One of the lady's was very rude to me saying sorry u can't make phone calls while donating I was just listening to a voice mail, it could have been important I have mild to severe autism you could have said it in a nicer way. Midshift people are more fun , there is this guy with red hair who I'd funny Ms, sue is a hoot and Maureen and errands r fun

Wow! What an amazing staff! Everyone was exceptionally professional and genuinely nice. Information was given in a comprehensive manor that made the donation process easy. Special thanks to Nurse Christine and one of the receptionists (sorry I didn't catch your name) who was so very patient and kind.

Kinda frustrated I've been donating here for a few months now. I live an hour away from this csl plasma. I was deferred for a week because my protein was too low which I totally understand. I come back a week later snd im told I have to wait on my test results to come back(I didnt even know I wasn't told about it) and she told me to call before I came in to make sure I could donate. I called and was then told I can't be told my test results over the phone. And with how she sounded it sounded like they lost

I'm a veteran and been donating over 10 years. I'm at the center on 4/7/2025 as they open with my wife, after she finnishes at the keys she goes in line then a doner gets in line in front of her and 2 doners, I already knew his situation but my wife didn't. She went to complain and I told her the situation. After she went to apologize the other doner continued to say vulgar remarks towards my wife. So I defended her by telling him to stop. Yes I had said some vulgar things but so did he. Then I realized the

I've been donating for 18 years and this is by far my favorite place. They have new machines and they donation process cut my time in half ( did an hour and a half to about 45 minutes). Although everybody is amazing, Nurse Kristen really goes above and beyond. I have only had fantastic experiences every time I needed to work with her!

Very Pleased with all of the staff. I was a new patient and I came in when they were understaffed and was ready to leave when Deanna the nurse technician offered to perform my intake and physical in minimal time and I was able to donate the same day. She should be recognized for her kindness and dedication!

Kristen gave me faith in humanity again. She's a nurse here and is obviously in this line of work for all the right reasons - to help people. She's compassionate and kind!!! Refreshing! Beverly was another nurse and was absolutely horrid. Her bad attitude and terrible bedside manor was among the worst I've ever experienced. Stark contrast from Kristen. If you go to this business at this location, avoid Beverly and ask for Kristen!

I have donated here for the past 6 months. They have always seemed understaffed in there are always lines (1 hr to 3 hrs long and that is before donation, so figure you will be here from 2-4+ hours depending on the day/staffing/ and donor lines). The system has gone out at least 4 times in the past 6 months and most recently they aren't getting the products they need for donations ( hence you cannot donate and if you are on a schedule that throws it completely off and only way to get back on schedule is ski

Pretty fast process for being a first time donor. Maureen was an absolute doll. She was so helpful and kind with everything she was explaining ! If it was up to me she'd be getting a raise.

I am a return donor and have donated many times the only reason I'm giving CSL 1 star is Nicole who does vitals at the front. If it weren't for Nicole I'd give them a 5 star rating EVERY TIME! I have only ever been deferred twice and both times it was Nicole who deferred me. She is downright awful if you don't want to be at work don't show up don't take it out on return donors. I watched her answer the phones 3 times tonight when I showed up at 6 pm and tell 3 different people that they were CLOSED! CSL do

On Feb 18 @ 8:20 a.m. I slipped and fell hard on the Ice,just outside front doors ..Went in and told them. Next thing I know I'm being pulled in nurses offices and interrogated..Was told I would not be able to donate and asked to leave immediately...I asked to see incident report, and was denied by Mexican lady manager..I asked to speak to witness that helped me up off ice,she got very mad and told them to call cops..I had brusied ribs and sought medical attention ..CSL has done nothing to make this right.

So I am a return donor and many times have been unpleasant. Some of the staff working the front desk should not have the conversation they are with the clients and then be like oh yeah your pulse is high! It is a job and they need to treat it like one. Being friendly and being overly intrusive are two different things! The bright side to donating at csl plasma is ms Kristen! She is always helping and understanding making sure each client is treated with respect and curtesy! Shout out to Ms Kristen give her

Eat a healthy meal, drink water, etc. None of it is worth anything when you have to wait an HOUR AND A HALF to get screened! And no chairs to sit and wait. This means standing on your feet upwards of a hour and a half! There's a water fountain but that's it. They used to leave crackers while you wait but not anymore. Not only that, the way that things are explained when you begin donating, is different than when you are actually beyond being a new donor. Additionally, being a reviewer for so long, your empl

