I really recommend to go to CRT Plasma. ALL the staff/nurses at the clinic/donation center at Escondido are super nice, super friendly, respectful and professional. They treat you extremely well and make the whole process very pleasant. They create a great atmosphere. The clinic/donation center is super clean. They also provide free transportation from San Ysidro office /customer service center to the donation clinic and Fridays are the best day to go at San Ysidro office because they do your scanning/check

Poorly trained staff caused hematoma on my bicep. Manager accepted no responsibility or apology. Was only reminded of paperwork signed in the beginning which keeps them from being liable of anything. Very unprofessional and poorly trained. Do Not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at the CRT plasma center located in El Cajon, California. I felt like I was discriminated against by the nurses practitioner and I told the manager but I believe he didn't do anything about it. CSL Plasma has been sued multiple times for discrimination, including for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and for gender identity discrimination. Place is a total joke. Pay is $50 then $70 for the second donation. Took a 4 month break and came back for them to tell me I have to be treated like a new donor and sit there for 3+ hours and still only get $50 instead of the new donor bonus. Absolutely hilarious, I laughed at their faces. Also telling me to remove my sunglasses before I go into the plasma area is NOT within your rights to do so. Just disgusting. Go to Grifols and get paid $100.

I enjoy CRT. Although I lack comparisons, the process is smooth. The staff are friendly, and there's an opportunity to earn money. It has helped me bring in extra income, for which I am grateful.

Lady with redhead speaks Spanish. Wiggled the needle when she tried pulling the needle out. It struck a little pain? They always strike the needle in too deep. And they keep having to adjust it. This was my third time. My first time it was pain full but not as bad as it was now.

Don't come in even 30 minutes before closing if you're unlucky enough to get there after the San Ysidro bus gets there you will have to wait behind literally 100 Mexicans and you will then be berated by the staff for "coming in last minute" if you're white black or really anything other then Hispanic you should avoid this place as there's clear segregation issues in this workplace.

I'm a regular here. Like so regular I know most of the staff by name at this point. I have no complaints and love this place alot. They fixed the AC issue so i'm just updating my review. The wait times are short compared to other places and it's very clean and the staff is nice. They are very welcoming, especially once they see you regularly. The current payout is 50 for the first donation and 70 for the second for those of you wondering.

Been here 6 times. 6 times I've been turned away for various reasons. I was told during my previous visit that I would be able to be squeezed in if I was to show up at 4pm. I showed up today at 4 and was turned away again making this the 6th waste of time and gas with this place. Terrible. I've donated at other organizations in the past and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I went in for my second donation when the lady stuck the need too deep into my arm, causing immense pain and swelling during the red blood cell return.
