Kat was super helpful to me for my first time donating. She took time to explain everything to me and I never felt rushed or pressured. I had a hard time towards the end of my donation and she was there to stop the session, elevate my feet, give me a Gatorade, and an ice pack. She was very understanding of my anxiety with needles and really helped me through the process. She is the definition of what a great healthcare worker looks like :)

The people are great other then this us the 7th time that I've gone home as I choose the closing appointment and they have failed to put in the paperwork to actually pay me. Yes. The 7th time. They say it's automatic but I've literally watched them enter my information after I complained it didn't happen again. It's a repeated issue. Either a process needs to change or im gonna have to go somewhere else. It does get really annoying to have to keep making these calls.

My first time coming in for A donation in Ogden and my girl KAT treated me so well! She was very kind and we had great conversation the whole time! She took me throughout the whole process and was just all around great. The whole staff was honestly the best and so kind.

A little concerned about my donation today and sure enough there was a few issues. However a needle goddess came to my rescue to adjust the needle. Never have I ever had a better adjustment. Jo you truly are the best!

I come usually at night and the wait isn't too bad! I love the free wifi, donor compensation, friendly staff, and especially being able to help those who need plasma to be healthy. Kayden is amazing and I really appreciate his good attitude and up beat personality. Michael is awesome and perfectly stuck my arm quickly and painlessly as possible.

Quick and easy, but I wasn't able to qualify because you have to have BOTH of your arms have viable veins and I only had one. Luckily, they take your blood pressure first thing (before even taking your ID) and so I didn't end up wasting my time. I'll be back on a better day for sure, the staff and facility seemed really nice, I just wish I knew ahead of time that both arms needed accessible veins, and I would have waited an extra week. This also messes up the next 2.5 hours of my day as my schedule was base

I have a deeply rooted fear of needles, but the staff at this location calmly and comfortingly help you through the plasmaphareses process safely and without issue. There is plenty of time to ask questions as well as back out if you decide that you are unable to donate. Having gone multiple times, I can gladly say that it is a worthwhile thing to do.

I recently switched to the Ogden location from another location because this one is more convenient to me after a move I was worried that the speed and efficiency of the older machines would not be as good as what I was used to at a center that had newer machines but because the staff is very efficient and quick at getting their sticks and disconnects done I am within 5-8 minutes of exactly what I was donating at the other location most of my donations. I been donating here in Ogden for awhile, most of the staff is nice. For the past couple of times the staff is very harsh when taking the needle out of my skin. I have had one staff member stick me twice and both times he has messed up. Yesterday he stuck me wrong and bruised my whole arm. I truly believe that staff members are not trained properly.

She was great and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that would happen!

You can tell the employees are all working their best to be quick and make things comfortable. When they do run behind which isn't to often, (at least when I go) they are very apologetic. I've had very few issues with my donations, and Evie is always so kind and welcoming! If your thinking of starting plasma donation I would definitely recommend this location.

After calling on the phone to donate again after 3 years of not donating I was told what to bring in . I show up and because I have a tattoo where my vein is they turned me away. Mind you they should discuss this on the phone before having someone waste their time in driving there . It's not a fully filled in area it's shaded where you can see skin and clearly see if anything was wrong or I was to get bruising . They said their policies have changed so are they turning away all tattooed people with sleeves

Every time I've been here to donate has been a good experience! Staff has always been great to me even though at some points it's been really busy and takes a minute to do my donation, but I do understand the volume of donors that do come through. Jayson, Genevieve, Preston, Cam, Kat, Kyle, Rico, ridge, Brandon, Erin, Lucy, and Devyn have been very good with donors and these are the ones that are always helpful with everybody that needs assistance and they handle a lot of the work that goes on in this loca

I've donated before at another center, and I enjoyed this process a lot more than at BioLife. Kat was great about making the physical process comfortable and things were smooth. Also, there was no wait which was awesome.

Donation time in the afternoons are longer. It's irritating when multiple staff members congregate in one spot to have non work conversations that can be heard across the center while they ignore multiple alarms going off.

I love donating here because the staff is friendly, the process is so fast with the app, and the pay is good. The hardest part is the parking haha but once you're past that it's golden. I would recommend to anyone looking to make a little extra money, and help save lives.

1st experience donating. Kat was great. Professional, yet personable. Everybody did a fine job and got me through the process expediently.

For the last 6 months or so, lobby wait times have increased to 30-45 minutes making the overall visit 2- 2.75hrs. If this is the duration of time moving forward I will need to consider different facility options. I ended up having to leave while canceling my donation. I sure hope corporate brings back their care of customer time they once use to have. Outside of corporates business practice, the staff is great to be with.

The staff are very respectful and easy going. They are very fast and make it priority to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Not to mention they are all great to socialize with which makes it go by much faster as well. All around the best donation facility I've been to! Definitely earned a five star review. I donated here for years. My physical was due, so at my appt. they checked my veins. I was cleared to donate. As a result of donating for a long time, I have built up scar tissue. This makes it a little harder to stick me, however, there's always a few phlebotomists that can do it with no problem. Unfortunately, my hematocrit was a little low, so I could not donate. Due to my work and bus schedule, I had to cancel a couple appointments. Last week, Rico left me a voicemail. He asked if I needed assistance r

Was a little nervous at first due to my fear of needles but a friend convinced me to donate. Thankfully I had Rico as my phlebotomist who knew everything about the procedure and walked me through it. He also did a phenomenal job sticking me as I barely felt it even though it was a 17 gauge needle. The person who disconnected me Kjerstin, I believe her name was might have misspelled it, was very kind and explained all that I need to do to be ready for my second donation.

