stay low. Very appreciative of you!

Shauyna was so kind & informative. She told me some very helpful information & I really appreciate that! Thank you!

Miss Shaunya is the absolute best sceener on planet made me feel at home I absolutely love Biolife ?? & the people who work here Including miss Red the phlebotomisit

The wait lately is absolutely ridiculous! Getting your vitals when there isn't a long line should not take over 30 minutes. After that the wait for a chair is even longer. Anywhere from an hour or longer. Don't even get me started on how long it takes for them to actually get you started once you get a chair I have waited anywhere from 10-20 minutes. I honestly don't know why it takes them so long when most people are hooked up and not anywhere close to being done. I just see employees standing around. Once

Dawn is amazing! So friendly, welcoming and made sure everything was done correctly. She greets you when you come in and thanks you when you leave. Will come here again just for her! Brandie was amazing and got me stuck on first try with no pain. She is very friendly, personable and makes you feel relaxed. I want her everytime, she did such a great job!

The staff there are amazing! I'm usually in and out and for the most part, have a great experience! They greet me by name every time I walk in the door! Kristie was absolutely amazing. Very professional and so kind. I didn't even feel her stick!!!

I am always satisfied with my visits to this Biolife. The staff members are so friendly and the process is really very easy. Occasionally there is a lengthy wait to be seated but that's not always the case and the compensation makes it all worthwhile. I have absolutely no complaints and will continue donating for as long as I am able.

The last two times I've been, they only had one worker doing vitals. Waited over 2 hours just for vitals. I understand they are short staffed, but why can't one of the 2 nurses help out with vitals? I blame poor management. The manager came walking through one day stating that they were hiring.... as we all waited over 3 hours! Very unprofessional! The manager should be helping out instead of making excuses! And why not have chairs for donors to sit in if they're going to be waiting 2+ hours. It's really ge

Truly you couldn't ask for better people or staff. They are all very nice and good at what they do

Everyone seems really nice, however it is extremely busy and backed up. I feel for the ones who are working, because I know it's just as equally frustrating as it is for us. Shouldn't allow so many appointments. I had an 11:45 appointment-got into the chair at 1:15pm? waited until 1:45 and still no one had got me going. I had to leave. And this was my third attempt to come. With waits almost 2 hours, I had to give up.

First donation here. Staff was helpful and friendly. I have donated before at a different company, so I'm already pretty comfortable with the process. They were kind and patient while helping me understand the differences with their policies. The stick went very smoothly. Barely felt a thing. Donation completed with no issues.

Awesome experience. shaunya is a sweetheart and delana is so nice.

Shaunya was very nice and answered all my questions. Very pleasant!

I am a former resident of Alaska. Its been alot adjusting. I decided to donate elsewhere then to BioLife. My experience at the Warner Robins location have always exceptional and pleasant. The entire team are always professional, courteous and super friendly. I've never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. The nursing staff, front desk staff and donation center staff are all great. You get paid mote then other companies. I drive over 30 minutes for the customer service and bypass the other center near my home. C

i stopped by with my mom recently. we were both surprised by how clean the facility was! and the staff were super friendly and accommodating to my nervous mom. Katie helped calm my mom?s nerves, and the process was faster than we thought it would be. I will def be back to donate myself!

Ask for James he is amazing when it comes to sticking you to donate @ biolife , You won't feel a thing it didn't hurt at all!! thank you so much James & Brandy

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Shamese at BioLife Plasma Services, and I cannot praise her enough! From the moment I walked in, her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for her patients stood out. She has an exceptional ability to make you feel at ease, even if you're nervous or unfamiliar with the donation process. Her attention to detail and commitment to safety are unparalleled. Ms. Shamese walked me through every step with clear explanations and a reassuring demeanor, ensuring I under

Ms. Shaunya was really also helpful and always happy. Also really nice

This is getting ridiculous. They never have enough staff working and the lines have lasted a few hours the last few times. If it wasnt for the staff here it would get zero stars. They are great and you can tell how tired and over worked they are. There use to be so many more here and the wait wasnt unbearable. I've never seen so many people walk out before now. Someone from management or corporate needs to help these people on the floor it's disgusting how they are being done.

Shaunya is always super friendly. She always trys to get donors through vitals as fast as she can, always with a smile on her face.

