Customer Reviews

Shayla is fantastic at the desk. Very professional and compassionate. Every phlebotomist is extremely skilled. I just replaced to OH I had to be very choosy at the last center I donated in and I can go to any of them here.

They literally make up different rules/requirements for different people. On the spot. I got there, showed them my lease. The lady took it to a supervisor and came back and said yea, im allowed. They made me wait over an hour, while two people who came in after me, went before me. Then she took my lease to the manager, and ten minutes later he comes in and says I'm not allowed. That I can't because its month to month. He told me, I am not allowed to bring in a piece of mail like everyone else did. That I

Considering the amount the plasma is later sold for, it honestly feels like a ripoff. They're turning around and making thousands off what your body gives, and you're handed barely enough for a tank of gas. The whole setup feels one-sided?your time, your health, your blood?and they profit big while you get scraps. Something about that just doesn't sit right. I got a $100 my first visit and $80 for my second. But it goes down to $45 after that. In addition, they give you a debit card that you have to take to

I donated recently and the woman drawing my blood hit my nerve when she jammed the needle in my arm. She proceeded to not be responsive when I told her something was wrong. Some of the workers there seem nice, but after the way my concerns were completely ignored last time. I will never be going there again. The little money they give you for donating is not worth nerve damage. Who knows how long my arm will be injured. Don't go here. Also I had to switch seats when I first sat down because the saline was c

Josh is my favorite person to be seen by. He is the best person to handle my rolling veins. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

CSL is a great place to donate and the staff there are good people. And nurse Sandy is a Wonderful person.very helpful. Thankyou Nurse Sandy your Awesome.

I'm not sure why everyone is rude when you walk in. But, they're not friendly at all. If they are, they pick & choose who they wanna be nice to. Weird. If I'm taking the time to donate to ?save lives? then you'd think they'd be nicer ??

Two stars for friendly staff. I'm giving a low rating because ever since they changed to the new machines you get paid less but you're here way longer. Line is slow. You're here for at least two hours every time.

Been here 3 times. Has been smooth each time. Please be patient and expect delays on your first visit. It's pretty extensive and takes some time. A lot of people donate here. The employees work hard and do a great job from what I can see. I've already told several people about this location. You get to help save lives and earn money at the same time. Highly recommended!

I called earlier today and asked the hours they said until 7pm but be here by 5pm. So I arrived at 4:57pm and the lady at the front desk was clearly pissed I was there. She informed me how long it would take I said that's fine. She became irritated and said she would have to check if they're taking new donors due to staff being low. I drove 40 minutes. Absolutely lazy

They had me sitting there 3 hours before telling me I could not donate and they permanently deferred me . I use to use suboxone for opiate addiction so because I was honest basically they permanently deferred me and now I can't donate anywhere . And my fianc?e had his arm bruised almost from top to bottom bc a nurse there put the needle in the wrong vain . And now he's been turned away twice bc of it . Also the bathrooms are disqusting !

Half of the staff is friendly and professional the other half is rude and standoffish and constantly talking about how they hate their jobs and are going to walk out, which is understandable since they make so little and have very little experience. They always have trouble finding my veins and the last time I was there they put my weight in wrong and they almost took too much and didn't even apologize. The wait times are very long be prepared to spend about 20-40 minutes waiting for your health screening a

Everyone is friendly and great and the music is awesome just needs to be louder and I love the variety of music!!!!

Staff is great. Sometimes there is a long wait. My only suggestion for the clinic is to have chairs for those waiting to donate. I have been to other clinics and wasn't pleased with the experience but they had chairs which was nice!

So I went to donate first time my iron level wasn't where it was suppose to be well i come back i am 39 I told the nurses I was proscribed Suboxone and been clean since 2016 I get back to the nurse lady and tell her I am proscribed Suboxone and on them for pain pills from 2016 mind you I been clean si?ce 2016 and she deferred me and told me I couldn't donate but I see people looking like they get high on more then just weed such bull shit be real and get deferred smh after sitting 3 hours But the lady that

Ever since they got this new machines it's been uber slow I've been standing here for 2 hours

Great staff from the front desk to the phlebotomists !! I have been donating for about a year and a half and have had no problems whatsoever. Yes at times they are busy but the staff gets it done. I am very impressed with all of the staff including Shannon, Josh, Chell, Bri, and Marissa, just to name a few. It is not their fault that they get busy but I am just amazed at how friendly everyone is all of the time, even if it is a busy day. Please be patient with the staff, they are doing an amazing job!!