2 hour wait with a scheduled new donation. You cannot even get an answer how much longer. Would have been nice to let new donors know how backed up they were. At least suggest a better time to come back. Especially since they NEVER asnwer the phones. You are supposed to eat within this window. They make you watch videos, a sign papers and go over it 30 times, but they don't even care about their own policies. Had to leave, at least another hour to get stuck. Seriously concerning that they don't care about

Best Plasma spot in town! The staff is amazing and the new RIKA machines make donating a breeze. Thank you to Leon, Larry, Ms. Morene, Ms. Sue, Nikki, Edwin, Makayla, E, Nichole, Cat, Jacob and the many others I interact with when I'm there. I think they deserve more recognition and pay from thier respective employer. Keep up the great work. We as donors notice and appreciate your hard work and determination. Thank you!

On December 23rd, I had the opportunity to visit this center after transferring from Denver. Despite the negative reviews I had come across, my experience was remarkably seamless and efficient. Ashawna, my vitals technician, handled my check-in with professionalism and warmth, completing the process swiftly and smoothly. It felt as though she had the efficiency of three people, managing a line of five donors entirely on her own?a truly commendable effort. Once on the donation floor, I was fortunate to be

I was plugged up to the machine for almost 30 minutes while finished. & the only one to come Help me was Nicia. She apologized helped get me out of the chair ASAP! It was just very helpful throughout the whole process

If there was zero stars I would rate it that, people at the clinic stand around and talk. they are super unprofessional and don't stick your arm properly. they leave you brused and in any the entire donation process. Save a life at a different clinic not here.

Nurse Kirsten is a hidden gem and definitely needs to be kept on the roster! Amazing!

Nicia international brushed me and the staff stick up for her then tell me they can't compensate me becauce corporate says they cant even after corporate told me its up to the facility to compensate. Been donating for 3 years here and i would not recommend. 0 stars

I've been waiting in line for over an hour, yet half of the beds are empty, why have all these machines and beds if you can't utilize all of them, it's a very bad experience every time I come due to this wait.

I came 3 different times to be rejected as a new patient after I called before I arrived to make sure they were able to take me in and it wasn't busy. I got 1 10$ compensation for my 30 minute drive there and 30 minute drive back home 3 times. Haven't had much issues than someone not knowing how to draw my blood leading me to today, no nurses we're in the offices and I arrived to the nurse station at 8:40am because of a slight bruise to clarify which person made me bruise. No one came to get anyone waiting

Nurse Kristin is a national treasure we must protect at all cost!! She went above and beyond for my first visit. Love her

Great staff. They have always been good to me. Put it like this. I'm pretty sure every employee knows me by name. Very personable. Easy check-in. If you go at the right time. The wait isn't to bad. I'm usually in and out in about 1hr30mins. It's really simple, Drink a bunch of water and don't eat greasy ass meals the night before or day of. Special Thanks to Nurse Kristen for for doing her best to make sure I can actually donate when I'm there.

Maureen is amazing always cheerful and positive and radiates a sense of gratitude to see you, she loves her job, she should be a trainer in my opinion.

I have had a good experience with csl plasma...I originally went somewhere else to donate but decided against said place because the staff was rude...Kristen did my physical and was super great and made me feel welcome so that is why I decided to go with them... thank you

I've been to a handful of different csl plasma centers around Denver and this one is by far my favorite! They are professional, extremely helpful, and just down right chill. Shout out to Nicia!!! Appreciate your help so much! And that amazing smile ??

This place has only 12 machines and I am currently in a line that has not moved in 20 minutes. If they can't accommodate the big rush maybe have by appointments only until you fix the issue. Because no one should lose more than 2 hours to a plasma place. At that point I should just pick up an extra shift at work.

I absolutely love coming here over any other plasma place in Colorado springs! I love the staff very friendly helpful and a pleasure to be around for the donating time your here! I absolutely love ms Maureen in vitals she is a blessing and does her job well she is the only one that hands out raffel tickets no other vital tech seems to remember! And to get those tickets you gotta donate early not in evening! Thank you guys at csl I look forward to my 2days a week because of you guys at csl !

