I only gave a 3 due to the worker Luis! Walking in and seeing him really is a bad start to my visit ! Even his coworkers complain about how he does not move !!!! He walks in slow motion and if your machine is beeping purple he'll rather go talk than to unhook the patients. If he's miserable and it's not the job for him then he needs to find another! Cause he's bringing down this Facility. He has no sense of urgency!!!! It's sickening !!!!!

Millie the older fungal black lady , very rude and confrontational from the moment I arrived. I received a call from my job after waiting about 20 minutes to be greeted and was placed on hold. Millie had then called me to the front desk to Start the new donor process And had seen the phone call on hold in which she stated it is not her job to talk around me while I'm on the phone. I was waiting on hold and hadn't been talking to anyone so I asked if I could still go through the process still while on the ho

The facility is ok and the staff is nice but what they fail to tell you, is that you will receive $100 for the 1st visit and then the price decreases with every donation afterward. They still take the same amount from you and they will make the same amount for your plasma, but will pay you less and less for it. My 2nd visit, I was given $85 then was told my 3rd visit would be $60 and then a flat rate of $45.... all information that they leave out until you go to collect on the 2nd visit. False advertisement

2nd time donating. Great customer service both time. Very pleasant phlebotomist and staff workers. Will continue to support my community with my donations. God bless.

EDIT: I'm guessing there's no leeway on this after posting the map huh. That's insane. I'm not driving 2 hours to donate plasma without being properly compensated when the same place is literally 20 minutes down the road. I live 20 minutes (7 miles) from this CSL plasma in zip code 28075, and they told me that I am not in their area and to go to the one in Gastonia which is an additional hour away (32 miles) on the other side of Charlotte, so I'm not really sure why I was singled out like that but I don't

With all the negative comments I was scared to come here. But as a first time donor they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was very helpful and nice

Horrible customer service talks to people like they are kids and has no respect for anybody timing . This is literally the worse CSL plasma center in Charlotte nc ! They do everything but they job . They complain and talk junk to donors as if that is alright . They are never organized they always say it's not supposed to be a long line going back to be stuck but it always is.

The staff always goes above and beyond to help people at this csl north tryon and I've never had any issues at this location!!! It's always a little on the busy side but they get the people in and out usually pretty fast!!! I'd recommend this location to anyone Joey is one of my favorite workers!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience my girlfriend had as a first-time donor at your plasma center. Despite her attempts to seek assistance, she was not properly monitored, and it wasn't until she began to pass out that staff rushed to her aid. The saline solution was administered too quickly, causing her to vomit. Additionally, she was given ice packs despite expressing that she was already feeling cold. Unfortunately, due to this experience, she's now been deemed ineligible to donate again, wit

The only place that I've donated. Super easy. Staff friendly and helpful. They make it somewhat effortless ????

very disrespectful staff when you get to the front of the line and they don't like you they just walk off instead of telling you what the issue is

The staff and everyone else here are awesome and always get people in a d out and they go above and beyond to help people and the center is always clean I get in and out most of the time

Much of the staff here is polite, friendly, and caring. As someone who has long struggled with inadequate phlebotomists, I can happily say every phlebotomist I've had set up my donations here has been amazing. Lines are sometimes long but staff does their best to keep everything moving along as quickly and smoothly as possible.

They are extremely slow I have been donating for a year and it's only gotten worse. You stand in line for over and hour before you even get to the chair. First time donors don't tend to have the best experience from what I've seen and now the time it takes to give is absolutely outrageous. I thought they would improve over time but it's been months and they show no signs of addressing the issues.

Front short hair black lady sooooo rude disrespectful as helll not a pleasant experience and the white nurse racist like I tried to defend her but Nah she bad

Good experience every time I donate. Also, Obie and Vincent are great!