I'm VERY disappointed in how I was treated on Friday May 3rd around 3:00. I have been donating here for about 4 years, I believe & have never had issues until now. I was trying to explain to a black woman with long braids how my mailing & physical address are different and she was getting an attitude with me & then rudely walked away in the middle of my sentence instead of trying to help me find a solution. She had mentioned talking to management about my proof of address so I assumed she was getting a mana

NEW DONOR INFORMATION*** Overall this facility is a good place to donate. I just started not to long ago and wanted to review and post information for new donors. Most of the staff are friendly and professional and I haven't had any issues there. Treat others like you want to be treated is all it takes. Only negative of this place is it seems somewhat understaffed and wait times can be long. It usually takes me 50 mins to donate and 40 mins MINIMUM for screening/waiting. Below is useful info for new do

They wouldn't see my 18 year old nephew because he didn't know his social security number by heart but had the card. What kind of insanity is that. Also he had ID and mail with address but wanted a bill in his name even though he lives with me and doesn't have a bill. He sat there for two hours and 15 minutes to say we can't see you because you don't know your social by heart. WOW

Was not told that I should had gotten an express pass my 1st donation until my 3rd donation .. but it's only valid for 2nd donations only. Sad could had saved me 2 hrs of my time But other than that no complaints... Changed stars because everyone is nice and received apology

While I had asked of all requirements to donate, I was never informed that all documentation is fully in tact. I drove 45 mins, with high expectations of the place. I was then turned away because of a portion of the corner of my picture on my license was broke off. Still able to see my face, still had proof of my social, only to leave after being told it couldn't be proven that it was me. So 40 mins back the other direction after spending my last few dollars to drive all the way from Verona... what a j

Great place, great staff but it's about a 3-5 hour process. So if you're not pressed for time it's a great opportunity for some cash.

I'm Wanting to Donate But After Being on Their Website 4 Much Longer Than What Seems Nessacary & Having Multiple Issues Over & Over , I Get on The Previous Reviews & I'm Struggling to Find Any Positive Ones , So I Decide to Give the Place the Benefit of the Doubt & Attempt to Call the Delhi Ave Location & After Places 4 Different Calls & Having Not One of Them Answered, I'm Very Wary of Getting on A Bus & Making the Trip All the Way There ,, Sometimes You Have to Go w the Odds & if the Website is Not Very H

Let my husband go in front of me because he takes an hour to donate and I take 20 mins, the dude told him to go back to the back so I decided to let my husband take my place at the front and I went to the back of the line and the dude was so petty he decided to take the woman behind my husband first. These people are petty and need to mature ????

Single parents cannot donate here. People under 18 are not permitted to even wait in a waiting room, inside. They would have to risk a charge of Child Endangerment to donate without a babysitter to watch their children outside of the center.

The staff are pretty friendly and take good care attending the donors. How long it takes to get through vitals and get hooked up depends on the day/time and how many people are working. Highly recommend the app, it speeds up the process and has useful tools that keep you up to date on your visits and stats.

Josh the Group Lead Phlebotomist he is the patient person I've ever met in my life he had to stick me two times during these times he was very very comforting and very very charming he's a really good guy and he knows his job and he's worth a raise

Most of the phlebotamists are pretty good. A couple of them will put a hurt on u tho. If u don't go at peak hours you can get through the line fast. $50 for ur first weekly donation, then $65 for the next donation that week is a great deal. Everyone is friendly & Helpful. They even put out snacks and drinks now, to replenish your blood nutrients

The actual people who stick you are great. Ususlly no issues but my biggest issue are some of the nurses. I recently got off antibiotics because i had a ear infection. I called the facility to ask how long i need to wait and if i need to do anything out of the normal. They gave me a date to return for donation. I return 2 days later and learn im due a physical. Stephanie claimed i was missinformed and that i needed to wait longer. Not seeing getting anti biotics as a medical procedure because i assumed that

Used to be a good gig. Now there is scheduling issues. 12 ppl in line only 1 person checking ppl in, w 9 pholbotimist standing around in the back. Or 3 ppl working up front & 3 in the back rotaing breaks. So really 2. Idk how many times I've checked in & left bc of the line. Good luck now!!! ??

