Reviews Summary

The reviews present a mixed consensus: many donors report negative experiences with unprofessional staff, long wait times, poor vein handling, and inconsistent policies, while others praise the efficiency, cleanliness, and friendly employees. Complaints highlight rude behavior, transphobia, and unfair deferrals, but loyal donors appreciate the life-saving mission and some skilled phlebotomists. Frustration over removed perks (bonuses, status tiers) is common, alongside concerns about profit motives. Overall, experiences vary widely—some find it reliable, while others vow never to return due to mistreatment or disorganization.

Great staff. Great atmosphere. Just wondering why everything was taken away as far as "Status" (Gold, platinum, etc), points (to earn extra cash), End of the month bonuses, etc? The only thing that remains is raffles which is a 1 in a 1,000 chance of winning. That's actually very disappointing! But otherwise that, its a very friendly, clean, and safe place!! It's kinda like my 3rd job (lol)

I love this place. Unlike other centers I've been to, I've reliably donated twice a week for at least a month now, and I've yet to have anyone blow out my veins. Every phlebotomist I've had stick me, has got my vein in one try, and I've felt so much less discomfort than with previous phlebotomists using me as a pin cushion at other places. Plus, the staff is all friendly and hardworking. Their talent and dedication to their work really shows.

I think the customer service has improved. Was a return new donor and it took me only 2 hours to be out of there. Was surprised in a positive way. Phlebotomist Razia is very polite and respectful. She works with a smile and actually wants to be there .Mgmt.needs to recognize her and reward her. She is a valuable employee

Honestly, like 90 percent of staff at this facility are rude and uncaring. Most of the nurses have an attitude problem and the only reason I go is because how close this facility is to where I live. Also, the policy is unfair. I came to donate plasma based on the donor app saying that I could. Apparently I got denied because I arrived a day earlier than I was able to due to the two donations per week policy. That's all good and understandable. But the crappy part is that now I got deferred and can't donate

This place has some not all great over worked employees but management and they security Billy is a joke aka Mr scary they pick and choose what they want to deal with and if they don't like you for whatever personal reasons is they will banned you for whatever reason they come up with which is fine ?? fyi Billy told me how some employees hasn't paid him for shirts he made and he be hating on some the employees pocket watching whole time he mad that he can't get nobody to bring him things.mr scary

This is the 1st review i've made in my entire life. That is how abhorrently horrible this place is. My advice for new donors... AVOID THIS PLACE. DO NOT EVER GO HERE OR CONSIDER GOING HERE. Go to BioLife Plasma instead, Bethel Road (Columbus-OH) or go to Elida Road (Lima-OH) CSL on North High street collapsed my vein. I have always been a great donor. My motto is "In and Out, save everyone time" I make sure I eat a meal an hour before i go to donate... I am always hydrated... my iron is always good. I p

They take their jobs seriously and show respect for the clients. Over the years it's been like a visiting friends more than an hour of some task or necessary duty

I donated, but however I had itchiness due to the iodine. They put me on ?hold? basically until I can see a doctor that's not there until Friday?s? I had to wait almost a week to see a doctor, however a doctor was there that upcoming Friday ? but they said the doctor didn't view my chart when working??, so I have to wait until the next Friday to get pass the ?medical approval? .. I have to wait half a month to donate due to ?a doctor not viewing my chart? ? says the nurse. And the nurse said said I should c

Bring back the bonuses....yall making way more then what the people donating are getting....stop acting like it's going to make or break yall....most people donating plasma are doing it because they need the money and yall are taking advantage of them. That's not right. Yall do not have bonuses at this plasma center any more.

