This place goes from bad to worse! Wait times were already nearly unbearable but now they have new machines and the waits are insufferable! Im talking 8+ people waiting for vitals with 1-2 staff doing them while there is 10+ people in the line waiting for donation chairs! Who has time for this? As someone who makes good money the cost versus time ratio just isn't logical! I donate to help ppl because I know someone who's life was saved by plasma.... The extra money of course is great but its quickly becomi

Staff is always great and friendly. Last couple of months wait times have been pretty brutal. Expect to wait in line for a total of anywhere between 30mins to an hour before you start the donation. It does make the whole process a bit harder to justify if you're looking for extra money. Also the new machines are MUCH slower, not faster like they're saying. I suspect this, in combination with staffing issues, Is why this experience has gone down hill recently imo.

By far the worst experience ever at a plasma center! I got through every step but the physical and the lady doing my physical says to me... I see a red dot on your arm and oh looks like a pimple is coming in on your other arm.. The phlibotomists won't take you... I literally cannot see any mark on my arm.. .. I've also heard stories similar!

We live in a time where people want things fast. And in a rush. Slow and steady is the quickest and safest way to get anywhere. Personally, the first time was the longest, and I got its protocols. The second time was faster. But as far as the floor. I was done and disconnected in 40 - 45. I hate needles. Take your time. I'm in no rush. Apply for a position and get training for those who have an opinion. Great staff! ??

One of the worst centers around, lines are always terribly long. Center is wildly understaffed, which is odd because every other center I've ever donated plasma at seems to have an abundance of employees. And they got new machines which does cut down time on the donation collection, the problem is you'll be waiting over an hour just to get seated. Go elsewhere if possible.

I went to this location for the last month after switching from Biolife, the lines can be long and there is typically only one person taking vitals. But everyone has been very kind and helpful, I would recommend this location. Update: Since they got new machines you are waiting 1-2 hours before even donating. So whole process takes about 3 hours from beginning to end. For those of us making $47 a donation, thats $15 an hour. Not worth it. Ive come back three seperate times trying to catch a time where ther

Forgot a shirt to donate plasma.. Matthew gave me scrubs to wear so I don't have to be uncomfortable. Honestly how have I found a friend in someone who stabs me and checks my weight everytime I see them? Well, because.. this is the 2nd time I've had a horrible experience just checking in, and both times, I almost left without donating. And Matthew, both times, has someone talked me into laughing and leaving his chair happy that I chose to do this.Im saving lives, but almost stopped because of ONE staff memb

I have been donating at this (Bloomington) location for a few years now. The staff is consistently SO kind, caring, friendly and warm. I've had a couple experiences where I wasn't able to complete a full donation due to poor blood flow output. I still got paid the full amount and both times someone from the center called the next day to ask how I was feeling. I know the lines can be long which isn't anyone?s fault and I've heard people get mouthy when they're turned away during screenings for various reason

Usually the staff is A++ & the facility is super clean. I drive from Minneapolis for specifically these reasons....however, recently, there has been inconsistency with the screening process & it's frustrating. Then the screening staff get mad at the donors for questioning the process? We aren't saying your wrong, but we deserve to know why certain things aren't ok today & weren't an issue 2 days ago. Especially when the answer is the staff not following protocols over things like providing water or powerade

while the staff on the floor and (for the most part) doing vitals are great & kind, the medical staff is not. one made me wait in the very long line without giving me a pass just for the person taking my vitals to say ?oh no, you're right; you definitely shouldn't have had to wait in line?. then even though I'd told that medical person that I'd just gotten vaccines, after they took my vitals, they said I had to wait AGAIN for medical after having waited for 20 minutes for them to call me back only for them

