Waiting to see a nurse for over 20 minutes isn't acceptable. Our time is valuable Your customers have a right to be informed and not made to wait until a mandatory meeting is over. Extremely thoughtless to not say anything to those of us waiting . And then be told they don't know how long it will be . Your costing me money now for my donation which isn't right. I'd be close to done donating but still waiting to see a nurse.

Usually this is one of my favourite locations to go to because everyone is so nice to me and very professional with the entire procedure but I went today and as normal and since the very first time that I had registered with CSL back in Oklahoma I've worn my prescription lenses I wear glasses and now all of a sudden it's a problem now all of the sudden they're going to treat me very discriminatory like very specifically hold a right to be able to determine whether or not I'm actually in need of glasses at a

DO NOT CONE HERE. If you want to be disrespected go here. People that work there hate their job and show you. Managers don't care. I don't give much reviews but here yall go be ready to confirm my review if you go to CSL on Abrams (and before I get a we apologize for not caring message from the owner of csl on here save it and do better even know we all know yall do NOT! Care.

Staff is always nice but the last couples times I've been only 1 person is screening while the stickers are waiting. Please get the front people help

I love the staff at this location. Special shout out to Tevin and Nurse K for being so amazing and patient with donors.

It's straight but I never understood why CSL has 8 rows of beds but only use 2 rows .. I truly do not get it!!! I'm going to go up the chain because this issues needs to be examined ..

It's like the DMV, including speed of service. Seriously, go donate at Carter Bloodcare if you don't need this place to pay you to donate.

Literally just have me sitting here. While they talk and run their mouths very unprofessional and very lazy. Will never come back to this location again until the staffing has changed. Stop hiring there lazy women

Overall it's a pretty nice place the staff is friendly they're a couple maybe one that can you use a training course in customer service and people etiquette. ??????

At around 7:30pm on 12/26, an older black lady who was working with Tevin & Mario refused to disconnect a donor patient because that patient was trying to get her attention that they were finished & that the old black lady who was working said she had to go in order, but she was going out of order because the donor patient she was talking to had been finished before several other patients people who had started after said patient had left before the patient that was neglected. This lady was extremely unprof

This plasma center is much nicer and cleaner than most of the centers I have been to. The staff are fairly quick and pretty friendly in comparison to other centers as well. However they are a little under staff it seems to me.

My name is Robert Daniel Sanchez for the Easter raffle. Staff is great but long line for screening with only 1 worker

I don't know about that shit saying CSL Plasma is the leader for giving when me personally out of all the centers and the 3 i go to them, Biolife and Freedom, freedom is one, biolife is second and Yea u get it and its souly because of csl and there damn machines they suck, its hard to see when to stop pumping and when to go because sometimes u feel the needle more than the arm cluf. Then also of all the three i use their app is booty unless u never been to this company before then its horrible. Other than a

Slow service without a physical checkup needed and prescreening on your phone be expecting to wait at least 3 hours to get in, always short staffed and they do not pull one person out and put 1 person in the wait until there are like 12 people done to start pulling people out and then put people back in

The processes go so good and I always feel attended to there and I think it's a good way to increase your care and show your positivity And show your reflectiveness of your other type of happiness.

These people hate answering the phone. I was put on hold for an hour and 30 minutes just to ask a simple question. It got to the point I had to pull up there just to see nobody on the phone while I was still on hold. Your honestly lucky if they answer the phone

Since they began using height and weight they're paying people less for donations. Therefore, I can no longer say anything positive about this corporation other than they have great workers. I was getting $50 on the first and $65 on the second donation each week. Now it's only $47 and $55. Plus I'm charged to withdraw money from the debit card so it's not worth my time. Sad part is their profit margin doesn't justify this. It's all corporate greed and has nothing to do with local workers, who deserve an inc

The most unpleasant experience, my father spoke and read the language , he has a accent of course and a staff member rudely said I am going to cancel the visit he doesn't seem to know the language. Again , he was answering her and reading his questions in English. I proceeded to go to Octaplasma in Plano , wow ?? amazing staff. Really kind and they give you the time to feel cared for , explain everything thoroughly ,

Clean professional friendly members of this CSL Plasma location. In/out in decent time, and feel refreshed with some extra money in my pocket. Donate now you may receive $1000 your first month.

The staff here is amazing! They have always been so kind and so professional. The line can get a bit long, so I recommend getting there early, but the process is always smooth!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. I'm a platinum donor for this reason. They make me feel like family.

The center is clean, and my most recent visit was very quick! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but when I went on Friday, there were no lines and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Especially Tevin on the donation floor. He was very careful, attentive, and friendly.

