Really professional people. Thank you! The app and website need some work though. I am unable to login ever or schedule an appointment. It always has something to do with the password. Not even a suggested password from Google is good. It always says password doesn't meet the criteria. Hope that helps to get it straightened out. Thanks again.

It was cool I got a hundred bucks the first time but the app doesn't work to schedule appointments and they don't answer the phone so it's a one-time thing. I put in the ZIP code to find the location on the app and nothing happens it just sits there on the same screen. And then the website has the same circular filling in the fields and nothing happening.

Lady in office is very rude had an appointment but she said oh well not her problem arrived and the looked right at me and ignored me completely then told me to leave and comeback tomorrow after making me wait almost 30 min I will not be coming back. Horrible service. The staff their act like it's a privilege to donate plasma and that I should be honored.

The nurses there are so disrespectful and rude. There's no need to treat people like that. They were complaining about not having doners, it's because y'all are ridiculous to deal with. No one and I mean no one wants to be talked to like that.

These people are the most inept, incompetent, disorganized group i have ever seen. I came the first time and had to have my doctor send in a letter stating that my diabetes was under control without medication. OK, I understand that. But that was a two hour visit. Paper work was sent in, I was approved, and made an appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early, checked in, then sat there for an hour and a half before being told that I would have to review all of the books I reviewed two weeks prior. A. Why

They lie about protein being low so u have to wait two weeks to donate. I've donated for a yr never had a problem. An why would my aunt and my protein be low at same time. Doesn't add up. So I went CSL and they check your protein as soon as u get there. My protein was normal!!

I will not be returning i was supposed to get a bonus for returning didn't receive it after spending nearly 3 hours waiting. This place is a joke and not only that they blew my one vein

GR8 WAY 2 HELP SAVE A LIFE&EARN ?? WHILE U DO IT!A WIN WIN! GO SEE MARK,DARIUS,KIM,RENEE,LENA,TASHA,EMILY,MARIA&Z!!!!! &TELL EM I SENT YA!EARN $100 EACH 4 YOUR 1ST 2 DONATIONS GIVE EM MY NAME (D.MACARTHY)&DONOR #(8921)AS A REFERRAL& I GET $50 AFTER YOUR 2ND DONATION

I will never return here again. First time donating I waited 5 hours but I dealt with that, now last Friday 6/3/22 I went in, and when the lady stuck me the first round of them taking the blood and returning it, when it was returning my arm was burning and it felt off but I didn't look because I can't look at the needle in my arm. My machine went off twice and they came and silenced it without checking me.. I finally decided to look at my arm and my arm where the needle was in was as big as a baseball and I

Christine a ?nurse? there if you can really even call her that, is so rude and lazy I swear she just gets by because of her degree. She doesn't know how to talk to people she isn't thorough at all and she's ignorant. My first time even in there I heard her talking about other donors with donors very inappropriate very unprofessional and very disrespectful.

This place is horrible as all he'll I went in today as a new patient the 2 lady's I dealt with seemed like they hated the Hell out of their job talked to everyone with I'm better than you tones I have a video right now that shows an entire interaction with one of them see they would deny and say it's all false until you have physical proof of their ignorance and mistreatment of customers/ doners i am 41 and I was thee utmost respectful and carried my self in a down to earth humble tone was really just in a

CSL Plasma is more cleaner some of the workers are you not all of them but they arent into nobody's business I never had any problems at CSL plasma in Elyria out b the mall

First of all what's the point in making an appt if they're always 2 hours behind anyways? Staff is unprofessional. Can be heard in main lobby talking about drugs and their donors. Unprofessional topics of conversation also stick their noses where it doesn't belong. I would start going to csl tbh. Jim talks about the donors in a condescending unprofessional manner. The females there stick their noses in the relationships of their donors when it doesn't involve them. Super judgy unclean environment. If I coul

Horrible service, bad management. Your time is worth nothing to them. I had an 8:00am ?appointment? but watched person after person come in and go to the process before me. After waiting over 2 hours without being processed I just left and will never go back. There is always some excuse (lie) they tell you why it's taking so long. Avoid!!

