This place is ridiculous the people in the back are courteous and very very professional they get you in and get you out or just plain lazy walked in and there's five people in line one girl working the kiosk four people standing in the doorway to the office then a guy comes in does his questions and go straight to the front of the line I left

I've been coming to CSL for a while now, over a year. They have some good phlebotomists, but their wait time is ridiculous, they have one person up front doing everything (vitals and answering phones) and when I arrived this morning (7:20ish) they have ?opened? but we can't donate because the manager isn't here??? How is that professional and business like? You are supposed to have everything up and ready to go before customers start entering the building, I got here early this morning because I have things

Ngl it's impatient donors that make this place difficult at times. All staff is professional and customer service friendly. Ebony that works in screening is diligent and proficient in her job responsibilities. Another woman, unsure of her name, whose more by the book, firm but fair, with a unrelenting tone of voice and at the same time the smallest person in the room, is disciplined and well aware of duties and willing to assist her coworkers in anyway. This is the first time I had went to this CSL. I've been giving plasma for over a year in a half; never had a better professional experience!! When I entered the building and spoke with Alexis to have my account transferred she asked for ID, which I have had no other plasma center do! I travel with work so I go to different locations often! She also did my vitals; wiped everything that my body touched with alcohol!! Very professional; I would go back just to be seen by her!!!

The CSL plasma staff is a highly skilled team of people that are very friendly and flexible. I always come in and leave in about 30 minutes, the store is always clean and there is always someone nice to stick me. Ms. JC is my favorite person to go to. She's always smiling and making sure everybody is straight. Shout out to you Ms. JC and the whole team! ?? Y'all keep up the great work ??

I admire all of the staff at CSL Plasma? Augusta. They have all been extremely sweet and very supportive each time I donate. In particular, Ms. Jacq is one that always goes above and beyond. I met her my very first time donating, and since then, she always makes it her business to see about me and have great conversation each time I come in, whether she is my direct donor specialist for that session or not.

All the employees are very sweet and nice great attitudes and nice environment. I had an employee tonight name of ASAYAH she is wonderful and gentle with the needle just like all the employees there she is very professional.

Would have loved to donate but they didn't have any staff to do new donor intake and told me to come back in 3 hours and they might have someone.

This place has very hard workers the try to process you quickly as possible with a friendly smile.I just have one problem the pay scale for number of donations moves very slowly unlike when I first started it moved fast. I love the staff they are great and hard workers, but the wait is ridiculous you are in line for hours they are only running 9-14 machines, if you have empty beds let us sit down and wait don't make us stand for hours just to get a machine ready let me sit and wait, it's too much, I haven't been back, because after I work all day I don't want to stand in line for 2 hours

Would NOT recommend. You cant bring up any problems about any of their employees, they take their side and tell you that you have no choice and you can't pick and choose. Their manager and most employees are rude and almost always have attitudes. Mia, chanterelle and the chick with colored shaved head are the only ones that treat you with respect and don't give you attitudes for nothing ??

On 10/25/2023, I arrived at the center at 6:30AM as I like to be one of the first ones to donate. I am required to start work at 9:00AM so it is imperative that I complete the donation process by 8:15AM. On 10/25 an employee came to the door stating that they had no quality person and would not open to approximately 8:00AM. Needless to say I could not wait as I start work at 9:00AM. I drive one way 17 miles only to find the center is not staffed correctly or do not have reliable employees. I called

girl that answers the phone is confused she told me that a letter from sons utilities and 2 pieces of sertified mail with my name N address on it would not work for proof of a legitimate address. This used to be a good facility but now not so much. There are a lot of questionable hygiene practices I've seen recently. The phlebotomists hardly ever change their gloves between patients, I've seen some workers not wear gloves at all, seats at check in aren't cleaned after a new guest (even if the person before left a mess/smell, and more often than not I'm forced to alert them of my allergies. I've had someone try and tell me that a latex tape was tape free and get annoyed that I refused to let her wrap

I have been to a few plasma donation places, and even though this location isn't in the safest of areas, I have found it to be the cleanest and least chaotic places I have been to. Despite the long line you may encounter, the employees are still calm and so helpful. I especially appreciate Kelly for her kindness towards everyone she encounters. New donor process takes entirely too long been here for 3 hours, and still have to wait for a physical. By the time I get to the floor to donate, 4 hours will have past since I walked in the door. Nice people but extremely slow.

Most of the people that work here are rude and unprofessional( I did meet some great nurses). Long waits with little to no regard for your time. I was used by their staff as a guinea pig for their green nurses to practice on. They left both my arms purple from the needle going so deep it went through my vain on my right arm. They had to use my left arm to return the white blood cells. They were so rough when they pulled the needle out of my arm I bleed under the skin. It took 4 weeks for the bruises to go

Wait time is way to long. Stand in line for the screening for over a hr everytime. They only have 1 screener there most the time. Then get to the donating line and wait another hr or more bc for some reason most the ppl on the floor leave as soon as 430 hits. 40 dollars for 3 or more hrs. Looks like 1 big line starting at the donation entrance end at the front door. If you're lucky once you're done you only have to wait about 20 to 30 mins to get unhooked and wrapped up to leave. Great place to donate. They've been slow recently, so I've enjoyed getting in and out quickly. They just raised their fees for new donors and return donors. New donors it's something like $100 and $125 for the first 8 donations. Return donors get $60 every donation. Better than any other plasma center I've gone to. The staff is really nice. Would get no stars if that was an option. The staff is extremely slow and has no care in the world for the customer's time spent in line. Every time I go donate there's only one employee taking vitals and predonation screening. They messed up my arm last time I was there due to a bad stick. My are was bruised for several weeks. The staff didn't seem to care. It was more like an "ooops o well" situation. I would not recommend the unprofessional and ghetto establishment to anyone.

They are so slow, they never open on time. The lady's who screen are slow about opening their stations. Coming from another center on peach orchard rd that was always packed and nasty. I love this new center it's clean and the ladies up front are wonderful and very friendly. As a new donor I will continue to come back love the positive energy and talks with the ladies.

First Time Donor Experience When I walked into the facility, there was no one at the front desk. I had to walk around the corner to find someone to help me. Once a bag was given to me with water and crackers, I was instructed to sit at a computer and watch a video. After the video, I headed back up to the front desk. Still, no one was there. I had a terrible experience yesterday as a new donor. After waiting for three hours, the male manager approached me with a bad attitude and advised they were short staff which is understandable but he continued making smart comments after walking away. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I will never visit this establishment again.

Being a first time donor I can say it's a great experience. Staff was very nice and also quick to get you out the door which is something I like. And who wouldn't want the extra money at this time.

The last two times I was donating they bruised my arm terribly. They also took to much plasma. It was the same girl both times. If I go back I will not let her start the process. I'm actually looking for another site to donate at.

I feel like the relapse/new donor process takes too long, but I'm glad that I wasn't turned around today since I was close to being a relapse donor. The process was about as painless as it can be.

The most professional staff I have seen at a donation center. They do need to work on being ready to open on time and be set up for vitals check early in the morning though.