First Experience was okay but was running in circles a bit. My second visit was much worse due to a certain black woman with long braided hair and glasses. Her attitude was very horrible as I have a disability that affects my mental processes sometimes and was verbally abusive towards me and to another fellow black person due to confusion that was not very easy to mad over. Not all of the workers were bad, some of the other black woman workers were a bit okay and all others were very great and respectfully

I've donated several times in the past at this location, and comparatively to my last center the staff are friendly but uncaring. Earlier today I attempted to donate and after completing the kiosk questionnaire I had to wait in the vitals line for 45 minutes, and then once I finally got to the front 4 people who weren't new donors were allowed to skip the line per staff orders, and when I attempted to enter the designated room for vitals, the lady operating the room got up and left as I was entering and did

So I donated for the first time today and was a little hesitant due to the reviews this place got but I Had a pleasant experience.Maybe because I got to skip to the front of line being a new donor or what not made the experience good. Everyone there was super nice. My actual donation only took 30 min. The line was pretty long and I could see how it would be annoying but honestly it's basically free money so even if i hadn't skipped i probably would not change mind.Going back Sunday for my second donation.

Horrible how u have people just sitting for up to 30 minutes still haven't been stuck with the needle yet! Plus once we're finished it's like u guys are staring at a blank wall and can't see that your amazing helpful donors are waiting to leave!!!!! Do better like fr it's pretty disgusting then I was told to sit in my own pee and laughed at by some brown skinned chick in bay 1 just horrible this is my last week here! Then you guys don't do anything to credit your donors for the crap we deal with!

Went to donate the tech put the needle in wrong and because I refused a 2nd stick due to scarring, Im deferred for 7 days wow! That should not be a policy! Nor is it fair, because your phlebotomist failed to insert my needle properly and to add insult to injury Ive never had an issue before when donating! But a technician named Leah was very nice and professional and explained things to me and made sure I was ok

To be a medical facility, this is the most unprofessional environment. Staff all single mothers who hate they job and quick to judge donors or customers and talk down. Don't want to work! A bunch of big girls throwing their weight around huffing and puffing. Don't nobody wanna deal with and hear no attitude from people who mad themselves. Smh

Everyone at this building (except the phlebotomist, Lina) has a major attitude problem. I only come to this location because it is extremely close my house but everyone working here just looks like they hate their life. There needs to be a staff adjustment at this location. Make the changes, it's ridiculous.

I've been going here for years, am a dedicated platinum donor, and have sadly watched this place get worse and worse. They used to have regular contests and monthly bonuses-- all have been scrapped. Parking is not sufficient and nothing has been done to improve it. Staff has shrunk and hours have shortened resulting in an average donation time that can exceed 3 hours; they even got rid of fast passes for Platinum and Gold donors, so we have nothing to show for our dedication now and no way of bypassing the

Couldn't donate due their supervisor opening my account to look at my protein levels and never completed the task. They couldn't resolve it until they came in at 5pm and this was at 11am? Can not call in as suggested to check if they fixed anything. This has been two weeks of me trying to call in and not waste a trip coming into this location to be turned away.

I've been going there on and off roughly for two years now, and I honestly can say that I've rarely had an issue with anyone there. The staff is genuinely amazing and kind. You'll certainly find your favorite phlebotomist because there are a few of them that have golden hands; you won't even feel the stick.

Been sitting in line to donate for 40 mins exactly and there's 10 people working in the donation area. What is going on ???

Went once everything was fine, second time they had to send blood in to test for protein and told me to call in to check to see if I can come in and donate again, no one ever picks up any phones so can't get into contact with anyone, don't want to head in to just be turned away edit:best way to fix it is just to head in and check

I have overall had a perfectly fine experience here. I enjoved my intake with the nurse, I believe her name is Jen. Most of the technicians are friendly or at the very least cordial, and as long as I don't leave bleeding I'm fine honestly. The process is pretty streamlined and is only slowed down by the volume of people who decide to come in. However, Sherry, one of the technicians, is really awful. Like actively so disrespectful. I've seen and heard her be loudlv rude to so many people, and it's almost lik

Only reason I'm giving a 5 start right now is cause the staff there. They are awesome and I'm sad to say I'm gonna miss them as I won't be going back cause they are doing away with the gold passes. I have been going there for over 4 yrs and worked my way up to get the gold pass to get ahead of the line. That's an advantage of being a valued donor. But unfortunately being valued donor must not matter anymore. There's other things that they have done away with as well like early bird and no bonuses, etc. It's