NEW DONORS: READ ME!****** I was sooo surprised at how comfortable and at ease they made me feel from the moment I walked into the facility! It had been over 10 years since I've donated at other locations. Never did I remember feeling so at ease and I felt like they valued and appreciated my time/donation. The entire staff was sweet and they listened to my concerns as well explained everything to me very well! I arrived at 10:30 and was finished before 1:00 but the entire process was relaxing and reassuring

Always polite and friendly, have built some good relationships over the last two years. Carmen is always awesome!

If you're broke and can't get your medication, you'll be turned away after waiting almost 2 hours. The doctor made me feel stupid for being there. Can't give zero stars.

Nice friendly folks, also very dedicated to ensuring your safety, understanding of the procedure, and the confidentiality of your information. I had the opportunity to spend some time with Sandy and I have to say, she was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions.

I transferred from Colerain because the vital workers are disrespectful and seem to hate their jobs. So far here at Delhi location the employees are nice to me. My pulse was too high to donate but they said I can come back the next day. I learned from them to change my eating habits and not drink caffeine 24 hours before the donation. Other than that I don't see a problem with the people at this location.

Some of the staff is amazing and other ones on Sundays have horrible attitudes and are so disrespectful. Even the manager was condescending to me and my husband. The worst experience of my life with this company today. Enough to make me want to throw something and I work with special needs and have amazing patience. Just horrible customer service.

Staff here are always friendly. It can get busy around closing time and on the weekends. They usually do a great job getting me through the process. I recommend going to this csl in particular. 5 out of 5

Wouldn't recommend they shove first time donors in the corner and forget about them while they sit in the front and hardly do anything. Not every appealing for the first time donors to have to wait an hour after they watch their intro video and be ignored and not updated.

The nurses here at the Delhi location are very nice, caring, and consistent with their care. They will help the rest of phlebotomist and staff if it becomes crowded or when it's time to give other co-workers a break. It's a nice clean facility where everyone seems to have a great positive attitude.

Walked in looked me up and down the lady shook her head at me.the man my boyfriend was interacting with who had only asked to see his id and everything was fine.. He starts a conversation with me and says he needs my w2s my social security card and my id.. Yes I have a tattoo on my hand.. So I guess we just choose who is allowed to help save people and who isnt. Disgusting

Really enjoyed being laughed at midway through asking serious questions about a new medication I was prescribed when I went and talked to a nurse in an office by the front. I asked her what documents is she filling out and what are they for. Then get laughed at and scolded by said nurse bc I didn't go through the proper procedures of filling out a pt intake form before asking questions about meds as if I'm employed here and know the procedures. I couldn't donate today and wanted to ask a question about a m

Staff was helpful and thorough. First time donors will be there around 2-4 hours depending on what time you arrive. You will receive $60 for your first 4 donations and they will let you know when you can come back post donation. First time donors: Bring your ID, social security card and a piece of mail matching your address. You will consult with a staff member regarding your health then watch a 20 minute video regarding the donation process, answer about 60 questions at the kiosk then get your vitals ch

I question what this company pays their workers because whenever Shannon isn't here, the wait time is 2+ hours. They get docked based on wait time, yet it doesn't seem to be improving. I've been here since 6 pm. It's 7 pm. There are still 4 people in front of me and the beds are full. I'm not saying it's an issue with the people necessarily at this center, but as I said...if Shannon isn't here making them work, I see a lot of standing around, chit chatting and not focusing on getting patients in and out t

DO NOT LET CARRIE STICK YOU. She hates her co-workers and her job. She will not check on you. My donation usually takes 40 minutes this time it was 90 because CARRRIE is too busy telling the entire donation floor how much she hates her job. Now my entire day is pushed back. My arm is COMPLETELY numb minus the MUSCLE by my injection that is swollen and bruised and purple because she did not check to make sure my blood was flowing properly. CARRIE SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB SHE SO PUBLICLY HATES WHILE HAVING

I was so terrified the 1st time, but the staff is amazing! I was having trouble squeezing my fist So the lady brought me a squeeze ball, and now I take it with me. They are incredibly gental, and very caring So happy to be apart of CSL

I've been coming her for long time and it's been good but today I go one workers who hook me up had a attitude I'm about say screw this place

Denied as a 1st time donor, because my notorized DD-214 Federal Document wasn't good enough to prove my Social Security Number, even though it had my full name, birthdate and SSN.

