I have donated here since October and had a great experience at first. I love the staff, they are mostly very kind and skilled. Since the new year, I have hardly been able to donate since I have to plan for it to take at least two hours everytime. This center is very understaffed with constant new donors and lines that take hours. What used to take maybe an hour is now just an inconvenience.

New donor, waited patiently for the 1 intake woman to tend all the people waiting as well as paperwork for the new patients. Got all the way through everything to the physical they asked about panic attacks. My 3year old son fell head first off a trampoline yesterday and I had a panic attack that he broke his neck. They turned me away for a minimum of 1 year. When I asked if there was a way that i could have went over what deterants there are other than the few provided in the information given at intake (o

I have donated several times and I have a note of advice: If every person on staff is going to glare at the line for anyone that shows up after 5:30pm, perhaps change the hours. If the doors are open until 6:30pm, I think it's reasonable to assume you will accept donors walking in the door until 6:30. If you don't want to take care of people and provide service without being rude because people are showing up within the time frames you set, change the time frames and stay later to accommodate the people sho

Smoothest stick I've had in 25 years thanks to Raven L! One of the best needle experiences in my life!!! Will only come back if he's my sticker person!!!

My experience is absolutely wonderful I would recommend anyone, Kellie has been a really great and very gentle staff anytime there was an reaction with any donors she have given her all of support to help solve the problem. I give 5 big ? to all the staffs, I would recommend anyone to csl and for Kellie to stick them she does an awesome job

Wonderful place to donate plasma, so long as you don't receive the short Hispanic lady who seems to have an attitude EVERY time I was at this location. I quit donating specifically bc I always landed in her cubby to check in and she ALWAYS had an issue. Her customer service is terrible. The rest of the staff up front and those taking the actual donation were wonderful.

I had been going to Immunotek Plasma in Jefferson City before I found out about CSL Plasma in Columbia. Because of an experience I had at Immunotek. I won't ever be going back, or donating with them again. The staff at CSL are much more polite, and professional. Kellie is amazing she's always attentive to detail, and asking how I am doing every time I come in, and even though I haven't been going there long. She remembers me. I've also been taken care of by Ashley, and a couple other workers who are very co

I recently had the pleasure of visiting CSL Plasma m, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued, welcomed, and secure in an environment that was clearly maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The team at CSL operates with an impressive blend of competency, kindness, and professionalism that truly sets them apart. Every staff member I interacted with was not only efficient but also genuinely caring and attentive to the needs of

Been sitting back and thinking on how to write this review. (don't usually do this) but I've waited long enough. I've had great experiences with this place and their workers. i would usually donate twice a week (Mon& Wed) that is until Sept 30 Monday. the little Hispanic or Vietnamese lady (as always ) sent me back to see medical. I go back as always, to see the Dr. Never ever had a problem with any of them except the lady who was working that day. Now Ive been denied donating due to high BP and went on wi

A Lady that work there name Kellie she is a good hard worker. Her communication skills is excellent. She Also makes sure you are comfortable and feeling comfortable she stuck me right and how I would like to be stuck instead of guessing n thinking she know what she doing and thinking what's best for me . SHE LISTENS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER .

I just want to thank CSL plasma in Columbia MO for hiring Kellie and keeping her there!!! She's an AMAZING worker! She makes it very veryyyyy comfortable and she sticks with EASE! I never feel the pain and overall she is part of the reason I'll come M-F before work. I have very bad anxiety and she makes me feel like I don't have ANYTHING to worry about. Her energy is everything even when it's not a good day it's a GREAT day when she is working! I'm so appreciative of her and all that she does!!! No one is a

For always being short staffed, the workers do a great job even if a few are cranky. I've only had great experiences when donating. I can't blame the staff when I don't donate well that's on me. The donor floor workers do a great job, and they are always kind. Sure, you see wrappers on the floor from time to time, but it is far from filthy. I also read a review, and Raven was mentioned, I have never seen him be rude or unkind ! I go to donate, not make friends. I always see people complaining but ne

Kellie and the rest of the staff are amazing and very professional people. Treated me with kindness and respect. The medical Dr was super awesome and kind. 5 star treatment. Thank you very much Kellie and medical Dr. Will definitely see you all very soon. P.s medical Dr needs a coffee machine in her office. Lol

Very unhappy with the hours and medical staff. The man was very rude and unprofessional. He did not want to process us in because he didn't want to do the work. So he deferred us and told us to come back tomorrow. I've been donating here for years and never had any issues. I don't recommend this facility anymore because it's very unprofessional staff

I been coming here a lot it's mostly good, but wish they would hire more people. Kelly the phlebotomist seems To be the consistent one that's always here and working the hardest. Raven is also done a great job with me. Just seems very understaffed.

