This place is ridiculous. Half the staff are awesome and the other half seem to all be sharing the same brain cell. You have to call 10x to be answered and the assistant manager has the social skills of a blind cockroach. God help us all and especially me because this place is the closest to my house and I have no choice but to endure.

let me just say I use to love csl the staff was friendly and you developed a friendly relationship with them, until they closed and merged with the new csl, and the wait time is ridiculous your in line waiting for a bed 1-2 hrs, it wouldn't be bad if they had chairs or something for you to sit in. and they have empty beds just sitting there, at least let us get on a bed even if you can't get to us for a while we are not out here standing for hours, do better, this is getting out of hand. the staff are fri

The supervisor who attended to me is rude and despotic, he is racist and xenophobic, I told him that I understood English, but that I did not speak it fluently and he told me that he did not care, Since he attended me, he saw me as if I and my blood caused him repulsion.. The other people there are super nice but the supervisor was totally rude. I just hope that he never needs blood and that he is a Hispanic person who provides it to him. Zero recommendation to this place.

I have been donating on and off at this center for almost 3 years. My current correspondence with the staff and center has been fantastic. I just started donating again after lapsing about 6 months. My ?New Donor? process went smooth and swift. Everyone I interacted with were very nice, very professional, and all were pleasant to deal with. The system they employ doesn't have you waiting around unnecessarily. The center is clean and I remained comfortable throughout my whole donation process. I suggest this

If I could give 0, I would. I'm leaving a bad review for every trip that I wait over 2 hours to donate. No chairs for all this wait time.

I have never seen such a disrespectful manager in my life. I think her name was tony. I have seen her scream at the girls in reception, it makes me not want to come back and feel so sorry for the employees. Whoever is letting this lady continue to manage and get a paycheck needs to be replaced and this tony lady needs to go to a school on how to be nice to people and probably therapy because she obviously hates her life and has to make other people hate theirs too. So sorry to you, CSL employees!!

They are very friendly. I would give them 5 stars however they always seem to be short staffed and it will cost you about 20 min. Longer a visit (average). The actually should give 80-100 per visit for this inconvenience! Update: They seem to have worked out the staff shortage. Very friendly and efficient. They seem to be better staffed here in n. Charleston.

They get 3 stars ONLY because the staff are super nice but the location needs a REMAKE?it smells like urine soon as you hit the door!! NO MEDICAL FACILITY SHOULD HAVE THAT KIND OF SMELL especially since they are drawing blood and such. My experience has been horrible from day 1?first time, I understood that it would be a wait because of paperwork & verification but 7 hours?TOTALLY ridiculous!! Took that long because when I showed up, everyone was ?on lunch? but they must?ve clocked out cause they never came

The staff is aggressive and yanks on people arms and hands The female told me to give her a finger I gave her a finger then she proceeds to yank my hand out of place to the point of almost dislocation and when I withdrew my hand from being caught off guard she gets defensive and fabricates an entirely different story Good thing to make sure to record conversations so when you have to go to the doctor you have your proof I recommend not going there are plenty other centers around that would treat you better

The facility is clean and nice. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! Process is smooth and everyone is willing to answer any questions you may have which makes the whole experience amazing!

I had the worst customer service experience ever. Toni, the manager is very rude. She shouldn't even be a manager with that attitude. I come to this center to help save lives. She asked an employee why she's still here. All I said was "I asked her to stick me'', because that's the reason the employee is still here. Toni puts her finger up at me and says I wasn't talking to you very rudely. She was extremely rude. She is also rude to the employees. I've seen it myself. Why is she a manager and she has no res

1st I'd like to start by saying Awesome!!! I've donated in other places before and it was alright but the customer service, speed and friendly smile through out were by far the best. Great Job CSL Plasma for such a terrific experience. I'll be back twice a week for my donation ty.

This is the best CSL location in SC! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Austin, Sandra, Serena, Kenaija, Brittany, Greg, Lilly, Joell, and Trudy are just the names I remember but they're all great! Big bonuses your first month donating and regular and consistent bonuses for donating after that.

Already donating 3+ years! Pro: Awesome place to Donate. Definitely a good. Everything is nice and more then helpful. Con: line was kinda long today. Im not on the platinum donor Wall even though I'm a platinum donor. And just a handful of donors get told how to skip the line.

I started donating in April 2022. The employees make everyone feel so welcome and relaxed. From the time you walk in the front door until you leave, you are made to feel comfortable. Everyone is positive and it's just a wonderful fun relaxing environment. So happy to be helping out others and making some extra money during this difficult time in life. Kudos CSL Plasma center! Thank you!

Phenomenal first experience donating plasma! Shannon, Lilly, and Tamara were extremely helpful, informative, friendly, and patient with me (as it was all unfamiliar). It was the best donation I could?ve asked for! I will definitely be coming back!

