Decent staff. Some extremely great staff. Today, not so good. Extremely long wait for vitals. 30 minutes. A visit of an hour is my average, 1.5 hrs today. Probably not coming back (update 6/4) another long wait. 40 min to get to a bed. 54 minutes to get started. 15 empty beds, 13 in use, and a 40 minute wait. Am still waiting to get started. With customer service like this, I might as well not come back. Avoid if your time is valuable

Went through the vein. Blamed me for drinking coffee the day before. Those pictures are from after a week's worth of healing.

Alma is the kindest person. She does her job well. If you need something shes there to help. Thank you for all your help Alama

So I came to the center and there was no line I got in line just to be told that I have to see the nurse and I had just been a new customer and I had seen the nurse on Tuesday .So I went back again seen them nurse again and answered all the questions then get sent back to the nurse again so after an hour I have been here I still have not been able to get my donation on my first visit I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes And today is my second appointment and I'm still waiting .

Very pleasant experience. There's a Mexican lady forgot her name and Madison they are always smiling and happy. They're just a joy to be around and make your experience a little more enjoyable

I absolutely love this place. Cindy is amazing in reception and always makes you feel comfortable. Julia is an amazing phlebotomist and I've never had any issues here. I love the staff here!

Great and friendly place. I like that they take vitals behind a closed door and the check-in questionnaire is available online and can be done ahead of time. Only thing I didn't love was the waiting area. That space and the lines for vitals and donations are cramped and awkwardly laid out.

Very professional, very sociable respectable.... I would like to give Zach a compliment and congratulation on the way he not only interacts but also how he does his job I'd recommend him to anybody great people skills.. he's definitely someone who qualifies to be a team leader in that position

It's a great place. Britni does a great job of screening. She's very professional and never wastes time. Madison is one of the best at disconnecting. Often times she is ready and waiting for my final cycle to end and disconnect me. Michelle is my favorite sticker! She is very kind and caring. Even asks me things that we have talked about months ago. Great staff! Highly recommended!

Beloit CSL is a very friendly environment. Cindy in reception is one of the nicest people I have met at this location. Everytime I see her she is always very happy and smiling. No matter what kind of day I have had, she cracks a joke and instantly makes me feel better. I have never had a bad interaction at Beloit CSL.

I haven't been in a couple years. I started going in 2020 during Covid. I used to donate blood for free so I figured I might as well get paid. It was great for about a year or so. I actually made enough money to go on a fun little vacation. I'd go in the morning, take care of business and be at work by 8:00. In and out with no problems. I even had a couple of my friends going also. We all thought it was great little side hustle for some spending money. But then it started getting busy again and the hour

Had a quick and easy experience. Loved the conversation and care i got from the tech Gabrielle. She was professional yet funny too. ??

Have to go through same shit after I did it 2 days ago. And wait forever for it to happen. Enough to make you walk out

Was told I had HIV by them. Spent 24hr having an anxiety attack till I went to health department and had it tested twice to confirm I didn't. Now I am unable to donate because of their inability to test blood correctly. Be careful - I'm definitely not the only one this has happened to. I guess they like to give out false-positive test results. Edit: calling that number is useless. Now I am getting the run around. Go to the center and get told I have to talk to the nurse. Talk to the nurse and ask questi

Donors can be differed for their staff mistakes horrible would not recommend

Safe easy money while helping people out. The staff have to follow rules and regulations so don't get upset when they are doing what they are supposed to.

Friendly staff and always in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Alma is just one of the several employees who make a great impact to the company!

Friendly people that do a great job. I look forward to visiting twice every week! Beth is awesome! Britni excellent Screener! And Alma is super special at the front end!

Karla Hern?ndez is an amazing worker. She is very proficient and professional on her job. Excellent customer service.

Cindy in reception did an amazing job with my blood pressure, iron, and protein check I have never been deferred by her EVER. She's amazing

I love coming to the Beloit CSL PLASMA. Everyone is so nice and the facility is very clean. Today Miss Juila was my phlebotomist and it was like magic didn't even feel the needle go in.

My phlebotomist, Karla, is wonderful and very nice! She is quick to make me use my other arm if problems arise, but calmly fises the issue! Give that girl a raise!!!

Mikaela is very friendly and professional.does a great job in the booth. Madison was a great sticker. She's very professional courteous and friendly.

Britni, is very helpful and courteous. She is always willing to go the extra mile and help me set up my new card!

This center is pretty great. A majority of the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. Pretty hit or miss on speed of service, but it really depends on how many other donors are there. I've donated here for years with little issues or complaints. The one issue I'd mentioned in my previous review was addressed. Recently stopped donating here because I moved away, but I honestly miss the atmosphere and staff.

Cindy was awesome today! I've been going here regularly for 2 months and they've got a good system once you get set up it's very easy. Thank you for a smooth donation.