Definitely my kind of place to donate and help save lives! The drug screening and survey is quick and efficient, but If I were you... I'd go in early in the morning right when they open so you can be in and out within 1 hour and 30 mins. The staffs are kind and professional. I'm actually amazed how much more we can earn, a lot more than what we usually get 3-5 years ago with a bonus to make things sweeter. I'm also grateful for the kind and professional staffs, which make this only place I feel more comfort

Worst customer service and management is beyond rude. Because my wife wanted to know why she couldn't donate after telling her she could they suggested to go to another center would not recommend this place

The employees are rude and they are moving slow. Their boss needs to watch them more. This is not okay

More than once have either been told to sit outside a screening booth only to have no screener in that booth, or I sat outside a booth waiting to be screened and had the screener tell me the booth is closed only after the previous donor is done screening. Having to wait in a long line more than once in a visit is ridiculous

Today was my first and last time donating here. I sat hooked up to one of the donation machines for over a hour, and watched people who started after me come and go as my collection bottle sat not even half full. I asked for assistance to see what was going on and had the needle in my arm moved around first and then told ?I just got here, I don't know what's going on? when I asked why it was going so slow. Nobody checked on me throughout the hour I sat there and if I hadn't raised my hand, I would?ve been s

Very nice place, and is very clean. When I walked in, a patient was trying to argue with the woman at the front counter and threw out some very inappropriate words, and the woman at the front counter handled it VERY well. Eventually she managed to calm her down and everything was okay. The waiting time really wasn't that bad, but that could be because I was their last patient of the day and there were only like 3 other people in the waiting room, and maybe 4 or 5 in the room where they drew your blood/plas

I would say that most of the people complaining about the wait times and whatever just need to refocus their perspective. Yeah maybe the wait times are not worth the money. The way I look at it though is my donation is potentially life saving and choose to believe it is. If I am focusing on the good my donation may bring instead of focusing on my compensation, then the wait times and potential attitude don't bother me at all. I don't mind waiting 3 hours to help save a life of that is what I called for. Be

Update: Spoke with the manager named Mohamed who you can barely under because his English is not that clear over the phone. He then proceeds to feel the need to interrupt me so I won't be able to voice what happened. I asked politely for an apology and received it. To defer someone over a Drivers License issue because the manager that day decided to be racist and discriminated against me due to me speaking up for myself. I'll admit I did get frustrated because this woman refused to want to accept me. I will

First time going which made the process a little long but they were very friendly, clean and thorough. Gave me all I needed to know during and through the process and also explained what I needed to do when I return. I enjoyed my first time and will definitely be back.

I've been donating at CSL for about 10 months now and I love the place, most of the time it's fast paced. However, I really dislike how you can tell some of the workers there hate their jobs or something. One particular lady I won't mention, every time I go in she looks like she just hates life, or she will be so nice to her coworkers and then when she sees you she's like ughhhhhh come on in. It's not just her, I notice it in some of the other workers as well, but she stands out the most cause she NEVER smi

I came here to donate my first time i couldn't because no social security card but my time there i was asking the front desk lady questions because i was new there and she continuesly got smart with me like she had an attitude i blew it off came in weeks later it's the same lady at the front desk i asked her a question about where do i go next and she got smart with me rolling her eyes for her to be the front desk lady she doesnt make this enviorment feel welcoming atleast not for me i dont look forward to

Don't go, it's a waste of time. Went in as a new donor and waited 2.5 hours and filled out all my personal info and gave a blood sample... just to be told I couldn't donate because I had a small bruise next to a vein. You have got to be kidding me. I had gone to another facility earlier in the day (my veins were too small for that facility so I did not donate) and they said nothing about the bruise. This is a great place if you want to be accused of being a liar and addict To be fair though, the staff is