Always super efficient, depending on the time of your arrival depends on how long it'll take. I'm typically in and out in no time. If you ever need some extra pocket change and like to give for a good cause. Then donating plasma is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Seriously the sweetest lady did my vitals today.. been going through some stuff at home and was deferred the day before due to my heart rate being a little bit fast so when I came in today on Sunday, I was nervous about being deferred again and I had just got an argument with my husband and was really nervous cause I needed the money and the woman calmed me down and just talked to me about my kids and about life and made it so I was able to donate? you know it's the little things in life like that that tru

My recent visit was just like all the others super unprofessional staff. Going thru vital checks is always tragic. Today I had the pleasure of hearing someone's whole phone call while they were checking my vitals. Super unprofessional to say the least. I just don't get how this type of behavior isn't reprimanded in a workplace such as this.

This place was actually not bad compared to what the reviews said lol . I encountered a worker named Nicole and she made my day so much better than I was already having . Process took a little lengthy but after getting checked in and past the front desk attitudes and me ear dropping on the staff drama lol she helped take my mind off of everything that was going on around me . Business is Business and i get that and i will be returning as long as i continue to run into people with nice attitudes like hers.

My recent visit to CSL Plasma left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and customer service displayed by the staff. From start to finish, the experience was marred by a palpable lack of motivation and respect for clients. Upon entering the center, I was greeted with indifference and a notable lack of enthusiasm from the staff. Throughout my interaction with them, I encountered multiple instances of unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate remarks and a blat

Great staff! Ask for Alley, ELi or Amira if you're ever there... Professionals that will make the experience extremely painless if needles are a phobia.. The biggest part is that you're saving lives and getting an incentive for doing it.. I definitely would recommend CSL for your donation needs.

Special shoutout to ali , Eli , Tony , Austin , Keyonna & sheree & ms heather they make the plasma center feel more family oriented ? shoutout to the ladies who work at screening they always move with a sense of urgency no matter whether it's a line or not . Thanks for such a great place to come and donate to those in need ?? 2 years going on 3 and I have never ever been disappointed .

So you're only allowed to donate twice in a 7 day period, we all know this to be the law/plasma donation regulation. But as long as you do not donate on two consecutive days, I can donate on any day I choose. I donated on Monday and came back today, Wednesday, and I was told Thursday was my day to come back. I explained you cannot arbitrarily dictate when I can donate as long as it doesn't violate the aforementioned rules. The front desk person replied that's not how it works. @CSL, if you want donors to re

I visit this location twice a week to complete donations, and I have been doing so for almost a year. I enjoy visiting this location more than any other plasma center I've ever been to! All of the staff I have dealt with here are funny, kind, and respectful. Some days are very busy, but I understand plasma donation is never guaranteed to be quick! You're donating your time as well as your plasma. The process is simple, and 99% of the time, if it's not too busy, you'll definitely be in and out in around an h

It takes forever to even be seated. Employees are so sluggish and unenthusiastic, it's depressing. They're more concerned about office drama and going home. This could be such a quick process, but not with the poor performance of everyone working here. It's really kinda sad. I waited in line for thirty minutes to be checked in and then another thirty minutes to be seated and then waited in the chair for far too long before being able to start giving plasma. I don't know that I'll be returning...

This is the best location . The staff is phenomenal. Always willing to help and goes above and beyond each visit

Absolutely ridiculous no sense of management, when I went the line was to the door with one person signing people in, while 3 people stand at thr front desk doing literally nothing. After an hour and a half of waiting in line I finally head back there the the person sliding in the needle couldn't find it with a magnifying glass and a map. After 3 more tries of her just digging around she just gives up and asks someone else to do it for her, he does it in the first try.(neither of them are new) Piss poor to

Staff is very unprofessional and seem improperly trained compared to other facilities. Makes for an uncomfortable experience, especially for new donors. They move extremely slow. My donations only take about 38 minutes to complete. There's no reason why I got here at 11:30am stayed in line till 12:30 because of slow moving staff or the lack thereof. This is crazy.

Busy place but staff is friendly and keeps it moving. "Rowan" (cool name) is especially good at what she does and minimizes needle pain.

