Yall be in here playing fr. All them beds open why the line aint moved in 45 minutes ?? Ppl have things to do , yall need to be more considerate of ppl time. And the line wasnt long at all , its these workers dragging their feet so ppl can leave but it only piles up the line.

The donor line is always like this compared to the check in line. Corporate should really investigate how the phlebotomists deal with the donors. This is a daily occurrence. The are open beds in bay 1 & bay 2. Yet they respond late rather a donor speaks up or not. Even with the new machines they aren't as nearly as thoughtful as the North Hairston location.

Should?ve known it was too good to be true! Walked in and it was no wait only a few people in front of me everything was good until about halfway through my donation my entire body instantly went into a sweat and I felt like I was about to pass out I told the young lady who was stocking the machines and she told the girl that stuck me that I was feeling light headed and sweating and she never came over to me to ask me any questions or even ask if I was ok. I tried to give CSL a chance since it was close but

I love this place, if you don't want to wait in a long line it's best to go later in the day, so u wait have to wait that long. Around 3 or 4:00 on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and maybe Sunday. The customer service is Awesome !! And it's better than the other donor place on Memorial, can't rem the name of that one

Giving Plasma saves lives. This is the only CSL open on Sundays. Frontend staff is friendly and enjoy helping you. Once your in the chair to give plasma it's a hit or miss.

This location continues to go down hill. Understaffed so no one can afford to stand around talking and doing nothing. Yet they manage to do it. If it weren't for Sandra, Bri in the front and Patrise in the back I would have found another center. They need to bring Rashad back.

Every time I come here it's atleast a TWO hour wait bc people wanna do everything BUT their jobs.. such unprofessionalism. I'm always waiting for someone for more than 30 mins to say ?you're done? people leave in the middle of doing blood work!

my second time there and I noticed teamwork business, efficiency, promptness and the nurses and staff was very informative about the questions I asked and overall work enviroment was pleasant and busy, staff members (all) seemed very professional.

What really pisses me off you have to sit and watch several conversations go on before someone me do anything. Do y?all not know how to multitask? Because y?all run y'all mouths more than y?all use those hands . Now the people up front always move swiftly but once you go to the back , that's the real hold up . This is a job , not a high school I really a lot of people have that confused in this generation. Also Try to do too much at one time how did you start about to take me off of a machine then go next t

Hi I've been going to this location off and on for a couple years , They have always been great to me!! Little busy at times, but they work hard to get you in and out!!

Horrible establishment!! Literally saw employees talking and doing nothing!! I stand in line for over an hour cause they didn't wanna work and rather talk and they ALWAYS have an attitude like if you hate your job quit!! Literally had them say " idc if they mad they gotta wait till we are ready" like super unprofessional hire better employees this happen with the staff crew at 9 am on 02/23

I love the staff , majority of them are bubbly . The nurse with the short cut is awesome and so calm and very good at her job . The security guard is too adorable and does his job . Chrisona or Chrishawna (it's something like that) BUT anyways her custom service skills are bomb. She is ALWAYS smiling . I eat pretty well and drink my water so I barely have a hard time donating . I like the fact I can get someone on the telephone every time I call . I know I typed a lot but I rarely do reviews so I said why n

This location needs to get it together with several things first and foremost when placing needles in people they need to STOP allowing newbies to stick people causing harm to them as people veins are nothing to play with it these are professionals then several people should not be complaining about the same issue. Something needs to be done about this as this should not be done wrong. Y'all already don't pay enough for people giving BLOOD to save lives on top of that y'all are sticking people in the wrong

I was lied to about their referral bonus by the staff. I was suppose to get an extra $100 dollars after my referrals second donation and she was suppose to receive and extra $50. I only got an extra $50 and she received nothing. Staff also doesn't pick up the office phone

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I THINK I SPEAK FOR EVERYBODY WHEN I SAY OPEN UP THAT THIRD BAY AND HIRE MORE WORKERS. THERES NO REASON THE LINE SHOULD BE IN THE BATHROOM TO DONATE.2 HOUR WAITS FOR $40-$50 ISNT REALLY WORTH IT BUT WE DO IT BECAUSE WE NEED IT AND YALL PLAY ON TS FR .PPL HAVE LIVES WHY ARE WE AT CSL FOR OVER 4 HOURS ??? SO SAD AND THE RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS NASTY , THEY ARE NEVER CLEAN.

