Very clean place and very nice and respectful staff.there is a sometime long wait. I do wish there were more staff to help other at a faster rate but for the staff there they do more as fast as they can.i do wish that the new machines were up and running better than they have been it seems that most of them have been down since they brought them in,but one good thing is it does take less time to donate with the new machines with everything is a good and bad.. This place cannot keep staff. The turnover rate is almost weekly for how many staff walk out every week. The workers that are there are awesome and amazing but for whatever reason management can't keep workers. I'm surprised corporate doesn't do something about this.

I will update this rating as I hear something is done to correct this behavior. I came into CSL at 8am this morning. It's currently 9am. I was #16 in the que. There's only 3 people doing vitals so the line is going extremely slow. I get to the front of the line, I see someone leave Booth 3, so I start walking that way, Nikita sees me, and says ?I didn't call for anybody, go back to the front of the line.? They put me on a permanent deferral due to my veins. But the other 2 donating places have no problems finding my veins. This place is a joke and don't know what they're doing.

Tried to get come in as new donor. No one would help. I don't think it was refusal . Just no staff. Also line to donate was out the door almost. Understaffed by the looks of it. Will go to bio life if they can't staff this place.

Read reviews before I went to donate expecting fully the first time to be longer then any other. I had some vacation days and Christmas time so decided to take extra time any way and donate. First time was there three hours, second time was half the time. Average donation from what I read and advised is typically 2x a week they try to get people to do. Their promotion was pay $75 first visit, $75 second then $25 visit 3-7 and 8th visit $100. I found coupon online for $6 additional for first visit. A

I donated plasma here a couple of times, and the staff were not friendly. It felt like they hate their job rude behavior is pretty normal there

Facility is nice but machines need updating, staff is short handed, things could definitely move along much faster if corrections are made. Got deferred on my first visit after a year of not even coming, was told I was deferred till June called today and was told a manager permanently put a defferal on my account, that's crazy to me that they would do that without complete notice to me, I'm sure it was Crystal, she's been there forever and has had to play politics and now she's mad ppl are complaining and instead of her dealing with her employees she would rather permanently deferr you. Very clean and I live all the staff! Brea and Serenity are some of my favorites and you cannot forget Roz! I look forward to donating not just for the money but because I feel like they are all my good friends. Always smiling and always helpful! This is an excellent place to donate at! Unsanitary environment and staff they talk like they are at home it's completely unprofessional ,the worst I have ever seen I will not be going back there I will NOT recommend anyone else to go there no wonder they have the star rating they have ?there are plasma centers that opened up after you guys and have a better review then this company!!!!let that sink in you'd think other centers would learn from you but it sounds like you guys are the trout(bottom feeders)

I've been donating for a few months now and today has been the worst experience. I had Nakita do my intake stuff and she was absolutely rude, I had put on my intake questions that I might not be able to be reached at my home location because I could be moving in the next month or so but wasn't quite sure when. The question states "can you be reached at your current location for the next 8 weeks" and I put no I'm moving, she then was very rude when asking me why I put down the answer that I did. Amazing and Safe Experience! I was a first time donor - and I expected the process to be very long - but it went by really quickly. They are organized, efficient, and follow really strict sanitation. Everyone was personable, funny, and informed. The actual donation went great, very experienced employees - only 1 stick! Overall extremely well run and managed company!

Don't come here. Very rude staff member. I was a first time doner.. left alone with no supervision. Not once was I checked on. The tattooed toothless Crack head looking lady who finally checked on my beeping machine was a complete b. Yelled at me for moving my arm. Asked me why anyone in their right mind would moved their arm. Well b.... moved my arm because the needle was popping out and no one was responding to correct the beeping machine. Go elsewhere

The computer and things were acting like it was a Monday, but I still had an awesome experience like usual.

They were very friendly and efficient. I never felt the needle (unlike genesis). I felt welcomed and appreciated. I'm looking forward to my next visit. BTW all the staff is hot.

The staff is always friendly. There are never promotions for this Silletti. All my donations, I check on the app, for promotions, and there's nothing here. it would be nice to see bonuses for returning donors, as well as milestones bonuses.

So many years went by since I went to this location, and here's why...... I remember when I decided to come here. I noticed that the machine cuff wouldn't take my BP sometimes so I couldn't go in to donate.... Which was fine. Then after a while of this happening I got to wondering. But before I could ask why they couldn't just taken my BP manually.and went to work and I didn't think anything of it....but I just had to ask (which I did nicely over the phone) . There have been no extra bonuses since February, which has decreased the possible amount paid out and I'm sure has caused donors to go elsewhere. I have noticed over the past couple of months that the lines for screening and to get to the bays have been longer, and when looking into the back, 1/2 of the machines in the first bay are gone, causing 7 less donors to be able to be in the back.

Poor payment system, octapharma in moline, pays alot better. Half the staff is nice, the other half always have attitudes, most don't know how to do their job, you usually have to tell them where and how to stick, and even then they will still some how find a way to blow your veins. Lines are ridiculous, and the scheduling in the app itself doesn't work, so I'm not sure what the point is of offering it.

Always very professional and welcoming. The staff at the Davenport Center are always upbeat and ensure each visit is rewarding. I've been to other centers and the Davenport Center is still # 1 in my book.

