Genuinely terrible. The place is filthy all over, the staff are rude and half trained. Half the phlebotomists will just stab you in the arm as quickly and recklessly as possible. They'll have you wait around for well over an hour behind five other people they've been having waiting longer while new donors go right past and into the beds the staff were too lazy to setup in the entire time you've been waiting. Not to mention their new machines vibrate the needle inside your arm you can feel as it's scraping t

Been donating here for 3 1/2 yrs. Never had an issue?.until now! I always ask if a specific prescription is okay BEFORE I even accept it from the Dr to make sure it don't defer me or I have to wait after a dose. Each time I was told the prescription was okay. Well now all of a sudden my allergy injection and reflux injection I was told I couldn't donate being on these. I said fine I'll quit them. They said they needed Dr note stating last dose taken and diagnosis, and if they were okay with me donating up

Great people but not only did they lower the donor payouts a couple months back, they've now done away with the rewards program, giving us even less because of their monopoly on plasma centers in the area. And it's just this location, you don't see that in the cities

Just found out csl had lowered there donation amount by 5 dollars. I believe that is bad business. You should never lower their prices but at least higher it. Will not be donatin as much anymore. Also, employee said it's only 5 dollars. I told her we are the ones giving so much of our plasma, getting poked, keeping proteins up, and the way feel after we are done.so very disappointed.

Know someone who tried to donate plasma. Couldn't because they had a certain procedure and they wanted to make sure it wasn't because of cancer. So, they gave them a form for their doctor to sign to prove it wasn't because of cancer. Doctor signed it, they took the form in, and they said that ?the doctor didn't specifically say it wasn't because of cancer???. They signed a legal form for you. What was the point of that form if yall wanted the doctor to write it out on a paper for you.

Apsultly discriminated on my kids and their dad cuz he went to grab me my social security card! I came here 2;times neither time was a finger stick done, both times I was denied because I was simply not liked by your workers..

I've been going to CSL for about 10 years 2 days a week. Always been treated with the utmost respect and care with the people that work there. You want to make easy quick money for a good cause this is the place to do it.

I have donated over 300 times and every visit is stress free and absolutely worth it. The staff is always welcoming and very helpful if you have any questions. I very highly recommend donating here. As of writing this the current pay rate is $50 first visit in a week and $60 second visit the same week. First time donors get a joining bonus usually around $100 for the first few visits.

2 thumbs up! I have been going there for quite a few years now. You get to help people who are in need of what you are giving, and make a little money on the side while watching your favorite program or listening to music. Not a bad deal!

Most of the staff are simply amazing. A few people are there to work and could use more technical training, but I haven't had any issues. 4 stars mostly because 1L of plasma is worth $500 to biotech industry and it only takes about $150 of overhead to extract the plasma (including rent, lights, direct compensation, etc.). That leaves the CSL corporation with $$350 of pure profit per donor. People selling their plasma deserve more pay.

After 7.5 years of donating faithfully at this location, I am now told that I am permanently deferred due to a miscommunication and an incorrect diagnosis from one specialist that has recently been rectified by another specialist. Upon attempting to have a form filled out by my doctor, I have found out the truth of how little donors are cared about here. I have been treated so badly by two of the nurses at this facility that I will be following up my case with a lawyer. Donors are not being completely info

Big needles but they don't hurt. Don't ever feel them going in. Great staff, most are very nice, kind, funny and caring. Just make sure you don't eat fatty foods before you go or you may have to much fat in your blood. You won't be allowed to donate till the next day if so. They test for that and your temperature can't be over 99. Your 1st visit they will also do a physical examination to make sure your healthy. Also they require you wear a mask as per the Mayor of Duluth.

Most of the staff is friendly and experienced, there are of course a couple of staff that are all about the job but there are also a few that make sure to treat you like a person and be pleasant. The facility is clean and the staff has a good grip on what they need to do to run smoothly.

I have been there twice to try and donate plasma for the first time. I had called on the phone a head of time to make sure I had everything I need for becoming a new donor. The lady on the phone told my if I did not have social security card that I could bring a copy with me. So I brought a copy that my parents sent to me. Once I got there they turned me away because it was not a picture of my social and it was a copy. *Make sure you have a picture and not a copy of the card.* Then when I went back the seco

I've been a donor ten years but today they earned these 2 stars. 10 people waiting to get poked and skipped us all for the new donor. Bull cocky. Edit. Today they started making the floor manager wear hi vis vests. This is a medical facility not a construction site. Unprofessional and unsightly. Get a black lab coat.