You'll leave there feeling bitter sweet, emotionally disillusioned. Try promoting positive attitude feedback towards your customer even though i might be having a real bad day and less these comments might review in a different perspective.

This is about my visit 12/13/24 at 7am The check in ladies were great but the ones in the back sticking folks were all rude and childish even my favorite phlebotomist. She was childish along with the other ladies and decided to waste my time acting busy because she got mad that i always request her INSTEAD OF being a grown professional and asking me to chose another sticker because she was "busy". Then when i asked the lady in my row to stick me, she was still mad that i requested somebody originally inste

^Lately the line for checking in has been very long because there's only one to two nurses to help. Making wait time Increase. Sad that there's 6 stations and two people working to move the line. And the donation pay has dropped. Yet the medications being made from our Plasma cost alot. Sham....

I love this place! Co-Co (Korticia) is an amazing example of why i keep coming back here. Here and the woman with purple hair are the perfect examples of customer service. They are friendly and real and honest and helpful. Employees like them make the lines tolerable and keep me coming back

^Understaffed. Get ready to stand on line for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before getting hooked up to give Plasma.... This is sad CSL, and the pay rate has dropped.... Then the medications have a high retail price. . . . .

Tried to come early thinking the service would be quicker and it's not. Have been in the screening line 30+ minutes and still have not been screened as I text. This place has been like this for the past few years. Really astonished this place has a 4star rating. 2 star rating is more like it and I encourage everyone who sees this to rate every/any experience you have here. No one comes to work and with that being the case this place needs to be shut down or everyone fired. Wouldn't wish this service on my w

This location is Terrible..I go for convenience it's in my neighborhood ..I shouldn't have to go elsewhere for professional service..management sucks because the employees on the donor floor needs more serious supervision KeKe can't do it by herself she'sthe only manager making things happen.Enployees are hateful and spiteful..I have had one(anna banana??) make a false deferral report on me twice.. obviously was never reprimanded for lying on me because she's still working with the nastiest attitude against

They show great hospitality and they're very friendly

Line be to long they got ppl coming from the Westside of Atlanta to this plasma center. They need to go by your zip code

There staff here is extremely slow or they need more help or a better system for things to run smoother! It's no reason you should be in here for 4 hours that's just ridiculous!!!!!

Worst plasma center to go to in Decatur. Not enough phlebotomist on the floor and lack of machines. The waiting lines are always more than 2 hour wait no matter what and management does nothing about the issues this plasma center has and seems like they don't care. Go to another location NOT HERE!!!!!!

Edit: They just got new machines here that are so much faster than the old ones. I'd raise my score if I could. CSL absolutely just became the #1 plasma franchise for me. I'll tell you what man this place is the Chick-fil-A of plasma centers: clean, well-staffed, and they get you in and out (within reason). The line can be absolutely packed and you MIGHT wait half an hour to be seen, and then MAYBE another half-hour to go to the back. Vey reasonable wait times, given how busy this site is. I definitely pre

Salute to the team. Beautiful black kings and queens doing Good work for their family and the community. Big salute to Rashad! Was very informative and helpful. Five stars!!!

I like to give a special thanks and appreciation to the nice woman with the purple hair ????. Just for always smiling ?? and possessing an inspiring, encouraging spirit. No matter what I maybe going through, she motivates me to stay positive and still have a good day. Thank you to all the staff members, courtesy and convience ??. Glad I left the Cleveland Avenue location. Thank you all.

Miss Monica was delightful and explained the process thoroughly and calmed my nerves and preveace reservations I might have had. Wouldn't recommend going more than once a week.

Rude unprofessional needs better equipment starting needs to be better training but most of all they will waste your time they talk way more than they work

i literally got banned pernmanent for my blood pressure they are rude and they dont care do not go there they are horrible peoples its crazy how i got permanent banned for my blood pressure

I am going through a lot of pain right now due to losing my job and belongings.I came here to donate so I can get work shoes, food and water, transportation.I was told I could not donate because my pulse was at 102 .I am in deep depression and anxiety because of this place and I recommend to anyone do not come here. You have to stand long periods of time and that may compromise your pulse rate . I am feeling very suicidal and I think it is because of the pulse nonsense.a pulse at 102 doesn't make adifference i

This place is not set up for the comfort of the donors. It makes no sense that donors are required to stand in line in the "Access Control Area" when oftentimes the wait it an hour or more. Seating should be installed to make the wait a bit more comfortable and tolerable for the donors. Overall, the staff is courteous and professional.

