Customer Reviews

?????????? I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience with Kristen at CSL Plasma was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share it. From the very first interaction, Kristen showed a level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication that truly sets her apart. She is not only efficient and knowledgeable in what she does, but she also brings a sense of calm and reassurance that makes a big difference in an environment that can often feel clinical or intimidating. She doesn't just process clients?s

I guess all you can do these days is leave bad reviews. I passed everything got onto the bed and the girl went whoops because apparently there machines are too "technical" and the don't either teach any of them to use the machines or they just aren't smart enough to do it, and sent me BACK to redo my questions and go through the whole screening process again. Which is weird? Right? Stabbed twice to get blood passed everything but dang my heart rate shot up quite a lot cause who wouldn't be upset. Made me do

I have donated 6 times here, 2 out of the 6 they have messed my arm up. Pictures are of the last time, I am done donating here. The staff are not friendly and when you are feeling light headed they give you ice packs and just walk away, vitals are not taken. They are slow to remove you from the machines as well. The phlebotomist need more training, I have easy to hit big veins.

Went to donate plasma today. What great experience I had with my donation. Miss Dagiah Milton was very professional and did a GREAT JOB. Will be back again! Thank you!

They lie to you they said they would call me I had to get a paper filled out from my doctor they never called me and I called them back several times they are not very nice I went to Grifols to donate the first 4 times u go they give u 100 dollars and they give out bonus during the month very nice people if any one goes to grifols to donate tell them Judy Smith sent u

If they worked as much as they talked then it would run normal. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to be checked. When 1, 2, 3, 4 were empty and they were talking the entire time. Then 3 new donors came after 15-20 minutes and all got ahead of me. Then I finally got to get checked. Then I had to wait for medical because the last time I was here, the employee stuck me so wrong and so bad and kept trying and retrying and I was bleeding everywhere and all swollen. So yalls employee doesn't know how to sti

The workers are always helpful. I never have a problem when I go.

I've been donating the last 2 years. The last two times, today and the time before, Taylor and another girl with a J name messed my arms up. ?E? is the best. But the others need to go back through some training.

I went to donate a month ago and seen the paperwork for how much I was going to get paid WAS NOT what was being advertised. I couldn't donate because I was having a gout flare up. It was my 1st time ever being in a donation center. I doubt I'll ever donate now. If they lie about something then what else could they be lieing to you about. ????

Terrible place, rude staff, low pay rates that continue to go down monthly. I've been lied to about bonuses on multiple occasions. Been going for a year now but now I'm boycotting and going to Grifols from now on!

Branyah was very friendly and courteous. The whole CSL family are all friendly. I've been giving over a year now. It has been awhile since I last donated but the same welcoming warm feeling is still there. Always love coming here.

The past three times I've went, I am done and I'm sitting there for longer than 30 minutes waiting for someone to get me unhooked off the machine. I waited to see if it would get better. People who came after me who were done after me, got unhooked before me. This is the third time in a row. It can't be good to be sitting there for 30 minutes with a needle in my arm just waiting and waiting. My hand literally was numb for hours after this. Good day.

Workers need more training. No structure and the disrespect is crazy. Corporate places should have workers wanting to work, not workers that can't separate their personal lives from the Job.

Updated 7/25/24 Paris is Always so poised and pleasant and being her mark her eyes just say how can i help you. What a joy to see her when we're here at the same time ?? June/2024 KK checked me in speedy like so appreciated! Always smiling ??

I love this CSL Facility Mrs. Kristen and her staff customer service is awesome, the center decor is amazing, and the entire building is very clean. Kristin cares and listens to her customers complaints and fix them immediately. I brag on this CSL Facility every where I go because of their professionalism. I'll definitely recommend this CSL FACILITY and return to visit the next time I travel to Dothan AL.

I have enjoyed the donation process as a whole. I referred a few of my friends and one of them had gotten their veins blown in both arms in one week. The whole time I have donated with them their payouts have always been 50/65. Until today. I guess they decided to lower their payouts down to 45 for the first. Don't know the second payout yet. Not really sure why they are paying less. As there is an extraordinary need for plasma donations.