Today I am giving CSL plasma a one star did they give you a bigger understanding why I'm giving them my one star today it's for the simple fact when I was donating I had my left arm vein blown out and when I put my hand up to get their attention they did not rush to my emergency instead they slowly walked over I took the needle out of my arm and put it in my right arm they did not properly examine the injured area on my left arm instead they stuck the needle and my right arm knowing that my left arm was cur

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and the 3rd time I've been treated rude and with disrespect from the staff. I called ahead to ask what the cut off is to come donate is. They said they accept people up until 3:59pm. I was already feeling a certain way about showing up at the end of the day and was planning on turning around and leaving if there was no one in their waiting to donate. That wasn't the case. There were 2 people being seen at the deals and 3 people in line. I didn't stay. I learn

Great staff, they are very welcoming and respectful. I truly appreciate every staff member and the hard work they contribute to this location.

I understand being busy, I really do. But waiting 2 hours to even be seen for your initial visit, just to sign up to be a donor is insane. We sat there, probably 5 people, watching 20+ people walk past us for two hours, until we all decided it was time to go. Not one person came to check on us, ask if we had questions, nothing. No one got pulled back. I've signed up at a different donation place instead, that's by appointment only. CSL, staff your centers better. Your staff is taking verbal abuse because yo

They've made up their own rules here. You can only donate if you've Donated in the past and they only take new donors in the morning where they can get all the homeless people in first. And i walked in with two white women who didn't have appointments so i learned that if you happen to be black you can only donate if you have your an appointment. God i love this state!

I drove a long way to come in and donate. I set a time through the app and came in. I was turned away because they had already hot their quota of 6 new donors. On the app it says "Can't make it? Let us know." Is it too much to ask for the same courtesy so that I do not waste 2 hours of my day, as well as the gas money driving to donate plasma. I will not be back. Period. I donate at Biolife all the time, and if you set a time with them... Guess what? They HONOR it. I wanted to see what the experience would

Nurse Kristen is great person she made laugh and handle me with care and very knowledgeable what's your diet and your health should be like when donating ?? deed is very important before you come into donate I didn't realize that until she broke it down to me.

My wife and I both donate here. Everyone is extremely professional and courteous! The office is always immaculate and the staff really shows care for each donor. I recently visited another location, this one is managed and run much better!!!

UPDATE 2: Almost 3 years later... I decided to try and give CSL another try... WASTE OF TIME... and the place looked dirty... at least the front waiting area did... there looked to be 14 or 15 people in line to be screened.... many sitting on the floor like they've been waiting a while... then they tell me that they weren't taking new or lapsed donors, and to come back at 8 am the next day.... I'm sorry those are normal business hours for most people... I'm sticking with Biomat... they don't really care abo

Sometimes it doesn't take 90 minutes to get to the back, they aren't understaffed, and they don't take breaks at ?busy? times. Most of the time I've had pleasant experiences, but I have walked out twice after waiting 90 minutes and not making it to the back just this week. I understand it's busy, they're short-staffed, and they're training people but I have wasted 3 hours of my week with nothing to show for it. I plan on going to the other location from now on.

I just want to commend the CSL Staff at 5506 Academy Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO. ( Leon, Laid, Ashley, Mikala, Elysian, Nicole, Ivy, Sue, Maureen, Edwin, & Beverly) for their incredible work ethics, politeness, friendliness, educational communication, and skills with how they've handled the transition to the new RIKA Plasma Machines and procedures that all the staff have learned & are still very proficient in the use of these machines. The staff is always calm, friendly, engaging, interactive and just a

Nurse Kristen has a great out going personally, and always helpful . Would recommend this plasma center to everyone.

I went in and had an okay experience at the start, a long wait and had to wait in line for probably the longest time I've ever had to. When in the back the staff were very unorganized and Tama a lady wearing a vest started picking on workers along with sharing work drama with me and others around her. It made me uncomfortable and seemed like a very unprofessional place when drama goes around. This place seems to never take others emotions into consideration or the staffs as well. The staff look drained and

Woman infiltrated my vein and didn't document it, then I come back 5 days later only to be made to wait an hour and told I'm being deferred because of the bruise. Never coming back again

I've donated many times at many different places over the past 12 years. 6 times I've donated here, and only one person can ever stick me to where I stay under three hours. That woman is great. The young gentleman that seems to lead in some capacity is also very helpful. Today my experience wasnt very good at all. The young lady who started my needle was aggressive and inaccurate, she was all over the place digging the needle all around, she asked a co worker for help and he got the machine working fine. So

If you don't mind the process taking four hours to get 50 bucks and this is the place for you however, if you want a speedy process and you're doing it to donate out of the kindness of your heart and you don't need 50 bucks this is not the place for you. Takes half a workday to make less than half of a regular day pay I can understand the process taking two hours four hours. That's gotta be some kind of record. It's happening to me three times now so I'm going there.

