I feel bad for the employees. There are several really nice ones but they are clearly understaffed and overworked. I was able to observe quite a lot since my first time donor appointment was at 2:30 pm and didn't finish donating until 8:20 pm. I arrived at 2:20 pm. I was shocked at the behavior coming from the other donors. People were clearly pissed off and trying to vent to the whole room and anyone who would listen. The phlebotomists looked exhausted and were moaning and groaning around 7:30 pm. The GM,

Very clean. Pretty quick but have difficulty with the debit card charging me a fee for each withdrawal even though it is supposed to be free. Been very difficult to address so far. But otherwise most employees are nice and helpful. Some of them behave as if someone put lemon juice in their cereal each morning though.

Dominic is one of the most uncaring and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. He has no business dealing with people. My bandage after donating bled through and it went into the port if my phone. I was trying to keep it from running in deeper into my phone, but he didn't care. He took my phone and turned it upside down which felt very intentional due to the hateful tone he had...if he didn't want to help me, he should have let someone else. It is not a cheap phone. He could have handled the w

Love a lot of the staff here! It's always clean and they are quick! I want to shout out Michael his communication and attentiveness was really good! And also Brittany she was very caring and patient! Definitely recommend this location over others!

Place is clean, staff is nice but sometimes they have you waiting about 20min until they stick you. But I never had any issues with them. The old Hispanic lady that takes your vitals is amazing and super nice.

Appointments are pretty pointless since you have 25 people waiting in line for vitals. Then the employees not changing gloves after dealing with donors getting punctured or cleaned up blood. Seriously watch how they almost never change out the gloves. It's almost as if they make them pay for the gloves. Do better.

Never answer the phone or respond to messages that are left on the voicemail. Tried calling several times before my appt and was never called back resulting in two wasted trips up to this facility. Had they called back I could have also inquired whether children are able to sit while donating, which they are not. Smh. This is so disappointing. Every other location has been so much better than this one.

So rude! If I could give it zero stars and still write a review, I would. Overall, I will not come back. Sure, it's clean and they seem to be organized but they don't actually care about new donors - they don't care about people who drive people to the center and won't let you stay with the person you drove. They push you around like cattle or the military - long lines and red tape; hurry up and wait. If you have hours to waste or need the money - do it, this is probably a fine place?but don't expect any co

I have been donating here for about six months and the staff is always professional, attentive, and this location is very clean. Michael and Rachel were excellent today and got me in and out fast! Very kind staff.

I wasn't going to this place to get money. I was going just thinking I was doing something good. During the initial exam they were made aware that I had a yearly exam and gave blood. They said that I might not be able to donate because of this. I told them to find out because if that's the case then I don't want to waste anymore time here. She then bluntly replied, "no". I was trying to really move forward with this and donated, but didn't want to waste several hours on the first visit and not be able to do

Nice place and people but nurse pulled me out of line (I was the first in line) to ask me a question. Literally I had finished my questionnaire over 15 minutes prior. Question was quick but unfortunately put me in line behind people that were behind me. She could have at least put me back at the front of line. But like I said staff were friendly.

I went to BioLife, asked a person working there a simple question and got yelled at like I was a fool for going to donate blood in the first place. If you don't like your job or dislike dealing with people, then why are you in customer service to begin with? I was very disappointed ??so please do better BioLife at 4400 crosstimbers, people go there to help out and get help but you benefit financially way more than the donors! Please respect us, thank you ??

I was required to get medical clearance from my doctor, which is fine, but my doctor sent my clearance and it has now been a week with no word from the staff. Any time I call, no one answers the phone?.anytime I leave a message, no call back. All I want to find out is if I was medically cleared or not.

Great overall experience, fastest plasma center I've been to. I appreciate Ziri for prioritizing my comfort(taking a more difficult stick to avoid painful scar tissue), and also having a very inviting and personable attitude. Also, I've also noticed a lot of improvement in her technique over the time I've been coming here. Overall great staff and management.

Make it easier to use the app scheduling the appointments. Also the rewards program is great but to have to get 1200 points just for $5 dollars is inappropriate in my opinion cause that's a lot of work and donations to just be rewarded $5. But other than that it truly is a great place to go.

