Amazing place. Nurse Jan is so fun and makes the process light weight . She calms nerves and is very informative. The lines can be long some times but they play music that is so fun to Bob too. The people here are extra kind in the whole process and it's just relaxing to donate .

Been donating here since 2024. Best place I've been to really nice, clean, facility, and in a nice area. Staff is always super nice. This is definitely one of the nicest plasma donation centers in Sacramento County. Jasmine and Gabrielle are always super nice and professional!! Would highly recommend this center ??

Made my first plasma donation at CSL today and they were amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and even though they were busy they helped me through each step of the registration process with a smile on their faces. Everything was very clearly explained to me and I was very impressed with the health and safety protocols they have in place. I did get a little bit cold while donating so I recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater. Felt really good knowing I was donating something that helps so many peop

I have been going to CSL Plasma since the Citrus Heights location has been open and I have always had such a great experience! I just came back today after a 6 month break and I had to get a physical again. I was paired with Nurse Jan, and I felt so calm, comforted, and there was no judgement with the questions I had to answer! She had such a lovely demeanor and I liked her voice a lot! She made the experience so pleasant and she took extra care in updating my chart so there would be no obstacles moving for

I wish I could say that I had a great experience at this place the staff was great the phlebotomist are awesome the interview staff are just awesome the nurses are great but one staff in particular by the name of Andrea it's not she is a horrific person who has targeted me personally and my first occurrence with her is when she decided she was going to come on the floor of the donors and look at my skin which I am African-American and decided that I have bruising on my skin send me to the back to have it lo

Today been the brightest day ever Miss Priscilla and Jasmine which are the kindness people ask me to help them remove the chairs and prepare for them which I gladly accepted it's so fun being here to know you have good people on Earth they've been so nice to me every time I come in here they say hello ask how I'm doing and I asked him about their day so I just wanted to let you know that these women here are the kindest nicest and most gracious people so if you ever want to donate please come to the one o

I came in to donate and Jasmine was exceptional! The service was quick, efficient and she was super friendly! She exceeded my expectations as she set me up. She was so outstanding that I felt she went above and beyond and very professional. She is very high quality and I am extremely happy with her services.

This was my first time donating at CSL Plasma, and I had an amazing experience thanks to Jasmine! I was nervous going in as I am not the biggest fan of needles! She made the process so easy and was such an amazing employee! She was very professional and was such a sweetheart!

Jasmine was my health screener and she was excellent in every aspect of the screening. The lines were short so I was in and out in under 90?. I have to give a shout for the BEST Phlebotomist VANELLI. Her needle stick is totally painless. Thank you.

I have been coming to CSL plasma for about 5 months. I actually enjoy coming. Jasmine is my favorite employee ??. She always has a smile on her face and is fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend and have actually referred multiple people to donate.

Since the 1st day I started i was comfortable. Mainly because of this lady named Jasmine. She's been kind and polite to me everytime she sees me. People like that make you want to come back and refer other people.

CSL is a great place for those in need. I've been going for the last year or so. I had the honor to meet with great staff there and they've treated me well and always helped me through the process. I would like to thank Jasmine, Darsh and Jan for the great welcome and encouragement to donate here at this center.

Much better experience at CSL Plasma than Biolife. Organized and nice workers. Last time I was in I had my yearly physical and my nurse was Jan. Jan is super nice, informative, and I hope to have her again when needed.

Jasmine was amazing during my plasma donation! She was super nice, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Her friendly attitude and gentle approach made the experience so much easier. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had donating plasma!

Andrea was an outstanding person! When she took the needle out I felt no pain at all! She is super friendly and professional! 10/10 would recommend

I've been going here for almost a year now. The staff is always super caring and helpful, especially Jackie and Lesslie. And all the phlebotomists are kind and comforting.

Jasmine was the first person I met at CLS. Her personality matches mine. We talked and laughed. She is awesome. All the associates are friendly and hard working people.

Jazmin was sooo sweet. She's very patient and makes sure you're OK and comfortable the whole time,I would come back to her in a snap!! I recommend her services.????

I have been a donor for around 7 months at CSL in Citrus heights. I appreciate the hard work that the staff gives even when it's very busy. Yesterday I went to donate and it was very low staffed. The three staff that stood out the most that were very professional, very caring, they did their best on going as fast as they could and trying to make everyone comfortable. They got to the point and did their job without prolonging and they were being very professional. I can tell even though it was stressful yest

Jasmine was such a sweetheart . She made me feel safe and calm . I wish more people were like her and so positive. You are very lucky to have her working for your company.

Donating plasma was a breeze! The staff were really friendly, especially Jackie!! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean, and the donation went by quickly. It was my first time, and I felt great knowing I was helping others. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone considering donating.

THE OFFICE EXPERIENCE HERE IS AMAZING ! Jaqueline took care of us very smoothly, the care quality is very smoothly ! She is a very great beautiful, hardworking woman. Her smile brightens up the whole place , her energy even more! Epic experience thank you Jaqueline for your great costumer service !

