This is an outstanding center. The staff are polite competent and always trying to give their best. Katie RN performed my physical expediently and answered all my questions thoroughly, with a bright beautiful smile that would make anyone feel at ease, especially if it was their first time. I would highly recommend donating st this center.

Donating plasma has been a joyful experience. All the technicians are so wonderful and gentle! I am glad there is an opportunity to help save lives through this easy donation process

They're thorough, polite, and the facility is kept very clean. I would?ve given it 5 stars but they gradually decrease the amount you get paid (even if you're donating the same amount with each donation). Note: If you donate bi-weekly, they pay you less for the first donation to give you incentive for coming back to make the second donation. This makes sense to me and seems to be effective. However the decrease in pay over time makes donating less affordable when I factor in my 1 hour drive (there and ba

I had great experiences until today. I had a 15 minite wait in like for vitals which isn't terrible. The reason for the 2 stars is the 45+ minute wait in the chair to get hooked up to the machine. There was no acknowledgement from staff and individuals who arrived after me were being helped first. Just a disappointing experience. The gal who unhooked me was the sweetest so she made the end of this experience better.

I'm so happy I switched to donating at Biolife! All the staff do an amazing job. Very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and make sure your welcomed and appreciated for providing this life saving procedure. I'll be coming back for many years. Thank you!!

Over the last year this place has gone downhill significantly. The cleanliness and overall attitude of staff are not great. I was told there was a change in management and this is the reason. Management appear unhappy and unhealthy so that could very well be a reason. I would recommend the Fargo location first followed by Moorhead.

I've been donating at BioLife Plasma for a couple of years now, and it has been a consistently positive experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, always making me feel welcome and comfortable. This location is less busy compared to others, resulting in shorter wait times and a more relaxed atmosphere. I genuinely enjoy my time here and appreciate the excellent service provided. Highly recommended for anyone considering plasma donation.

I have never had an issue coming here. The staff is courteous and friendly. Landry is one of the best phlebotomists I've encountered, and the rest of the crew is top notch.

I had an amazing experience today at BioLife plasma services of West Fargo lady who pricked my finger was extremely good at what she did and gave me a warm welcome with some nice friendly conversation the lady who put the needle in my arm did OK but I've had better from someone named Taylor. She was there today, and stopped by to check up on me and was really nice and good conversation. In my opinion is the number one that person I have met there so far.

Very quick and professional! Great promotions! Along with saving lives

I've been donating for over a year. Donation time goes fast. The staff is always so friendly and I feel my safety is top priority

I love biolife! The staff are absolutely amazing and they make the environment super friendly! KC and Emily are amazing people and super helpful with everything! Emily has a top tier poke that I never feel so thank you so much for making my experience wonderful and pain free! Y?all are amazing!!

Good + Friendly staff. This review is for Corporate, they changed the donor payout. They currently cut $10/week off the donor payout in order to implement a "rewards" system that you must manually join. The reward??? $5 for every 1250 points or ~7 donations. How's it help their bottom line? This center alone does 1,000-2,000 donations weekly(listed on whiteboards around the center for daily counts), now $4.30 cheaper per donation, at 52 weeks a year they are now paying $250,000-400,000 less per year in

They made me wait a whole hour just to tell me I wasn't able to donate due to being only 3 months postpartum. This was discussed when the appointment was set up. Staff was not friendly and appeared to judge you constantly.

This was the greatest experience I have had so far while making a donation. The staff and procedures were extraordinarily professional. The receptionist and nurse were also very kind and considerate for my first donation. If you've been looking to donate to help the local area or if you are looking for extra pocket money, I highly recommend Biolife in West Fargo.

I've been at Moorhead Grifols many times/years. Great experience.. Moved to W Fgo and set up an appointment for a physical to start donating. Stagg was unorganized at the front desk..The nurse doing the physical was very snobby/rude attitude. Bad day? I don't care. I had a sniffle that I had all my life and she disqualified me. Well I will try again being it would be more convenient then going to Grifols in Moorhead. At least they have NEVER been rude and answer amy and all questions the 3 years I have go

Just do the donation, all staff are kind and helpful..very happy coming here

This sight is constantly screwing up my stab and getting me deffered. I ask for a buddy stick every time and it gets screwed up constantly. I know i can donate ive done it lots of times this is a skill issue of the phlebotimist. There are never any coupons anymore and the point system is insulting.

I have been donating for about 18 months. The facility is always clean and in order. The staff are always friendly and competent. I give them 5 stars.

This is the best place in town to donate plasma! The wait time varies but they do the best they can to get you in and out. I can only say good things about the ENTIRE staff but especially Brandi and Zac. Very professional and friendly. Nice routine place to make extra cash and help someone in need.