Comfortable and fast experience! Kellie was very nice and helped readjust to improve flow/speed. All workers were so nice and helped to improve the experience.

Place was filthy. I've been to a few different plasma centers and never saw this amount of filth from the staff. All around very unprofessional

Today was my first time giving at csl plasma, and my experience was great. When it came time to get stuck I had kellie and she did a great job!! Was very friendly and made me feel confident and comfortable to get stuck by her!!!

If I could rate this place negative 100 I would. I'd give more trust in a crackhead trying to stick me with a needle. I used to love going to donate here. Until they screwed up my arm and the workers had no clue as to what their doing. I came in on April 15th to do a normal donation. I was stuck incorrectly which resulted in me waiting for 30 minutes for someone to finally help me as my machine kept stopping and it was becoming considerably painful. When I finally got help everyone acted like I was a nuisa

CSL Plasma overall does an adequate job at efficiently drawing plasma from its donors. 70% of the Columbia, MO, techicians are excellent at what they do. 20% are ok, and 10% are poor workers. I mainly took time today to write about one excellent employee: Kellie. Kellie is an intelligent, friendly, hard-working employee. I would be happy to hire her at my facility. I have watched Kellie startup Columbia CSL Plasma one morning when it was just her and one not-so-observant management person helping. I

CSL is a clean, safe, professional and comfortable environment. The staff are highly skilled and very friendly. They have taken great care of me and I would recommend anyone to consider donating.

Kellie is amazing! Best person at this CSL Plasma by far! Every time she inserts the needle I never feel anything, plus she is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This little Vietnamese lady with glasses was so rude from the moment I walked for my first donation really need to leave the problems at home if you know what I mean no reason for that. No one deserves to be mistreated without cause please let's do better, at least talking to people with some sense and respect please let's make the staff make a welcome atmosphere when new donors come in make them want to continue to help save lives rather than ruin someone?s day when it's uncalled for thanks for reading the

Kellie and Ashley and Hailee all do a great job whenever I come in to donate. If I ever have issues while donating, they do their best to help out and always able to help others too, even when it's busy with other donors or they are short staffed.

Edit: Edit: if you don't have a car and get dropped off to donate don't rely on them paying you so you can get a Uber home. Because you will be left stranded. They won't notify you and you will be screwed. They don't care tho. It's only about money to the owners. Not anything about saving lives. It's about money. You will be skipped multiple times while waiting in line for over a hour to donate by new donors. It's just so fun to wait patiently and then a platinum donor walks in the door and skips ahead of

The staff at CSL Plasma in Columbia MO are just the best! Friendly, professional, competent and also very fun to spend my donation time with. Today my reception lady was Cyli did a fantastic job doing an almost painless finger stick. My phlebotomist was Kellie who got the needle placed perfectly and painlessly so my donation was smoothly over and done with in no time. All of the floor staff, even including the processor, MOS, MSA, Center Supervisor and others stopped on their way by to say hello and see if

EDIT 1: July 2024. Short staffed. If you are considering donating right now. Either wait OR bring loads of patience after your first appointment. I'll be happy to update accordingly once they get more people and stuff starts flowing more normally. Otherwise it's a good 30-40 min wait to get a chair even if the donation area doesn't seem as full. So I recently got disqualified from donating (call it deferred) for a couple of months. Wanted to wait a few days to post so I can try to be as objective as po

I've always had great experiences at CSL plasma. The staff is absolutely wonderful - they are friendly, caring, and great at what they do. The best part of CSL is getting to know the staff on a more personal level. My donations have always been gone smoothly and efficiently.

After checking in and simply waiting for 30 minutes, I left without doing my donation. Simply put, too many people there waiting, and no one was making an effort to address this. Really not cool. I'll probably have to find another location that actually has staffing l

The front desk girls were awesome. Group Leader Ashley was snappy and rude like people can't read. I expected more from a leadership position. Work on your customer service skills group lead...SMH

I feel the staff is very very good and the facility is in a new building new interior decor etc.; however the sanitation / cleanliness, from a health standpoint is always disappointing. ..... very dirty floors, walls and floor trim dirt etc and presence of dust and general lack of attentiveness.,..for a health facility it really surprised me about the lack of cleanliness and how the corporate office would frown on this otherwise A+ company

Great place but please make sure you have enough employees so that they don't have to rush it seems so much. They are great people and I plan to keep coming back because of them.