I just want to say thank you to Alma & her fellow coworkers. Mostly Alma?? but You guys make my donation experience very comfortable & Relaxing.

Brittany is always so friendly and welcoming when I get her. Her urgency to get people checked in is awesome

I had a great Philodomist. Karla H did a great job using my left arm, which is very hard to get a vein in. Thank you very much

Sucks the lines get a little long but easy money to earn.

I enjoy my time at csl plasma in beloit. Great staff. Gabby (Gabrielle) is very good with keeping great vibes out here and is the best at poking me :-)

I donated for the first time yesterday and my experience was great! Staff was very kind and helpful with the whole process. The office was clean and everything was organized.

Britni is Amazing go give her the biggest raise y?all got because this is fantastic worth ethic y?all gotta pay her what she's worth.

Alma is amazing! One of my favorite employees! Always makes sure i have the best donation experience!

Alma was very nice and gentle. She had an issue with the scale and changed the batteries promptly.

Most of my experiences here have been good. The employees themselves are mostly fine, problem is the company pays them less than what a typical retail cashier makes to perform medical procedures. I had a reaction once and the speed, efficiency, and caring of the staff was awesome.

Went earlier today for first time. Whole process took about 2 hours as a new donor. Staff was very friendly and professional. The actual donation took 53 minutes for me. They'll give you a snack and juice. Super staff! If you go I can give you a referral code we will both benefit from.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Sandra one of the staff members at csl Plasma, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist.

Very unprofessional staff! They are rude and don't care at all! EDIT to reply: I already called that number and I still have not received a call back! Alma is very rude & is unprofessional!

Best place to donate for sure. Even traveling from Rockford much more worth it. Receptionist britni is awesome. Great staff

I really like going to CSL the employees are great. Britni made me feel comfortable while screening me.

Friendly staff. Love seeing the same faces because then you feel more comfortable. My rating is 5+++

The Staff Is Very Helpful, Polite, And Professional!!! I feel completely comfortable coming to this CSL.....the place is kept very clean and tidy.... I actually have told the staff that I look forward to coming here to relax after getting done with work!!! Thank You To All Of The Staff At CSL Plasma In Beloit, Wisconsin!!!!!!

This has to be the worst plasma center in Rock County don't recommend coming here they practice on you more than they know and just like a police department if you have a problem with one person the rest of the employees will stick up for them no matter regardless if they are wrong or not! Injustice as soon as I make this review Having a sample taken and it was done wrong when I told her it was done wrong she told me nobody else can say anything because it was between her and I And nothing will be done abou

Britni made my experience at CSL so great! She was so kind and efficient!

I've never felt more discriminated against in my entire life! The employees stated I made them feel "awkward" due to me being transgendered and they looked for reasons to not let me participate. I have reported this location and their employees to State representatives for discrimination. There were literally other donors on their phones making plans to buy drugs after their donation in the waiting room. This place is absolutely disgusting!

It's ''Very'' CLEAN ???? and the environment and atmosphere are good '' Professional staff and there's no anxiety '' Like your waiting for a surgery '' Lol'' Try it '' You won't be disappointed '' LMK what y'all think ???? Appreciate

Like most places, yes, they get busy, and it is a hit-and-miss whether they are busy or not, but that is like most places. I love the friendly service, never had a problem with my money and while sometimes the kiosk is tempermental, I have no complaints. I have always had good people who knew what they were doing and they take care of you and make sure you are satisfied. I personally love Taelor but all the staff are amazing!

Most of the workers were really friendly. An employee named Anthony however was constantly cussing in front of everyone. Also on his phone well on the floor. Have a little respect for the people well they are there. Whatever you want to say behind a door is your freedom. They right your paycheck bro keep that in mind.

Alma Z is awesome. She always make sure I'm comfortable before I go to the donor floor.

Everyone is super friendly Karla is one of my favorite person's , they all nice and friendly

The donation process is usually pleasant and moves along quickly from start to finish. Staff are very courteous, friendly and professional, especially Tim! Top of the line staff right there!

It peaceful and they very friendly and definitely they did good job and I approve of them

Employees need to do better in the morning. Need more training for all of them. Horrible.

Me and my husband have been plasma donors for years. We use the money to plan out a yearly trip or for q big purchase. We have been going to this center in Beloit for 9 months. And I must say the staff here have been the most friendly, kindest and knowledgeable of any place we have gone before. They are fast , efficient and competent in their responsibilities to their donors. We will miss them very much and are very grateful for them. This center is wonderful. We want them to know how much we appreciate t

Always love going to britni She talks to me an makes.me feel comfortable always welcoming

This is not a bad place the staff was helpful and friendly. Karla was very nice and professional. Thx all