Truly this is a terrible place to spend any amount of time as both donor and employee. I can only assume that this is a systematic issue throughout the company as there are numerous public reviews listing identical issues, and yet there has been no change over the three years I've been donating. It's bizarre, it is as though there is a 50/50 chance the place will be full of condescending people that will outright look for ways to belittle and be passive aggressive to donors in subtle enough ways that you do

Called to ask what was latest time a new donor could come and was cut off to be told the process could take two hours and we close at 3. I asked again if there was a cutoff time for new donors. Was told again that the process could take two hours and that we close at 3. I asked if that meant new donors couldn't come after 1 and with the nastiest attitude she said NO I SAID THE PROCESS COULD TAKE UP TO 2 HRS AND WE CLOSE AT 3. Customer service is a joke. All she had to say is that we don't have a cut off t

I have been donating off and on for a few years here and progressively the amount of time required to donate has gotten ridiculous. From a 90min to 3hours PLUS experience is the current norm. Whoever is in charge of staffing PLEASE for the Love of Light and sanity Schedule according to your current client base- if it wasn't for the nice staff you do have I would have left a very different review. Some of the staff are Awesome, Joey, Obie, Ty, Kenny, Angie, Annabel and Ny- The staff works hard give them be

At first, I was nervous to donate but after my second visit I feel way more comfortable. The staff are very friend and will even crack a joke! It creates a fun and relaxing environment. If I wasn't new I would be able to get a referral bonus as well but I still talked my friend into donating. I will definitely stay on track with donating because it's for a great cause and the money is decent.

Very happy with how my visit turned out. I've had some pretty mediocre experiences at other places over the years, but here it was not bad at all. The front of house staff were all very friendly and personable, worked quickly and had a clearly well-experienced supervisor who was readily available whenever she was needed. Back end technicians were attentive of each individual's status, took reassuring precautions when I said I've had a negative reaction before and throughout were very calm, kind and profes

I wanted to give this CSL a high review based on my first weeks experience but they really need to get it together. I know they are short staffed but it's quite a few ppl that work here that have no idea what they are doing. A 25 minute donation can take 2-3 hours due to lack of staff and if you need anything after donation, expect to wait an additional 30+ minutes just to get help. I used to think this location was better than Central Ave location but so far the only thing better is it's smaller which incr

Do not come to this place there very unprofessional. People tell you false information that's not true. All the people that work here have attitudes. It's kids playin in here during the day. DO NOT COME HERE WARNING?????? And I will be calling there cooperate about this matter.

Great place, great staff, Huge shoutout to employees like Vahdat, Sherry and Kenneth for always having a positive attitude.Sometimes it's slow but that is understandable. This place deals with medical history and blood so precautions is necessary. it's not like a chick fil a where you can just come, take and leave in a minute.

This place is very ghetto and the professionalism is non existent. I came in as a new donor and the staff would talk about donors out loud. The lines were long to get evaluate it meanwhile all the staff disappeared, I guess they all went to lunch. I rather drive far to BioLife than donate here. I can't believe that lady complained because I had an out of state license. Please donate somewhere else.

Another one bites the dust. I've donated at this center off and on for 3 years and pretty consistently for the last 2. I've resisted the new doner pay I could get form another clinic and been loyal. Today I dealt with someone I've never delt with. My experiences up till now have been great. And I wouldn't complain even when I've been there for 4+ hours. I've had some laughs and cry's and felt really comfortable donating there. Today the woman was rolling her hands, rolling her eyes, and talking to me in a c

Lines take forever to get through because of staffing. The employees joke around and don't take their jobs seriously. I know my 1 start won't make the situation better, but instead it informs future donors to go elsewhere. If you're closer to a BioLife, go there, they pay better and they are quicker. It's like comparing McDonald?s and Chick-Fil-A. No comparison.

If you have any kind of disability, don't expect the staff to be polite and try to make any accommodations for you. Instead, you'll get a snappy attitude saying you must stand in the line and there will be no accommodations. I won't be going back.