I have been donating at this center for years, and I have had both good and bad experiences. But the good outweigh the bad. Every company has some issues with employees, but most of the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. To a new person the process might seem clinical dehumanizing, but remember that this is a medical situation and strict protocols must be observed for everyone's safety. I have been to other centers and they are not nearly as courteous and professional. The two most importa

Been coming here for almost 1 1/2 years. Had no problems till 2023. I've been turned away here and there for multiple tedious reasons. A line full of druggies- past ,present and future can still donate. The kicker today was I woke up early to make my 2nd donation before my 4/6 doubles I've worked this week. I got hooked up to a broken machine that NEVER separated my plasma and filled up the bottle with my blood instead. I was defur(suspended) for a long time and this was a wk before my vacation. I counted

They have a few really good phlebs but this lady name Teresa came to DC me but didn't change her gloves only put sanitizer on them after just having dc'd the last person. So I asked her to change them and she tells me we are allowed to just use sanitizer on our gloves. I know that's not true....your working w bodily fluids nevermind I used to do this. Anyhow long story short she really was if her feelings cause I told her to change them!

Management sucks. As a new donor I was able to donate 4 times. I have not been able to donate for a whole week due to the lab "being backed up". It's super unprofessional I will be contacting higher management levels to resolve this issue. The manager I spoke with on Friday was fantastic today was the worst I've talked to. How are donors supposed to help provide life saving medicine when we can't even get in to do it.

Employees are generally nice but many are poorly trained and/or not doing their jobs well. Obviously intoxicated donors (eg. a man who yelled at and physically shoved other people to cut in line) are not kicked out. At a previous donation I got a bruise (which is a mistake on the phlebotomist?s part, but is a risk you are informed of) and no one would give me a clear answer as to when I'd be eligible to donate again. I was told by a doctor on that day that I'd be able to donate in two days, but after arrivi

I raised my hand for assistance while I was donating. After doing so I was violently adjusted. I informed them I was in a great deal of pain, they completely ignored me. Then started going on about deferrals. Bad experience. Brenda is the individual who performed ignorantly

Honestly, this is one of the best plasma centers ive ever been to. Workers seem to be decently professional . It's usually pretty quick. Out of the entire year that ive been at this location, I think It's taken me a total of 3 hours only a handful of times. It seems to go by pretty quick tho. I'm usually in and out with in 1 in a half to 2. Pay is kind of poor but I guess if u look at it that ur also helping people who need it then it's not so bad. I weigh 155 and I usually get 52 for my first donation of t

first of all plasma places are evil they sell your blood for $1000 and pay you $45 which is why I have never donated by the way, CSL profits over $2 billion a year off of your blood. second of all there's a lot of disgusting trashy people in here maybe not all of them but a lot of them I understand some people are down and out and need a quick buck but I was parked near this business and my vehicle was vandalized and I caught the person doing it and then they had the nerve to talk down to me after they van

The center staff are great. Fast, friendly, effective. But good luck finding a place to park. The lot is always at capacity and neighboring businesses are extremely aggressive about towing people. There is a good chance you just will not be able to park to donate. Have someone drop you off or take the bus and youre golden.

Over my whole time there I have never felt more dehumanized in my life. The whole staff talked about me, my friend I was with, and every other potential donor as if we either weren't there or like we were just animals. The woman I mainly interacted with was rude and transphobic. Normally I'm not one to complain or leave a ton of reviews, but I feel it's necessary to let people know what they're getting into when visiting CSL Plasma, at least at this location. I'm absolutely never going back there to try and

Some days are better than others. I feel like some of the people are rude that work there. Some of the staff spend more time talking to I guess their favorite donors that they forget they're at work. I've heard some staff cursing, they complain, and one time I was in the bay before another person but the staff stuck her before me. She didn't have an express pass either. I like coming here but sometimes I dread it.