This was the second time in the same week that I went to donate and was in line over 2 hours waiting to donate. On Friday, August 16th, I arrived at 6:20 pm and left at 9:15. The nurse stuck me at 8:40 and I was done at 9:05. I had to wait for someone to come take me down, because they were busy trying to close down the center. On Sunday, August 18, I arrived at 10:20 am and did not leave until 2:30 pm. I realize that more people will donate on the weekends, but the center needs staff to serve the donors. S

I have never had an issue here. The entire staff is amazing! Katie, Brandi, Glorie, Jasmine and that is just naming a few. I really couldn't pick a favorite. I always feel a part of the family when I donate. They are all just so kind and sweet.

My experience here was AMAZING. I was helped by such a kind and beautiful soul Shamese and she guided me through everything so efficiently. All of the staff was kind and helpful, but Shamese stood out above the rest and really enhanced the experience for me. 5 stars definitely deserved.

I typically have a great experience. Brandie takes great care of me and I always look forward to being in her bay. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star review is because lately management hasn't disseminated workload to move the process faster. Not enough workers on the floor which can delay getting the process started/finish the donation. It gets inconvenient when you only have a certain amount of time allotted before going back to work. Sometimes the delay is from workers taking a very long time to get

Shaunya is the best. Makes the experience much more enjoyable

This facility is clean with positive workers. Even though at times it's busy, I've never had an issue with the employees serving me. It's also a pleasant environment to be in.

Shaunya and Jackie are very patient. They are pleasant and are always courteous when I visit. Employees like her is what keeps me coming back. I enjoy their positive energy and I get to give back so its a win! Win!

Staff is great and the facility is really nice and comfortable. They play geat music and are attentive. They rake ensures that im comfortable and arm to have great work relationships from their interaction with coworkers. I drive an hour and a half to donate there and they make it very worth it. Very nice facility

Started going for first time on 10/3, went for 2nd one on 10/6 all for them to tell me I can't come back for 2 weeks but everytime I call you have to leave a VM and no one returns your call. They say earn $800 go 2x week in a time limit of 6 weeks and well you get screwed out of getting that $800 basically. Not happy at all that I honestly went to just donate and to find out they pay you which was just a bonus and now after 2x they canceled all my future appointments I had set up for next 2 weeks.

Everyone there is so nice and they always do everything they can to make sure your visit goes as smoothly as possible!

It seems severely understaffed for the amount of times they get unbelievably busy. I'm usually here for about 2?-3? hours. Needless to say its awful

Management has run this facility into the ground! Seven available sections, only two open with 40 people waiting to be seated, 15 people waiting for vitals. Your business model is clearly trash; hire more workers or close!

With my first experience, it was a bad experience. Service was extremely slow, the employees dont have a positive attitude. I had a appointnent at 7am and i didnt get started on my transfusion until 10:30am. After i was finished around 11:45 am i then had to sit in the chair with the needle in ny arm for another 27 minutes until they decided to take the needle out.

I really enjoyed my donation experience at BioLife, way more than CSL. No one wants to feel stressed out going to donate blood? No offense of course, but BioLife is just more professional IMO. Cleaner too, and you don't feel like everyone is staring at you. It's just a better overall atmosphere. I appreciated the warm welcome from Dawn at the front and the great energy and politeness from Tamika the nurse. I'll definitely be back soon!

James very friendly and made my donation process very comfortable

After scheduling appointments(twice) 2nd day trying to give plasma. 1hr wait to even be seated. Plenty of people working. Yesterday I waited 45min before leaving. only to watch several people leave for lunch break while 20+ people were waiting in line. On Mondays they open at 11. Why were people leaving for lunch when not even being open for 2hrs. The nurses are definitely working as quickly as possible. This leaves me to blame poor management. This should not take almost 3hrs of our time. Please find a sol

BioLife in Warner Robins does a fantastic job in how they treat their donor patients! They are particularly aware of their time commitment and making sure they have a good experience. I appreciate Brandie and the other employees friendly interactions with me in my time donating there

Very friendly, very professional, once you go for a while the employees are more like family.

I made all my appointment around 6-7 am and would not be in the chair until after 9. Extremely slow so either make sure your day is free or go somewhere else. They don't pick up the phone either, always short staffed. Not worth it if you can find another place.

That Antonio is something special!!! He's really going places in life

Over half of the employees there care more about carrying on social conversations than actually tending to the people that's donating the plasma.