I was just permanently deferred because the staff did not correctly document my tattoos. I'm very frustrated. I've been a donor for 3 years, and quite honestly I am in shock that they would want to waste 15 containers of plasma. It's a disgrace. Those patients need the plasma I donated and they're going to destroy it.

Fantastic business and employees! Wait time is never exceptionally long. I heard many horror stories about donating plasma, and I was very nervous to start. The staff here have been incredibly helpful and kind. Many give additional tips and tricks to donating, as they donate themselves. On one occasion, I began feeling slightly ill, and the staff responded immediately and helped me recover, all while still compensating me for my time. I will definitely continue to return here and donate. Give CSL a chance a

You get a mixed bag with staff here. Some of the people sticking you clearly have no idea what they are doing and have to stick you a bunch of times. They wrap bandages too tight and treat you like you're an idiot when you ask them to ease up a bit. The wait times are generally looooong and their waiting room is not very comfortable. Their self-service kiosks require fingerprint verification, but they are super worn out and kind of gross so its really hard to get your fingerprint read. Their standards are wa

Worst run organization I've ever seen! spent over 2 months getting ALL the information requested and every time I provided one thing, there was another requirement added. The final was neuropathy due to diabetes (which I had when I donated before) and don't even have a prescription to address nor take any pain meds for! discrimination at it's finest. Apparently they REALLY don't NEED plasma to help anyone - sounds more like a business for profit - disgusting, sick & grotesque. RUN, RUN far away (unless you

Wasted two hours of my time on a very important day only to refuse to pay me for being on a prescribed medication (with proof) that I had asked about IMMEDIATELY upon walking in the door. I literally disclosed what I was prescribed, showed them the current prescription, refill authorization, and the medication box itself with the name of the med on it. They got the nurse to come check it out, talk to me etc. She said it was fine and waved me through. Only AFTER spending two plus HOURS there poking and prodd

Great place to go if you want to make some pretty good money for laying in a bed with a needle in your arm two hours a week. If you know your blood type and have a RH- blood type (A-, O-, B-, or AB-) ask about their "Anti-D" program. If you are accepted, you can get up to an additional $50 over the standard donation payout (depending on your antibody production level). For example, I am in the highest tier of the Anti-D program and I get a minimum of $110 every time I donate. That is $220 a week to lay in a

Staff is friendly, I haven't experienced long wait times. Except for my first time, I'm alway out in 60 minutes or less!Phlebotomists are great and never miss!

I donated there for 2 years. Sure I got turned away a couple of times because of low iron or what not, but that is to be expected. You are donating your bodily fluids to help people who need healthy plasma. Sure, it helps line your pocket, but don't complain because sometimes accidents happen, or you have been donating on the same arm in the same spot for years and suddenly the vein can't be used anymore or a bloody mess occurs. That's the price you pay for donating 2 time a week, every week for however ma

What I love about CSL Plasma is the kindness of the staff, the nice Wi-Fi, the cleanliness, and the comfortable chairs. I also love the perks on the CSL Plasma phone app. You can take the health questionnaire in advance, getting perks such as the I give rewards which you can receive extra cash after a certain number of visits. If you are able to refer a friend you can receive 5,000 points that you can use for extra cash on the I give rewards. This place is such a great opportunity to earn extra cash, sav

Highly disappointed with the service and policies at csl plasma. I had stress hives when I tried to donate for the first time and since you can prove that stress hives were caused by any particular thing the permanently deferred me until I can prove it. Which I can't do because you can prove stress hives through medical testing... disgusted that there isn't an exception to this policy. It excludes anyone who has any allergies permanently which means that their only shrinking their donation pool. Their sloga

they gored one of my veins and then wouldn't let me donate later that week because it "looked bruised" these idiots are not professionals by any stretch of the imagination. the fact that they are allowed to put needles into you is astonishing. use this service at your own risk.

