Unbelievably rude staff who have a grandiose attitude of self importance considering they are there to make a pharmaceutical company rather than practicing any kind of clinical medicine. They will treat you like garbage and if you don't act the angel back you're the problem and they defer you and waste your time. I've donated at a ton of different centers and this is hands down the worst one I've seen. Would like to know how to file complaints against staff at this location.

Don't EVER go to CSL Arvada. Showed up Saturday morning, at 7am & they opened 10 mins late. Someone unlocks the door, and we stand there for 20 more minutes before anyone acknowledged we were even there. When they do, they tell us NO NEW PATIENTS.. we're there to help a good cause, and get turned away. Horrible, RIDICULOUS, & lack of professionalism. Go somewhere else.

??Wonderful 1st time donor ever experience?? I'm not a big fan of needles, I hate needles even though I have 7 piercings and 7 tattoos the staff made my experience with needles a little less scary. This is a great way to give back to the community and Earn a little extra money by donating.?????????? All the staff that worked on Saturday 12/14/2024 were amazing and respectful and gentle with me. Staff estimated 3-5hours for the setup process for a new donor due to short staff. The staff did apologize about

U will never receive all the money they promise... They give you a loaded card that charges u everytime u use it,! It's a way for big companies to steal from poor people... The staff 2as super rude... Go to the CSL on Washington... They're better

This place can get pretty busy fast! Going to this CSL location is key to being in and out pretty quickly. On the other hand since they have updated the new machines, I can be in and out within 45 minutes if they're not busy. I've been donating at this location for over 6 years now! This CSL location is very clean, the staff are very courteous and polite overall. I do have to say that Colleen works very hard to keep this facility running smoothly and effectively . She doesn't get enough credit and appreci

Some of the workers struggle to maintain excellent customer service because of their working conditions (edit from lazy), and the management are unreliable (edit from liars to unreliable), this location is slightly better than the Aurora one, so I'll give it a pity 2 stars since I rated the Aurora location a 1 star. The CSL Plasma app provides constant misinformation about availability for both regular donors and new donors, and if you try to call, the line usually drops before reaching a tech to verify hou

I went yesterday with my niece while she donated plasma. I had to use the restroom while I was there & I was really concerned as to what I saw. When I first entered the restroom I saw a empty water bottle & scattered stack of paper towels laying on the floor & a used Kleenex on the floor under the sinks. There was no toilet paper or trash bags in any of the stalls. I saw a bunch more paper towels laying all over the ground in two of the three stalls. This was my first time here & I would not recommend. I wo

The biggest reason why 3 stars is because I have switched between all 3 centers because I move a lot and this is the only one that always has half the chairs with no machine even hooked up so less people are donating and more standing waiting to get on donation floor. No one wants to stand that long

CSL plasma in Arvada really sucks. They have 20 people standing in line with 1 person checking people in. You shouldn't have to wait 2 hours before you even start donating. I will find a new place to donate.

The people are friendly enough....but they have some nerve saying this is an accessible entrance! There are inner and outer foyer doors with NO door openers! IF the staff deigns to look up and see you trying to enter, they may then elect to assist you with opening the doors to enter. But if not? Tough luck. What year is this, 1980? INSTALL AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRY!

As I stand in line, a staff member is in line, too. I walked forward, a male customer was asking him about female staff. He is standing here discussing his co-workers with the customers! He was gossiping about the female quality assurance staff member. He said, "She is the one who yells at us," and made a mocking sound. So, unprofessional. He shouldn't be here. Poor boundaries.

I have came here numerous and numerous of times "as a new donor" to try to donate this is probably the 5th or 6th time! I'm tired of wasting gas money that I don't have if y'all ain't going to get me processed to where I can donate. Y'all are always understaffed or there is some other excuse to not get me in!

Horrendous service... Took me 1.5 hours to get checked in with only 10 people in front of me. The. Got sat down and waited another 20 minutes before they came over and even started. The actual donation only took me 25 minutes. Just oblivious to any sort of customer service. Really the worst I've seen anywhere in a long time.