DO NOT GO TO CSL BLOOMINGTON MN, I SAY THIS WITH MUCH SADNESS AS I HAD BEEN WITH CSL AROUND 4 YEARS AT MANY CSL LOCATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. ON MY LAST VISIT TO THE BLOOMINGTON LOCATION, AS I WAS ON THE FLOOR DONATING, A FILL IN SUPERVISOR RAN OVER TO ME AND STARTED BELITTLING ME IN FRONT OF THE FULL DONOR FLOOR , FOR ATTEMPTING TO LOOK UNDER THE TABLE CLOTH TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY WATER TO PLACE ABOVE AS OTHERS AND I IN LINE WERE THIRSTY AS HYDRATION IS IMPERATIVE TO ALL DONORS, AND THE USUAL WATER WAS NO

I really want to give this place five stars but I just can't. Not yet anyway. The initial screening is not quick or easy. Especially in my case it took a lot of extra time and confused employees because my last name changed from a marriage. As one employee was looking for a manager another one was out in the lobby calling my first name. Finally found me in the intake room. Asked me to go to another room and confirm my identity. I said my last name I've had for almost twenty years. She said yeah I'm not look

Quick, nice staff. Way more enjoyable experience. Machines don't make you feel like a human straw

a medical staff member named Karen (you can't make this stuff up) was so rude, belittling, & fatphobic to me that I'm switching locations. even though this is the one closest to me, I will not come to this location anymore unless it is confirmed that she no longer works there. any time that the small blue cuff is tried on me for my blood pressure, it reads as too high, then I have to sit & wait to try again. I explained this to the kind person who did my first round tonight after she did the blue cuff, & sh

From someone who has donated to various places, CSL has similar issues as every other place (long lines/ wait times). I've gone to places where you can make appointments, and it rarely makes a difference (still end up waiting). One thing that I've experienced here and not anywhere else is bruising, which results in having to wait more time to see medical staff. Curious if they use a different size needle or what the difference is in the bruising? Anyway, for the most part, I like CSL. The app is convenien

So I went to this location to donate and the lady during the check-in process told me to show proof of the address and I already had done that anyway she sends me back just so that way the supervisor tells me you already proved your address we don't need to do it again I don't know why you got sent back here and then I go back to the same lady and booth 5 check in and then she says I have a pimple on the left arm on the right arm there's nothing there there was no reason for me to spend 2 hours up front jus

If you get Guy who is one of the medical staff, I strongly recommend asking for someone else. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Completely wasted my time for an arm check. I was sitting in that medical office for about 25 minutes while he kept asking the same exact questions over & over again, blankly staring at his computer while I just sat there for what seemed like forever, when he saw that I was getting irritated he tried saying inappropriate jokes about how I was being ?stingy with my blood?

I've been going to the plasma center for quite some time now. Normally have a good experience but I have gone to medical at least 4 times because of bruising. I expect that once in awhile. Nothing is perfection. This past Thurs everything went as usual but the phlebotomist I had, someone new for me put the needle in very fast, didn't think much of it, then I believe it was 1 of the managers, very nice lady came over and moved the needle alittle bit and left. No worries. When I got home anytime I moved my elbow

Place is an absolute joke. After they messed up my arms doing a poor job of inserting needles and giving me incorrect information I got sent away on multiple occasions after making the trip here. It's best to go to a different company or location. I would not even be this annoyed if they gave me the correct deferral period so I didn't waste the gas traveling. Response: I have contacted and have zero interest in returning to Bloomington or any other CSL center. Has BY FAR been the most unpleasant and poorly

First staff is good! Couple people could maybe clean up a bit. Floor staff is very great! Management/non floor members ?little blond lady? should probably pick better times to talk to staff and not call out workers while on the floor. Not a great/good look at all! Here she goes again doing it again! Two weeks later. If you have to talk to employees take them to a different area not in front of everyone on the floor! This lady needs to go or learn to be more professional!