By far the worst location to visit. 6-7 employees sticking and cleaning up but at a very slow pace without a care in the world. You figured the faster they work the more people donate and more plasma received. I usually donate at Westmoreland and will return there and stay there. Abram?s location get your shit together.

i feel like everyone in this plasma center has a bad attitude. They legit just get mad for you existing at this plasma center Yall need new emoloyees .

I have been donating at CSL for several years now. About a year ago this location has issues with getting patients in and out. But over the last 6-8 months they have drastically improved their speed. Donating is a better experience and much faster than a year ago.

Updated review: 05/02 I got here at 5:20 and I'm still in line at 05:47 for vitals. 2 of the slowest people doing it and and the other chatting away like there's no line. Don't come here unless you're in a pinch. STAY AWAY!!! I need management to call me. 04/19 You are short staffed: hire, train, and staff more employees. Tonight, it was down to 1 person on vitals, 2 people hooking/unhooking donors on the donor floor, and someone still accepting new donors. You have 15 people in line waiting for vitals, and

Techs and office personnel to were extremely professional and helpful.

Great location, clean facilities and professional staff. Arty and seven are wonderful. My friend is a plasma recipient so I happily donate and am glad to have found CSL. Answering the questions ahead of time is a big perk.

A few of the employees at this location are rude, and loud! They have no respect for each other or donors. Monday i stopped to donate and one of the employees I dont recall her name but she is the smallest blk skinny girl with braces and braids I believe in her 20s was constantly talking bad about donors that would walk in. Like how their dirty , smelled bad, and so on. She was very rude with a disgusted face . This was the same girl that talked to a donar about how she just got back from Miami withou

Kudos to screener Cameron F!! Very professional and courteous! She makes the start of the process smooth and has you screened, in What seems like seconds!! Plus?she KEEPS a smile!

The staff is great! They do their best to get everyone out as soon as possible. In the front yall have Cameron who I like going to her she gets me in and to the line . Very friendly aswell

Great place to help give back and make a bit of money! Fast and friendly staff!

She was very very nice and professional. Hard worker

Whomever operates this establishment is a joke. They've changed their hours to later, which greatly limits the time and ability I have to donate. I show up 30 minutes prior to their slated 9AM opening on Saturday. It's now 9:25AM, and they still aren't open. I work at 10AM and told my boss I'd be about an hour late each Saturday. They can't even open at their posted hours! When you do manage to get inside, expect to wait at least an hour in line just to be seated. And that's only if you arrive around when

I love the atmosphere at CSL. The receptionists are very polite. And the techs take great care to make sure the donators are comfortable. I found my plasma center y?all!!!!!

Entire staff is amazing! Excellent service and extremely hospitable!

This is the best center in town to go to very professional answers all the questions u need to be answered Javier, Olivia, Maria Aaliyah are the best to do it been going here for about six months and never had a problem the center is always clean

Normally this is one of the better centers, but the last few times there have been 2-3 hour waits consistently. Idk if it's a staffing issue or a change in policy but this is ridiculous.

This place was much better when it first opened. But now.. I don't even know where to start. Less than half of the seats on the entire donation room are gone, yet they are still understaffed. The staff are ALWAYS stressed out and they literally let everyone know they are tired, some even say they are leaving. Even though it seems some of them get breaks they still can't do their job right and still blame you for not doing their job correctly. Most of the staff here will really mess you up. There is only a f

The employees are polite n friendly. Now they have a New machine named Rika! She is must faster. 30mins or less! Bout time the system was updated. Lol!

Came in as first time donor and no one would come even greet me. They just looked at me and went back to scrolling their cell phones. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Would loveee to give a special shout out to Tevin! ?? he makes every donation 10x better even when some days are hectic & personally I appreciate that about him! Definitely deserves a raise. ?????

I noticed Ashley Flores name reading reviews before I came. Upon arrival she just happened to be the person I had and when I told her about her amazing reviews she was shocked to say the least. About 45 mins later a situation occurred with another donor and her reaction and the way she handled it speaks volumes to her humbleness and kind heart. I'm still at the center her character needed to be praised and it could not wait until I made it home.

One of the best CSL centers in Dallas. The staff are friendly and well trained. It's always clean and well ran.

I give this location and staff members all a 5 except for this one employee i don't know her name because she tends to have it covered up but she's the only old white conplected lady with glasses and a tattoo on the left side of her neck that i believe seems to have something against us lationos. I speak for experience and I've been told by other donors that happen to be latinos she seems to ALWAYS deferr us. She must of got rejected by one or something but Yall should look more into it

It usually always takes a while to get thru the line but this happened after I donated. They had 3 people in my area, I had finished donating, it took them almost 20 mins to unstick me so that I could leave. I was raising my hand for help it wasn't until I raised my voice that someone came to get me off the machine. Nobody should wait that long when?re there's 3 workers around me.

Nice people. Good service, especially Mercedes. They do need to hire more people though, because the lines can be a bit long sometime.