Staff is friendly. Pay has become very terrible Getting ready to quit donating.due to the compensation. Wait times have improved but I would imagine that is due to the low compensation that people are not donating any more. No more bonuses like they used to do. They do a rewards program that is terrible as well

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because of a couple employees most of the staff is great and efficient at what they do like Millie, Ivy, Julian and Maddie if I remember their names correctly. Don't get me wrong most of the staff is this way but then you have Rhonda who might be the slowest person I have ever seen it takes her on average the same time other techs get through 2 peoples vitals for her to do 1 persons. Also Chelsea can't multitask at all I've had other reps up front on the phone able to ta

Most of the time... this place is awesome. Great staff, great wait times. However, any time I come in the afternoon to donate plasma, I always end up waiting in line for over an hour. (The line has wrapped around reception and almost at the front door) This is ridiculous. Prioritize your current donors to prevent them from leaving. Reduce the number of appointments so you can meet our quoted time.

I really like the staff that work there. They ask how you are and make everything easy. They also explain how to help you if you are low on protein or if there are other issues with donations. I didn't give it a 5 because the nurse that did my physical was kind of rude and acted like I was bothering her for having an appointment early in the morning. Other than that everything has been great.

The employees were great and the center was efficient. Lots of new people being trained so that is a good sign for additional efficiency.

Shaina was awesome at checkin, friendly, quick and social. Everyone here has been great! Brandi did my stick and it went well, she is communicative and always smiling!

This center is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and they take their time with you without wasting it. It's always clean and you always feel safe. One minor concern is the men's bathroom always seems to run out of paper towel, but it's not enough to take a star away.

The people here are fantastic! The process was quick, the experience was excellent. New donor promo is great!

I recently visited here to donate and had to wait over 40 minutes in the chair before being helped while the employees aimlessly wandered around. I was looked at several times by those working in the section I was in but they continued setting up empty chairs rather than getting my donation started. They were not busy and had plenty of people on staff.

On my like, 6th donation ever they BLEW up my arm with a massive hematoma and I couldn't move it for like 4 days. It looks like a car crash bruise. However I understand it's a risk and I really appreciated all the concern and care I received. The nurse was very kind. Every experience up until then was flawless albeit the inexperience.

Been to this location twice both times not a great experience. Extremely slow... Moorhead is much better imo. Update 10/27/20; 6 deep in line when i walked in the door and only 3 on vitals. You need to hire more staff or close your time slots down. Customers don't have 45 minutes to wait to even get checked in than about 1 hour+ to donate. Very frustrating when you have a scheduled time you drive from work and it's nowhere near the time you get in. Fix the issue its not hard or you will start to lose

Great location! Staff is super friendly and most of the time I am in and out in less than 90 minutes. Very well run canter compared to others.

I have been donating at BioLife on and off for 9 years, and the wait times have never been worse. They are severely understaffed yet do nothing about the number of appointments they take. There have been multiple times that I am standing in a line of 20 people, yet there is just one staff member poking fingers. Then after all that, often you have to wait in line again to get to a bed. Then when you get to the bed, you wait another 15 or 20 minutes for someone to stick you. It is ridiculous. Don't come here

The staff at this location are really the best. I enjoy seeing everyone every week. In particular Ivy, Quinn, and Jorge (sp?). They always make time to have a little chat further than just being polite. I highly recommend choosing this location for your donation.

The people at the West Fargo Biolife Center are magnificent! Everyone is always so kind. Whether it is Lexi, Rachel, Tiffany or Sam, the technicians are eager to chat and to smile and to make your experience a welcoming one. I look forward to my visits there. I never cease to walk away happy and in a good mood! Keep up the terrific work!

Moorhead location: a very new staff member stuck my finger twice directly in the center of my finger (where it's much more sensitive and is sore for days when I play musical instruments) so I asked her to do it more to the side *like every other phlebotomist at all 3 locations in town for the past 10 years have done* (I have over 700 donations) and she reported me for being rude and insulting her in front of co-workers which I would never, ever do! She took a statement and made it a victimizing headline for

First time donating, Colin was obviously very knowledgeable and talked me through everything. Overall good experience.

My experience at biolife West Fargo set the bar so high I don't think I could ever donate at another center. The staff always greets me by NAME when I walk through the door! They truly capture the feeling of being valued as a donor. I can't recommend this center enough! If your going to save the world make this your first stop!!!

I'm satisfied with the service and how they explain everything to you!!

Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Ivy was super helpful on reminding me how the donation process works, and she got the stuff going on the first try, no issues. Looking forward to next visit! : D

I look forward to coming here, it's a very calm atmosphere and very calm, friendly staff. Other than the needle poke everything about it is very relaxing and enjoyable. :) All the PCT'S are very helpful when I have questions.

Very pleasant workers. Great experience!

Worst donation center ever. Horrible service never even let me donate. Set up 3 appointments day after day wouldn't let me donate. So much for "all about saving life" such a lie. Oh yeah don't forget to talk to the amazing doctors after too. If they don't let you donate there advise is to google ways to fix your problems! They are untrained and unfit to be running the center of is rediculous. Wish there was a company that would accept donors.

The facility is clean. The staff is efficient. You can schedule an appointment in about 3 taps in the mobile app. Best part: The staff is always friendly: I get a personal greeting every time I donate!