Saturday morning, the busiest day of the week, and there are 25 plus people in line. At 7:45. 8:00 I'm 23rd/2 behind me. The sign at the door says you have to scan in at the kiosk, even if you used your phone to answer the questions. There is ONE PERSON doing screaning, there are 3 Nurses in a room down the hall giggling. When a new patients ask for help the giggling stops to tell him "WAIT! Someone will be with you soon" New people arrive and start going around the kiosk line to go to screening ignoring

I wish I could give zero stars. The waiting in line is crazy. It's been this way for over a month. How is this place still running! The employees don't even react to you complaining probably because they can't do anything about it. I will try calling corporate office to complain. Not to mention how often the machines break. Do better CSL.

Eric and the crew here are great, makes donating a breeze!

BEWARE OF THE NURSE!!!! RUDEST PERSON EVER AND SHE OBVIOUSLY HATES THE PATIENTS AND HER JOB! CSL, please fix your problem with your nurse shes BEYOND The rudest person I have ever met. The staff is absolutely amazing and this is my favorite place to donate, However the nurse At the colorado springs facility Is the exact opposite. I've donated here before and came back Today As a new donor because it has been six months. As I said before, the staff is wonderful, but the nurse Is is horrible. She blantly trie

I really this location, everyone is always nice! Never had a bad experience here. Clean and they always work hard.

Just moved from out of state and wanted to continue donating. Process was easy enough, show them my address, updated it in the system and was able to do the questionnaire and get in. I found all the staff to be kind and generally in a good mood despite the busyness. Overall it was pleasant donating. Hit a little snag with the card because my last state used a different company and the new card was giving me fits. After spending an hour on the phone between both card companies, who were unable to help me, c

I can't even make an account to try donating with this place. I get 2 different error messages trying to make an account, the first one says "email already in use" when I try new donor, and the second says "donor not found" when I try to log in with that same exact email. The live chat feature is absolutely useless as well, they "won't receive" your messages and will let you sit there for ages with no help from the "live agent". Don't waste your time here.

Nurse Kristen has to be one of the kindest nurses I've dealt with here. Thanks for your help and guidance!

I was having a great experience...at first. The staff was very friendly to me but when i went in to do my physical, the nurse was the absolute WORST human to me. I have no idea how you could hire a person like that to work around people. She seems to look at everyone as drug addicts and makes you feel horrible about yourself. Just because i wanted to make some extra money to help provide for my child. She looked at me as if i was a junkie, i can only imagine how shes treated other clients. It was clear as d

Staff is great. Although this location never has enough people so donating is 2-3+ hours nearly every time. I want to donate but it's hard to plan a day around it.

I can't really say anything bad about the place. The majority of the time things go smoothly. Sure you may have to wait a little bit,, but it's never been bad. The people on the floor are nice and professional. The only thing I can comment negatively about is the check-in people. I've been there a few times when they are talking to each other about what they did last night,, while I'm sitting twitiling my thumbs. And the amount of swear words that come out of some of their mouths (July '23). I used to do c

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this place. Not only is this place more lenient towards those who have temporary housing- but the staff is really nice about it and doesn't judge you. In general, I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff here. Sometimes the line is long but that's only happened once my entire 9 times donating. Even so, they're also open on Saturday and Sunday so you can go on a day you have off if you're worried about the line.

Lessa was most kind and courteous even when I was having a bad day. She continued to be patient with my non deserving self. With a smile that welcomes you in and makes you feel comfortable. I will return due to the awesome staff ?? ??

Today was my first time ever donating. The staff was so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Claire and Dan were especially awesome. They were thorough and helpful along the way. Yes, the facility is short staffed, but so is everyone else. They are truly doing the best they can with the resources they have. I know I wouldn't want to work a 12 hour shift either, so if they close earlier than expected, that's fine. There will always be another day to donate. I will be recommending this facility to my f

New machines are faster. But the wait time is three times longer than it used to be.