Make sure to download the app before going and creating an account. I knew it would be a little more time consuming with being a first time donor. Make sure to eat and hydrate before coming. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The entire place was clean and they stayed sanitizing everything. I'll be back :) 8-4-24 Was rudely turned away after driving an hour to donate. Pulse was slightly higher than last time. I know the workers don't have control over the requirements but some of them are ridiculou

Quanesha was SUPER nice, greeting me a big smile and we had a great conversation. It was kinda short tho, as she is excellent at her job and very fast! Thanks Quanesha!

Quanesha is one of the best screeners I've had since coming to CSL. She makes my donation experience very good. I hope to keep seeing her smiling face there. 10/10. You guys should go see her.

Taylor was very helpful! The best phlebotomist in my opinion! She was super sweet and definitely made this the best experience possible. I highly recommend asking for taylor when you visit!

Had a great experience today. Nia (probably butchered the name). She was amazing inserting the needle. I get nervous but especially today and she talked me down and didn't feel the insertion. At the vitals, the lady was great too! Also sensed I was tense and calmed me while taking my pulse.

Really had a pleasant experience here. The store itself is clean, and the staff are very friendly. The screener I had, JaQuaria was among one of the friendliest people I've had the pleasure of meeting!

Bri was very kind and gentle with me and very helpful. I feel like she is the best in the building. She needs a raise and fast. Thanks for the great service!!!!!

Taylor at CSL was so sweet, patient, and just fun to talk to! It didn't feel like I was just another patient. Highly recommend requesting her if you go!

Have been coming for years, everyone is always sweet and Awesome. My tech today was Taneshia. She did a great job and was very sweet and thorough.

KK was so sweet and very thorough. Always a smile even when I can tell she doesn't feel good. Lyassia was my favorite phlebotomist. Always has a smile and kind words. Even knowing I am a hard stick she didn't ever make me feel not welcomed. She knew I was a risk and could possibly get a "no stick" on her record, but she still tried and was kind to me. I have I one arm to use and at times it just won't flow and I feel bad for the techs but I am trying to help someone with my donations so I go knowing m

The two times I've donated in the last two weeks have been terrible. Both phlebotomists were nice and all, but both missed. The first one I was re stuck but had an issue getting my blood back. Turns out my veins were blown when stuck. Chica did everything she could the first time I had a no return. This time there was no help, no trying to figure it out, nothing. The one that stuck me comes back pulls the needle out and twists it, puts it back, still no return. Veins blown again. I've never had this issue a

It's a shame can only do 5 stars for Quansha was fantastic! Very up beat and personable informed me of the promotions going on and was very persuasive about the tetanus shot that is being provided, which is a huge service and benefit to people who haven't had it or need the booster. Over all the experience was fantastic and epitomizes the reason why I choose CSL.

This morning at 7:15am and employee by the name of Jennifer instructed Marcy to look up my information so that she can type up a negative remark about me because I charged my phone while waiting over an hour in line to donate my plasma and I'm currently standing in line now, but I just want to let y'all know that it was literally only one phbotimist on the floor preparing 12 donors to donate, but Jennifer felt that it was best to go type up a deferral on me because she didn't agree with me leaving my phone

I love the staff they are great. Smiles and greetings but the management of this facility tries to take the " lets be a community and come together to donate. " Part out of it. I would highly suggest Griffols as a posible alternative because if management continues to dull the few moments that are actually enjoyable during the process I don't see many staying with them.

Visiting CSL plasma in Dothan, today my phlebotomist was a nice young lady by the name of Jyra. She (Jyra) was very kind hearted, making me feel comfortable from the start. By greeting me as I entered my designated donation area and then allowing me to instruct her on how to adjust my arm rest and cuff link to my preference as I began the procedures, made my visit today go extremely well as i was relaxed and satisfied with with my greeting and allowance. Not saying that other phlebotomist don't do the same

Taneshia was wonderful and very kind. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit.

Great experience, and people skills, she always makes me feel at ease when she does my vitals Taneshia is a perfect example of a professional

Jaquaria and Kay-Kay are very professional and a pleasure to see every week. Chica is one of my favorite phlebotomist. She always makes my day great

I have donated 40 times. Referred someone they went the 5 times required. I should have received 15000 points and because their system would not let her activate irewards I get 0 points. We asked about it every time we went and today was first time someone fixed it for her. Still all I got was oh so sorry. It was their error but I get screwed over. Hope Grifolds is better.

