I was so satisfied with my experience at BioLife. The staff are very professional, educated on their role, kind, and so friendly the moment you walk in the door. The machines are quick as well so you're not sitting there for hours. They have great phlebotomist?s too!! I absolutely love going there.

I went today the first time for me there is very nice people and the nurse she's named Leticia. She helped me a lot. She's very nice girl and she have a lot of experience.

Very slow. I donated twice last week and was there for over 2 hours both times. Computer system wouldn't allow me to login so I had to wait in line at the front desk and it took a really long time to get someone to help out. 1st time approx 45 mins until my plasma draw started. Front desk is very slow. Nurse station is slow as well. Today I had an appointment for 3:20pm, and I was there right on time, and the computer wouldn't allow me to login, so I went to the front desk again, and they said you need to s

Sometimes they move a little slow, but they don't have a lot of staff on hand, it seems. Someone will get to you eventually. Payment usually takes around 15-20 minutes after donation to appear in app. I have good veins, and I've only had one slightly uncomfortable poke in 11 donations. I highly recommend taking advantage of the first month bonus in its entirety as the payment is halved after that first month. Overall, biolife is a good place to make extra money on the side and contribute to society in a mea

Just want to take a moment to say the staff at Warren are wonderful. I have been going there the last few weeks. Everyone I've add contact with have been very pleasant. I have not had any issues regarding the blood draw procedure. Nothing negative to say about any of the staff, however Lela's the best??

The staff here today were awesome. Got in and out in about an hour and a half. Emily connected me to the machine and her poke was virtually painless. Had a great experience. Thank you!

This was my first time coming here to donate. The process went so much better than I had anticipated! Everyone was so friendly. And they were very efficient. I knew my first appointment would be a bit longer. I was out within 2 hours! I can't wait to continue donating and helping people while earning extra money! Ronnie was amazing and super nice as well!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Very clean very neat. I was a new donor yesterday and the check-in process was very simple. Everything in the beginning from the blood pressure to the finger prick was all very simple. Did a great job explaining that to me. And then I got Al to do my physical. Honestly, just based on the Google reviews with his name, I was excited when I realized who he was. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. It made the experience very Comforting. When I was d

I spent my whole life avoiding this places like the black plague. I believe that tampering with blood is a dark practice. But if you have sell your soul, BioLife will make the process simple and painless. A star for every aspect of the place. Walk in friendly, cleanliness, speed, support, informative. My first time was an exhilarating experience. Thanks BioLife, tho I still don't like donating my blood, I like the fact that you took your time to ensure that I would be ok.

The 4 month check in is a joke. Waited at least 5 minutes to "see" the nurse. While I could've been in line already. Instead, all she said was that I'm getting an extra vile of blood drawn for it to be tested. ALL WHILE 4 PEOPLE go in front of me in line. At the end of my donation, I was waiting 15 minutes before someone even helped me take my needle out of my arm. The man was nice and QUICK. The women just take their time and chat around. Yall are lucky I need money or else I would never come back here.

Best BioLife location. Staff is friendly, skilled, respectful of your time, and seem happy to be there. Large facility with lots of donation stations to accommodate donors. Staff went the extra mile to make sure my donation was successful and smooth. Will be using this location going forward.

Right when I walked in I noticed how clean and friendly the staff was. I went for my first time and everyone was so nice helping me and guiding me through the process. Nurse Al is the best! He did such a good job explaining everything and I even noticed that he knew people by their names. That may seem small but speaks volume of his character. I'm looking forward to returning and referring people to this location. Nurse Al and staff great job!

This building is very clean and the staff is excellent especially Devon, she is absolutely amazing. I tend to have high a pulse but when she sees me coming up to her line she talks to me and calms me down and tells me not to look at the machine because it's just working up my anxiety and Everytime I see her I pass. Plus she is really good with getting the needle in the first time without having to twist and turn it while it's on your arm. Keep up the amazing work Devon, you rock.

Sometimes it can go smoothly but most of the time they go too slow and then have a backed up line. I had an appointment for 9 and was sitting down by 9:10 and didn't get the needle in until after 9:30. It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to get started after I'm already sitting down. I've been to 4 different plasma centers in my time and this is the only one that works super slow. The workers are just standing there. Some people time out their day base on their appointments schedule. Or walk out if it's

Quick and easy I wasn't in here as long as I thought I would be and they have it so you can see when your done donating on the side of the Machine And they pay more I like this place so much better then CSL!!