Everytime I walk in to this business the women at the front desk are absolutely rude. I was once discriminated on because of my tattoos, and was told to leave. They have terrible customer service, and it needs to be worked on! My one star is well worth giving!!!! Not to mention this is the third time I've been here and received the same horrible customer service and horrible attitudes!!!

Be kind. These people are doing there very best and are good people. They have had some people go that were really good at their job, gotten rid of some problem employees in the front that needed to go.All en all you're not gonna find a better place and better people that work together as a team as smooth as this place.

This is one of the best places to donate. They're very nice and professional and always make you feel comfortable. Almost always a good stick and comfortable donation.

Today I had the worse experience. I have donated plenty of times but today was one of those days I guess. Manager very rude & spoke to as if I'm a child. Slowest donation EVERRR. The person who stuck me either didn't stick me correctly or like the employees said the machine is messed up and restarted my process over 5 times. I had no problems with returns. Or anything. I decided to withdraw from the procedure and HE REFUSED NUMEROUS TIMES TO TAKE THE NEEDLE OUT MY ARM. I SIGNED A CONSENT FORM SAYING ?AT ANY

You guys need to change out the machine on booth 5 it's wrong last two times I've gone into that booth it's been wrong and I couldn't donate I know because I went and had it tested after and it was fine the last 50 donations have been fine it's only when I go into that booth with that person I have an issue PLEASE FIX YOUR STUFF!!!

Expect to wait. But it's worth it. The staff are awesome. Shayla was extremely helpful through the process. Looking for easy money, this is it.

Besides playing the same kind of music everyday this place is very professional. The staff members are friendly and they do a good job when it comes to caring for our needs. Just dont bother trying to call because you wont get an answer.

They are slow. The lines are always long. About half the staff is friendly, the other half always seem like they are having a bad day. The amount of money they give for donation is small compared to how much they make off our plasm. It's a rip off and although donating can save lives, people donate to save their lives financially.

Great service and friendly people, fast too. But, the card they pay you with will ROB you. The fees add up, denies payments, charges you for denial... considering that source plasma costs 300-500 dollars, you would think you could at least get your 35 dollars without losing so much to fees. I got 55 dollars and withdrew 40 and now my card is being declined for a 5 dollar app... just bad payment method.

Super kind and friendly staffing. Took my friend to donate plasma, we ended up not having all the information we needed to get started but they were super helpful and we got it sorted out. As we donated our plasma the staff were very kind and talkative, we all talked- my friend, other donors, staff and me all talked with each other, had pleasant conversations. Between kind and friendly staffing and routine/safe/efficient care CSL Plamsa made donating a breeze! Will definitely be back.

The phlebotomist's are great at what they do and because of them I give three star's.....No complaints there! However with all honesty if a certain front staff worker decide's not to allow you to donate.... You wont! they will work as a team to not allow you to donate.. (Not all..but their are a few) and it doesn't matter what steps you will take to prepare for your donations... Just needed Management to know what employees are doing at this location.. especially with CSL plasma being on the news for refus

I couldn't ask for a better experience. The staff was friendly, experienced, and professional. They took the time explain everything, answer all my questions, and made me feel welcome. Everything was handled efficiently and I was finished very quickly. Thank you!!! If you are thinking about it I recommend this office.

They make ya wait 2.5 hours then ask you base question like surgery. Which could of been asked at the beginning and waste your time because you actually tell the truth. Program isn't ran good.

I've given plasma for about 10 years at different locations in Ohio and Florida. I can definitely say they are one of the better spots. It's clean and bright. The wait can be long as they are a busy location but they have free wifi and you're essentially getting paid to sit there.

AHN was efficient with her time & was very kind. She has a great spirit!

