I feel that this center has such an amazing group of people that work here at this particular location. I've never had such a group altogether that are professional and not adjiatated far as answering questions and just giving features customer service in general. Oli literally drive 30 miles to this center because of the horrible service I received in my own area of centers. They are patient they don't get upset over questions or act trivial about anything. And overall just really a great group of people

I have been able to donate plasma at CSL for just about 3 years and the CSL staff has been amazing and most of all Ms. Pam! She has made the overall experience so much more pleasant, with her smile, friendliness, and ability to assist me with any issue or concern I may have. I keep coming here because of the positive environment I am in and the professionals that assist me! Thank you to all and especially Ms. Pam!

I showed up 2 days in a row, they got a sign on the door saying it's closed due to power outtages. Haven't experienced any power outtages. What's the dang deal CSL.

I have been donating at the Auburn facility for 2 years now and I can only say my experiences have gotten better and better! The whole staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable! I have referred a few people and they have had similar experiences! Thank you for what you do!!

I had an issue with my donor compensation amount that I received from my 3rd plasma donation here. Didn't think I was gonna be able to come to a viable solution at first due to addressing my problem with the wrong employees. But when i brought my issue to the asst manager-Pamelas' attention, she was more than happy to assist me and had my issue completely resolved in no time. I'm glad I received my proper compensation for donating and very thankful for Pamela's efforts. Keep up the good work!

I have been donating starting at the beginning of the year and yes they use large needles and I'm usually fine but today as I was expecting the initial stick the nurse Shaun was AMAZING ?? I never had the first pain of the needle I was so happy that she takes pride in what she does and not trying to cause pain!

As a new donor, I arrived at 7:36am for an 8:00am appointment. There was one employee at the front desk who didn't acknowledge me except when I spoke first. She did not know how to take care of first time donors so I had to wait on the employee who did. I watched the 18 minute video and was told to take a seat in the lobby and they will be right with me. Don't worry about having all the documents such as the utility bill, one person forgot theirs as a first time donor and she looked at the license address.

So this is a good plasma center and there fast a straight forward except on there busy days and everyone is stressed out but I've never dealt with a bad employee except one time with one of the guys that work there but an employee I've never met before today Employee Ouida Is rude & I was very uncomfortable And Felt All types of things there's more but I would like to hope they Get it together 2 bad experiences Hopefully there's no more!

They have amazing customer service here. They are well trained at their job and respectable. I've been here for a while and I love the employees!

The staff at this CSL location is phenomenal!! I have been coming here for multiple years and have never had an experience. 10/10 recommend!!

All of the workers were amazing. They were sweet and nice and explained everything clearly. They made the experience less scary.

The staff is awesome .so very respectful and does good quality performance I love the staff here they're all awesome

I love the staff here. They always take such good care of me. The process is simple and fast!

Giving an extra star out of generosity because I didn't have issues until my last visit. My last visit was back in February and the employee gave me nerve damage that I am still dealing with to this day (now 6 months later). The blood flow was low, so the man came over and stuck the needle in further ? very painful and definitely stuck into my bicep. I have been having weakness in my bicep as well as mobility issues in a couple of my fingers since then. Really frustrating to me considering it's my dominant

Great experience, staff was extremely nice and caring. The lab tech that stuck me Antwuana was professional and careful?. Overall i enjoyed this facility

Ms. Pam at CSL Auburn just blessed me with an express pass in a fair way of pick-a-number ????AWESOME ????

Very clean and sanitary, smells pleasant. Staff is welcoming in the front when you take your initial levels. Staff in the back is nice, trained, and professional. First time donors are explained the process by multiple people from the doctor doing your intake to the people drawing the plasma. It can get busy when people come after work, but if there isn't a line the process is always as quick as it can be. Never had a problem, encourage people to donate.

I love the staff they srevery friendly and helpful. The only problem i have with them is referring people and not getting my referral points. i keep messaging and calling but no luck. But i love the staff.