Worst experience ever being penalized for the facility not being prepared, stocked for the needs of its donors. The worst part of all is I'm apart of the group of people not able to donate due to this green soap outage because it was notated I had a reaction to tape last year. Me being allergic to medical tape and latex has nothing to do with iodine. The fact is if your not in extremely long lines due to not enough staff, your being turned away because they don't have the materials they should in stock. Yet

Not enough handicap parking. No where for donors with bad legs or back to sit while waiting to either get screened or donate. People waiting in cars in the parking lot getting high with kids in car. Signs say no waiting in cars sadly not enforced Do Better

I was disappointed because I didn't get to donate, because I had eardrum replacement surgery when I was a child. I needed a note from the doctor stating I hadn't had a skin graft from another person. That was over 21 years ago, so I was kind of screwed. But there was a female on the staff who told me I could go to another place to donate, just leave out the ear surgery. I was surprised but took her advice. It was too late to go elsewhere, but the whole staff was nice. I understand that I would be there for

I have donated a few times here and almost every time I've had an issue. I've had my vein collapse twice, I've been told I could not receive an extra 10$ because I'm new even though I've donated twice a week almost every week. I had blood pop out of one of my veins. Let alone the fact that my partner also had issues donating. They need to get better staff and need to not be so rude.

I have been coming here since I was 18. One periocular employee (SH) is always the center of complaints and honestly she's very rough with sticking. On top of that whenever I call for a quick question it's just met with a abrupt dial tone. Never had any complaints besides said employee. (SH)

Donating at CSL is a nightmare. You wait an eternity because the staff don't know what they're doing and they are very rude and belligerent! DON'T DONATE HERE! There are SO many other plasma centers in Central Ohio!

Its a very long wait, only worth it if you're a new doner. The employees are as busy as the place is crowded. Only let an experienced person stick you. I once had a guy who didn't stick me properly. I've seen this place change over the years. It takes more than a couple hours just to get in and out.

There were IT Software issues concerning my donation, but a nurse worked hard at getting it resolved. There is still a problem in being able to use the phone app for questionnaire which I am told is an IT problem, but I don't have any problems using it on computer. Place is very clean and I feel confident going there to donate

Been going since 2011 best center in columbus

The staff for the most part I don't have a problem with. But there is a lady who usually takes vitals in the fourth booth who is absolutely rude. Everytime I go into to get my vitals shell rudely asked me for my info. Her overall dememor is miserable and aggressive. And for someone who has to talk to people as a job, she sure had picked the wrong career. They really need to address her behavior it's totally innapropriate and extremely unprofessional.

Being coming for roughly 3 years now seen a lot of good people come and go. The pay is instant and I feel like I'm family. I do wish they would bring back bonuses for donations. I am saving lives ya know...

I love this place I have been donating off and on since 2008 I didn't like the express pass I'm so glad that got rid of it but over all I will continue to donate here as long as I can

They poked my left arm on Monday and the girl that inserted the needle in my arm wasn't paying attention and put it in the wrong spot plus she being to rough so after a few minutes my arm started to swell it kept getting bigger an bigger I had to yell for help from someone else that work there cause she was ignoring me the guys say if he didn't turn machine off when he did my arm would of pop plus they poked my right arm and messed both my arms up and four days later my left arm is black and purple an still

This is the worst CSL to go to , when I first moved down here in November I started donating at this csl center . Haven't been in months, today I go back and this racist Caucasian woman deferred me because of a 2 year old tattoo that they apparently ?weren't aware of?. Than when I began to tell her she was wrong she called her manager to tell them I was being argumentative !!

1) The staff and nurses either ignore you or are nowhere to be found! Even if your problem is urgent, to get assistance you have to raise your hand and shout for someone repeatedly. The first time I came here I walked up to the desk where there was NO ONE and no instructions on what new donors should do. There was a staff member in the stock room behind the counter who could see me but she ignored me until I said "excuse me" and explained that I was new here. 2) If someone asks you if you've eaten in the l

Hadn't been to this center since 2010! Just went back this November 2014 Cause I was in need of some extra cash! It was nice to see that they had updated some things! Not the cleanest place to donate, but the employees are nice, my wait time wasn't very long at all and I just happen to go back when the first 5 donations for a new return donor was $50 keep up the good work!