Man they're so unprofessional from the front to the back where they sticking people. But not all but majority of the employees are rude and just have a attitude. Just not a welcoming atmosphere. The employees arguing amongst each other all the time.

Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Rashad is a terrible employee. Cursing and talking loudly about personal business. No water at the hydration station. I did not feel I was in good hands. Never returning.

The establishment as a whole is okay. However, it only takes one or two employees to tarnish the reputation of an organization. Allow me to make a suggestion. Please have employers wear name tags with their government name so the appropriate person can be addressed. My other suggestion is that a level of professionalism needs to be established throughout, especially on the donor floor.

Rena?s finger plucks and blood drains are way too aggressive. I don't even write reviews but that was so bad I had to do something.

Stay away the only reason to come is cause they one of the only ones that close at 7pm in the metro area. Staff has gotten very much unprofessional in recent weeks. I have experienced wrong inputs on weights, staff leaves u unattended while donating and you left to wait to get unhooked, staff member frank much too talkative and not focused on his job.

I had to come back and put in 1 start this is the second time that I have come before opening and had to wait outside for an hour because we can't come in til the manager gets here, this is crazy I have had my experiences with this place but this is a continuous thing. Other people say this happened to them more than once. I have never experienced a place like this and I go to a lot of them. This location is the worst of all of them.

Showed up as a first time donor right at 7am. It took quite a while because I was a first time donor (3 hours total) but it will be quicker for times after that. I would not recommend coming during peak hours as you will probably have to wait a while. My biggest problem is the the scammy prepaid card they use to pay you. They say there are no fees at allpoint ATMs, but there was a fee for checking my balance at the very least and since the receipt didn't actually tell me what I was being feed for there is

Absolute trash. Unlikeable employees that talk to you however and long wait time. Never going back after they left me on the machine for 2 hours and they act like it was my fault and only paid me $60. Get some educated people working here and not former minimum workers.

During Training Please Teach Your Techs To Not Wrap The Bandage Around Ppl Arm So Tight My Arm Circulation Ended Up Going Off & I Ended Up In The Hospital

I came as a new donor over a month ago and needed proof of address due to my ID having a Morrow, GA address. I am a student so I had no proof of address but they still let me donate the day of. The work environment and employees were fine, didn't encounter any rude employees. But if you do not have proof of address you'll only be able to donate once. They lied and told me they'd send me mail so I could bring that to donate again and obviously never sent it. I had two different employees on two different occ

I will never donate at this place again I'm not that hard up for $65 I came in there to make a couple bucks stepped out of line because of how long they took I was the only person in line the girls were dragging their feet then I stepped outside to check on my car when I came back in a split second later I'm standing in line 20 more minutes nobody told me that I couldn't leave to go to my car for a split second they let me stand in line an additional 20 minutes and then when it was time for me to get stuck

Good workers they are very nice, I love going there a peaceful place

The customer service is awful here. I called just to ask about pricing, and they couldn't tell me that information over the phone, which I understand but the way the lady who answered the phone was very rude and short with me. If you don't like your job then quit

Ive. Been coming here since I was 18 to help my family and they watched me grow up love the ladies up here fr

This was my first time here & I was mind blown at the care, customer service and people that's here. They make it all easier to go through this process. Danesha Made my time absolutely stress-free and simple. She took care of me & helped me through the process quickly. The Vital Signs team was fire & they broke down the ranges for all Of my vitals and what was acceptable and not. Overall, it's been a great experience.

i went in today because i read so many positive reviews. most of the staff are professional. there was1 up front heavy set light skin curly hair that was curt with numerous people no polite AT ALL. i was there for 4.5 hours. the nurse was very slow and she has a very strong accent. its a real challenge making out what she was saying. The staff in the back were A1. from speed to professionalism to accuracy and being informative.

Brittany did a great job she was managing the front desk and checking peoples vitals during a busy time with diligence and kindness. A lot of people would b stressed in that situation . Calvin got me seated quickly and gave me a painless smooth stick ! Great job csl

Told my BP was 193/131. (Stage ll jypertension i.e. serious risk) Sent to nurse. Waited twenty minutes to see said nurse. I sit down she types and excuses herself. Returns, gives me a bottle of water, $4 in change, tells me I have poor hygiene, sends me out the door. Never even checked my BP. Dangerous health care practice.

