Please update your holiday hours and early closing any days prior on Google. This cost myself and others time, gas, and miles that we can't get back. Please kindly consider this.
This place is ridiculous the people in the back are courteous and very very professional they get you in and get you out or just plain lazy walked in and there's five people in line one girl working the kiosk four people standing in the doorway to the office then a guy comes in does his questions and go straight to the front of the line I left
I've been coming to CSL for a while now, over a year. They have some good phlebotomists, but their wait time is ridiculous, they have one person up front doing everything (vitals and answering phones) and when I arrived this morning (7:20ish) they have ?opened? but we can't donate because the manager isn't here??? How is that professional and business like? You are supposed to have everything up and ready to go before customers start entering the building, I got here early this morning because I have things
Ngl it's impatient donors that make this place difficult at times. All staff is professional and customer service friendly. Ebony that works in screening is diligent and proficient in her job responsibilities. Another woman, unsure of her name, whose more by the book, firm but fair, with a unrelenting tone of voice and at the same time the smallest person in the room, is disciplined and well aware of duties and willing to assist her coworkers in anyway. The phlebotomist brother by the name of Malcolm is exc
This is the first time I had went to this CSL. I've been giving plasma for over a year in a half; never had a better professional experience!! When I entered the building and spoke with Alexis to have my account transferred she asked for ID, which I have had no other plasma center do! I travel with work so I go to different locations often! She also did my vitals; wiped everything that my body touched with alcohol!! Very professional; I would go back just to be seen by her!!!
The CSL plasma staff is a highly skilled team of people that are very friendly and flexible. I always come in and leave in about 30 minutes, the store is always clean and there is always someone nice to stick me. Ms. JC is my favorite person to go to. She's always smiling and making sure everybody is straight. Shout out to you Ms. JC and the whole team! ?? Y'all keep up the great work ??
Jacqueline is such a sweet lady she always makes my feel comfortable in donating she a pleasure to be around and the whole CSL staff is so warm and inviting making every donation a success. Keep up the great work CSL staff.
Ms. Jacqueline is always so sweet and welcoming.. She always takes her time when staying my iv.: can barely feel a thing.. Great experience everytime
Jacqueline is one of the best phlebotomist CSL peach orchard has. She's always so friendly and polite. Makes coming to give plasma so much easier. I appreciate her so much and I know I'm not the only one.
Hi! I love going to CSL PLASMA, JC always make you feel welcome with her pleasant smile and her cheerfulness. She make sure that you are comfortable and put you in good spirits.
I admire all of the staff at CSL Plasma? Augusta. They have all been extremely sweet and very supportive each time I donate. In particular, Ms. Jacq is one that always goes above and beyond. I met her my very first time donating, and since then, she always makes it her business to see about me and have great conversation each time I come in, whether she is my direct donor specialist for that session or not.
All the employees are very sweet and nice great attitudes and nice environment. I had an employee tonight name of ASAYAH she is wonderful and gentle with the needle just like all the employees there she is very professional.
Would have loved to donate but they didn't have any staff to do new donor intake and told me to come back in 3 hours and they might have someone.
Alexis was outstanding at getting me processed and Jacqueline was a great phlebotomist!!
In my opinion I have the best experience at Csl Plasma when Malcolm (a star ? phlebotomist) is working. He's always positive and cheerful. Not to mention his sticks are as smooth as butter. Keep up the Great work love.
She acknowledges me every meeting. I feel greatly appreciated knowing she's my phlebotomist. T.B is radiant. T.B is positive. T.B is a tech CSL should keep by their side.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Anything that you may need, they don't mind being there for you. Jacqueline was so professional when I got sick once at the center.
Malcoln is very patient and thorough he ask all the medical questions before putting anything on you or sticking you and make sure your satisfied and make sure very right before moving on too the next patient
JC is one of the most nicest person I ever met and take her job very serious love and kind person always keep up the good work
This place has very hard workers the try to process you quickly as possible with a friendly smile.I just have one problem the pay scale for number of donations moves very slowly unlike when I first started it moved fast. But at the end of the day love the place and staff thanks for snacks when the lines get long and the water
Liza and Asayah worked together and we're very professional and courteous. Very timely and engaging. Great experience.