Kellie is the best! She is always on the go when I visit. She works hard and is always kind when talking with her!

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. What could be a daunting experience is always made simple and easy. I'd love to shout out Kellie as well, who always does a fantastic job and makes the entire process enjoyable

Great place to donate! I went to the one downtown and the staff were extremely rude and uncaring. The staff at CSL makes sure that your donation counts. Wonderful experience. Kellie is by far one of my favorites always a smooth poke and wonderful lady, very helpful and caring. Today Damian poked me. Another excellent job! 5 stars CSL Plasma. Great job!

They were nice, but I asked before anything, about my meds. I didn't want to go through the whole process if I couldn't give. I spent an hour going from computers, and offices watching videos, and interviews before they sent me to a kiosk that finally told me witch meds I can't be on to give. And of course I'm on something I can't give, so total waste of my time. When they could have told me at the beginning.

I would like to start with my first time donating at this facility center 271 Eric was very helpful so was Debra also the lady that set up the donation and did the needle stick was awesome. Olmarya the reception tech I feel was very unprofessional, rude, and acted outside of her scope of service. I wad unfamiliar with the process as it was my first time through. I went to the vital station waited in line saw she had finished with a client and went to take a seat and she rudely barked at me to go wait behin

My experience has been amazing there the area is always clean and the staff are always helpful. Alexis smith recruited me to come to this facility. She is currently an employee at CSL. She always has a smile on her face very outgoing and helps you in anyway possible. I've never had any bad experiences here I highly recommend!

Amazing, clean, nice staff, easy signup, quick, and simple, 5 star quality

One of the best phlebotomists at csl is Raven I've been coming here for 2 years so I've been poked quite a few times but raven has such a gentle touch when he is doing his job that it genuinely surprises me when he's done poking me for the donation process I've seen a lot of people come and go hoping you guys give this man the recognition he deserves seriously amazing at his job

I've been going to CSL Plasma for quite a while. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Kellie keeps things fun and accommodating for clients you it's always a blast to donate. New payouts help encourage people to come back.

The guy in the wheelchair was the only one who remotely knew what he was doing. Everyone else was just sending me in circles to wait 2 hours just for them to tell me I couldn't donate because of something that could have been avoided if I would have been seen in a timely manor.

Columbia's CSL Plasma donation center is a great place to provide needed plasma to the medical community. The $115+ I earn per week for two donations is generous. And, Christine, Reception Tech, is always a great screener. I had her during both my donations this week.

Really has gone down hill. Machines are always messing up never used to before. Staff don't help you when you need it just gotta deal with high pressure on your own. Staff refused to even look at machine. Will not be returning after 4 years of donating.

Today I was helped Deslie but I have to say every time I come here (15 times total) I have always had a pleasant experience everyone is so fast and professional to the point where I genuinely don't think I could have any problems with any of the staff. As far as speed goes I haven't been to a different plasma clinic that operates as fluidly or smoothly as CSL in Columbia.

I usually am not one to complain or put as low stars on a place, but this place is *usually* very great with awesome staff... Today, I come in to CSL to try to donate around 4:45pm when they close at 5pm on Saturdays... Knowing how it was as close to close, I was actually trying to be generous and not have their staff held back while I spend till 5:45pm donating, because I get it... They have families/errands/homework (if they're a student) still to attend to. I call ahead, and someone in the front desk (fo

Kellie was awesome. She always makes me laugh. Hailey helped me out when there was some issues with my line! These 2 are great!

I almost didn't even go and donate because there were several negative reviews. I am so glad I went in and donated. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I had no problems donating. Make sure you bring all your needed information, answer all the questions honestly, be polite to the staff and don't move your arm and you too will have a great experience.

This plasma center is AWESOME! I went in my first time super nervous because of what everyone says about donating plasma. Well let me tell you, they're WRONG!! Not only are you helping others but your helping your bank account! The staff here is phenomenal at easing your discomforts, providing you with all the information you need to know and are overall so good at their job. Damian and another girl(i can't remember her name :(. ) were so helpful, knowledgeable, and caring my first time and every time! The

The workers so lazy to me and it seem like they take they time before the call the next person. I feel like that should call people back to get the seats full in go through and poke people like that. But anyways besides that they spend to much time talking and doing other things and have us waiting in this line for to long. And it's this one lady her attitude just bad this use to be my favorite place now theses people are just a mess Do better.

