Average cost plasma in pics below...is place is terrible and highly discriminatory toward the disabled and handicapped. Spent 2.5 hrs here two days ago to get no where. Then today hour wait to get back to physical, past everything till the heart rate which first was 108 bpm, and sec was 103 bpm. Passing score 100 beats per min. So 4.5, 30 in gas, finger pricked 4 times, lost out on other stuff could've been doing today cause was there waiting and guess what still nothing not a cent. Yet you know they are get

I have been attending this location for several years. Today I was met with a medical screener by the name of Ashley. Ashley was extremely rude and unpleasant to me personally. After speaking to other regulars at this location I quickly learned that I am not the only one to deal with this from Ashley and that rude seems to be her common attitude. Do better guys

A friend of mine was up there last week and got told that because he hadn't been there in over a week he had to redo everything. Watch the video, answer questions and you guys got a blood sample out of him. You guys told him that you had to send it off and that you'd have the results back on Monday. Here it is Wednesday and you guys still don't have it back. What the heck? Something needs done about this.

This location is going downhill quickly. They closed Sundays a while ago, and now I was told they are closing on Saturdays. I cannot even use this location anymore, as I had to have one of these days as an option. This on top of removing the rewards program on the app. I've also been turned away during the week due to staffing issues. When they are open, the staff is amazing and great at what they do. Unfortunately, I just can't use this service anymore.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I've been stuck by every phleb at this location and they are so gentle. I enjoy coming to this location because it is such a positive environment.

This is by far the best experience i have had when I come to a business like this. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is awesome. Thanks guys

I believe management and all associates are doing their very best. Have seen a shortage in personnel. I do think CSL corporate should seek ways to either delegate certain tasks more effectively, or simply find and pay more professionals, at least 2 more people might be the solution. I will say, anytime I've had an issue, they are clever, patient with me, and will find a solution to make it right. For that, the Bloomington Indiana location as earned their 5 stars. Special thanks to Bekka, Sean/Shawn and Kyle

Best plasma donation place around! Everyone is awesome here except for the one employee who is kind of grouchy and seems off putting but when you get to know this employee they are awesome too. So this place is all around hands down the best to give your body fluid and get paid for it!

I love cls plasma the people here treat you like family very courteous very friendly very clean very nice very helpful

This place is unbelievably slow, I see 3 staff members standing around when there's beds open that needs to be hooked up whiles there is 8 people in line waiting sooooo slow

Employees are always pleasant and welcoming, always ready to answer my questions, knowledgeable, patient, and appreciative of my time/donations. If ever any issues always give support and explain what to do to avoid in future to avoid any referrals in future. Always, given incentives to bring people in for more donations. Will continue to donate knowing I am helping others especially since one health issue donations help was affected by a close person to me. Thank you CSL for all you do as a donor I see

They're understaffed. I've been standing in line waiting to donate for about 45 minutes, I can clearly see 8 unoccupied donation stations, there is probably more that I cant see. The staff is perfectly nice, but it takes longer to get to the point where you can donate than it actually does to donate. The amount of time you spend vs what they pay is not worth while. I've moved up in line while typing this, there is at least ten unoccupied donation stations. They need to pay donors more (look up how much they

I went in twice to donate. First time, there was a nurse that was very rude. I hadn't eaten, so she said to me I'll be rejecting you in a heart beat. While I understood the reasoning, she was rude. Second time, I went through part of the process and the very nice young black guy was great, very helpful, made me feel like I was making the right decision in doing this. Went back to the nurse for my medicine reviews. Same nurse that was rude before. I'm telling her I'm on Ozympic. She very rudely asked why I'

When you walk in you instantly feel welcomed by the staff! After donating here for over a year the staff feel like friends! They explain the process very well & are so friendly! Tina, Sway, Katrina, and everyone in the back are just wonderful! It's always very clean as it should be & they are prompt with the process! I recommend them to all my friends!

They do a great job. Friendly staff. Sometimes there may be a wait at the front as it is not regularly staffed, but overall, a decent place.