Zhane and the rest of the staff are great, she is consistently respectful and professional with me...I also like the lady from NJ at intake and the lady in the back from NY w the glasses, sista locs and sneakers. I had one incident where one of the staff failed to tell me she cancelled my info bc I went outside for literally seconds to get something from my car, and she let me stand in line, I was about to get put on the machine before we noticed anything. That type of spiteful behavior just slows up produc

On October 7th I received details that I had hepatitis b I went to my primary position and I received my blood results showing that I don't have hepatitis at all I mean what negligence towards my blood work

I always love coming here and I love when I have shoniece do my screening and check in. She's always the sweetest and efficient. She's kind and always makes good conversations! The only problem is when I got to the chair to donate they wouldn't even attempt to try my left arm or check for a vein and wouldn't allow me to donate

All of the ladies there were very nice, efficient, and professional as well as courteous and friendly. It was my first visit, so it took a few hours , but I never felt as if I had been forgotten or that I was being rushed. From the first time visitor 'game plan ' that they gave me when I first walked in, I felt that they fully took care of me and prepared me for the plasma donation process. All in all , it was a great process, and I look forward to the next time that I'll be in to donate!

As soon as I got there they turned me around because they were under staffed. It wasn't even 12:00 how tf are you understaffed???

One word ghetto .Computers never work . They have no management. Rude to there clients but as soon as you speak on any issues they want to shut you up and tell you to come back the next day instead of fixing the issue .Stone Mountain location is way better .

The older staff nasty and rude. The staff that's older than a year are pathetic. They don't wanna work and furthermore they act like they own the place and we came to spend time with them they came in in the morning to do their job which they have a hard time doing it's pretty pathetic I would never go in the morning ever again the night staff works hard does what they're supposed to and helps us all provide for the better cause the morning staff truly seems like they're very complacent and comfortable with

Hey hate to leave a bad review but you guys have had problems last two times I was there! One was toilet being backed up and you shut down & the other being understaffed! I've been coming for less than a month so I'm assuming this is regular! The toilet happens but being understaffed doesn't, I'm assuming you are not paying enough. Listen the ppl who work your floor should make nothing less than $17 an hour and I've been coming for less than a month so I'm assuming these type of issues are regular for you g

I love this CSL. Sure, the afternoon staff could be a little more professional, but overall, it's a great experience. I come in the morning mostly and the staff during that time is on point. They make you feel at ease and they get you in and out as quickly as possible.

My experience at this location has always been amazing! Great friendly staff, who are quick and efficient. Thank you for such a great experience through out the years. This is my favorite donation location.

The nurses and staff are all extremely nice and helpful. They are a bit understaffed, so i had to wait about 1.5 hours to be seen. I wish they could tell us to just like come back when it was close to time instead of having us wait in the line.

I myself can say before I donated I did my research on plasma on YouTube and it was horrible to see that some people were saying that was hurting and all this other stuff but I've never been to any pain and getting pricked by the needle is not that bad and you really do get used to it! I love the staff here very friendly in the front desk staff is great for the vitals the very nice and if you're nice you can have a conversation with them and get to know them as well! The phlebotomists are great as well and

I had a horrible experience my last donation. Ryan the heavyset black male in the back of the donation center with the glasses. Was disconnecting or as it's called doing DC?s and sticking with the same gloves on I watched him with four different donors and not once did he change his gloves. when he approached me to remove the needle from my arm I noticed dried blood on his latex gloves and asked him to change them as he was trying to put gauze on my open wound. His response was very disrespectful and he wa

I called an hour after opening and probably caught them at the height of their volume for the day. I was on hold for 40 minutes, and called back to see if I could rejoin the call-queue. No one picked up to put me on hold. I called back just now, and in spite of me being long-winded, Alexis (spelling might be wrong, apologies!) was incredibly helpful in answering me concerns. I don't really leave reviews frequently but had a such a good recovery experience, I wanted to let others know.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The managers here are very rude ESPECIALLY CHRIS HE ABUSES HIS POWER AS A MANAGER AND DISRESPECTS EVERYONE WHO COMES INTO THAT BUILDING. other employees have complained about his attitude and so have donors. No way he is still working there. He most definitely need to be fired being disrespectful to everyone who comes and donates

Man I swear this place rules my nerves there's always a massive line and only one person doing the vitals while everyone else stands and gossip management need to get a hold of this IMMEDIATELY

The morning shift is way better and faster. The night shift moves extremely slow and they always have a lot of workers but no one really does anything. They don't work smart.