E is a sweet person and she really interacts with her donors. She is a great phlebotomist and She always makes sure you're ok and nothing is before she walks away. You just got to love her

Quanesha did a fast and efficient job in intake and Courtney and Ms. Chica did a bang up job on the floor. I love coming here!

Emmonie is really sweet & nice . She always makes me feel safe donating & her sticks are really painless I barely feel them even when I watch her stick me. Love the place

Ms. Chica has shown such a kind and professional demeanor. Her attentiveness, courtesy, and warm personality have made my donation visit pleasant and pleasant. Thank you, and gracias to Chica. Steve Sellaro

I recently was a new donor for csl plasma and let me tell you, i wont step foot in the dothan location ever again. Everytime i have gone to this center, the entire staff is rude and they falsly advertise their new donor prices. On my 3rd donation, the app said i was supposed to receive $100, they paid me $50 and redused to pay the rest. The staff complains to donors about the other staff not doing their jobs, i myself was told about this 2x, once during my medical review and while i was on a donor bed. This

Taneshia was great in reception, and Chica was fantastic back in the donation bay. I did not even feel the needle stick. Overall, a good experience.

Quanesha is hands down one of the best screeners since I've been donating. She makes my experiences so good. 10/10

Taneshia did my vitals she was so helpful and nice. I also love her sense of humor!

Taylor I have to say I'm so happy she was great and my arm is very hard to hit but she got it first try very friendly and she took time..was great visit..ty taylor

Had a fantastic donating time, Staff was very friendly and held up great conversation. Highly recommend Dajiah.

Taneshia was very sweet and kind during my current visit to CSL Plasma Dothan. This is what makes me keep coming back here, the kind and caring employees. They are top notch!!!

I always been treated good always feels like at home the way the personal give you the service I have my favorite nurses Teresa and Chica thank you ladies for your attention .

Jaquaria was polite and nice 10/10 would def come back if there were more like her

Everybody is nice great atmosphere

DO NOT GO HERE. Rude employees don't have no type of customer service ethics. There is no reason for it to take 3 hrs to donate as a return donor. I'm sitting here waiting 20 min to be taken down off the machine while the employee in Bay 3 taken us down rolls her eyes like I'm the problem

I'd leave negative reviews if possible. I've donated here a totally of 11 times. 9 of which majority of the staff are extremely rude. The staff upfront are consistently ugly to people and not following cleanliness guidelines when it comes to handling blood and body fluids. I have watched today 2 ladies stick multiple people handle blood and bloody cotton balls and then stick the person right behind them without sanitizing the area or even changing their gloves. This can spread disease and is utterly disgust

CSL has been wonderful & I have nothing but good things to say. They're extremely clean & take every precaution in healthcare. They have always been kind & helpful. They explain everything to you & will make you feel comfortable.. Plus you get paid... That's a plus! Jaquaria took my vitals and was very thorough and swift and Branyah the phlebotomist was fantastic! I didn't feel a thing when she stuck me!!! Leslie, Tammy all of the the staff is incredible & so kind. I highly recomemd this place

If it wasn't for money I woldnt be here just because. They ate either unprepared or rushing. Also a worker " not letting people get to them" but having a attitude because people are waiting for no reason is weird and unprofessional. Stop running your mouth.

Donating plasma has always been a nerve wracking experience for me, but Quanesha makes sure to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere EVERY visit and that is what ultimately sets a positive tone for the rest of my donation experience.

Taylor at CSL did an amazing job!! I highly recommend her if you're going to donate plasma in Dothan,Al. All together CSL plasma center in Dothan is full of great people!!

Jaquaria - upbeat with others. Quick to get me through the check-in process. Seemed more focused on others than the task at hand.

Chica is ALWAYS AWESOME!! Such an incredibly hard worker with EXCELLENT bedside manner. I appreciate you Chica!!

Horrible waited in line for three house standing up while beds was opening! STAFF RUDE & MEAN! HORRIBLE HIGHLY RECOMMEND "GRIFOLS" Update Two Weeks later Still horrible Service Beds Still Open & Not letting us Sit in ?em! Having to stand up & wait for no reason Cause they wanna be lazy

They are very friendly. The place is very clean, it smells sanitary when you come inside. The staff could use more help up front and in the back to help keep the wait times down....But for the amount of people they have working there they do an amazing job and even though they have alot on there plate I haven't ever seen them take it out on any of there customers. You can tell the staff enjoys working together.