Staff is fantastic. They whole process is smooth. There's music on the speakers. You get entered into a raffle each, and you get a deposit on a CSL debit card. ????????????????????

I absolutely LOVE this place and location. Everyone is always so pleasant. So nice, welcoming, and smiling. ERIC IS THE BEST!!!! Super sweet. My veins are really hard to get, he has not missed once. Always gets it the first try!!! Great music. Offer snacks and complimentary water. Feels like family after you get to know everyone. They were also very helpful with people that had a hard time reading and understanding questions. I observed that while I was there. Alex is also very good if you have terrible vei

Place has went downhill the workers don't want to work and can tell by thier attitudes

I got sick after giving plasma and I forgot to tell them the next day. My first offense and I told them when I came in the next donation. Getting sick HAD NOTHING to do with giving plasma. But because I needed to eat because it was 7 hours from the last time I ate. I can't give plasma there now because I waited till I came in for my next visit. Just be sure you let them know or tough luck. I always get sick when I haven't eaten in 7 hours more. If they could process us through the reception tech faster than

This CSL location has been the absolute best. All the staff are very friendly and I feel like they are more than just the staff when I come here.

CSL and All employees here are a blast to work with. Sway is really great! She always makes sure I'm comfortable and has an encouraging and up lifting attitude. One day I get sick and she was happily the first one there to take care of me and keep the problem from persisting. Love donating at this location over all the places I have gone before, especially better than BioLife ??

Everyone is so nice!! Tina is amazing!! Sway,Natalie, and all the rest always greet you with a smile. Wait times are much shorter than at Biolife that's for sure. Easy money that helps so many!! Keep up the good work!!

Team is understaffed. ?Deb? said ?I did it again? when she entered my screening data wrong so I had to wait 40 minutes for the nurse to correct her error. She had made the same mistake on someone else about 20 minutes earlier. I lost 4 spots in line for the nurse for an error that wasn't my fault. Then I got on the bed and machine. About 70% into my donation there were issues with air bubbles. After troubleshooting about an hour they ?initiated a return?. In total I was there 4+ hours. Experience wa

Sway has great communication skills , vibrant and up beat. She makes u feel welcome and comfortable if you're not a big fan of being stuck by needles. She walk u through every step of the process so u always know exactly what's going on and I would highly recommend donating here

This is a great place to donate. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. They make the process smooth and worry free.

Always slow, always talking to coworkers about daily life instead of working. Won't open both sides when they have a line almost out the door. But then complain that they never get out by 7. A joke.

Donation times seem to just keep getting longer. The team is generally pretty friendly. Seems like management runs the building poorly. They always seems short staffed. I've currently been waiting almost an hour and a half just to get to the floor.

Absolutely love the facility. The staff are all very friendly and they know my name. Would highly recommend

The phlebotomists and reception are the sweetest people ever! However, Kyle at the Bloomington, IN Center needs an attitude adjustment. If you are treating your workers so bad that donors notice on multiple occasions you shouldn't be in management. I have been coming to this center for months now and not once have I seen this man treat his workers with any kind of dignity or respect. Shame on you. Congrats to the workers who have stayed despite the treatment they recieve from you.

I had a great experience my first time I highly recommend they go above and beyond further staff and very helpful and understanding of each donation . CC is a great worker !

Donate at CSL, usually twice a week. The staff are very friendly and professional, but they need more help. This place is always so understaffed in the evenings. Otherwise, it's a great place, and they do an awesome job.

Super friendly staff! I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time! Thank you for everything you guys do!

Garbage wait times. Staff is ether understaffed or they prioritize the new donors over the return donors who have been going there for years.

I had a a great experience every time I donate everyone is really professional and nice as well one of my favorite that greets me every donation is Salisa.

Love csl the money made from donating helps my family. Staff is great and friendly. Only downfall is the wait sometimes.