As a whole, they're the best donation center. But that old chick really needs an ego check, and lessons on how to talk to people. She yelled at me, with a mean tone when I was standing on a wall that another employee told me to stand on. So I didnt move.

Quick way to get money $50 for your first 4 donations. However, kiosk machines barely work, service is decent but when they get busy can get really poor, and depending on what day and time you go, the atmosphere can be very rowdy. Place is very clean and air conditioned, sometimes too cold. In the summer you may want to bring a jacket while donating.

First time, Brought all the paperwork and info given by the website, and the nurse said I can't donate today because I have a finger sprain. Okay, sure, she told me to bring a paperwork next time, stating that it is not a surgically done. Second time, I visited, the second nurse gave me a paper stating I can't donate plasma because it is not healed fully, and the paperwork must be faxed from the doctor. Why? Why didn't you guys tell me that the first time I was there? I'm sorry, I might just not come back.

Been a donor for 15 year's across the midwest. First time ever with a CSL. Great experience. Clean and followed new donor procedure as most. The downside was the return donors. Most complained and seemed in a hurry. Clearly out for the money and you can tell. People remember you are helping give back to who gave to you. The medicine you take or took came from people giving like us. Great job staff. Greater job for donors. I hate needles and crowds, but to help give someone else a chance feels good. Also The

Very very SLOW and unprofessional! Never has enough workers have been here for an hour waiting to get sticked 2 whole bays of people that's have been waiting even LONGER manager takes a break right before closing and has the nerve to be disrespectful towards donors. Please do better we are only here to help people we take time out our days to donate.

They reduced their hours, but apparently they needed some more time off. Closed their doors prior to 3pm on 2/19/22, while multiple people just walked past me waiting at the door. Didnt really need another reason not to go back, but they gave me one anyway. Don't waste your time.

I'm not the brightest and they do a very good job guiding me through the place. I also almost fainted today because I forgot to eat and they still paid me. Despite my frustrations with being rejected due to a bruise, I've found them to be very professional.

Some of the staff was very rude i felt like cattle going through their new donor process. The nurse and the perdon who stuck me were nice though unforunately the building is pretty badly upkept and felt like i should sanitize my hands after touching anything in there. Would not reccomend coming here unless you're seriously strapped for cash and need the money

The staff here will look dead at you and pass you up for 20+ minutes. , No Stick ,No Set Up ,no nun just stares for 20 minutes before someone finally walks up and realizes you aren't even connected .SMH why have cameras if companies refuse to use them for procedure protocol

The wait is not long compared to place on Wilson rd. Where at times weird 2 hours just be screened. This place I'm in and out tops hour half tops even on a busy day..not I go normally about 845 am to 915 am not bad, in and out. I have a few ppl that are jerks but it is anywhere you go now a days.. for the money and bonuses monthly yes to it is with it even of it is $25.00 first time in the week.. The needle is smaller then Wilson rd and staff is schooled how do to stick way better then Wilson ed.

I have never been anywhere else but at the same time i don't think I would go to another place. Staff is nice and professional (for the most part). The system that this place has in set is very efficient and organized. They try their best to get you in and out in a decent amount of time. Some days are better than other, but all in all a good place to get money on the side, while also saving lives. ?? They have had a bonus type thing where you can get extra cash from what you usually get. This month (June) o

Was just told I went from 2 donations short of platinum level back to bronze now that the the CEO decided to milk more money out of the clients. This is the latest bait and switch they devised. Hell of a thing to do when some of us go to them for a little extra money to help beyond V.A. disability or anyone who is on a fixed income. And they are paying less then some of the other places in town. All csl looks at now is profit . I will be going elsewhere and never referring anyone to them I'll tell all to g

I have tried to donate here twice in a years time span. The first time I finished all in-house paperwork and questionnaire on the electronic kiosk only to find out that I needed an extra form filled out by my PCP because I take two anti-depressants to treat a neurological disorder. I was annoyed by this because knowing ahead of time would've been nice before filling out all the forms/paperwork...especially since I made it clear that I was taking medication before the process started. But okay, I get it. Wha