I donate frequently and usually have a smoothie visit besides the wait times. This visit after waiting 20 minutes after being done donating and still being hooked up to the machine not able to leave KENNY a bald head doctor looked at me crazy and ignored my question when I asked if he could take me off of the machine because I had been sitting there for a while and it appeared he wasn't doing anything which he then told me he wasn't going to do it because he another doctor would which all the other doctors

Staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent of giving thorough directions. They were extremely rude and loud. The open use of profanity amongst this staff was uncomfortable for me. If you want a decent experience, I would suggest going to another location.

This was my second visit. The employees are very professional and courteous. This time there was a supervisor or manager there. This lady was rude and disrespectful to the staff. She made it obvious that her intent was to berated the employees in front of the clients. In turn, the employees were more rude and irritable towards the clients. Today is June 28 and its around 4pm. The employees were doing a great job until the supervisor arrived. Everyone deserves respect!

I had nothing but a fantastic experience here! The staff were efficient, compassionate, and just lovely. I ended up having an episode of extreme nausea following my donation and the staff were so sweet and attentive. I am so pleased that this is where I donated plasma for the first time!

Wait time is a major issue that needs to be addressed. I'm writing as I wait here in the line. It is an organized mess. Some of the people here have major attitudes and done have to treat people. This location use to be fast and now I feel like I'm in a long line for a ride that everyone wants to be on. They do not take care of the people that are waiting in lines. I come here over every other location, because before covid it was fast and I rarely waited. Management seems to be non existent, and if they ar

Never had any issues here. It can be pretty busy at the times I come but that's just my schedule. It still runs pretty smoothly in and out. Staff is friendly. I come to the North Tryon location and the Gastonia location I live between both. I like both locations.

They need a whole new staff in the back

Before COVID-19 this facility has been the best I've visit only because of their speed. But for some reason it has been dreadful to even want to donate, staff is alright and would be greater if they just learn how to speed up their process so we will not have to wait as long. (Multitasking) I mean come on we should be paid more just for waiting, and if you can't agree on that. Then understand that it isn't our day nor any job for us to be having such an long time just to get back to a table, 2 hours of wait

I had a great first time experience from Joseph initially helping to Enrollment with Carrie M. to the Donation floor Victoria was great at overseeing and ensuring her fellow employees were assisted. Sheree was also helpful with fixing a minor hiccup toward the very end. If your a person with a slight concern towards needles this is the place to go. Great Professionalism and Empathy. Too often we only send in complaints I give credit where it's due great job Tryon CSL location great First Impression can't s

My name is Troy Brown I have been donating at CSL plasma for 6years and has been a platinum donor for 4years without missing a day in my first five years and all throughout that time I have never encountered any problems with staff which acts very professionally and easy to get along with so I want to take this time to say special thanks to Heather Brown,Tony.Lenny, and manager Ms.Cindy and to all the staff that make a plasma donation very easy.

Do not donate here they taking ppls plasma and not paying the employees are messing up payments and the company is not trying to fix this I'm not the only one this has happened to others corporate won't help so don't try to reach out to them I'm the 3rd doner this week I been going to csl for 8 years it was ok at first every year it got worse and worse ??????

Everytime I come I have a pretty smooth experience. After you get through the new donor part , your first day is the longest. After that it's a smooth sail afterwords. They make the process as quick as possible. I enjoy this location.

Don't let the old man with the bald head and glasses stick you. You will be in here forever. You can ask for another person to stick you. Other than him it's all good

Sometimes they are great and quick. Other times, you go in and the staff is taking their sweet time talking about whatever and not getting the donors through the line. Also, if a customer has a problem at the counter, it seems like every staff member either gets up or takes their time staring at the situation instead of currently taking care of the donors that are getting their vitals. Look at google to find the times when they are least busy. Go in during those times. Sometimes you can get in and out in

Completely terrible place to go been here a hour and fifteen minutes and just got to donor floor. Every staff member busy talking instead of helping us here's to another wasted 3 hours for a 40 minute donation. Been to many csl branches and this is terrible.

left with a bursted vein due to carelessness and negligence. Employees are better than the last bad batch that was operating this location.. yet the front is still understaffed and there are still some floor nurses that need to be re-trained on how to stick patients. other than that.. this is a great place to go if you want to spend 4 hours getting underpaid for your plasma while being surrounded by life hating individuals who keep a frown on they're faces 24/7.