I have been donating for 16 years at BIO Life. They have always had a hardworking, friendly and caring staff. When you donate on a regular basis, you get to know the staff and they get to know you. Donating is great to do in many ways! aspects

March 19th 2021 Went in and everything went flawless. The Tech did an excellent job. Afterwards, I met with the RN and we had a chat about what happened and she answered all my questions and now I feel much more confident about their service. March 16th 2021 Unfortunately I have to give Biolife a two star rating right now as this makes the second time I've had a bad experience with them in a very short time-frame. My first was on March 12th 2021 on a Friday when I went in. To start the Tech barely put the

Place is a con, they tell you that if you donate so many times in a month you'll earn a bonus. Problem is when It's time for your last donation required, your Iron is conveniently down by 1 point. I'm not the only one this has happened to. I take iron supplements everyday yet it's always too low so I don't get paid. They'll do anything to prevent paying out those bonuses.

I have always had a positive experience here. Emily and the other phlebotomists are very polite and knowledgeable.

It was a great experience all around. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm and clean

The staff is very friendly and were there to answer any questions I had. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly. I would highly recommend Biolife to anyone.

I was not happy the way I was treated by the nurse that did my physical and the regional manger. I went for my physical and they were suppose to have my file from a different location and they didn't. The nurse didn't seem interested in getting the paperwork or going through my tattoos. Finally she agreed to go through my tattoos and write them down. She told me if I forgot to tell her any to let her know right away. I did right away. I went in for my third visit and the regional manger met with me and said

The west fargo location is always clean, all of the staff is professional and friendly.

Chris is amazing. As are all the staff. I love biolife mostly because of the staff. They are friendly, educated, and very helpful. Seriously give Chris a raise! He's there ALL the time! Thanks Chris!!

After being there for 2 hours, the nurse that was going to do my physical was going through my medication list, she got to one she never heard of, and just because SHE never heard of it, I was no longer qualified to donate. It's a med I have been on for years now. And it's NOT a new medication but she goes ?must be a new drug? and marked something on the chart. One of the questions on the questionnaire you take is that you are not to be on any new/experimental medications. So this is what disqualified me. S

Great service. You have a sense of care from the staff as soon as you walk in and throughout the process of donation. I would highly recommend researching this process and giving the opportunity for someone in need to live.

I used to donate at a Biolife in Greenwood Indiana. The West Fargo location impressed me alot compared to my old location. At my old center you never knew if it would take 1 hour or 4 hours. Here it took me 45 minutes.

I've been donating for over a year and usually have a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and kind.

Decent place to earn a bit more since Covid -19. From 280 to almost 500 extra a month, its definitely worth the hour of your time to sit and relax.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Making my experience better. Very convenient and clean location.

BioLife has way too many Hoops to jump through. I'm allowed and have been donating at Talecris Plasma. But not allowed to donate at BioLife for a full year compared to a half a year at Talecris. I highly suggest Talecris Plasma they have better bonuses and not insane Hoops to jump through. Not to mention they gave me someone else's paperwork with their information mixed in with my paperwork give to my doctor. And then called me 2 hours later after I got done donating at Talecris asking if I have the paper

So far since I've became a donor I've had a great experience. I love the app especially to schedule appointments/cancel. It's very convenient.

Drove all the way to the center for them to keep me for half an hour and then tell me I was unable to sign up related to being newly postpartum which was discussed when I called to schedule the appointment.

Severely backed up. Allowing way too many appointments at the same time and understaffed on top of that. Be prepared to spend up to 2 hours for what used to take an hour.

The staff, receptionists and nurses are all great, knowledgeable and friendly. The phlebotomists on the floor are super friendly and great at placing their needles.

Very long lines, two days this week that I have walked out due to long lines. I'm not sure why this is happening. I have been donating for 6 years and this is the worst I have seen it.

Wait times are ridiculous. Could wait in line for 30 mins, then wait to get iv for another 30 mins. Staff is friendly, but the wait times are terrible.

BioLife staff are always kind and professional and make it easy to donate

Everyone is pleasant and very kind. Process takes about an hour, which is what I expected.

Best place in West Fargo to sell your bodily fluids for science and medicine. I can always make more.

They are always so friendly and kind! Brandi was amazing!!

I think her name was sherry or along the lines of that?.she's amazing?

Very friendly and sincere staff. Especially Katya from Ukraine)

There staff are very friendly, but they need to increase the compensation.

Friendly staff! They make the process easy and the location is really convenient.

Great place to donate! The staff is so awesome and friendly!!!

In my experience, it is quick and efficient. Most of the staff are friendly and seem to be will trained.

Rude employees. Doesn't matter how many times you say you don't remember when you got a piercing or tattoo, they disqualify you.

Clean, friendly, fast, and they haven't missed my vein yet. I've had nurses with less iv skills.

Very knowledgeable and kind employees. Kat is the finger poking queen ????

Emily and Taylor had a great attitude today!

If i could give this place zero stars i would , i had asked for an experienced person to poke me because my 1st experience was bad and they gave me someone who missed my vein more than 3 times extremely unhappy

Clean, friendly and professional

Quick donation times most always, staff are friendly and courteous.

Biolife is a petty company they permanently ban you for following policy when your a teenager then act like it's your fault.

The staff is super friendly and makes the experience go smoothly!

Staff is friendly and efficient in helping participants