I returned to the Warren Michigan location after almost a year of not donating. They told me since I was a return donor that I would be paid 150 for the first donation and then regular donation rates apply. Well I only received 50 dollars for the first donation and when I asked the manager why that was she told me that noone entered a coupon for a return donor so basically I'm screwed out of the return donor promotion. What has me upset is the lied to my face telling me I was getting a different amount. Tha

Very satisfied! It wasn't crazy busy luckily, and the staff approached me when I looked like I needed assistance (which I did a couple times). I was a returning patient from about 3 years ago so I needed a new physical and expected the whole process with the donation itself to take about 4 hours, but I was out in just under 2 hours from the time my appointment was scheduled until the time I walked out the door.

NOT FOLLOWING REGULATIONS AND RISK PATIENTS CONTRACTING DISEASES!!!! The process wasn't bad and the staff in the front was great. Their phlebotomist is where I have HUGE issues. The fact that I watched her remove and insert needles amongst multiple patients even removing and replacing equipment on the machine.I was amazed none of her patients said anything. I was the only one in the area with a different phlebotomist that I watched remove and replace her gloves when touching me otherwise, I would have lef

It was my first time donating Plasma I was very nervous inside. The staff here was very professional and helpful! I felt great afterwards and I will be back soon.

The building is super clean and the Entire staff is awesome. I love this center the best of the 3 I have been to. Karen, and Ermani are my favorite 2 at the clinic..I would HIGHLY recommend this center!! ???? Gary Lee Jones..

The 3 time ever donation from here was a very bad one, I had the needle move they said and blood started coming out of my arm, so they put the needle in my other arm and after a few seconds my arm starting bubbling up and left me with 2 big bruises on both of my arms and I've never had a problem like that ever before. Very scary so I won't be doing any donations again.

Everyone here is friendly and professional. The nurse Al was wonderful. He explained everything in a way to understand manner. I am happy I found BioLife.

Nahya was awesome. Always a good experience here. But she made today the best. The best stick, the fastest donation, the cleanest pull. Just a fantastic trip today thanks to her.

The first thing I will say about this location is it appears quite clean. I have been donating here now for about 4 months. One of the things I have learned is depending on the day and time you go you may encounter some lines. That being said I have noticed that in the last month or so they seem to be short-staffed and at times quite badly. I have seen 15 to 20 people in line to get checked in with only one technician doing the check-in process. Most of the people that work there are very friendly and I can

BioLife will turn you away make sure you don't let them know about any bills or any electricity make sure that you own your home and it is a suitable home because they will turn you away if you live on the street as well trying to come in and make money whether you're healthy or not they need you to be in a residential home Not only was I turned away but they also labeled my house in the computers for all other plasma places that my house is a halfway house and this is not true it is not a halfway house it

Kyra and Hailey were very professional andmade my first visit fast and painless. The rest of the staff were also very professional. Clean facility and fast machines. Thank you everyone!! I'll definitely be back.

This place is rediculous. 1100 cc's is way to much. I just came back only to find out because I'm 6'5 265 they can now take 1100 cc's of plasma. Other places take 1000 cc's and that is too much and now 1100. Every time 1000 was taken I felt weak later that night. The only reason people are here is because everything is so expensive now and people need this money to live.

I'm actually really disappointed and upset how the ?new? thing now is to go by your height& weights that's how much plasma you got to give I feel like it just be more money? just like if we give you less plasma you would pay less other than that the people and working there are amazing & hard working ??

BioLife is ok and have upgraded a few things but overall there payments are not where it is at along with the fact of once you have been with them once then you can never leave a take a break for a year or any amount of months and come back as a new donor. You will be considered as a returning donor . For example if you donated with them in 2023 and it's now 2025 you still a returning donor so for that they loose points even with there promotion codes like there doing something special and there not . Octap

My experience with this woman has been truly nice no pain don't even feel the needle going in my arm truly amazing and she's very friendly need more like her . She deserves a raise!!!!

Nurse Al did a very thorough job of explaining the whole process. He left no question unanswered. Very professional and friendly staff.

