I just got back home from donating. Keep in mind, I have been a donor for 3+ years and literally only do it to save lives as I know so many with lupus and other illnesses that use the plasma to make medicine. This was my arm while there and all the damage after. I feel weak and I can't catch my breath. HANNAH was the one who stuck me and all was good until I started bleeding everywhere and she left me like that. I didn't think that was acceptable. I asked 3 times for someone to clean me up and Noone seemed

They've got rid of their rewards program, decreased the amount of money you get. When they have lines full of people they send staff on break leaving 1 person to check in a line of 20 people when they have staff there that could work and make it go quicker. If there phlebotomist mess up and you can't complete the donation 3 times YOU get in trouble for it. Not their staff. I would suggest you go somewhere else.

Awful experience, it took 4hrs the first time to go through the process. Got cleared to go though, and they allowed me to donate. I go back the second time after being assured it would go much faster, but that was a lie. Had to do a second physical and then was asked for a doctor release. End up being told due to a history issue from 4 years ago I was now on a permanent referral. Was also promised to be compensated for the physical as extra incentive but never received that. If there was an issue to begin w

I have been coming to CSL off and on, since they opened this location. Overall it has been a good experience. Today Lauren was my screening specialist, and as always she was cheerful and efficient. Tanika, my phlebotomist today is very smooth and efficient with a great attitude. They have a great teamwork system going on here and I would think it is evident to everyone who visits.

I have been coming here since October of 2023. Today was the first time I ever got lightheaded after donation. I've always enjoyed the people that work here and they were so caring and I walked out of there feeling like nothing happened. I feel like they really care and pay attention.

The workers have always been nice. The clientele at both North Canton and Akron locations are sketchy.. but the CSL company itself is disgraceful. The pricing is outdated, and now we make even less.. we made more decades ago than we do now. Medicine hasn't gotten cheaper.. and the pharmaceutical companies should be ashamed of themselves. Also, how IRRESPONSIBLE to encourage us to donate 100 times a year out of a potential 104 times allowed a year, to reach ?platinum? status. SHAME ON YOU!!

Usually 1-2 hours total from vitals through donation for me. Getting vitals is always great. I had the pleasure of seeing Tiffany. She has a great personality and very informative. There are many ladies there that are very informative and very nice to everyone. Thanks Tiffany for being so kind.

Wait over 40 minutes to see medical twice and still get turned down by somebody who's not a nurse. How do you make it through the vital line twice come back for the third time and then a new employee says like yeah we're not taking you. How is that even allowed? How is that? The nurses say it's OK but a regular employee doesn't know what she's doing. I think better training is an order. There are better places donate. Do not come here!

In regards to staff including Rosalind, Britt and Maleah. They are very personable and they go above & beyond their duties. They make my experience pleasant every time I visit.

Tiffany is the best. I haven't laughed this hard in a while. She asked me to rate her?Her personality is a 10/10, definitely her jokes are a 10/10. Overrall great person!

I absolutely love the staff! The girls are really good at their jobs both up front and in the back! Upfront Tiffany is so friendly and funny makes the experience very pleasant ?? the girls in the back are quick efficient and make me feel safe while donating, thanks to the whole center!

This was my first time donating plasma. Everyone was very helpful. The security guard was the first person to approach me. He was really friendly and professional. Libby helped get my account set up and prepared me for donating. She was really cool and personable. I can't remember all of the other names but everyone else was great. I'll definitely be back!

Tiffany is The Best!! What a Bright Bubbly personality!! Check in was Great this Morning!! We need more people in the world like her For Sure!! ??

I don't know why but they came in and measured all of us and most of us lost pay because of it. They charted me an inch shorter than my own physician has me for years. We should be getting pay raises. They make huge money from our plasma and the need is great. The confusion about how the skin on our arms look. The appearance of veins. What one thinks is bruising is just my natural coloring. I have asked the techs too many times to not pull so hard and put so many layers of tape around my arm. It pinches my

Tiffany was so kind and just so thoughtful. 5 out of 5! Also very personable. And you don't find those qualities in people very often anymore.

Today's visit was quick and friendly. Tiffany did my vitals before my donation and was very inviting and outgoing. Keep up the good work ??

I had Tiffany. She is always very nice and pleasant. Always take her time and talks to you friendly but yet professional. You only got 5 stars . She deserves a 10!

Maleah always takes the best care of me. I never feel a thing and she's very attentive during the whole donation. 5 ??!

This lady w red hair omg.. she was SO amazing with me. One heck of a character! I wish I remembered her name :( 10/10 would recommend!!!

Tiffany is the coolest tech I've ever had the pleasure of knowing she is great at her job and very professional. Always with a smile on her face.

Place is always understaffed. Most of the time, there are 2 of the 6 pre screen stations open. Plan on at least 2 hours for your visit.

I love Tiffany . She is such a huge help and very funny. I enjoy working with her every time I come here. Thanks Tiffany.

Tiffany was my initial screener today at CSL in Canton. She reminded me of the infamous Sarah that used to be employed here. Like Sarah she was warm and outgoing and put a smile on my face. that evening. She is bar none when it comes to measurements as well Quickly, without batting an eye, she figured out I was 61 in no time at all. ??

Tiffany was hilarious. Great way to wake up in the morning when you're getting stabbed. Eanie meanie minie moe?.

Tiffany was super friendly, efficient, and helpful at my visit today. She made the whole experience pleasant and comfortable. She was great!!

1st time donor here at csl. Have donated many places. Staff here is Great and very friendly. 1st time took a few hrs but that was expected 2nd time (today) in and out in 45 min.

Staff is very kind, efficient. CSL is a well run team, from check in to check out.

Intake staff was unpleasant and hostile. Leslie the nurse was very sweet and kind.

