I've been coming here for a while and usually things go smooth ? the staff are cool, the place is clean, and I treat this like a side hustle. But my last visit? Total mess. It took over 2 hours because they were training new people on how to stick. One guy next to me got poked like 4 times and had to leave. When it was my turn, they tried my left arm, but couldn't get the plasma to flow. So they had to switch to my other arm. They got it that time, but left me with a massive bruise. Because of that bruise

I love this place. Not only do they pay you but they have the friendliest staff. Megan, Ethan, Lillian, Linda, Tessa, Dylan, and every other member is just fantastic and so helpful. Every time I come in I can expect them to remember my name, have conversations with all of them and leave with a little bit of monetary to smooth things over haha. If you want to make some money on the side and don't mind a friendly group of people stealing your plasma then this is the place to go!

Grifolfs is a great place to donate plasma! The staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable. Tessa did an excellent job speeding up my physical so that I could get to donating.

I've donated three times so far and I've had an excellent experience! Compared to previous plasma donation experience, I've found that Grifols does things better. The process goes more quickly, the staff are more personable, and the plasmapheresis floor is more warm and cozy. Mari has been great at getting me started and making the process as comfortable as possible. I intend to keep donating here! No resticks yet! ????

I've always had a great experience donating plasma. The staff is amazing at what they do!It's not a complicated or unpleasant process. To me, it feels wonderful knowing I'm donating to people who rely on plasma and getting compensated too.

Woman with a tattoo sleeve, pink gauges, and light red hair was very rude to her colleague and myself while I was trying to check in. I watched her belittle her coworker for needing help at the computer before clapping her hands at me while loudly condescending about my having had to reschedule a previous appointment. This is already a stressful process to undertake and I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling nervous when I go in. This sort of unprofessionalism discourages people from returning.

They get so cheap to where it's barely worth your time coming in. They post how much they pay for the month, then change it. I last got a mailer offering me $80 on my next visit, so I made a reservation, and arrived to a notification telling me they were not honoring the mailers. I immediately walked out. I used to be a regular donor here, and would happily refer folks over. Until earlier this year, when after a physical I was told that I was disqualified from donating as I had a disease that showed up in my lab results that showed I could not only not donate here, but anywhere else EVER. They sent me out the door with a smile, and I was terrified. I went right to my doctor who ran a full panel. I had NO TRACE of that blood disease currently, nor had I EVER in the past. Smooth intro process that is very thorough. Great staff beginning in the front office through the staff that does the hands on. These modern machines have sped up the process from my last donation in Idaho a decade ago.

I have been going to Grifols plasma donation center for 5 months now. The employees are wonderful and care for you as a person. It is a happy work environment and are very good at their jobs. They have experienced a lot of expansion with more people donating every day and have handled it with grace. All the employees are professional and I trust them with the entire donation process.

It's a great (dystopian) idea in theory but. I have no idea why this has so many 5-stars. Theyre consistently late, frequently mess up needle insertion, and even lose files. This place is not running efficiently at all. If you go in for an hour appointment, expect to waste one or two just waiting to even get onto the donation floor.

I have donated plasma and blood before in the past and tried to do it here but they apparently just liked to waste my time because they had me come in and make an appointment. Then I show up the next week for it and they test my veins in under a minute and only one arm is good and then they tell me basically That they can't do it because I need the other arm to have good veins. Something that should have been done when I first walked in instead of wasting my time. And considering I've donated before I didn?