I was hooked up to a machine where the lines weren't hooked up properly. My plasma & blood got mixed together (3mins after getting the needle in my arm). They couldn't return my blood an deferred me For 8 weeks without telling me. I lost my 1st time donor promotion, now if I come it only 50.00

When I first walked in I was hesitant but Mrs. Deborah the manager was very nice and welcoming with a beautiful smile. After registering I meet with nurse Al he was great he made me feel comfortable with donating an answered all my questions. My tech in aqua can't remember the young lady name was good didn't hurt. Overall the process was fairly quick I was only on the machine 30 minutes. I'll recommend this establishment to anyone looking to donate plasma.

In a world full of Karen?s you should be more like this Karen. Without specifics my last six months have been incredibly challenging and Karen?s ability to deal with donors and be just an all around great human was very welcomed. Karen, keep being awesome and thank you for changing the energy of my day in a big way.

This was my 1st time donation with my physical. The intake woman was very professional & kind. She explained everything that was going to happen clearly. While donating the new machines are very fast. All together great experience and I was in & out in less than 2 hours.

Nahya is the best she makes my experience there so much better it doesn't even hurt when she puts the needle in, SHE'S THE BEST

Ronnie is very gentle takes his time and make sure his patients is comfortable.and also sticks very well I did not feel an inch of pain!!

Staffs does not change gives between patients. MS HOLLIS gives you attitude and become very rude if you ask her to change her gloves. She makes rude comments. My appointment today was 815. It is now 9:26 and I'm still not hooked to a machine. Very slow process here. I'm not happy and MS HOLLIS has me thinking about switching to CSL

They staff is really nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and treated me with so much respect.

All of my visits, up until today, have been pleasant. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My heart rate tends to run a little high if I stand too long, and the staff is understanding and allows the 10 minutes to sit, and it comes down to the acceptable pace. Today was my first bad experience here, and the person?s inexperience cost me my opportunity to donate today. She had to stick my fingers twice, and she mashes the pricker into the finger. Even after sitting 10 minutes, both fingers w

This is a very clean facility. The staff are friendly and professional??There is never a long wait time! Highly recommend this facility ??

Miss Piggy who sits on the end in the intake session, needs to use her negative energy on a treadmill ?? Nayha is absolutely wonderful. NY or either KY identifies as he/him, is extremely helpful & goes the extra mile ?????? the nurse Al is cool (all though I think he did too much feeling during the physical examination)

New donors need to make an appointment? Everyone needs an appointment? What's the purpose of appointments? I see 7 people in line to donate ? definitely NOT helping with making the donations smoother so?????

Mariah and Denisha were nice and courteous. Things were explained to me in a clear way. Thank you, BioLife.

Great staff, always friendly. Ronnie is fantastic at his job. Everytime I'm in his area i know I'm in good hands.

Latisha was great today. I usually try and see Miss Holly she's always happy and upbeat and Hali was awesome. Great experience today.

My visit was by far the most pleasant experience. My apologies for not remembering her name, probably because we were connecting so well like we knew each other lol. Yet the phlebotomist with the honey blonde hair is prompt & an overall delight. Then when I thought it couldn't get any better I was introduced to nurse Al who showed that the care & professionalism in this location follows you to each station. He not only was exceptional & thorough with my exam, but provided me with so much needed & useful inf

I like the vibe here. Staff is nice, nurse AL is awesome. Wait can be a bit long, but to me that's to be expected. I will recommend this place to new donors.

Service SUCKS no supervision Lines backed up because workers are just standing around talking. I walked in at 11:43 AM. It was two people in line by the time I got in line at 11:47. The lines were full on both sides from what I noticed it only gets backed up because of the workers not working standing around talking Something needs to happen no way you guys are going by appointments and I'm in the facility for three hours or more. That is unacceptable.

Professional, caring staff! This was my first time donating. The nurses who did my intake, Karen and Al, were helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease when in reality I was nervous. Everyone was pleasant and I felt this process was quick. I really recommend this facility.

Very welcoming tech, but constantly interrupted by her coworker about his life. My pressure was too high to donate, respect, but that person should not be front line when we are giving blood life Some of us are skeptical and nervous. Very happy he had a fun weekend and new neice, but I am donating. I don't need to know all of this while I have a procedure done Also no one wiped down the desk from 1 patient to another .Do better.

Great treatment of first time donors in particular. Best in class reimbursements. Lela was amazing!!!, but everyone is.

Nayah was amazing! Anytime I come for a plasma draw, she greets me with kindness and a smile, which is has become a rarity. I've witnessed her get through all her patients in a 30-45 min time span, which is so impressive. Her goal is efficiency and getting the patient out and back to their busy lives. I also notice her giving assistance to her team whenever she has downtime between assisting her own areas patients as well. Bravo and keep up the fantastic work!