First of all, let me say that ALL (from the staff that greats you to the staff that gets you to the floor and out the door eventually) of the floor staff is great! The onboarding experience needs to be better though. I often end up donating after people who arrived after me because of a visit to medical for a bruise, which does not get you a trip to the front of the line after your medical check for some reason?while other people who arrived after you will get a free pass from medical to go to the front of

Most of the staff ? Wonderful. Only one who I've had a complaint about, and it was already taken care of. Every time i go, staff is friendly. I hear them talk about how they are short staffed. Machines that are down, or needing to be fixed so they can't get as many donors in as possible. I would like to put on here for other reviews. If you're waiting to get poked, and you see a bunch of staff ?waiting around doing nothing? not everyone there is trained to poke you.. there are people on the floor that can

The staff is great. It gets busy, but they do their best to get people moving through the lines as quickly as possible. Avoiding the after work rush and lunch break can help with the wait. Never had a bad experience with anyone poking me. Pretty much everyone has done it so many times it's over before you can blink!

Update: I talked to a woman named Geri. New information has been posted below my original review. It's disappointing that this CSL doesn't respect trans individuals. I have donated several times at the Minneapolis location on Lake Street and never had any issue with them addressing me as Felix and as Male, despite not currently have submitted the documentation for the change to the various agencies that I will be submitting my information to. The judge has approved my name change and gender to be changed

Awful company. Embarrassingly low compensation for donations. Pay is based on weight and incentivizes unhealthy weight gain. Do not come here!

I donated for the first time today and did not have the best experience with CSL Plasma. They have 3 weight tiers to determine the volume of your donation. I weighed 180lbs putting me in the highest tier. I requested to donate a LOWER amount for personal and health reasons and that request was denied. I looked up the FDA regulations and there is NO stipulation that I must donate 880ml's if I weigh over 174lbs. Even after going through the onboarding, watching the video, and reading all the policies, there

Five stars for cleanliess. But zero for new staff/team and diverse of opinions too often make it more difficult and prolong the waits and a waste of gas (32-mile round trip). Long lines for vitals, waiting room, or on the floor with a prejudiced medical nurse aren't worth the stress over a few bucks. Also, they like to be rough with needles, and one won by giving you a deep circular scar on your birthday. It went well for the first 8-9 months, and then it went downhill with sensitive opinions and the fear f

If I could rate 0 stars I would . Wait times are extremely long and staff just sit around talking or are on their phone . Ridiculous, do not come here

I was finally able to pass my screening and my BP. People are really nice here and a shout-out to Jennifer who helped me!!! Thank you guys!!!

I've been donating for 13 years and I have never heard about something about a pimple it clearly was not a pimple but a scar

Horrible experience dealing with this company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more friendly like BioLife.

No complaints. Treated well, pretty much every time when I was there. I first went to the Minneapolis location and walked right back out and came to this location. Don't regret it on bit.

Musab did a great job in rectifying this situation!!! This location specifically gets 0 out of 5 stars. CSL headquarters handled my situation perfectly. However, the customer service representative Ryan, and supervisor Rain/ Raina were very cold and unfriendly. Supervisor found herself using pet names like ?hun? and Ryan found himself yelling at me/ and refusing to provide help to my inquiries. Would not recommend.

Someone decided to get new machines that don't work. If you don't have 3-4 hours to make a donation do not go to CSL

Visited CSL Plasma yesterday for the first time, was impressed with all of the employees' friendliness and professionalism. Being my first time ever giving plasma, the process took about 2 hours as you have to go through intake and screening and get submitted into their system. Subsequent visits should take less than 45 minutes I'm told - not bad for a $50 to $100 payment put on a debit card that you're given your first day.

This place is awful! I wouldn't go here! I was treated so unfairly! I was judged.. before I was even treated with any kind of respect!!! The nurse was incredibly rude, on top of having an attitude!! All the staff there is rude, mean, unprofessional and disrespectful!! CSL plasma needs some help with their staffing and ethics! I'm disgusted at there way of treating patients!! They don't even deserve a star!!! Horrible, terrible inhumane treatment! Gross!! Accusing you of TRACK marks in your arm and you've NE

I have only donated 2 times now and the lady Chelsea at this location is amazing!!! My first day she took care of me so well, and today when I was there she was amazing again. She was friendly, caring, has great communication, always checking to make sure I or someone else was doing good. I will always go back to this location just because of her!!! Best experience for my first time donating!!!