Had a great experience here at CSL Plasma. It was my first time so I was very nervous. Jackie, Thank you for your patience and compassion. You went above and beyond. You made me feel so comfortable , answered all my questions , and made this experience amazing! Definitely will be coming back.

I had a great experience donating plasma! Jackie was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. It only took about an hour, and knowing I was helping people made it all worth it.

I absolutely had the best experience at CSL Plasma thanks to Jasmine. She made me feel comfortable when donating my plasma. Jasmine has a wonderful personally which made me not feel as nervous since I am scared of needles.

To all potential donors please read this message. To the corporate office, please read this message and get back to me. I have donated over 200 times in the past couple of years, between two different locations, and I have never seen so much incompetence and stupid policy. I was switching from OctaPharma to CSL because CSL has an excellent new donor bonus. I last donated at OctaPharma this past Thursday the 8th in preparation to switch to CSL on the coming Monday the 12th (my normal days). I came in on Mon

First impression was how comfortable and safe I felt at this location. At all times the phlebotomist are working and truly caring for patients. Thank you to phlebotomist Jacqueline for my overall great experience every time.

Absolutely amazing place everyone is so kind and sweet! Staff is friendly a d everyone is so welcoming! Always a great time seeing Jan, Elijah, Xavier, Ben, and so many more! Highly recommend the place!

I have never been to a blood donation center before and I am really glad that I visited this establishment. As a first timer , I wanted to learn more information and Jacqueline the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Thank you CSL Plasma and especially to Jacqueline for a pleasant first visit.

I felt the need to take a moment to express my gratitude for one of the phlebotomists at CSL Plasma, Kayla. Her compassionate and understanding approach to my situation truly set her apart, and while I can't disclose the specifics, her actions were nothing short of remarkable. She embodies the qualities we all aspire to, and I genuinely believe she deserves recognition, and a generous raise for her exceptional service. If more people were like this woman, the world would be a better place. Thank you, Kayla,

First of all, if they're compensating us for our time, and the wait times keep getting longer, and longer, something is very wrong because the amount I'm compensated per donation, has been reduced to $45.00 (after all the promotion stuff is used up)They advertise a "reward program" but the rewarded points are taken back , even thought they already have your plasma. The staff is friendly, mostly competent and it's clean. However, you will be waiting a lot so charge your phone, bring a. Book

Jasmine and Gabriella are always so professional friendly when you get set up to do your donation never feel the needle they're always so gentle and kind, I keep going back to this location because of these two Ladies.

Nurse Jan was ready as soon as I was. Made me truly feel like she cares for my wellbeing.

Nurse Jan was so friendly and made me feel so at home! She was very professional and made me feel comfortable about the whole process.

Sariaha is always so cheerful and has a kind spirit. She definitely stands out as CSL's top employee. Professional and works quickly, helping us doners get through the lines.

Sariaha was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have a problem answering any questions I had. Definitely made me very comfortable would come donate here again.

Had a great experience and had a great conversation with the receptionist there. It was my first time going and Jackie made me feel very comfortable.

Smh I'm curious to know why Miss Kitchen aka Sariah hasn't been promoted yet. She's way too good at her position. Keep it up!

Nurse Jan was a sweet, kind and energetic person. very talkative, she explained my protein intake and the importance of eating.

The check in process has become so much smoother and I have enjoyed the personalities, professional yet friendly of Sariahah and Nicole especially.

I'm sure they get this a lot, but I'm noticing every time I go in it's a lot of work space for a small location. You start in a spacious waiting area which is comfortable but it's enough room to safely social distance. You move through a well-organized line to have your vitals checked for your visit, you kind of want to find want to pardon its lack of privacy; but, a line is a line. After those two requirements, you're off to a big room to draw blood. If it's your first time donating then you need an intak

Two of my worst ever experiences donating at this location. First, back in October 2023 the phlebotomist that administered the puncture did it incorrectly and there was blood leaking from the puncture site upon returning red blood cells. I watched as several different nurses on the floor came to me and fiddling with the needle. No explanation or communication at all. I became irritated that so many different people were touching and prodding the puncture site. After two attempts to adjust the needle I'd fin

The staff is super friendly and positive, Jacqueline especially. Positive vibes and beautiful as they come.

JACQUELINE WAS GREAT ! I came in march 7th to donate blood. The check in was smoothly ! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and answering all the questions I had

Let's set the long wait times, under staffing and unruly client behavior aside. This month the are canceling the rewards program while simultaneously lowering payouts significantly. It's just not worth the time it takes to get in an out of here anymore. I am finishing my current week and bailing on plasma donation all together. Look, the staff are nice and going as fast as they can but there are not enough of them. They barely have enough staff to cover the 1/3 of the beds they do use. Again the staff are n

Adriana is very good at her job. She got a big head(inside jokes) BUT talented nonetheless.

Jasmine was so nice and respectful and also very helpful.she does her job well and her communication is perfect love coming to CSL plasma

Efficient staff and super clean facility. Only gripe is the wait for initial testing. Why only 2 staff members to test when long lines are always present? Pay $20/hour more for another staff member so your customers do not have to take 2 hours out of their day to donate something so important. Ongoing issue.