My only issue is they still haven't updated their open-close times. You have to wait on hold to make sure they are open. Their app, website and phone message all state they are open. I was even given a best time to come. I get here and they are apparently closed on Mondays.

I called about a few minutes ago to figure out how to do this because this is my first time and there was a very rude lady, I'd didn't get her name, she was very aggorgant and inconsiderate,i asked to speak to a higher up and she put me on hold then hung up on me, so I called back and I spoke to a very nice lady named Beverly, she was very helpful and answered my questions. If I could give Beverly a higher review I would.

Wish I could say that I actually made it in to donate, but they scared me away before having a chance. Called yesterday and the guy was very nice but said to call before coming in the morning and to arrive about 10am. I called back this morning and the lady was so rude and treated me like I was just a junkie looking for my next fix. Seems like she said everything she could to make sure I DON'T go there to donate. I simply asked if they were taking new donors and what time to arrive. She asked well did you s

Had to update this because I am extremely fed up. Went here and moreen and sue were amazing HOWEVER I had to jump through hoops to donate the first time because the system crashed. THEN I get a letter in the mail stating I might have hiv, hep b or c. I go get blood tests and I'm completely clear. Try to go back to show them and have been told I've been permanently deferred and might have my name on the NDDR because of their FALSE positive. Looked into it and there's a lot of similar cases of people being ba

At the very least you can make sure the people who answer your phones arent giving out the wrong hours and information to people. Extremely frustrating to be recurrently told the wrong things just tp show up and theyre closed or you have the wrong items all because someone fails at their job. Do better.

I've gone a handful of times, the staff is always super polite and nice. Some days are busy some aren't but they always do their best to get you in and make you comfortable.

I usually dont have any issues with the staff, most employees are friendly and the ones that arent are just doing their job to get a check. No real complaints except the pace. It is not an exaggeration when you read it takes 2 hours or more to donate here. They get you processed EXTREMELY slow. As an example i typically will have to take 10 mintues to complete the questionnaire, 1 hour to get pre screened, 1 hour to be placed in a bed, another 10-30 minutes before I am connected to the machine and then 45 m

The staff could care less about processing people through in a timely manner. Rude staff abnormally long lines. Expect to stand in line for literally 2 hours just to donate for 45 minutes. They quit using half of their beds as well. Going to a different company now and will never return here again.

The WORST place to donate of any kind. You can be new, lapse or whatever. They do not care. Period. You get paid bare freaking minimum and if their app acts up, it is YOUR FAULT. Because how did I go from seeing $75 on my app to you updating it to $47? How is that FAIR? Not to mention, not ONE person knows how to stick you right. So you likely will end up getting sticked more than once or told you can't even donate because of THEM. This is the most IRRESPONSIBLE donation spot I have ever been. -10 / 10

The staff is friendly and are experienced in the process. However, they are always severely understaffed, resulting in very long waits. Even if you check the app for times it says aren't busy, you will regularly wait 1-2 hours before even sitting down to donate. The app regularly is unavailable as well. CSL is also closed Sundays and Mondays, reducing available times to come in and worsening wait times other days. Do not come anytime on a Tuesday if possible. With the previous two days being closed, the wai

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO DONATE HERE IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY. I walked in the door as a new donor on crutches. I gave them the required proof of residence they needed, they had me read and answer questions regarding if I can read or not and donating. I watched a video about it, i had to wait for another person to complete my profile process?..I am still using the crutches. Next they built my profile mapping every tattoo and piercing i have, take my picture, answered 64 or 65 questions about donat

Absolutely amazing staff !!! They are so welcoming as a team they are doing amazing trying to compensate for everyone. They make sure you have a snack and water so you are well taken care of thank you guys for everything you do!

Absolutely amazing, was blown away by Ashawna. Epecially how professional, caring and helpful she was. I'm referring all my friends here!!!

I'm on my 4th donation, and I just can't express how understaffed they are here and how long it takes to get through here. Once you're in a bed it's fine, but if u don't come in 2 hours before they open, you will wait and wait and wait. Even when they have enough staff, there won't be enough machines working. Most people are nice here and if you get lucky and don't have to wait 4 hours, it's easy money. But I've missed the last three days because when I showed up the wait was 3-4 hours to even get called to

Thought I would give today so I used the the app on my phone to scheduled for an appointment for 3pm and I arrived 15 min before hand just to be told and I quote "we don't have a scheduled it is first come fist serve" and "we are no long taking new people at this time" if they are not going to use the appointment tool to help them then they either need to trained on it need or be removed all together. Another thing that bothered me was that it look like some had gotten sick and they where trying to cleaning

They often take too long to get donors processed they need to change their policies or something. Management make up stupid rules and act like jerks sometimes. I used to like going there but all the nice people have quit probably due to poor management. I hope they can improve and people can enjoy coming here and they can process donors more quickly.