Me and my boyfriend came in to Donate. We left after 2 mins of talking to the receptionist. Im not sure why she had such a bad attitude to us. But we kindly declined donaring here because of that. I do not want someone sticking me with a bad attitude. Rule #1 of a fast paced job. LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT HOME!!! we went to BPL instead been there ever since. Much better.

Efficient and helpful staff with an easy process but not everything needs to be a phone app. Please bring back finger scanners.

The phlebotomists here don't change their gloves. The phlebotomist that assisted me helped at least 4 people other than me, inserting and removing needles in their arms and using the electronic devices and touching the donation bottles (that will go to other medical establishments) and other equipment without changing gloves one time. After I donated, I asked an employee at the desk how often phlebotomists are required to change their gloves. She looked as though she was annoyed that I even asked and reto

If you loose your card there too many times you will be unable to donate there ever again. I have a mantal issue of keeping up with things and now can no longer donate. Their customer service was absolute Garbage.

I have been donating at CSL for almost 3 years now and never had any problems. You will hear a lot of horror stories from your friends or anonymous internet posters about how they messed this or that up. The truth is most problems come from the donors who do not eat healthy, exercise, or drink soda pop all day and never lay hands on a glass of water. The people who fit into this category have; small veins due to laziness/inactivity, which also causes the veins to roll away when pressure is applied because y

Some staff there love to talk about you and one person that work there i believe was racist. I try to be nice to people but some make me want to visit NRA.. I was going to go back and donate but the fact i hate Duluth and wanting to choke some people in duluth will keep me from there..

I have been donating here since I was 18 on and off. I am now 32. I tried the other plasma center but they really hurt my arm and could not find my vein. Here, im taken care of. They almost always find my vein and stick me right, and you can even request who you want to stick you if the phlebotomist is in your section. A lot of these phlebotomists have been here for years and really know what they are doing. And they have really good deals like 30 extra dollars on your 8th donation for this particular mont

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They say they don't discriminate but they do. Most of the staff members are stuck up and roll your eyes at you. They are rude to my fianc? every time he donates. Worst place ever. Bpl was way better

I've been donating plasma for a few years here, and I love all the staff. Such kind people and it's always a good experience.

Some lady deferred me for 12 months because I forgot about my frenulum piercing during the questionnaire. Unfair and quite frankly just rude. Wouldn't recommend to any fellow body modifiers.

The staff is very kind and friendly. The center can be busy at times but using the app helps you plan for that. It's a great way to help people and get paid.

Always great staff once you get through the initially screening where these is one lady staff member who has the worst attitude, rude, patronizing and very unwelcoming. If it wasn't for her I would give a five star.

Hands down best plasma donation center I've been to. Great and friendly staff. Great payment amounts, with plenty of bonuses. Parking isn't the greatest but it's to be expected in downtown duluth.

I have never had a time that staff here was not friendly and makes sure that your donation is as comfortable as possible. I recommend csl to all my friends that are thinking of donating.

they will ruin your veins and treat you like it's your fault. the incompetency is astonishing. these people are not to be trusted.

I look forward to going to Csl plasma every time, which is twice a week. If you could use some steady side income your missing out. Worth my time.

They are always very nice and do a great job, been donating here for years never once had any problems.

Always friendly and professional! I've been donating here for five years and always a positive experience.

Excellent, experienced, knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly staff. Efficient, clean location and a welcoming environment.

First time there make sure you have at least two hours to spend there... Other than a lengthy first visit, the place is pretty good

CSL is certainly better than BPL. shout out to all the great phlebotomist who give 100%!

personally I think getting to help people ,while making money, while being braindead on your phone is a pretty good deal

The staff are nice and the place is clean. Better than alot of plasma donation centers.

Great, friendly staff. I've gone 4 times, and I've had a great experience each time.

Very friendly staff, pleasant center, all around a great place to donate.

A homeless guy showed up in the break room. Reminded me of home ??

Professional and clean environment. Occasionally long wait times, but the workers are always very kind.

Greastuff and helpful with getting you through the process.

Can't even accept new donors, complete and total incompetence.

Very clean and bright. Good staff as well.

The workers are great and it goes fast

I got a spy over here you brat :P Merry X-Mas <3

Does anyone know if csl will be closing tomorrow too

Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Bonus incentives.

Workers are nice, fast! Nice center!!
