Went at 230 pm with a friend. Got in line. Security was disrespectful and talking trash to other criminal looking donors. Was at the desk. Not one staff member would say hello. Security then started complaining to a 2 and Security that 3 people first time donors can't be taken care of at 230 pm. I left and will not return. This place is full of dei hires that don't want to do any work I watched 3 of them on cigarette breaks 2 Security chatting street garage. All with 3 customers in line at 230. One me and

First time donating and they said (after waiting almost an hour) that the process take 3-4 hours. NEVER had I had any donation area take that long to process. They were literally chatting with each other and half of them were doing nothing. I walked in to ask about the process and one of the docs was talking to her co worker. 3 of us were waiting. Two of us walked out because of the BS. Before you guys copy and paste the same bs that you've done on the others, I already called. Won't have try to come to one

Lost my donation card back in October reported it lost or stolen. Was sent a new one and activated it immediately. I didn't donate again until 6 weeks later. My last four donations have gone to a stolen card. I even called back a second time and reminded them that it was lost or stolen. When I went in two days later that donation was still sent to the stolen car. Both parties, card service and CSL deny any wrongful doing and pass the blame on each other. I lost over $200.

I have been about 10 times and my last two experiences have been awful. I was having complications with the needle and having blood return to my body and after asking multiple times for help and even other patients chiming in no one would help. Then my most recent it took me over an hour and currently still on going just to get my physical pretty disappointed in this outcome. I wish there was a closer location.

Habitually mismanaged and the company literally has a "shrug of the shoulders" stance about their short comings. If they drop the ball on their end, they will remind you that you volunteered to wait over 3 hours. They will enforce their requirements of donors strickly, but continuously blow off their own responsibilities of running a smooth operation intelligently.

Every time I go at night, they are understaffed, the staff is always talking to each other instead of working and one person doing the finger prick/blood pressure, etc. at that time of day. The lines to do that, and to get into the back to actually give plasma, are almost always open at night. Heard rumors that people go in there high and people that vape and no one says a thing. Tried to go today (12/23/24) and they closed at 3pm...with no e-mail or anything saying so. I got a couple e-mails mentioning 12/

My experience is great sometimes slow because only one individual doing vitals.van Candace Amanda cherelle all of them deserve raises in their pay they put up with so much drama the average worker would have quit but they stayed. Everybody loves them they are the reason why I continue to come and donate.

The staff here is amazing. Great experience and the donation process is very easy. Leslie is a great nurse if you ever get to meet her. Management sometimes gives you candy when you are waiting. I would highly recommend coming here if you want great service.

Literally the best CSL in America. No lie!! I would rather wait 2 hours here then go to another place and wait 5 minutes. Professionally trained staff that cares about the well being of others. Some days they can be in a little trance but that is only because they work long hours so please bear with them!!

Several different times I tried calling this place and this was during business hours not when they were ready to close and the phone was just ringing and ringing and no one would bother to pick it up. That's a very poor way of doing business!

There's been tons of problems the past few months. I donate regularly and have noticed a high turn over. The few receptionist that are left move slowwwww the line is always backed up. Bring back the white lady with the bob and the black girl with the dreads seems like all the good ones leave just like Mary sue. Them 3 ment business. I was sure to be screened and back donating within 10 minutes Not to say the other receptionist don't do their job but you can see a huge shift in productivity with a few great

I have come here twice in the last week to try and donate as a new person and was told the first time to come back before 5 by security. I go back today before 5 and they tell me that's wrong. Come back another day before 2 and only 7am to 11 on Saturday. They seem to make shit up as they go and are more interested in kicking you out then actually taking any blood.

This place has become sorry. I've donated 166 times and 4 different times now I've been deferred because of my protein level, but each and every time I give the tube of blood to send out to check my protein it comes back fine and I'm allowed to donate again. What a joke this has become, I passed screening each time to donate but how the hell does this keep occurring and funny how it seems to be every 2 to 3 months. If you fail because of your iron level your told to come back the next day, if you fail

Got here at 10 am/ currently 11:45am, been in the chair for over 40 minutes without being hooked up, all chairs full and yet only 6 people are actually poked and started. Staffing is a huge issue, slow pace would rather laugh with coworkers then help anyone.