I started out at this location 3 years ago and the experience was horrible. The staff members were very unprofessional and almost made me not want to donate anymore, but I decided to try another location. I went to Stone Mountain and the experience has been night and day. Stone Mountain location is the best.

Everyone takes care of you here. It's easy to come in with a phone and some headphones and watch a show or read a book, and they pay you for it. I'd be doing the same thing at home. Pro-tip: They get a little swamped right at close, so if you can come earlier in the day it'll go faster.

Amazing staff! Ryan is so professional and efficient. Dre is super nice and knowledgeable. Clean location and always helpful with any questions. By far my favorite location.

Mrs.pat is amazing she is kind I only want her

The worst part of my life being treated like cattle and pimped for my blude sweet and tears

They have great stickers. The only thing I don't like is workers are never on time so u have to stand outside til they come. Stood outside in 40below weather for 20mins after 7am. So be prepared to wait long time in the am.

I come here faithfully 2wice a week and I've never had issues out of the year I've been donating! Very professional and the workers move as a family. Clean and clear atmosphere and for this reason is why I come. They get u in and out and have u feeling like u want to come back. Thanks Team keep up the great work ????

Out of all the plasma centers I've been to, this is probably the fastest one. Of course it has it's busy times. Open 7 days a week, the staff is competent and friendly. I do recommend.

Nice, clean, fast and friendly staff! My over all first time experience was a pleasant one! We be coming back regularly!

I am new here and my first experience was great. It took about 3 1/2 hours and everyone was very professional. I would recommend this location for sure!

Waste of time, I was there for almost 3 hours, while I'm on the table about to donate when they tell me I can't because of my tattoos. I saw 3 people before that, one of whom I asked directly and she said it should be fine. Did you know that they map your tattoos? It's one of the forst things they do with new donors. Why wasn't I told then that due to the location of my tattoos I'd be ineligible to donate? I'm beyond furious. While they did compensate me $50 for my time it still doesn't seen like enough.

Update*** since the pandemic this place moves slow af. No matter how few donors there are it's going to take almost an hour from initial sign in and vitals to getting stuck on the table. The same two employees are there all the the time with hardly any help. Those two guys should be paid double because they're doing the job of 4 people. Today is my last day donating. The staff is wonderful. They are very pleasant and professional.

After standing in the cold over an hour because the nurse was not on site on time. I understand the safety needs for the nurse on sight but they could of at least let us inside to stay warm because so many people now waiting additional hour to donate because they finger tips are too cold to draw blood. We have to be on time but there staff can't be on time. We have jobs just like them to get to and not only to donate out the kindness of our hearts we need the money as well times are hard and has not cheap a

Lazy workers barley even pick up the front desk phone most of all workers need to be fired they all move slow and most have a nasty attitude

Calvin is an awesome worker. It's after 7pm and he is taking care of each donor like we were his first. Speedy isn't the word to describe him! He's awesome ??

Gotta value people?s time. Lately the process is slower and take hours just to donate should never be in line for 40 mins or longer and it's time to change the new donor system at times when the line is long the new donor should not be allowed to skip to the front it's not fare to return donor who has been in line for 30 mins or more. People have other things to do than be in Csl for hours out the day.

Staff was helpful with my transfer, and very inviting. In and out process. Show up, get poked once, sit for about 40 minutes, and get paid for saving a life.

My review is for the guy who is running the place. I came in on Monday & was told ?bring back your test results to lift a medical hold?. The nurse was extremely helpful. I call Wednesday, ask the receptionist about what format I should the test in, she doesn't know which is ok, but she failed to transfer me to someone who could answer my question. This was the first step in hours of wasted time. Next I sign in & wait to see a nurse. After waiting an hour, I inquire about my position in the queue & was told

There is a very heavy set older woman working here with scrubs on who is very rude! I wasn't able to donate due to not having everything I needed, but she makes not even want to come back to this location. Such a horrible first impression. However, the lady with blue braids was very vibrant and sweet. So was another woman with purple hair.
