I had a mixed experience at CSL Plasma. Champagne was really nice professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable during the process. Unfortunately, there was a Mexican girl with a nose ring who was extremely rude and refused to provide service without giving a clear reason. Her attitude was uncalled for and made the whole situation frustrating. It's disappointing when one person?s behavior stands out so negatively, especially when others like Champagne are doing a great job.
Decent place but it takes forever to get things done. People hooked up to machines for long periods of time. Most employees focus on getting knew people in when there are numerous people still on the machine. On top of that the conversations and personal jokes when they know they are backed up makes no sense. It feels like they don't prioritize nor do they have any organization or protocol. They try to wing things which leads to bad reviews like this one
I have mixed feelings. Their new donor/bonus pay is $90 only for the first two visits (most are 8) but they were close by. And they sent an offer for a $50 bonus last month, which they made good on. But then they emailed a $15 bonus the other day, which felt like an insult. The other positive thing I can say is their machines are pretty fast, I'm usually done in 30 minutes.
No one ever answers the phones, I've called 5 times on three different days. All I had were some general questions about being a new donor. After stumbling upon all the google reviews, this place is definitely a red flag. ??
I am writing on behalf of my wife to express our deep concern and disappointment regarding the severe bruising she experienced after her recent plasma donation at your facility. It has now been almost 10 days since her donation, and she is still dealing with significant discomfort and visible bruising, which her doctor has identified as a possible hematoma. Immediately after the donation, she noticed the bruising, which has since grown in size. The day she returned home from donating, she fainted due to sig
I had a deeply upsetting experience at CSL Plasma. I came in with the intention to donate and support their cause, but I was met with hostility and exclusion that felt racially motivated. Despite meeting all requirements, I was denied the opportunity to donate without clear or valid explanation. The staff?s attitude and the way I was treated made it painfully clear that I was not welcome. Discrimination of any kind should have no place in organizations that claim to serve the public. I'm sharing this exper
They police you on odor even if you're a patient (cannabis) it must suck working under strict policy?s. But the chemicals they use to clean also cause side effects. I better freshen up or get counseling. FOH!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at CSL Plasma. After donating plasma, I developed severe bruising and significant pain in my arm, which has lasted for over a week. The bruising is extensive, and I still have difficulty moving my arm. Despite reaching out to the center for assistance, I never received a callback or any follow-up. The lack of care and concern for donors is unacceptable. This situation has caused me a great deal of discomfort and worry, and I am seriously questioning whet
Terrible experience Coming in another patient relayed he was assisted incorrectly previously leaving him bruised for two months before being cleared. Thought nothing of this until a separate patient came in had his IV leaking blood for minutes before being noticed. They said my first 5 visits would be $85 each visit on my second I've received $47. When I previously was assisted by the nurse who?ve I've Been required to see both times with blood pulled both times yet I was only ever explains my base payout t
They change their hours whenever they feel like it. 2 days in a row I show up to donate, only to see a paper on the door saying they changed their hours for that day. I tried to call ahead to make sure they are open, but as usual, they dont answer. Horribly inconsistent and a waste of my time and gas. It's a nice place to donate, but I'm over it. I will find somewhere else to go
What I can say in my experience is that it has been a pleasant and a smooth process, the staff was nice and helpful that put my mind at ease. In the past at a totally different plasma place I nearly passed out a few times but that was due to me not doing my part by eating a healthy diet, staying well hydrated and staying away from greasy foods, caffeine and alcohol. so make sure to research, and take the steps to prepare your body so it will be a smooth process, And you should be fine. Also don't be afraid
Shitty service from the beginning to end, zero urgency, the bonus ends, but it is in fine print, so you miss it, no band aids after sticking your finger, consistent saline shortage.