Ive been going to Csl Aston for a lil over 2 yrs off and on. This place has went down hill. The staff is very unprofessional. The supervisor along with other employees talked negatively about me and even had the nerve to include donors in the convo. I normally don't even let stuff like that bother me but THE AUDACITY of all of them. Sorry to say it but that place is becoming real ghetto and I blame management for letting it slide. Its common courtesy to be friendly especially when you're working with the pu

This place is always extremely slow and seemingly understaffed. As a new donor you'll easily wait in the waiting area for 2 hours just to be seen. Coming as a regular donor the line is always super long and slow to move when I've come. The staff has always been friendly but that's not enough when you're taking up 3-4 hours of sometimes time to simply donate blood plasma. I've come here on and off for over a year and nothing has changed.

One star is all I can do today, that doesn't mean I haven't had 5 star experiences here. For the most part the phlebotomy staff are excellent, the check in staff not so much. The check in times are out of hand sometimes! If they only have one person checking donors in and each donor takes 5-8 minutes well you do the math. 10 people in front of you and you could stand in line for 50 - 80 minutes before even getting to the donor floor. If they had all 4 check in stations running that wait time is 12 - 20 m

I came in for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting a new employee as well. I would have never known she was in training had she not told me. Very pleasant experience. Deaira did a great job making me feel welcome and comfortable even before I got to the back to donate. She made the process as easy as possible and was very professional. The guy j was also a pleasure to speak with . Glad to see a company taking pride in whom they hire!

Been going for a few years. Wish they would change their hours back to 6pm or 7 closing time. Its hard for 8 to 5 workers to make it in. For the most part eveyone is nice and friendly. Amanda and Kira are great. Mary sue was amazing but she left :( they do the best they can with the amt of beds they have . Edit: they changed the hours two months ago, then changed them back again. What is going on??!?

I'd give this place a 3.5 stars if I could, I've been going here for the better part of a year and a half. The Phlebotomists are mostly good but this place is poorly managed. There's a few newer phlebotomists who don't have much of a sense of urgency and don't have the best bedside manner but that's not a huge issue, the rest do their jobs well and I have 0 complaints about them. The management here is a different story. This location seemingly is constantly understaffed even on peak days and the hours ch

I walked in everything seemed fine around 12pm. I sat at the kiosk to do my pre donor video. Then the most intense heat burned my stomach, chest and face. Then I had what seemed to be electric stings in my stomach. Manager seemed to think my complaint was unwarranted. Then upon laying on seat to give my plasma about 15 to 20 minutes in I started feel heat on my eyes and my vision started to go blurry. Upon this happening there was laughter by many people within the room. Now, I'm not sure whats going on her

They are terrible at these blood taking places! All they do is go in the back and chat chat and more chatting ignoring the patient if they have a question or need some questions asked. They know what they do .and why aren't people complaining about this? Why are you only paying $100 for our very needed plasma? There are other places that pay more. I won't do it unless it's at least$200 per visit.

I'm giving two stars. The staff is great, but the manager had a nasty attitude when she came out to the front to help another donor. I didn't like that. Also they will allow you to donate up to 5 times for $100, then they will switch your donor amount to as low as $40 to $50. I feel like they are back reeling people in with the false advertising by saying you give 8 donations then get $500 because once I got 5 donations they changed my amount and they removed the reward to receive $500 for 8 donations.

Great service. The female with the locs d, is an excellent help . She moves the fastest out of all the ladies and is pregnant. Best plasma center in the area . Everyone treats you with respect and the place is so clean !

I went to this location on 10/13/23 and during my initial registration the employee handed me a thermometer and once I placed it in my mouth I felt cold metal and instantly realized that it did not have the plastic cover on it. Startled, I took it out and made her aware and without apologizing or reacting she went on to put the plastic cover on and complete the registration and placed the thermometer back in the holder WITHOUT cleaning it off after that incident. Still shocked, I asked her was the thermomet

They don't have anyone working here !! Like at all I count maybe 7 people in total. And majority of them are in the back with one girl in the front. But once I finally did get service they were really nice

New girl started some drama. I went and told the supervisor of what had happened and the supervisor I think her name is Amanda was really nasty. Another lady who work there walked up to me saying I heard you was tripping out last week, that new girl had told some lies on me and I see they will side with each other and treat members like trash. Last week they jammed the needle into my arm cause that new girl lied to them so they took it upon their selves and tried to hurt me. I went to another plasma center

I donated at another plasma center last year, and I can say the initial process as a new donor at CSL was not too long. All together I was there 2 hours and 40 minutes. I drank so much water yesterday and today that it took 41 minutes to complete the actual donation. All the rest of the time was spent watching a required video, answering 62 questions, verifying my identity and speaking with the nurse for the physical. There was a long line for return donors when I got there (10:15am) because they were sho

Always friendly at the Aston location. Usually moves pretty quick. My only complaint is filling out the questionnaire on my phone through the app. You can click anywhere to the righ of the yes and no dots and it will still accept it. I am constantly changing my answers with out knowing I'm doing it. I will be going through my answers to double check them and I will change them as soon I'm scrolling back down to the bottom of the page.

