I had been donating since December. I informed them I was taking medication for anti-drinking. Got sent to my doctor to fill out the paperwork. Brought the paperwork back (missed a day/pay of work to go to my doctor). When I brought the paperwork in they said regardless I was not allowed to donate. They have a four month waiting period if you are taking anti drinking medication. I have done 42 donations and all my text samples have been good and never flagged. Went here for my first time ever donating, and I can't say enough what a wonderful experience I had with them. I went in very nervous about the whole process since it was my first time donating, but Guadalupe, who did my donation, was amazing. She talked me through the whole process, explained how everything worked, answered all my questions, and helped me feel comfortable. Definitely will be coming back to donate here.

Was recommend by a friend to go to this location. I can say, the staff are very friendly, if you have any questions or concerns they are ready to assist. The process doesn't take long, especially if you make an appointment. By far the best prices in Orange County for payment. I definitely would recommend going if you are ever looking for extra money, same day pay. Definitely would recommend Kyler, especially if you don't really like needles, he very good and makes it super easy.

Joseph at the plasma donation center is friendly, professional, and makes the donation process smooth and comfortable. The most unprofessional and stressful experience I've had at an establishment in at least a decade. I had actually recommended this donation center to my girlfriend, and my cousin who both donated a time or two. I had gone to two other plasma companies months prior each once. I recommend this location because it was much faster process and the website allows for seamless appointment booking. So unhappy with this place. After coming back 2 times because they said i didn't have veins when I had donated a week before them at a different location and they had no problem finding my veins. They bruised me while looking for my veins. They finally said okay then they disqualified me for medication that I'm taking when other plasma centers are okay with. There super strict. I ended up coming to Octaplamsa right after being rejected and they took me right in with no problem finding my veins.

The people taking blood don't know how to do it they bruise you and over tight the turnaquit. They need more training and don't explain things that should explained as a donor.

They tried to scam me. Received an email for a $50 bonus on top of $40 for my donation. I spoke to four people while I was there: Three phlebotomists, and the front desk. Every conversation I had was evasive and non-answers, including "I'll talk to my supervisor". Got home and sure enough, only $40 was sent. I had to straighten it out with a phone call but they're blacklisted.

Love the nurses! They are so sweet and really helpful especially when trying to help you through the exam to calm down!

This facility is the best!!! I can't say enough positive things about the cleanliness, organization and professionalism of the team there! Kyler, Abby and Allison are just a few who keep everything moving smooth in the back while Gina manages the front area and checkin. Lupe is kind, comforting, and delicate while getting hooked up!!! Make sure you ask for Sandy, shes in the back and has a permanent smile on her face.

Wonderful facility. I unfortunately had an adverse reaction (first time), but the staff were so comforting and stayed by my side throughout until all was well. This is a great place to donate. I've been coming here for about a year now, so I'm used to people who don't poke very well and those who are new. This past experience was so nerve wracking to me. Kudos to Melissa!! So I was lied to by an employee and told they didn't do walk ins and you can only go by appointment, weird how then my gf calls and asks, and they say walk ins are fine. So I walk in today before 6 and am suddenly told that on a whim they're deciding to stop taking walk ins. I ask what time I need to be there by to not get cut off. I am told there is no cut off it's just whenever they feel like changing it, to which I replied, that's not helpful at all, which was promptly ignored and she moved onto the next

I've been donating here since 2014. The staff here are the most loveable people you will ever meet. If this place had a reality TV channel, it would be the highest rated. They do that good of a job. Was assaulted here today staff lied to the police claimed I instagated everything denied police the footage and audio to cover themselves from being liable they let anyone off the street donate and then say they are short staffed . Took over 25 minutes to check me in due to short staff demand but once your in the back every way man is back there talking and not doing there job . I have been donating at different biomats for years but this one just hits different. Angie is always wonderful and makes me feel like an old friend and keeps the place running amazingly. Than is great and is skilled at what she does whenever there is someone asking for the best you point them to her. Miriam is wonderful, kind, and great at her job while also being extremely personable even though I don't see her as much as I used to she still greats me with a great smile. Great facility and super friendly staff. I've been donating here for a few years now and am always welcomed with a smile. The process takes me about 1-1.5 hours from start to finish although sometimes a bit longer if they are busy. Compensation for your donation is great and there is always some kind of bonus that allows you to make even more each month.

The many workers at this plasma donation center are always kind, helpful and in good spirits. I continue to donate because I am compensated with a donor fee and because the individuals who make this place run make the process smooth and easy. I will continue to donate here until there is a location even closer to me. Scheduling my appointments is easy using the online form. This was my second visit to this Biomat location. The staff was just as friendly as my first visit! Carla even came by to check on me to make sure I was comfortable. Angie went above and beyond to be quick, but safe when inserting and removing the needle. I get queasy with needles ??. Everyone there is great! If you had to choose a facility to donate plasma, I would definitely recommend going here! HAPPY DONATING ??

Overall a great experience at this place. If there's one thing I can point out, the staff is definitely welcoming and knows what they're doing. There was a guy named Tyler or Kyler, I don't know who trained him, but other places could definitely use a guy with his high caliber. Calm, collected and executes his work with absolute care.

My experience with Biomat Orange was fantastic! From the attentive & careful staff to the clean & peaceful environment. Everything was smooth & efficient. Valerie, Abby, Lindsey, kyle, Mikael (& honestly everyone else) are great here at this Biomat location. Been coming here the past two - three months twice a week and never had a bad experience. Everyone here is knowledgeable and are always caring towards our well-being. And the people working the front desk are also very respectful and give off that positive energy for sure.

This is a good place if you have no other options Let's be real your laying down with a needle in your arm for about an hour pumping your fist half the time so the machine can get good blood flow (not comfortable) worst part after your done they give you $40 if it's your second time during a 7 day period they pay $80 but remember they're puncturing the vain each time usually in the exact same spot and they're sometimes distracted or just not professional. I work a fairly stressful job so I am not kidding when I say that donating plasma twice a week is the most relaxation I get during the week. This place is great. I have been a plasma donor for about 10 years, at about 6-7 centers. After having a nightmare experience at another local center earlier in the day, I came here to donate and I am so happy i did! Overall, let me share that it has been my experience that most plasma donation centers operate in the same way. New donors often take about 3 to 4 hours for the first donation, most of the time is spent waiting.