So as much as i would love to give this place a 5 smh...they do not answer the phones when they tell you to call for any help. An employee gave a whole other donor my vitals and social security number and she still works there and they take forever and the employees ar slow!!! Dont risk it yalll im still waiting ro be re cleared bynsome imaginary doctor for their mistakes
If you love sitting with needle In Your arm 30 mins after done then by all means come here
If I could give this place no stars I would the security here just harass people and thinks it's okay and the works do nothing about it fix that
Better than octa pharma But usually it takes a while to get unhooked
Ty for the phone call I appreciate it What a great staff Ty to Natalie and the hard work that they all are doing Thank you to all the fantastic@ professionals at the plasma center Also Ty to Ryan excellent management Ty every trip donating at this location is class act of people Very professional I have in the past several other plasma companies Another fantastic experience at CSL Bring your family Over 18 You will be helping many lices None can compare to CSL Now it's December This is such a well run
Very clean, new equipment, everything works as it should but most of all, almost zero lag on the kiosk! Huge plus!! As for the staff, after three visits I haven't seen anyone miss a beat. They are all knowledgeable and confident as they approach their work and it is very apparent that this staff is well trained. Along with their skill, knowledge and preparedness everyone on staff brings a great personality to the table. Everyone has been very happy, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks for making me feel
The staff is extremely professional and nice. The site is spotless and kept sanitized. I gave it 3 stars because it's always a 2.5-3hr process. My last visit I had to wait 30 minutes just to get disconnected from the machine it was ridiculous. The female assisting me told me several times I was next and she was constantly distracted chit chatting with other staff or clients. My first visit was 4hrs. No one ever explained to me that you can do the questionare on the app to not have to wait for kiosk, no one
I absolutely love this place and am SO happy I switched over to CSL. Not only is this place clean and beautiful but the staff is top notch. They are the kindest, most attentive group of employees, always asking if I'm ok and always with a smile. Also, these brand new chairs are so comfortable and plasma machines are so very quick. 5 stars for CSL!
I have donated at CSL locations across 5 different states now and I am sad to say out of all of them this location has given me the most issues. First off they have told myself and my husband different things every time we come in. One minute we can donate and the next we can't. I was told my protein is low and I needed to do a sample for testing and to call them for the results. I have not tried calling them for over a week almost daily and never once have they picked up the phone. There's no excuse for
This is a new place from my understanding, only been open about two months or so. It's cool, their machines look a little weird but get the job done. Staff is cool thus far. Not very crowded, they're new once again. Only $500 for first 5 donates within 30 days. Then $50 and $65 per week (two donations). I donate plasma there.
This is a new donation center that is has not got their business plan figured out. Wait lines are long because there are not enough employees to check people in, and they have a limited number of machines for donation which severely increases wait times. My suggestion, wait a few more months for this place to get more machines and reduce wait times. - I waited over 2 hours in line before I even got into the chair for donation. (Extremely long wait)
Just because i went outside to get some fresh air to hopefully lower my blood pressure or whatever they straight up denied to continue my visit... yeah i got there like 10min before closing but I traveled a long way the lady told me that i can do a retest but NOBODY told me i couldnt leave the building! Thats ef'd up!!
Normally very easy. Simple 45 minute in and out. Unfortunately today, Janay just shoved the needle into my lower bicep and after multiple adjustments and pain for almost two hours, I was out of there. I will go back but wanted to warn people. If you are the name tag Janay, ask for someone else. This was an exception to the facilities typically professionalism.
The people here are really nice and helpful, the location is clean and new. This is a good place to give back, and get some extra/flexible income. I read that if you donate 1200 times you successfully treat a dialisis patient for life. These types of quantifiers motivate me a lot for some reason. High hopes for this place making an impact.
Ziann should be a manager! The whole staff is so attentive! Overly caring , they made sure I had a successful and safe donation! Brand new machines & very clean beds. If I could come 4 times a week I would , I love the people here.
My experience with CSL Plasma has been okay not bad at all I would recommend this place to anyone that I know
I worked service industry for 12 years and I was impressed with the quality of customer service. The staff is very approachable and helpful. The facility is brand new and super clean. I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Called them online yesterday asking if I could bring in a picture of my SSN instead of the actual card, the guy said yes multiple times when I asked for confirmation over the phone. Went in and burned 90 minutes just to be told I needed the physical card, exact opposite of what I heard yesterday.
