I'm a platinum donor, being going to CSL for over two years. I love it there! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and they are efficient. The staff is fun! I have never had a problem with anyone sticking me. Issac is my favorite person there because he will make you laugh and he definitely knows what he's doing on the floor. I will keep coming back until they kick me out!!Lol
So, this is the result of my seventeenth donation. The fellow who plucked me was a light skinned dude with fun curly hair. He and I had a fun conversation prior to him sticking me about if he gets excited about jabbing folks he dislikes. He said yes and no. Mind you, I'd waited an hour and a half for this $45 experience. Anyways, long story short he must?ve hated me and I had no clue. Pushed down real hard on my arm like no one the prior sixteen times ever did. The anticipation of the strike was rough, the
The service is always good and never have any problems and also Erian she's one of the good employees she's always chipper she's always have a smile on her face and she always make you feel like you're welcome
Had a great visit to CSL! The workers were very friendly and Alex the processor helped me understand the process and what foods are better to eat and how to stay hydrated. Great people will be coming back again!!
Well second time I have this issue it starting getting disturbing, I'm pretty clean I shower I take care of myself pretty well. There like one or two people in there kept complaining I had bad oder I get deferred for day, when the people I'm around all time say they don't smell anything. One nurse said only thing she smell was cigarettes on me. That most people who go there smoke. Is this how yall treat people who donate smh
I love the CSL staff! They're ALL courteous and knowledgeable, always ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Absolutely recommend this center for its fast and friendly environment. Isaac is exceptional on so many levels - always observing and knowledgeable about the CSL program. Doesn't matter what area he working he is always giving ??. My experiences at the Dalton center have always been great!
Me,my mom and sister went as new doners. We are from Ellijay and they where the closest to us, and my mom called 3 times ahead of time to confirm that if we came we would get paid. So we road over on a qurter tank of gas just to be turn away. Then the supervisor gave us a number to call to see if they could help us because he didnt know what to do, we where left stranded with no way home for hours. The supervisor gave us a number to call but the people on the phone where inconsiderate an rude and hung up on
Isaac is one of the best ones. Nice with my arms and the best.
I've donated for 45+ plus years at Red Cross and Blood Assurance. Today was the 1st at CSL PLASMA in Dalton on Abutment Rd. From the beginning to the end, I had an awesome experience. It was super clean. Everyone was helpful, sincere, and professional. I was so impressed that I set my donation schedule through October. Great job, y'all!!!!!
Most of the employees are great. Although there is a few that seem to stand around and talk more than working. The place is very clean & runs pretty smooth. Here's a shout at Latasha for making everyone feel comfortable.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This donation place is a JOKE! My husband has been a frequent donor for years with CSL with no problems up until last month. He did his usual routine; he answered the questions on his phone, and then hopped in line to get screened. They sent him to see the nurse over a healed PIMPLE!! Well, he went to see her after waiting for 45 minutes because we all know that CSL loves to take their sweet time, and she said he had to bring back a DOCTORS NOTE TO DONATE AGAIN!!
Kelly, Latasha, Jose are always kind, friendly, professional, always making sure my visit is always welcoming, and reassured if I have any questions. It is a pleasure coming here because of people such as these that work here. Thank y'all for all that you do.
Latasha and the entire staff at CSL are super-friendly, caring, professional, and CSL is a clean and friendly atmosphere..!!! Waiting time is minimal and staff always is courteous and will always answer any donor questions..!!! And you get paid for it..!!! Highly recommended..!!!
I love the employees there they interact with the I guess consumers or the clients whatever we are. And I love the fact that it's a good environment and they know my name even though the common trouble and the nurse tawana does an awesome job and doing her job
Sat in the lobby after paper work for close to two hours. Watched people that came in after me get called back. Just for them to tell me that they lost my paper work. So that was 2 hours of my life wasted with no compensation. Definitely won't be donating plasma with this company.
Definitely a whole vibe! Isaac is THE BEST. They are nothing but professional and cool people here. Then you get a whole snack to look at, his names Erik! Thank me later?.
Very friendly staff! Erin is a absolute doll as well as Maria & Laura! They always make donating fun and a easy process! Definitely worth the extra money on the side! Isaac definitely has to be my favorite! Such amazing staffing
I want to let everyone know who is a loyal and one of the best employees in Dalton is Mr. Casey. He has been very attentive and kind every since I have noticed him. Keep up the great work Casey.Lets not forget Daisy you are amazing as well. To many times you run into people who do not care. Thank you for caring.
Isaac was extremely nice and helpful, they were going to skip over me but he told them I had finished before other donors. i felt prioritized and left a happy donor! thank you Issac!