This was my first time going there but what a terrible first impression I was given. I waited five hours before getting seen because nobody was doing anything. The workers who screen you, would take from new donors or previous donors one at a time and then go immediately to the back room. All the while letting people wait at the door. There was only one guy checking on all the people who would walk in while simultaneously screening people so the screening process took longer. Terribly unorganized system. Do

The Webster location has some of the most friendly staff I have ever met! From the vital intake to the donation areas, Brittany, Mike and Michael, Dom, ?Dee?, Ron, Taylor, Jameson, Ziree, Magic?seriously, I would name every single person there, but too many to name! lol However, after reading some of the other reviews- I will say there is ALWAYS an anticipated wait for anything in the medical field- this is no exception. Plan your day accordingly and the wait is not all that terrible (especially when you ha

There will be a wait and that comes with the territory. Only complaint is after first donation the app will let you book an appointment before your blood work comes back which resulted in a wasted trip with toll road fees. Would recommend to fix that for new donors. Another possible fix would be to limit the number of people who can sign up for a certain time to manage waiting time. Make sure to hydrate and eat before you go, was turned away first time I tried due to this. First time donation is a challeng

While most of the staff working at the BioLife closest to me are very friendly and kind, the operation is run incredibly inefficiently. Rarely is the center properly staffed to get donors in and out the door within 1.5-2 hours (even when the actual donation only takes 30-40 min!). Additionally, the bathrooms are frequently without soap (3 times in the past 2 weeks), without toilet paper, etc. You'd think someplace like this would adhere to stricter sanitation.

I was doing my usual donation. This is only my third time ever at this facility. It all started off normal, you know drinking plenty of water the night before, eating a big meal an hour before my appointment, doing vitals, etc. When I get in my chair, and the phlebotomist stuck me she only went in at an angle, I've donated before and never had anyone go in at a diagonal for reference I have very big veins and a very easy stick. I felt a burn that I never felt before, but never said anything because i figure

If you have time to waste come here. 1. No one can give you the amount you can expect to be paid if you are a "lapse donor" 2. Your appointment time will not be honored I was on time, pointed to go sit on some chairs on the wall. After waiting I ask the front desk who I was waiting for and they say to be screened. Almost 20 minutes after my appointment time I was called by a lady who was clearly annoyed. I asked her about payment and she says the nurses will have determine that. I explain I'm going to have

I go to this place all the time! Well, when I can. I'm a small guy, and get about $40 every visit, but you can visit every 2 days and it's good money if you need money. I go really early to try to avoid the line, but I've found there's no real consistency for how busy is it per day or per time. Everyone is friendly and does their best to keep the line moving. I've never had a problem with the process here, but I've also got good, visible veins so that may be why. They also have good deals and coupons on the

I been donate for 20 years I never experience they don't answer phone not professional at all I wish I never came here they don't pay I been calling all day and got up this morning start call I drove 22 miles I counted maybe 10 car in parking lot I just want make my 700 dollars get the he'll out of here

Made an appointment for 9:10. Didn't get checked in until 9:40. I feel bad for the clinicians because they are clearly understaffed and overworked. There is poor communication every step of the way. Its 11:40 and they haven't started my physical...Bring snacks, water and a jacket.

I felt trepidation before I started donating but have become comfortable with it over time. This facility is very organized and handles the process very well. During my recent visit, I was in Miss Jordan's station, and her professionalism and welcoming attitude made my experience pleasant. Thank you for the worry free donations.

Staff is awesome! They take the time to explain and/or answer any questions. I really enjoy my dashboard on the app. It illustrates how many people I have positively impacted through my donation.

I don't have many issues with the facility. I do have a few but they are minor. That being said I don't plan on going back they keep reducing the pay. They just lowered twice in two months. It's not worth the wait or drive with them lowering pay. So my plasma will no longer be used to help anyone. This place response to my review on donor compensation is there are factors that determine the compensation. Bullsh@t their response for another review about long lines and waits is because of high demand for pla

Professional compared to other places. What I like the most is the appointment. I wish we could sign in on a mobile app

The past three times I've been there all I hear and see is this young girl name Takira. She's talking about other coworkers to coworkers. When she looks at me It's written all over her face, She don't wanna be there like I'm an inconvenience.

3/11/23: My experience was great, I am already register with Biolife but decided to try this new location. The place wasnt too pack and everything was clean. It was a smooth donation with no problem. Plenty of parking space outside. I would definately recommend and come here again. Please Follow, Like and Share for more #JayTrueRatings

Been going here for over a year now and never had a bad experience. Getting started with the plasma journey was a bit of a task but it's worth the effort. Never met an unkind worker, they are very thorough and just want to get through the day like everyone else. The wait time for donation fluctuate but again, it's worth the wait to have the money in my account directly after donating. And of course it's always nice to know that I'm helping someone who needs plasma while I'm getting compensated. I've been to

Amazing patient care! I had a reaction due to not eating well and not hydrating enough. My tech Kellie was soooo helpful in calming me down and maintain control of the situation. Heather also made sure I was okay before leaving. I felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for all you do! God bless you ladies!