I saw the negative reviews and I can't really complain. You get cash and you help people. The first visit can be tedious. Make sure you have an id, w2 or social security card, and proof of address (like a piece of mail sent to you). And then just make sure you have 3 hours or so because the first visit can take a while. Also, make DAMN sure you drink a lot of water before you come. I came 1st time with just a couple glasses of water and it sucked. Came in next time with 6 glasses of water and I felt

No one works there. You should never go into a facility, walk into the front desk, and no one be there on a Saturday. When I say I walked behind the front desk and had 2 caprisuns and took a powerade on my way out with no one there. I could have walked into the back closet and taken whatever I want. Completely unacceptable

Been coming for 15 months now...Employees are rude and petty and racist. Management doesnt care about donor physical safety. Payout is constantly decreasing. Totally disorganized system and no plans for improvement.

Website don't tell you that if you take insulin you can't donate plasma. Also, it don't tell you that if you take over 2 medicines for diabetes that you can't donate either. I made a trip for nothing and spent 2 hours before I was told this. Please update your website with correct eligibility info so others will know and stop wasting their time. However, I was compensated a measly $15 which was loaded on a Visa card for my trouble.

I had a good experience for my first time donating plasma as I hate needles. The process takes about 3-4 hours for your first time donation. I had a problem with my left arm not wanting to cooperate with good flow so the technician had to switch to the right. I don't have great veins so that was the only rough part for me. They will check to make sure that you have good veins before hitting the floor. Good luck! I'll be going back.

It seems like I get deferred more often when I eat healthy meals and drink alot of water than when I don't! I am tired of these "nurses" telling me that I have alot of fat content in my blood and that I need to drink more water when I probably drink more water and eat healthier than most people there! I, being a very healthy person seem to get deferred more than some of these really unhealthy looking people that come in! That tells me either the "nurses " are making mistakes, or the equipment isn't readin

The place was clean but you can tell most the staff hates being there. This location also doesn't take any of the online coupons so if you were hoping to get an extra $10 they won't honor it. I'll be back but don't expect much customer service, they just want you in & out as quick as possible.

People are nice but won't tell you the truth I don't even think they know they just work there Update donations can lead to fibromyalgia I think I spelt this wrong but they won't tell us this because plasma cost money for those in need!!!be. Careful the machines will cause long term damage tingling in feet or hands vibrations through body lips tinglingly. Blood out plasma out blood in plasma out cause bone deficiency they won't tell you though. It's like your adding years to your age. Bone weak calcium l

I came here for the promo - first 5 times is 100 - then it goes to 65-55 (as long as you are heavy) only go as soon as they are open. ONLY GO IN THE MORNING.

I went here on Friday and had a great experience. I was walked through the process of registering, and they even broke down how the machine used to extract plasma from blood functioned. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I'm glad they do not give cash (visa debit card now), maybe it will weed out the unpleasant customers that are only doing it for the money and not donating to help others. I did see a few... Unclean individuals that I'm hoping were denied from donating. I'm hoping they actually profile

Had a smooth first donation process. The staff was nice, friendly and professional. Found out I had nothing to be nervous about. Process takes about an hour. Made 75 bucks. Not bad at all.

Went to donate today, they took my info, picture and fingerprint then needed to 'check my veins'. Then the lady had to take me in the back to get technicians to check my veins. The tech said I couldn't donate because the veins were to the sides of my forearm not be center. But looking around at other donors, they had their needles stuck in various locations. Lady who took my info said 'sorry, let me show you a list of locations that don't care where your veins are.' Really?! I can donate blood all I want an

I didn't even make it in the store. Called them over the phone to ask some basic questions before coming in for my first visit. They were very short with me (I will attribute that to them, hopefully, being busy) and also sarcastic when I asked for clarification on what requirements my proof of residency could be. Read better reviews on bio blood components just down the street so hopefully I can donate in a better environment.