Biggest issue I have with The place the last three times I've gone there at one in the afternoon. They've had their doors locked and closed because they're too lazy to keep going after a rush evidently closing your door six hours because you had a rush is unacceptable and they're always understaffed and very slow no matter what time you go there.

I've donated over 40 times and I'm kinda both worried and surprised at the fact the employee doing my pre donation information (vitals, weight, blood pressure, etc.) Seemed to go out of her way to upset me. The first things she does is tell me how awful I look and how much of a terrible day I must be having and how I need to calm down. I just woke up and Im tired, but fine. Okay, well, first, there was no line, three booths were opened with people who just ignored me standing in line for over five minutes.

Great place! I donated for the first time today the staff was great Sean at the front desk was super awesome I was in and out pretty fast and they made sure I was comfortable. They even Got me a coat to cover up with because I was freezing ??,lol. I was a little nervous going in but they were all helpful, informative, and just made it an easy experience

The staff at csl Aston are too shelf employees!! No matter how busy it hectic there day is they always have a great attitude, always friendly and the atmosphere is very comforting! Tammy,Amanda and all the girls are great at their jobs .

Daughter & I came 9:30a. Usually a better experience to donate. Saturday 7/29/23 was horrible! Opened late due to worker unavailability & it was sweltering outside early in the morning! One Phlebotomist until 11:45am! We were offered to wait longer for the other Phleb. & an aplogy. So many ppl left! Announcement to sign sheet to be compensated for our time. $10 offered when finally finished(me @ 12:20p Daughter @1p) donating (which is a slap in the face) due to this not being the site Manager's "home" loca

Severely understaffed but the staff is nice and knowledgeable. Some are friendly. The entire donation process takes way longer than it should.

Today will be my 30th donation here. This place operates like a well oiled machine. Staff is all very friendly, efficient, and always grateful for my donation. The facility is very clean and staff takes safety very seriously. Thank you CSL.

The people here are always nice and patient and caring, especially Amanda and Candy and Bubbles.

Too understaffed and had to wait at least an hour or so because of it cause my BP was too high so I couldn't donate. Management needs to hire people that want to work

40 beds, 12 machines! Corporate not sending repair parts, citing new machines are on their meanwhile, a 4hr visit for $55.00. Obviously would not be a donor if $$ was not desperately needed. Staff does the best they can with limited resources.???

This place was the best out of all others until they closed on Sun and Mon. I was there every Tues and Thurs until then. They said they were gonna reopen the end of Oct. then the middle of Nov, then it was indefinitely. I'm not standing around for 3 hrs, im Hoping they get it together again so I can return.

If you want to go somewhere, that's convenient hassle free, friendly , clean, organize, sufficient, and don't have to wait all day or schedule appointment. This is the place? one of my favorites in an out, no appointment, professional, friendly, accommodating diverse, and the phlebotomists are experience ?

Lines are a little long but it definitely worth it because the staff are extremely nice and respectful especially Rob the phlebotomist I love his demeanor he guided me though the process and was very gentle when it was time to take the needle out

They need to hire staff that doesn't have an attitude 24/7. The workers there hate their lives and you can tell with how the treat you. Worst CSL plasma I've ever been too -10/10 save yourself a trip and go anywhere but this one

My 3 star rating is solely based on the fact that I've tried calling 4 different days at various times, and the phone just rings. I figured they just might be busy. But after about 15-20 rings I hang up. They just don't seem to answer. I'll be driving there to see if I can talk to a real person.

This facility is very clean and always smells sanitized. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. ERICA and DANIELLE always do perfect sticks and I appreciate that. I return for the cash, to help others, and always see my CSL friends ????

They slow down my process to control the census. That's just one complaint.

Very disappointing place to work at. Management is wack. Do not recommend. Run away.

csl is one of the best centers i?ve been to and i?ve got the pleasure of being waited on by oriane she was very customer friendly also i notice she is fast and goes above and beyond very good at her job.