This is absolutely ridiculous! I have been waiting in line for a very long time. They are so understaffed. This is why I rarely come here. Thought I'd take a chance because there were not too many people waiting after vitals. But that doesn't matter because there aren't enough techs. Hire people! I know people that applied but they said they aren't hiring. You have high volume, so your able to hire more staff. And if you had more staff, you would get more donors. Common sense. Omg!!! It's been over half an

It's pretty sad to watch Angela continously pull people she knows from out of line into the intake booth so they can skip the line. I have watched this 4 times now. You should do better.

I recommend this place, the staff were very knowledgeable, very supportive, I actually got dizzy towards the end and they took care to help me, I felt very safe. And I made a quick $200!

This facility is very clean and organized! The new machines are amazing, since they twice as fast as the old machines. Colleen works very hard to keep this place running smoothly, no matter how busy it is you'll see her doing everything to keep this CSL location running efficiently!

Horrible experience! Went in my first time & they went full Jason stabby stabby on my arm. Told me to come back day after next. I did. They had me drive over there just to tell me since they butchered my arm I couldn't donate & to call & see when the Dr will allow me again. Called over a week later. They told me that I needed to come in. They had me come in & their lazy azz Dr still hadn't approved. This place will waste your time, butcher your arm & not care the slightest about it. The picture is from the

Quite honestly the staff, phlebotomist and technicians are all great people who truly care about our safety. They also are sensitive and considerate about wait times. However, as a longtime donor I have seen a lot of questionable conditions imposed by CSL corporate policies. Rules and that often don't really make a lot of sense. I.E. employee schedule, and rules that the employees have to abide by that negatively impact the donors experience. Also, the bonuses very A LOT. We donors donate for two reasons;

One of the worst place to donate! When they find one thing wrong with you. You have to see the nurse to fix the problem! It is ridiculous to have to start completely over on questionnaires, your finger getting poked, blood pressure, temperature, etc. Like your great results are going to change in 30 mins. This is poor management system! Good thing, doctors and nurses don't do this to their patients! I'll go somewhere else.

Have been donating here for a while. I enjoy the staff who work there; everyone I've interacted with have been super friendly- Skip, Kim, Robert, Adam, Ryan, Nikki, and Sara to name a few. When I get Skip as my phleb I don't even feel the needle stick. And Kim gets it the first time without need for adjustments. Yes, they do get short staffed and it increases wait times but I feel the staff does the best they can to move patients along given the circumstances.

"Skip" never listens and always puts the cuff on me line she wants the damn arm to fall off. Its always to the point, my arm, its purple and blue. Mark is the only one i trust doing things right. Shame cause Its a full staff. Literally rating right as I donate I'm so upset. This is my 17th donation and its just getting worse and worse each time.

ZERO STARS if I could. This was the first plasma donating I had ever done, and I wish I had gone somewhere else first to know how bad this location is. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, short, and treated me like cattle. They "say" they are all about saving lives, but these people hate their jobs, and people they service, and are looking for reasons to defer people from donating. If you don't believe me, just try calling the number and most of the time the staff just let's it ring even when

They can get busy and first time took about 3-4hours but I've been donating for about 7 years and this has by far exceeded expectations. It's the wonderful staff thats always kind. They start knowing you on a personal level which makes things so much better. Shout out to skip and salvador and all the great staff there!

Today was my first donation and I gotta say the staff was all beyond incredible and helpful. I was with Ted doing paperwork/consent/physical for about 2 hours and he was beyond nice. Then, I had Raul help me with my donation, and he explained everything to me and made sure i was comfortable. Then, when i started feeling dizzy, I flagged a woman down and she called Raul over and was just super super supportive while i was dizzy and made me feel great. It was a long time for my first time, 3 hours, but that's

The wait times are kinda crazy, the staff is wonderful but there needs to be more people because this takes too damn long. Especially when you drive a good distance to get here and have to wait so you don't waste your gas. Maybe they need higher wages? Again, staff is really cool, but today is definitely gonna be a 4 hour day. It normally takes 1.5-2. Sometimes it takes less than an hour. 4 is crazy. I'm only giving you the 3 because of the staff, 1 is how I'm actually feeling as I type this.