Issac is great very gentle and curious
Always fast, and Isaac is the sweetest. Never scared of the needle if he is there.
Absolutely recommend this center . Fast and friendly environment. Latasha is the best !! She's always smiling and very knowledgeable about The CSL program!! She gives off a very welcoming vibe ! Erin , cici and casey are the bomb on the donor floor . My experience at the dalton center has always been great ! Go check them out ??
Don't tell them you take a low dose aspirin. I waited 3 hrs. Answer at least 30 questions. Finley started to see the goal line. And asked me what kinda meds I take. I said I take a low dose aspirin and 15 minutes and a lot of typing later. I was told I need a note from my Dr. To go any farther. If that's so important why was I not asked that in the beginning? I know a lot of people that take a aspirin a day and have for years. What I see it not worth the trouble anyway! 400$ the first month. That is if you
I am always treated well, Isaac attended to me today and I usually feel the needle, but today I felt absolutely nothing. He is extremely professional and very friendly. Everything seems grounded when he is here.
Nurse Tijuana is an exceptional individual, both professionally and personally. Her compassion and interest in the well-being of others, including myself and my family, is truly noteworthy. Her professionalism and expertise were consistently evident in our interactions, making her a valuable asset to CSL.
I deleted my 1st review. After dealing with issues I should have never dealt with corporate office finally got involved and handled my concern. I'm hoping I have a pleasant experience from now on. Didn't want to have to handle it the way I had to but sometimes the only way. I'll review again in a few months and hopefully be able to increase review
Update below, shoulda took off more stars but, Alexis sure knows how to make people feel welcome . Not just with me, I've watched her with other customers and her soft spoken voice makes you feel so at ease. Vanessa is another with fantastic customer service . Very caring. And another, Ms. Giselle is just precious. And another, Ms. Kinsley ?? Update : white kid with glasses and the face shield , unnecessarily rude. Needs to work on his customer service ..
At CSL plasma in Dalton 296 they always greet me with a smile. They make the whole process very easy and enjoyable. I love everybody's positive attitude and good energy they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.
Love the staff! All so courteous and knowledgeable. Isaac is so professional and proficient; always on top of making sure he gets you in and out.
The staff is always so helpful, and wonderful! Erin & Issac definitely deserve a raise or something! I love Dalton CSL! ??
Love coming here! Not only do you get paid to help people, the workers are great too! Isaac is a blast! He always remembers you by name! That's very impressive considering the amount of people that come through this place! Also Alana (aka Lady A) is so sweet! She remembers our names too and always has a great little convo with us! Also Taylor, Jayden, Zach, Jose, Alexis and Blanca too!
I been going CSL for about 2 years now, it's been a wonderful experience there , they are a great group of people that work there, My friend Tasha is are great employee she always have kind words to say, an she treats you with respect and kindness. Thanks for the experience looking forward to visiting there again soon.
CSL Plasma Center in Dalton really helps the living stay alive. I have only been to the other one which is in Chattanooga.???? But this one is a 4.9 to 5 ? So this is why I gave it a five-star recommendation. It's Highly Decent for their well staff and for their cleanliness. Besides it being a little fool sometimes like I said sometimes but honestly that's a good thing. So yeah. ?????
Always have a great experience at this location anytime Issac is working! He's so sweet and personable and efficient and fast at what he does too! Love coming in and seeing him when I donate. They have a great team here.
awesome staff!! Great phlebotomist Cec is amazing and very comforting. Isaac is the best receptionist he brings so much life to CSL he knows you by name and makes sure to make you smile before you leave out ??
I wanted to see if anyone was interested in finding out why I gave ??---- three weeks ago. Apparently, outreach only happens, when you explain publicly, why you feel so negatively. I am a Platinum donor (100+ donations in a, rolling, 12 month period.) I am also an over-the-road truck driver. So, it's fortunate that CSL Plasma has donation centers nationwide! I have donated at more than 30 different centers in the past year! With two different types of machines. The new kind, has 3 different settings for
I was so excited when they opened the one here in Dalton the staff is amazing every single one of them there are so many other CSL plasma places but I believe this one is the best. I can barely feel any of them sticking me it is wonderful and there are always so polite
Was in for a donation on 6/28/24 and Isaac took care of me. He was very courteous and thoughtful while performing duties. I recommend him to anyone.
Everyone was friendly. My experience was a good one except for my wait time I went in at 9:00 a.m. and did not get out until 2:00 p.m. but it was my first visit and I am told that it will go a little faster the next
I ADORE! Latasha! I came in as a lapsed donor and she took care of me during my physical and my screening process. Latasha was professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions ans made sure that my donation was completed with no issues even. I truly believe that staff at CSL have a passion for what they do and I'm happy to have CSL Dalton be my place of donation. Thanks again to Latasha for being such a great nurse and staff member.