No apologies from them. No further explanation from me.

I have been a proud donor for a while now and I can say that all of the staff is amazing. I would differently recommend everyone to come visit CSL on South College Street Auburn Alabama

Pam is a fantastic boss. She is always smiling and willing to help where there is a need.

I only rated as high as 2 stars because of the donor fee rates. I visited on Dec 22nd at opening time. It took 3 hours to get seated on a donation table! It didn't even take that long when I was doing the lapsed/new donor process 2 days prior. Actually, it has NEVER taken that long to do a donation, and I had to go to work afterward. Although they were moving with no urgency, I couldn't be angry at the staff because it wasn't their fault the center is so short-staffed.

Great staff, but operation seems unorganized. Staff are always quitting bc of management.

This Staff at the Auburn Alabama location is Friendly, Professional and Caring. I'm thankful to be connected to this location

Love it here ?? the people so nice and move really quick + good at sticking

It's ok to start with, it's clean and the staff is friendly but they don't pay enough. They get $1500 for each bottle of plasma we give but only pay us like $40 -60 per bottle when we have to drive to get here, stand in line for hours cause they are greatly overstaffed and everything else we have to deal with. Griffols at least pays 150/week for regular donors and 300 a week for the first two weeks. 4.5hrs I wasted today to donate. This was my last new donor visit so I'm not going back again. See no use in

I'm a returning donor at the Auburn plasma center. The people here are friendly and supportive. I enjoy donating I'm the hopes of helping people who aren't able to donate. Corey ??

Michelle is one of the best she dont panic when issues arise im glad to donate when shes working!!

Y?all need to change the time on the website, it says you are open at 9 on Sundays, but when you get there it's closed, that's false advertisement, especially since it says it was updated 3 weeks ago

It's pitiful up here they took away platinum status. I stood in line many days people walked past me now I become platinum they wanna take it away... They are about to lose a lot of people. I still haven't got my referral points. Don't referr nobody to CSL PLASMA in Auburn... They are always short staffed and they put people up there who don't know what they are doing.... PLEASE DONT DONATE UP HERE... IM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO DONATE WITH

The intake for my first donation took an extremely long time, but that seems to be pretty standard for plasma donation centers. The staff were polite and helpful, and the phlebotomist who assisted me was excellent (great, painless stick and awesome sense of humor! I wish I had caught his name!). Be aware that this center does not provide any "comforts" while donating like blankets, water, or snacks so be prepared to be well fed/hydrated before you arrive and pack something warm for when the saline goes in.

This place is da bomb! Free money for saving lives and they are fast and friendly Big Mike

The employees are always smiling very respectful the place is always clean I love this location

The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and you get in and out fast. The first donation takes a while, because they have a lot to go over, but after that you can be in and out in less than an hour. Make sure you drink lots of water the day before you donate!

They are so helpful. They make giving plasma an easy and enjoyable process. They always answer all my questions. They are always polite.

Absolutely dreadful! I went in for my usual donation, I noticed there is always an new inexperienced person or problem. They stab you with needles and constantly miss your vein due to the lack of experience and education. When concerns are brought to management?s attention, it falls on deaf ear. The new pay scale for donors is awful, you get deferred for any and every reason, when the purpose is to save lives.

My fiance and I arrived at 8:54 and the doors were open. We walked in and were immediatly sent back outside to wait because they "don't open till 9". Latoya was pleasant. After an hour and a half, I was turned away because my hematocrit was 36 and had to be at least 38. An hour and a half...wasted. I was told that I could "try again tomorrow", but their hours (9-5) conflict with my work schedule (7:45-4:45). When I said that it would be Sunday before I could try again, I was told that I would have to rewatc

Staff was nice and pleasant. I would recommend to anyone to donate here

I live in a different town so I called and asked if I lived within the radius to be able to donate, was told I could Come in and donate. After 45 mins of driving I get there and the woman in the front says "We don't service your zip code" that could've been brought to my attention over the phone before I drove 45 minutes. Waste of time and gas. Very Unprofessional.