Only giving at 4/5 because the rest of the staff was amazing. Montana was very kind and did her best to find my vein. Unfortunately I wasn't able to donate but that's okay with me. Rather safe than sorry and I was still paid. MSA Donna was very friendly and welcoming. Front staff was sweet and efficient. MSA David is extremely rude. He will order you around like a dog. He definitely needs some training on human decency. Hopefully hire up can speak to him about his lacking.

I'm tired of this place closing for apparently no reason. They closed again today with no notice, I drove all the way there just to find out and when I called to inquire as to why they answered by picking up the phone, ending the call, then placing the phone on the counter so I couldn't call back. For a place that says they want to help people, they sure do screw over a lot of us.

Great service this time around. While donating, I had a bad reaction. That's a me thing, not anything to do with the center. As it started, I put my hand up, and one of the techs, Talyn (I may have spelled that wrong) came right over and got me icepacks, bent my knees and guided me through a scary episode, all while getting another staff to help fan my face. They didn't make me feel bad about it, and were very attentive as I got ready to leave. Excellent service.

I travel a long distance to donate. The payouts have gone WAY down and the bonuses are gone. I can't remember the last time I had a bonus. I really like this facility, great employees.

I've been coming here for a while. Some employees have a hard time sticking me because my veins are deep. My last donation was almost a week ago and they couldn't get me because of my depth. The kiosk is slow. You have to wait 30 minutes if there's any sort of a line then 10 minutes just to review your questions. If you press the wrong answer on a question - DON'T try to review it because you will have to wait another 10. Take it to the booth. I have donated many times before today. But, I had so many issues with the app and needed help. I had two people helping me work thru it. And what one didn't know, she went to find the answer to. I got right in and was back out about hr and half later including tech issues.

Short staffed but likeable staff

Great for when you need money even if they don't have a very efficient system, certain employees need to talk less on the floor as it makes everything take forever they should save the talking for when all the bays are full and everyone is stuck. At the end of the day it's love hate money is good, employees are usually nice but a bit to chatty and some of the more quiet employees [like jon] does a great job getting ppl stuck and d/c'd but they always seem very upset.

Most of the employees are friendly and efficient. One of the techs is horrible. After last time, I will make sure he doesn't come any where near me. The employees at vitals are sometimes rude. Most don't like to answer questions or explain things.

I had a good experience. Sanitary measured, questions answered and problems addressed. I took off one star due to employees personal conversations, complaining over worked and underpained. I would like to see more caution of conversation between employees. As soon as that's done, I'll move to 5.

Wasted 2 and half hours here. Im type 1 diabetic I came here because I got mixed reports of people telling me whether I could donate blood or not. I asked 4 different people I talked to if I could donate and none of them had a history is medicine they told me id have to ask the doctor. So after 2 hours+ going through oral and written tests I finally get to the doctor and I tell her im insulin dependent. Nice building and decent staff, but you will be turned away over a dark spot on the bruise they gave you a week ago, .1 degree temp to high or low, 1 beat per minute too fast pulse.... So on many accounts my heart rate said 101 so the make you wait 15 minutes which is fine but every time now it's been some one else doing the pulse for the second time and it's always saying 107. The machines are not calibrated no college experience needed. Huge waste of time. Plus no parking. You have to park 6 blocks away of course people have high heart rates. Definitely find an easier way to make 20 bucks. Won't ever come back. So dirty in there

Service is terrible and the workers would rather waste your time talking to each other than helping you get started. Also they are more than dirty in that place . I try to get in and out and I can't because the service is slow and rude .

CSL has removed their bonus program and the staff, although quite pleasant, is obviously very stressed due to being perpetually understaffed which creates a mediocre donation experience at best.

Some of the staff in charge higher up are hostile, overly aggressive, biased against people with disabilities and most of all racist. They'll never turn away a white or black person but if you're anything but they'll look for any reason to permanently ban you.

Been here a few times over the years. They blew my vein up one time and I only got $20 for it. Then I lose bonus money for something they did wrong. It's unfortunate that the pay varies widely with weight. Not really fair as you are still there for practically the same time as everyone else.

I don't know about anyone else but everytime I come here their machine says my pulse is too high but at octapharma I've never had that problem.

One of the last phlebotomist on duty,took my 5 dollar bonus card.And told me to wait ten minutes for her to put it on.This was like 8:45 pm.I checked my card at 10 pm that same night.The bonus still wasn't on there.Now I have to wait till tomorrow morning when they open.Make sure all your money on your card,before you leave CSL Plasma.

Most the time the employees are not very nice. The waiting time is always long. Some days the employees are so busy talking that they can't seem to do their jobs. When they poke you wrong, your the one that's out because they won't let you donate the next time.

I remember the first time I came in to donate, the lady who screened me was so mean and had a bad attitude like, she actually seemed resentful that I was trying to do something good to help people, and then when I looked at all the other people around me, it was like, ?Seriously, I'm the guy you have a problem with?.

My only problem with CSL plasma is the lack of glove changing and hand hygiene from the phlebotomists. I was poked by a worker who had not changed her gloves in probably 10 donors. Please enforce proper glove changing.

I'm literally standing in line rn watching the 7+ open beds in bay 1 open and there's 19 people in line waiting to be seated, why is bay 3 never open? Your night staff is garbage ???????