Restrooms are always filthy. After my donation was complete it 15 minutes for someone to disconnect me. Not mention two other people that were done before me who also waited for an extended amount of time to be disconnected. We watched several employees walk pass look at us and keep going. One after another for about 15 to 20 minutes not disconnecting any of us who had been waiting for that extended amount of time. I think management needs to take a close look at how their staff is working to make sure they

Very smooth donation process and more consistent pay compared to other centers. Better phlebotomists than CSL and you don't have to stand in a line. I have only had issues here twice, whereas CSL would give me a bruise at least once a month

Facility is clean. Speed however is NOT their strong point. Employees are more robotic and plodding along than health care professionals. You definitely feel like product and not a person. Probably won't go back after my first 4 at $150. Takes me 45 minutes to get there and average time door to door was over 3 hours. All the next visits are only $50 which means less than $10 an hour.... They need a time reservation system. If I knew I was going right in then I am there.

This is now the 2nd time I was setup by the same person and had this happen. Also the 3rd time I haven't been able to go in for my 2nd donation because last week on Sunday 8 or more beds were open because of certain staff members want to meander instead of working. Leadership skills are lacking with various employees especially new hires working the back. No choice but to self defer myself once again. This isn't worth no $140 a week when they make nigh if not $10,000 per 2 donation per person. High way robb

Clean and friendly for the most part. For a plasma place, they're average speed for the amount of people they have, so don't expect to be in and out in less than an hour or two. They're understaffed and dealing with some rude people going off all the time too. Also, the first time you get your card, the money should already be on it; however anytime after that expect it to take anywhere from 2-24 hours to see that money. So if your going here for the cash, and it's something you need INSTANTLY, don't hold

Smooth somewhat quick process if you go in early right when they open, went as a first time donor i thought id ate more than enough good foods drank enough water during the week to include yesterday in preparation that my veins would be good but it was a no go, i was told id still get compensated just not the $100 id get 50$ for my time since i was there a little over 2hrs before getting to the donation area and here it is 4hrs later and still nothing deposited theyre not open till Tuesday, not impressed, d

This place is a joke. For the record,Im NOT a CSL plasma employee trolling. I stood here for an hour waiting on the receptionist to "Grace us" with her presence. To get in, I had to step over a passed out thug wanna be and two cars billowing weed smoke. To add insult,After waiting for 1.5 hours,I was told no new donors today. I could have slit my wrist, bled into a jar, patched myself up, and found a buyer on the street before these morons even thought to do something. I give 0 out of 5 stars. This place is g

I'm a new donor and tried to donate here afew times. I walked out due to how slow it is. I'm not blaming the staff because they're understaffed. I blame corporate on this yall drop the ball and I bet yall don't care. Half the donor floor don't even have donor machines. Whoever oversee the donation sites you need to be fired asap. Think I'll take my plasma back to CSL plasma.

I've been to a couple plasma and donation centers and Biomat is by far the slowest I've ever been to. Even the higher rates they pay don't make it worth the time. They always say that their employees have called off sick so they never have enough people. Three hours is the "quickest" donation time I've had. Employees in the actual donation area won't even make eye contact with you, much less have a conversation. They should go to CSL for a training session.

Depending on when you get there you can get through fast. Make sure you hydrate and eat before you go. I used to go to CSL in Elyria but felt sick too many times toward the end. Only happened once at this facility and I didn't properly hydrate or eat beforehand.

Slowest donor center in the world. Every time I come in it's 2hrs before you even get stuck. Very few donors today yet it took an hour and a half to get to a bed then a half hour sitting here waiting. It isn't worth the measly $40

I attempted to donate blood 4 times now, without success. Each time, waiting between 2 - 4 hrs. The first time I understood to a point. They had a question on a medication I am taking for weight loss. They could only find it was used as diabetic med. They deferred me until my Dr. could fax over a form stating that my medicine was indeed used for weight loss. The second time I attempted to donate, my BP was registering too high, like 157/104. Upon recheck 15 min later, the diastolic was higher yet. I

I thought CSL was bad but Grifols is chalked full of gossipy, disrespectful, unprofessional, feeble excuses of phlebotomist's. Plus I've witnessed people walk in and successfully donate immediately after doing drugs right outside of the building. Besides that $130 a week when on average net worth for 825ML of plasma is around $5000 makes them look like peculator exploiters. If people want to come keep being immorally robbed to end up with a hematoma from these savage's then please help yourself! I will be c

Alright I came and donated tuesday and got $40 then came back on then came back on the 16th and yall gave me $40 again yall owe me $40 ! Can I have it please thanks I can't come there I was coming all the way from sandusky ......... yall played me or when I come back yall owe me 80 I put a review because yall won't answer the phone

Everyone is nice ...except the bald guy everyone knows. But I'm tired of coming and sitting for a whole shift can we hurry up or get some more ppl working please

Staff are not professional. Very rude and take awhile to process into system. They even googled pics of symptoms to compare yet they are professionals. Well maybe new experienced staff up front and in office and place will be a 5 star.