Csl in Dalton is so fast and professional!! I'm so glad they came to Dalton. A great way to make ends meet during these hard times. Issac is my absolute favorite!!!
The staff is amazing. Nurse Tawana really made me feel comfortable and made my first experience less stressful.
Great staff! I have gotten close to a few and they make sure to speak to me every time. No problems here. Shout out to the A-team: savannah, Erin, Zach, jose! There's a few other just can't think of the names right off!
Hey the manger there Natasha has an great personality and always greet me and treat me with respect. They have an great team and I enjoy giving plasma there. Thanks Tasha for being so caring and well managed.
I had a great experience like always. I love how helpful Taylor was during intake and Latasha back in the donor area. Thank you ladies for doing an amazing job.
I would rate a 0 based on my experience with the lab. The check in staff was fine. The exam portion was strange. The person doing the exam did not display their credentials. Is that not required in a medical facility? In the lab, my arm became completely numb after an IV was inserted. I had numerous techs come by the made adjustments to my IV. All that did was make it more painful. I was then told that they had only drawn blood. They wanted to stick me again since it was not done properly. I refused and the
well I have visited this place from time to time and I have got to say I was so impressed today how nice the staff was and friendly I stopped going there because there was so much attitude disrespect toward us the donors I was truly ready to snap on the staff I don't do the donate for the money yes it is a nice perk but some people have to donate due to health reasons or maybe they have a child who benefits from the research but today I really enjoyed the process and the work ethic of the staff keep up the
The CSL in Dalton is so amazing Latasha and cc plus Issac is so great and take great care of everyone.. they truly are my favorite ??
I have a great experience each time I come & I would like to stay they have great staff friendly staff & they do their jobs well all of them but it's a few that really interacts with me when I come their awesome Maria, Jayden, Isaac, Eric , Cecelia, Jose, Doug, Erin, Rebecca!! Dalton CSL is the best one yet great atmosphere & they treat u like friends & family!!
Went to donate for the FIRST TIME.......just because at some point in time in the past, would have been at least 10 years ago, a profile was set up in my name......and just because there was a profile, which clearly showed I had NEVER donated, they were refusing to pay me as a new donor.......very rude and unprofessional behavior if you ask me..........i WILL be contacting a lawyer, a "new donor" means somebody who has NEVER donated before......that's what I am and that's NOT what I was treated as......THAT
Isaac is great at his job never has problems putting the needle in
Every time I've went the staff is also super helpful , no hassle .. I have mostly always spoke to Issac super great ! Very professional
CSL Plasma did a great job making sure that I was in good shape to donate. They are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Highly recommend this location
I would like to appreciate Erin R for always being so kind and doing her very best not to hurt me. All of CSL Plasma Employees in Dalton are very amazing!!
Update: This Center has changed the way they do things yet again! Their start of the week is apparently Saturday so if you have donated once in the week and go into donate a second time thinking you will be getting the 65 you will NOT! New week means lower money also they have dropped payments again! So this gives no ensentive to keep going back, these companies make so much money off of us they could at least give back a bit through the yr instead of just holidays STOP TARGETING POOR NEIGHBORHOODS unless y
Great staff great place to donate !!!
Erin is so sweet & nice. I've always loved her. The whole staff is amazing.
All staff are very nice. Most are hard working and trying to get people out. When there is one screener and 20 people standing in line to get checked in, I would say they are short staffed. Then to finally get to the back to find only one person sticking. If there were another facility that was convenient, I would go there. This isn't an occasional thing!
Staff is friendly and quick as possible. Place is very clean, and fortunately they don't keep it as cold as the other centers.
CSL plasma in Dalton is the best location in a 100 mile radius. The staff at this location are all incredible individuals who balance professionalism and fun with an ease that is profound. I never have to worry about pain, or awkward encounters. CSL plasma corporate should take note of the hard work the staff commits to each and every day.
I never write reviews, but after my experience with what I assume is the manager/owner, which has been nothing but terrible in the 5 or so weeks I've been going here, I just couldn't not speak on it. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt. There were many people there and she is a black woman in the south there is no telling what kind of bull she has to put up with. However that does not give her the right or authority to speak to every single person who donates there like they are beneath her. Like t
The first time everything went well, the second time they put me on a defective machine and they told me that I had to spend 45 days to do it again because of them and since I came back they only pay 50 for the donation, it is an abuse and shamelessness, why not? It was my fault, I never go back, it's not fear, now they answer here and when i call they answered the same insist, is not my fault your machine have some issues and doesn't work it's so unfair
They are very nice going people. I cant believe it was better than one tennessee because nice helps u on spot. They understand u if need something. Jessica really awesome i didnt feel her stick me or anything.