Karla is amazing and I love her, oh no did I just make it weird

Great job Robert. He should be a phlebotomist ASAP

Changing my review from 3 stars to one. This company is a joke. On my last donation I needed multiple resticks on my left arm. They ended up using my right arm instead. However, my left arm bruised and now they're telling me I can't donate A WEEK LATER because of a "donation reaction." This isn't a donation reaction. It's because of your incompetence, digging around in my arm causing damage to the tissue. I donated in my right arm last time, and now you're telling me I can't donate at all? After YOU caused

I don't normally post bad reviews about places but when I call at 5:50 to ask if you're going to be open until 7 and you say yes, when I drive the half hour it takes to get here I don't want to see a sign that says we closed 6 today. The staff is a little too laid back as well, I called three times and got hung up on before someone finally told me false hours for the day. They had also had it posted Saturday they would be open until 7. However I still called to confirm but I guess they just do what they ple

The fact that only one person is sticking people on the floor is ridiculous. Been here for a hr. Went in booth 30 min ago. Staff is very unorganized. Either most are just talking or walking around doing nothing. I love the "going on break" excuse too. Everyone on break at the same time.

THE STAFF NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER AND GET ON THE SAME PAGE! First time I went to get established they forgot all about me I waited for hours and I had to come back the next day. Then the machines weren't working. Then they don't tell you if you have 3 vitals high in a row you have to go to the doctor and get this paperwork filled out. When I told them they did not inform me and I kept trying just because I thought I could, the staff member got rude about it. I wasted a trip down there just for a form that I

Very rude staff. I was a first-time donor and not knowing the procedure to register, I "stupidly" assumed I would be greeted by employees who would direct me through the process. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. After walking in, two employees--one white male, one black female, looked me up & down, said NOTHING and simply walked away. As they left the reception area White Male Employee said loud enough for me to hear, "You'd think people would have something better to do on a Sunday than come here

BRITNI have a great personality a beautiful smile very friendly and very helpful thanks for her

Beth is amazing at what she does, I have weird veins (plus I'm a baby) and she always gets it right, the first time!!!!

The facilities are small, poorly organized, and outdated. Many of the staff are very unprofessional on the floor, especially with their language and topics of conversation. The way they keep track of the clients' progress on the floor is very disorganized and lacks any type of system in place. Lines are often ridiculously slow, as they are way understaffed and don't have the facilities to handle their caseload. All that being said, I've heard from many people that they are much better in all ways than Talec

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Been coming here for the better part of 4 years now.

I been donating plasma for a whole year. The people are nice here in Beloit. Most of my donation s have been very well.

Jenna and Curtis were just amazing With there? Bedside manner

Takes 90 minutes of waiting before you get sat and stuck. Doesnt seen worth it anymore.

My second time donating and very positive experience. Yeah there might be a wait but not as long as you might think. Moves along fast and the staff are there to help. So far this has been the easiest way to make some quick money and do some good. Highly recommend becoming a human juice box for CSL Plasma.

The employees at my local CSL are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience at the Beloit facility.

A very quick and enjoyable experience, staff are always very helpful and personable, have been regularly donating since 2016 here and can't say anything negative really ??

6 times there and have had a good day each time. It's a small place but they do a much better job than all of the bigger ones I've been to. Keep up the good work??

Cindy in the pre screening booth was great . All around a great atmosphere and nice place to donate with nice incentives

I love when Elisia is there. She keeps the line moving and very respectful.

Staff here are as racially biased as rockford staff. If you attempt to complain to corporate good luck they don't respond. Very unprofessional all the way from staff to corporate would not suggest donating here and find a talecris location way better treatment from staff

Britni did a amazing job today vary polite and help me with my questions

Britni- very polite and gental with the whole process! Always welcomes you and thanks you!

I've only placed one review in my life but I felt the need to leave a review. My last donation here was 11/18/2020. On that day, I was told I no longer qualified to be part of the COVID program as I did not have sufficient antibodies in my system. I was perfectly okay with that. They then switched me to a regular donor rather than a COVID donor. I then came back on 11/20/2020 for my regular second donation. I was unable to do my questionnaire so I went to the front desk. Here, I was told that since it was m

Easy money but can be long lines be use they are often not properly staffed. Patrons are often unhygienic, loud and rude. Luckily to solve those 2 problems I was able to purchase a VIP pass and a pair of headphones. There's many good and kind employees but a few spoil the whole bunch sometimes due to poor pay and little benefits. For what these guys and girls deal with, they should be paid more. Ultimately worth the extra cash if you go twice a week and take advantage of the bonuses once you get used to he

Cindy is a very nice and kinda person funny and love to chat with her

Good place. Good ppl. Way better than Telecris in Rockford. Only problem I have is with juice. I sat here for 1t minutes no flowing as he walked back and forth between other ppl. He finally looked at me, said I'm not dealing with you and continued to stick other people

She does an amazing job and makes my time better when I come and donate

Excellent customer service was provided to me by Alma at csl plasma in beloit wi. I felt valued and appreciated.

Cindy (recept) is aways nice to see, she's their with a good laugh ??.