The phones here might as well just not exist. Good luck getting an answer. I've called 12 times in the last 2 days and have gotten no answer.

Kaylyn was Great. Very Professional and on point. Made it much more relaxing on my visit .. Wish everyone was as kind

Other than a few, they aren't really friendly and you can tell they don't care. Very unprofessional open conversation. How hard is it to smile, have warm tone and say hello, goodbye etc.?

My experience here was GREAT I had Camila as my phlebotomist and she was very quick and was a very painless procedure i didn't even feel it unlike other phlebotomist I've had at this center but overall a great experience and not too much time consuming as I thought!

It's only my second time coming here to donate today. For the most part the experience is pleasant however one of the screeners here taking vitals in booth 6 is clearly having a horrible day. He's talking dry to donors and showing no love for what he does for a living. Other than him the experience has been nice. Hopefully the next time I'm here he'll be in a better mood

They are quick, helpful, friendly and the place is spotless, Plenty of beds. Great place to donate plasma! Unfortunately, getting the doctor to take the time to look at a SPE test is frustrating. A test according to the web that should take 2 weeks... I had the test taken 12/29/24... IT'S 01/28/25!!! I know that doctors get busy, but this is taking my money to pay bills away and I'm wasting money going back and forth to see if I can donate plasma. I would call, but they won't answer the phone, they don't te

If I could give this place a half star I would! This has got to be the worst location! It is UNORGANIZED!! This will be my first and last time here, usually I'm in and out under an hour at the most of it's packed 2 hours but my God I was here for over hours!!! Due to getting told to get into wrong lines and waiting there for ever then finding out that I'm in the wrong line, absolutely ridiculous. Then once I finally make it to chair they tell me ?oh there were some more questions to answer? so then I had to

The staff is very compassionate and friendly. My experience was very comforting and I will definitely return. Aqua section is THE BEST!!!

People aren't properly trained here. Go to a different location. It's been a disaster every single time I've donated at the Webster location. They have torn up both arms each time I've gone. I stopped going after twice a week for 6 weeks. I kept thinking it would get better.

Well, my tech was the youngest man who worked there and was very helpful and informative.

Good to see staff helping each other out. Shout out to Michael. Good phlebotomist and good customer service. Thank you.

This has been a very easy process. Everyone is always so kind and it's a good feeling to know I'm helping others while also helping myself financially.

My experience at the webster location was amazing very very nice people there and they don't look down on you everyone was very sweet and caring

?My experience at BioLife was incredibly disappointing. Even though I had an appointment, I ended up waiting almost 4 hours before I could even start donating plasma. There's a line for everything: first, a line for the screen; then another line to get your vitals checked; and finally, yet another line just to sit down and start donating. While my intention was to donate out of goodwill and not solely for the incentive, the process was so slow and frustrating that it made me question why they even bother sc

The first time I went in there was okay it took about almost 20 minutes with someone to talk to me when I was the first time the owner just even start the process and then the second time I went in there they bruised up my vein so bad I can barely move my arm and it's not even healing at all

Nice staff but the phlebotomists need allot more training. Every single time I come here it's a bad experience. Every time I'm stuck it needs to be adjusted by a different employee. During multiple donations I observe that they are constantly missing sticks causing them to have to use the other arm. The amount of people that walk out of this building with two arm wraps from having to get stuck twice because of this staff is mind blowing. Gave this place like 5 chances and I'm happy to say I will not be retu

I had Michael v. He's the best. He's very professional. He stuck me perfectly. And he's also handsome ?? ask for him you won't regret it.

I've been donating plasma for over 6 months, and every time I visit, Zamaria impresses me. She's always fast, efficient, and manages to poke me without me even feeling it?every single time! Her professionalism is unmatched, and she handles her section with ease while also helping out in other areas when needed. Her ability to balance it all while providing excellent care makes each visit a positive experience. Highly recommend her service and care. Donating can be scary at first but with Zamaria, I've never

Some days are better than others and today was great. She was so good I never felt the needle go in. She deserves a steak dinner. I've been donating for a couple years and most times it goes smoothly. Overall I'm happy with this clinic

My first time donating was a pleasant experience! It was a busy Saturday but the staff still treated me with great care and were working as fast as they could. Shoutout to nurses Linda and Heather who helped me and gave genuine care after my donation ?recovering? period. Also my technician Camilla was so sweet and explained everything i needed to know very well. Overall, the staff here seems to care for the donors as well as for each other. I know all workplaces have their issues, but this place gives the v

Once again I was turned down for donation. I've tried 4 times all different reasons. I feel as if they're lying to me ??