Very busy, needs more staff but the staff that is there works hard and are vey kind. I wish they had some extended hours because I struggle to get there. I have seen them close early due to the lines being too long

So started in September as a new donor. When you first sign up you have to show credentials so they know where you live. Come back on my second day just for them to tell me based on my zip code I no longer was allowed to donate at the location. Time wasted because I should've been told that at the beginning

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. The nurse entered in my information wrong so I was placed on a permanent deferral. To make matters worse, me trying to clarify the situation was marked as "differing information" and furthered the deferral. They now claim not even med ops can reverse this differal. I am a perfectly healthy 21yo female who takes medication for depression, asthma, ADHD and back pain ONLY. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Starting not to be worth it anymore? 2-3 hour wait for no more than 50$

First visit. Staff are really nice. They answered all my questions !!! I really don't understand all the negative comments about money. How about helping others by donating plasma. This is to help other people not get rich. Negative comments about money is really just sad

They are very nice people and will help u in anyway they can ?????? all of the workers are great people with great customers service and more beautiful place

The worst place ever it's dirty disgusting it's dirty and they never take into consideration that some people work overnights and double shifts and if you look tired they defer you for no reason and they defer you permanently and about 2-3 months ago one of the workers told me they had a mold problem that they were just sleeping under the rug !!!! Worst experience I've ever had !!!!

I took my dad here to donate and the lady who attended us was rude she had looked as us in disgust after hearing my father speak Spanish asked if he speaks and reads English he is pretty fluent in speaking but only read a bit but I was there to help I am extremely fluent then she had told us that it's a English only facility I am truly disgusted we spoke English just fine she understood exactly what we were saying I and truly hurt

Very slow sometimes it takes 2 hrs just to get a seat

Better than the Newark location, but the hours are super inconsistent. Google posted hours are wrong. They're closed on Sunday which is weird. And they open kind of whenever they want it seems.

When they're actually open this place is good. But the last 2 times I went there, they were closed early. I'm trying to get my 8 visits in and this is ridiculous! Today , Sunday, they're closed at 11am!

Worst place to go to they don't care about anybody well being they just look at you as people who need money very disrespectful I called a few times and 2 lady's had a whole attitude including your manager place is a disgrace untrained people had one lady who just started stuck the needle way to far and just said sorry place is horrible people don't have no respect there whole time your saving lives also watched a worker laugh at a client who said she was getting dizzy and couldn't see straight they just la

I was discriminated against by this establishment based on my neurological condition. Not only was the staff insensitive to my condition, they put me on a deferral list because I take prescription medication for my condition. Just go elsewhere.

I Was Shocked Of The Service I Was Given I Had A Torn Tissue On My Left Arm I Was Not Using Too Donate With I Was Told Both Arms Need To Be Examine As If I Was A Junkie Just Inject Myself One Time And OneTime Only I Not Return In The Future Bad Experience.

It seemed unorganized. I was there 15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. The male nurse was rude and flirting with the lady in front of me.

Great place to go if you'd love to help people in need CSL Plasma helps thousands of people every year not to mention how nice and friendly Customer service and cheerful the people are

Staff is always pleasant, thank you for donation and amazingly helpful.I love this site! Thanks Amanda, Candice,Vanella, Sherrie & Monique!!!!

The manager was very rude , my husband donated plasma and the money didn't go on his card and when we asked about the situation she was very rude

So sick of the people that "work" in these places. They are lazy and incompetent.. they complain constantly!!! If you don't like your job then find another one!!!!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience

Staff is very kind and place is very clean.

Unorganized and typical. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The McDonald?s of plasma donation centers.

Waited over an hour and was still never seen. Hire more people.

Been in line for an hour and a half and it's like 10 open beds

The new employee was laughing and laying all over my husband

Very efficient. Great experience and excellent staff.

Very friendly and fast

The staff is ALWAYS super nice

I love glad that I can help people

Great place, excellent service

They are good to me ????????????????

The past 2 weeks that I went in trying to donate i kept being told my iron was low, which makes no sense at all bc before I come i make sure to check my iron levels to make sure I'm not turned away. Most of the stuff there is amazing but you have a select few that shouldn't be working there. For example when I first started donating i was given that pass to jump the line and the lady at took my vitals and checked my iron embarrassed me by telling everyone that was waiting i was cutting in front of them.