The staff was very helpful and friendly as usual I love my experiences here it's bc always in and out Ms JC is wonderful with the clients as well as the other staff
JC always smiling and sweet . Professional always and genuine conversations is always great. Feel welcomed every time.
I love the staff they are great and hard workers, but the wait is ridiculous you are in line for hours they are only running 9-14 machines, if you have empty beds let us sit down and wait don't make us stand for hours just to get a machine ready let me sit and wait, it's too much, I haven't been back, because after I work all day I don't want to stand in line for 2 hours
My experience is always lovely at the CSL Plasma Center on 3459 Peach Orchard Road. All staff members are kind and professional. Especially phlebotomist Jacqueline.
Mrs. Jacqueline was great handled everything quickly and very efficient she's also a very sweet employee
Liza M - Congratulations on your new bundle of joy!! I've missed you and your great customer service!!
Would NOT recommend. You cant bring up any problems about any of their employees, they take their side and tell you that you have no choice and you can't pick and choose. Their manager and most employees are rude and almost always have attitudes. Mia, chanterelle and the chick with colored shaved head are the only ones that treat you with respect and don't give you attitudes for nothing ??
Everyone is very polite and nice. Very professional and gentle with the needle. I really like the environment
I had a great experience with her she was so nice fast great attitude
I love JC because she's always happy and fast..
Mrs. Jasmine the supervisor is a great individual she's very compassionate for her team and clients..Mrs Jameela is a outstanding donor receptionist she's my favor when it comes to customer service at the peach orchard plasma she's clean, neat, and fast with excellent customer service skills. Finally, Mrs. Jasmine M is a good phlebotomist and she knows how to engage with her clients, also I rate her top 2 on the floor because she's knowledgeable about her position and she takes pride in her work. I just wan
On 10/25/2023, I arrived at the center at 6:30AM as I like to be one of the first ones to donate. I am required to start work at 9:00AM so it is imperative that I complete the donation process by 8:15AM. On 10/25 an employee came to the door stating that they had no quality person and would not open to approximately 8:00AM. Needless to say I could not wait as I start work at 9:00AM. I drive one way 17 miles only to find the center is not staffed correctly or do not have reliable employees. I called
girl that answers the phone is confused she told me that a letter from sons utilities and 2 pieces of sertified mail with my name N address on it would not work for proof of a legitimate address. Well when I got there she did not even look at my address to see if I was in a area close enough to donate. and was very rude and hung up on me well the 2nd time I donated the girl that took my blood said I had a moving vain she tried 5 times poking the $&!# out of my arm finally hit my vain blood was going through
JC was awesome and welcoming to me and made my time here painless and worry free
Had a great experience with JC. Quick and easy process with her
My experience there was ok a few of the donor/ phlebotomist specialist are rude and move very slowly . It was only two of the phlebotomist workers one by the name of Tamera and the other female I did n't get her name but they were very nice and professional when it came to their work also one of the managers by the of Jasmine Was very nice and helpful on the floor when it came to the patients. They all did a wonderful job and had very positive attitudes. Tamara ,Jasmine, Mario, and the unknown female from
This used to be a good facility but now not so much. There are a lot of questionable hygiene practices I've seen recently. The phlebotomists hardly ever change their gloves between patients, I've seen some workers not wear gloves at all, seats at check in aren't cleaned after a new guest (even if the person before left a mess/smell, and more often than not I'm forced to alert them of my allergies. I've had someone try and tell me that a latex tape was tape free and get annoyed that I refused to let her wrap
I have been to a few plasma donation places, and even though this location isn't in the safest of areas, I have found it to be the cleanest and least chaotic places I have been to. Despite the long line you may encounter, the employees are still calm and so helpful. I especially appreciate Kelly for her kindness towards everyone she encounters. The holidays aren't the best for everyone, so I truly appreciate her genuine conversation and smile (even through the mask!). It makes the long hours of waiting go b
Will never step foot in this place again ! that Alveira Alvira whatever her name is has got to go!