Great staff that truly cares about your experience! I have never had a bad experience here! Even during a time where the machine broke mid donation and I was not able to donate for 8 weeks because of that, they were willing to work with me. They ensured when I was able to donate again I would not be having to restart my consecutive visits to earn the top compensation. They are willing to take the time and talk to you about your day or upcoming events. If you are not a talker, they will also respect that and

Narissa the tech was completely rude and unhelpful while performing diagnostic checks, the she asked me about tiny pinhead sized ingrown hairs that I get on my arms. I have donated before and they have NEVER been an issue, but she immediately acted like these two tiny ingrown where drug injection sites. You think maybe if they were needle marks, they might be on the big veins on my arms Narissa? Completely horrible attitude.

There has been a lot of new staff in the last year but the last few months there has been really good. They are now really fast and do a good job. The lines rarely get long anymore. I also like how clean this place is the new staff are always working on cleaning things when they can. This place has really made improvements.

My first time donating took 3 hours and I understand that because of all the things that need to be taken care of. I went in for my second donation, I was in line for 50 minutes and still wasn't helped and only 8 people ahead of me. I stood in one place for 20 minutes of it while watching 3 of your employees not helping anyone, keep in mind there was 20 plus people in line total. One of them was more worried about putting tape on the ends of batteries, one disappeared for 20 minutes and another was just wal

I gave blood here for two years with no issues, they're often a bit understaffed but the techs for the most part are personable, friendly, helpful, and professional. That was until I had an issue with patient confidentiality that happened in December that has yet to be addressed. I have called, left messages, and even stopped in personally to speak to a manager or supervisor. I got one return phone call initially that unfortunately I missed, and I've been ignored and avoided ever since. It's a pretty questi

Lady who stuck my arm was irritable and short with me. Much worse experience than the CSL in Duluth, which is MUCH faster despite a far greater number of donors who come through. This place is inefficient, and some of the employees are rude as hell. Old guy is a CREEP! On my most recent visit, I was sitting in the chair for 32 minutes waiting to get poked. It wasn't busy, and there were seven people staffed on the floor

Update 7/24 Seems like they hired more staff. Things tend to be moving faster. So I upgraded the stars. They have 2 people doing your screening with 16 people in line, then one of them looks at the line and goes I'm going on break? I get it you have to take a break but if you're the manager reading this you should cross train your staff. No need for 2 people standing at the front desk and 1 person screening. Just my opinion.

I'd avoid this place until they figure out the new machines or become more efficient. There should not be over an hour wait just to get to the floor at 6 on a Thurs. I sat in my donating chair for almost another 30 minutes. That's 90 minutes before even being stuck as a return donor. Brutal.

The staff who does the plasma blood draw/needle injection needs some further training. No way should I leave banged up and deferred each time I attempt to go back. My veins aren't that difficult. I come in hydrated and it's a big detourant when I'm visibly scared from the needle injection. Maybe a little more practice or technique, not sure but this has never happened to me until lately . Not to mention, I'm pretty tough, but it's unusually painful with these phlebotomists. What the heck is going on? I'

I had nothing but decent experiences donating here for quite a while- until this last time when my payment did not show up on my card. I went back to find out what happened and they said it showed on their end I had been paid- so it was up to me to somehow deal with it! So now I'm supposed to go back and wonder if I'll actually get the money for donating? Forget it.

The staff in Bloomington is GREAT Csl plasma is being a typical pharmaceutical company taking away donor rewards and cutting pay for donors time to go elsewhere to another plasma company

I switched to CSL because it's closer to my house. I have to say I was not expecting the experience I got when I went for my 1st donation last week! In no way am I bashing any other plasma donation center. I've had no issues or problems any place I donated at. That being said?.I appreciate so much the amount of information I received about what they do and what to expect. The staff was super awesome and funny. Above all, very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very comfortable and was just really impressed.