Bri did a great job was very friendly and courteous. Made me feel at home.

The bathrooms are DISGUSTING! how can they just leave this place like that?? Not only that, immediate profiling for no reason.. for some reason the staff were just NOT friendly, i even overheard two employees talking bad about me as i signed in.. of course I'm magically "deterred" because they couldn't even prick my finger right or put the blood pressure cuff on, i tested myself afterwards and my numbers were actually fine compared to what they gave me which was just a lie because my levels were never too l

Clorisa was very helpful. Explained everything so I understood. Friendly, professional and very nice.

Quanesha was great! She is the first person to ask which finger to lance . Super nice and helpful!!

Quanisha is a well respected person always a smile on her face..Awsome young lady

Jaquaria was so educational and I highly recommend her for her kindness and knowledge and patience.

I love the People that work there. I'm bad with names but I remember Paris she is nice polite and gets the job done and it's not painful at all. I have Not had a bad experience with any off the people working there.

Chica is my absolute favorite phlebotomist at CSL ... She always makes sure I'm good while I'm donating she's the best !!

Quanesha is very fast at getting people checked in. She's always very friendly also.

Quanesha 10 out of 10 she's the best always have a smile on her face ?? skee yee

Quanesha 10/10 super fun and friendly. Really helpful when it comes to needing to know anything about what's going on!

Today the Lady was rushing me like crazy so mine heart rate went to 103 she let me seat for 10 min, after that my heart rate was 101 they are send me home, the some of stuff there are very rude and all in rush make you feel uncomfortable, they do not understand if here are not donor's the job won't be available to them keep in mind!!!!

Great experience being screened by Jaquaria. You get 10 stars from me! Keep being great!!

I would like to shout out Taylor she is the best worker

I donated today at the dothan location on South oaks and I was stuck sitting there with the niddle in my arm for over 30mins waiting for the staff to remove it after my last return they walked pass me several times and didn't take me off the machine by the time they finally did the blood had congealed around the niddle and when they removed it is was like pulling off a scab. I was there so long that I lost feeling in my fingers and the lower part of my arm as they walked around talking about football games

Jaquaria made my first time experience great she explained what to expect and took time to to answer all my questions

Jaquarria was really nice and very helpful Quanesha was really informational and made the experience pleasant and fun

First time in and everyone was friendly and helpful. The first visit takes a little more time as they have the process explained to you. Seems like they do their best to get you in and out as quickly and safely as possible.

This place has no idea what they are doing. After waiting for 2 hours to donate, they turned me away because my temperature was ?100.4.? I am a healthcare worker myself, so the first thing I did after I left was check my temperature and guess what?! 98.9 and below after checking it 3 times. When I asked them to re-check my temperature because I informed them it wasn't accurate, I was informed that it was not possible. I have never heard of a system that won't allow for someone?s vital signs to be re-taken.

I went ther this morning. The entire staff, is very proffesional, and curteous. The facility is very clean. You cant go wrong coming here. Lashay did an awesome job today. You can't go wrong with her

Quanesha she was very polite and very respectful I would like her to see me again

Quanesha 10/10 high recommend. Definitely one of the best screeners you guys have. #SkeeYeet

I know of the risks of donating , But I do it to save lives . But to place my life in peril over a machine not properly set up through lack of training or the rush to fill a cot is unacceptable . I rate my last visit as a one , Sadly this has made me reconsider donating . I will not be giving any more donations through CSL .

Quanesha was very wonderful in my treatment. Made me feel at home.

Taneshis was very helpful with setting me up on the mobiles app and help answer any questions I had

Quanesha did an amazing job today with me and she was very sweet

Taneshia and Quanesha exuded great customer service and hospitality while helping me with my experience at CSL Plasma.

I've dealt with bad customer service before but this place takes the prize. These people are soulless and cruel. They will create false issues to defer you and are absolutely the most disrespectful people I've ever dealt with. Please sell your plasma somewhere else that actually cares about the donors and not this place of pure evil. Go to Grifols

Chica is a great worker and have a wonderful smile. She works very hard