I've been donating at this center since June of 2019. If you want to save a life and donate plasma this is the center you should consider first. This donation center is always clean. The staff is Consistently respectful. There isn't anyone there who is not up for the task at hand. From the front to the back ALL of the staff are kind and courteous. I appreciate the time spent here. The company should consider giving ALL of the employees here a raise because some (not all) of the donors can be difficult to wor

I had gotten a Lip piercing at the end of last year I had proof and I waited the allotted amount of time and I show the night manager the proof of when I got to piercing but she called me a liar and deferred me that doesn't even seem right I showed her the time and date of when I got it and of when it was healed and she was not trying to see the pictures I had

This place is not efficient at all. 2.5 hours just to get stuck. Awful. Its management for sure. Staff is friendly and working hard. Soon as i get my SS card ill never be back to any CSL donation center except to get new donor fees after 6 months. If i could give negative stars for management i would.

The screening techs actually care. They get the job done

Very unprofessional! I was there a week ago and asked the nurse on site that day a simple question that became...with her response combative. Which then led her to have a temper tantrum like a 2 year old (just stating facts) Her conclusive response was "I'm not going to sit here" (me cutting short when I saw she was having a tantrum responded (in a calm manner) "I'm not going to sit here either" which was my response to exit the building. From that ordeal prompt her to defer me? Once I noticed that I was un

Not a place I would recommend. As much as they tell you not to stress, (Since they do check your blood pressure to see if it's low enough to donate) they put you through a lot of stressful situations which they could easily correct and avoid. Number one the staff are super rude. When you walk in there it's like you're burdening them. Some of them really do not want to be in that building and they make you feel that way. No one is mindful of your time or appreciate the dedication it takes to get processed. T

I've made two donations and have had two very different experiences. My first time coming in, (11/11/20), I was left unattended for some time. The whole process took three and a half hours... If I hadn't donoted blood in the past I would NOT have continued my donation. The second time (11/14/20) was MUCH better. The staff were quiet and efficient. When I started feeling sick they took good care of me and followed protocols. It's been years since a donation has made me sick, but we pushed through and m

They work at a consistent pace and are kind and helpful. Very thorough with the disclosures and training and consent requirements. They do get backed up often but that's mainly because obviously you can only pump blood/ plasma so fast out of your body but the workers are very knowledgeable and skilled in their profession. I just always suggest taking about 2hrs to go to CSL no matter the location. Definitely recommend for easy money. First time donors do take about 3hrs the very 1st time bc they have to be

Victoria is the nicest staff member and also Mrs Amy, and Mrs Milly. Other than that the people i have encountered are very rude and the place i don't recommend.

1st time donating, and the staff TORE my arm up. I had a ?reaction? on the table, now I see why. This is EXTREMELY painful, this knot is VERY alarming. I won't be coming back to this location, perhaps once this heals I'll try another location or a completely different company? this is one way to deter new donors. ??

Told couldn't donate due to needle mark from giving blood at my Dr Ironically instead of upholding the drug testing policy like the contract you sign says they will. I was told to leave and that I couldn't donate without a doctor's note which they never say u need until it happens. What's the point of a drug testing policy if u won't uphold it, simple process that takes 5 mins and they would've seen I wasn't lying

I will be going for my third donation today. I don't know why people have a bad idea about donating plasma. This location in general is just fine. Everyone is friendly. They speak to you when they see you. They smile. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I do recommend showing up early, like right when they open. I donate in 30-40 minutes and plus check-in, I'm there like an hour. Drink water, y'all.

I'm usually out in an hour and half, takes me about 45 min to donate, they staff is quick and professional and very helpful. the lines do get long depending on day and time so time accordingly!

This gotta be the laziest group of people I've ever came across. Machine kept stopping she wouldn't even adjust my needle just told me to deal with it like I don't have a life to get to. If they spent less time being friends and more time working wouldn't have these problems. If you don't like your job get another one ???????