This was the first time I would give this business a 4 rating. But when they are all on it is a wonderful and easy process. Today they were all on.

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! They never return calls EVER!!! They need to train them better to not give the donors hematomas. They try moving the needle too much and make me bleed then decline me to donate because their incompetence. I also have tried multiple times to get in touch with someone to file a complaint about a situation that occurred previously but was never able to get in touch with anyone from this location or by the contact us option on their website.

absolutely everyone I interacted with was courteous and kind on this, my first plasma donation. the only reason it's not five stars is because it really took a while to get through all the steps of the process to the point of donation. I did learn that Tuesday is their busiest day, though, so that may have had something to do with it. overall a good experience!

Love the appointments. Friendly staff! My first visit as a new donor went great!

If they were going any slower they'd be moving backwards. Fingerprint scanners never work. Constantly wasting 20-30 minutes every time I visit with no remedy. 2 hour wait to make $40 is an insult.

One word. Excellence!Every criteria one would use to evaluate the Warren facility would result in a Par non eval Noone comes close in this area I have been a prior client at both other competitor corporate available faclities and I refuse to go to an y other here They cant compete or even close with the staff here MY only sadness is I do not see a corporate recognition for absolute excellence they deserve. posted here This staff here is by far the best in every fashion Per the employees here you ac

The whole staff is A-1. Seriously... I donated because a friend asked me, so she could get a referral bonus. Next thing I know, I'm a regular donator. I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Hollis, Steve, Jimmy, and Ethan. These employees definitely make the donors as well as myself feel at ease with their wit, humor, and kindness. You got a good group of associates at the Warren location.

Awesome crew! From check in to the nurses! Nahya took care of me, she was outstanding!!

It was a pleasure going to this establishment! The staff were wonderful, only downside is the wait time! But my guy nurse AL and I wish I remembered the other lady name, but they're awesome!! Highly recommend!

Horrible place to go ppl Wil smile in yo face tell u half the info u need will have u do a test,do a physical, have u go through a hula hoop to donate then get in the after being their for 2hours plus for u to get told oh u need two ?? vains after coming hour out never will I go to another ...going back to griffols at least America has them

Eboni, Jimmy, and Miss Hollis are great but pretty much everyone else who works here is rude and hates their lives and the donors. I've gotten hematomas twice from donating here because some of the phlebotomists care more about their overinflated egos for some reason than grabbing help because they don't have the skill to do a difficult stick.

I have been donating for a few months at BioLife, one of the many kind individuals there, Latisha has always been so kind and caring when taking care of me. She has been positive and helpful with my questions. Even when the clinic is busy she has treated me with attention and without making me feel like I was a burden. I am very appreciative of all the help she's provided me.

I haven't donated in over a year so I had to get a physical. Nurse Al conducted my physical, he's such a friendly, informative, kind human! Nurse Shannon did such a wonderful job inserting the needle in my vein. I barley felt it, she did it with such ease, that part always gets me nervous. I had a great experience donating plasma today. I would recommend donating plasma at this location! ?????

I've made an appointment here twice now this week to start donating and each time I come in, I'm told there's only one nurse and they cannot take me. My appointments were at 5:15. Any one who came in after me was told no as well, even though they had appointments. I have now wasted my time and gas after work to try and donate here. I even called a good 15 times in a row and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone! I even pressed the option for a manager a couple of times!! Save your time and go to CSL Plamsa. They seem m

Al was amazing! The kindest nurse ive met. The entire staff i met were all great. I got lightheaded and had to stop early but they all made sure i was taken care of with snacks and drinks and that i was good to go before driving home.

My friend went here they totally bruised his whole arm because a member of their staff is obviously not qualified to be using needles we have pics and everything and they didn't care one bit about it I told him to go see a lawyer because this has to be medical malpractice

I would give less if I could. Stay away from here if you're transgender who doesn't participate in disqualifying adult activities. They will discriminate you so hard and turn you away for anything they THINK is disqualifing. My partner tried going here to donate 2 days in a row now and was told each time she didn't eat enough. This morning she had a giant bowl of frosted mini wheats and 2 pieces of toast. All the proper values of a nutritional breakfast and yet the wanna be nurse playing doctor who did her

I have donated plasma on and off for years especially when I am trying to make a little extra $$ when I am in between contract positions. When I tell you this particular staff member at the Detroit location was so rude and frankly as unprofessional as it gets not only towards me but towards another staff member that came in from the Warren location to help out. I was floored. I ended up leaving as I was so offended. She then flagged my account stating I was aggressive and confrontational and I had to be cou

This was a wonderful experience. Nurse Al was so kind and informative. He was able to give information about you, the procedure, and what will happen to your plasma after you donate it. Celeste at the front doing vitals was so sweet and professional. The other ladies up front were very nice and personable too.

not the biggest fan of the room/building itself and they were moving kind of slow but the staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and made me feel at is throughout the experience.

