These are really nice, good people who listen and are invested in their donors. They say hello to me way more often than I can say hello to them. Their managers are really good people. They care and it shows because they have been there for so many years. Great people and great staff. Compassion.

Incompetent phlebotomist bruised my arm and even after waiting three days there was ?a little yellow? so they wouldn't accept me for donation. 10/10 do not recommend, first time back in years after a bad experience with a phlebotomist here. Do yourself a favor and go to a different center. Edited to add their app wouldn't even let me make another appointment for 4 days because they todays appointment as a donation despite denying me. Weird.

Melissa and Danni are the BEST TECHS. Friendly, professional and efficient. You can't feel their sticks. On spot every time. You will get out of the facility quicker if they stick you.

Danni was by far the best.. very helpful and understanding with me not liking needles.. I was in an out faster than you can smack your mom! Great place to donate and I would recommend new comers or regulars to see Danni! Best of the best.. definition of perfection at its finest!

I definitely give 5 BIG STARS to the night shift team. People friendly & always good energy, I would name a few but honestly the whole night team deserves this shout out ???? including the lab ?? . Today I got taken care of by Jessie and Danni, they always talk to me and laugh with me while they do their jobs efficiently. They've been one of the main reasons I keep coming back!

Biomat is in my opinion the best plasma Center in all of Kern county. All of the employees are knowledgeable and well trained. Even the ones with only a month experience sticking. They have new machines that make the process alot smoother. I'm terrified of needles but They make it extremely easy for me to want to come back im at 27 donations now and it's relatively painless. I've been donating plasma at this place for a couple years now. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They received new machines recently and those help speed up the donating process, which is great time saver. I am able to pay my bills every month and have some extra pocket money while helping people out.

I just recently started coming here and late February but since I have been going it's always been a quick and easy process. Staff very friendly. It's very clean, It's a little cold, beds are really comfortable and it very peaceful for real I literally come here sometime just to get a break from my wife and kids for a little bit Bonus: you get a little compensation ?? for your time.

The reception desk at 6:33 pm on December 15th 2023 told my wife they were happy to not have her back after wasting an hour of her time from an issue that was missed in pre-donation screening. I cannot express this enough it is the LEAST professional experience I have ever listened to. Was accused of smelling like marijuana in the facility. Spoke to management in which he didn't care about the workers accusing people and no repercussions happens to the worker. Was told I made a scene when I spoke out about the incident so other donors know what's going on. Then advised me to go to another donation facility. If I don't like how I'm being treated. I left I'll go to another location so I don't have to deal with the poor staff and management.

Well times are hard right now so I thought about donating. The experience was pretty incredible. The nurses or staff were so nice and genuinely kind. Permanently deferred for trying to switch grifolds center to the one closer to my house. Absolutely no reason to be deferred...lady was very rude and unhinged. Don't give them your business, there are better centers who won't treat donors like trash.

The payment policy needs to be rethought cause donors only getting 10$ when the machine messes up is messed up it's not our fault your machine messed but we get the short end of the stick. Oh and the 1800my plasma number isn't that anymore it's a guys talking number like 1900

Tess and Tanika were great nurses, they got me through the first time donor process quickly and thoroughly. The phlebotomists were sociable and made the experience awesome.

The staff is respectful so far. The service is awesome. Except for one particular person who has been giving trouble Don't know her name but this was the second time she's been rude to me. First, on my first time donation! and second, was today on the 28th of July. I'm not the type to complain but at some point you can't let people act how they want and let them get away with it. I will be calling as well. So, I give it a one star because of that one ride staff member.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this location. I drove across town multiple times to go here and every time (even when my blood met all necessary requirements) they would inevitably just tell me to just come some other time and make excuses as to why they couldn't take my plasma. Staff is Always friendly and the center is clean,they run their center on a tight leash which is great because some of the people who go in obvisously need stern directions. Only downside is with all the newer medical staff I'm constantly coming home with collapsed veins and constant bruises that keep me from being able to donate more often. I walked from my house 40 minutes to their office, spent 2 hours getting all my paperwork done, just for the lady at the last step to accidentally defer me which did not allow me to donate that day. Went in for my second time today and so far it was decent. My first time was good as well. The staff explained everything to me and the steps it took. The first time always takes longer but the second time was quick. I have thin veins and both times the gentlemen hit them on the first try. The first time he dug a little but I'm used to that. I've been coming here for almost a year. Despite being stuck by what seems like a massive needle (lol) the experience has been positive. The staff are very nice and for the most part make the experience calmer for me (double lol). To those complaining about time-honestly-what do you expect? The process takes awhile.

I have been donating plasma here since the beginning of 2021. Not only had this provided a much needed extra income during the pandemic, but I also feel good knowing my plasma is helping those in need. The first donation is pretty long but now each appointment usually takes me about 1:30-2 hours. The staff is always kind and helpful, plus the facility is always clean. I plan on continuing to come twice a week for the near future!

this place is genuinely racist. I'm a POC and waited well over 3 HOURS for my retake physical when others came in for the same and were seen asap. I've never had a worse experience and this is genuinely unacceptable.