Walked in and felt very welcomed! Everyone from the CSL Center to the donors donating were amazing. My first experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this place to help save lives and donate.

CSL makes the donating process fun and social. CC IS ALWAYS QUICK SCREENING. I have been donating here since 2020. I donate twice a week every week.

I spent almost 3 hours there as a returning donor for only 50 dollars after they got the new machines. I was in shock at how slow things have been lately. They desperately need more flatobomists.

This is an excellent and amazing facility, and all the staff are extremely professional and caring. I have personally been cared for and assisted by several over the x amount of times I have been there to donate. D.J, Jeff, Jennifer, and Marcy are wonderful people, and they have good hearts. They are all friendly and professional, and have great stories to tell. They treat you well, and really care about you as a person. Jeff has a lot of interesting stories he enjoys sharing from time - and I look forward

Staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience!

Been coming here for over a year now, and not one complaint. Staff has always been pleasant, prompt and professional- why I continue to donate. Thanks

The staff is always friendly. They are also very proficient in their respective roles. I really like Shawn and Eric.

This place has amazing staff they make it fast and enjoyable when I'm donating thank you so much guys.

Kiaunte is so handsome and is a hard worker! Protect him at all cost!

( Sydney Cowden ) always supper helpful and respectful and make sure your understanding about the donation. CC is very sweet !

My Personal Escape! Great Smiles! Happy People! I Am Surprised At This Establishment. My Personal Choice, For Lifesaving Plasma Donation! Who Says A Team, Can't Be Family Too? :)

CSL is always careful with my personal information. It's very easy money, which is always nice. The staff is always kind, curious, and professional.

Come see my man bc.best reception recognition here as CSL great donation times and payment I've been going for three years still solid!

My experience here has been absolutely amazing I enjoy the staff and experience

They very welcoming They be get me in and out Everytime I donate Salisa Make my day Thanks CSL

So after scheduling a new donor physical on the website and driving almost an hour to get here, I was turned away. My appointment was for 330pm, but I was told they don't do appointments here. And because they closed at 5 there would not be enough time for me to have my physical and donate. I was very upset, anyone would be. I told the girl at the counter that they should really do something about the website because it's bad business. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I've been here a few different times and Chelsea's probably the best tech they have. She was able to find my veins when nobody else could there or at their competition down the street. Definitely would recommend.

This place is great. The people who work here are all really nice and helpful. The place is clean and welcoming. I have had DJ as my phlebotomist 4 out of 5 times I have donated and he is always professional while having a great sense of humor. I would recommend this place if you need a little extra cash.

Very clean building. Staff are helpful and efficient. Never had a problem here.

Jesus, do they need more people working the floor. These waits are getting ridiculous and making it incredibly difficult to plan anything around days I'm donating. Literally no one at the pre-screen area, been standing here 10 minutes, even on slow days and times, they can't be bothered to move you through the process. I can drink a veritable fish tank worth water and still be given a hard time by this one nurse. It's without fail some comment. I can't wait until I never have to come back here. The staff

It's Monday a very busy day at ALOT of places and csl doesn't have any workers?? but they won't hire you.

Csl plasma is awesome! Sway is a great worker and also the rest of them are cool too!

I would highly recommend everyone going to Bio Life instead of this place. Employees are not as experienced and have had multiple problems here. Every trip here is different... I have had the needle almost ripped out of my arm multiple times. They do not offer seating as your in line and be prepared to wait!!

I just donated for the first time so I don't have much to go off of however, the facility is immaculate, the employees were awesome and knowledgeable and answered all my questions confidently. I didn't feel pressured. I was most impressed with getting a call the day after donating to make sure I was okay, I was also asked about my experience and if I had planned to come back. I definitely am going back and would refer anyone there. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the card they issue is a rip

The staff is awesome and I get a clean stick with a quick and easy donation everytime!!

Absolutely love and very friendly people would recommend to everyone.

