I recently started donating Plasma as a way to help others and put a little change in my pocket. Lol. I am so impressed how nice and professional most of the staff is. However there is one employee who really stands out to me. And that is Miss Jade. ? ?? She is so confident , professional and genuine which means a lot. Thank you Jade for shining so bright.

I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt for a couple months but I cannot continue doing so (I was warned and didn't listen so I hope you do). For starters, they are severely understaffed, seemingly by choice as I have asked about a job before and was told they were not hiring). Meanwhile, they expect their phlebotomists to do everything including receptionist duties while the supervisors sit in offices all day long, causing patients to sit and wait long past their appointment to be checked in and also

Poor Staff. Waiting time for new donors is minimum 2 hours even if you've previously donated it's like and hour wait. The staff are miserable. but other than that $125 is pretty worth.

The machine 5 on section D should be taken off that doesn't work it takes for ever to return ul your blood , or they should pay extra for making ppl waste time it took me 2 hrs to get out when I usually take 35 to 40 mins in other machines.??????????????

I donate because it saves lives, point blank. As a person who received lifesaving plasma when my need fell, I always take an hour or 2 every few days to give back to the process that has me still here! Always a smile, and great staff.These people could use a heck of a tax free bonus (hint hint corporate).Help someone help someone else, donate plasma.

Good luck trying to get a job with them. I received a text message for a phone interview and then I get a text that they tried to call me but I missed there call when I never got a phone call in the first place then I texted back and they gave me a number to call. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail I called a few times and I didn't get any calls backs. It's hard to make a decision when you never talked to me in the first place. Worst visit ever?staff is rude always. The supervisor MELISSA FELICIANO is just the worst. She always has an attitude mind you she's a supervisor. I will never refer anyone there nor go back. She also violated HIPAA which I put a complaint about. She looked up one of my family members on Facebook and told someone else that I was donating. Again none of her bsuiness nor anyone else?s. She needs to be written up better yet fired!

Today was my first time ever donating and I must say the staff was amazing all of them were informative,helpful and patient and once I they started drawing blood it took an hour and I was out of there very pleased with my experience

This facility is inefficient, pertaining to scheduling and accommodating "buddy donors" It only makes sense to have people who are driving a distance and are willing to donate together do the process together. Especially if one donor isn't familiar with the process and has anxiety. I am displeased with how unorganized the front desk ladies handle some of the donors while I sat back and monitored how unprofessional and inadequate they are for there specific position. I've been donating here for a little over a month now? I had a friend come in with me the first time I donated but he was unable to for some reason? about two weeks later he went in they asked him to do a body chart paper only. When he went for his physical they asked if someone had referred him so he gave them my name. Instead of giving me the $50 on his second donation they gave him $175 for his first donation! (125 base + my $50 referral).. called in and they said to come talk to somebody about it so the

Clean and professional looking. The staff are a bit unprofessional in most cases. They should show more attention to the donors, they talk to much to each other and about their lives. I had one instance I had a staff member tell me they would be right there to disconnect me, waited on another donor, then took off somewhere. I continued to stay hooked up for 10 more minutes , total of 15, that was discouraging for me. The waiting is insane most times. They're understaffed and and they mess around to much

The facility is a plasma donation center. They follow strict enteric conditions. They usually have a line but it moves pretty fast, you can avoid it by making an appointment. Go to their website to insure you have the info you need or you won't be able to donate. They are open 7 days a week. It's a great way to help others, your plasma donations help make medicine for others so they can live.

This place is a negative zero! If you want to donate and actually help you should definitely not go here! They treat people like they are nothing, they don't pay attention to your needs and God forbid you get stuck by someone who doesn't know how to watch you.

Use to go all the time, but then they change blood pressure machine now I get rejected almost ever time due to high heart rate. When clearly I don't have high heart rate. But nobody listens it's just not worth my time anymore. Staff is great,clean building.

Appeared very clean and well organized. Staff was professional and courteous. First visit took about 3 hours total including a thorough interview and physical screening. Actual plasma extraction process was about 45 minutes. Payment is via prepaid debit card and was received within 15 minutes of leaving.

I strongly recommend donating plasma here as opposed to S 4th and Cherry or out on N 5th Street. I've been donating here since 2005/06 and have seen a lot of people come and go staffing wise but they always do their best to take good care of the donors and most of the staff are awesome ?? They didn't accept a copy or picture of my social or after offering to print me for, they would not print out my W2 form. I drove 45 minutes there and back to get my social security card. After returning, they alert me I am not eligible anyways because I have gotten a piercing in the last year. DO NOT recommend!!!! Wasted my entire day.

Place is trash. Crack heads all over the facility asking for money and staff is trash as well. They are too busy gossiping instead of taking care of donors.

Was banned from donating plasma because they said I tested positive for Hep C. Went to doctors office and confirmed it was a false positive, but im still banned. EDIT: I was contacted and they confirmed their second test was also negative but it doesn't matter still banned. Punished for their mistake. Donate at your own risk here.

Majority of the staff is on edge with very much a negative attitude when asked questions pertaining to services rendered at the facility, called about 3 times to inquire about general questions and every time I speak to someone at the reception desk they just seem miserable. Like they could care less if you come in or not or if their very basic information relayed will even answer your questions. My gf went down to stay in Reading for a time but because her ID still says the old address (she was going to use the money for the change) they told her no. Meanwhile i have seen people from Florida and NYC just walk in and be accepted.

This place is horrible. I called before I came to donate and asked every possible question I could to make sure I qualified. I even said on the phone I moscarried a baby and when I get there they tell me to come back in six months because I couldn't donate since I was recently pregnant. Why wouldn't you tell me that on the phone before I drive over 45 minutes to get to you! Wasted my gas and my day.

They are so good and friendly staff and respectful they do a good job at pointing u with the needles they are fast paced even when they are extremely busy

Rude disrespectful and careless, your better off going to another donation center, I believe csl plasma is 5 minutes away by car. Anywhere is better then these intelligent tools. But hey it's your arms and your life, consider yourself warned.

They lied about my status claiming i was IV User... They fault me & accuse me then defer me for life and also cause me unable to donating at another Phasma Centers thru out the whole world ...... Untrue statements...that hinder my character being.... Hurting me financially.... .

The staff is always rude the first time coming they said I need my social then turned me away the second time I brought it I was told I don't need it,the gentleman preforming the physical was polite and Curtious although the women at the front desk were rude as were the technicians who hooked me up to the machine to donate 0/10 would not recommend if you live in reading just go to 5th street worth it

They shouldn't get any stars but to post I had to. They violated the HIPAA LAW and employee there is going through diners chats and leek it out. I made a complaint and nothing was done they are standing by their employee. Time to step up my game which I did complaint filed with the Attorney General Office, maim office and ADA.

I feel very comfortable donating my plasma at this Grifols Biomat location. The facility is clean, the staff are very nice and informative. Would definitely this place recommend to anyone who would like to donate!!!

Terrible place...basically can't go there anymore because of my profession in construction they told me all my cuts from work had to heal before I could donate again...yeand that's not gonna happen when I work Monday thru Thursday ten hour days and only have Friday and Saturday to go so no time to heal...ridiculous they can judge people like that