Robin and Camila are the best!!!! Needle didn't hurt and we spend the time talking and laughing. They definitely made the time go by fast. Everyone is very nice and make you feel comfortable but Camila and Robin are the cherry on top

I was really excited about going. I made an appointment and I showed up for the appointment about 5 minutes every staff member that I encountered was pretty rude they all acted like they were doing everybody their a favor. Personally I think I was treated like a freaking jerk and my time was not respected. You might have a good compensation but not when you have to wait all damn day. I was there for 2 hours and I still hadn't done the physical or even started giving plasma yet so I left. Hopefully I can fin

Ms. Arecia was very nice and polite and acknowledged me by my name when doing my vitals wished me a good day afterwards her professionalism was excellent, Taylor was also very nice and asked if I needed anything to let her know, Adriana is also very attentive amd also very professional, Ashley however needs to retrain on her customer service skills her facial expressions are the worst I don't feel comfortable with her services at all but overall i love this center (Webster location) most staff personnal and

The staff was very friendly and polite. Even though I cam in the evening close to close , but I did have an appointment . No walk-ins here.

The phlebotomist with an accent and dirty blonde hair moves too slow!!! I'm here as I write this! I've been sitting in the bed over 20mins waiting on her to get started!!! Unbelievable!

I've only been donating for a month, but each visit has been the same great customer service and wonderful cleanliness. The staff is very personable and address any concerns. Some no donations take much longer then others, it just depends hope many people are trying to donate at one time. The longest visit was 2 hrs and the shortest 45 minutes.

Everybody there is great and helpful. They always make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.

Edit: 12/19/24 Today was my last day donating at BioLife Plasma. Still stand behind the 1 star review. 1. Issue -Total time to donate, 962ml(changes every time) 3hr 10m, not... worth... It... Also, after your promotional period, you'll get a third of what they offer you for the week for the first donation then that other two thirds the second time, or somewhere around there. Tactic to secure your second donation to make it worth it. Took 1hr 20m just to get started today, low staff, from the looks of it

I had a really great experience for my first donation staff were kind and helpful. And did their best to get me in and out as fast as reasonably possible. When I show up for my second appointment I am told that their computers are down so I couldn't donate. Then I get an email 4 hours later that I should reschedule my appointment because the computers are down? real helpful. I now show up for my second appointment again and there's absurdly long lines. This was the same way the first time I was here. How do

The entire concept of this facility is to help people, however it doesn't seem like they're helping their own, their workers, their lifelines. Happy Workers = Happy Environment yet it seems this facility is setting them up for failure. This BioLife is lacking an advocate for their workers, and I'm not even 100% there's one for the patients (Most medical establishments have that information in clear view or at the front desk for patients to refer to). I missed an appointment in the morning, I was late by mo

There are several great ppl here who are amazing! Arecia (iffy on spelling) is great at her job with vitals. The lady with long brown hair & bangs is good at sticking. They keep it clean & communicate. I had a few reactions & each time felt like they took care of it correctly and quickly. I do wish they opened earlier.

The quality of this place has gone down significantly since they first opened. The staff turn owner rate has been high. This newer group doesn't have the care or personalities like they used to. You can tell they're overworked and that they do not enjoy their jobs. I've been several times recently where I have my machine has problems and been ignored by both phlebotomist and management staff.

Super clean, I always have a smooth experience from start to finish ?? thank you !!! Suni,Alejandro(Diego),Mari, Thabet you guys are Awesome ??????????

Ok place to go, except when the tech mess up and leave your arm like this ?????? more experience tech for first time donors would be great. And staff didn't even care about what happened and here's the results. Having to deal with a lot of pain and this awful bruise because of unprofessional and untrained staff.

I've stopped going here due to the inconsistency in compensation. My compensation has decreased FOUR times over the last few months. At least with the other centers there is a consistent payout.

Mowieshawtta is very awesome she always goes up and Beyond to make everyone?s visit very nice I like this place because of her. Samaria is really nice and very good at get you in and out very good service. Robin was really busy and she went out of her way to make sure all diners were well taken care off she is very sweethearts person. I just want to Say on the intake side Mrs. Tiki has the most Delightful, personality and refreshing attitude . One of the sweetest ladies you could ever meet. I'm very glad

It's clean, The staff are nice and professional, The only issue I have is they don't have enough staff so unless you get an early morning appointment it takes forever because apparently they hey schedule appointments based on how many beds they have not the amount of staff scheduled to work and a few of the staff can put the needle in but then have to call someone else to come actually hit the vein which I can't figure out why. Also wish they had like some sore of bench seating along the walls that you're w