It's and easy process of giving. Ms Jacqueline always makes me laugh.
JC was excellent and took great care in her work.
Miss Jaqueline is the best. I had a an easy and painless time.
JC was the best for me she helped me a lot and helped everything go Smoove
Very professional and kind staff that sometimes has to deal with some bad apples. Some of these reviews on here are from people that are not exactly what you would call patient or understanding. The staff here do a great job keep up the good work.
JC and TB they made me feel real comfortable donating today !!
New donor process takes entirely too long been here for 3 hours, and still have to wait for a physical. By the time I get to the floor to donate, 4 hours will have past since I walked in the door. Nice people but extremely slow.
JC was excellent and this center always treats me right!
Malcom always does great and it never hurts when he sticks me!
This center is professional and make you feel comfortable. Everyone needs a raise! Great job to this facility
Friendly staff but slow as ever and no where to sit only one donor and management don't add more screener so before u donate u amy have to stand for a hour and a half or more til u get to the back will change once service and time pick up but for now don't come if u wanna get in and out
Jc did a wonderful job loved it and she was fast
Aseyah w. Was very efficient extremely good at her job she was wonder and I will be donating agian
Liza M. Is very Kind and gentle barley felt the needle !
Tb& mm were nice Jc are a very good stick
Most of the people that work here are rude and unprofessional( I did meet some great nurses). Long waits with little to no regard for your time. I was used by their staff as a guinea pig for their green nurses to practice on. They left both my arms purple from the needle going so deep it went through my vain on my right arm. They had to use my left arm to return the white blood cells. They were so rough when they pulled the needle out of my arm I bleed under the skin. It took 4 weeks for the bruises to go
Wait time is way to long. Stand in line for the screening for over a hr everytime. They only have 1 screener there most the time. Then get to the donating line and wait another hr or more bc for some reason most the ppl on the floor leave as soon as 430 hits. 40 dollars for 3 or more hrs. Looks like 1 big line starting at the donation entrance end at the front door. If you're lucky once you're done you only have to wait about 20 to 30 mins to get unhooked and wrapped up to leave. Oh also needs a cut off ti
Great place to donate. They've been slow recently, so I've enjoyed getting in and out quickly. They just raised their fees for new donors and return donors. New donors it's something like $100 and $125 for the first 8 donations. Return donors get $60 every donation. Better than any other plasma center I've gone to. The staff is really nice. Jana is very kind up in the front area. She always goes out of her way to talk to me. Jaz is usually my sticker and she is just on it. There is one manager there it seem
JC, TB, & MM were all very professional and prompt.
Why were we standing here for 3 hours and then sent home when the manager could have executed a more precise action when knowing 3 hrs earlier that this was going to happen. You also have a qualified nurse on staff and why could she not help the young lady phlebotomyst? I understand that you guys were short staffed but I feel like things were poorly mishandled especially where you offered us $5 for just standing here 3 almost 4 hours and not to mention that I had to walk home because the bus no longer avai
Worst plasma experience of my life. It started off normal with them asking for my ssc and id. I then went back into the office room to sign something. Then I watched a 30 minute intro video. After the video was over there was no employee in sight so I just sat down in the waiting area. At first it was just me. Then the seats started to fill up. All of us were extremely frustrated because we still hadn't seen a single employee and then we saw a group of young female employees laughing a giggling and having a
I just love Mahogany. She takes takes her time and is very invested in her donors. She takes great initiative and makes your donating experience a comfortable one. CSL Thanks Greatly
After reading a lot of online negative comments, I still went to this center. After all, I figured it couldn't be all that bad. True enough, once there, the comments I had read online were played out in my face. The lady at the reception desk was, seemingly, every minute leaving the desk to go to the back for something. People were in line waiting and no one was there to receive them. I was waiting because there was only one headset to watch the first time donor?s video. The other headsets were broken, I wa
ms jacqueline is very professional and fast and positive attitude
JC AND MM ARE VERY MANNER CLEAN AND RESPECTABLE WORKERS
JC is a great person CSL have working for them8
Would get no stars if that was an option. The staff is extremely slow and has no care in the world for the customer's time spent in line. Every time I go donate there's only one employee taking vitals and predonation screening. They messed up my arm last time I was there due to a bad stick. My are was bruised for several weeks. The staff didn't seem to care. It was more like an "ooops o well" situation. I would not recommend the unprofessional and ghetto establishment to anyone.