Today was my first time donating and my experience was excellent! It only took two hours to go through the process. Jan one of the nurses there was so informative and had a really welcoming attitude. The staff was so kind and made the whole experience amazing. I will definitely be returning!

I love CSL in citrus heights the workers are all great but the best is my girl SARIAHA SHE WILL GET YOU PREPARED FOR YOUR DONATION...GO SARIAHA!!!

Jasmine was a very lovely young lady. She helped me a lot and answered all my questions when needed.

Always a great experience with Jasmine! So friendly and always has a smile on her face

My wife is an active donor and persuaded me to donate plasma. I was sceptical before. Today at around 10am we arrived here, but an associate required a physical SSN(photo copy she rejected), although last time they needed just a number. Even a photo copy of the SSN didn't fit this lady's demands! So now it seems to me they don't quite need plasma, but beauricracy. Now I'm sceptical about all this even more, just wasted 2 hours of my job.

Jasmine always does a good job and consistent never have a problem. Super professional. Thank you.

It was a great experience and I enjoyed it very much will be coming there more in the future and Jackie was a pleasure to meet and made it a great place to be.

I came in to donate today and walked out after waiting for 1.5 hours. I would have had to wait another two hours to stand in Line and donate all together. This is the 4th time I walked out in the last week. Horrible service wait times. Now they are giving you less money while they are taking more plasma from you now. Plus they have stopped their perks. This company preys on people who need money.

Jasmine is very sweet and efficient, she's a joy every time I come in!

Great location CSL has a extremely friendly and relaxed atmosphere and are always happy to interact with donors Sariah especially is extremely professional friendly and efficient in donor screenings.

Very clean office, the receptionist, Jackie, did a great job with directing me and answering any questions that I had. Great service!

I donate blood a lot at the Citrus Heights location and always enjoy speaking with the people there especially Sariana, she is always so pleasant and nice to chatt with.

Jasmine always greets everyone with a smile on her face and has a positive attitude

Jasmine is always positive and friendly whenever I come in. Having employees like her makes us donors want to return.

Jasmine was super sweet!! She always has a smile on her face ??

Ive never donated blood before but CSL made my first time a very quick and smooth experience. Will definitely come again.

The staff is always great there. Today I had to go in for the physical with nurse Jan and it was quick and easy.

CSL plasma has always been the most courteous to their donors and miss nurse Jan has especially given me reason to come back again

Jackie is the best, does her job really good. Would definitely go back.

Nurse Jan was excellent as always and is a pleasure to work with. I love coming to CSL

The office was very clean and the desk girl Jackie was very pleasant and professional would definitely recommend dealing with her

Was very friendly and professional. Jasmine was amazing! Nurse Jan was also friendly and professional.

Jasmine was super friendly and made the screening process go by surprise fast. Thanks!

Always a great experience from all the staff but kailah helped me today and she was awesome!

Jackie is the best , loved how nice she is, does her job really well.

Jackie was the most professional and helpful staff I've come across in many years.

All the staff is good except for the lady that did my physical yesterday. Very unprofessional, she told me I'm going to look your ankles for needle marks like I'm A drug addict. You could d say for marks you name ?dr? , also her breath is not the best, tell her to use some mints or something. She was training an Asian girl hoped she doesn't practice her unprofessional behavior. Didn't get approved cause my right eye didn't react to the light. I don't need that money that bad lady I was just trying to get s

It's a great facility and nurse Jan was really helpful and let me know how the process went

Olisia provided perfect customer service and the timing of all services was excellent. We need more people in customer service like Olisia!!!

Clean facility, nice staff, usually goes pretty quickly.

Fast on the check-in but slow when it comes to plasma donation. 10 beds total, but they are so slow that they can only keep 4 beds busy because they don't start 5 and finish 5. Takes 30 minutes or less to check-in and 3 hours or more to wait and donate. Do your first month donations for the promotion and go back to biolife.

Everyone that has helped me here has been very professional and helpful. I always feel comfortable coming to this location.

was scared about all the reviews. I went I had the best experience

Great staff Kayla did my stick and I didn't even feel it..??

Sariana is very professional, reliable, friendly and always willing to help employees and the donors at the plasma center.

I have been a plasma donor in another country and I fully understand the procedure. I am a healthy person who wanted to help and contribute to this community. However, today I was denied due to my insufficient knowledge of English. They did not allow me to use the translator on my phone. Yes, I am currently learning the language. I understand quite a lot of information, but unfortunately, I can only give short answers or need some time to respond. I was refused due to my lack of English fluency, fine. But

Do not leave reviews with your real name, I'm being pulled to the side and having the process slowed down every visit. This is an added 30-45 mins on top of the already slow pace. If you have any issues of time management, you are insisted to come early and are more than happy to remind you they open at 7am. This is by far the closest plasma center, but have to travel to get a consistent experience.

Kayla is awesome no pain while sticking... always keep it up.....shout out to Miguel

Jasmine was friendly and super helpful. Looking forward to coming back.