I've enjoyed donating with Biomat in many different locations, WA, OR, UT, and ID. This location keeps up with the best. Friendly staff, solid pace, I dont feel like I waste time when I come in.

I go in twice a week most weeks mostly for the compensation haha but also because the employees are so friendly. I have had my pre donation screening done by Evie quite a few times and she has the perfect balance of professionalism and kindness. I will continue to donate at this center as long as I can

This plasma donation center is the best one I've ever been to. I prefer this one over biolife by a long shot. Wonderful staff, quick and friendly experience, really care about you. 10/10 would recommend. Rico and Ali are my two favorite staff members there.

Very friendly location. Been donating for 6 months and any time I mentioned that I was feeling unwell after donations the staff would check in with me and were very courteous. Rico, Brandon, Cameron, Erin, and Kylun are all really amazing and make the entire process more enjoyable.

Absolutely incredible staff, everyone is always so friendly and they explain everything thoroughly. Whenever I have any concerns they are always answered very clearly. The lab people are also super nice, especially Jacobi, she has alway a been super helpful whenever Ive had issues with my cards. All in all a fantastic place to go and make a bit of extra money and help people at the same time, leaving you feeling like you made a difference.

Richard is such a good phleb! I have kind of a tricky vein, and he has been able to get it every time! There is also a girl with long brown hair and glasses and she is great too, I just can't remember her name, maybe Ruby? Not sure. Everyone here is so nice and the environment is clean and friendly, and they move quickly yet prioritize the donors safety and comfort. Can't believe how unpleasant this experience was. I was 10 minutes early for appointment. Checked in. Then waited almost an hour to donate. Then waited another hour to get hooked up. Asked for compensation for have to being there an extra hour & half. Preston manager, said no, probably not. Well that sat unsettled with me. Then my pay took 45 minutes to come to me. It is missing 25.00 I've been coming here for years. Today. Ruined that moment. I will most likely will be going somewhere else

Grifols is a great place to go donate plasma. The best place I have been to so far! Evie has been my screener a bunch of times and she is very good at her job. She is very friendly and gentle with the finger prick!

Not impressed at all with what this place has turned into. I've been coming here for two years(I did take about an 8 month break). Lately wait times are over an hour passed the scheduled wait time just to get screened and stuck, I end up sitting on bed for 30 minutes before anyone bothers to come and get me stuck. I went to my first appointment a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. They have a great system and provide good customer/patient service. Andre did my initial appointment screening and was very professional. Melissa was being cross trained at the front desk and did a fantastic job! Every time I've come to donate, the staff has been super efficient in getting their job done in a timely manner. I'm usually in and out close to an hour and a half and that's including the whole process. The staff is all super nice. Cam and Rico are super friendly screeners that all the donors love. Brooke, Preston, and Presten do some of the best sticks I've had. I have donated off and on for years and don't plan to stop any time soon!

It's been a while since I've donated but just recently came back. The staff has seriously improved in quality and professionalism. All of them are really nice but I believe Cam has been most considerate. I have been having a hard time with my BP and he knew ahead of time to check my BP first. I know it might seem like a small thing but it's that small act of kindness that made it possible to donate. He is super friendly and easy to talk to and I hope you hire more people like him.

I love going to donate and staff is very friendly especially Preston, he is very professional and knows his stuff. I miss seeing his smiling face out on the floor. However there are way to many appointments scheduled during the appointment slots. I was more willing to come twice a week when the appointments were more regulated.

This place has become not good, its became super busy and they are under staffed with screening and in the back. 2 bays are completely full and only 2 workers in a bay is not enough employees especially when 1 is a new employee. Staff is super nice, just need to do something about scheduling enough workers during busy hrs. I was there 2hrs 20 min yeaterday. My appt was at 3:15 and didnt get stuck until 4:15.

My first time experience was very good, but after the 5th donation. It was not a good experience with some of the young staff.

I've been donating here for about 2 years and I've always been happy with my experience there. All of their technicians and medical staff are very professional, courteous, and efficient. If you've ever considered donating plasma, I'm confident they will give you the best first time experience, and continue that level of care on every return visit.

Great place with a great team and helpful management. Update: I had an encounter with someone who was not donating but was just walking by. The management team handled with professionalism and got it handled. I felt very heard and safe while I was on their property.

I went in just a couple days ago and I had the perfect time everything went so smoothly & when I got to my phlebotomist ( Sandra ) she was so great Took care of me got in and got me relaxed didn't even need to freak out about the needle because she was so good about it definitely Sandra was probably The best part of the whole visit definitely coming back and asking for the best! Also after they deposited my money the next day super quick activated my card and everything was super easy!!!!!

I love this Grifols Biomat location!! The staff here are so friendly and work hard to get you in and out in a timely manner. I've been coming here for over 3 years and never have had a bad experience. Ethan J. Is also one of the best phlebotomists they've got! He gets my vein perfect every time! I would trust him any day. My check in time today was 5pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and they checked me in at 5:45. Why do they allow you to schedule an appointment during that time if they know they'll be too busy to handle it?