I am a regular donor. 98% of the time things go smooth and the staff is great. The staff are people too. We must remember that they can have a bad day just like we do. I recommend CSL. Every now and then you may get delayed 5 to 10 minutes. It's a good place to donate

This experience was better than I remember. The staff are kind and gentle. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I love the new staff and how they operate now. Thank you!

This process was so much easier than I thought it would be, not sure why I waited so long to be a donor. The facility was super clean and pleasant, the staff very friendly and helpful. The money is great for the time involved. I'll be continuing to donate.

Be prepared to wait. Even when there are not a lot of people donating. I regularly sit in the interview booth 10 15 minutes waiting while the staff discuss where to get lunch or what their plans are after work.some of the staff try to move the process quick but they are rare.

This location specifically needs to be shut down for negligence and endangerment of its employees. The managers are abysmal and there are many stories from ex staff that had my jaw on the floor. Lawsuit material. DO NOT donate at this location, every bad review written here is completely true honestly. Shame on them

Tried to donate here after donating numerous times before and was told I was unable to due to poor veins. The phlebotomist who tried to insert my needle the last time I donated was petrified to poke my arm because I did not have regular track marks like other clients. It took her six or seven times poking my arms to get a needle in. Even after that, I was told that if there was an issue like this again, that I would be deferred and unable to donate. I had not been back since aa that was a traumatic experien

This place is horrible. I called multiple times to find out when the best time would be to come in for new donors. I was told anytime prior to closing time. I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and I was looked at me like I was crazy. I was then told to come back the next morning because it takes so long for a first time donor. I then asked when the best time is to come back prior to closing and was told 4 hours. It would have been helpful to get that same information when I called. The other thing is

Come here twice a week and have yet to have any sort of negative experience. The CSL app makes it super easy to answer my health questionnaire prior to showing up. Staff is efficient and professional.

Awsome experience the crew was super professional and was available for any questions and concerns I had ? great job you guys and girls . Will recommend to anyone wanting to make a difference in the world ? two thumbs up

Great place to donate plasma. Caring and nice phlebotomists and technicians. The place is very clean and instructions easy to follow. If you start to feel unwell during your appt they take great care in getting you back to normal.

This CSL location has always been a great place for me to donate plasma. They have friendly professional staff that assists all your needs and questions while visiting. The facility is very clean and takes safety/donation rules very seriously which makes me feel safe donating here. Overall a wonderful place to come and give donations if looking for a plasma center.

Sad and frustrating experience. I came here 3 times- 1st. time I spent 3 hours watching a video and reading introduction papers, 2nd time I spent 3 hours standing and sitting in line, having my medical and finally got to donate, the donation itself took 30 min. 3rd time I spent 1 hour waiting in line just to be told that I can't donate. Waste of time and my patients.

Well it's no secret, the Plasma Center can be chaotic. But with that said, the staff has been nothing but HELPFUL, FRIENDLY & PATIENT with me. I truly appreciate the fact that I can give a part of myself & get paid for my time & effort. Being a first time donor, I wasn't sure what to expect. But anyone who's had a "bad" experience, probably was in the wrong frame of mind & had the entire concept of being PAID for something so simple, backward. There is no Red Carpet, no Tea & Crumpets. It is what it is. A s

It's way.bettter than octapharma the staff are more gentle and friendlier I would recommend this facility to anyone and they don't just jab in your arm also it's helping people that need medicine for plasma

I love donating at CSL plasma. They have one employee named Ariel that's the bomb. I typically go to work after donating and she observed that. Because of such she leaves my elbow out so I can flex it with no issue. Always listening to what donors need and doing best to supply it

I have been donating at this facility for 4+ years. They have made many upgrades in the past years, and try to accommodate the patients. Staff are friendly and the facility is clean. I would recommend anyone to donate at this facility.

Redid new donor registration again after 4 years. And the process was like before calm, professional, explained properly, done accurately, & okd by the ????? there. Process was smooth. With the ability of being able to listen to ?? on your ??, it makes the process go by easier. It isn't ghetto like Octoplasma yo the street. It's clean and a relaxed environment. And it was professional as could be. Staff was awesome sauce and everything else was ?? beans.

Yeah their staff is rude and slow. They give out good money but you have to make sure the money is there before you leave. It happened to me and didn't check till the next day. So im not impressed with CSL. Try them out at your own risk.

I 've been donating at CSL for almost two years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable , and sometimes can make your day. If you're thinking about donating, you should try CSL first because it's the best.

Awesome experience every time. I've donated about 20 times with hardly any issue here. Staff is friendly and welcoming!

From the minute my husband and I walked in to CSL plasma, our experience was awful. My husband wanted to donate plasma so we searched for a place close by and found CSL plasma in North Charleston. When we arrived, there were not any employees at the front desk so we made our way over to the kiosk to sign him in. It was not working and another lady who had been to CSL in the past also was experiencing a problem. We waited at the front desk until an older lady with blonde short hair walked up and asked , ?wha

They always are friendly and considerate. They have a great staff and very experienced. I recommend their donation place above all others. Nicole T.