Friendly staff, wait times are what I expected bc I've donated at another company and understand it takes time for the whole process and depending on customers vs staff. Overall good place, no complaints.

Staff was super sweet and courteous they told me it would be a 3-hour wait but I was really in there for about two and a half hours and I was able to check in at 5:00 p.m. super awesome!

So they changed it for your donation start dates when you should get paid your first donation fee and then your second donation fee. They screw you out of your donation fees depending on the days you come in. I will never return here again after that

The staff always goes above and beyond to help people at this csl north tryon and I've never had any issues at this location!!! It's always a little on the busy side but they get the people in and out usually pretty fast!!! I'd recommend this location to anyone

They take there sweet time they are always under staff there is no efficiency on at least seating donors. You use the phone questionnaire for an speedy processing which LITERALLY never happens . Being here makes you feel like you have road rage, even when they aren't packed

I'm really not sure why people have given this establishment some bad reviews since I was there today and I was in and out in less that 3 hours for a new donor!! EVERYONE I came in contact with had a smile and treated me with nothing but care and kindness!! I would definitely refer anyone here. Thank all of you for such a pleasant experience!! All of you are so kind!!

the staff was incredibly helpful to me and my partner the first few times we donated. the area is clean and feels really safe. all in all made a scary experience much more bearable!

I absolutely love this facility!! They are friendly and take their time while getting ready to stick me,I get nervous sometimes but they make me feel comfortable. So I would recommend this facility to anyone interested in donating.

Most of the staff are nice. Some of the staff are cool and will joke and laugh with you if you engage in convo with them. Some of them are just there to do their job. Management is the problem. They will try and make things difficult for you if you dont bow down to their false sense of authority or if they dont like you for whatever reason. Treat people like human beings. Like you would want someone to treat your mother or perhaps yourself. Why is that such a difficult task? Customers do still want good cus

This is the worst CSL plasma place I have ever been to they tell you one thing and then do something else they told me I had eight new donors times and I've only done three they only paid me for three new donors and now they're telling me I don't have no new donor times now so don't believe them when they tell you that you're a new donor anymore they lying to you I will never

Update I am now a Platinum Donor since May 2021 !!!! *** I have made 2 donations as of today. Very clean and very informative and professional Center. I was treated with great care during the donations. Highly recommend. If you would like you can say I sent you :) My first day took 3 hrs to complete a physical watch videos and the 1 donation. My 2nd took 37 minutes after I was cleared from the finger stick and weigh in etc. ******UPDATE: I made it to 14 donations and the machine kept my blood so now I hav

Calen s. Was so helpful since I came through the door. She was very attentive and did a great job explaining the process. I will recommend her to anyone who wants to become a new donor.

That lady Sharon that screens in the front has a terrible unprofessional attitude. I cant believe she still has a job the way she talks to the donors and the other staff members. I was going to stop coming because of all the unprofessionalism but the staff in the back are GREAT! They are the only reason i still go. Tyrell is awesome.

This place is literally the worst place to donate you will take 4 hours every time your here. you'll be lucky if you leave out this place fast. Every worker is talking like they not here to work and get people out of here to get more in. I hope they where considerate about other people time instead of not giving a bam about people.

DO NOT GO HERE! The staff seems to have little knowledge of their duties and the facility, the manager here is careless and extremely disrespectful, and they don't know their policies. They are simply unprofessional. My first visit here, I made them aware I was allergic to Iodine and that I carry an epi pen. They didn't even know if they had the alternative firstly, but once they found it they processed me as usual. I have been here 5 times since they've been open which brings me to this .. Today I go to do

I came here as a first time donor and non of the workers looked or felt like a doctor. They all were dropping the ?F word? and dropping swear words in every sentence... one of them started twerking.. super ghetto.. some were chomping on gum like cows eating grass.. after they hooked me up to the machine they said to pump and and stop.. and thats it and I was like ?wait wait..what?? And then they kinda passive aggressively explained it to me like I was a child... long story short.. idk who hired these guys b