Giving 1 star is too generous, but unfortunately a half star isn't an option. CSL Plasma is a joke. I've never donated before, and after 3 attempts to donate here, I still haven't. The first time I tried and couldn't was understandable. I had gotten a tattoo recent to the visit and wasn't aware of the 4 month policy. The second time I tried, I went on the day I was told I would be able to donate (after the 4 months from getting that tattoo); but the lady from visit #1 had entered in the wrong date for said

Nicia was wonderful during my visit at csl plasma customer satisfaction was at its peak

The place is clean, I'll give them that, but they are woefully understaffed for the demand and number of donors wanting to donate. Their thermometers need to be calibrated properly, they do not read correctly. This issue has caused me to have to waste an hour to an hour and a half of my day on multiple occasions waiting to be checked in, only to be told I couldn't donate because my temperature was too high, when it was in fact nearly a full degree lower than their machine read, when I checked it personally

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST donation center I've ever been to. I've made a total of 6 donations at this location and every single time I went they gave me a hard time about something or I've waited over 3 hours in line just to be screened. The staff is rude and most of them don't even know what they're doing. They infiltrated my vein and tried to tell me they didn't. I told the phlebotomist and she said it was fine. I refused the restick and they didn't pay me. I had to call a

This is how stupid this place is. the second "doctor" to give me an exam the second I walked in the room said "YOU TOLD ME YOU LIVE ON SAINT VRAIN!" I quickly responded "I've never met you in my life what do you mean??" Secondly she deffered me for not drinking 8 bottles of water the day before and although it was 8am in the morning literally said I didn't drink 8 bottles of water that day either. She had no response when I asked her how I was supposed to drink 8 bottles of water before 9am. Once again bein

Let's people bully others relentlessly to the point of assault cause they let people line up water bottles instead of a line of people ?? worst donation center in town. Being assaulted by a homeless person isn't worth the $50. Oh and their machines are CONSTANTLY malfunctioning.

There should be no less than 3 intake staff upfront. A patient should NEVER have to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes in line for a normal routine intake. You've been understaffed for weeks now. I'm going to be forced to go to a different center which is too bad since I love the staff here but seriously, I've got things to do today.

Have been coming for 3 months and my hands have bad egzama my skin cracks but wen I come to donating place I have sure there is no active blood or puss coming from hands and for past 3 months they have not done arm checks correctly and have missing implanting things while are checking things that can eddect the while cells we give to people to help the. If my case has been looked over for z3 months then there is other people who have had cuts and cracks and been look over and denied to donate because. It a

Moral of this: don't let Whitney poke you she is rude and inconsiderate of your pain. I enjoy coming into this facility, but tonight when I came in I waited forever, which is standard so that wasn't a problem really. Though, after waiting two hours outside I get inside and get Whitney as my staff. Normally the staff are super nice and that was a big reason I liked this facility until Whitney was super rude to me. She skipped me and when she came to my station she said nothing to me and started aggressively

Absolutely the worded experience ever I should?ve listened to my wife when she said don't go here. The phlebotomist were incompetent and continued to just wander around me clueless and call more ppl over. My arm looks so bad

When I came in to donate a week ago, I was in a chair for over 3 hours, stuck multiple times, adjusted many MORE times, all to just end up not getting my red blood cells back, and being differed for 2 months. The kicker? At the end of all of this, I find out there's a clot in the line, something somebody would have realized long before then if anybody at this center, including the "expert phlebotomist," knew how to do their jobs correctly. I have never been more displeased with a business of any kind in my

If I could give them zero stars, I would! The operations of this place are so poorly run. I arrived at 10 AM and at 11:45 I began noticing that I kept getting skipped so I went and asked to see where I was in the line since three people that I was ahead of had already been taken back. They told me that they must?ve accidentally left me off the list and that it would be another hour and a half until I get taken back for a physical. I would be completely mortified if I just forgot to put someone on a list. Al