Maria and sarina are the best! Very quick and efficient at their work! And very friendly. Definitely deserve a raise

Always a good time! Staff are very friendly and do their best to make it a good experience. Highly recommend!

The staffing team at CSL is amazing and always make you feel comfortable! Very professional! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Hospitable and timely staff. They keep the atmosphere light in jest. Overall, nice people, nice establishment, five star experience.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have seen so much improvement to the facility and I love what they do to help so many people on so many levels.

This place is completely unprofessional they keep giving my husband different excuses why he can't donate after they tell him to come back first it was a doctor that had a rude disrespectful attitude with him then they keep telling him different unprofessional excuses. One particular doctor Trisha cussed snd belittled him and now they act like he was the one that acted rude I'd suggest a different place to donate because because harrased lied to and bullied isn't OK

Only two stars cause Mrs.Trudy is super nice and really good at her job. As for everything just plan on being there all day cause you'll be waiting.

Awful experience. I needed money, thought this would be easy but the staff is brutally rude and dismissive. The needle sat in my arm for over an hour and it began to hurt quite a bit. I was told I could donate a second time for $50 but when I came back they said no, I could only get $20, not worth it. Nobody seems to know what they are talking about and they treat you like garbage. The place is filled with homeless people and vagrants b/c they're the only ones desperate enough for the money to put up w

This is a very nice place I've been donate here for four years now and I could not express how friendly the workers are . And how amazing I fell that I'm helping save lives .

Went to donate and got accused of cutting the line. How the hell do you cut the line when you have a gold card that entitles you to get ahead of everyone in the front line. Do you not remember giving me the card? I understand this may be part of your job but before bringing accusations T how about next time check your facts before trying to embarrass someone.

I was turned away first thing this morning for no good reason. Sadly,I won't be returning to this center after this awful experience. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.I feel like I'm being discriminated against for no reason.I guess being a loyal donor for years upon years since it was ZLB Plasma doesn't mean a thing to them.I'm moving on to better things. Bad word of mouth spreads quickly and I'll be sure to tell all of my friends and relatives about this awful experience and treatment.

Each time I come I have a very good experience. Good hands on workers and support group. And I will always continue to come back..

From a veteran perspective. The staff here at this location is welcoming and the process is very smooth. Great choice to save a life

Chelsea is the rudest person doesn't need a job mowing grass! Staff isn't really worried about ur concerns at.

The employees at this location are very nice, especially the phlebotomists!! And inside the location is clean and well kept. Go now as new donors make $100 a donation for first month

The workers are always nice and welcoming helping make sure the experience goes by smoothly

My next donation will make 7. There is not one thing that i can say to anyone why they shouldn't donate at CSL. I give CSL five stars because of the nice staff even after being visibly over worked. New hires needed.

The staff are very kind and sweet! And it is very clean and tidy in the place.

Have donated plasma here twice and I intend to continue doing so - the staff are very professional and personable and make the process move along smoothly

Pleasant first experience. They were very helpful and informative. Show up early if it's your first time.

I have been coming here for 7 years. Always friendly and worth it! Recommend to everyone!!!

Go in the morning right when they first open wearing warm clothes and bring a blanket. No entertainment while pumping so bring a well charged phone and headphones.

I called ahead of time to make sure it was okay that I could come in and was turned away because I have a Baby. I'm just a single mom who's hustling to take care of my son & I don't understand why they couldn't let me

I have had a great experience at CSL plasma. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely encourage my friends to donate at CSL

Awesome place very patient and very sweet. Very clean and organized the people are so nice and comforting

Returning donor from about 12 tears ago staff is still just as friendly and respectful as I remembered and expected! Great people and wonderful place!

Everybody is nice. They do a good job even though they are understaffed. I recommend donating here if your going to donate.

The staff was very polite and helpful, however i think they could use a little more help. Overall I have no complaints

Full of nice people everyone is very friendly my donation process is always smooth from beginning to end including processing

Great location good friendly people, professional and hardly feel the needle going in our coming out!

Love the workers and always enjoy a good laugh wuth them.. Very positive attitudes.

Super clean place and everyone seems to have it together! I don't mind going here at all!

The staff members are very welcoming and informative. I would recommend dressing warm or bringing a jacket because it is very cold.

After donating plasma, a student received a large hematoma/hemorrhage to his left arm. I went into this facility to discuss the issue, and the manager never came to the front desk. So, I had left a number to be contacted, and of course I was not called. So, I will keep going up to the chain of command, because this negligence. Health Care workers who collect blood by venipunture must be thoroughly trained and skilled in proper technique, safety, and the use of collection equipment. Not to mention, my stude

Nice staff but the process takes too long they need to hire more people to speed up the check in process.

This center is so awesome. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. Donating is so easy!!! The screening staff makes it so easy to check in!!

Brittany is a awesome polite and hard-working person that keeps ah smile on her face