CSL plasma us super painless fast and convenient ..The team and workers our very nice and supportive meet all my needs and made me fell safe and welcomed they have a really clean and safe environment with really great service's
This was my first time at CSL plasma, very clean staff was nice and professional. Mia was awesome hardly felt the needle as she was inserting it in my arm
great experience. all the staff and location are new and i was worried about the initial needle stick because the phlebotomist was brand new but it was one of the easiest donations i have had, and extremely friendly and quick. can't wait to come back!
wonderful and great people work here very professional service
On Tuesday May 21st 2024, I transferred to Anaheim location from Rialto not only it's close to home but the service is more normal and fast. Unlike Rialto, there's no extremely long lines, vitals sections has 5 instead of 4, csl team members don't be take their own time to talk or laugh. And I no longer have to go do a last minute donate in late Dawn??
They are not completely forthcoming an honest they advertise $65 a visit after your first five $100 visits but on your six visit after your first five $100 visits they changed their policy on March 1st it's now $50 on your first visit of the week and 65 on your second visit of the week and they did not grandfather in everybody who signed up before March 1st at $65 a visit so the revenue off in that respect false advertising for one lying to their customers for another just to get them in the door I believe
I just transferred to this location fromthe Riverside location, I'm glad I did. I was in and out with no waiting time. The staff is very welcoming, Mia is who attended me and she's absolutely the best, very professional.
Very difficult to get ahold of anyone when you go in to donate you wait in line for almost an hour before screening then most of the time when your done donating takes over 5 minutes for someone to disconnect you from machine for how busy this location is the amount of staff working isn't enough as there is usually one two people screening as and the line is long not only that sometimes they don't open till almost 8 or 830 when the time there supposed to open is 7am the only reason they get two stars is som
They never answer the phone I've been calling for two day to see about my results and protein levels to continue their instruction was to call the center but never pick up!? Who does that.
Absolutely lie about the amount. Advertised as $900.00. In person, from the reception desk?... 50 dollars. Terrible. Would have been good for after holiday bills, but absolutely not worth your time for 50 bucks.
CSL plasma is fast it's efficient the staff is great one in particular that is the best is Ms Ziann she's professional she's courteous she's always happy to be at work enjoys her job with the passion and I request her and only her every time
The staff is super friendly, the facility is very clean! I enjoy going here, the girls in the back always make the visit worthwhile. ????
CSL Plasma: Poor customer service, the employee take there personal issues out on the donners. Not a place to visit.
They have an awesome team at this center. I.highly recommend it especially with there newest machines that are far faster then any other plasma center I have been to .
I've been donating plasma for years and this place by far is the best. Brand new clean building. Everyone is very happy and proud to work here.
This place is great , & staff is great they make it so quick and easy to donate. Ziann helped me out so much and made sure I was right. Thank you CSL plasma.
This place takes forever and the hours are always changing. 2 stars just because I am homeless and CSL is the only place that will let me donate
I really like this place and it's extra money in ur pocket when needed
The staff is excellent ! No wait times during the grand opening ,Ziann is amazing would recommend
Isela was my phlebotomist she was very helpful the whole staff was from moment I walked in to actual donation was really fast and helpful awnser we all my questions !
8/13/2024 csl plasma opens at 11a.m. due to staff meeting.
Given me and my father a hard time being donors there.
Friendly staff and clean house
Been coming here for years.. great place.. awesome staff!
I called 50 times , when r these guys ganna answer the phone ?
Great staff and I was surprised how management responds to my concerns. Thank you again
Great place, the staff is nice and attentive to your needs.
They never answer the phone so unprofessional.
This place has a horrible wait time horrible customer service
They have a helpful and attentive staff.
Nice and friendly staff. Efficient and informative.
Nice staff everyone is so nice program
This place is really slow. I am here on 6/2/25 at 2:30 pm and they are only 3 people in front of me and it took almost an hour for me just to get seated to donate. Mind you, there are open seats in our face while we wait in line. Now I remember why I stopped coming here. They used to have a lot more people coming but cutting down the pay and having the employees take their sweet time definitely hurt them.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