Staff are always super rude and uncomfortable to be around. They turn you away for the stupidest of things like a very small bruise or not even a whole degree of a tempature. They seem like they don't want to do their jobs. They train people during work hours so it takes so much longer. They are always understaffed. Would never recommend. They don't even deserve one star.

I've donated at a CSL location in Boise, Idaho and although I never enjoyed the ?first come, first served? donor line, I could expect a reasonable wait. This location is insane. Every time I come here just the wait to get on the donor floor is close to an hour and a half; this is followed by an hour long donation. The sparse employees can only do their jobs so fast, not that they're rushing exactly; they need to bump staff numbers.

I've been coming here since July and I absolutely love it. It's clean, professional, and the staff is the best. Especially Kellie everytime I come in she addresses me by name which is awesome she remembers! I'd recommend anyone who can donate to do so here at CSL plasma!

Why are employees, who have the opportunity to donate anytime during their shift when it's NOT super busy, donating when there is a line around the corner? That's not the way you show your clients that you value them. Having to wait for countless new people to be put ahead of us is bad enough. Do better.

Almost certain that Kellie could run the whole operation by herself if she had to. Her hard work and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed.

The staff member working with stuck the needle in wrong and I felt a sharp pain in my arm for a second. I was reassured that everything was fine, before the donation continued. Following the donation, I felt a tangling/knotting feeling in my arm?s elbow area and it caused some pain and discomfort in my elbow area if I tried to rotate my hand and supinate or pronate my hand and forearm. 7 months later, after taking a lot of prescription pills and a gel that I had been prescribed, I'm starting to think it's a

I'm inspired to donate plasma due to a personal friend I know that needs it in order to survive! Csl is a great place with great staff but I would have to say Kellie is by far my favorite!!! She is always willing to lend a hand, answer your questions or concerns but most importantly, she cares about the donors safety and there experience!!! She is a huge asset to CSL!! Keep being great, Kellie!!!!

Horrible experience every time I come here now!! I understand being short staffed but the staff here is rude and does not care about the well being of their patients. I watched a woman pass out because the staff was too busy gossiping and making jokes about other patients, that they did not notice her trying to get their attention. Today I stood in line for 2 hours with only 8 people in front of me because the staff on the donor floor could care less about doing their job. At one point a patient came out f

They have turned donating plasma which is something you're supposed to be doing to help people maybe get a little bit of extra cash for the holidays into the most asinine experience I've ever dealt with I was there for 2 hours. They kept losing me giving me the wrong directions I never even got to the donation part because I was so infuriated by the time I went for blood pressure I knew my blood pressure was going to be high. You have taken a process that used to be easy and simple and turned it into the mo

kellie is the sweetest staff member, she always has a positive attitude and she's very humorous and great at her job!

Kellie is very active and helpfull. She is always happy, polite and nice.

Very warm, and welcoming staff. Kellie S. is the sweetest and has always made me feel safe and in good hands whenever I donate. I recommend CSL to everyone!

So if your a return donor, don't come here. New donors and their favorites go to front of line. They don't do one then another. All new donors and favorites go in front of you. Wait is ridiculous. Employees don't care. Other than intake people this place sucks.

They make the donation process easy and quick. Their employees are absolutely the best, being very friendly and always ensuring my comfort. I have never had a negative interaction with anyone here. Highly recommend!

The staff at CSL are amazing. They do their best to get you in and out quickly and safely. Got Kellie today and she was amazing

I really like donating plasma at the CSL Plasma Center Columbia 271. I always have a positive experience when Kellie or Ashley is my phlebotomist. They do everything possible to make donors feel comfortable during plasma collection..

My experience here is more than wonderful they never make me feel uncomfortable and Kellie is a good individual

They let me waste 2 hours of my time before telling me I couldn't donate because my heart rate changed slightly from laying to standing. This is a test that could have been done prior to wasting 2 hours going through their ridiculous process.

I've had nothing but positive interaction with the staff another donors would highly recommend the center. Omayra always makes my visit at the fun and positive she is professional and always carries a positive attitude towards donors

I have been going here since they opened over a year ago... the staff is friendly, and they make the donation experience a positive experience. Kellie S. is by far the best. I recommend any potential donors request her. She has made all of my donations go smoothly.

Huge shout out to Damon he is awesome! I am a regular here and Damon is my favorite! He is always gentle and makes sure I'm doing alright. He talks to me like a friend and always makes my experience at CSL a great time!

Great place to give back and makes some gas money at the same time. Kellie always greets me with a smile and by name. She's goes the extra mile to make sure I have a good experience.