Most of the staff are nice, and try... but they don't all know what they are doing. Almost every single one of my last 8 donations I had to tolerate being re-poked and left with bruises, the IV needle being scooted back and forth several times, which is painful and leaves bruising. For instance- I still have a large bruise on my arm from a week and a half ago (Look up hematomas before visiting this clinic!) When I first started coming here I had NO problems donating and healed quickly, but it's like every v

At first it wasn't bad, the payouts were good & I could stick out the waiting. But I think it's absolutely ridiculous to have to wait in line for an hour+ for pre screening only to be told to go to another spot to meet with medical, or to be deferred. The last time I tried to donate I was told I couldn't because I had red spots on my arm where I donate from?. Did you ever think it was scar tissue from how aggressively they poke you?! That was after I had stood in line for over an hour. I would highly sugges

Extremely understaffed. The staff is great. They are professional and friendly. But they are needing some major help. Lines are nearly always piling up. Only one of four bays are open. Only two people sticking. Only two people running screening and handling front desk calls. Too much going on for such little staff. Going to BioLife, you can walk in and get in right away. They have every bay nearly always open. They have one person who cycles with the front desk walk ins. They have two nurses on staff for n

They don't keep their appointments. I made an appointment for 11am and they made me wait until 1230 to get plugged. When asked the response was the appointments are just for a head count. We have kids and a schedule this is unprofessional and rude.

I've been going to csl for many years in a couple different states and this location is by far the worst I've ever been to. There is a reason why they have only three stars and it's because the staff is rude and pushy and most of them don't even know how to poke correctly which always leaves them digging in my arm. Not nearly enough pay for that much stress.

The staff are great! Always friendly and helpful. Sure, waiting in lines gets old but that's not their fault if they are short staffed. 5 stars to the employees for providing the best help they can with the help they HAVE. They always change their gloves as well and provide a clean environment.

The staff are very nice. Very helpful. They are the reason I keep going back to the location. It is the best location I have gone to yet.

After the first time, my average visit takes 1 to 1.5 hours, I feel like bad reviews that complain about how long it takes only went the first time (which takes much longer). Overall, this CSL is properly staffed and the employees are good at what they do.

This csl location is not good at all. I went there for my second donation(just trying out a different center) and the nurse ended up not saving my information into the system so as a result I had to wait an extra hour to donate due to THEIR mistake. They could have at the very least pushed me to the front of the line to rectify the situation, but nope didn't even do that. Their top priority is not customer service! Go to the New Hope location, it's ten times faster, friendlier, and more efficient.

People that rate lower here have no patience. This place is pretty fair and putting pressure on workers isnt going to help your experience. At minimum you spend 50~minutes, max 3 hours on busier days. If you dont like the wait, pick a different time or day. Most jobs dont pay yall 26-52 per hour(s) there, so most you can do is be patient with them. If you have a problem with this location, go somewhere else and act like an adult.

Shades better than any location in AZ where we used to live. The staff here are pleasant and efficient with typically 4-5 beds per staff member, AZ was 6-8 per. Also, we are always out in less than 90 minutes, whereas other locations it's 3-4 hours. And the customers aren't nodding off junkies, so that's a positive.

When I 1st started donating once sometimes twice a week it was great. My actually donation times were between 37 to 42 minutes. (Add 20 or so minutes for check in). The last 3 times I have been in the needle has had to be re-positioned a minimum of 3 times (pulled out and in). Today the needle was re-positioned 4 times before I gave up and said "I'm done". It's become an extremely painful procedure. I'm sure my account has been flagged as the attendant that had landed me the mini Gatorade and told me I coul

Place is a joke and the staff obviously doesn't know the meaning of "customer service" at all. Work 60+hours a week go in to get $50 just for donating and helping a life. But the catch....... The staff gets to treat you like you're trash. They make any mistake no apology is given, and they made many mistakes the one and only time I was there. Reached out to management with no response. Unless you want to get treated like trash and get stuck in the arm repeatedly like its a game of operation because they hav

