The wait is way too long.. I've tried different days, different times, I've even been here at 4am trying to get in first before work... might as well go to work for the measly amount of money they give you.. this place is way understaffed, at most they only have 3 out of the 5 windows processing people in.

Grifols use to have a great staff but now they have a few employees that are rude and looking for an opportunity to turn you away so they don't have to work. This experience has made me never want to donate anywhere ever again. They treat you as if you're beneath them. I donate because my mom was sick and the plasma helped my mom live a little longer, she eventually passed. I wanted to help others the way it helped my mom, But some of your current staff has made me hate trying to donate. It's not all staff

My experiences with you all is wonderful. The facility is really clean. Everyone there is super. The nurses that screen us in the front are so nice all the time. I'm slowly learning their names. The nurses in the back are the same way. Amazing. I feel like a member of a big family. They are so wonderful. Thank you all for helping me help patients who need is. I have a big complaint against Reba the nurse.. same lady who has it n for my husband. On June 28th we had problems. I sent email and a gentleman named Michael had contacted me a few days Later. After our conversation he was supposed to call back to speak to my husband. He never did. Today after 4 months of not going back to this center he decided to go in today. He had everything he needed and once again Reba had to find some reason to not let him donate. Well it was recorded and I'm contacting a lawyer

They have a 10 donation system this month where you get a higher payout on each subsequent donation, but it's literally impossible to actually get to 10 donations. I tried talking to the guy that works up front about it, but he just blew me off in a very rude condescending tone.

I've been going here for a long time and just recently started having problems. Management really needs to start paying attention to that back room because it's turned into a party atmosphere with a stereo playing loud music. I've waited ten and fifteen minutes to get unhooked from the machine. Not only that, but someone was put across from me who waited a half hour to be hooked up. The workers wander around or stand off to the side and gossip instead of paying attention to customers. Everything is fine unl

So much nicer then CSL Plasma, no crowds or loud, ghetto homeless people. Donations are $50/$75 a week, new donors get $100 first 4-5 donations. Clean and organized, the machines are newer, run efficiently, fewer problems, fewer deferrals. Only negative thing I have to say was the ladies room was yucky.

They never have enough people working and they don't know how to work the machines properly. They take their time like they're all on lunch break and argue with each other in front of donors. They skip individuals for others and can't even stay organized. They don't know how to properly stick a needle into people?s arms and have messed up my donating on multiple occasions. I'm here now and have been waiting just to donate for an hour. Find people who wanna work or else close. It's absurd and takes entirely

Gets worse every time I come here. Takes for ever to get screened. Takes for ever to get on a bed, cause they don't want to open other beds. Takes for ever to get needle out. Last time I was here the lady pushed the cart over to me then walked across the room and talks to another employee. This used to be a good place to donate. I was looking at reviews from last year and they were good. Stop apologizing for bad service and do something about it.

The rudest most blood boiling people I've ever met, and this is Mobile ! 6 years military and I have a crater in my arm at 24, I've donated all over mobile since I was 18. The first visit was great, regardless of them being shorthanded they were fairly quick for how busy they were. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Doing my 2nd donation now, and its still a very pleasant environment. Very professional and nice. I'll definitely be recommending this facility to others.

Good at wasting your time. Went there yesterday with a bruise on my arm from them having to adjust the needle and getting restruck in my other arm. They was going to let me donate except my pulse was too high and told me I could come back today. I come back today, just for them to tell me I couldn't donate until the bruise is healed. Lab personnel are rude and disrespectful. I will not be cursed at!!!! So the employees here are very rude and this will be my last time. When you report a problem they find a way to blame you for something.

Don't waste your time. The health regulations and their information line both state that you can donate twice in one week as long as they are 48 hours apart. But what they don't tell you is that the 1st week you go, whatever days you went on that week become set days. Meaning if you donate on Tuesday and Friday the first week, and the next week you show up on Monday (well over the 48 hours from Friday) they won't let you donate. You have to skip a whole week to get a new set of days.

