Really professional people. Thank you! The app and website need some work though. I am unable to login ever or schedule an appointment. It always has something to do with the password. It was cool I got a hundred bucks the first time but the app doesn't work to schedule appointments and they don't answer the phone so it's a one-time thing. I put in the ZIP code to find the location on the app and nothing happens it just sits there on the same screen. And then the website has the same circular filling in the fields and nothing happening.

Lady in office is very rude had an appointment but she said oh well not her problem arrived and the looked right at me and ignored me completely then told me to leave and comeback tomorrow after making me wait almost 30 min I will not be coming back. Horrible service. The staff their act like it's a privilege to donate plasma and that I should be honored.

The nurses there are so disrespectful and rude. There's no need to treat people like that. They were complaining about not having doners, it's because y'all are ridiculous to deal with. No one and I mean no one wants to be talked to like that.

These people are the most inept, incompetent, disorganized group i have ever seen. I came the first time and had to have my doctor send in a letter stating that my diabetes was under control without medication. OK, I understand that. But that was a two hour visit. Paper work was sent in, I was approved, and made an appointment. They lie about protein being low so u have to wait two weeks to donate. I've donated for a yr never had a problem. An why would my aunt and my protein be low at same time. Doesn't add up. So I went CSL and they check your protein as soon as u get there. My protein was normal!!

Horrible service, bad management. Your time is worth nothing to them. I had an 8:00am ?appointment? but watched person after person come in and go to the process before me. After waiting over 2 hours without being processed I just left and will never go back. There is always some excuse (lie) they tell you why it's taking so long. Avoid!!

Restrooms are always filthy. After my donation was complete it 15 minutes for someone to disconnect me. Not mention two other people that were done before me who also waited for an extended amount of time to be disconnected. We watched several employees walk pass look at us and keep going. One after another for about 15 to 20 minutes not disconnecting any of us who had been waiting for that extended amount of time. Very smooth donation process and more consistent pay compared to other centers. Better phlebotomists than CSL and you don't have to stand in a line. I have only had issues here twice, whereas CSL would give me a bruise at least once a month

Facility is clean. Speed however is NOT their strong point. Employees are more robotic and plodding along than health care professionals. You definitely feel like product and not a person. Probably won't go back after my first 4 at $150. Takes me 45 minutes to get there and average time door to door was over 3 hours. All the next visits are only $50 which means less than $10 an hour.... They need a time reservation system. If I knew I was going right in then I am there.

This is now the 2nd time I was setup by the same person and had this happen. Also the 3rd time I haven't been able to go in for my 2nd donation because last week on Sunday 8 or more beds were open because of certain staff members want to meander instead of working. Clean and friendly for the most part. For a plasma place, they're average speed for the amount of people they have, so don't expect to be in and out in less than an hour or two. They're understaffed and dealing with some rude people going off all the time too. Also, the first time you get your card, the money should already be on it; however anytime after that expect it to take anywhere from 2-24 hours to see that money. I'm a new donor and tried to donate here afew times. I walked out due to how slow it is. I'm not blaming the staff because they're understaffed. I blame corporate on this yall drop the ball and I bet yall don't care. Half the donor floor don't even have donor machines. Whoever oversee the donation sites you need to be fired asap. Think I'll take my plasma back to CSL plasma.

I've been to a couple plasma and donation centers and Biomat is by far the slowest I've ever been to. Even the higher rates they pay don't make it worth the time. They always say that their employees have called off sick so they never have enough people. Three hours is the "quickest" donation time I've had. Employees in the actual donation area won't even make eye contact with you, much less have a conversation. They should go to CSL for a training session.

Depending on when you get there you can get through fast. Make sure you hydrate and eat before you go. I used to go to CSL in Elyria but felt sick too many times toward the end. Only happened once at this facility and I didn't properly hydrate or eat beforehand.

Slowest donor center in the world. Every time I come in it's 2hrs before you even get stuck. Very few donors today yet it took an hour and a half to get to a bed then a half hour sitting here waiting. It isn't worth the measly $40

I attempted to donate blood 4 times now, without success. Each time, waiting between 2 - 4 hrs. The first time I understood to a point. They had a question on a medication I am taking for weight loss. They could only find it was used as diabetic med. They deferred me until my Dr. could fax over a form stating that my medicine was indeed used for weight loss. The second time I attempted to donate, my BP was registering too high, like 157/104. Staff are not professional. Very rude and take awhile to process into system. They even googled pics of symptoms to compare yet they are professionals. Well maybe new experienced staff up front and in office and place will be a 5 star.

If you can make it to the Elyria one go there, this one is clean. But you'll be here for 4 hours at the minimum. On a smooth day, 5-6 when they're under staffed. Which is usually.

Very very poor management whoever owns this company should not have this open it is absolutely ridiculous been trying to call for the past week and no one answers first time I called a lady answers and puts me on hold for 15-20 minutes I hang up try to call back and nobody answered it is very poor managed and should be reported to the better Business bureau.

My experience there was pretty alright I've been there twice the staff is really nice don't get me wrong you do have a couple rude employees one especially up front that does your vitals and stuff can be really rude sometimes doesn't know how too talk too people but other then that I really like this place

Very unprofessional! This is the most ghetto donation center I have ever been. They are SLOW and most of them have no clue what they are doing. Easy money though?.

They get paid to talk and waste your time don't come unless you have 3-4 maybe even 5 hours free if you have to work or anything important don't go but overall that's my only major complaint the amount you get paid don't match up to the hours you spend in here

Wish they wouldn't just focus on the new donors. It's a the returning donors should have top priority. Our at least switch it up. Register a new donors then do a returning donor.

Extremely poor customer service I was lied to told they don't do appointments and I've been turned away cause they said there too busy with everyone else like I didn't mind waiting but instead they tell me we can't serve you and when I call all that happens is I get hung up on this is ridiculous and very unprofessional

Apparently nobody works here . I've called day after day multiple times, and no one ever answers the phone. Which I find crazy.

Return donors have to sit in the waiting room for hours while new donors get to go right in I dont know how much longer I will be coming here to wait for 3 or 4 hours just to donate I'm getting tired of the neglect they give towards the return donors!