On my last visit of the new donor promotion, the payment reverted back to a standard payment and I never received my last promotional payment. Very disappointing. The staff are relatively professional. There were times I sat with the needle in my arm for 5-10 min before the tech removed it. Once the procedure left a large bruise on my arm, but it was mild. It's good extra money and the Warren location is clean and they keep things moving effectively, so I'll go back if I need extra cash.

Deb the manager was very rude and dismissive to me last week. I told her one of the employees there damaged my vein and she told me no one works there with the features I gave her. She refused to believe me at least 10 times until she finally remembered. They said they reviewed my veins and they were unsuitable but that isn't true. I have a arm I don't ever use and they didn't let me try it. I donate everywhere else with no problems. My vein gets damaged there a lot due to phlebotomist not listening to me t

The staff are great! Unfortunately i wasnt able to donate and would not waste my time again. I followed guidelines of how to prepare to donate. Drove an hour to appt and was informed i did not eat enough, so as directed ran to go eat something . Checked back in and they tested my blood and said i ate too fatty and should have avoided dairy. All things that could have been explained when i booked appt. Wasted my entire morning, staff was great, idiots running the show. I will never come back.

My first time donor experience was great. Everyone was respectful, helpful, informative, friendly and professional.

The pay keeps Goin down and the plasma amount went up I'm saving lives out here and you people don't take care of your donors like you should everything has gone up out here but plasma donation fees

The care and attention from the staff were excellent throughout the entire visit. The nursing staff as a whole were kind, skilled and aware of your needs and of any questions I needed clarification on. After the questionnaire and Iron/Protein test I saw Al for my physical and he was just amazing. Very nice guy with a good attitude. He's calm and collected as well as respectful and attentive throughout the exam making sure all my worries were put to the wind. Would highly recommending coming to see if donati

I have had fairly good experiences donating plasma at this center. I do think they need more staff at busier times though. At one time, they had a nurse running back and forth from the front to helping the people donating. She was so nice and polite though. I dont think it was fair to her, how distressing to not have enough staff. Everyone is just so professional and friendly here.

I'm never donating there again. Signed up on September 11th, have tried donating 4 times, and have only been able to donate 2 out of 4 times due to BS. The first time they turned me away was due to my pulse being "too high". Keep in mind this is after trying to read the machines after 5 times, my arms hurt and I was frustrated by the time they even settled on anything. Never bothered to try manually checking to make sure it was even accurate. The next time I was turned away, some blood level was "too high"

Good money but very very slow staff are slow the line is crazy long you can be in line for a hour then the machine that you donate off is slow very just don't come here if you have to work or something important to do be ready to be here for hours terrible do better or upgrade your equipment in hire more people

100/10 for the staff alone! I started coming to BioLife in September of 2023, after never donating plasma before. Being kinda nervous because I didn't know the whole process, everything was professional, informative, kind, and very welcoming. The employees here seriously have to be the nicest people I've met. They never stop moving, and theyre super attentive. Huge thank you to Hali for always answering my questions, and making you feel relaxed and comfortable while donating. Cannot say enough good things a

Everything went smooth, efficiently, and pleasantly. It nice to choose an appointment time, and be in/out within ~ 60 minutes ~ most days

Hali was the best , deserves a gold star.

This place is absolutely amazing ?. Always great service friendly staff and speedy quick visits ??

Haley was great and very nice to work with. Thank you

Wanted to make some extra money for a vacation. $850 for 8 visits with the promotion. Al is awesome and I can see why the review sections are flooded with his name. Pretty smooth process, about an hour of your time and the only side effects I've gotten are minor fatigue later in the day. Make sure you eat and stay hydrated. The initial visit will take a couple hours for the screening process and physical but all consecutive visits are about an hour maximum. Really convenient for those looking to make some e