Pay is terrible... $35 1st was $50 second... They just dropped it to $45... Like WOW grifols talcris is like $40 1st and $100 second - so y'all are petty

I don't need a "sorry we didn't meet your expectations" reponse. Should be paying more if you have to wait double the time..clearly they are making bank if they are understaffed and getting new machines...inflation is affecting everything else why not plasma? I'm contemplating switching to biolife..little further but can schedule your donation at least. Nothing to do with the plasma employees, they are just doing there jobs.

I myself have always had a good experience. The staff are very friendly and polite. The only problem I've had is there was a night that there was 3 beds open in bay 1 (a few more in bay 2) the guy waited til there was enough beds open to sit everyone of us in line waiting.... All at the same time which took longer and i was very crunched for time!!! That's the only problem I've had.... My wife on the other hand ALWAYS has an issue either their system is down or bc she has small veins they blow her vein or t

The one star is for the staff, however there was a woman who was funny acting with my mail even though it was sent through the post office from my job, luckily there was another staff member who just looked at her upside her head and asked why there would be a problem with my mail, like really just make sure it fits the policy why you gotta look for a problem lol. Anyways you're likely to stay for about 3 hours maybe closer to 4. It's crazy how long they take, short staffed sure but man that's way too long

This Center is good overall but I give the 3 star review for a few reasons. 1.) Communication. They don't exactly make sure they are communicating with donors. On numerous occasions i've sat in a bed waiting to be connected to a machine for upwards of 15 mins before anyone even came by. I don't mean they were connecting other donors, I mean they were being directed by a supervisor to do other tasks unrelated to commenting and disconnecting while people waited for both. 2.) Staffing. This Center suffers fr

Cleaner with nicer staff than i expected. Make sure you don't have a body temperature over 99 degrees or they turn you away Look online for coupons and ask about bonuses. Takes forever your first visit, expect 3 hours for 70$ your first time, after that its ~$70 a week for 2 hours of your time

After arriving at the center, I stood at the desk for about 10 minutes without any help. Once helped I filled out a sheet and then read through a book. After finishing that I was asked to watch a 25 minute video. After watching the 25 minute video I went back to the counter waited another 10 minutes to speak to somebody. Originally I was told it would take to two two and a half hours to donate. I was then told it would take three to three and a half hours. After I invested about 45 minutes I was told it wou

They need more staff here . Every time I come in its ridiculously slow and understaffed. These past few times I donated it took a litteral hour just to get to the donation room ... I should t have to take 2 ta 3 hours out of my day just to donate . I've seen other locations do much better about this kinda of situation

Honestly 5 stars are good enough. Yes wait can be a hassle but at the same time it's understandable. They are understaffed. And probably under paid. So they have multiple weeks where they probably don't get they days off they need to recover from work. It's all about being kind. While yes my time is valuable to myself doesn't mean their's isn't. Keep up the good work you guys! It will get better

The staff here have always been bery friendly. It can take a while if you get caught in the busy times of day, but I mean you're getting paid to sit in a bed so I suck it up and just read the entire time. Its a good way to make a dent in a book and get paid at the same time!

This 1 star review is more about a particular staff member than the business. Jeri C. is a terrible employee. She does everything slow. I swear like a sloth, she moves at like 65% of the usual human being. She always waits to take the protein reading tube out, so she pokes your finger, and then in the time taken in her getting it out and ready my finger has already scabbed. She had to squeeze my finger tip for like 5 seconds before the dam broke and she sent my finger blood squirting all over her work stati