My experience at CSL Plasma started with a delay due to incorrect information from the security guard, causing me to wait 45 minutes in the wrong area. However, once I was helped by Rosalinel and Maleah, they completely turned my visit around?both were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and entertained throughout the entire process.

Tiffany is a blast to have. She is a wonderful person. I love her need to keep.

Staff is so nice. It would be better if they would hire more people, though, because the lines are so long.

I had a wonderful experience at CSL Plasma with Tiffany. She was very kind and courteous while assisting me. I enjoyed sitting and talking with her this morning.

Tiffany was big fun made the experience exciting as she pricked my finger I laughed instead of cried

They are ripping people off. I went in today i was suppose to get $65 and I only got $50 something about there new rule . It would be nice if they told people about this new chances. These company are making good money off of your plasma. So don't let them rip you off either. So go to octapharma on tusc st canton. Nicer people and better pay.

Awesome service and very nice people. They show care and walk you through the intire process. Great service.

Always a great experience here! Just went today and Tiffany in reception had me laughing and made it a much more enjoyable experience! Thank you!!!!

Tiffany was very helpful taking my vitals keeping me calm. She is so nice and joyful to be around thank you for your help!!!

Permanent deferral for asking for management and telling them about a staff member being rude. What a ??. Go to Octapharma Yall. Slightly slower but cleaner and just plain and simple better than CSL

Absolutely love the employees everyone is always so nice and great at their jobs

Tiffany is my girl , she funny charismatic and she gets you done fast !

Tiffany is awesome and the best She is very respectfully In a beautiful personality and she is just awesome great her energy is perfect

Most and I do mean most of the people that work here are very kind and respectful. Ive been donating for a very long time now. I've only been deferred 2 times in 20 years. Every once in a while things can happen. Especially when in training. I do agree that some may be distracted and at times they are understaffed so it can be time consuming. That's because the job is very demanding too and I think patients are very impatient and when one of them gets goin then it spreads like a wildfire lol. So like anywhe

Always treated kindly and with respect! Rosaline and Maleah are my favorites they really make you feel comfortable and the experiance more enjoyable

Tiffany was so cool and helpful. She's such a blast. We need more Tiffany's in the world 10/10

Tiffany was great today!! She was very nice and made my day!!!

Tiffany was amazing, super patient & awesome at teaching patience! Highlight of my day!

I read reviews before I went for my first day and I was nervous after reading them BUT I had a great experience! Aubrey was so great during check in and Emma was a pro at the needle stick. Even the people who I spoke to who were there to donate were also very kind to me! For my first time I was there 2 hours 15 minutes. Have a little patience, take headphones to watch a movie, and you'll be fineeeeee!

I absolutely love the staff here. Bridget especially has shown time and time again she cares for the donors! I've watched he go out of her way so many times just to make sure we are comfortable. Awesome attitude and positivity. Always brightens my day when she calls me to her booth!!

Tiffany has a pleasant and friendly attitude. Great asset to the Csl staff

The staff here are truly amazing, hardworking, and kind people that make the experience of donating great! The team ensures that you're comfortable throughout the process, which usually only takes about 60 mins. Special shout out here: Allison, Lisa, Aubrey, Delaney, and Kaitlyn for your positivity and always going above and beyond!

My husband and I started to donate here last month, we donate twice a week and we have never had a bad or unprofessional experience. The medical screeners and phlebotomist?s are all friendly and talented. There is usually water, crackers, and makeshift stress balls available for donors. The building is secure and clean, and the lines moves efficiently.

Reception girls are great. Trisha and Tiffany are the best!

Rosalind is amazing as well as the CSL staff!!! Tiffany is Amazing love her

The staff is friendly and courteous. They all do their best to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible. Bridget at vitals is so fun, easy to talk to and makes the anxious feel relaxed.

Most of the staff is pretty nice. The experience is just ok

Went in 09/13/2024 and tried to log in on kiosk. It said to talk to a manager supervisor.... Went to a line with to speak with whoever it says to, a guy comes from the back who stuck me on 09/11/2024 claims he's management an says that on 09/11/2024 a person wrote me up an says i threatened everyone an i said some things way out of my character. I have a problem with this as there is a security cop on sight who said nothing to me on the day I was claimed to have threatened someone and IM NOT FROM OHIO so I

Legit, and most of the staff are friendly, *but*: 1. Incompetent plebotomists. All of them except Nick and Fred (those two are amazing, make sure to ask for one of them to stick you if you go) will bruise your arm, then 2. After 30-60 minutes in the screening line, you will be deferred/denied due to the bruising once both arms are bruised, and 3. Even if you aren't deferred, you'll have another 30+ minute wait to start donating. 4. The ex-Navy security guard is an unprofessional jackass. Likes to both

Tiffany Alwas treats me good and sweet Alwas like having her she's Alwas so cheere

Tiffany is full of light very easy to talk to good at what she do me

I have always had a pleasant experience. The employees are very professional and very transparent with evrything involving the donating process. I will be doing the amazing as long as I can. Bridget had always been a great all around worker in the facility. I'ts great to have great people in good places.

I am leaving a negative review because of a current change in practice. For starters, my second donation?approximately a year ago?was a HORRIBLE experience. The guy was ?cranking? the needle around in my arm and I was DONE. Bruised?? after a few months my wife convinced me to try again, which I did, and it has been going well. But this is only because I found two ladies who ?got it? with my ?non typical? veins. So, I would request them. It enabled me to continue donating and have a positive experience. Howe

Everyone has always been very kind and professional.

Always have a pleasant experience at CSL they have a really great team of employees. And a side note if you happen to have the pleasure of being helped by Bridget she is very comforting and makes you feel like family. Thank you CSL!

Tiffany in reception was such a great help! Thanks for the great experience today!