Giving at this location in Webster is Awesome. All staff is great they are patient kind and listen to your every need making you comfortable. Arecia. Michael. Kelly. Taylor. Fabalina. Are All kind easy to work with and don't hurt with needle. When ever someone has a bad reaction heather and her team are there. Just love coming here

The ?screening? line was longer than I anticipated for a 7:00 AM appointment. There were 4 ladies up front going as fast as they could to get the line down, and to get everyone to a bed. Arecia is always super nice, and is very good/efficient at what she does. The section I was sent to must?ve just been opened up because there were 2 others waiting when I got there. I did not catch the nurse?s name, but she was nice as well. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left was around an hour and a half

Waited 2 hours jus to get a physical exam before they take your plasma with nurses only seeing one person at a time but yet there's a so called team of nurses jus for the exam room an all standing around taking about how there weekend went. If I would of known it would take 5 an half hours basically half a day to help my community I'd probably still do it but in a timely manner place that takes pride in there job an doesn't waste people's time by b.s with colleagues an not taken but one person at a time whe

My first time donating plasma and I'm giving them 5 stars. Everyone was professional and helpful. There were ALOT of people in there, so pack your patience.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My physical was done by. Carissa and she was amazing to speak with and made the process super easy. After being educated that donating was not only good for my wallet but my health I'll definitely be putting this into my care routine moving forward!

I'm not gonna lie. The first time there it was a great experience. People were supper nice, very welcoming. The second time I visit, they confirmed my iron was off, I knew why and understood and did a blood test. I was called two days after my blood test and was told my protein and iron was low, nothing major. I just need to come in that day or as soon as possible to be tested again. I said no problem I'll come in on my next off day. I come in today, that said they can't do a test for me. Spoke with a nurse

I've been to 2 locations this far and everyone is the best. If I had a complaint it's that it's *too* popular.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience today and on my last visit but due to today's visit I won't be coming back. I had to get poked in both arms last time so I made sure to tell my phlebotomist in the hopes that she would take that into consideration and take extra precautions when poking me. She missed my vein and had to adjust the needle and dig around in my arm but was able to get. I felt some pain right away and let her know but she said it was because she had to poke me through my bruise from last time. For

I expected to be there a couple hours for my first visit, but I ended up being there for 5 hours yesterday. The whole process was extremely disorganized. I was left sitting and waiting for long periods of time to find out I was not put in the queue For the next step of the process. I had a 230 appointment and got there closer to 2:00, but did not even get started on the process until well after 3 o'clock. I almost walked out several times. The process definitely needs to be worked on to be more time efficie

Adriana is my absolute FAVORITE she is very kind and always greets me with a smile and care! Im always happy to see her when im there to donate. She makes the process feel more comfortable.

Thank you Camilla for doing a great job. I finally found someone that could figure out how to put a needle in my arm without feeling it. Also no more No Flow problem. ****Alisa

This is in regards to the Webster, TX location. I love the people there, but the lines are so slow and most of us need to get in and get out. When I was there yesterday I noticed that so many machines were out of order and not working. I was also told by one of the employees during a previous visit that the reason for the longer and slower visit times is NOT due to being understaffed but because of the machines being out of order. I had to walk out before donating on Sunday 12/15 because it would've had me

Excellent customer service! Made my first time a breeze. Thank you.

I just do not understand why they have a phone if they don't answer it or call you back. For the last year, I have been donating here 2x a week just about every week. Recently, I got called saying that my lab came back abnormal basically, but I missed the call. I called back not even 1 minute after and nobody answered. I called 19 more times that day and not one person answered... I had to actually drive up to the clinic - 20 mins away - to see what the next steps are. I went in the following Wednesday

The nurse system is a joke! If you have appointments, and you know that there are people who are waiting to be seen by a nurse y?all need to have the amount of nurses to satisfy the appointments! I was there for three hours, which two hours was waiting for the nurse, Which is ridiculous for someone who has an appointment. Regardless of the fact that we are getting paid, our time is still valuable, and we are still donating life-saving plasma. BioLife has a terrible reputation of keeping their clients waitin

The Webster location has the team, tunes and experience to make the process almost painless. Thanks for sharing your smiles.

The lines are outrageous, not enough workers. Need snacks or Gatorade foe all clients. It's a all day thing at least 4 to 5 hours and not being a new client. Have a drawing for your clients to skip the line. And major problems, they do not check in clients till there is about 3 to 5 standing and waiting up front. They do not answer any calls coming in on the phone. Sounded a disinatyed person to be receptionist for the front and phones.

It's busy, but the staff is as quick as they can be. Frankie was super sweet and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions.