They are so slow, they never open on time. The lady's who screen are slow about opening their stations. I try to come early to try to beat the crowds and so I can attempt to do other things in the morning, but they are too slow. Finding a manager to complain to is pointless because they are not around. When I first came to donate I stood at the front for 20 minutes before someone came to assist then I waited Again for 30 minutes just to watch a video and no one was even there to assist. I wish they would f
I have never been so disrespected in my life... I was treated horrible because I needed a new card after I donated... One of the Managers even taunted me that I would be deferred because she doesn't like me... I need a Supervisor...
Coming from another center on peach orchard rd that was always packed and nasty. I love this new center it's clean and the ladies up front are wonderful and very friendly. As a new donor I will continue to come back love the positive energy and talks with the ladies.
This is the best most organized plasma center I've been to. Very professional friendly staff. Always in and out. They stick very well and never leave a bruise. I've only had very positive experiences here. This is my favorite plasma center I've been to. And I've been to alot around here!
First Time Donor Experience When I walked into the facility, there was no one at the front desk. I had to walk around the corner to find someone to help me. Once a bag was given to me with water and crackers, I was instructed to sit at a computer and watch a video. After the video, I headed back up to the front desk. Still, no one was there. I sat down in the waiting area and no one came to check on me, check me in, or said anything to me. An associate STILL wasn't present at the front desk, and the associa
Peach Orchard location# Staff are unprofessional. Talking about charges and probation. Machines are portable size. I was ringing off done for 20 minutes while staff were in a circle talking. There are many alternatives to use I suggest you go elsewhere. The other reviews are for other locations
I had a terrible experience yesterday as a new donor. After waiting for three hours, the male manager approached me with a bad attitude and advised they were short staff which is understandable but he continued making smart comments after walking away. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I will never visit this establishment again.
Malcom is so wonderful thanks for always being a Great person and being Great at your job ????
It would be better if they had a staff. They dont have enough staff the ones they got move to their own beat as if the place aint crowded. They got two thats awesome Tiffany and Kelly. They are very professional and friendly.
The staff is super awesome and very friendly. They always thank you for your donation. I'm thankful for the screeners, and those who are on the floor..... Thank you your all awesome.
I enjoyed my experience the phlebotomist named Autumn and Lizaa are the only ones that can get a good vein they are the BEST in there if they aren't there I'm not coming !????
T.B &J.C were very nice and hard workers
Being a first time donor I can say it's a great experience. Staff was very nice and also quick to get you out the door which is something I like. And who wouldn't want the extra money at this time.
The last two times I was donating they bruised my arm terribly. They also took to much plasma. It was the same girl both times. If I go back I will not let her start the process. I'm actually looking for another site to donate at.
JACQUELINE No words can explain very good person and good stick
The screener Jameela was very fast and efficient. The darskin woman with the butterfly in her hair was very rude to staff and the donors.
Management is awful and the staff is rude and uneducated. There are like 2 good employees and the other employees don't do anything but stand around.
GREAT STAFF ALWAYS FEEL WELCOME AND LOVE AT THIS FACILITY.I USED TO FEAR NEEDLES BUT THEY MADE THE PROCESS PAINLESS AND EASY MS JASMINE MS EBONY MS MAHOGANY ARE FANTASTIC WORKERS ... ALWAYS SMILING AND SO FRIENDLY ... THEY ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE I LET STAB MY ARM ????????????????
I feel like the relapse/new donor process takes too long, but I'm glad that I wasn't turned around today since I was close to being a relapse donor. The process was about as painless as it can be.
Jc best fleb there great place.
The most professional staff I have seen at a donation center. They do need to work on being ready to open on time and be set up for vitals check early in the morning though.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