Need to train their employees better. I went in to donate yesterday, 10/8/22, and was told that my protein level was 0.2 below the threshold, meaning I couldn't donate. (Not their fault, they have their own policies and red tape that they have to navigate; which I understand.) I have been donating here for over a year and this was my first time having an issue with my protein, so I asked the receptionist how long I would be deferred for. He told me it was a "one-day deferral" and to "get a protein bar and c

Very nice staff and the process is quick and easy and they make it a very enjoyable experience that others should try

The staff are caring, helpful and professional. Ive been coming here for 2yrs and i think every donor should come to csl

The staff is very friendly! I appreciated how they walked me through every step of the donation process. They happily answered any questions I had. The facility is immaculate! Very pleased with my visit.

I always have a good experience here and the staff is akways friendly.

I love donating here. Everyone is awesome and Kayla in reception is so amazing. Such a great help every time I come in.

If I could I'd give them a 0 stars. The workers were slow and on their phones. One lady said she was waiting for another employee to help but after waiting and hour and a half almost 3 hours just to be seen by someone I decided to leave and will never return. Worst experience ever!!!

I love coming to the CSL plasma it's really nice to donate to others & I enjoy using the money for myself because I'm in need at the moment I was kinda of nervous my fist time but I got use to it. I love the workers they are very caring & nice they also enjoy helping us & communicating with us this will be my 12th donation proud of myself I will be coming back

The employees are always nice and helpful, Jason is awesome too

Always friendly staff, if you have an extra 2 hours why wouldn't you come make some cash

CSL Plasma in Bloomington has top notch phlebotomists, customer service, user friendly app and I highly recommend you give them a try!!

Everyone has been nice. It's a good place and would recommend to everyone over anywhere else.

From time to time, getting those extra funds is just what a person needs. No smoke- CSL Bloomington is a great team with some of the best personalities and energies. Started here just before the pandemic: professionals through and through! Too many to name drop! *proceeds to name drop* Eric, Blake, Sway, Trinity, Tina, Tamara, Debbie, Stephanie, and the many that have made this experience flawless over the years and my 81 donations and counting. Give them allll raises- be a leader in compensation for work

I have been donating for some time cc always carries good conversation very friendly

My wife and I have been coming to Bloomington to donate for quite some time now. Our last time there my wife got a bruise at her injection site. Of course she had to see the nurse the next time and was not allowed to donate. Once the bruise was gone we went back and she wasn't allowed to donate because she has to be signed off by the csl doctor. It's almost a 30 minute drive. The next time she called first and was told she had no restrictions and was allowed to donate. We get there and again was told she co

Cece is amazing makes you feel right at home and that they really care about you here at CSL plasma

I went in there today and was getting ready to get hooked up to the machine and there power goes out so the convenience fee was only 5 bucks I've been going to this place for years and something that wasn't my fault I get 5 bucks I wouldn't recommend and today 5-12-22 I got deferred today because the manager didn't know how to stick me I've been loyal donor and get deferred over a manager not knowing what there doing this unacceptable and non-professional

Very friendly staff. Always an easy process in and out.

Awesome staff, quick easy money. So much better than Biolife.

First time donating at CSL plasma today after donating at a different center. The difference was night and day. The staff was welcoming, helpful, informative and prompt throughout the entire process.

I really like the service and the employees are very nice and friendly and the place stays clean.

Great staff! Very kind and time efficient!

Sway, & BeK helped me today. Great conversation! Clean. Checked on me multiple times highly recommended CSL!

Everyone is so nice and are always good at what they do and give 100 to everyone that works the and always have the best experience everytime I cometo donate

Kayla is absolutely awesome every time I come in she greets me with a smile and a laugh

Today near the end of my donation, I had a medical emergency. The staff at CSL in Bloomington came to me immediately. Thank you to their nurse & staff, Bloomington FD First Responders and IU Health EMTs. Their expert care care was prompt and life saving! Kudos to all of you! Thankfully, my donation of plasma was finished!

They are awesome, clean, friendly and super efficient every single time!!! Definitely reccomend!!!