I have been to three different CSL centers in the TN/GA area, this one is by far the best. They have the cleanest facility and smoothest running procedures. Their customer service is top notch. They are also friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. They try to accommodate the donor as much as possible.
love the environment. everyone is always so friendly and helpful. isaac has helped me out several times with any questions or concerns i have
Love the atmosphere and the employees that work there! They greet you when you come in and make your experience donating very welcoming. The managers are amazing and you can see that they have a great team of employees!!
My experience here has varied. Some normal some sorta painful. Whenever i first came in, the girl i got didnt explain anything to me, so i wasnt aware of the amount of times it would go back and forth with the drawing blood and return. At one point during my session, i was still feeling an enormous amount of pain from how she inserted the needle so i finally called her over. She answered annoyed and told me that it was cause i was bleeding out/ bruising and would need to change arms. Whenever it came to ta
I've been coming here since it opened and I always have a great donor experience. All the staff is friendly and very helpful
CSL is a great place. Staff are professional and friendly. Latasha always has a good attitude
Mrs Tawana was absolutely wonder and knowledgeable. Will return and would refer all friend and family. Wonderful place
only black chick there kept sticking the needle in and out of my arm. she stuck it in farther than usual.
I love going to donate, latosha, isaac and Cice are awesome. No pain always nice and quick , very clean germ free place.
Most disrespectful, unprofessional group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Waited on the lady?s checking vitals because they was to busy talking trash about a donor.
Staff is fairly nice and friendly. I've been a regular donor for 12 years give or take and have been platinum status for quite some time. This is the first time I've had such a big issue with the pay scale and compensation for donations. Seems like CSL as a whole could/should really step back and assess what they see as a fair and useless compensation amount because for someone like myself who is rite on the line for bottom two plasma donation amounts, it's almost not worth the time or hassle of coming at a
Erin and Latasha are always sweet and friendly. Always get me out quick!! Daltons plasma center is the best around!!
Taylor an Alyssa are my favorite screeners...they understand the assignment and keep it short and sweet... Erin is a team player...my person had to go offline and she came right over and got me hooked up!!! To come here, you have to be patient!
Latasha and the crew at CSL Plasma are fantastic and make your experience wonderful. Fantastic music while you wait during donating plasma.
Issac is always the friendliest person at Csl and seems like a great part of the team.
To start I was a first time donor at this clinic and everything went fine until I got in line. People started to be rude because I got in the beginning of the line. I usually turn a cheek to such pettiness , however the phlebotomist (Taylor) let the people who were being rude to me go first! Worst experience I have ever had and I've been donating for over a decade! Get better staff!!!
Latasha is a wonderful and genuinely caring person. You guys are lucky to have her
The only bad thing about coming here is that the phlebotomists touch the spot they just finished disinfecting right before they stick you. You spent 30 seconds disinfecting it, why are you going to ruin that by palpating again? Don't put people's health at risk by potentially exposing them to hazardous pathogens. The lobby is a little cramped, but what can you do. Everything else is otherwise good. Good people, good service, just fix that small detail and this place would be perfect.
i think his name was isaac he had curly hair and braces. he's always literally the sweetest. he always makes me laugh and smile when i come in.
Latasha was professional and welcoming. She quickly got me through the check in process as well.
They are very nice but you need to plan to be there at least 1 1/2 -3 hrs each donation. I believe that they need more help. But that's my only complaint.
Amazing staff. Caring and great at what they do. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at this CSL plasma center.
Waited 2 hours before we even got back there. Finally had to just leave. They need more people to check you in. This is the slowest part of it all. First had to see a nurse then wait in line again. There was 6 people in front of me I should not have to stand there a hour waiting to be checked in. There was 2 workers that stopped checking people in talking for about 15-20 minutes and it wasn't about work bc we could hear them as we waited in line. Then tell me in a threatening way if I deferred they could de
I donate on a regular basis and this facility is always short staffed. In front and back. This time I came In and waited 30 mins to be checked in. The staff put my numbers in wrong so I had to see nurse. I waited an additional 40 mins to see nurse. Then sign and good to go. I ended up waiting another 35 mins to get to back to donate. It took another hour and 15 mins to get hooked up and donate. If we had another facility in town I would go to it.
Made my first experience as comfortable as possible. Love the energy and expertise every time I've came since.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