The workers in Vital could stop yapping their mouths away so much and start paying more attention to the donors waiting to be called to their booths. I'm literally the only person in line sometimes or even in the building & I'll be waiting a good 10mins, ?that's long when you're waiting to be screened & you're THE ONLY ONE,? I clearly know they see me or hear me when I WALK PASSED ALL OF THEIR BOOTHS but they continue to yap away. Especially one specific new white guy. I'll have to get his name! He stands u

Wouldn't let me give plasma because I talk to a therapist for PTSD and my ongoing addiction problems. Even though I've been clean for six years, they wasted three hours of my time made me go buy something to eat at McDonald?s. Still waste a dream hours, and will not let me give plasma basically because I'm a veteran. Not veterans friendly.

My only gripe is the fact that there will be 15 people waiting in line for ?vitals? while the workers who are supposed to be checking vitals are blabbing their mouths off behind the counter about their personal lives. So you'll have one person checking vitals and 2-3 standing around talking while the line grows out the front door.

I've donated here over 100 times. Great staff/facility in general

The staff is very professional and friendly. I really like Nicole, Michelle, and Darle they have always been very kind and professional. Donating plasma only hurts if you haven't been drinking enough water the night before and the morning of donating so, if it hurts, it's kind of your own fault.

It was my first time, the wait was expected, but overall everything was great and each person I was with was awesome! Everything was explained perfectly..great job!

I came as a new donor ( been with CSL in Dayton tho)on 5/15/23 and the gentleman who assisted me,the nurse and the phlebotomist were extremely friendly and great at their jobs.I will be back and will refer people to the Delhi CSL

Have donated before know the process was told 2and half hours they were not busy waa there 3 hours before i even got ro see the nurse. Said it would be another half hour before i could donate. That would make me there a min of 4.5 hours on what they said 2.5. Not happy will not go back

Make sure you get stuck by someone who knows what they are doing. First time I went, no problem. Second time the guy must have stuck and restuck me ten times. Now I have a huge bruise and because of that, unable to donate until cleared up. Ridiculous

Great environment! Love coming here :) -just wish they opened up more chairs. Sometimes it takes FOREVER. - people make up for it though. 10/10

The facility was dirty and did not make me feel comfortable at all. Made it about 10 minutes into the process of signing up before leaving.

Been going to this location for over a month and they're great but today I saw a woman faint after donation and watched employees RUN to grab her before she hurt herself and then nursed her back to well condition holding her head, vocally soothing her, getting her powerade, etc. The response was impressive even for a place I've trusted for 10 donations now and I'm even more comfortable knowing who's taking care of me

I've spent about two hours at this place doing pretty much everything I needed to do to donate blood and then they tell me at the last minute I couldn't do it because I had been sent to jail for an 3 or more days in the past however many months. Should have been asked that a lot sooner.

Most of the staff is cool just some of them will tell you to come in on a day and then when you come in u can't come in that day u have to wait for the next day even though you got told to come back on that day

First time takes way to long and then 2 other new people that showed up after I did get taken back before I do because they have no system I showed up 20 minutes before these people. Ridiculous

Josh is the best ! Never had a bad stick from him and he's super funny which helps speed along the donation process. Thank you ????

The staff here are always amazing! Absolutely 100% the best CSL location! Period.

I had a blood draw for pre employment screening. According to the under qualified nurses there this was considered a PPD skin test. It actually was a TSPOT venipuncture aka blood sample. Two completely different tests. PPD skin test requires subdermal injection of PPD. So they decided to argue that they were the same thing. In fact they had to google what the TSPOT even was because they had never heard of it. To top this all of I was there for 2 hours and couldn't donate. If my donation was so unacceptable

I just would like to know why are y'all always back up and why when there is a whole back row section of even two its not being utilized its like the workers don't be caring so they take multiple breaks and Hall call back on persons at a time

Workers are great but work at extremely slow rate. You spend almost three hours in line as a returning donor. Would not recommand this location ever!!

I love the CSL plasma staff there are great they are fast accurate and on point and I appreciate them for caring so much about each of us

been going there for 4 months now and im done. maybe coincidence but im not so sure. every time at the end of the month when im up to get the bonus, one of my numbers is always off and i never get it. i think its a scam.

Been going here for 6 months now. Friendly staff, and depending on the time of day it can be long wait. Either way I'd recommend coming here if you're thinking about donating plasma

Had a pleasant experience here! People were kind, the process was straightforward, and I was finished earlier than expected.

Friendly, & fast staff. Last STAR withheld, because of PAYCARD. Only way to not get robbed is to get CASH BACK buying something cheap @ KROGERS.