This is a very racist center: Bad service; I used Google Translate to translate a word and they tell me I can't donate; I don't mind, because they have to make sure everything is understood according to them. [and I speak almost perfect English, there were just some medical terms I wanted to be sure I understood]. I left my wife there and she called me and told me that I couldn't donate because they couldn't tell if she speaks English, because they saw her with me, she is an English speaker, so the reason i

This is by far the worst location ever!!Nobody will help you they will have you sitting for hours before doing anything. The nurses will literally sit at they desk doing nothing while your sitting waiting to be seen.It took me 4hrs to get through everything and there was nobody sitting there but me the line for vitals will take up to a hr or more just to be screened the old lady's are rude and can't wait to get you deferred for anything I hate this location and I would not recommend none of the csl plasma c

3 cause the staff is awesome, they work hard, nice people. (Tired), but they do their jobs. It's not their fault the building is SEVERELY lacking staff. In my opinion, they should stage a walk out for higher wage, they work too long and hard for randoms to be getting mad at them and acting like children. Otherwise @csl you'd be getting 1 star(0) if I could. No way to treat your staff and your clientele. If it's gonna take 30 min just to screen another 15 for set up and then 30 more for pumping , we shou

Great experience every time I come. Katie and Adam are amazing when I come on Saturdays! These people need a raise. There is one employee named Tracy who seems mean the way she talks to the staff I hope that's not everyday.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I myself am a medical professional and have been for well over 16 years and I found it incredibly disgusting and medical unethical that none of these staff regardless if they're handling blood ever change their gloves all I watch them do is some applied hand sanitizer but majority didn't so be prepared for that. In addition there is this one girl who works there who, I apologize for this description but dumber than a bag of rocks. I've been donating for months el

This is the worst donation center I have ever been to. Every single time ive been here they are short staffed and very slow. They always want to talk but can't multi task so it takes forever. I do not recommend this place at all unless you have hours of your time to throw away.

Sometimes the wait time can make for a bad experience but lately staff has been amazing. Still long wait times but they have been so polite. I was hooked up by Adam with the one piece tag today and his smile made my day. Please give this man a raise

I would not recommend this location to anyone. They are very unorganized, short staffed/undertrained, and there does not seem to be any communication with medical. I waited 4+ hours yesterday to get a physical. Among at least 3 others people. Eventually, we waited so long that the nurses changed shift. When a new nurse came on, she took in 2 new people then denied everyone else. No one was sure what/why but I was told to come back another day. Several people left angry and it was not worth the wait that you

If you are someone with a disability please be aware that you will be put at the back of the line where others who enter after you are allowed to be seen first. The ablism and disrespect of peoples time is unacceptable. On my first appointment, I was there for over seven hours, but when I called in advance to find out the expected wait time they said 2 to 4 hours because they didn't know I had a disability that would cause them to waste several extra hours of my life. It is clear that this company is doing

The staff here very much acts like they are paid by the hour. The workers tend to try to appear busy on the front end, so they cannot be bothered to help. I very much feel like they are annoyed by me be here and they'd rather do anything than help shorten to check in line. Management appears to be non existent, and are eager to find a reason to deny you

Been here twice now and this donation center has done nothing but waste my time. Spent over 4 hours here on my first visit on Tuesday 4/20/21 (checked in at 11:25 am after being there since 11:15 am waiting for staff to assist me, and didn't get out until a little after 4 pm) to complete things that could?ve been done with proper staffing in maybe an hour, two max. Came back today, Friday 4/23/21 around 4:30 pm to provide my second donation, AFTER logging into their app at least 24 hours in advance to conf

My name didn't sign perfect and the old lady didn't like it so they told me to leave even though I ended up just printing it for her. Nothing is ever good enough for these people. They want u to give them all a trophy for coming to work. The men are great but I have not met one nice women unfortunately.