If you can make it to the Elyria one go there, this one is clean. But you'll be here for 4 hours at the minimum. On a smooth day, 5-6 when they're under staffed. Which is usually.

GREAT place to donate. I made $ 150. Today. Going back in a couple days for $ 150. more. New facility is awesome. Comfortable chairs and friendly staff. I had an enjoyable donation experience.

great experience. new donor went in and donated, got my card and sent away. quick and simple. good staff. get there first thing in the morning or be prepared to wait

Very very poor management whoever owns this company should not have this open it is absolutely ridiculous been trying to call for the past week and no one answers first time I called a lady answers and puts me on hold for 15-20 minutes I hang up try to call back and nobody answered it is very poor managed and should be reported to the better Business bureau.

My experience there was pretty alright I've been there twice the staff is really nice don't get me wrong you do have a couple rude employees one especially up front that does your vitals and stuff can be really rude sometimes doesn't know how too talk too people but other then that I really like this place

Ziona is the absolute Best!! ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? She's so friendly and welcoming?. Thank you

Nice staff and clean facility with reasonable wait time and the pay is very fair if you can donate twice within a week

Very unprofessional! This is the most ghetto donation center I have ever been. They are SLOW and most of them have no clue what they are doing. Easy money though?.

They get paid to talk and waste your time don't come unless you have 3-4 maybe even 5 hours free if you have to work or anything important don't go but overall that's my only major complaint the amount you get paid don't match up to the hours you spend in here

The woman went to check my veins and her hand smelled horrible. Very unclean

Extremely unprofessional and Prejudice ( don't come up here if you were born with a skin condition they will just act like ur contagious) can't even call up there to get in contact with the manager because they don't even Answer the phones.????Anything to avoid hiring people that actually know what there doing and holding people accountable for being extremely unprofessional.

I would not recommend this facility if you are time-constrained.A lot of the employees are extremely rudeAnd they do not follow their own rulesThey allowed people to go ahead of you after you've been waiting for 3 hours

Never had a problem, I be there early in the morning and I be outta there real fast, I've had noticed.

Every time I've been to Grifols they've been very cordial I do like this place and the wait is nowhere near the wait time at CSL

Wish they wouldn't just focus on the new donors. It's a the returning donors should have top priority. Our at least switch it up. Register a new donors then do a returning donor.

Extremely poor customer service I was lied to told they don't do appointments and I've been turned away cause they said there too busy with everyone else like I didn't mind waiting but instead they tell me we can't serve you and when I call all that happens is I get hung up on this is ridiculous and very unprofessional

Worst phlebotomists ive ever encountered. Would not reccomend this facility. They dont require theyre employees to be proficient in phlebotomy

Apparently nobody works here . I've called day after day multiple times, and no one ever answers the phone. Which I find crazy.

Return donors have to sit in the waiting room for hours while new donors get to go right in I dont know how much longer I will be coming here to wait for 3 or 4 hours just to donate I'm getting tired of the neglect they give towards the return donors!

Hours are horrible and they NEVER answer the phone prolly going to switch to CSL

They Are extremely slow the employees do more talking than working . your management does nothing.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Quicker than other places I've been.

Terrible staff, waist of time. They really more people working there and be more faster.

Take forever for no reason! Always a stressful process going to this place!

Wonderful place, Kind people , clean facility and very professional ??

2 hrs and still not checked in only one person checking in people and new donor's only being checked in

Just got the veins in both of my arms blown. And didn't get paid a dime. I will not be returning !!!!

DONT GO HERE THEY ARE DISCIMINATORY UNTRAINED SLOW STAFF IN THE BACK ALSO

Clean place, The staff is excellent.

Very friendly staff very nice and clean ??

Totally worth the time.

I like the people there

Slowest center ever ??????

(Translated by Google) Many times the employees talk a lot and neglect the donors, but outside of that they are friendly and most of the time they don't hurt you when inserting the needle. (Original) Muchas veces los empleados platican, mucho y desatienden a Los donadores, pero fuera de ahi son amables y la mayor parte del tiempo no te lastiman al introducir la abuja