Ashley Flores is one of the best customer service people I've met. She constantly has serviced me with the best attitude I've seen.. Thank you for staffing your company with people like her. I will recommend others to this location because of her.

The staff is nice, but expect conflicting messages, miscommunication, and disorganization at this location. Ever since I started donating at this location, I experienced nothing but conflicting information about whether I am eligible to donate. The chronic miscommunication and excuses are endless. First, the staff told me that my hematocrit must be 38. After first donating in May 2023, my iron levels decreased (normal for women who have a cycle). I worked on my hematocrit levels for months and returned to

Great option to help others. The facility is clean , the staff is nice and professional. I love this place , today was so quick the screening.

Mr. Tevin from Heaven. I was very nervous because I've been told I have tricky vein?s. Tevin maintained confidence and did a single stick with no issues. I finished in a little over half an hour. I will be returning

UPDATE: I just came back after almost a year & things seemed to have changed. I opened my app, made an appointment, & once I arrived I answered the questions via the app. I waited several minutes before the staff acknowledged me & once they did they told me they couldn't see me today. I told them I made the appointment on their app & she just gave me attitude as if I'm the one who created the app & told myself to use it. If she had shown empathy, or was apologetic because we all know sometimes technology is

I love coming here and having conversations with the staff while I'm donating, I'm very in and out, but at certain times during the day around 6:30ish it can take a lot of time finishing up, other then that a great, location? I recommend donating here

Tried this place because it was closer, but giving up on them and heading back to Bio Life which has a much better operation and focus on donors. This location is consistently understaffed creating long lines and extreme wait times. Most staff has zero urgency, positive attitude or desire improve the donor experience. Many outwardly complain about working there. Donors are treated like the staff is doing them a favor rather than as if donors were customers. Management is never present on the floor to a

STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE if you want to save your time and nerves! Absolutely NO RESPECT to donars! Huge 3-4 hours lines, no sitting place while waiting and interrupted service in the middle of working hours! They stopped working because of some plumbing problem(???). It happened twice during last week. So they knew about the problem and never tried to fix it properly! It's much better to turn away all the donors afrer a few hours of waiting in the lane and just close the office

Got here at 1pm, didn't get to the front of the line till 3:30pm. There were machines open the whole time too. Way too slow!!

Great customer service everytime I go.

I would like to complement Ms. Olivia for not only doing a good job, but being nice and caring, I would also like to thank CSL for hiring her.

This plasma donation center is impressive! The center itself is immaculate. Each station is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each donor. It seems like they take great care to make sure that each step in the donation process is conducted according to high professional standards, and they still manage to keep the process moving pretty quickly. Everyone in the center is courteous, professional, and thorough. Sophia at the front desk always has a warm greeting for everyone, very friendly and professiona

I walked in with no expectations or experience with donating plasma. All the staff was welcoming and informative! Very personable staff that helps through the entire process! Make sure you drink plenty of water and have a well balanced meal before donating. I highly recommend this location based solely on their staff! Professional, organized, sanitary would be a few words that I'd use to describe this location!

I came in for the first time donating at this location around 7:20 Am and was immediately turned away and told to come back in 5 hours due to there being one person on staff. I understand having a short staff means a longer wait time but there were a total of 3 people donating besides myself, that should not mean a 5 hour delay. I will not be returning

This place takes forever to process compare to other CSL places. One trip here would probably takes you 2-3 hours and most of that time would be waiting in line. They are severely short staffed, some days they only got 1 person working the front desk. You're probably better off going to the CSL in College Station.

Called and was told I'd get $105 as a new donor so I rushed in, 2 kids waiting in the car with my spouse for 2 full hours just for them to tell me AFTER I DONATED that she was wrong and it was only $35. Supervisor refused to honor what was said. Bait and switch, unacceptable.

Unprofessional. They would rather talk with each other than help out customers

First I want to start off by saying they need to hire, hire, hire! Second, shout out to Ashley Flores, with being low staff she is the only one who keeps a smile on her face and is the only one I've seen positive no matter what the day at CSL brings. Thanks Ashley, keep it up!

Great staff, respectful time, and positive attitude. Also. Like to thank ms. Cameron for her positive attitude and helping with a great move swang

I don't like to do this but when it keep happening something need to be said and done, June 15th, came in 10am stood in line till 1pm by the time donation was done is already 2pm. Spoke to the manager, all he said "we're short of staff". No snacks,no water offered at all or any form of compensation for that long wait and I'm made to understand one has to eat something 30min before donation? Y'all got to do better. Even new donors was complaining at the front line , some of them had to leave for work. Not n

I went in as a new donor on a friday, and Ashley.Hwas at the desk handling business. It was a little rush at the moment. But she handled with great customer service. All along, the process was okay. It went smoothly. In and out quickly. Clean as well.