As I can not reply to any reviewers, I'll leave my comments here... This is the nicest of the three facilities in NoCO that I've been to. I've been going here more than a year. Like everywhere else in the US, they are short handed. There is often only one person to do the vitals and take care of the walk ins AND answer the phone. Some of the people that did seek employment, are new and still learning the ropes. Give these folks a break. They did come to work today. As far as payments, you do get the

I've been to many Plasma Donation Centers, in West Denver (you know, abusing the first month new donor's specials), since I've started donating plasma for payment. My opinion is I that the whole staff here is by far. the most customer friendly and personable I've meet. This site is just over six miles from my home, coupled with the fact that there are three donation centers within a two mile radius of my home, yet this is the outfit I have chosen as "my Go-to Source."

Waited there for 45 minutes until somebody could even come to the desk, then waited another 3 hours. Still didn't make it through screening and walked out. These people seriously need to address their issue in the office

Unprofessional go elsewhere It's 25 degrees outside. I have a carhart and long sleeve and the heat is cranked in the building. I drive all across town literally 20 miles and get told I'm not eligible because I'm .1over body temperature. No #%+^%# kidding . Let me take my jacket off long sleeve off. Oh no come back tomorrow Uh no I don't waste time with morons

Today they tried to push my needle in a little further for a better blood draw even though it was working fine. Now because they messed up I had a blood loss because what blood didn't go back in I have to wait 2mo due to the blood loss. What little money I make off the plasma I loose 2mos. Will be back though.

6 out of 8 times I donated I had to see Medical due to the lack of experience of employees. My first initial visit I was poked wrong, had to be adjusted 3 times which cause a terrible bruise in my arm. Finally the bruise healed, then one if the intake staff members entered the wrong information so I had to still go to medical. During my last visit their scale was not operating correctly and showed a 20lbs weight loss, again had to go to medical to find out the scale was not working, then I got hooked up and

Was turned away two days in a row. The website said I could show up at 2 pm as a first-time donor and would be seen. But when I got there, sat for 20 mins while staff just looked at me not helping till i walked up to someone. Who said they don't see new donors after 12! The lady told me to come back between 9 am and 10 am the next day so I could donate at a non hectic time. Okay, fine. Showed up a little past 9 am, and a dude said they aren't taking new donors. That isn't what their website says or even a s

Absolutely terrible at doing anything. It took me 6 hours to register, and there were only 3 people ahead of me. I have showed up multiple times to find them closed early with no way of knowing except to show up. Constantly claim to be understaffed, but have at least four people standing doing nothing at all times. Two older gentlemen literally just sit in the front and talk all day long, I know because I was there for 7 hours to get a donation done. Extremely unprofessional randomly closed for no reason, a

I have been donating for years recently started donating here for a few months, i am well known with staff as a regular. Today an employee felt ?uncomfortable? poling me because of my tattoos. Which is fine all they had to do was get someone else. But she made a huge ordeal and involved her manager i have explained to her other managers have poked me as well as anyone else on the floor, yet they refused to listen and kept repeating that everyone else was wrong and how its her say not mine. I was not combati

If it weren't for the money you receive it would be a waste of your time to save lives with this company because all of their locations like to change hours on the fly. Just drove 30 minutes just to see a locked door and a sign they could've put up a week ago saying they would randomly close at 1:30 today. It has now cost me money in what was supposed to be money in my pocket, so I now have to make the trip again tomorrow. It's 2023 , use your brains, use the app to tell customers that the location has dif

I began donating regularly about 8 months ago and have since become less regular due to work schedule changes. I have never had an issue at this location and it may be due to the fact that I didn't go in expecting the staff to be my new besties. They look me in the eye when they talk to me, they know most of us are there for the cash, and they always ask questions. If you are a new donor, be prepared for your first visit to take 2x longer than your future visits. Bring something to do that won't require you

I've been as patient as I could before leaving this review. donating here for a year but it's getting ridiculous when we are standing outside in line at 6:30 AM only for them to tell us that "Medical isn't here (yet again) so we can't donate until someone else gets there" which happens several times a week. today, they tell us no one will be coming in until 9 AM. I always hear employees talking S about someone else calling in sick. HIRE MORE PEOPLE

If I could give it zero stars I would. However they do not respect people?s time here. I had to see medical again for a bruise I had on my arm after the first visit. Told me I couldn't donate. Came back a week and a half later & I had to go to medical again. Medical is taking over an hour to sit and wait just to be seen for my bruise I no longer had. Then it was so packed by that time I had to wait another 2 hours to even donate all together. For my second time actually donating it was 3 hours. Ridiculous.