This place is the worst place to come donate. I witnessed a person being lied on by staff just to get her deferred. Even though I don't know the person who was deferred I still didn't like how Staff did her. I was amazed how the worker always passed herself off and a christan person but turn around and did that. Lol can u say a wolf in sheep clothing and a blond wig!

The staff is always really friendly and helpful. They all do a great job!!!

Always a pleasant experience with really nice and welcoming staff.

Was told over the past 4 donations I have low hematocrit levels. Now I am very serious about taking care of my body. I dont donate.for the money but because I've seen the treatments made with plasma save guys I served with lives. The first low reading I saw my doctor that same day. Now at 830 that morning I had a 37 hematocrit level at CSL at 2pm I had a 46 level at the doctor. Since then I have be monitoring my levels when told I had a low level at CSL worried about a lower GI bleed. I have yet to have a t

Very friendly and efficient staff. I have already donated 58 times.

I come here twice a week to donate I've always been treated very well and the staff are polite. They always have contest that if you donate so many times you get extra money which is good.

They are great and a huge help financially. I've made over 5 grand.

Very friendly staff, making sure my comfort is priority

I have always enjoyed coming to CSL Plasma in Auburn, AL. The staff is friendly and professional.

I used to think it was gonna be a bad experience, but I've underestimated everything about it. I would recommend it.

I went by there today because there website says they are open today. But come to find out that they are not open today. So I called the number to see if it would explain why but it just rang and rang. Wendsday and Sunday is my donation days I hope they will compensate me for my lost income or I'll just start going to the one in the next town over.

Well, I walked in too an empty front desk and proceeded to stand there for about 20min as no one was willing too assist me. Finally a lady who said her name was Mary came up to the front after another Donor told her someone was standing at the front desk. She proceeded to point one finger up at me and told me to hold on for a second while she answered the phone. After she got off the phone, she explained to me that they had donors. That they were busy with other returning Donors. She stated that it was m

The customer service is awful! Lisa was very disrespectful! They even said they are going to to stop taking new donors but isn't it the whole point to get more donors to save lives??? I would recommend going somewhere else at this point and Lisa should be fired. Very disappointed

Staff for the most part is awesome but Changing the payment from $40 to $26... yea not worth the trouble... go to Opelika.

It's very clean an the staff is just so friendly

Everyone always treats their patrons, like they would want their family members treated.

First time I came this month Friday, $20. Second time I came Wednesday. Within a seven day period right? Nope the "Week" starts on Monday so $20 again. Blatantly paying less because of policies that make Zero sense!

Very friendly fast paced good clean environment

Majority of the staff are careless and rude. They have no consistency in the chain of command. The customer service was also terrible. Not worth the time and they do not pay enough to be "saving lives"

I have drove down 2 time?s and each time they found a reson I couldn't give so I guess the don't need it that bad treat me so bad I will never go there ever again

New donor process is very efficient. Clean establishment. Respectable staff and the Greetings on entering and exiting are Super.

Enjoyed my time, nice staff and efficient.

Greatest place ever everyone there super nice

The employees aren't trained properly and are rude. They always come up with a reason I can't donate. It's a waste of time and gas. Don't go.

The people are great but they are severely understaffed and wait times are outrageous

David needs to be given a promotion as he and tonya are the only nice people i have encountered there.

One of the staff remembered me after being gone for 6 months. I had only donated a total of 6 times previously, that's seriously awesome!

The staff is very so welcoming & very friendly

Friendly staff and always welcomed with big smiles. Come see us at CSL PLASMA..PEOPLE TO PEOPLE, VEIN TO VEIN! SAVE A LIFE??

People are super friendly and helpful!

This is a good csl place I love coming here

The employee's are nice and kind and the nurses are sweet

Not enough people working up front at the Check Point. 1 lady doing new donors plus check points. Takes FOREVER to get checked in.