Just went here for the first time, only to be turned away on a claim of not having a good address. The staff told me that I have to have a 6 month to a year lease to donate, only AFTER sitting there for two and a half hours, AND doing more than half of the required paperwork. Been going there for a few years. They need to spend time training the employees on how to properly stick the vein. Only 2 ladies are able to stick me properly. The others have fish around for the vein. I have good veins. June 9th 2023 they butchered my arm. My arm is black and blue. I've been putting a ice pack on it. They are pretty cool up there . The staff is actually trained well..So if you're a question everything type ,they'll answer whatever it is. The facility stays clean and workers are always changing their gloves

1 would be better. If you are Caucasian find somewhere else to donate. When being processed before donating the employees talk to each other not the person they are working with. When you are ready to donate you will be spoken to only if you are not Caucasian. Very rude if you ask a question. Love the hospitality of the staff! They always make sure to make you feel welcome and safe while donating plasma. Just make sure to wear pants and bring a jacket because it can get kinda cold, but other than that, the atmosphere is great!

Horrible place to ever donate ! Wait times are ridiculous Staff is overworked and under paid! Their weight scales are not calibrated and therefore they take too much plasma from you! I left here sick numerous times! I wore braids today, which weigh a few pounds by themselves , they still took over the amount due to my braids! Slow as christmas.....If your not here before they open the doors then prepared to be here all day. Bring a lunch or snack and some water cause there is no snack machine because if you leave after you've signed in you can't donate that fay. It's over crowded and not enough staff to compensate. My first visit took 7 hrs and I came around 2:00. From now on I go as soon as they open and I might be here 3-4 hours. ??????? haven't tried another center yet.

I came in as a new donor. No one was there. No other donors. I signed in and watched the teks play around in their phones with the nurse. I was completely ignored, left after 20 minutes.

Poor service from workers in back, I've been stuck wrong by heavy handed workers who has the needle in wrong causing me severe pain, also the socialize too much from workers are causing a delay of them doing their job. But I really appreciate the excellent service Latona provided me while fixing another workers mistake.

This is place is so dirty and dingy. Walked in and should have immediately walked out but I stuck it out. I did walk out before any procedure was done. It's very small and cramped, everyone was coughing all over each other, and very dim lighting. I walked out after 15 min. No way was I staying

Be nice if they actually answered their phone for anyone. What's the point of having a phone if nobody answers it for patients or other Grifols centers. 2+ hours and no response from anyone there is very unprofessional. Who can I complain to since I obviously can't complain to Mr. Joe since they don't answer phones there?

Friendly Staff, Clean, I like the music , didn't give 5 stars cause of : - compensation could be better, - The squeeze balls to pump , need to be actual balls with some type of resistance . The ones they have now are terrible, look like handles off a wheelchair or walker, with NO resistance.

Great except for the droning on of a boring football game. Miss the music. It always seemed to keep everyone upbeat & positive & time went by quickly. Football? Unless it's the Saints or SEC, boring. Please bring back the music!

This plasma center has a clean and professional environment. The center allow's you to receive a bonus for the donations.the staff is also friendly and we'll trained. I recommend this center because it gives the highest pay out to it's donors. This center is well know in the community for helping it's donors with free giveaways and information on how to receive a extra boost.

I love the workers here. They are kind and my favorite is Tonii,Mary,Jam and Destiny.They are hard workers and no what they are doing. I recommend a raise.And I would also like to suggest taking the first donation up to p $30 or $35.thats why you donors heve decreased. Because we don"t like coming on the first donation for $25.,

They messed my weight up and I had to donate 200 ml extra when brought to there attention and they seen the mistake they act like it not a big thing and they have to look in to it they seen already when they look it up they messed up what there to look in to don't go here the most rudest pll and when u say something that don't care

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. I went on 8.26.22, waited 5 hours just for them to come to me all the sudden and say they couldn't take me because of the way I looked. Do not waste your time here people. Pathetic organization.

Most of the staff is friendly...Donating has help me tremedoulsly. But they workers work diligently to make sure you are seen in a timely manner.... Wouldn't go to another center in Mobile!!!!