Can't believe I waisted my time here. I checked in for my second time with my wife who comes here often. Just because I take a prescription they flagged me so I had to get cleared by the nurse. I wait forever so I tell my wife to go ahead and go back since no one wanted to come get me. 45 min later they finally call me back and clear me in 2 min. I try to go back and get started and they rudely point me in the opposite direction towards where my kids are waiting for us. Told me if I don't go b with them the

You guys need to tell new donors that if the new donor fees change within our 45 days, then our compensation will change to that. To be told you will get 125 for the first 8 donations within 45 days, and then have it drastically be lowered is unprofessional and shady business. It is false advertisement when you guys don't honor what YOU told us. If I would have at least been told it could possibly change, then okay. Other donation clinics do not do this, as I've been in this situation before, they honored w

4 stars just because I waited for over two hours to finally get back and donate my first time. Medical had to be on the floor for an issue and they only have ONE doctor that can check you out before going back. VERY short staffed. Other than that experience was great! People in the back know what they are doing and always make sure your okay throughout the process. Only have a couple of helpers up front but I bet if they hired in more workers it would be a very smooth process. APPLY AT CSL & DONATE! It save

Please avoid this place at all costs. I've never been to a slower, more unorganized place in my life. Today, there was a long line of at least 10 ppl. Instead of having staff PREScreen, 2 staff members were hanging out talking at the front, while another was walking around aimlessly. It took one screener almost 19 minutes to screen one person. He's busy chatting away while there's a line of 10 ppl!

Could be faster but overall a great experience. It takes time to process everything especially for new patients. Anyways. Be prepared for up to 4 hours if you're a first timer. Stay super hydrated and eat good food. The donation itself will go by much more quickly. Be sure to bring entertainment. Download a really long movie or something. The staff is nice just be patient with them. It goes a long way. Remember patience is a virtue and this pays. Oh yea. Don't talk on your phone in the waiting room, that's

Tony is always the nicest guy give him a raise.

This place has inexperienced staff, as I started to leave my arm was bleeding through the bandage, the needle was left in my arm for over 10min. Which is a very long time in here. I would not recommend anyone who cares about saving lives to go here. Last time donating, feel bad dedicated over 5 years of service. ??

Every single time I've been to this location, everyone is so polite and kind. There is barely a wait unless you're a new donor, but after you're established, you're in and out. I have donated several times, but yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of fainting during my donation. I was properly hydrated and had eaten a full meal, but I still lost consciousness. I was treated with gentility, kindness and although it wasn't fun, I felt like they actually cared how I was feeling and doing. This location i

Staff is so friendly and easy to talk to and joke with, I really like donating here! Update: had to change review because the past THREE times my arm has been infiltrated (3 times in a row) and I'm too scared to go back now. I don't know what happened because I was going there a lot with no issues and all the sudden my arm keeps getting infiltrated, idk what's up with that?

The staff here is very kind. I enjoyed my time speaking with everyone... that is until I got to the plasma table. This was my first time donating ever and they couldn't have made me more scared. I was about to pass out and had to receive help from a girl next to me because the staff were huddled in a circle playing on phones and chatting. I was struggling to speak and sweating/ shaking 5 minutes into the procedure and I felt helpless. Once the lady next to me got there attention for me 4-5 of the staff circ

I have tried to donate at this location on four different occasions. They are extremely understaffed and in over their heads. If you show up or even try to call before 9 AM on any given day, they will advise you to return at their opening time of 6:30 AM to avoid multiple hours of waiting. After being turned away three times, I arrived at 7 AM today and am still sitting in the waiting room well past 11am, not even having my physical completed yet. No matter what, expect to spend 5-8 hours here.