I can't justify waiting this long on anything, even when you are paying me. And I don't mean waiting while they're taking my plasma, I mean waiting just to get to a bed to donate. Plus on top of the hours of waiting, they don't provide chairs. You have to stand there the entire time prior to getting to a donation bed. I understand that they are probably low in staff because everywhere is but don't open up that amount of appointments if you can't keep up. There were literally 19 people waiting for a bed in f

Brandy is the best thing to ever happen to biolife, really looking forward to her one day being the center manager and biolife will flourish in the way it used to and hopefully in ways it never has. Now, I want to recognize some to the techs that really make the experience enjoyable. Glo really lives up to her name and she is a light that will brighten your day and will make you look forward to your donation days. Lauren really knows what she's doing and provides an accurate and relatively painless stick. T

My first 2 visit were very difficult and a little nerve wracking and had a little trouble hitting my vein. But my third time today was so easy and stress free, seranina and nijee made my donation so comfortable and pain free I can't wait to go back. Ty serania

My appointment was at 8:30am so I arrived at 8:20am and got my vitals checked right away. Then I get in the bed line and there was about 40 people in front of me. They only had 2 sections open and I heard someone say they had other people there but they had them in the back unloading a truck so I waited until 10:20am and the line never moved so I just left. The past few months I've waited for 6 hours each time. Waiting that long is ridiculous.

Payment system is a joke. You never will get paid what you were promised because of the bank they used. My bank account were handled by someone out of the country. Holds are placed on your bank account after one use of your bank card. They blame it on the merchant when it is bank. Bank customer service is piss poor because of hang up on the phone when you proven them to be lying. CLS is better. Avoid Bio and sunrise bank out of Orlando, Florida at all cost!!!!

Brandie is awesome! It's clear that she cares deeply about her customers and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Brandie to anyone looking for outstanding service. She is a true professional

I don't know what has happened here but the wait times have changed drastically! I waited 4 hours because the line was so long. The past few times I have gone in I decided to just leave because the lines were even longer up to 40 people. I'm not sure what's going on? it wasn't always like this. But that type of wait is way to long even with getting paid

Great place! Katie Tanner was awesome! She made me feel welcomed and relaxed! Great workers like her make giving a pleasure.

I've been telling myself for months to leave a bad review and I just kept giving this place and the sorry employees chance after chance but I've finally had enough. If it's not your employees goofing around, not paying attention to you, being rude, lying about your blood pressure so that you can't donate, and many many other issues your going to almost always wait in a line for over an hour. When you first start donating they tell you the whole donation takes 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours but that never happens. I?

This was one of a my first times donating plasma and to be completely honest, I was nervous beyond measure. Khalia was the woman that stuck me and you know what? They just simply do not make them like her anymore. She's so kind and talked to me about anything and everything. Never made it weird no awkward silences. Just 2 confident ladies enjoying each other?s company. Not only that but she was ALLLLL over the place helping people. Beyond customer service I can tell she's important and probably a pillar at

She was soooo sweet and friendly, she was soooo enjoyable to talk with. I love talking to her because she always keeps a smile on her face. Which is good to see. We need more people like her that knows how to talk to people.????? For her

They are very clean and very organized I love the fact that I'm helping someone?s life especially having people near me that are in need of plasma to live , the staff is very professional and well trained but the con to all this the wait time I literally scheduled an appointment for 11:50 am and now it is 1:10 pm and I still haven't been seated and there are three people in front of me . I would love to say the lack of staff but who really knows hope they work on they booking and time management

Every time I visited everyone was so nice, helpful, and patient with me my first time. Shanya is a very pleasant person to be around and she made me feel comfortable

I went to biolife for the first time and I was somewhat nervous. I just wanted to say nice things about Delana. She set my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable. She was also very kind and made me feel very welcome.

Jackie was my screener and she did great! She was quick and efficient. Lauren set me up for donation, and again, was quick and efficient. Both were friendly and gentle.

Today was my first time here and donating and the staff were so straight forward, friendly, informative, & quick that I barely even realized that I was there for 3 hours. Shout out to everyone who helped me, I didn't get all of there names but the front desk receptionist, lynn, the lady who pricked my finger, the lady who treated my veins, adailia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Katie. Awesome staff and they work well as a team!! I never do google reviews but I felt I had to give them one for sure! Keep i

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is amazing and so caring and I really love the sense of humor that the employees have. Continue to soar at what you do! On the other hand, the wait time to donate is horrible. There are times where you have to wait in line over an hour to get vitals and donate. I think that it needs to be a better system when it comes to the lines getting backed up. The staff is always amazing, I just get disgusted with the long wait times.