Consistently understaffed. Plan to wait at least 40 mins to get a bed, 15 to get stuck and then another 15 to get disconnected. What should take an hour from entering the door to leaving (assuming 40 mins donation time) takes at least 2 hours because they don't have the staff to be able to fill the beds.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had the worst experiences ever. The first time I went to donate COVID plasma, I waited 2 hours just to find out the protein in my blood was too high and to come back in a day or so. Came back 2 days later, waited THREE hours without them re-taking my blood to check the protein. I was told I wouldn't have to go through the entire process again. Apparently none of their workers are on the same page. After waiting three hours with no communication and watching people who got there after me le

Everyone is friendly and the facility is bright and clean. I will say that it seems to be very under staffed. There are 6 vitals check points but I've never seen more than three of them being operated at a time. The same goes for beds; at the busiest times there are still unused beds. There may be a more complicated reason for this but to the donors it just looks like wasted space and gets very frustrating.

I've been going since December of 2014 and I have not had one bad experience. I get in and out with friendly faces and attitudes. The place is always clean and professional. The people who complain don't realize that it's not a hotel, the staff is not there to tend to ur every need. If u don't drink enough water ur veins could be a problem. It's not anyone's fault if ur body doesn't work right for donating. U can't blame the staff. They can only work with they get. They can't fix u.

Unbelievably slow. They are always extremely understaffed no matter the time or day. Biolife is much quicker even with it being an extra 30 minute drive each way.

I donate at a different location and had a friend ask about it but said he just donated platelets at a blood center not long ago so I called to see if it would be a waste of time for him to come with only to be told "we cant tell you over the phone if there is a waiting period after donating platelets because then you might be dishonest you have to just come in and sign up". . . . So policy says assume your customers are liars and make them waste their time and money to come in just to find out if they're e

I don't understand why most of the techs don't change their gloves in between customers. If you're coming here, be sure that you're watching/asking them to & report the issue if they don't. It's becoming noticeable to where people are talking about it in Facebook groups. 2 stars because they're good outside of that.

They are horribly under staffed. when donating at bio life previously, I would wait for my vitals to be checked and would only take about 2-5 minutes to wait in line. At csl, I've spent more time waiting in line for my vitals than the amount of time it takes me to donate. Only 2/6 of the vital points are in use, more staff in this check point would make me a much happier donator.

Avoid this place at ALL costs!!! The freckle-faced manager, whatever her name is?is awful!! Totally unprofessional. Most of the staff is horrible and rude. You have to wait 2-3 hours to get through the whole ordeal. The phlebotomists miss the vein very often and then don't even apologize.

Was told next time bring a change of clothes so I don't smell like weed, and to come back tomorrow. I didn't smoke , had on fresh clothes after a fresh shower. How strong could the smell of been? That I couldn't smell myself ? Octapharma pays more anyways

The wait times keep increasing. They do not seem to be concerned with getting donors in and out. Been coming for 2 years. They used to 12 beds a bay and ran 3 of them. Now 10 beds a bay and they run 2. Used to take and hour and a half. Now takes 2 to so.etime 3 hours. Does not feel like they think our time is important. Like they want less donors.

I really liked this employee I think her name was Hoden she is East African really good at finding veins she poked me for the first time and made me feel calm I didn't feel it anything she would walk around and ask me if I'm doing okay to check on me like the others sadly she doesn't work here anymore I was told this one girl named Ciara hurt my arm with bruises just inserted the needle with finding the veins asking other workers if this is a vein or where she would poke !!!! That was my last time going t

Dispite how new and clean looking this center is they are horribly short staffed and unfriendly. Every other center I have been to I have been in and out in 45 minutes or less. I have been to the Bloomington location at least 4 times now and every time I have been here for over 2 HOURS. The workers are all extreamly slow and unenthusiastic and don't do their jobs. So disappointed in this location.

What's the point in setting up an appointment on your app. I walked in and the person at the reception said ?we don't use the app for scheduling? and proceeded to send us away because there were to many people.

Normally love this location but staffing needs to get figured out, they are understaffed every Friday and Sunday. I spend two hours here now. It should only be 1hr 15m at most. Managment please get yourselves together and see that customers are not happy