They don't have staff to do anything. Waisted my time twice, nobody at the reception, 4 different people showed up to tell me to watch a video and wait, have no control of the people that arrives and leaves nor people on line to donate. Said always it's going to take 4-6 hours the first time and recommend to come back next day which changes nothing because they are always out of staff. Not recommended.

My experience with this location has been pretty rough to say the least. On their app it gives you the option to schedule an appointment, however when you arrive they inform you that they do not have appointments and operate as a first come, first served basis. This is just one of many issues I've had here... So, my advice here is: definitely use caution and tread lightly when dealing with this place overall.

I like the staff here the most of any CSL I've visited throughout the years. The facility itself is nice and clean. The lines here are usually not as bas as other centers. My ONLY complaint is that there are no chairs to sit in while waiting. Otherwise, this is the best plasma donation center around.

I decided to give plasma donation a try after basically being guilt tripped into being more philanthropic and "giving back" by a friend. Long story. Anyway, I arrived around 1:30pm on a weekday. I finished at about 4:45pm. The place was not full at all when I got there. They started me off watching a video explaining the process of donation and the risks involved. After that, I had to fill out questionnaires and things like that. This took about 1 hour. Then, I had to get a finger stick. It hurts and I hate

This facility would receive a 0 star rating if that was possible. Staff is very unorganized does not seem to know what they're doing. Told others in line that had also been waiting over an hour if they dont like it they can leave. Then proceeded to talk about being drunk with other coworkers. They will give you a certain time for wait and then exceed that by over an hour. Management staff is lacking with answers for why the facility functions in this unorganized manner. Do not go here because to them your ti

Very friendly staff and totally professinal. I have been donating for about a month and the experience has been just exceptional. Well today is Sunday September 4th Labor Day weekend I just donated yesterday got my $70 over the promotion going on donate twice in the same week again extra 20 and I got mine thank you CSL staff I really want to thank Mark he's a hard worker and a great guy he's one of the first phlebotomist that I met there and he does a wonderful job he should be a lead all these bad and nega

The initial sign up can take a while (2 hours) so be prepared for that. At times they are a little understaffed, but they get people processed as fast as they can. I rarely get a bad stick (hey, it happens). You can make some good $$ each month if you donate twice a week. Usually takes me 60 to 75 minutes from the time I walk in the door.

After doing a few donations at this place I can say I am glad to have chosen CSL Arvada as my donation center. Despite the horror stories you hear on every center, most of them come from just a bad experience with it on people who don't give second chances, or expect something more than what can be done. I do work in a plasma donation center (not CSL, however), so I have an idea what to expect, though different centers do things differently, I have an understanding of how it should run, and I do approve o

Angela and the rest of the staff were amazing. Thanks.

This place is disorganized and full of either new or untrained staff. After 30 minutes of standing in a line wrapped around the room and it not moving even one person I had to wonder about the two employees standing behind the counter chatting doing nothing for the entire time. What are they supposed to be doing? Can they do something to move the line along? Meanwhile the new receptionist behind the counter was jovial and cracking jokes and thought the whole thing was funny. This place is unprofessional, Di

I come here almost weekly and usually my experiences are good. But I came in today on the 4th and the staff they had on was so slow. There were a decent amount of people when I came in so I'm sure that contributes. However, I spent close to an hour just sitting on the donor floor and I wasnt tended to once. A bit frustrating, for all involved I'm sure. I just expected better I guess.

The employees here were great. Better than anywhere I've been but I still can only give two stars. I was there for 2 and a half hours as a new donor filling out paperwork, reading books and watching videos. When it came time for my physical exam, their computers supposedly had a glitch which erased everything I just did out of their system and I either had to start the whole process over or come back another day. Super dissapointed in what I thought was going to be a great experience. They did offer me an e

Had I been given the option to write a review without giving them a star I would!! These people lie and do not explain things that are important. As they did not explain to me that as a new donor you have to complete the 8 visits within 60 days in order to get the dollar amounts that they have posted in that place. Also does not state anything about 60 days on the window entering and the other window as you enter the donation room. I was even given a paper strip that has the amounts but NOTHING about 60 day

Mark and his team are amazing! He works nights so I come when I know he is working. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and so respectful. He keeps everything running smoothly and should be the guy in charge because of his dedication to the work he does.