I really enjoyed going here to donate staff was nice even though they seemed short handed and talked with the center manager and she was really nice and helpful about the process

The staff is amazingly professional... I recommend this location

Good Service, line are a little long due to new machines and the holiday season.

Staff in the front is always friendly. Renee was wonderful this morning. I never have any problems

I went there for my first donation. I waited a while since it was 8am they had two employees. But after 9am alot more employees showed up and everything was super quick after that. The employees are courteous and respectful. They are fast pase. I had a great experience. I sure will go back soon. And recommend everyone to this location:)

Today is Friday, August 9, 2024. I'm here to make my donation at plasma. Cameron was took my vitals. I'd like to say is that Cameron is very professional And shows a lot of courtesy.

The staff is amazing! Sophia and Chanel did the 1st and 2nd part of my physical! They were so friendly and sweet! I'm not sure the name of the first person who got me set up in the machine but i think her initials are TA because she was so nice and let me use her personal stress ball! Miso and Stephanie set me up on the machine today and Miso was training Stephanie and they were both so great!! 10/10

I enjoy coming to this center alot. The staff is very friendly at this center. When you walk in they greet you and thank you for your time and donation as well when walking out after your done, they even say goodbye again thank you. The center is clean and with the Covid restrictions you can see they take extra measures at cleaning up after each person. Their promotions for new donors is great and even after that is complete the normal rate after beats others as well. Will continue to go to this center

Anaya J was provided great service with a great smile. Definitely was having a bad day. I sat in her booth and she gave positive great energy. Thank you Anaya J for your kind words and sending me on my way.

Don't let the review fool you. I respect the employees and other donors here. However my last attempted donations was horrible. Waited 60 minutes and didn't get stuck. I was the only person waiting. Overheard a conversation about a phlebotomist and her abusive boyfriend and how they're ok with 3somes. That's definitely not professional. Everyone looking at me instead of actually giving me assistance. I just left because clearly they cared more about closing or going on break instead of doing their job.

I pulled up at 7:30 cause it said they were open, did not open til 8 & at 9:45 I left because after finally being called back, system shut down ??? This place is brand new for the most part and after waiting 2 hrs, the computers shut off and they told me to go wait in the waiting area! The staff are not considerate whatsoever, didn't speak, did not reassure ! I have to imagine some of these reviews are fake Ronald from the few staff they do have & they are not hiring but have ppl waiting unless you are not

The technicians are nice and friendly people but the nurse (Corey) is very rude and incompetent. I have been to other centers where if you wait 2 hours they are going to get your donation done. I went here and after waiting two hours was turned around because I didn't eat instead of giving customers a snack or something they just send them on their way out the door. I even had 4 people before me complain about the same nurse

This location and staff are the most pleasant I've come across since I began donating plasma two years ago. They seem to work together great as a team and care about the experience their donors have in the short period of time they spend donating. Sophia is awesome at the front desk along with Crystal, and several others including the ppl who do the physicals. if I didn't mention their names here ( b/c I forgot) still you will be getting the best staff in the business. The facility is 'hospital sanitary' a

The Abrams location is definitely the best in my opinion. Rarely is there an extreme wait. It is a very new location, so there are some kinks. Over time, I'm sure they will all get worked out. I hope the corporation treats this crew right. Love the staff! They are stellar & down to earth. I'd hate to see them turn into what some of the other spots have - no soul.

The nurses make it a pleasant environment. When it's busy, they definitely keep it fun while we wait. Thank you Sophia! You're awesome!!

Friendly staff and quick in-and-out.

The 1 star is because the facility is clean and when I was a first time donor the staff was polite. However to be a repeat donor you need to carve out 3 hours out of your day because you will stand waiting to be screened and then you'll stand waiting for a bed to donate and then you will wait for them to remove the needle from your arm after donating. Not enough staff, nowhere to sit. Waste of time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this plasma center!! Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Sophia who does your intake up front is so sweet and funny! The Phlebotomist (who are very nice as well) make the donating process painless and easy. Such a pleasant experience, not only are you helping others you get a little money for your time! Thank y'all!

Spent over 2 hrs here and still wasn't seated to donate being a new donor. Since the wait took so long I walked to my car to grab chapstick and when I came back inside I was told I need to redo my questionnaire and screening even after waiting for so long. Don't think I'll be back at this location. There's so many ppl waiting and no urgency

The facility is nice and clean, although certainly understaffed. The staff doesn't seem knowledgeable, and the people doing the needle sticks aren't even all phlebotemists. The lines are always so long (you'll spend 2-3 hours there), and the staff is poor at communicating. My husband and I have had a bad experience every time we've donated plasma. I was ultimately deferred after they couldn't return my blood to my body, because they didn't check the machine correctly and it malfunctioned, broke, and glass s