Apparently if you have a P.O box you can't donate, which is ridiculous! I talked to multiple different staff members who told me multiple contradicting statements. My boyfriend and I waited for over 30 minutes just to be originally greeted. We had multiple people tell us someone would "be with us soon", yet no one actually helped us for quite sometime. Then when they did help us, one technician told us we could atleast donate that day, just to have another tech tell us we couldn't donate. We waisted an hour

I've been going here for years i take my laptop and a DVD to watch a movie. Thank God they have new machines they don't take as long as the other machines to set up. But like every other business they are short staffed so you have to be patient.

Been coming here for years. The staff always have a awesome attitude. And the facility is always clean and tidy. These days they seem to be a little short-handed and seem like they could use some help. If this is your kind of field and something that you're into please try to apply so they don't seem so short-handed and overworked.

Overall very bad experience. First of all nobody was friendly. The staff was rude. They also turned my wife away simply because she doesn't like to watch getting stuck with a needle. She's been stuck before and watched me get lot of IVs and shots without any problems. Just simply doesn't like to watch. She left there in tears because of how she was treated. Hopefully other people have a better experience than we did because we were very unhappy with the whole experience

This facility is a joke of a plasma center. The staff are all incompetent. Nicole in intake and Chris the RN are lazy and will turn lapsed donors away if it means they have to work. The facility lacks normal healthcare setting requirements like hand soap in the restrooms, or hand sanitizer in the dispensers. DO NOT donate here, you're better off making the drive to the Northglenn location where they actually take pride in the work they do.

Always respectful, I have several staff that know me by name. I've had long waits due to nonsense but it's always met with an apology and smile ?? It's my spot to donate for more reasons then one!!

Completely incompetent staff. Upon going in to become a new donor the front desk staff asked for my license, social security card, and proof of address. After providing all of the documents i was then given a questionnaire and then asked to watch a 20 minute video. After this I was taken to an "exam" room where they again asked for all of the same documents. After looking at my documents they said they couldn't accept it because my social security card had my middle initial and license had my full middle na

I'm super upset with the way upper management handle today's unfortunate event. My self and a few others were told we couldn't donate because they ran out of supplies they need to test the plasma in the lab.Thank God the Arvada Staff is amazing enough to send us off with a 5 dollar card, snack and a drink. Sucks for the ones who count on that money the day of unable to get paid because of someone else's mistake. It would have been nice to have waited that whole time and still got paid. Stuff happens but da

Came in at 9:15 got checked and confirmed ie vitals and a hematocrit and then was told to wait for a medical Questionnaire. It's been over one hour and still nothing from any staff. I've donated many times and am current in the system. Basically I was asked my email, name, and address by a staff member to confirm what I just acknowledged one hour ago during the kiosk session. Unfortunately, I only allocated an hour and a half for a donation and was unable To donate today but I'm sure glad CSL has an updated

Everybody in the center is absolutely amazing. They're all kind and professional and personable. Nobody here treat you like cattle like a lot of the other facilities. People like Anthony, Robert, collenn, mark, marketa and so many more show everyone the same amount of patience and respect. I recommend this specific center if your interested in saving lives and earning a little extra money along the way.

You can never get someone on the phone, you're waiting in line for about 45mins before you can even get checked out to then wait 30 more minutes to donate. UNDERSTAFFED AND OVER WORKED

Donating plasma is a great way to make extra money, just make sure you have the time for it. My first time it took 4 hours to get signed up and going. Also, it is very easy to get deferred so sometimes you may not even get to donate. Staff is OK at best. Some were pretty snotty to me but there were also some nice ones. Before you donate make sure you eat lots of good food and water, it will help a ton.
